Today was my first visit to Smile Blue Ridge. I went for a check up and cleaning. The facility is state of the art and the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. My hygienist Leigh Ann did a great job made me feel comfortable right away. I will be returning for a crown (which I’ve been putting off) in a couple of weeks.
Today was my first visit for a cleaning with Leigh Ann and after introducing herself she gave me a tour of the office. I was offered a blanket and headphones !! Leigh Ann went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable at all times and explained exactly what she was going to do each step of the way. I also met Dr. Taylor afterwards who examined my teeth and discussed options for first course of action. Beautiful office, professional and caring staff and was able to be worked in next week for first part of my treatment plan. Great experience all the way and I would definitely recommend this office for your dental needs.
I have been experiencing awful pain due to a broken tooth from a while ago. Its a pain Ive never experienced before. I was calling dentist after dentist and nobody would see me. I even went to Aspen dental. They are supposed to take walk ins if available. The girl at the front desk was awful. Very rude. She didnt even want to give me a chance. I called smile blue ridge and they were so amazing. They got me right in. Now Im on antibiotics and scheduled for surgery. I couldnt be happier than I am now. And I havent had the surgery yet. They understand that you are a person. Who knows how long I would have to suffer before being seen. I can go on and on about how amazing this place is. I never give reviews but everyone needs to know that this place is the only place you should go. After this Ill be leaving one more review and you can bet it wont be a very happy one
We’re brand new to the area, very happy we found this dentist office. It was recommended through a local Facebook group, they were correct….fantastic office. Brand new, super clean and totally up to date. My husband and I both had LeighAnn, very happy with her. She was professional and super friendly. Definite thumbs up for this dentist office, highly recommend!
If you have seldom had a positive dental experience, you need to make an appointment at Smile Blue Ridge. Modern, clean and personable is the first thought as you walk in the door. My hygienist, Rebecca, gave top notch care and Dr. Matt does wonderful work. In the end, you will have received exactly the work you needed (no more, no less) at a very reasonable price. Smile Blue Ridge has my highest recommendation.
The BEST dental experience I’ve ever had and extremely thorough. Leigh Ann explained everything before she did it and Dr. Matt explained my X-rays to me. The staff and doctors are AWESOME!! Totally recommend.
If I could give 10 stars I would!!I was very anxious about going to a new dentist, but I wish I would have went here sooner. The staff was absolutely wonderful and very patient with my anxiousness.The office and rooms are like being at a spa and the staff was very professional and friendly.One of the best dentists I have ever been to!I will be coming back for all my cleanings and any further dental work.
Had a great experience to do my tooth extraction today and they did very carefully, so gentle and detail and not hurt at all which is i am so worry about with my past experience at other dentist before, so glad i choose this place, love the clean and neat place they have with all their awesome staffs that super nice and so helpful(thank you Jessica that help me so much today), most of all feel so comfortable with Dr Matthew Lewis for handling me today, so helpful with all my questions about my dental treatment. Very recomend! Will do all my future dental treatment and cleaning there and for my husband too for sure.
As I stated to Marissa when I came in, I HATE going to the dentist. This was by far my best experience at a dentist ever! Everyone I met was extremely friendly. I felt like I was being taken care of by family. I will highly recommend your services to everyone I know.
I was in pain and they gave me a quick appointment without having to be referred. I also have dental anxieties and they took good care and were patient with me. They did great work quickly and professionally. I am very well pleased.

Everyone was so nice! Very friendly and that means a lot to me.. hate going to the dentist only because of the anxiety I feel and several bad experiences. I was immediately put at ease from the moment I walked in.Braylee was wonderful!..Dr Lewis explained everything to me in detail and in a way I could understand what I would be going through when I come back next month for my procedure. Friendly staff. All procedures were explained in detail and allowed me to decide future plans for my dental issues. No pressure, relaxed environment. Were extremely concerned for patient comfort to avoid as much pain as possible.
It’s an amazing place you walk in and they have a little snack bar with water and pretzels, the costumer service is immaculate. everyone is so sweet and treat you very very well. i recommend this place to anyone that needs a dentist.

My overall experience was welcoming and relaxed. From scheduling to meeting the staff, everyone was so kind and caring. Dr. Lewis answered all my questions and was very thorough. After being escorted back to a room, upon sitting down I was draped with a blanket. That gesture gave me so much comfort. I’d also like to add that the office is beautiful and I was even given a tour. Their website says “No judgment zone” and I love that. VERY, very pleased.
I was very impressed with my experience today. I have an extreme fear of the dentist and their eye for detail leaves you feeling comfortable. From the blanket that you can put on your lap which gives you a sense of comfort to the way that they speak to you no matter where you walk is in your dental process I would definitely recommend you giving them a try.
I would and have already recommended Smile Blue Ridge to every person I know. The staff is incredibly nice. They were able to work me in same day and took excellent care of me. The dentist even called a few times after I had my procedure to check and see how I was doing.I won’t ever go to any other place for dental work in the future. These nice folks are so organized, friendly and very punctual! There was a very nice coffee bar w/all of my faves. They offered me a visit to their massage chair room as well. My son had an amazing visit and the doctor came out w/some wonderful feedback for me. Overall, it ranks a 10+ in my Mom of 3 book of Reviews ☺️
This team of professionals at Smile Blue Ridge treated me like I was a VIP. I had never been there before! I was a brand new patient needed emergency care. I called in so much pain and really needed help and fast. The day I called was the Monday early morning after Christmas. I left a message and an angel called me back within minutes and asked me if I could come in at 9 am. Could I!!?? So I knew they offered IV sedation and I was pretty sure I would need to have some teeth extracted so I showered, didn’t eat (couldn’t anyway), and didn’t drink and a friend dropped me off. The facility at Smile Blue Ridge is like Cloud 9 for teeth. The place is completely renovated in the most modern and clean style. It’s open, spotlessly clean, welcoming and warm. They have all the latest X-ray equipment. Dr. Kassidy Lewis and her assistant walked me through everything. They were experts. They were informative, sensitive to my pain, friendly, and funny. While I waited, they had me set up with a TV with a perfect show on to help me to relax. When the time came, Dr Kassidy expertly set up the IV and the next thing I knew, it was over! They automatically set up a follow-up appointment for the next week. You won’t find better care anywhere in rural north Georgia and I bet the care will rival any big city dentist.A huge thanks to Dr Kassidy Lewis and the entire staff and Smile Blue Ridge! 💜

By far the # 1 dentist in this area. I took my Mom to see Dr. Kassidy Lewis this morning. It was an urgent visit and everyone in the office was so compassionate and made a tough situation much easier. We were thrilled that they were able to see her on such short notice. Dr Lewis is a phenomenal dentist. She is very skilled at what she does. On a separate visit, she improved my smile tremendously. I’m so thankful for the extra care, time and attention she gave to both of us. Top notch dentist in every aspect.
Went here for the first time day and had a great visit! the staff are super friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I’ve put off going to the dentist for quite awhile now due to anxiety and embarrassment, but Smile Blue Ridge is truly a judgement free zone, not once was I made to feel shame about the condition of my teeth. I can’t recommend them enough!
I absolutely love this office. They were the only place to accommodate my son when he was in pain & they even called with cancellations to get us in for a cleaning on my day off. Dr. Lewis was very knowledgeable & took his time to thoroughly explain the x-rays & different procedures/options without making me feel pressured. The staff & hygienist were all personable & made us feel comfortable as well. It was just an all around great experience. We’ll definitely be going back.

I must say my first experience at Smile Blur Ridge was completely over the top. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The facilities are a very nicely done design that is warm, comfortable and inviting with equipment that is all new and state of the art. A complete tour of the facilities was the first part of my visit. Impressive!Rebecca was my dental hygienist and as she went through each procedure explained what she was doing. It was evident that she pays attention to her patients through the care that is received.Dr. Kassidy Lewis is interested in you as a person (not just as a patient) and your over all health as well as your dental considerations. She took the time to explain each of the areas of the x-ray that was done on a large color video screen in front of the patient chair.It is clear to me that this is a first class dental facility and I am glad it was recommended to me as I was looking for dentist after moving to the area several months ago.I feel fortunate to have been introduced to Smile Blue Ridge.

My grandfather had a dental emergency and no dentists in the blue ridge or Blairsville area would see him, but Smile Blue Ridge got him in there and fixed up right away. I would give 10 stars if I could!
Its a little expensive, but everyone is so nice. There are televisions everywhere. It smells and looks clean. Im a new patient and I was there to see if I could get my wisdom teeth removed. I asked if availability for surgery would be doable in the next 2 weeks. They squeezed me in for wisdom teeth removal within 2 weeks. Helped me out tremendously. Ill do another review on the surgery in 2 or 3 weeks.

I had my initial visit with Smile Blue Ridge this week. Ive never been impressed by a dental facility, but I was this week. From what I could tell, they had the latest in technology and the staff to utilize it properly. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the patient portal process was easy to use. Communication for appointment reminders and Covid precautions was easy and timely. The best part is being able to get timely appointments for future visits. What a welcome change.
Dr Lewis and his staff are very professional kind and caring. They helped guide me every step of the way from creating several different treatment plans to choose from and helping to balance my needs and affordability. To making sure everything was timed out perfectly with my work schedule.Dr Lewis genuinely cared about helping me get my smile back as opposed to the majority of dentists Ive seen who were only interested in my ability to pay. He heard all my concerns and answered all my questions honestly and without judgment. And was even available after hours when my anesthesia finally wore off to answer questions about post treatment care. I had a semi-emergency and needed to be seen quickly yesterday. I spent 3 hours just sitting in the waiting room of another dentists office. Finally we called around to other offices and Smile Blue Ridge was more than helpful! They got me in the chair and being worked on as soon as I got there and filled out just a minimal amount of paperwork (since it was my first visit there). The design of the whole place makes a trip to the dentist as comfortable and soothing as possible. It almost felt like spending some time at a day spa instead of the usual dreaded trip to the dentist! Not only that, but the entire staff from the front desk to Dr. Kassidy Lewis, was extremely friendly and helpful. I cant say enough about how happy I am with the entire experience! I recommend anyone in the area go to Smile Blue Ridge for any of your dental needs!

I was quickly greeted and was shown around. Very clean and comfortable considering no one likes the dentist. Dentist and assistant were very professional and informative.
I called today (2 days before Christmas!) Because I had an emergency and my normal dentist was closed and they fit me in right away. Quick, efficient, and KIND! Very sweet and encouraging dental assistant who patted my shoulder and gave me words of encouragement when I started to panic a little during the procedure. They gave me headphones so I could block out the sounds of the Doctors work, which were blue tooth headphones and I watched a Christmas movie ( TV mounted on the ceiling!) Now Im home, snuggled down and while Im a little silly on pain meds, Im extremely thankful to Smile Blue Ridge for a pain free Christmas!

Emergency happened and they were the only dentist office to get me in ASAP. Once there Marissa showed me around and explained everything to me…super sweet and was very easy to laugh with….Dr Kassidy let me know I would need a surgical extraction requiring mild sedation. She went over other concerns so that I had the options to handle things all at once so I wouldn’t be sedated more than needed. I didn’t feel the “dragging appointments out for more money “ that I’ve experienced in the past. They provided me with a breakdown of all the costs to make sure I was comfortable. She prescribed me antibiotics/pain medicine and I was back in first thing Wednesday morning of same week and the ladies promptly started my procedure. My daughter seen Dr Lewis when he was working at a Blairsville office and I knew we liked him but I’m thinking I’ll be moving my dental needs to Dr Kassidy in Blue Ridge. Also the front desk ladies greet you by your name as you walk in…awesome feeing! Definitely recommend

Absolutely the best experience at a dentist office! Yesterday I went to a office that I usually go to & they wanted to pull my tooth 😬😳🥺 they recommended $55,000 Porcelain veneers. I left in so much pain and freaked out about the tooth being pulled.Today I woke up crying due to the pain of the tooth so I walked into Smile dental Blue Ridge and told them how bad it was and could they work me in the took me straight back..they said WE WILL SAVE IT. Dr Matthew Lewis, Braylee, Jennifer and Wendy all ROCK !!!

They got me in as fast as the next day, and took time getting the tooth out the right way instead of just yanking it out. I am TERRIFIED of the dentist and he has made it to where I am not scared! Before this experience I had not been to a dentist in six years and finally I have found one that I can go to and not be frightened! Just walking in the staff can make your day! My first dental appointment in my new hometown and since the pandemic…. So it had been At least 18 months. Rebecca spent over an hour cleaning my teeth - no judgement. Exam was very thorough including checking tissue and actual photos of inside my mouth to show me problem areas.Dr Lewis took plenty of time with me and made sure I understood everything he said.Facility is spotless, modern and relaxing.10 out of 10 from me .

I found Smile Blue ridge on Instagram and immediately reached out for an appointment. From the first call, I felt like this would be a good fit! A definite state of the art facility with the most kind, knowledgeable, and highest level of expertise that Ive ever experienced. Previously being in the orthodontic and dentist field, my expectations are quite high and everyone in the office exceeded those expectations! Dr Lewis was extremely attentive and His hygienist Rebecca was very meticulous and thorough in my cleaning. Im so grateful for finding them and for the relief he was able to give me with my TMJ issues! I look forward to a long and healthy dental relationship with them!

It would be redundant for me to repeat what all the 5 star reviews have stated. All I can add is a 5 star review to the professionalism, courtesy, and skill of all those in the practice. At 70 Ive been to many practices in major cities around the world and here, in a small town, I find the best in my experience.
This was the most thorough cleaning and exam I have ever had. The staff was great. Suggested a treatment plan but did NOT push anything. Loved it. Thanks for the great care.

I called to repair my chip tooth and was seen that same day. Very friendly and caring doctors and staff. Very satisfied with job done. Whenever in Blue Ridge and need a dentist, this is where I will go.
I had a great experience here. All the staff and the doctor were very pleasant and friendly. Very clean inside and up to date. They were able to fit me in with no problem and hardly any wait time.I was on vacation and had a terrible toothache. Had been to a dentist the day before I left for Blue Ridge but they couldn’t find anything. The doctor wasn’t exactly sure what the issue was either but did notice a small bone spur that could have been causing the pain that wasn’t noticed by the other dentist. She removed that and since then my pain has dissipated. Thank you very much!
My first visit to Smile Blue Ridge was one of the best trips to the dentist ever (and Im 64).The reason I tried them was their helpful and friendly receptionist on the phone. They have very nice, modern facilities. Everyone I met was very nice and helpful; answering all my questions. My dental hygienist did one of the most thorough jobs inspecting and cleaning my teeth and gums. The dentist was also friendly and very thorough in her examination. I have a problem with one of my older root canals and the dentist explained what the problem probably is and showed me the evidence on the x-ray. She had to send me to an endodontist practice in Canton because they dont do root canals at this office.All in all, I am very impressed by my first visit and am happy to recommend this Dennis to anyone in the area.

2022-08-10My whole family just recently switched from Aspen Dental to Smile, and I am beyond ecstatic that we did. The whole staff is great. Very friendly, professional, comforting, and accommodating to any needs. The office is very clean and the atmosphere is cozy for a dentist’s office. They also show that they truly care, not just about your mouth, but your overall health. Smile is the BEST dentist’s office I have ever been to. I could rave about them all day! Go see the team at Smile - you will NOT regret it!!

2022-04-06Excellent service! From the lady’s at the front desk to all the lady’s in the back and the Dentist , they are truly genuinely great !!!! They are all great I highly recommend this dentist. If you have and urgent tooth issue or just have something small done I recommend this dentist 50000%. I highly appreciate the high quality service they provide and the hospitality and the comfort and cleanliness of the whole entire facility! You don’t have to wait hours it immediate it is really the dentist office everyone needs to go to. They are very informative about everything from start to finish! I love this dentistry office ! As a new patient you don’t get crammed on a wait list they see you that day! I have nothing left to say but they’re amazing! And also don’t waste time anywhere else go here!

2022-06-06I recently moved to the Blue Ridge area from Arizona. Last Friday I injured one of my front teeth and didnt know if I could get an appointment so late in the day. When I called Smile Blue Ridge and explained my situation, they were able to make an appointment for me later that afternoon. Hands down the best dental office I have been to. Courteous, professional staff and the dentist was one of the best I have been to. She was obviously very capable, but also thorough and very personable. I was pleasantly surprised to say the least. My wife and I are now both new patients. I actually look forward to my next appointment. I normally would not recommend a dentist to anyone, but this is an exception to my rule.

2022-08-11Smile Blue Ridge was an amazing experience as far as dentists go. The staff were so nice and warm, the decor is 5 star. I literally felt like I was in a spa. And the dentist was very knowledgeable, explained everything to me and my options. They also called and worked me in 3 weeks early which was a huge deal, since other dentists were saying their wait list were months out. I highly recommend this place and look forward to them helping me have healthier teeth. Bravo!!

2022-01-24This was my first visit and I am 100% impressed with ALL aspects of this Dental Office. From the front desk to the dental assistant to the wonderful and so very knowledgeable Dentist. I am beyond relieved to have found them otherwise I would have driven 3 hours to go to the Dentist where I previously lived. I need a lot of Dental work and I found a practice I feel I can trust and depend on now and in the future. I’m so relieved.

I have to say that my experience with “Smile of Blue Ridge” was the most enjoyable and stress free visit to the dentist that I have ever had in my life. The staff was super friendly and personable (Jess). Dr Lewis was awesome and couldn’t have been more gentle. I would recommend this facility 100% for any type of dental work. 2022-07-29My son and I both had our first visit here today. It is an awesome facility, with state of the art equipment. Extremely sanitary.The best part was how welcoming and friendly ALL of the staff was. Also very professional. We were given a tour of the facility, then the hygienists went to work. While waiting (briefly) for the dentist to come in to discuss our treatment going forth, the hygienists started to communicate everything we needed going forth. Between my son and I, we saw both Dr. Lewis, and each of them explained generously any issues, as well as follow up plans, providing referrals accordingly.Five stars folks, five stars!!

2022-05-19I was worried about an issue my son was having. Smile was able to get him in the very same day. The staff were some of the friendliest people Ive had the pleasure of meeting. Dr. Lewis was amazing. So patient with my son. I loved the way he wasnt just talking to me about my son but he also spoke to him directly and was giving him information about his teeth and what certain parts of your mouth are called. The facility is beautiful and clean. I was so impressed with overall service that I will now be having both my boys, and myself, as regular patients here!

2022-03-16While on vacation in Blue Ridge, I had a tooth infection occur. Smile Blue Ridge was able to see me the same day that I called. The facility is very modern and nice. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I had a minimal wait, was examined, discussed treatment, and was on my way within an hour. I would definitely work with this practice again.
