Had a great experience when i went I bought a vape pen . They were great and recommending vapes and after my purchase they even sat me done and taught me how to use it ! Which was a surprise in Albany lol well kinda spoke on them to soon . Google says they open at 9am it’s 915 and there is still no one here to open the store smh
Bought a disposable vape that worked in the store but vape went out about five minutes during the drive. Returned to the store not expecting a refund but to see what could be the issue. The owner or worker asked if Im returning because of the flavor of the vape when I clearly explained the problem. Hope other customers have a better experience. Have huge selection of vapes. Buy at your own risk.

Exceptional service here!! Rojulio And Jay were awesome with their recommendations and had some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. They definitely make you feel at home as soon as you walk in the door, they also have a cool rewards thing they helped me sign up for. HIGHLY RECOMMEND, you won’t regret it, plus they have the most reasonable prices for the products they sell out of everywhere else I’ve been in Albany.
