I have been a customer of Southeast Pet over 10 years now. I have not had a single issue that could not easily be resolved. Everyone in the office has been especially helpful. Taylor Long is always kind, curious and thorough. The drivers always call ahead for a time to meet. Excellent customer service all the way around!

Southeast Pet is supposedly a wholesale distributor of pet products and supposedly employee owned.I contacted them about 2 weeks ago looking for wholesale suppliers. I had a terrible difficulty attempting to navigate their website and trying to establish an account with them online. I rarely have trouble setting up accounts with others online but Southeast Pets website is apparently quite aateurishly set up because it only half works if that.So, I called and spoke withva real person who was nice enoigh to send me a new dealer application,by US MAIL. I filled it out and faxed it back to the numbers on the application. I called later tgat day and spoke with a Arla who said she had not received it. The next morning, I had the application refaxed to Alras attention, along with a clearly written cover sheet addressed to the specific attention of Arla, 3 pages, including a copy of my business license/sales tax form. I called Friday but the phone saidctgey were closed. I called a little whike ago and Arla again said she had not received anything. That is really sloppy business. I will not attempt to do business with them again.Only reason I gave 2 stars is because the first person I talked with over the phone was nice enoigh to send me a hardcopy application by US MAIL.

I have had great service with this company for over 4 years. Yes stock has been low, but to be expected during these different times. I have had several drives over the years for my deliveries, but they have always been pleasant and kind and helpful.

Discontinue what I order, I ask if there’s something in and for it to be pulled for a special order and don’t receive it. Disgusted with the low stock. Complete disregard for people who spend their money weekly with them.

Their truck drivers don’t know how to obey traffic laws or have any concern for other drivers. 👎🏼
