Went to checkout and the lady that was there completely ignored me; the one next to her had to check me out. They didnt even greet me in any form or fashion- not even smiling. I understand having a bad day, but that doesnt mean to give poor customer service.
Limited selection, but for last minute shopping its good. You cant be particular there, you have to shop with what they have.
You may find a decent pair of shoes, but the service deserves negative 5 stars. This is the reason many of these big chains are dying off. You can get treated better by a computer online.
If you cant find something here just get rid of your feet. Very well stocked and organized. Masks are required.
Shoe selection was pretty good and the prices are generally about average. Store music was pretty terrible though. The one employee actually working was friendly.
Pretty spacious and have a huge variety of special brand shoes along with other essential accessories. The staff is ok, welcoming but not that attentive, overall its ok
I absolutely love this store. FYI my boots havent got a crack in them in two years. The sales associates are helpful and the store is clean.
The absolute rudest! Even after I showed them the sign that clearly was their error on the price of a shoe, the sales associate didnt mark down the shoe and was so nasty and rude about it, and even cut me off as I was speaking. I left without buying either shoe that I wanted. Need training in customer service 101!!

Great sale on sandals and flops. This store usually have reasonable prices but not a big selection on large sizes.

2021-06-30I went in today with a hopeful mind as what I saw online reflected that it was also in store at this location…well I was highly disappointed. Terrible service, other than a forced hello - not one single lady out of the 4 that were up front at the register congregating and gossiping over non-working topics came over to give me any assistance. Quite unhappy!

2020-12-12It is okay. They really dont have a huge selection of sneakers, which is why we went. Prices are reasonable, but couldnt find anything that fit our style.

2020-02-03For our family this Shoe Dept. is a good fit.Friendly and helpful employees each time weve gone.10-25-2019 We went shopping with/for teenage daughter for shoes, for semi-formal dance.Second place we looked. Good selection. Reasonable prices.Ended up getting two pairs:1st pair) Easy Street ankle boots for 29.98& 2nd pair) Hot Cakes Orleans flats for 19.98.With tax 53.97.When hubby needed shoes we went back and had success finding him something.Our 23 year old daughter went to Shoe Dept. for new shoes for College Graduation, and found herself something.

2019-03-27Absolutely love this store. I’d like to see some more shoes for the “younger” crowd but they still have a pretty good selection of shoes and the staff is SUPER friendly & a good mix of personalities to talk to! They speak to you as soon as you walk in. Pretty sure these negative reviews are from people who come in with sour attitudes already lol... I always have a great experience when I come to this store. I wish the other location was as friendly.

2019-03-08On March 3rd, my husband and I came to the store to buy a pair of shoes but when we needed assistance, the three ladies behind the desk, seemed too busy on their cell phones. My husband expressed that they were rude to him and when I asked for assistance they all looked at me and responded with, Ya? Later we went to a different store and found the same shoes just so we could return these shoes because of the customer service experience. When we return the shoes I walked in and they all just looked at me did not greet me yet again. I told them I wanted to return something and they called up a different lady. That lady looked at me grab the box did not even say anything to me. How can you have people work in customer service who literally have no customer service skills? I get it everyone needs a job but if you are not there to work or at least smile and greet your customers then this is a great way to lose customers. I will never shop at this store again. Return was at 2:49 pm on March 3rd. I would review your cameras to see the type of customer service that you are employees are offering their customers.

2020-09-02I was in the store today at least forty minutes, The associate never acknowledged me or any other customer! I came in eye contact with her three times she never said hi not a word! Never said a thing to the few other customers that entered? Poor customer service!
