Customer service here sucks. I walked in and she just looked at me and when I said hey she mumbled hello, maybe she was having a bad day. Anyways my smoothie was good. But we need updated hrs. I pre-ordered my smoothie it said it was going to be ready at 745 but the place not even open 😒
I went to this smoothie king on 30th of November Friday and ordered a chocolate hulk.The employees very very rude. There were two black males working who were busy on the phone when I arrived.He charged me the regular price but he was supposed to charge me $6 plus tax because it was Friday.When he came back with my drink i told him that it’s Friday and isn’t it supposed to be $6. He just said let me see the card again and went in game me a refund but never said even sorry or thank you.There was no sort of respect of these people towards their job or customers which is very sad
I really would love to know who is the owner of this location very poorly managed never have products dont open on time If youre not gonna serve the community sell the business Always out of product System all ways down Nothing is more frustrating to sit in a long line Waiting a long time to get to the window to be told they dont have what they need to make your smoothie Ridiculously sad...
The girl working was by herself and still doing a amazing job with getting the orders done so fast. This was also done while using the drive thru. Ive been to walk in only locations with three or more people working and didnt get no where near the service that she was doing. Great job!!
This is the second time I have come to the Smoothie King and every time I come something is wrong can the last time they were shut down nobody knew now I come this time and their system is down every single time theres a problem for this location do not come do not come do not come!
I would normally have given a much higher rating for this location except it truly depends on whos working. The man working there this morning didnt make my smoothie well at all. It was watery and Im pretty sure he left out an ingredient because the color was all wrong for there to have been blueberries in it. The young ladies who are there in the afternoon are great. This guy.... not so much.
I only come when they offer $5 smoothies which used to be Mondays but now they switched it to Fridays but when Im at this establishment everybody is pretty awesomeEdit: If you are a veteran you can get 15% off your smoothie I just learned this after going to this spot for about 4 years Im kind Enraged that they didnt tell me this earlierBut I understand profit!Update: they decided to repeal the $5 smoothie 32 oz deal; it went from Fridays to Mondays to no days.
We have been going to this Smoothie King for years. Most times, its been great. They stay pretty busy, especially lately. Today, we ordered a smoothie online while waiting in line. When we got to the microphone, we told them they had received our order already and it was a green tea tango. We got to the window and told them we had the online order for the green tea tango. They handed us a medium smoothie and off we went. We got a melted frothy mess that was anything but a green tea tango smoothie. It was obviously someone elses order who may have placed it an hour or two before we did because it was completely melted. I understand they are busier than ever but this is an organization that is used to dealing with busy franchises. Hopefully, they can turn things around and improve.
I’ve gone to this Smoothie King for OVER a decade (the only location that makes mango kale smoothie correct IMO)..for the past week every online order I’ve filled is NOT ready when I come. Like 25-30 minutes past the time I’ve ordered it. Today it was supposed to be ready @ 10:20...it is now ready at 10:42.And no one bats an eye or says anything. I’ve walked in everyday to not find my smoothie in the pickup area but it’s either not started it yet or in the process.WHAT IS GOING ON??! The one excuse I got was, there’s not a lot of online orders right now so they’re hard to see... that means nothing to me. I’ll find alternative if this isn’t fixed soon.
I ordered 4 smoothies this morning online. Only 2 arrived. It was for my kids. 😭 I tried calling but the number goes straight to voicemail. I called DoorDash and they said to contact smoothie king but it seems I am not able to. Y’all I just paid over $28 for 2 smoothies. I wanna cry. Im a hospital worker and wanted to treat my kids as some way to make up for my long hrs. Ugh 😩
I stopped by this SK today around 1:30 and not a single employee out of the 3 I saw had on a mask. I checked the SK corporate website which clearly states that they are to be masked. Thus us the only SK I have been to in the last year and a half where the employees were nit masked. I was disgusted after taking the smoothie and paying for it and wound up throwing it away. BTW today Ga recorded the highest single day covid number of new cases since the pandemic started. I would say if you have any concerns at all about hygiene and your health when purchasing food items stay away from this place.
I Just Had The Worst Experience There That Ive Ever Had !!I Order ONLINE To Avoid The Long Drive Thru Line That They Normally Have. THE DOOR Was LOCKED & The Employees Tried To Force Me Thru The Drive Thru Line(of Which I Was Trying To Avoid) They Finally Made My Smoothie & Handed It To Me With A SARCASTIC Thank You !!Definitely Not The Service That Im Accustomed To
Poor Customer service depending of whose working, multiple times I order online they don’t have my drink ready (I.e ran out of berries, drinking straws, etc) I pull up call the phone look inside n see both employees totally ignore my phone call. No communication whatsoever, very poor service depending on when you go. Whoever the two girls are that worked this night (6:43 pm Sunday 08/09/2020) gave the worse type of service, a little literally goes a long way.
Ijust think the options here are amazing and they are so flexible with you being able to substitute fruits or flavors. They are always really fast and efficient, my smoothies are always amazing, and the overall service is great. Though there is not a lot of room in the building the smoothies are so good they wont have time to melt!
Went to this location after the gym to get a smoothie usually I have no issues. Today was different as soon as I walked in there were two girls arguing with each other in front of customers as I approached the counter the cashier let me know that they had ran out of bananas. I asked her what she would recommend instead, she stated that she did not know. She turned around to ask her co-worker who then started getting upset because I asked her recommendation. She raised her voice and said “why would she want a smoothie with no bananas it’s just ice cream who wants that?” I was surprised and confused at the same time. The energy that I was receiving from the associates was horrible! I have been in customer service for almost 15 years and I have never seen 3 different associates act that way in front of paying customers. I left the store and went to the one on Buford highway where I received much better service. Honestly I would NOT recommend anyone visit this LOCATION until they can replace the entire STAFF! It seemed as if they had not idea how to conduct themselves in a place of work and let alone in front of customers. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAD! I work at TMobile in Lenox so I deal with customer attitudes all day long but never would I act like that in front of my customers. DO NOT GO TO THIS Location and SPEND YOUR MONEY there are other smoothie kings in the area that give a more pleasant customer service experience!
Placed a online order it showed Showed it didn’t go through so I had to re-order.Never received a confirmation for the order but my bank account was charged twice. I went to the smoothie king and they had no record of a processing I’m a bank account shows it was at this location. I was given the owners personal number and he has yet to still answer and reply and refund me my money. It’s unfortunate because I like to go to smoothie king will be back at this location and I need to get refunded back my money.
The girl on the monitor was nasty and rude, then when I arrived at the window she was worse, very impatient and irritable standing at the register eating grapes while ringing up, laughing and playing and talking into our smoothies while making them with no masks. The gentleman with the mask offered to make mine after noticing the shock on my face. Thank you young man for being assertive!
Theres one person on staff at this location thats bringing the whole crew down she has red dreadlocks and her customer service skills need major improvement she spoke about someone coming through the drive through in front of all the customers standing in the lobby. This is inappropriate and very unprofessional. Whoever owns this store needs to offer up more training on professional courtesy two patrons.
I arrived at 6:55 am. The store is supposed to open at 7:00 am. Store does not take my drive thru order until 7:10 am. At 7:03 am I witnessed employees casually exiting their vehicles as if there were not people besides myself waiting.The product is good and nutritional but your employees need to understand the word professionalism and the phrase customer courtesy.
I’ve never been to smoothie king so walking in I didn’t know what to expect. I had so many questions and the girl behind the desk(Solange? I think?) was so helpful and patient. She helped me easily figure out exactly what I wanted. The smoothie she made was delicious! Definitely coming back and asking for her.
I was once a frequent visitor at this location but after my experience i will not be back. On this particular day it was a 3 girls crew the Workers were very Rude and acted like they didnt want to help. I ordered 3 smoothies through the app for curbside and when i got there the girl told me to pull around or come inside. I pulled to the front twenty minutes later no one has emerged from the smoothie king. I proceeded to the drive thru again where the girl refused very rudely to hand me my drinks and tells me to come inside and get it myself . By that time my smoothie was soup and a waste of money . They also were not wearing gloves and mask and the place looked a mes ! SAVE yourself the hassle DO NOT VISIT THIS ESTABLISHMENT !
9 times out of 10, they have a grouchy and unfriendly staff. I only go here because it’s close to home. Still waiting to get my order taken at the menu 5 minutes + now in silence and that’s after waiting in a very slow and long line. I would leave but Ive already waited so long, I might as well stay. No greeting or “be with you shortly...”....nothing at all. My smoothies are usually chunky as well. If curse words were review acceptable, I’d sure insert plenty here. You would think they are selling Popeyes’s chicken sandwich or something. It’s going on 30 minutes total for one smoothie. The fact that I have time to write all of this while waiting is pitiful
The customer service suck. No hello, no smiles nothing at all. Everyone looks upset to be there. This locations is near my job however, I prefer to go McDonalds or Burger King for a smoothie or hell make my own. Get your customer service level up or a new staff...PERIOD!
Service was extremely slow. Line of people just waiting in the lobby and drive through while the employees take water breaks. Only 2 associates here. 1 seemed very new and the other was just rude and wouldn’t assist the newer associate.l when she asked for help. She replied no, I’m working on my drive thru orders. $20 for 2 smoothies and also a 20 minute wait!!!!!!! RIDICULOUS!
Sadly this review will back up the other reviews regarding Zena, the red dreadlocks employee. Today I went to this location and was severely disappointed in the service I received. I have come here before and have had bad customer service with this same employee but because it is close to my job I generally go in the morning and Zena isnt there. But this time it is overboard and so much so that I will not come back again. I ordered a 40 oz Nutty Grain with super recharge. I got to the window and was given a small Keto Champ Coffee. When Zena handed me the smoothie I said oh thats not mine, I ordered a 40 oz. She then had to charge me again. She didnt apologize or say what she was going to do. Then she comes back with a 40 oz and I read the receipt and it is still a Keto Champ Coffee. I again told her that she had it wrong and that I ordered a 40 oz Nutty Grain. I am vegan and can not have any milk products. She then charged me for a 3rd time. I asked her why was I getting charged AGAIN and she said, you are getting the credit back for the other two and I said well you didnt tell me that. Then she says pull up and park I came in and she handed me a watery smoothie that doesnt taste anything like the Nutty grain and because she made the same mistake twice I have had to throw away my smoothie. I asked to speak to the manager and she just looked at me like a deer in headlights and said nothing. Although I walked in to the store, I was never given the option to speak to a manager. This is ridiculous and the reason I will NOT EVER RETURN. An apology was never given nor a discount although my order was wrong twice. Smoothie King, you gotta do better. This is also the same employee everyone else has complained about with the red dreadlocks.
Went here a few times even though it was small pretty decent only thing is long wait times and today I got the metabolism boost strawberry pineapple and added bananas I always get this today I ordered it DISGUSTING does not taste like it was made with care three it away might have to find a different location
This location has a drive-thru which in my opinion is undoubtedly more convenient. However this isn’t a five star review because this location also does short cup fills more often than other locations I’ve visited in the metro ATL area. I’d add to keep up the good work, the lines move at a reasonable rate, and the smoothies are phenomenal!
This is the SLOWEST Smoothie King in Atlanta. I only come to this location if I just can’t make it to another location.and I dread how long the wait will be. It literally takes 20 mins to get through the drive thru every time. The staff here really needs to learn how to be more efficient. After another long wait today, I’ll just bypass this location.
I have been to this smoothie king 5 times in the last month and the customer service is nice they are friendly but Jazeera is hands down the best i have encountered she laughed with me but still made sure i was well taken care of!I love going to establishments where the customer service is exceptional !!!
NEVER COMING BACKMay 6 2019 at 9:20Walked in and this young black lady with tattoos all over her arms (Which I don’t care) went below average in her service to a customer (and me) I saw she was serving at the drive through; she put the drink next to the drive through window and didn’t say a word to the guy in the truck letting him know it was ready and the guy just sitting there for like 5 mintues wondering if he’s drink was ready. After she started to make my smoothie she tells the guy waiting “do you need something else” in a very cold comment — no smile. Afterwards she went and charged me and then when my drink was ready she didn’t even say a word just left my drink on the opposite side of the counter. I’m not going to go crazy with my words about this experience but it’s suffice to say that problems start at the top with the leadership running this store. Never coming back. I’m a guy to never leave reviews, but I just had to warn others of this horrible experience.
A group of black girls work here who seem to always get my order wrong! Ive given three chances to remain a customer but after today I give up. And poor Whitney just needs to be fired! She was clearly high when taking my order. Instead of LISTENING to what it is that I actually want to add or substitute she just rang me up for a smoothie and added the juice! Didnt include my add ons nor took out what I asked her to. The WORST because I told her four times and asked if she understood! Then the girl who made it clearly made it wrong and I corrected her for her to still not get it right not even the request of making my smoothie THICK! Who wants to pay $7-$12 on a cup of juice? It never fails with this place. They play and talk too much instead of paying attention to what the customer is actually asking and PAYING for.
Bad experience here on August 19, 2019. Ordered two gladiator smoothies. They both tasted like bland ice. Its fairly obvious whoever made them forgot to add ingredients or add them in the proper amounts... Ive been to several other smoothie kings in the past and normally the gladiator is very sweet from all the fructose. Not this time, and I am very disappointed
I frequently visit this location bc it’s close to home, but this morning by far was the WORST service I believe I’ve ever received from start to finish. I can understand it takes time to set up before opening but to not receive service until 7:15am when you open at 7am and on top of that having an attitude while having your order taken seems unfair to the customer. I can’t say that I’ll be returning anytime soon.
Service is always rough, but normally doesnt bother me. What bothers me is that the sign on the door says its open until 10pm. The open sign is lit up. People are still in the store. But if you come here after 8:30pm do not expect to be served. Thankfully Ill be moving away from the area soon and wont have to put up with this place to get my post-workout. Wont miss it.
I had to call the Police to get a refund, seriously! I was told a refund could not be given because a button on all three of their registers was broken🤔. I was given a fake number when I asked about a manager. Finally, I just called the cops. As soon as I walked in with the cop, refund, no questions asked. They also have roaches.
Worst customer service I have ever received at a Smoothie King. I came to this location at 8:30pm and went through the drive thru. As I was telling the guy my order he said he couldn’t hear me then I said it again and he said he still couldn’t hear me then my mom proceeded to tell the order in a loud tone and he said sorry I still can’t hear I can’t take your order. I’m so disappointed in this location. I work nearby and I always let my coworkers know about the lack luster customer service.
If you live in the south and do not have access to a Wawa/ DQ this will be your best friend. You can add protein /energy and pretty much anything to your smoothie. The portion sizes are amazing. The customer service lacks in many ways but the smoothies are a perfect meal substitution before/ after a workout.
The customer service today sucks. Still waiting at the drive through. Over 10 minutes. The employees are not responsive. One spoke when it was time to take my order and ignored me. Still waiting for someone to say something and nothing. Still waiting at the drive through. Getting close to 20 minutes. One car left. One employee just ran in. I come here all the time and this is the crappiest service EVER! Never coming again! Please fire these incompetent employees.
Sat in drive thru for 15 mins for them not to answer then finally come back and say they were out of almost everything. Customer service at this location does not exist as this is not the first time Ive experienced this, and its my fault for coming back a subjecting myself to this garbage behavior.Im done
Terrible service today. I will be calling the owner to report. They made my smoothie the wrong way and then tried to lie about it. When they finally offered to remake it, they were wasteful and lacked a sense of customer service. Very disappointed. Usually have good service at this location.
Horrible EVERY Friday I’m here for the special and these two young ladies that work at this location have bad attitudes, I spoke to the cashier she didn’t speak back. Even the manager (if that’s her) has horrible customer service skills. Can we get the district manager involved???
I visited today 11/9/2014@ 1:45pm the cashier Jasmine at the drive thru was so rude I didnt want to purchase anything from this location. I wanted a cherry picker, this chick said,SmoothieKing doesnt have black cherries. I wanted to correct her so bad. Noooo, it just your location BOO! So I help my peace and asked is there any equivalent? she didnt say anything so I repeated my a question. She said well obviously theres nothing equivalent because we dont have black cherries. So i ordered something else, that was nasty. I wanted to let her have it but my husband ordered a drink and I didnt want them to spit in his. I really wanted my husband to drive off. Either way we drove to another one and I got my cherry picker. 😛

2022-03-22Today was my last attempt trying to get a smoothie at this location. There is always an excuse. Today the line was wrapped around the building. I waited a long time only to be told at the building that only online orders are being serviced. They were not taking live orders at the window and I was turned away. Please close this location already.

2022-03-04This really is one of the worst Smoothie Kings. It seems like every time I am here the system is down and they can only take cash. Its 2022. Get a system with more up time please. Also, they will not give extra cups, even when I offered to buy them. She was pretty rude about it. She said they could give out kid cups (which is what I wanted anyway), but they dont have any. Very negative experience.

2022-05-14I went to pick up an order on 5/14/2022 around 5:00. There was a girl working alone who’s help had not showed up on time. She had a positive attitude and got the line down. People like her deserve to be recognised. Nothing but smiles!!!

2022-04-09Ive never been greeted rudely by a smoothie king until this one. They also didnt fill up my cup and acted upset after I asked them to put the last inch of smoothie in my cup. These guys seemed bothered that I even ordered. I wont be back. 4/9 @ 4p in case ownership wants to check to see who was representing their establishment in this way. I wont be back.

2022-04-23This smoothie king is terrible. I have tried multiple times to order and always end up sitting in the drive through for 10-15 for no one to answer only to drive around see people inside but the door is locked. They say they close at 9 but I’m usually there by 715 and still no one answers. Today was the last straw wait in line for 20 minutes just for them to say they are only taking online orders. Attempt to order online and the location isn’t available. Never again.

2022-06-13It seems that all the time you go to the drive thru, the system is down. Then I ordered online and it worked . But they tell people that the system is down. I went to pick up the smoothies, the workers seems to be high, lazy and forgetful. Also, the store looks dirty. So sad because we love smoothie king but is getting difficult to come to this location.

2022-03-03This location accepted my Uber order but never made it nor cancelled it. I had three different drivers accept the order and cancel over the course of an hour due to something Smoothie King was doing. Either update your Uber settings or actually make the product to be picked up.

2022-03-08Product is great but the service is HORRIBLE on second shift, the past month I’ve going over there in the (afternoon or evening) I can never get what I want, half the time they are always out of peanut butter AND today I went over there and they told me that “their system was down” this is the second time in two weeks that same person has said that. I understand things happen people come to work with problems that they may not be able to fix but.. do you how tedious it can be to have to drive all the way across town to another Smoothie King while your out and about all because the one literally 2 minutes away from your complex can’t even service you??? I like that location but cmon man

2022-04-26Is there a way to leave below 1 star? Lol ...Here is a picture of an angry employee threatening me, and cursing at me because of them messing up my order. I caught the whole situation on camera! He is rude as hell always the last 2 times I interacted with him. I placed a online order, and had to wait for 30mins. To add insult to injury, the order was wrong and when I asked for a refund this employee offered to throw hands because I was holding up his line. I cant make this up. Mind you I drive here and it takes 20 mins and now I get threatened because of smoothie kings, mistakes or short staff issues. Smh please do better, and hes lucky he encountered me and not somebody who insnt as nice! Do better!

2022-03-21I tried coming to this location three days in a row and they were never open. Hours say 7am, but they didnt open until 830-9. Seems like somebody shows up when they feel like. Even a delivery truck was upset waiting outside once as well. Has the hours changed? If so, put up a sign so customers are aware. Here waiting now and they are closed as of 3/21/22
