I absolutely love coming here! One of my favorites is Caroline; she is always so kind and has an amazing personality! Shes always making sure that I am okay while working on my braces! Other staff members are great as well, overall great place. I 10/10 recommend.!
Smile Doctors offers exceptional customer service, budget friendly payment options, a clean and welcoming environment along with outstanding workmanship. I am the second member of my family receiving orthodontic treatment from Smile Doctors and our experience has been nothing short of amazing! I enjoy attending appointments and interacting with the friendly staff members who treat you like family. Caroline is a great assistant who keeps you smiling the entire time you’re in her chair. She is gentle and very knowledgeable as she explains the appointment before starting her work.

I scheduled the twins appointment on the same day at the same time. However, one wasnt seen until 15 minutes later. I rarely ever go to an appointment and theyre seen on time. I would also like for them to be a little more gentle on their mouth.

I had the pleasure of getting to know the staff at Smile Doctors! I could not be more pleased with how kind they are! It’s truly a first impression that makes it, and I have to say each team member sets each other up for success. I would like to give Kudos to several of the wonderful team members of Smile Doctors!Traci- she is such a pleasure to be around always making people laugh!! She is very knowledgeable at the chair weather it be a simple wire change or even putting in those tough appliances you are truly in good hands!Kelly- Is also an absolute pleasure to be around as well! She is good at making people laugh as well, but definitely knows her stuff! I mean she has had years and years of experience, and is definitely very seasoned at her job! If you have a question or how to better care for a tough area while in your braces or appliance then she is also your go to girl!
We have not had a good experience with Smile Doctors. We paid up front, and they didnt seem to really care. They had our money, so there was no need to get us in for appointments. On a regular basis you have to wait over 45 minutes for your scheduled appointment. I have waited 1.5 hours more than once. If you need to reschedule for any reason it will be months (6 months on average) before they can get you in again. During the pandemic we went over a year with no in person visit, and they blamed us for their poor scheduling and closings. I have offered to drive to any of their offices in the state, and they all seem to be just as bad. They just care about the money and how many people they can cram in. Id avoid this orthodontist if at all possible.
The staff are always very nice and friendly. The environment is always inviting and the facility is very clean and organized. The staff does a great job of making you feel welcomed.

Always overbooked! Take time off to get to appointment on time and they never see you on time. They will see a new consoultaiton before a paying customer. I will use a different orthodontist next time.

I put in a request months ago to discontinue service yet I am still being billed and no cancellation has occurred! I have called twice regarding this issue. I had only ONE appointment so why am I still being billed after I requested NUMEROUS times to discontinue service! I will not be paying for SERVICES NOT RENDERED!
I would recommend to never cancel appointment at all because they would reschedule like 2 months later I toght they would see me every 3 months
Was a good dentist until you move and need to transfer out then you can’t get no help and it’s a run around and can’t get no help when you have a wire sticking out get no help they just want you to drive almost 3 hours out of your way to try and get it fixed

2022-03-09This place is always accommodating. If there is a problem with a bracket or discomfort we can always stop by and get worked in quickly. Frankie in the Vidalia office is always prompt to respond when I have a question or need to reschedule an appointment. Great Service!

2022-03-22This place has certainly downgraded since becoming Smile Doctors. Never accommodating as they once were. They use to care if kids missed school, not anymore. Staff is very unfriendly. We have now missed a half a day of school for this 5 minute appointment...

2022-03-16I must say the care and courtesy me and my daughter received from the staff was beyond exceptional,but I must say the highlight for me and my daughter was the time and effort that Ashley and Corena offered,they explained everything start to finish and made sure we were comfortable with each step.They are phenomenal we are most definitely looking forward to the next appointment

2021-10-26Who ever schedules the appointments is doing an awful job. Each appointment is a minimum of an hour wait sometimes more. The number you call is to somewhere else. Not anything local.. what is the point in a schedule if the scheduler is over booking the technicians. the only positive is that we enjoy when Codi makes the adjustments. Thank you for being the one thing positive.

2022-02-24They placed the brackets wrong so my daughter has to wear them another 3 months. She has already been wearing them over 4 years. They do not seem to know what they are doing. I am very disappointed with there work and the amount of time it has taken.
