Coffee ordered was lukewarm and not prepared to my liking. Breakfast turkey bacon and egg and pumpkin loaf bread was good hot and fresh. Daughters green drink was good and refreshing. Counters was not clean as it could be. And outside table area was not clean or acceptable for outside eating.
Have to have it everyday lol so good, great service.
One of the guys was very rude after he got our order wrong, did not offer to correct it or give a refund. I am guessing that the female shift manager stepped up to give the correct order, but I did not receive a refund in the difference. Will not return to that location, Dublin Mall.
The service was terrible from the start. The drive-through customer service was awful, Jack needs more training. I order a mango dragonfruit with lemonade and a strawberry acai. When I drove around the window was dirty! Jack sounded as if he was ready to go and he didnt care about the service that he was providing. When it came to giving me my mango dragon fruit it was not as it supposed to appear then he started oh we dont have the dragon fruit to go in it but it still tastes the same. but thats not what I ordered if you didnt have all the ingredients for the drink that should have been told to me before I ordered the drink and he failed to tell me. The worst service I ever received from Starbucks! And I only give two stars because they got one of my drinks right.

Omgosh so if youve had a vanilla sweet cream cold brew from anywhere other than this particular Starbucks then you are missing out. Holy cow! I would drive across country to the Dublin Starbucks for a cold brew any day. Great job guys.
I love their coffee. But you definitely need to know how to order here or else youll be standing there looking like a fool. If theyd offer more help when ordering Id change my review to 5 stars.
The grilled cheese sandwich was good and crispy.
Staff is unfriendly and unprofessional. Rarely do they ask for a name for an order and forget about the barista calling out your drink when the put it on the bar. My wife and I frequent here often and this is the normal attitude of the location with the exception of Joelle who is the manager. He is always friendly and professional.
I do enjoy Starbucks, and I would love to give them 5 stars, but this location has a recurring problem with preparing drinks from mobile orders. I always make my orders from my phone, so there have been several time when 15 minutes go by with no drinks. Then when I ask, they forgot to make it, or they didnt know there was a mobile order. Otherwise very happy with it.
I think this is the slowest Starbucks that I have ever been to in my life. It needs to work on being more efficient and getting the drinks out faster. Coffee was like a 4/10.
A very nice experience in Dublin, best coffee in town. Not saying much really but far and away it is. The Kroger Starbucks location doesnt hold a candle to this real Starbucks location, they may brew the same stuff but here its just better. Afternoon and morning sun glare through the windows can be an issue but other than that its a great experience.
I absolutely love this Starbucks location! As a teacher who runs on coffee, their drive-thru never disappoints in the morning! I highly recommend this location.
When I say the worst! I realize that we’re in the middle of a pandemic! However the inconsistency in this place is beyond repair! You never know what time they open and NOBODY ever knows what time they close, even the employees are unsure! One girl said, “the sign says 4pm, but I have 5pm here so I’m not sure! I went by there one day at 3 and they were already closed! I find it amazing that they also manage to close by 2pm on double stars days every single time! I used to frequent this establishment multiple times per week, but at this point I think I’m just going to go to Dunkin!

Jayla was working the drive thru she was super rude and obviously doesn’t care about her job. We asked one simple question and she was quick to respond with not an answer but a rude comment. She continued to rude at the window when we asked for napkins because the drinks were sticky. If you want to continue to get rude comments I wouldn’t put jayla in the window maybe she needs a job in the back.
Good place to get coffee when its busy hard to get in and out of their parking lot and has some errors with mixing coffee up. Usually a great place to get coffee.

One of the employees was very rude to me and my friend. I ordered a cake pop and didn’t get it, so my friend reminded the girl behind the counter that I hadn’t gotten it. The girl mumbled something to my friend, went and got the cake pop, threw it on the counter and walked off. It made us extremely uncomfortable and we left.
The service was excellent. At the drive thru, the ladies were very friendly and helpful.
Great tasting flavors
This Starbucks needs furniture badly. There were a few places to sit on the periphery of the room. The center of the restaurant was gutted. It is not a place were I would feel comfortable studying.
Their drinks are amazing. Their display is wonderful, but some of the staff is not very friendly. The vibes are otherwise good and clean area.
This location not open on time which is unusual for Starbucks. 20 minutes after the hour before they unlocked the door. Employees didn’t seem in a hurry when they arrived late to open, and chatted as they walked across the parking lot to the door of the store.
I love this place and get coffee here every morning. They have free WiFi and are great for just stopping by or visiting for hours.

I love going here. Nice coffee shop, fast wifi, and cups and glasses that you can buy if you want. I also enjoy the cake pops and sandwhiches, though I would like more future sandwhich options.
Great Starbucks that we found while coming home from a trip to Florida. We were grateful to find this place since there is a long stretch of interstate from Savannah with nothing.
The customer service was awful. Me and my friend stopped by, ordered two drinks and a cake pop. The woman behind the counter threw my friends cake pop on the counter after making us wait once we’d already received our drinks. The woman had NO RESPECT whatsoever. I will take my service else where!

Very slow and just not very people friendly. Out of products that they are advertising for a couple days in a row. Just would not recommend here and visit several different stores and one the worst I’ve been in. Won’t go back will go a little more to anaother store.

2022-01-16I have had the pleasant experience of visiting Starbucks several times over the past two weeks. I must say that every visit was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. The items I ordered from them were served quickly and correctly. Plus everything was delicious. I was also ordering for a family member who has a very specific iced coffee they like with a long descriptive name. Even this order was done correctly every time. Will definitely plan return visits.

2022-03-19I ordered a bagel and avocado spread through a mobile order. The app said it would be ready by 1:17. I walked in the store around that time and it was kind of packed so i was prepared to wait a little. Time went by and people who walked in while i was in the store got their order before me. I asked one of the employees about my order and apparently my order got mixed up with the drive thru orders. Not only that but the avocado spread was not in the bag and i’m pretty sure I already payed for it before them letting me know that they ran out.

2022-05-26Youll either buy a drink too sweet and or just right, if youve never had any Starbucks drinks before. I suggest buying small drinks if youre a newbie, just so you can try it and see if you like it. I suggest the Pink Drink if youre looking for something (on a scale of 1-10; 10 being the sweetest) with a level 4 sweetness. Its tasty and refreshing as well. Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frapp is at a level 8 with the sweetness.Overall, if youre coming from a big city, dont expect this Starbucks to have the same exact menu as the Starbucks in the bigger city. Might be cheaper as well.

2021-12-18I ordered a white chocolate mocha, and thats not what I got. Usually drinks from Starbucks taste amazing, this had a very unusual aftertaste. Im not sure if this is normal for this Starbucks or not.

2021-11-09I have a lot of grace for a busy Starbucks location, having worked at one previously; the customer service here though is appalling.It took a while for anyone in the store to even acknowledge that I’d come in, as they were all too busy yelling at each other or talking to the employee on the customer side of the counter on break, eating his sandwich over the hot drink bar. When someone finally decided to acknowledge me, she repeated my order back to me three times, wrong each time. In the middle of ordering, someone from the drive through window looked around the corner at the girl taking my order and yelled repeatedly“are you going to be getting that?” While we were in the middle of the transaction. No staff friendliness or customer service.The drinks were made right, and they didn’t balk when I asked for pup cups, but very disappointed in staff behavior.

2021-12-23Worst Starbucks in the region. Waited 30 minutes for a small vanilla latte. When I finally got it, it was awful. Bad service, denied that they skipped my drink, then it turned out that they did skip. Avoid at all costs.
