I came to Skyline Park with my family on Memorial Day. The view was beautiful. The workers were kind and helpful. The games were fun. Other visitors were nice as well. And everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. I would definitely love to go there again.May The Lord Jesus bless you abundantly and fill you with His love. In Jesuss Name. Amen.
I have a lot to say about this place and NOTHING is negative about it.The music, the vibe, the people, and the view is astonishingly great!Everyone is happy and dancing, drinking and the hype is beautiful. It’s beautiful for couples or family or even friends who would like to do graduation party, birthdays, or even bachelor parties for the fellas.I’d definitely go again!
Pretty cool spot to hang out although can be a bit much in the Atlanta heat but much nicer at night. Would be a five star rating if there was more areas for shade. Skyline of ATL so gorgeous and there is a beautiful rental event space, lounge and restaurant. A most experience when visiting here....
ADA nightmare waiting to happen. If you have impaired mobility this is not the place to go. Not only is it difficult to navigate (no clear way of knowing how to avoid stairs and access the multi leveled spaces) apparently employees don’t seem to have any qualms with treating you as OTHER. They created a situation in which other guests of the park started to heckle a guest who uses a walker to get around. The manager then insisted that the employees would be spoken to the accessibility options would be clearly labeled and a refund would be given. I’m willing to bet that outside of the refund zero will happen.
I think this space is a great idea - once you get there though you realize it’s relatively small and you can get a lot more bang for your buck at a dedicated game/activity spot in ATL. The views were nice and the vibe was very chill/relaxed though - okay for a chill date night since they have the bar there as well!
I went up on the perfect time! The place and view was beautiful, the atmosphere was nice too. I was there for a little bit, so I didn’t get to try their food. The staff were super nice, and when we took the elevator, the person on duty was so nice and funny. The only issue I had was the lack of seating areas, but I understand how it would kill the atmosphere to have a mainly seating zone. I would say the place is highly dependent on the time you go up there. I wouldn’t go if it was super warm and sunny. The sunset time, in my opinion, was the best time to go up.
Staff is awesome and was so friendly and helpful with my kids and the games. The kids loved it, very fun atmosphere and felt very safe. Sure it is pricey, but I think its a fun outing. We loaded a card with cash so the kids could go around and play the games they chose. The food was OK, the staff there was not friendly.Beautiful views too. Must stay past sunset to get the full effect!
What a great idea! This small park is packed with fun. For one price you get access to the whole park and if you pay for ice skating the park access (which is on the opposite side of the park) comes along with it. Tons of activities.... rather large miniature golf course, a 30 slide, a bunch of carnival games and not to mention gorgeous views of Atlanta and Buckhead. There is a small, walk up bar and a small walk up snack food area all with tons of seating. It was clean (including clean bathrooms which are on either end of the park) and everyone had their masks on. The ice skating rink was really great, small but plenty of room for a bunch of people! Skyline Park is not cheap but absolutely worth it!!! Also, if you are parking in their lot snap a picture of your license plate - you will need that to pay for parking!!
Lets start by saying Im in my twenties and I HAD A BLAST! I was told this is a good place to take kids (which I agree) but if youre into cheap fun this is the place for you! It somewhat reminds you of a small carnival and has an amazing ambiance. $20-$25 on a game card and you should be good to go. Honestly, less than that will work but I played games multiple times so I had to reload. To add to it... the staff made the experience 10x more memorable!Allajuah was our elevator operator and he was so nice and informative. He gives you a brief history lesson on the way up and its pretty cool.Amanda and Lei are the only other names I can remember specifically but everyone was incredible! I will for sure be returning multiple times!SN: Fridays are the best days to go for the 21+ crowd because theres a DJ.
Skyline Park was fun. I went to an Agent Appreciation Event given by Lauder, Larkin & Hunter so we go to enjoy all that the park has to offer for free. The experience reminded me on Coney Island back in the day. The view was great and the breeze was comfortable. Had we paid: Valet parking would have been $8 + tips, Access to the park is $10, the games were expensive ranging from $2 to $5. They had a race horse game, a skeet ball game, a basketball toss game, a ring toss game, a slide, a rotating chair lift, miniature golf, a photo booth, and 3 bars. Food was catered but I dont know if food is always available. There was also a DJ but I dont know if thats a regular occurrence. Its a good date night location if you simply want to enjoy each others company and the view.
Had such an Amazing day here there’s so many carnival themed activities to play there’s a restaurant as well as a bar at the top I came here on my first date and we both enjoyed it so much they are doing a compare city limit so we did have to wait about 30 minutes in order to get up but it was completely worth it I would totally recommend and a great place to bring your kids
This park was so great! We went on a date night to 9 mile station and then played the games at the end. The view is incredible especially at night. The staff was very friendly even in the windy 40 degree weather. It wasnt very crowded when we went by that may have been because it was freezing
Very cool to see and experience on a beautiful day or a nice night. There is something for everyone. This is a place for the young and the young at heart. Also nice for a day or evening date. Also, the fact that its on top of the Ponce Market makes everything that much better. You can roam downstairs and grab some great Japanese food or maybe some fresh oysters or a number of other great finds!
Had a good time at the food hall downstairs. We enjoyed the elevator ride up and the informative operator. The Games upstairs are perfect for the younger crowd. The putt putt is well layed out and super cool. The views are amazing. Would be an awesome place to come with coworkers or family.
Awful. We tried to bring our kids at 4:30 and they told us they don’t allow kids after 5 which after thorough research my husband and I found nothing about it being 21+ past 5 pm. They were incredibly rude about it and lied. They told me it was on the screen outside, I sat and watched it go through and there was nothing that said so, they said it’s on their main page so I checked and yet again could find nothing, there’s no signs, no nothing. It’s not family friendly and should be taken off the search for that. PUT A LIST UP OF YOUR RULES BECAUSE THERE IS NOT ONE ABOUT CHILDREN.
Coney Island meets southern comfort.Nice little slice of fun atop the local bazaar that is Ponce City Market. Making great use of the space with fun and nostalgic games that pull from memorys of your childhood. Bring this together with some of the best views in the city it makes for a great experience.
Place is completely overpriced!! Fee just to ride the elevator to the roof top, then you get to pay a fortune for the silly games they offer. Mini golf also a small fortune if you bring the kids. They do have a bar but the beer selection would be better at a Publix or Whole Foods.
Great view of Atlanta and a fun night out. Have been 3 times now and hard to have people visit and not take them.Biggest con is that all the employees seem to be incredibly rude, FaceTiming and on the phone while you’re waiting for 20 minutes to play the game and when you’re paying a premium, I’d expect a little more on that front but overall worth it.
Great place for selfies and group photos but DO NOT pay to go in if they are having a special event. Everyone in my group was severely disappointed. There was only ONE bar available to us and it sucked. The available bar had no view, was small and was definitely not as nice as the other venues that were only open for private event attendees. We just looked on at those privileged people enjoying the best features, views and warm outdoor heat lamps while my friends and I shivvvered outside in common areas holding beer in low quality plastic cups and trying to get a good view.
So cool so many stores and restaurants to try. The view is amazing you can see ALL of Atlanta. The Skyline park is on top of the ponce marketplace. The market place is packed with stores of all kinds and resturants for any tastebuds to be happy. Then you ride a real freight elevator to the roof and you have carnival games get some drinks play mini golf or go to 9 mile resturant. Or just chill and enjoy the view.
I finally made it up to Skyline Park and it was alright. I knew about the $10 ride up and paying extra for games because Ive been reading reviews and following this place online. It is definitely overpriced. I came up briefly on a Saturday afternoon didnt take long to come up but I waited longer to get down. I would have preferred to use the stairs to leave opposed to waiting 10+ min.The views of the city were great though. I love seeing my city. I couldnt really get a view of the Boa tower skyline because it seems you can only view that from the restaurant?Id come back here with friends just to have a drink in the evening or for a special event. Its not really worth the price. The slides/rides/games are much smaller than they appear online.
The level of service that each employee is exemplary. One of the managers went out of his way yesterday to make our experience 5 star. From The employees India, Taylor to the young lady that works the sky lift. Thank you!!!! Please go visit this place, I guarantee you will have so much fun and create so many memories. At Nine Mile Station Nigel is the absolute best!!! Ask for him!!!
Opens at 3 pm with a line that takes 45 minutes just to get to the elevator that takes you to the top. Btw, your ticket is for 3-5 pm only as after 5 pm it is adults only.Biggest ripoff in Atlanta. Confusing signs and limited staff to assist customers. Why purchase tickets online to simply stand in the line to purchase tickets.
This place is amazing! Took the family and we all had a blast! There was good food, games and even a slide. We played put put Ggolf an even met other cool families out enjoying the day. Parking was convenient an cheap an the VIEWS ARE SPECTACULAR! WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!!!!!!
Giving this place a 2 for only two reasons:- David, who is an amazing worker and very great at facial recognition and customer service- The view of the city is niceHowever... it was not worth it to me for $15. It felt like a rip off once we got to the top. You’re basically paying $15 to go upstairs to then pay more money to enjoy drinks, games or eat at the restaurant. This does not include the parking you’re already paying for. This is just my opinion as someone who is looking for things to do. You can skip this place and you’ll be fine. All my friends who live here felt the same (wish I knew prior to paying).
If you want to go to a lounge, yell over good music to talk to your party, this is the place for you. Its club-ish. Limited food, but it was good, drinks were good and pricey We were immediately seated, but wait staff took a while to service us throughout the entire time. I would bring friends from out of town here, but wouldnt suggest for couples who want to talk with each other. Its an experience type place with a side of food.
First time being here and i can say the view is beautiful and music was a good vibe.. But the drinks are definitely not strong more sour than anything and i don’t understand why u world have to pay 15$ to get just up there. You should only have to pay for games and drinks and for being this expensive the food concession should never run out of anything.
The park was cool, the manager Mr. Allen was not. Didnt have any concern about the patrons and what their concerns were. If you arent going to help with a smile and just look like a grumpy old man who just sits under the slides and eats food, looking like a troll, then why are you even there.
My 8 year old daughter didn’t want to leave ! We played some of the games outside on the roof ,and we got on this thing where you pull yourself up with a rope it was fun ! We also played jumbo sized Jenga & a card game called “would ya “ . Wanted to play golf but ran outta time . At 5pm the kids have to leave and the adults can enjoy the evening til midnight .I recommend this place
This was an AMAZING start to a holiday weekend, thanks to the engaging Guest Experience Manager Eric + team + staffEric have a great tour ride up with valuable information all visitors need. The professionalism and beyond exceptional knowledge of the Ponce City | Atlanta history was enlightening.Beyond exceptional service, easy booking, sanitizing precautions, FUN, food, adult + kid time, etc. You will definitely enjoy the awesome skyline view of the city of Atlanta. The efficiency of this team is also worth a mention.Recently relocating from California, the is the level of city outings we enjoy!Bottom Line:You will thank me later.* ** * As always I will update upon visits* ** *
🔥Skyline🔥🔥This is an Amazing PlaceOf course the atmosphere and venue is perfect!I would like to brag on the owner/manager of the place ....Mr.EricHe is simply amazing and understanding. We were out of town and he was able to make sure we enjoyed ourselves and had a great experience! The customer service is way beyond this world !I would highly suggest visiting !They are also black owned 🤎🤎🤎
Its okay. You have to pay to Park $2 per hour using an app or the pay meter at the front entrance. Okay for walking for exercise. You can bring your dog. Lot of high end shops and eateries. You have to pay($$$) to go up to the skyline. Skyline has a restaurant, concession stand, bar, mini golf, slide, and a few other games. For 4 people--2 played games, the cost was $90.00. An outing for the teenagers today.
This place was very boring! They literally had 4 games that are not entertaining whatsoever and make you pay $30 to go up there. After 20 mins of being there, we came back downstairs and asked for a refund. We were told that the fees are non refundable and they couldn’t do anything else even though we were not satisfied. That was a very poor way to handle the situation.
If youre looking for a way to kill time and have a little gun this is a good place. The tickets for 2 end up around $50 for admission and games. They have about 5 carnival games and a small mini golf course thats really nothing special. There is a bar that makes fairly strong drinks.
Loved it loved it! Definitely worth the 10 dollar entry fee as you can come and go as many times as youd like throughout the day. Cant bring up any food or drink from the market, they wont let you on the elevator with it and they will check your bag.Very pretty view though, not unbearably crowded and the games were fun. Will definitely come back!
I called this place before going and the gentleman on the phone ensured me this is a place for kids... NOT! He simply said they have amusement rides and many games(only like four games)!!I wasted $80.00 here.I’d say it’s for adults only bc it was so many adults walking around with adult drinks so alcohol is sold here. This place is sooo overpriced. However the staff was friendly and the view was spectacular.
Very nice on the rooftop of this building, brilliant idea for the inventors of this place, fun activities and games, sit down restaurant mostly reservation & fast food and drinks/bar however very hot during the summer times during the day, nighttime is better, slightly overcrowded and a little overpriced in my opinion.. but really nice Place☺✨
This Place is nothing but good vibes all throughout . The staff is very helpful and friendly . Great customer service ! From the time u walk in to the time u leave , its all around good time . Its perfect for date night or family night ! Parking is probably the worst part .
We went for the halloween party and it was $20 to get up to the roof. Very disappointed in the quality of the drinks especially due to the price. I paid $27 for TWO drinks. They were tiny, not good and not worth the money. The games cost extra which is about the only thing to do up there besides eat and drink, games are pricey and not really worth it.The only cool thing about this is the view of Atlanta.I’ve seen it once and never need to see it again.
This place was great!! I loved all of the attractions to do. $15 unlimited gaming per person wasnt too bad. A tad expensive just to get to the roof which comes with nothing though. Family of three for $27 just to be able to go to the roof isnt really appealing. They could do better on that part.
Loved this place. A great date night location. The views are beautiful! Go right before sunset and enjoy a fun summer night. The DJ on Friday was perfect, blending many genres from today and a few throw backs. The drinks are not cheap but the pours make up for it. The bartenders and service in general was friendly and good. We will definitely be back!
Edit: Returned again for a weekend during the winter. Much nicer, and quiet night. However dont go to the ice rink. Waste of time and money.Complete waste of money. I paid for two peoples unlimited games and ticket to enter for 50 dollars. I even called beforehand and made sure it was going to be 21+ after 5pm and other details. We get there at 6pm and there is a huge Bar Mitzvah going on with a bunch of kids running around and filling up everything. We could not play a single game with those kids filling up the entire rooftop. Why did they even check my ID before I came up? Why was there not a single warning that your unlimited games wristband would be completely useless? We could not get a second of peace with all those screaming children so we retreated to the beer garden which was its own 30 dollars for two drinks. View is great, selection is limited, staff was kind. Still not close to 2 stars that day. Ended up leaving in less than a hour.
The ice rink is quite small but for the amount of people that were there it was fine and not too crowded we went early around 11:15am. We also booked the level up experience to hang out in one of the igloos where we sipped champagne and at meats and cheeses and other finger foods that was a pretty cool experience. Although I wish we could have gone at night but it was all booked up for weeks in advance. Will definitely return.
I dont usually leave reviews but since we had such a great time this deserves it. Great spot for a date to relax, watch the sunset, listen to music and the drinks were worth the price. Plan on spending about 30 dollars on drinks per person (bartenders make them really well) as long as management doesnt stop the way they pour the price will be worth it. Get there at least an hour before sunset. It isnt cheap if you are going to eat drink and play games so if thats your biggest factor then dont go but if you have about a 100 dollar budget for 2 it is a great spot. The only thing they need is better signage on how to get up there.
The website says $10 entry. When we got there we were told $15 a person because it was summer. The roof top set up is really cute but I felt like $30 to get in was a bit much considering you still have to pay for everything once inside. Maybe they should offer 2 games free with the price of admission or a half price drink ticket. The games offered wasnt worth the additional $50 we spent.
Giving this place a 3 only because of the view but other then that it’s a ripoff paying &15 to get on top is ridiculous plus games, drinks, food REALLY plus some employees was rude especially at the food stand except the younger girl daya she was pleasantly helpful due to it was our first time here also the employee for the ride told me I didn’t need a safety belt to go up in the air on the ride I found that very weird but this is definitely a 1 time experience
Great atmosphere and lots of fun. This place gives you a boardwalk feel with the southern comfort that we all love. Be aware, this place is very pricey, especially if your bringing the family along. Not too much of anything to do for children under 4. Perfect for a date night, the drinks were amazing and worth the buck!
Total rip off. We paid $60 for two tickets with unlimited games and were there for less than an hour due to lack of interest. We went around 6pm on a Saturday because the website says its 21+ after 5. There were still children. We came because we wanted to play mini golf. The course is 18 holes but is super small (think 1/2 of a basketball court, maybe smaller) and the holes arent very fun due to their lack of obstacles. Some of them were literally just greens with slightly higher AstroTurf to make a curve in the course. Many of the obstacles they did have were repeated, so therefore not very fun or interesting. Whatever you do, dont hit the ball even the slightest bit (we are talking about hitting the ball 5 feet) anywhere on the course because the ball will go straight over the AstroTurf, and over the non existent barrier of the mini golf course, straight into the major thoroughfare of the rest of the park. Then you will find yourself scrambling to get to your ball before someone slips on it. The rest of the four games are completely juvenile and run by employees who couldnt care less about running them. We won a game and received a ticket, but to be honest, it kind of added insult to injury looking at their pathetic wall of made in China garbage toys that will literally end up in the landfill 5 minutes after leaving the place. Lets be real, this is basically a rooftop bar not a place to go play games. We dont drink and pretty much wasted $60 just to find out that drinking is pretty much the only real amusement of the place.
Enjoyed it very much. Drinks were very good and the skyline was beautiful. I would recommend waiting until late afternoon if you are planning on hanging out with adult friends, once the children have left. Other than that, we enjoyed out time and look forward to going back.
I love this place. Concept is super fun. Great place to take a date or to go with buddies or even with your daughter, as I did. It was too hot and we ran out of time to really experience it, but the games and beer garden, and music abs staff and view. Amusement park, old school carnival, pub, dance club, penthouse, and fine dining, all mixed up and baked in a beautiful pie that I never expected to enjoy in the south. Nine mile Station was a perfect restaurant for a special occasion. Skyline park was a great second visit for fun with my girl, I will be back a third time soon.
Not mad about going the one time, but I will not be returning. This place is crazy overpriced and not worth it..The mini golf is a joke. The games and rides look hilariously depressing.. we didnt eat, but the food looked wildly mediocre and overpriced. The only cool thing this place has going for it is the view.It Is a really beautiful view. Go the one time, decide for yourself if you want to go back. Just be prepared to spend some money..
We were here for a vendor party. So fun! This is a spectacular space for a celebration. With amazing views of Atlanta, friendly servers, plus great service we were really taken care of. It was easy to have fun; we tried the big slide and some putt putt. The best was watching the sun setting over the city from the best rooftop in town. Well done - with thoughtful and creative design. We’ll be back!!
Interesting that it is targeted towards both family fun afternoons and an adult amusement park. We went after 5 on Saturday night when it was only 21+. Awesome games, good beer list and fun mini golf. View is worth the $10 admission price alone. Definitely worth the trip but be prepared to spend a good bit - its pretty pricey.
Complete hyped up tourist trap. So disappointed. Save your money. They make you spend $10/person just to go up, and then have to pay to use any of the games, which are also overpriced. They have skeetshoot, a slide, a ring toss, etc - very basic - yet charge you exorbitantly. You also have to pay for putt-putt golf separately (and its not even an interesting playing field). And there are no refunds for anything. The food and drinks are even more overpriced. The view isnt even that great. Youd spend much less and have more selection and fun at a random local traveling amusement park. Atmosphere was boring and dull and the employees seemed like they wanted to just leave, which is understandable. Anywhere is better worth your money.
I went to this location on 7/27/19 and was highly disappointed. 30.00 for my Husband and myself to enter, ( after 5 where no kids supposed to be in which was the reason we came yet kids were everywhere) 40 for 3 drinks, and another 30.00 for 3 chicken tenders, fries, and a footlong with no real condiments except ketchup and mustard. Drinks arent good for the price. The music played was the best part of the experience. I really only see this place as a sitting spot because the few games were basically for kids. I really wasted our money at this place because We looked forward to have an adult atmosphere and we did receive what was advertised. As the review stated previously about kids they are telling the truth. I guess for what they charging and people going under the assumption we went under they making money so they dont care if we come back or not. The place could be a hidden gem if its really converted to night life after 5pm.
It is okay. A bit pricey for what what you get but the views are great. They have some of your typical carnival games that can be fun. Or you can play miniture golf. Service and attitudes when grabbing a drink at the Side Show are poor. Not sure if it is normal but when we were there they were having all sorts of trouble with their payment system. Not the bar staffs fault. Ignoring us and serving people that showed up well after us is however. The mixed drinks are good but expensive.
I feel misled... I paid to get up there, went on one of the rides, and they said I needed a purple wristband??? No one ever told me that I needed a purple wristband to do anything when I paid to go up to the roof, and there was no signage about where to purchase one, how much it costs, what it is, or why its necessary..... I had actually sat on the ride and was seconds away from starting it before they informed me I needed a purple wristband... so they kicked me off the rideAlso, the bar/restaurant thats up there is very unfriendly to people that dont drink alcohol. I dont drink, so the LAST thing I want at most restaurants is to be seated at the bar.... but they wont give you a table unless youre ordering food! Seems like, regardless of what I order, I should be able to get a table where I can enjoy the skyline views instead of being stuck watching the bartender make drinks that I could care less about!!definitely not worth the price of admission, and I probably wont be coming back anytime soon.
I think Skyline Park (the roof of Ponce City Market) is pretty cool, especially if you havent been here before. The view is awesome. They offer a bar, games, small rides, a slide, and miniature golf. In the winter time they have ice-skating. My only problem with it is that it costs money to access the roof PLUS whatever you want to buy when you get up there (anything to do up there costs money).
A wonderful addition to Atlanta I love having something to do that is family-friendly. Games were reasonably priced compared to a similar activities. Beautiful , clean, easy to access. Although I was not able to use it cuz I didnt realize until after I had already paid for part but there is valet parking available. I recommend doing the slide even if you arent into slides because with you up there is awesome especially at night.
I absolutely adore this place. It lets me embrace my inner child and it never ever gets old. This is the perfect date night spot or just a good spot to hang out with friends if you want to do something a little different than the typical bar scene. This place is essentially a mini amusement park at the top of Ponce City Market. You get on a massive elevator to take you to the top and there is a guide who gives you a brief history of the place while youre riding to the top, which is a nice touch. Once you get to the top there a bunch of fun booth games like tossing rings around a glass, shooting water guns to win races, etc. You can win prizes like big ol teddy bears! Also, aside from the little booth games, there is a putt putt course that goes around the roof top. This is so much fun to do with a group of friends! The fun doesnt just end there! Lets not forget about the huge slide with a city view. You walk up a few flights of stairs, which isnt so bad because of the gorgeous view on the way up, and you get in a potato sack type thing and slide down! Lastly, there is a little pulley ride, where you pull yourself to the top and let yourself drop (its not that scary because the drop is slow, but its fun and another way to get a view of the city). There is a bar and a restaurant up there, also.
Its worth the $10 just for the views of the city. Fridays around happy hour can be a wait but well worth it for iconic sunset photos. There are three bars including one in a beer garden which is more of a restaurant really. Games and rides are going to cast you $2-5.
Skyline Park was a pretty sweet venue. Lots of space for large groups in the private event section and a ton of really cool and really fun carnival-type activities on the other side. I would highly recommend this space for a chill corporate event space. Have a good time and dont fall off the side of the building.
This place is like a carnival except that it costs a lot more and is a lot less fun. You can get a good drink with a great view, but you pay heavily for that privilege. The miniature golf is kind of sad and the games are a big money suck. I have been once and hope to not have to go again.
Skyline park is very nice. I recommend it for couples; nice scenery, a bar, a small food stand and fancy restaurant. They have a few carnival based games you can play as well. Keep in mind that there is an entrance fee and you have to pay additional money to play games. It is what you make it though.
This place has awesome views of atlanta and a lot to do. However, all the costs to come here stack up pretty quickly. We paid $10 each to get up and then another $30 on games and $24 on drinks. If youre touring Atlanta or have never been, its an awesome experience that I would definitely recommend, however its a bit too expensive to justify myself coming here more than once or twice a year. The plus sides are that the staff were all very friendly and it really is a cool place to check out! The downside really only comes from the expense.
Not worth it. Overhyped monopoly with a great model but horrible delivery. $10/person just to ride the elevator to the top.Drinks are expensive! I assume their alcohol costs are through the roof because the bartender cant pour a beer without wasting two in the process. $8 for a beer with an inch of head?? Mixed drinks are $12+Service: Being in a captive market, youre at the mercy of the mood of staff. Long lines to order overpriced drinks. Limited options for foot traffic as one bar was closed to the public. 15 minutes, I kid you not to obtain a single beer. Never have I had to beg to spend my money.Games: they have putt putt, a slide, some other weird ride all at various additional cost.Atmosphere: The place has a boardwalk layout. At first, it seems exciting. At night, a DJ blasts 90s and early 2000 music. The vibe, for me, was that of a drunken highschool reunion where the wasted girl thinks she can sing like Baby Spice when Wannabe blares through the speaker.
This is great! Great views, unique food, great games and minimal waiting in line. We went on a Sunday afternoon, 60°F sunny day was perfect weather and it wasnt too crowded at all. The games are all $2-3 per play, and they are skeeball, ring toss, shoot Basketballs and carnival horse race where you roll a ball into holes to move your tiny horse forward. So 4 games total. Then there is a big slide and another little ride. Both of which require you to be 7 years old, or 48 inches to ride. This made a difference because we went with small children (6, 4, and 2 y/o) and none could ride anything. The minigolf was perfect and awesome. Crowded, yes. But thats putt-putt anywhere. And again, AMAZING views.Probably better suited for a date night than a family outing, I would go back again but I wouldnt bring the kids.Great drinks and unique experience. Not recommended for small kids even though bringing them is totally doable. Five stars if it didnt ask for admission fees AND charge to do literally everything up there.
You pay an entrance fee downstairs to access the rooftop bars and games etc. However...i bought a drink at one bar and wanted to mingle at the beer garden and you couldnt go in with a drink from the other bar. I mean you guys are all here on the roof. People pay a fee to be able to mingle and explore the roof top. I had a margarita at the outdoor bar...then wanted to sit outside at the beer garden..because once i was done with my margarita...i was going to have a beer. So it killed the whole moment and experience and the margaritas are $12 a pop on top of it. In conclusion dont care to go back.
Makes you feel like a kid again! Carnival games which include skee ball, putt putt golf, the game where you have to break the plastic plates, and etc. Theres a huge slide thats actually fun surprisingly, life size connect 4, and a restaurant. At the time I went, which was later in the evening, there was a silly and almost comical show put on by the employees. I believe you have to be 18+ however. Lastly, it was a dance contest with cash a prize for the winner. All in all, a wonderful day, great time and Ill be coming back. Oh and the view of the city is breath taking!
Way overpriced for what it is. Paid $15 to go up, herded like cattle onto an old freight elevator. On the roof there were a handful of pay to play carnival games, and 2 lame rides (metal slide & some tiny joke of a elevating carousel thing). Youd think paying $15 would get you more than the opportunity to pay inflated prices for food/drinks/activities, but nope thats all you get. I can see why the ticket sales people downstairs were so vague about what the offering was upstairs, because theres not much to sell this spot. It does offer a great view of the TJ Max parking lot though.
Its a cool thing to do once. Great views of the city and a really fun atmosphere. Its cool for parties or when a group comes from out of town. However, it cost $10 just to get up there and then you have to pay more for the games/drinks/ect... so things can get pretty pricey pretty quick.
I read that this is more of a place to take out of town guests and I agree with that. I hate that because it basically makes it a tourist spot or a place for suburbanites to visit when they come to the city. I live in the neighborhood and if it catered to us, the suburbanites and tourists would still come and like it more. The bottom line is that it is overpriced and the carnival concept is not very well carried out. You get nickel and dimed for every thing. It is also a little over regulated. The staff was nice but they need more or better rides, lower entry fee ($5 or free if you spend more than $20 Up there), and less regulation (you can only ice skate for 1 hour and you must start on the hour). Its okay but I expect more. This could be awesome and it is just okay.
I decided to give this place a try for my birthday and I wasnt all that impressed.😑Yes they had expensive $$ food, paid parking and a mini fair on the roof.😑Most of the games and rides were broken or rigged.Thinking it would be a good place to bring family later until I realized it wasnt what it was advertised to be.I could spend that money at six flags or dave and busters.Best thing about it was the staff, they were awesome 😊.
Its crazy expensive. The $10 admission gets you nothing but an elevator ride. Ski ball costs $2! All 3 of the games are at least $2. Drinks are overpriced. Food choices are limited--where are the corn dogs and cotton candy? Even the pop corn is lame bagged stuff and not fresh. They blocked the best part of the view with the bar/restaurant, so you really cant even see the downtown skyline. I highly doubt Ill go back unless they change things up.
Skyline park is a cute place, but it’s not what i expected. I thought this was a full amusement park but i didn’t know any better because i was coming from out of town. You have to pay $10 admission and pay for any games you decide to play. The food menu is very limited and somewhat overpriced but there is a variety of food in the Ponce market downstairs.
Charged us extra because it was after 5 pm, when supposedly it’s 21 and over. Only when we get up to the roof all the patrons under 21 who arrived before 5 had been allowed to stay. What a rip off charging more under the pretense of adults only with a million kids still running around upstairs. All you can play games not worth the charge. Very disappointing. Will not be back.
Overhyped. Nothing to do. Not worth a 10 minute drive. The rooftop view is mediocre at best. Seriously, the bottom floors are more interesting.Theres 4-5 games on top including old skeeball machines and the old carnival ringtoss game. The rides are just big metal slides and some two seater thing where you and a partner pull yourselves up (whoopie!)Food isnt good either. If you can call it food. The only good part was that it was clean at least, and the music wasnt too loud so I could at least hear myself complaining. The atmosphere is more like a frat party and less of a park.Youll get bored after 5 minutes.
I REALLY enjoyed myself here. I think its a little expensive. You have to pay $15 at least on Saturday just to go to the roof and then in order for you to participate in any of the games/activities you have to pay another $15 and lets not forget you will probably drink and eat.
Skyline Park is a lot of fun! Its like a mini amusement park for people 21 and up at night time. It has gorgeous views of the downtown Atlanta, Midtown, and Buckhead skylines ( hence the name). They have great drinks, a huge slide, carnival games, putt putt golf and a lot more. You have to pay to get up there and for activities. The DJ on Saturday always gets the party going.
We drove 45 minutes, took 20 minutes to find a parking spot, paid for parking in advance, to stay 3 hours. We were surprising our 8 year old, 4 year old, and four month old - we have been looking forward to this for months. The WHOLE Skyline was closed for a private party. Online, it did not say that. We drove up there to go on the roof and play games for our kids. We were subjected to the downstairs stores and restaurants on a SUNDAY. WHY ON EARTH would you shut the WHOLE rooftop off on a family day?!?! No apologies given. Not great customer service.
We had lots of fun with the kids and played all afternoon! Rode up in one of the original freight elevators from the 1920ies. Upstairs you can play plenty of games for free including a big slide (our favorite)! Spectacular view and very friendly staff who filled us in on very interesting historic facts about the building.
This post is Speaking for 20 people who all agreed the atmosphere was well worth $10 to enter ages 27-33....We all went to skyline park Saturday night to hangout. With great Dj, amazing view and a place not overcrowded with sloppy drunk college students like Edgewood ave has become). The $10 keeps from over crowding, it 21 and up but mostly 25+ was sooooo nice. We drank, danced, had elbow room, ate soft pretzels, rode the slide and took full advantage of amazing photo ops :) if you go to do all the carnival activities it can get expensive but if you go with good folks and just do the $1 slide ride after a few drinks its very reasonable. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
I always have a great time in Atlanta and this place is partially why. Good place to grab a drink with some friends and play some carnival like games and the views of the city are spectacular. If in Atlanta I definitely recommend a stop here. Be prepared to pay for parking like everywhere in Atlanta.
We are from out of town and wanted to take our family to do something fun outdoors. Went there intending to have dinner & let the kids play games. You are required to pay $10 per adult and $7 per child to simply go upstairs. We were a group of 4 adults and 2 children, ie $54 just to ride the elevator to the top. I have a 12 1/2 year old son with autism who is nonverbal & I asked if someone would mind escorting us up to show the rooftop and let me ask him if he wanted to stay or not. I asked for a manager when the young employee told me we would not be able to do that. He said the manager is just gonna tell you the same thing. I assumed a manager would understand the unique situation so I asked to speak with him anyway. Well ...... the young boy was correct. The manager told me he would not be escorting us to the top and that children with autism come all the time and it’s helpful for them to just watch a video on their website. I was appalled at his inability to have any compassion for the situation and I can only hope that one day someone comes into his life that he knows and loves who has autism and he can reflect back on that moment and simple request and think if how he could have handled it differently. We didn’t want anything for free...... just simply wanted to show him what it was all about on the rooftop and see if he was interested. Really is shameful to think there are still human beings in positions of authority in our world who lack compassion...... he shared that his name Eric Allen was his name btw and was very confident and bold about his decision.
Way to much going on, inadequate parking, no handicap services, and having to use a parking machine to register to park and standing in a line, then, to get tickets for the top floor, another line. Without air conditioning and Im disabled with lupus, and others with respiratory conditions cant breath, and then another line for the elevator, wow, my body was exhausted, so I take for granted this is for people under a certain age, and no disabled persons who cant walk for long periods of time to just for people who may be on oxygen, its got to be a better solutions. The beverage lines were so unorganized till it was hilarious.
Be prepared to break out your wallet for a whole lot of nothing. Costs $7 for kids and $10 for adults just to ride the elevator upstairs, that’s it, you get nothing else for that. Once upstairs, be prepared to pay $4/game for each of their four carnival games. You can also pay $1 for the lamest carpet slide in America. The ice skating was lame too. Did I mention parking is $2/hour?

2022-06-09I didn’t know about Ponce City Market and I was already amazed by it. Then I’m told this place was on the roof 🤯. The atmosphere, the view, the frozen lemonades. How can you not have Good time here. We got the unlimited wrist bands as we were determined to leave with prizes 😂. Price is very reasonable. Was here for several hours. Family friendly in the daytime and adults only in the evenings. Definitely recommend if you want to have some fun and do something different

2022-05-10Nice atmosphere with plenty of good viewpoints of the city. It cost $15 just to go up. There is a bar on the rooftop, amusement/fair style games, concessions and a mini golf course. There is also a full restaurant + bar as well. The restaurant requires a reservation, and I suggest you view the menu in advance.

2021-08-15If youre visiting I would recommend checking it out but other than that...its just a roof top lounge with miniature golf and a live DJ depending on what night you visit. The crowd was mixed with all ages but mostly filled by people who appeared to be

2022-04-04The activities in Skyline Park are just good wholesome family fun at an affordable price - LOVE IT! $15 per armband let’s the kids (and me) play as much as you want on all the games & win prizes, plus mini golf, potato sack slide, and the tower ride. Adults can have one of several really awesome drinks and catch amazing views of the city while their kids enjoy limitless fun!

2021-08-08Definitely a place to check out if you’re visiting ATL. Great place for a night out. Amazing views! Very cute for a date night or night out with friends. It’s $15 to get in and $15 for all access games and I definitely recommend it! It’s super cute. If there’s a crowd, don’t be intimidated by the lines because they go very fast.

2022-05-19Security and feeling safe is a big deal nowadays!!!Took my family to Ponce city market for the first time(The market downstairs was amazing ) and I spent over $500 in combination with what I spent at the market downstairs and upstairs in the park.unfortunately, while we were at the park upstairs two families near us started arguing and it got pretty heated but instead of the security upstairs diffusing the situation they stood around and watched the argument get worse to the point where threats were voiced. Our family decided to leave early and went to the area where the elevator wasBut there was about a 30 minute wait to get downstairs with no other option to go down.To make matters worse, the two families that were arguing were allowed to go into the elevator wait area which created a lot of anxiety among all the other guests. To make matters worse, another two individuals started arguing and threatening one another including a possible gun threat and that is when security finally took it serious and got it right by taking one of the families downstairs the one of the other elevators and taking the person that threatened with a gun down the elevator by himself.I applaud security for finally getting it right but it sure highlighted the fact that if something were to seriously happen upstairs people would have no way to get out of that area very quickly. It’s really a shame, the place is beautiful but security is lacking strategy and a plan of action for situation like that. I will not take another chance with my kids and family at sky park again..I tried calling sky park management to address situation but I got no return call.
