Asked for a venti no foam and I get a drink that’s 3/4 full. Paid $6 for this drink that probably cost $50 cents to make and they cant even have the decency to give me a FULL drink. To be fair the cashier made a comment to the barista who made it and said that it wasn’t filled up to the line and the barista rudely said that’s what we do when they don’t want foam. No, I simply don’t want you filling my drink half way so you can fill the other half up with foam to make it seem full. Absolute rip off. I should have said something while I was there, but the drive thru had a HUGE line and I didn’t wanna be that person to keep everyone waiting. Management needs to tighten up on this location. Starbucks is gonna shut down for a day to teach people how to be nice to customers after they asked customers to leave for not buying a drink and using the WiFi for free, but you can’t teach your employees how to make a drink properly without having an attitude when you’re called out on your poor barista skills?? Oh okay.
The staff at this location is always sweet! They know my face and some remember my (real... not Stella) name. Good ppl over there.This location is good about paying it forward. But I guess thats the community more so, but we have to have a good company to lead us there! :)
This location is a whole vibe! I went in this past Saturday 4/17 and it was my best Starbucks experience, that says alot considering Ive been a customer for 13+ years. All the employees welcomed me, literally the all said welcome or hello as soon as I walked in. The employee moral was amazing, you could just tell they enjoyed being around each other and enjoyed their jobs. The cashier, unfortunately I dont remember her name, was incredibly sweet, personable, and helpful. This will without a doubt be my go to location. Even though its out of my way drive wise, the customer service is worth it!
I am obsessed with the staff at this Starbucks! Every single morning I come by the Starbucks before I start my work day and they are the kindest, most organized, most accurate Starbucks stuff I have ever interacted with! They get orders out quickly, they always make my drinks perfectly, and they make great conversation with their regulars, and always remember who we are! Today, they made a rainy day extra special for me! I went through the drive-thru and ordered a grande pumpkin cream cold foam cold brew drink and a grande salted caramel sweet cream cold brew drink. They put adorable sticky notes with positive messages on my drinks! This is hands down the best experience Ive ever had at a Starbucks and Im so happy that I get to support the Starbucks every single morning!
3 stars because I expect a coffee shop to have a choice of coffee available. They only ever have pikes place. I like blonde roast. Im tired of waiting in their line lines just to be told they only have pikes place. And when my daughter wants decaf they never have that brewed either. Hello... coffee shop... not everyone wants pikes place .
I’m concerned this Starbucks is not selling fresh products.I ordered a pink drink from here yesterday, which appeared fresh but then had bad stomach issues later in the night. I asked for a venti pink drink today and received a strawberry açaí refresher which looked like a splash of spoiled coconut milk on top. Trusting that Starbucks wouldn’t give me a spoiled drink, I drank it anyways and am now having severe stomach issues again. I am very disappointed with this locations service and will not be returning to this Starbucks ever.
This is the BEST Starbucks Ive ever been to and everyone is so incredibly sweet. Ive recently went through a difficult time in my relationship and they have made me smile so much in the two days than I have in a long time. 💞 thank youto all of the workers!! They are special and so kind! Its always worth the wait!
As a barista who works at this location, I have to say that this is the best place to work.The people here really do care about the quality of the coffee as well as the human connection they make with customers.I know on google you see some bad reviews but please feel free to follow us on Instagram.Yes our line is long and always busy but with what we lack we can make up for in love and caffeine ❤️☕️
34 minutes to receive a mobile order. I was there exactly at the time the order was due. There were 8 people working behind the counter. 2 of the came out during that wait to offer water and said the order would be right out, but that was it. 6 other people were waiting.
After re-explaining an order three different times to a guy named Alex at the speaker as, I get to the window and I’m handed a completely incorrect drink I asked for a blonde Doppio espresso with light ice and a splash of cream and lots of room. Instead, I get a blonde Doppio espresso with heavy ice and the rest cream. When I re-explain again at the window twice, the older lady with the “significant” eyebrows just hands me a cup after she pours it twice into two different cups right in front of me and says this is all we can do for you. Now if that’s not customer service, I don’t know what it is.
Going into this, I thought it would be an inclusive experience, instead I walk in as a genderqueer punk and I feel like I do everywhere else; a social reject. Both staff members I talked to while I was there had horrible attitude towards me. And whether it was a mistake or not I was given the wrong size then after I questioned the size the second drink I recieved was completely messed up. I didn’t want to complain so I accepted it and told the barista thank you and to have a good day but he didnt even respond. Get better staff members.
Service here was great. It was a busy Saturday and I thought to order inside, using mobile order. I made the big mistake of ordering from the wrong store without realizing it. After a while of waiting, the barista asked me if I had ordered to the right store (I hadnt) and then made the drinks I had ordered! She was a huge life saver as I really thought I either had to drive to the other Starbucks, or re-order there. Drinks were all great, but I think they were even better because of the situation. Anyway, Im super thankful to the barista that helped me out. Just fantastic service.
This location is very inconsistent. Starbucks coffee has been a nice treat for me when I venture out to do my weekly shopping. But no more. Purchased caramel macchiato just a while ago and it was the most tasteless, thin, watered down coffee Ive had. It taste worst than convenience store coffee. This location is too inconsistent. Guess Ill move on to another location. It would be nice though to get my $11.24 credit for my 2 venti coffees.
The prepping of the food wasnt clean my drink was spilled all down the sides of the cup, my sandwich bag had other peoples drink all over it it turned my taste today everytime I come to this side of town I go to this Starbucks but today Im assuming there were different workers but thats no excuse you should prepare customers food way better than that
This store is not up to par with Starbucks standards. The drive through sign is dilapidated and always has hand draw signs covering the menu and looks as if it could tumble over any day. The store hours are not uniform. One day they stay open until 9pm as advertised, the next day the have a sign on the door that they closed at 3pm. I am confused. Does the staff pick their hours of operation? This store needs help and revamping
Takes more than 30 min to get through the drive through at any hour of they day, and they will forget to turn off mobile orders before going home. When I received the order, it was mostly melted. If I could give less than a star, I definitely would. Not a good location.“Short staffed” so they stopped taking mobile and in house orders, but I could see two workers sitting on the benches in the dining area.
I just moved to Hiram about a month ago. I don’t have family in the area and my partner often works long shifts. I am currently seeking a job, so I often spend really long days at home on the computer. Sometimes this Starbucks is the only human interaction I have! The employees are so sweet and work to get you the right order even when they are busy! I appreciate them more than they know!
The coffee was great as usual. However, the service suuuuucked! These baristas move like snails. I visited at a time that wasnt very busy and ordered a simple latte. It took 8 minutes to make something which at any other location would take about 2-5 minutes Max! I swear these people move in slow motion! Its like watching a replay of a sporting event on tv. These are young non handicapped people who seemed to be trying to annoy people. Go to Kroger or another Starbucks location. Otherwise, you are going to probably get the slowest cup of coffee ever.
The service was nice, the drink I ordered was amazing (I ordered my drink with cream instead of coffee, because Im not a coffee drinker) and of course, it was expensive. Was it worth it? I would say not, but thats honestly up to the individual to decide. But good Lord, was the line horrible. I often see the line extend out to the mainroad, so this wasnt much of a surprise.
The line was a little long/slow, especially for noon, but the location (busy) and drive-thru logistics (not well planned) both contributed. However, everyone waited in line patiently until their turn. The window barista was delightful on the intercom, friendly, and quick to understand. At the window, she was just as sweet and got my order perfect. I dont mind the wait when the employees are so pleasant. 😊
They refuse to answer the phone. No car and uber eats delivered. Order is wrong paid $20. Cant even drive up there if i wanted to and no one will pick up the phone. Called another location to verify the phone number was correct and even the lady at the other store says that they arent that good at answering the phone which means they cant be bothered at all to answer. I literally called 20 times in a row and yhey just let it ring and ring. What a joke.
This is the worst Starbucks for miles. I stopped here last night for a iced white chocolate moca and the line was super long. The wait was at least 15-20 minutes in the drive thru. I could not understand why the line was so long at almost 9 oclock. The young lady who took my order was pleasant, and I am not sure if that was the same girl who was working the window as well, but she had an attitude. I had to ask her what my total was and she didnt say well have a good night or sorry about the wait. She had no type of facial expression whatsoever. I feel like for $5 for a coffee, I should be getting Chick-Fil-A service at this location. I receive better service at other locations and I will be going there from now on.
I just left this location and theyre doing a fantastic job. I came in and yes it was a long wait, but there were about 50 drink orders. I couldnt deal with it thats for sure, its shocking to see how rude people can be to a complete stranger thats serving them. Keep up the great work!!
I unexpectedly visited during happy hour so the line to pick up orders was a tad long. However, customer service was on point and customer smiles were all I saw. Well, I saw barista smiles as well, but not one customer left unhappy. And even with the crowd, the store was pretty darn clean.
Everyone was so awesome at this location. The line is so long for the drive thru and everyone was still so nice and friendly. And multiple sweet employees wished me a happy birthday after I redeemed my birthday drink and made sure to say hello to my little one in the back. Thank you!!!
When I did mobile order it gave me the option for in-store pickup when I got to the store they had a sign saying drive-thru only please pick up your mobile orders on the drive-thru. I use mobile order to bypass the drive-thru because the line gets along when I get there. and they had the mobile order drinks at the counter where you pick up mobile orders.
This is the only starbucks that makes my drinks they way theyre supposed to be made. They move fast and I am never skimped on. The music is great the staff is nice and welcoming. I try other starbucks when I am in different areas of Georgia, but its never the same as Hiram.
My family and I visited this location and were highly disappointed. We ordered 3 drinks and food, did not get a receipt. No joke maybe 13 orders were made and we still did not have our drinks, the stickers never printed. The lady who ended up making our drinks went back through the cashiers computer to find out order, verified our drinks and then made us whatever she thought was best because it was no where near what we ordered. This place was a joke.
Stopped in tonight for a quick latte... I was wrong. The barista making the hot drinks was busy talking with a customer (just shooting the breeze). She made 2 drinks while there was a great worker at the window making the frozen/chilled drinks. She made about 10 in the same time frame that we were waiting!!! Liz was great, but the young woman at the espresso machine needs to find another job.
Stopped by half way home to be the only person in line but not acknowledged or waited on for 3-5 minutes. No apology for being out of recyclable cup lids or usual thank you for spending over $5 on a drink. 5 minutes later, I noticed my now lukewarm drink sitting on the bar because they didnt call out the order - also unusual for Starbucks. Guess I couldve gotten the same service at McDonalds and saved a couple bucks on the Mocha
Thumbs down for Jenny, the worst barista ever. I normally go to Starbucks because they make the coffee the way I want to and not the way they think I should drink it. I ordered my cappuccino with cream because I like a thick foam but this girl just said, “cappuccino doesn’t go with cream” therefore she couldn’t change the recipe. 😮 first time and last I go to Jenny’s world for coffee.
Like everyone else I always go to Starbucks in this location is the closest because I stay not to far. I always go to the drive-through but this time it was down due to power outing, so I had to go inside. No big deal, I went inside it wasn’t but may two people in line and this was my first time ever going inside of this location but when I got inside and was waiting for my turn I was looking around the store and it was easy to see how filthy the store was. There was trash and food all over the floor, under equipment and all around the baseboards. The mat looked like it has never been cleaned. And there were so many flies inside of the store it was awful. The customer service is always great but if they can just give that place a deep clean that will be even better. There is a SuperTarget right behind their store that also has a Starbucks that’s much cleaner, I’ll probably be going there until something is done about this store.
This used to be a fantastic starbucks location before their recent [past several months] constant turnover of employees. this shop is full of a gaggle of young ‘adults’ who would rather be laughing and cutting up together than paying any attention to paying customers, drink recipes or mobile orders. they are constantly out of items and are relatively clueless on how to perform a refund for mobile customers. do yourself a favor — park your car & walk in to the starbucks across the parking lot inside the target store. they’re customer service, recipe & brand consistency as well as speed of service are far superior & you’ll be back to your car quicker than if you’d waited for the mediocrity they offer at this location.
Welcome to the WORSE Starbucks ever. Mobile order said it’d be ready at 1:10. Just got my coffee at 1:25 after ordering 20 minutes before and the barista copped an attitude when I asked where my coffee was. Don’t go to this Starbucks unless you have endless patience and nothing else to do.
I went to this location at 9:30am and the drive thru line was very long so I decided to park and go inside. The line inside was about 4 deep but there were plenty of people working so I figured it would move quickly. Well I quickly found out that everyone in front of me were apparently current or former employees because everyone behind the counter were having conversations with them. Which is fine, IF you can work AND talk. But in my opinion, that is rude. Not only was the cashier just having casual conversation with the person in front of her, but she was also hand signaling to people that came in behind me-who apparently were also employees. Needless to say, this was all taking a very long time. The employees behind the counter were in no rush AT ALL. Just having conversation with each other about what they did the night before. Finally, one girl behind the counter asked people in the line what she could start for them. So the line moved after that. But unfortunately when I finally got the two hot drinks I ordered, they were luke warm at best. And just tasted like warm milk. The Chai Tea has hardly any hint of chai in it. Which was confusing because they had JUST been made. I did not have time to ask for new ones because I had already been there 20 minutes and had somewhere to be. This place needs to be managed better with the workers concentrating on customers and getting them in and out and not personal conversations. The one girl who made my drinks was clearly having to rush orders resulting in cold drinks that were supposed to be hot.
If I could give them No star I would!!I am a loyal customer to Starbucks but this has been THE WORST Location I have ever been to!!Came in they give me my order inaccurate and when I tell them they said that was the last of that specific drink!!!! They did they would take my name and I could get my order (same as that they since they messed it up) free the next time I would come. When I did come to this location (when I was around this area) they said they probably dont have it written down anymore, that they ONLY keep it for the same day or the next day so I left as a UNHAPPY/UNSATISFIED Customer the first time AND the second time!!! Will NEVER stop at this Starbucks again!!!!!!
They messed up my drink (iced skinny vanilla latte) twice! Ended up with some caramel contraption and the poor girl couldnt hear my order due to her loud co-workers so i made out with an iced caramel milk drink of sorts because the libes were long and i didnt want to complain a third time! Lol
I usually have no problems at this Starbucks in Hiram Ga. HOWEVER, one of the new employees was INCREDIBLY RUDE. Never a Please or Thank you, no common knowledge of the store after weeks of working there. Always an attitude. When will they bring back their kindness and charm to this location?Called Corporate and awaiting their response to dealing with this matter. Literally cut up my Rewards Card and will not be going back
I am not giving this rating because of the product or the service. My daughter and granddaughter were targets of a sex trafficker/baby snatcher today in this location. Young girls, especially those with babies or toddlers....beware. The man who tried to take them was an elderly, white haired, clean cut Hispanic man. He is probably just the front man because he is very unassuming and harmless in appearance. He told my daughter, by using the translator on his phone that he was a tourist and would give her $300 for a ride. The staff at Starbucks told her he was not a tourist, but a regular customer. They were not interested in helping her. Today could have gone very differently, but my daughter is pretty smart. Please be cautious!!!
5 stars for great service and quality of food. Only get 4 stars because for those of us who wait all year for the pumpkin scones, its been a huge disappointment to hear there is a shortage and you wont be selling them this year at several different locations. All I can say is thank you for saving me a few extra pounds this year. ;-)
This location just seems to get worse and worse. The wait is usually forever. The last time we were here, the lady forgot about our bagels, even though we were sitting right by the counter. They usually seem to get our order wrong, and instead of remaking a drink, they will just pour some out and fix it that way. I have decided I would rather park my car and go into the target Starbucks than to come in here.
I have been a Loyal customer of this Starbucks in hiram for over 10 years, with a Venti coffee habit daily . This new store manager Greg is the worst, Customer service skills are sub par and really thinks if he doesnt make eye contact the issue will go away!! All you have to do is fix issue, apologize for inconvenience and move on I have has several drinks and food items incorrect and have yet to receive an apology. I did however get I think im a solid barista, like its a personal attack on his skills. NEVER GO HERE!!! Starbucks has lost a loyal customer due to the nonchalant behavior of this manager..
I came to this location on a whim to get a quick caffeine fix. The drive thru was wrapped around so we decided to go inside. My friend has a chocolate allergy and we always politely ask for the blenders to be washed with soap before making her drink. Usually the baristas understand. They dont give us a hard time. They dont look at us like we are crazy. We have never had an issue with this before. The barista taking our order- didnt have a name tag otherwise i would insert name here- looked at us like that was a ridiculous request. After her staring at us blankley we explained again that my friend has an allergy and soap and water need to be used before her drink is made. She told us that she didnt have any blenders they could wash out and gave us a hard time about it. After being insistant she asked another barista behind the counter if that could be done. He looked right at her and said, sure. No issues made at all! Then the red head at the counter did not give us the happy hour promotion. After we asked about it she asked someone else that confirmed to her that it was happy hour and she gave us the discount. Not too happy with this location.*i have learned the baristas name was Andrea
Went to Hiram Location today and saw the signs and balloons advertising the bar side was now open again for pickup orders . Went to the door for it to be locked . And the employee that kept answering the door was rude and you could tell was irritated that she kept having to come to the door to deal with the mobile pickups . So in reality the bar side is not open. If you don’t want to deal with the customers trying to come in and pick up their orders up then don’t advertise that you are open for pickups . And then don’t be rude to customers just trying to pick their orders up and act as though it’s an inconvenience .
THE WORST Starbucks weve ever been to. We placed a mobile order at 4:27pm and it was not ready until 5:14pm! The staff was overwhelmed and everyone was waiting over 30 minutes for their orders. We will never go to thus Starbucks again. Please local coffee shops come into this area.
Got the order wrong for me and several other people in line with me. a couple got there long before me and were repeatedly passed over. then to make things worse the hot coffee was cold and tasted as though there was no espresso in it. I ordered a peppermint mocha but received a caramel macchiatto instead, at least it had my name on it.
Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. 50 minutes waiting for 2 coffees and still never got them while people were coming and going the whole time. Caught an attitude when I asked for a refund and wouldnt give me a full refund because my daughter took a bite out of her cookie during the almost hour long wait. Horrible service I will never visit nor recommend this place again.
Just waited in this line for almost 30 mins. I understand being busy but then I get to the window only for my drink to be completely wrong and then you question me about it when I tell you that. Then you have the audacity to tell me you didnt charge me for the 3 extra shots. I didnt order 3 extra shots, so I hope you didnt charge me for it! And then you STILL made it wrong! And you didnt give me a receipt so I honestly have no clue what you charged me for. Manager is now remaking the drink...so hopefully its correct this time. Again, I understand being busy, and I understand being new but alot can be overlooked with great customer service and unfortunately these people did not have any!!!
On Oct 31 2018 around 826 pm I pulled up to the drive thru eager to place my nightly order ( I work 3rd shift an hour away from home) and I sit at the menu for about 4 mins. After saying hello 4 times and no answer I pull up to the window and there is no one there.....I blow my car horn to get the attention of the young lady inside (Yasmine assisting another customer) as she is looking around for the person who was working the window, Yasmine asked how she could help me....as I explained that I had been waiting almost 5 mins to place my order and no one acknowledged my presents Yasmine apologized took my order without hesitation and made my beverage sent me on my way a impressed and happy customer.My five stars are NOT for Starbucks but for the swift and polite service of Miss Yasmine!! Thank you for GREAT service YASMINE!!
This location is very slow but thats not even my reason for the 1 star review. Their customer service is BAD. There is a guy that wears a hat that works Drive thru and you are lucky if he says ONE word to you, even doesnt bother to tell you how much you owe! Basically throws your drink at you and closes the window. I wont be returning after many times of the same thing...😠
I pulled up today wearing junky, torn, yard work clothes, expecting to not set foot out of my car only to find the drive thru closed. I called the store in a panic and they were so sweet. They found a solution that prevented me embarrassment and everyone in the store from seeing parts of my body they def didnt want to see. I cant sing their praises enough!
This place is a joke. Do yourself a favor and go to the Target Starbucks or down the road to Dunkin Donuts. The kids ‘running’ this store don’t care about customers or drinks so you never know what you’re going to get. Heaven forbid you ask for a remake. There are other options in Hiram.
Literally the worst Starbucks and BUSINESS in Hiram. They are always out of stock with several items, dont know what they out of at the register, have to refund us for them screwing up, and takes 20 minutes just to get breakfast. I waited for 15 minutes for agg bites because they kept giving them away to the to-go window. My husband came in early one morning and they hadnt even brewed coffee... Such bad management. We really like Starbucks but have stopped going because it is so bad.
I was very excited that this location gave a military discount to me. I came back another day and they refused to give me one, daytime management said the company doesn’t give a discount period. Ok cool, I’ll go to a diff location and the Dunkin next to you they gives a discount. It’s not much but I appreciate the little things. ✌🏽
Dont mobile order at this location. Too many times have I gone here and they take 20-40 minutes to make a drink when mobile ordering. Different excuse every time as to why its taking so long. If you dont ask someone directly where your drink is, it may never get made.
I would this 0 stars if I could because the service is absolutely terrible. They also never have the mango dragon fruit refresher, and when they do, it taste so watery and I have to send it back at least three times when I send it back and ask for a little more flavoring, the barristas have a terrible attitude. Absolute horrible service.
If I could leave no stars, I would. I ordered a caramel macchiato and my boyfriend got the pikes roast with room for cream; my macchiato tasted burnt, like they forgot to add a little sweetener or they used burnt, reheated coffee/espresso to make it. The pikes roast was luke warm at best. This isnt the first time this has happened to us, so at least their consistently bad? Will not be going back to this location.

There is no telling what the people are doing that are sitting with there lab tops . Once i entered a starbucks in atlanta and asked one sitting near the sugar table . He said he was warrents devision .looking for wanted people ..i then asked if i was free to go . He doubbled checked . And out the door i went. And starbucks is a pleasent sight where ever i may rome

2022-05-15I walked in for an iced coffee and a pastry and though the place was not busy the service was slow, the iced coffee was served quickly but the counter was not clean with a recent spill that no one paid care to clean and the person in charge of warming up the pastry seemed to be too slow and lost.

2021-11-23Every day so far that I have come into this store it has been a pleasant experience. I enjoy the welcoming atmosphere and overall good energy. The employees in this store are hardworking, kind, and enthusiastic. From ordering my favorite drinks, to asking for recommendations, to getting my order in a fast and timely fashion and correct this store does a wonderful job. I highly recommend that if you’re in the area that you stop by and feel the joy that is this Starbucks.

2022-02-18This Starbucks is always horrible. The drinks usually end up messed up some way or another, you pay extra for add ons that’s they never put in there and they purposely just blend ice and milk with MAYBE a touch of coffee and it’s nasty every time. The staff has bad attitudes so anytime you try to get it fixed they just mess your drink up even worse. This is the closest Starbucks to my house and it’s just not drinkable.

2021-12-30I was given the wrong drink in the drive through! I asked for 2 medicine balls and instead I get a chai tea latte and 1 medicine ball. Maybe if the girl wasn’t so worried about my windshield wipers being on she would’ve gave me the correct drink.

2022-03-10GLASS IN MY CHILDS DRINK!!!!!Thats right a chard of glass in my 9 year old drink it cut the inside of her mouth I called Starbucks asst manager Daisy was nice offered to replace the drink, however this is a little bigger than that ...I asked for a manager my number was taken one has yet to respond I was told Taki White will reach out to me. Also the phones just ring hard to get anyone.

2021-12-18Ive been drinking coffee for 28 years. Almost daily. Today, on the morning of 12/18/21, Hiram Georgia, USA; I had the greatest cup of coffee ever brewed. Ill never be the same again
