Great food but over priced from the last manergers that had this store. Will never eat here again.
Every time we come down from Atlanta we make a stop at So Wings. The food is good and the lady behind the counter is very friendly. As I waited for my food she took time to come out to talk. Very nice and I learned all the art work was done by her. I love that place.
Food is fresh and made to order. You pay they make your food. A little pricey. Love whole chickens wings fried rice 🍚 with eggs and shrimp 🍤. Yum 😋
Their wings are so big and so juicy. Best wings in augusta in my opinion.

Great wings! Im use to goin to ATown Wings in Aiken SC but have moved. This is the next best place to them! I had the Honey mustard wings and the buffalo wings. Also had some beef fried rice, whiting fish and chicken gizzards from here. All very good!!
This place is worthless my husband ordered food with Uber eats and all of a sudden his order was cancelled so I contacted them and they told me that 3 people showed up to get his food and they was on the way well after finding out that the restaurant canceled his order due to giving it to the wrong delivery driver they told him they will not make his food again because they wasn’t getting paid for it twice so they was not making the food twice!!! Even though it was their fault for giving the food to the wrong delivery driver!!! I called multiple times the woman who barely understands English hung up on me twice and now they won’t answer the phone!!! Worst customer service!!!

Was in the area while picking up some Pizza at little Cesars. And ordered their boneless garlic honey mustard wings and Loved them. Wish I would have gotten more. Wife loved them also. Decent prices, and awesome customer service. Will be going back.
False advertising of the price then on their website, when I ask her why is the price a big jump. She stated the wings are bigger but they are not. Sometimes reviews are misleading
Dont recommend to order through delivery services. I specified how I wanted my chicken cooked received the total opposite. Didnt receive any of my condiments which I paid extra for. Place a call to business explained my problem the lady was very rude stating she was in a rush and didnt read my order correctly. Was told I could come in for my missing items had to inform her I was here on business dont have a vehicle if so I wouldnt have order through Uber Eats.. She then hang up the phone... If I had a car 🚗💨💨💨😠😠😠👊🏽👊🏽I now have a 23.00 meal that I cant enjoy
First, the woman who answered my call to place a pickup order was AMAZING. She was clear, polite, & was professional. When I arrived they lady notice me right away & asked if I had been helped. I gave 3 stars because the food was warm, the fries could have been cooked a tad longer or not cooked first (They were soggy). The countertop is filthy. At this time I also think the staff should be wearing gloves. Overall food is okay would be better if it was hot.UPDATE: I have tried the wings & yuck. I ordered HOT TERIYAKI & taste like nothing but burnt wings.
I had been wanting to try this place as soon as I saw it opened. It replaced another wing spot. I LOVE chicken wings, so I wanted to find a new spot to enjoy them. I was in the area so I gave them a shot.This place is in a strip mall where many young men and old heads alike, like to congregate in front of the businesses and harass customers at times. I wanted wings the day I went so I said “F it, let’s see what these wings are hitting for!”I don’t understand why the owners of all the businesses in this strip mall don’t band together and make it illegal for them to loiter in front of the business. Don’t they know they kills business for many people who don’t like walking through crowds of people especially older people?!?The night I stopped in they were busy and a few guys were standing around but they didn’t say anything, so that was a plus. As I entered the place was clean and they had R&B and Rap music blasting from the kitchen. I wasn’t mad at all because they were playing some of my favorite songs.I knew what I wanted to eat because I had looked up the menu online and studied it, but it did differ slightly from what I saw online. They serve all the standard bar food burgers, fries, wings, salads, sandwiches, and such.Like I said I wanted wings so I got wings. There were several flavors to choose from but I ended up getting Lemon pepper, fried extra crispy. I wanted to start with something safe so I wouldn’t be out of money if I didn’t like them.The cashier was extremely friendly and was amazed at my debit card because it’s personalized with one of my photos on it. The food didn’t take long to come out and I was out the door in 10 minutes. An younger Asian guy gave me my food, I’m assuming he was the owner or in some affiliation with the other. He was very nice and thanked me for coming in.The wings were pretty good, but I realized you have to request celery. They don’t offer carrots, and the ranch is packaged dressing. It’s not too appealing. I went back a few days later and got more Lemon pepper wings and they were still delicious, so now I have another wing spot!!!
Food is THE best. But customer service isnt worth a dime. They will tell you the food will be ready in 10 mins. but will actually be ready in 25 min. And the lady who works the front desk acts like she doesnt want to work. And she doesnt have to. But other than that. They straight.
Just left from there and the wings were delicious....small...but delicious. We only paid $26 for 30 wings(3 different flavors) family size cajun fry, and a 2 liter. Table floor was a little sticky but we took ours to go I didnt care. Cashier was really nice and the cook was friendly as well. Will be going bk most definitely.
The Wings were Great! Had garlic parm ones and the fried pork chops. And they had plenty more to offer on the menu. The owner was very Nice too. My mother in law and I had whole conversation w him while our food was being prepared
My grandmother had a very bad experience with this owner replacing her incorrect order , she even went to the extent to call the police and have her removed without having the audacity to correct her error . On top on that restaurant is not sanitary for eating...Health board will close this place down soon. Good luck
Honey mustard wings and fries was good. Got fast service and didnt have to wait on my food very long
I had the taste for seafood from a local restaurant. I tried the bang bang shrimp and the grilled tilapia. I enjoyed the shrimp better because it had more kick, but the amount of fish and rice was enough for a couple of meals. The cashier was pleasant and professional, even when customers came up and were on their cell phones while placing or picking up their orders.
10 /half wings 14 dollars after tax and there card machine charge for using it NO DRINKS NO SIDES JUST WINGS CUT IN HALF. FLAVOR was ok but not good enough for the price
Prompt service, showed me my meal before I left, laid back atmosphere. Typical wings, with a variety of sauces available. The plain wings had a good crunch, fresh flavor, no salt. Awesome!

This is one of the worst experiences I’ve had with fast food. I ordered here off of DoorDash and received my food. The wings were ok but the rice I ordered came with a dead fly I was devastated after eating almost most of it.
So, Wings are rather puny and over cooked. I ordered the hot wings and they weren’t hot, wouldn’t even consider them mild. The Cajun fries were cold and soggy. The wings were edible atleast but I will not be going back.
She didnt acknowledge my military discount because I forgot to show her when I placed the order. Not friendly plus the wings were entirely to small and over price. 🙃
The feeling that a child gets when they see all their gifts on Christmas day is what I experienced tonight. These people gonna make me hurt somebody over these wings. Make sure you get cajun ranch wings. Lord KNOWS Im dropping tears.
The only thing was good to me was the fries i only eat 2 wings I don’t recommend getting these and I don’t like how they have there blue cheese in a container unlike most wing places in individual packets
I ordered a steak philly & 6 PC garlic parmesean wings. My total came to 10.99$. My cashier was really nice and she seemed to be training someone , she greeted me and told the trainee (I suppose) to bring me a menu. She made sure she specified everything I wanted , read my order back, and told me I was #52. I waited about 10 minutes , she called my number , opened the tray to show me the food , and then bagged it up. The food was good. I wish the wings were fried a little longer so they didnt get softer in the sauce (a suggestion , not a complaint). I will leave pictures of my food.
Husband sand sandwich was okay but bland and the wings were small and flavorless.. ordered him food since I couldn’t bring him something to work but won’t make that mistake again, too bad, the reviews seem great. Maybe it was an off day

Joe makes the best tender, And wings!! Lemon pepper are my favorite! Red Velveet cake is 🔥 Too, Scrumptious, doesnt taste 2 chocolaty.... Going back to try his rice tonight😁

Great fish!...But manager has bad customer service whenever their is a problem...see does it in a nasty way if it is against store policies...does not know how to say I am sorry we can not do that ...because it is against Zacks store policy...instead she says it in a nasty tone or says it like she is talking to a child..she needs to work on her tack and tone...her other skills are good but she needs to work on this and also realizing that customers that are dining in or waiting their order can hear her talking about others customers and making fun of them after they leave or when she gets off the phone with them..SMH

2021-06-21I was the only one at the time to order and my food was ready in about 5 mins.....Philly Cheese Steak was nice .....wings were decent...Cajun Ranch Cheese Fries were good... Huge soda...all for $19.92...Id come back but not add the extras at all.

2022-07-01Looking for a new go to restaurant for good lunches and possibly, dinner. This spot is better suited for take out in my opinion. The staff is friendly and eager to serve. The food is good and hot. I havent had everything on the menu yet, but Im working my way down. Of course, fried rice and the like. There are some good family platters and the pricing is within a normal range of other restaurants of this type.

2020-05-16I ordered from this place three times so far being new residence here in Augusta (moved here in January on military orders) and order 1 & 2 was heaven all around. My husband and I just fell in love with everything we ordered. The phillycheese steak was EVERYTHING!!!! Now the third order was complete and totally different. The food was prepared different, it didnt taste the same, even the amount of food was less. I took a picture of the very first order and this is just my order by myself. My husbands phillycheese looked the same as mine in the picture. I shouldve taken a picture of the 3rd time. All we did was reordered the first one but you couldnt tell. there was waaay less nachos and to make it worst it literally had a small drizzle of cheese on three chips and they didnt put any chili on it like we ordered and paid for it to have. NO LIE!!!! The philly steaks was lacking meat but a lot of empty bread. It most definitely was not mouth watering like the first order. I am now afraid to order from there again because I dont know if they now have new owners and this is why the orders was so super far off.

2021-12-21This place is soooo HORRIBLE. I dont see how they are still in business. Wings were so freaking bland. Ordered lemon pepper for me and garlic parm for my girl. Both orders had rubbery skin and no flavor. The fish needed seasoning also. Like they just breaded it and didnt add any salt or pepper. Stay away please !!! 40 bucks for 20 wings, 2 orders of fries, and 2 pieces of tilapia. Waste of time and money.

2021-09-07Love the wings. Burgers are decent mom.in law loves the shrimp. The ONE thing i hate is how They put hor fries in a foam container then close the lid..other than that issue not expensive and good portions. Id get a burger here before any fast food. Ever.
