Sprouts Farmers Market in other cities:
Sprouts is just a fun place to shop. Good value. Nice meat and fish section. Very good prices on produce. Bakery has nice fresh baked bread. I enjoy the vitamins and supplements section. You can also find interesting items throughout the store and the staff is very friendly.
I enjoy shopping at this particular Sprout its a plus that its the closest one to my house. A big reason I like Sprout so much is that its the only place near my home that I can get Key Limes. And Its always clean, neat and easy to find what youre looking for. The staff at this store are always polite, courteous and very helpful.
What a great grocery store! They have the same quality as Whole Foods, but substantially lower prices.Their produce selection, quality and excellent specials. The meat selection is limited, but they offer the basics plus some unusual items.Store is well-stocked and very clean.
Sprouts is a great place to go for produce. They have a better variety than the major chains and it is always fresh. In most cases the prices are also better. Generally speaking I dont get other groceries from there although Ive heard that have quality meat and seafood.
Love shopping at this location. The fresh produce is always good and nice selection of fish and meats. On Wednesdays all sushi rolls are $5.00. Definitely a savings over shopping at Whole Foods and more of a selection than Trader Joes. Worth checking them out if you havent stopped in before.
Sprouts is a great place to buy organic foods at reasonable prices. I love the wide selection of bulk foods - saves money and packaging (though they are pre-bagging these items amid the pandemic, and I greatly appreciate all the measures they are taking to keep shoppers and employees safe). Only downside at this location - they are often low on or out of the organic produce I need
I havent been to Sprouts in about a year due to a bad experience. I came in today because I heard the black berries were on sale. The service I received ensured I will be back soon, from help finding everything I needed, to the friendly and fast checkout provided by Jeffrey. This was definitely was a very different experience from before, and I look forward to shopping here again.
I shopped here often. (Past tense). I was there today 8/9/20 at around 1:00 PM and the cashier did not even say hello. I greeted her and got a dirty look. I am taking my $$ elsewhere. Too bad because its close by and I liked their selection. Management better remedy the attitude of their employees or theyll lose more people to Trader Joes or the myriad of other options out there.
Sprouts offers a beautiful selection of organic products. The staff within the vitamin/wellness department have an incredible knowledge relative to alternative measures and are able to look-up benefits/uses within their computers library (while you wait) and encourages you to read from any of the books available about the subject-matter. The staff is exceptional throughout the entire store; its always a delightful experience!
Probably wont return to a Sprouts, but would never come back to this one. I found everything to be about the same price or more than Whole Foods, but I dont get 5% or more back on everything and the healthy options for meat werent there. The fish was farmed which is total trash and the produce was super hit or miss, but the prices were all much higher than their competitor while not being as good of quality. Nuts were also about 3-4x the price I pay across the street and didnt look nearly as nice. The only positive thing I can say is that they support NFC (tap to pay) and the lines were short and there was parking very close - probably because others share my experience and decided to go elsewhere. Its possible that they just dont have a great distributor for this store, but my visit absolutely didnt make me want to return.
I was so excited about Sprouts when they first opened, I even carried their flyers in the car and handed them out to all my friends. I couldnt say enough good things about Sprouts their customer service, their care for the quality of their produce and meat and their prices. Unfortunately after being open for a few months the quality part has gone progressively down hill. Every time I look through the meats there is something rotten on the shelves. I have bought and returned rotten meats on two different occasions. The great sale price items are never in stock even on the first day. I have even gone back a couple of days later and it still wasnt in stock. This has happened quite a few times, not just once. I have bought organic produce three times and it always tastes bad. I question if it is really organic because anytime I have bought organic elsewhere the taste was outstanding. None of the tomatoes organic or regular have tasted good. There is no consistency. It is very unfortunate. I really loved it at first, but after regular weekly shopping Im afraid I probably will not go back!
Me and my family havent had good experience with the customer service at check out. I thought it was a one time thing but no several times me and my family had bad experiences with different cashiers. I noticed the cashiers are never nice and when you go for a return they always have a bad attitude and act as if you’re wasting their time and bothering them. This location has by far the worst customer service in comparison to other sprout locations . I’ve had way better experience at other locations. Definitely gonna stop shopping at this location.
Really like this place. Love the produce, and organic items, but seems limited on meat and seafood selections. Also like their mobile app, where you can store your weekly saving items in the basket, then check off, or validate the saving when youre at the cashier. Many friendly faces staffs as well.
I thought that this store had great prices on some produce and tea. I was disappointed in the quality of the produce. Much of it was going bad. Maybe we hit it at the wrong time. It may have been at the end of the ad and just before Christmas. That may have been a factor. The bathrooms were clean. The coffee beans smelled wonderful. They had nice bulk bins.
I have been to this Sprouts many times and the last 2 times the check out clerk did not know what type of produce I had and when I asked a question about a price on a product, she was so put out and said she had no idea and was not about to read the label to see if it matched what she rang up. When another clerk came over (he may have been the manager) to check on it he was rude and then proceeded to tell me that the sale on the wine, “buy 4 bottles get 10% off” only applied to buying the SAME 4 bottles of wine and would not allow the clerk to honor the discount. Just very rude. I’m so disappointed because I live so close. I’ll shop at Whole Foods, they have “buy 6 bottles of wine get 10% off” and, of course, you don’t have to buy the same 6 bottles of wine.
I can honestly say my “first” time shopping at Sprouts was AMAZING!!!! The store was clean and the staff was SUPER FRIENDLY! I browsed ALL the isles and found items I couldn’t elsewhere find. My checkout experience was fast and I didn’t have to wait at all! Then to top my experience off....The store manager named Raffy approached me personally with a bigger than life personality offering me his assistance!Thank you Sprouts for a refreshing experience!I will be a returning customer and Im telling all my friends!!! 5 Stars!!!!!!!
I love Sprouts! I was at the store at closing time. There was only 1 cashier available to ring everyone up. There were at least 8 to 10 customers in line, and with only 1 cashier it took me 20 minutes before my few items were rung up. The cashier was very nice but was having long conversations with several customers. I love the store and the employees are very knowledgeable and friendly, but more cashiers need to be available at closing time.
Sprouts is pretty cool. Nice selection for a niche grocery store, unique products, solid pricing particularly on meats. But man, at least one star off for the check-out process. Ive shopped there many, many times and I would shop there more often but getting through the cashier line is ALWAYS a slog. Has to be 10 minutes as an average time and often times its 15 plus. Maddening. Set up some self-checkout lines if you are going to have five cashier lines available but only one open!
Tried their deli sandwiches he did and theyre really good especially the subs on the sometimes available sub rolls. Justin was real helpful and personable taking care of us on a busy Sunday afternoon.Felt like I was at Aldi. No one to help at 7:15 on a Wednesday. Couldnt find a person in meat department and one registry open. Normally good
I may go here again for other stuff, but I will never get meat or vegetables from here again. I bought a pot roast meal, and thought Wow! 11 bucks and I get these veggies and meat! It looked fine, but literally a day later, the roast was green and the veggies were getting moldy. I was so shocked. The smell almost made me gag. I checked the sell by date, and it was that day. Such a sad experience. Ill stick to Aldi for meats.
I was looking for gluten free buns and saw that they had run out so I asked Robert Smalls if there was any in the back. He check the bakery area even though all the bakery employees had left and then checked another freezer and found them! He was very helpful and went out of his was to help me!
We had 20 guests coming for Thanksgiving and only one oven to cook with. Ordered 3 turkeys with all the sides and the deli staff even heated things up for us. The meals were fantastic - seriously as good or better than home made. The turkeys were moist and tender and the sides were delicious. Logan and the rest of the deli staff made thanksgiving dinner a breeze. Thank you! Thank you!
Inexpensive prices for good quality food. However its hard to find employees if you need help... And although I understand that it is eco-friendly that you bag your own nuts and chocolate, there is really no staff to notice if some kid puts their hands in everything...
I dont shop at Spouts but this was my first time here and it was horrible. I didnt know you had to right the numbers down for the dry goods (which is stupid just put it in your system like Publix Walmart ect) and the 2 ladys at check out were super rude about it! I will not shop here again such a shame its a nice store. Unnecessary attitudes for no reason !
Great specials. Check out their phone app for checkout challenges. Sometimes their app is buggy and frustrating. So sad this store stopped carrying the Cello Whisps cheese crackers low carb and created their own version which is NOT as good! But now they came out with their own pizza snacks made with cheese and are gross and stopped stocking the cello wisps. Ugh. Bulk items are great. Lots of healthy options.
The front and center portion of the store has self-serve grains and candys sold by weight. On the containers are stickers reading reminding people to use the scoops to serve In my days I have seen to many kids playing with foods in these tubs. Everyone leaves out semi-filled bags of aformentioned foods and the employees dont throw them away. Sprouts has too many merchandisers in the walk way, making you have to jockey your cart, basket or family around displays and other shoppers. Nobody was behind the meat counter at 5pm on a Friday and nobody asked if I needed help the 5 minutes I was in the area.
I have been to Sprouts several times since it has opened. Every single time I have had to take something back. I bought Kombucha tea and found out when I got home that it was expired before the store even opened! I bought a coffee creamer that was completely curdled. I also bought an organic mango that was rotten on the inside. None of these things are a problem individually, but there is a pattern. They have been very nice about taking stuff back. The product management needs to be more closely monitored.
I love sprouts. The bulk gummy bears are the best gummy bears in planet Earth. Better prices than whole foods. The sale prices put the organic items at or below Trader Joes. Having all 3 on 1 corner makes healthy choices the easiest most affordable option in the area. ***TIP*** Get the 8 piece Herb Roasted Chicken from the hot pre made meals section. It is tastier (& healthier than Publix Fried Chicken) BBQ seasoned is ok in a pinch but the HERB
Kroger quality foods with Whole Foods prices. When you shop at Whole Foods, you pay more for the quality of foods and the piece of mind knowing there is no crap in your foods. Their produce was ok....but their snacks were fully of preservatives and artificial food dies - things that Whole Foods would not allow in their store. I wont be going back. If I need that type of food product I will save my money and go to Kroger or Publix.
Sprouts is a wonderful grocery chain, offering fresh produce and options for healthy foods that have been hard to find in the past. What — the East Cobb location of — Sprouts lacks is employee training in customer appreciation. In general the checkout staff is unhappy, rude, and, only on a rare occasion, smiles and thanks a customer for shopping there. One of three things causes this type of behavior: Mis-treatment of employees by management, lack of training, or cultural support of such behavior by management.
Better than whole foods but not as good as Wegmans (but hey, Wegmans isnt in ATL yet). That said, we like sprouts allot. Good selection process but through the roof line at whole foods ( though not everything is organic) it is a good balance between price and quality.
Id really hate to write a bad review because I love Sprouts and the fact that I can purchase affordable healthy food. However, there has been many instances there that has made me not want to go back to this particular Sprouts. Every time I go to this particular Sprouts I always feel like as if I am being followed around. I do not mind a simple How may I help you? but instead I will get a worker or two who will follow me around the entire store! I can obviously tell that they are following me because I will be in the chip aisle for instance and one of the workers will pretend to fix something on the shelf and will then leave when I leave the aisle! This is a bogus tactic...why would someone assume that I will steal a $2 bag of chips? And I never personally feel welcomed here. I will see the same workers greet multiple customers but once I approach them with a smile they do not say anything to me! These are honestly just small instances but one situation really made me not want to go back to this Sprouts. While checking out, my person was an older man who asked me if I knew the code for one of the nuts that I have bought. I told him the code and somehow he did not believe me. He thought that I had given him the wrong code but this was the correct code! I told him that I can show him the exact place where I got it if he doesnt believe me but he refused. As an employee, you should not assume that you customers wrote down the wrong code and instead check it personally yourself! You also have a chart next to your register...why not double check on that to ensure that it was the correct code? The next Sunday I checked out with the same older man again and this time I made sure to write down the code for him to see. He said Do you have the code? and I simply showed him the written code for the almonds. He then said to me Oh, so youre one of the smart ones? At that point I was completely turned off with this Sprouts and was extremely offended by his comment. I might honestly report my experience to corporate. I will not give my money to a company who constantly follows me around the store and expresses offensive/racist remarks. I will take my money elsewhere to another Sprouts or even the Trader Joes down the street on Roswell Rd. They have a much better customer service and I feel welcome there every time I shop there.

2021-12-22Go to for nutritional supplements. Be aware of advertised prices vs whats on your receipt. However, customer service was great in fixing the problem.

2022-05-18Im very disappointed this location does not keep its bathroom clean - sink, floors, toilets, walls were nasty. The toliet was out of order & you can see water draining on floor, not to mention smell. I would have taken pictures, but left phone in car. Its already small and tight in there, at least management can have staff keep it cleaned so many hours a day.

2021-12-25My favorite grocery store. The meat department is outstanding. My favorite part is the bulk nuts. I make it a point to stock up on fresh nuts, fruits, and vegetables at Sprouts. Its like an affordable version of that other grocer that will take your whole wallet.

2020-06-15Went here on Saturday and this was the biggest Sprouts Farmers Market that I have seen. Very spacious and a huge selection compared to the size stores we have in Gwinnett.

2022-04-28Shopping for Instacart. Had to find some items, but the store is not too big, so didnt take too long. Store personnel were extremely helpful in finding what I needed.

2022-01-16Possibly the worst store of managers I have ever met! Actually went for an interview once also! Let’s just say Karen ISNT outdated at this store. If you can drive right past this store and find a Walmart or even a Publix you’ll get better service at Walmart then you will at this store. Not sure if all sprouts hire managers with attitudes but this one sure does.
