Went on a Wednesday around 9pm as crowds were thinning out. We saw our waitress a grand total of 3 times even after we tried to flag her down. Zero refills on drinks despite asking. The wings were tasteless and pretty slimy, without the traditional breading coating so they had the appearance of being undercooked. The fries were just ok.And to cap all of that off, I gave the waitress 20 dollars and exact change for a 14 dollar bill. We waited almost half an hour for her to come back before we had to chase her down to get change. She had “assumed” that she’d gotten a 40% tip, despite not asking or any indication from myself, and had to get her manager to get my money back. Then had the audacity to bring my change back in all ones.If I could give 0 stars, I honestly would. Definitely won’t be coming back here.
My friend got a drink at the bar, and the bartender lied about the price of drink. When my friend told her, he’s not tipping anymore (He always tips) because she tried to get him for extra money. She got us removed from the club by telling the manager he disrespected her. This is not only a assault on our character with the staff there but also makes me look at the club differently. We used to always go here.
This place was.... interesting. Went on a Sunday and the place was crawling with staff but only 4 people in the bar. Quickly realized why. It ended up packing in!! On a Sunday?! I was surprised by this, but probably more surprised at how service got better the busier it got. Took forever to get my first drink. Then things started rolling and the bartenders did great keeping up. Could be the lines they were doing behind the bar thinking no one noticed. Odd place.
Always have a great time! Not sure but I think Mika is her name. she is the hookah girl always friendly and professional.. she should be the face of the company! always makes us feel welcome. We always leave with a great experience and a smile on everyones face!!! Thank you !!!
Place was ok as far as environment. I ordered a drink from the bar and paid for my drink. The bartender took my card and never gave it back. For 30 mins I argued with her about my card and she kept saying she gave it back. She finally brought my card back and I paid. I then took a picture of the receipt which was 20.88. Checking my account this morning I got charged for 3 different amounts of a total over 134 dollars
Its a cool casual place. The DJ played a variety of music and the patio was huge which is great to have during a pandemic. The drinks were meh, so other something straight or neat to get your moneys worth. There was one mystery I couldnt solve and that was the throwing of napkins as if they were dollar bills, it was literally raining napkins. LoLAll in all, it was a cool night.
1st time there with some friends. It was a mixed crowd of people and some hott looking waitresses💯👍🏾(always a plus)I noticed we had boxes of napkins at our table I was confused lol but realized it was for making it rain to simulate throwing money. It was fun , and they had a great mix of musicI recommend it
This was my first time here and I thought all in all it was a really nice place. We went on Fr8day around 9, parking was $5 which wasnt bad. There was a nice tented area for a more quite area. The indoor area was nice. I personally thought the music was a little too loud for it only being 9. But again, they have the outdoor tent area for a more quite area. The bathrooms where nice, and there was a gentleman in there to give you the soaps and paper towels. I really appreciated that. I had a 420 on tap and the drink was great. It was cold and crisp. The music had a nice selection and from what I could tell, you could request music. Dont quote me on that though. The booths for sitting on the inside where comfortable and there was plenty of decorations to liven up the place and look at.
Loved the music they played and loved that atmosphere. Had so much fun on Halloween. It was a wonderful experience. Loved how they have a patio to chill on when it gets to hot and wild inside. Plus a bar outside as well. It was a great play to pick to enjoy Halloween night for sure.
I came here to watch the Super Bowl. The service was fast and efficient even with the large crowd. My drink, which was some kind of rum fruit punch was great! And my seasoned waffle fries were amazing! My only complaints were that my order of fries was too small; it was about 5 fries. And the lemon pepper wings were really greasy.
Great little place for rangers and just letting loose on the weekends. Pretty good during the weekdays for games as well. Thursday had or has 25 cents wings which can be hit or miss (cold, crunchy, odd at times) and the sauces are a good mix. The serves are really good and attentive.
Man, this place was way live! We went on a Saturday and it was super packed. The baristas were extra friendly and the shots were about $7 which was good for the amount that you got. They have a small stage and a pole. I think I saw someone smoking in there so maybe its allowed. Entry was free, no cover, and you have to be 21.
Went there Sunday evening & it was very disappointing. After paying $5 to park, we went in where no one was there there to greet us or seat us. After we finally just sat ourselves in the bar area we waited for 25 mins for a waitress. There were plenty of people working & the place was pretty much empty. We noticed a couple who came in after us sit outside & they had drinks within mins so we decided to move outside to see if we could get service. 2 waitress walked right by us as we walked outside (even asked one for a menu). We sat outside for another 10 minutes before I finally asked someone for a waitress. The food was good but the overall service made the experience very unpleasant. We will not be going back.
What a joke. Came here at around 4:30 on a Saturday afternoon. Very few patrons here. Not busy in the slightest. Really only wanted to grab a couple drinks after a day at the park and then head home to watch the final 4. Sat outside for 10 minutes and didn’t even see a single employee. Went inside to make sure I didn’t need to order inside and was told McKenzie would be right out. Went out and waited another 5 minutes before a food runner told us again that McKenzie would be right with us, while giving a different table their food. Another couple seated next to us was there before us and hadn’t been served either. Went out to the car, decided where we wanted to go next for another 5 minutes, and as we drove out, saw that other couple getting their drinks....20 minutes after we got there. I’m new in town, I have money to spend, I tip well and I will be doing it elsewhere. What a dump. If you don’t want to serve the late afternoon/early evening crowd, get a new job.
I used to go here 2-3 times a week...the staff has turned over and alot of the new shady bartenders like to double dip on the cost of drinks....always ask what the price is before ordering. They will up charge you and then expect a tip on top of the over priced drink. Well vodka redbulls should never be 15 bucks in a tiny cup at this place.....not to mention the staff cant multitask to save their lives.
We Went to a Bar Crawl with them and it said it was supposed to go from 7:00pm until 2:00 am but at 11:30 they didnt honor the wrist band and were no longer serving food that was disappointing. But we stayed because they had a larger outside sitting and good music and the bar tender was Great.
Had a very bad experience with an extremely rude bar tender last night working at the bar in the tent space that they had set up for winter. There was only one other group of people at the bar while we were there. I was trying to get my friends a round of drinks, and she blatantly ignored me at the bar and asked my friend what he wanted to drink, continued to ignore me when I kept saying I was getting his drink as well as everyone else’s. She finally acknowledged me only to realize my friend was to be included in the round of drinks (she had him pay before even acknowledging my existence). Asked for a blue moon during the encounter for my one friend who had never been to this bar before (they’re from out of town), and she was ignorant yet again in the way in which she responded to me about not having that selection. I was a waitress and a bartender for 6 years, I am probably one of the most respectful, and understanding people when it comes to the restaurant and bar biz, but this girl made me feel like I needed to give this place a negative review. There is no reason to be petty and ignorant to other women... especially one that had you not been an ignorant individual would have tipped you 5x the norm because I’ve lived that life. Instead she got a standard tip, which honestly looking back I’m disgusted I even gave that as were my friends. We left after one round, and unless I’m ungodly wasted, I’ll never go back.
I went here because it is dog friendly; we’d been traveling and were hungry. The wait staff was nice. I ordered the hanger steak which was absolutely the worst steak I’ve ever had in my life. I’m not sure if it was the seasoning or what, but it just tasted horrible. It was cooked to temp (medium) and I could tell it had been grilled. Even the smell of it was horrible. I fed most of it to my dog.
I showed up for a working interview and waited on the manager for a whole hour, during that hour there were three bartenders and none of them even looked in my direction / acknowledged me. This place is very poorly run and I had never been prior- First impressions are everything. The manager ended up hiring me and after I completed the new hire paperwork, he forwarded my calls and ignored all of my follow up texts asking him about when Id start working. So a whole month passed and still no response. Also, during my sit down with the manager Marcus he at one point told me to take my mask off when he couldve just asked me to speak up, Marcus along with most workers were not wearing a mask. I have to emphasize the fact that this establishment led me on for a whole month during a pandemic, when the job market is especially weak. I found another job but this experience left a really bad taste in my mouth and I advise any bartenders / industry workers to not apply here, and advising my friends to not go here. Ive never experienced this level of unprofessionalism.
I was here for the 2018 CFB National Championship. Despite there being an enormous crowd present, there was never a long wait to get drinks and we were able to get our food within 20 minutes. The food was hot and quite good as well. Nothing thats going to win awards or anything, but thats not why you come to a place like this. There are TVs everywhere for watching whatever sporting event you want. Overall, I was very impressed with the service. Add decent food and good drink selection and prices and its hard to go wrong here if you are looking for a pub / saloon experience.
I have never been to a place where there were tables, but I could only order food at the bar. I had to go back three times to check on my order. and when it finally arrived, it was cold and had obviously been sitting out. Also, it was the wrong order but she told me there is nothing she can do because the kitchen is closed. When I asked her to comp my order, she said really nastily, You already closed your tab. Rude, rude staff here.
Brought some out-of-town friends (down for a convention) here on a Wednesday night and luckily were able to sit right down and get waited on. Had a GREAT special with $5 🍔 🍔! 👌🏻 Everyone got a different burger, all were made exactly to order & we chowed down! I had the Black & Blue and it was excellent, blackened seasoning, perfect amount of blue cheese crumbles & crispy fried onions on top. Had the fried pickles and souther egg rolls for apps — they did not disappoint. I probably should deduct a half star as no Guinness - but, waiter was great (I think he was the owner?!) and we all had a great time. Interesting background music mix that was all over the map, which kept us all coming up with stories to share bringing back great memories.
I have been here twice on a Sunday and not only do you have to pay $10-$20 to park, as it get closer to closing they open up the dance floor and literally big goons come out and remove the chairs and tables aggressively right from under you. There wasn’t but probably 30 people in the whole place. I complained to Mgmt and nothing happened. It’s ridiculous. I will never go back.
I’ve been coming here for years !! My girl Rachel always takes care of me on Thursday evenings. I’ve only been on Thursdays so I can’t speak to other nights. The parking is $10 valet. They have a lot of seating. Huge bar space and outdoor seating as well. Pet friendly outside. They have a 25 cent wing special on Thursday that keeps me coming back constantly. They do have a lot of tvs so TNF is always in viewing sight. The atmosphere is great and the food and customer service makes this my favorite bar in Buckhead.
If you are a Buckeyes football fan, then you have already been to this location and partied with 300 of your closest friends on Saturday afternoons. Great bar and patio scene. Good bar food. Small pool table in private room area off of main floor. Good place to grab a pint and watch a game.
Its a little strange that the crowd throws napkins instead of dollar Bills or confetti, and their music choice and general crowd was just a little young for me. But they make a great lemon head, and a great cosmopolitan. Other than the hugh brow drinks this felt more like a college frat house than a bar.
We went to Buckhead Saloon last year for my birthday, nothing big planned ahead but what a great surprise of a good time. I enjoyed the music selection - a really good mix of pop & hip hop, Not too much ratchet-ness - a really good crowd of people. I hope to go there this year because I dont go our much and this place had a good atmosphere overall for what I prefer.
This is my favorite Bar to kick back and turn up in Buckhead. If your just looking for a place to drink, dance, meet new people in a non glamorous atmosphere this is it. Its never over packed like some of the other bars...the outside patio is huge, they have 3 inside sitting areas, a stage and a bathroom attendant who is always sweet.
Awesome staff and great service! I am a huge critic when it comes to service and this place is awesome. From the executive parking all the way to the manager asking about my experience as I was walking out. awesome people all around! big shout out to Yoseph the valet and their work!
I cannot decide if I should rate them as 1 or 2 stars. Here are my reasons: Paid for parking and seemed really sketchy and then the security guy was awkward too. It was very difficult to get an order in and in general the place seemed dirty and like a trashy bar. Waitresses walked by and even though our glasses were empty, nobody would even look our way. Additionally, our drinks were expensive and poorly made. Decorations were almost country, but then they had hookah. Im not even sure they know what they want to be as an establishment.
No cover only charges for parking. Of you planning to go there on weekend take Uber or Lyft. The security is super cooperative and bar is amazing. This place is great for a dance date. The DJs are great here. This place can get better if they have one extra worker for Sheeha / Hookah serving.A plus point you can also enjoy their starters in their outside street seating.
Worst service i have ever had. My wife ordered a frozen lemonade and never got the drink. Had to remind our waitress who might have been high to get water refills 4 times. Ordered food and the witress showed up 5 minutes later saying she forgot what we had ordered. The only upside was the quality of food, once we finally got our order. My recomendation order food to go, and eat it at a better bar.
This place needs to be either permanently closed or moved to someplace else. I live next door at a condo building and cant sleep at night due to the loud dance music from this bar and obnoxious engine sounds from cars & motorcycles going in and out of the parking lot. They need to know people live next door and they are harming the neighbors life with the noise pollution.
Won’t be going back to Buckhead Saloon. For starters was told cover was 10$ a person then at 10pm it would go up to 20$ a person. At entry we were told it was 20$ right after we were just old it was 10$. Half of our group of 20 was charge 20$ even though it was before 10pm. we came back later in the evening and the bouncers would not let us in because one of our guest was “too drunk” . They came to this conclusions because her boyfriend was carrying her on his back because she was wearing heels and her feet hurt. I’ve never been so dissapointed with a bar in buckhead.they are the lost expensive bar there and the worst one I’ve been too. Do not recommended to anyone who plans on drinking or bar hopping.
I never write reviews but this has to be said. I have been going to buckhead saloon for years now. But the past three times have really bothering me. Seriously get rid of the security y’all have. I have never felt so disrespected or bullied in my entire life. They made me feel extremely uncomfortable along with the police officer. Makes me never want to go back.
My friends and I came here for my friends birthday and wanted to have a good time but instead we were randomly assaulted and thrown out of the bar for no reason after my black friend bought several drinks. We didnt even get to drink the drinks. When we were asked why, the bouncer said its because your type arent allowed here. Take into account we are two asian, a black, and a hispanic male. There were no other minorities in the bar and I guess now I know why. They only serve to one kind of person and I only wish to be treated the same way as everyone else but I felt VERY disrespected as a customer. This is no respectful business that anyone should go to. We reported assault against the bouncer and he lied to the officer so he got off clean of course because the officer wouldnt believe us. Honestly, if you want to have a good time DO NOT come to this place. Unless you are white then you are welcomed, other than that, dont come here! The bouncer grabbed us while we were just standing there and I feel very offended I was treated in this manner. Im officially barred from this place but its not like I will ever go back again. DO NOT COME HERE unless you want to disrespectfully treated.
We arrived at 10:30 on a Wednesday night thinking we’re were going to be able to chill , first they said the kitchen was closed then the bar tender was cleaning up all around us , we felt rushed and asked are they closing soon , he said they close at 11 when their website clearly says says 2 pm . We literally was told to leave after they cut off the music and turned all lights on, on top of that staff suggested for us to go somewhere else and have us the name “pool hall “Like what kind of customer service is that ?
Not very good at All. The service is terrible, I wait 15-20 minutes for a server and when she did arrive all she did was complain. She did not know the specials (Or if there were any). When my drink finally did come it was WRONG. The food was terrible and my date’s wings were under-cooked. I complained to the manager but he was like whatever. Also I think some items were missing after I had my car valet park my car.
Ok let’s talk about their wings... that is if you have magnifying glasses to see them. I honestly felt like I was in one of those “tiny food” videos. I mean, when I’m told “ok you’re gonna get 10-12 wings” i’m thinking i’m not gonna be able to finish, but dang, I’m STARVING after all 12. Moral of the story is, do not order their wings. Stick to their drinks.
The music was cool but the bartender spoiled it for me to even enjoy the remainder of my evening. While at the bar I asked the bartender( white male, tall with short blonde hair ) what were the night specials and he pointed at the sign and said they are over there. Um youre the bartender your supposed to tell the customers what the night specials are.So looked at the sign and stated to him I couldnt see what it said (didnt have my contacts on). so this rude ass bartender looked at me with a glare turned away and proceed to take the next customer order.Yup did it for me I will not spend my money there or tip a rude bartender.Bartenders work off tips and are supposed to provide excellent customer service.
Chad,I hear youre one of the owners of this place. Im extremely disappointed in the service my friends and I received from your so called Manager Mike and our server Elizabeth A. The food came out fast and was pretty good. However I only ate half of my Baja Burger and fries. My appetite was ruined. 35 minuted into our meal we hadnt received drinks. My friend went to the bar and informed Elizabeth that she forgot to take our drink order. 10 minutes after that I went to the other bar and asked another female server who is the manager? She stated she didnt know who the manager was (which I find absurd). I asked her who would know? She then pointed to a guy at the end of the bar. I asked him who is the manager he stated Mike. I then said where would I find Mike? He said hes outside. I then go outside and go to Security and ask where is Mike the manager? They point Mike out. I walk to him he was so cold and unconcerned when I explained of the poor service my friends and I received. He partially listened and when I finished speaking he never apologized for the way we felt. He said where are you sitting with an attitude as if I was bothering him. He said Ill send her over to you. I went back inside with my friends and told them lets go and were never coming back here again. Chad I dont expect any better from your staff, Ive looked through the reviews and your response is only an apology and the problems havent been fixed. After another 5 minutes our drinks arrive. My friends ordered me sweet tea. To add insult to my situation my tea was unsweet. This was the worst food experience of my life.
Extremely poor customer service and profiling. Bouncer saw people getting in an altercation and grouped my friends in with them just because of where they were standing. Instead of coming up to us and speaking like a normal person, the bouncer picked my husband up, grabbing his biceps and pinched him leaving huge bruised finger marks while carrying him out for something he didnt do. Im still trying to get an answer from the manager about the tapes he reviewed (which show we had nothing to do with it) from 4 DAYS AGO when he assured me he would get back to me that same day. I hope they have someone on retainer. Do not go here unless you want to be unjustly profiled and treated extremely poorly.
Ive been coming here for a good minute never had any issues always had a good time but this particular time I went to buy some alcohol and the charge was 50 which was no problem but when I get my transaction posted to my account it says I was charged $70 where the f*** did the other 20 come from I think these guys are probably Crooks or something not to mention that there were two black guys begging for me to buy them alcohol and I was like what
My latino husband and my black self tried to get into this place and instantly one of the bouncers started flashing a light on my husband shoes, I guess to signal the other bouncers. We were dressed very professional and then we were told, he could not wear those boots, casual BOOTS!! Mind you, two white males with v neck cotton shirts, cargo bottoms and sneakers were let right past us with no questions. Very upsetting. I hate to just pull the race card, so we did a little experiment, because we just love to believe that everyone is treated equally as the G.M. claims. So we had our white friends, blond hair, blue eyes, to wear the EXACT things we had on that night for another night. I walked up every Saturday until I noticed those faces of the bouncers again, pretended to be curious or just walking through, leave and then gave them the cue to go in. With no questions, they were let it. Treated equally, my ass! Cool experiment btw... So YES! THIS PLACE IS RACIST!!!
Before I left Valet and got to the door, they wouldnt let me in saying I was sagging when I only had long cargo shorts on...... then tried to say i needed a belt when the shorts had a draw string and but closed with a zipper on them. Im a grown man in my 30s with 3 degrees I have no reason to so call sag, but I didnt argue with them because someone told me about the reviews before I go there I just like to see things for myself. So if you are black ( I cant speak for any other races) be prepared to get the UN-WELCOMED treatment at the door before u even get it. I told my group of people who were going to meet me there to turn around and meet me at TACO MAC and had a great time and spent over $300 and tipped well no matter what they may think about my kind..... I knew it was crazy when the valet told me it was crazy what they were doing when I asked for my money back for the valet because they wouldnt let me in.
The bar is great..good good food, atmosphere..and when i walked into the woman restroom..the smell was amazing..clean an it aint often u get to go into a woman restroom an it smells dat good. But the most amazing thing about the whole experience to the restroom. Was the woman that was in there.she greeted me with a warm smile an a hello..took extra care of me.an thank me for my service as a patron..imagine that..I wish that every restroom has a woman in there like. Ms.Jackie..shes a great investment to going to the rest room..
Edit: after removing the boot the owner agreess, the salon does not want any black patrons at their bar!!! Theres a tow truck company waiting In the parking lot next to the bar that only boots black people. Ive seen it with my own eyes. Dont come here if youre black!!!
An Atlanta landmark and the model sports bar. Better than average food, a huge menu, and every game on TV. Perfect place for fantasy football watching. Not bad for mingling either. Can get really loud and crowded so its not the ideal romantic date place. Still Buckhead Saloon is a cant miss if you are looking for a fun place to watch the game or grab a casual dinner and beer if your are visiting Atlanta.
This is actually a place that Ive been going to for almost 2 years. I show up there in business casual attire and Im stopped at the door. This if the first time Im ever stopped at the door of this establishment. The gentleman at the door isnt the usual door decoration thats usually checking IDs and he mentions to me that I cant come in because my pants are too low.. Im flabberghasted because this is the same pair of denim that I wear in a professional business environment. Regardless, I attempt to be diplomatic about this and express to him, well, I have a belt on. Can I simply just pull my pants up? At that point, he says no. It became apparent to me that this had nothing to do with my pants since he simply expressed that I apparently didnt adhere to a dress code that has never had a problem with how I comport myself. But when I offer to adjust the way Im dressed so that I can get in, his response to refuse my willingness to change how I present myself felt nothing short of racist and also shocking. I dress rather well, I dont wear any sort of urban clothing or designer brand sneakers. I dress myself in a such a way that I can go from a business office to a bar and I maintain a simple style using basic colors. For someone to use the dress code excuse to bar me and then back pedal on that when I blindside them with acquiescence is ignorant, unfortunate, and simply bad business. Instead of simply complaining, I will take the initiative to make sure that people know, to make sure I never come back, and to make sure that I steer any social circle that Im with in the opposite direction of a business establishment that will allow such imbeciles to represent their business and their brand at the door. 2 years of patronage is gone and I will make sure that the same occurs with anyone that I am in the company of when I visit the Buckhead area.
I can only imagine the amount of stale beer coating the floors. Based on the aroma of the joint, Im guessing theyve never cleaned the place. Also, youll feel old here if you graduated college more than five years ago, ancient if longer. The only redeeming factor is the large patio.
Buckhead Saloon is definitely the spot to be in Atlanta! Daytime sports bar with all the sports one could watch, great service, tasty drinks and delicious food! Nighttime spring break esque party center with energetic vibes that provides everyone with the night of his or her life! If you dont believe me then you must experience it yourself!

2022-03-28I went on a Sunday night. This place used to be a dance club, now its a hookah lounge money suck. Cover was $30 for guys and $20 for girls. The entire floor was a roped off VIP section and if you werent a part of it there was no reason to be there. Anywhere we tried to stand or hang out they told us to move, like 6 times. We couldnt just exist in the place. The music was great, drinks were reasonable and didnt take forever. Their napkin throwing gimmick is and always has been trashy. Imagine paying $750 for a section and you lose your drinks under a mountain of napkins.

2022-06-13Food until close so thats good. We got in late so no cover charge, drinks were not stiff and overpriced, so be prepared to pay alot to get a buzz. We asked for food menu and they didnt have any. Instead the bartender took a pic of their screen with their phone and showed us. Really only food they had was wings and tenders, of course the tenders were out so basically just wings. Wings were good at least. But dont go off the menu online. Tons of security so thats both a pro and con. Probably wont go back but glad they were open when we needed them.

2021-12-05It was cool. The lady at the bar forgot my food, but my drink was mixed really well and it wasnt overly crowded or too long of a wait.

2022-06-07Went on a Friday night, got in free before 11pm with the EventBrite ticket. Specifically on the weekend of carnival. Was very disappointed that the dj ran our of songs to play and literally had a Playlist on rotation throughout the night. Also, the drinks were not strong whatsoever. No matter what you order.

2018-09-08First time eating here. I like the vibe. Got here around 930p and it wasnt too busy. I can see the crowd growing! All the staff members seems pretty cool. Bartenders are definitely awesome! Aly has been the best so far! I had the burger...it was good! A cool chill spot!

2022-02-02I really enjoyed the napkins wars on sunday. The waitress Ming Lee was rude, sarcastic with a nasty attitude. I ordered wings and fries, she let my order sit in the bag 10 mins before passing it to me. I stood there at the bar and asked her for my food twice.
