Cant give less than this. i bought a pair of shoes, tried them on and found they were much too small. i sent them back and they told me the RMA number on the shoes does not match the RMA on the return, thus the shoes are fake in which they proceeded to keep the shoes and my money. im offended, angered, and seeking legal action currently.
Nice guys and good quality equipments . I wish they could improve the opening time . It’s more time closed and I know I’ll always have what I need inside . Keep growing
Second visit and both times staff would rather talk to each other instead of helping. Almost walked out again because of it. Really felt like I was bothering them to try cleats for my kid.
Awesome spot! Was able to find my size in shinnies and have it shipped to me next day. Never gave up!
The staff seems bored, but very friendly when engaged. The shoes are decent, and fairly priced.

2022-03-28I started with a one star rating. Im surprised no one contacted me about it. I was hoping they are more concerned. I did go back because the shoes we got there tore up after wearing them 3 times. The help was so much better and they replaced and shipped to me at no cost. I had a good conversation with the worker there. He was very friendly and helpful. Hopefully their company will take my complaints to heart. I am allowing them to contact our club to provide uniforms and equipment for us. Hopefully we can build a good relationship. It will take higher customers service from all your staff. You never know who you are talking to when they come in your store. They need to consider that. I am moving my rating to a 4 star. It would be a 5 if they had reached out to me about my complaint.I am a member of this store. I have three kids playing soccer and I have always come here for their cleats. Not anymore. They just lost my business. First off, they have nothing in stock anymore. Secondly and most important the service today was the worst I have ever seen at a store. They guy literally ignored me and could care less that I am there to buy two sets of cleats. I kept having to try to get his attention to come pull a size for me. He acted like it was the worst thing ever to have to actually see if there is anything in the back. I am so frustrated that I drove over an hour for this. Never again. Do not shop here ever. Please stay away. They dont care about their long time customers.

2022-05-31This is a great m and pop shop, prices are fair for the size and variety is surprisingly good. I didnt join their rewards club but its worth it if you buy a lot of soccer gear.

2022-02-05Gentlemen there very helpful, went beyond the line of his duties to help find a product, that unfortunately wasnt available anymore. He concern to help us was much appreciated; even after he had done what is normally asked of him to help with. Went online to see if we could find somewhere else. I most definitely will come here again, and recommend the place to everyone I know.

2022-01-09Been going there for all my gear & daughter’s …..(10 years)people keep in mind….real soccer gear costs more than sporting good stores….if u want the real stuff…u will pay more….can’t recall any of my soccer cleats being less than $100….but I still have em!!!

2020-10-10We’ve been shopping here for several years and have always had good experiences. The staff are polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. If they don’t have your size (cleats, gk gloves, kit), they will order it and it arrives quickly (certainly faster than when I order online from other soccer websites). It’s great to have a soccer specific store with a wide selection. Tip: Always check out the discount bins, the deals are great.!

2018-09-04These guys were extremely accommodating to this mother who showed up for a tournament nearby without my childs shoes and shin guards. I called ahead and explained my situation, and they pulled everything they had in his size so I could walk in and choose. GREAT customer service. We arent in the area often, so want to recommend to others to try them out !

2017-08-26Went in just now. There were four people standing in there and we were the only customers. No one offered to help us at all. While the selection was great they literally watched tv and talked while we even took out the shoe sizer and sized ourselves. We had to interrupt their conversation and actually ask to check out. Once we started this part they were friendly but no apologies and they knew I was not thrilled. Had we not needed to get the cleats tonight we would have not done so. They had so much there and I was willing to pay extra for specialty knowledge, but they just ignored us. Disappointing as I would have liked to support a local business.

2018-09-15Good selection of cleats, turf and indoor shoes but out of stock on all the sizes for the shoes that I was interested in purchasing. My 4th option was a Nike Tiempo Turf shoe which was a half size too big. Played in the shoes one time and was unsatisfied.Returned within the 15 day return policy as stated on the receipt in order to make an exchange. The sales rep informed me that they cannot accept the return because they had been used and that it was store policy which was never brought to my attention at the time of the purchase and not stated on the receipt. I highly recommend not going to this place.Dont trust the rating as its all 5 stars with no true feedback on most.
