Would not recommend. Exorbitant prices, low quality materials, and poor customer service.Response to the owner post:I did request a short turn around, but you said that you had about 30 orders ahead of mine and it would have to wait, which is fair. I called Tuesday morning asking to cancel my order, but you said you had already started, so I chose to swap the document out with a different one in order to honor my agreement with you. When I got the first document back, you left it taped to the matting, and it was almost ruined trying to remove it. When I picked up the final order, it was sitting on the floor in the entry way of the store, along with many others, and the glass was filthy. As for the material quality, I’m sure the glass is nice, but the wood is a low quality lumber with a very thin veneer of hard wood; hardly seems fitting of a $250 frame. I am not seeking a refund, as I had agreed to the materials in advance, I just want prospective customers to be informed of my experience.
