My nail tech was Erica and she was adorable. She did a good job and was very personable. I got a manicure and she gave the best hand massage. I will be back for a pedicure.
Owner is not customer oriented. Clearly just wants to make a buck which I get it’s his business. But good costumer service goes a long way to building and sustaining a loyal clientele. Went here with my daughter to get manis and pedis. Was told there was a 45 minute wait. Said we’d be back in 45 minutes. Came back maybe 50 minutes later and he’d given our slots away. Won’t be back.
Erica is really sweet. She took her time with my pedicure, and treated my feet with so much care. She has an excellent customer service. Definitely recommend!
Worst experience at any nail salon ever. Goopy uneven dip powder and product all over the place. Cuts from the electric filing device on several of my fingers. They practically buzzed of every last bit of my cuticles and matrix area. Plosh all over my feet. And poor lady next me kept mentioning her pain as well as the techs just keep buzzing away clueless with the dremel filing devices. Place needs some attention too. Clean up!!! Will NEVER use this establishment again. And they add $15 more to do gel polish on your toes. I feel thats too much as I usually pay 5 to 8 bucks at pretty much every other place Ive ever been. Disaster!!! Spare yourself and choose somewhere else.
I was greeted by Erica as I first walked it and she is such a breathe of fresh air. So polite and warming personality. I received a gel mani and gel pedi from her. She talked to me the entire time and took her time. With everything she done! High recommend this sweet sweet lady!
I had Anyah and Erica! Awesome young ladies! Very attentive, making sure I was comfortable and attention to detail! Love the business bc you get all new nail clippers, files, toe separators, etc....nothing was put on someone elses nails!! Very clean and relaxing!! Well worth it!!

My nails done by Alushka, she is super professional and super talented besides of been the best nail technician .The color that I wanted was not available so she mixed colors until she got the color I requested 😍,sincerely best service ever!

At first I was happy with how my nails looked, and the nail tech was really nice but, it took a long time. Also the following week I had to take them all off because they started lifting, forming cracks across the nail and at the cuticles. For $70 I thought they were going to last for at least two weeks they didnt even last a week. Now because of the quarantine theyre closed so I cant even get a refund I dont recommend them at all if youre used to going somewhere else go there.
My mother asked for the color she wanted and the nail tech said that color is for young women then put a random color on her nails. Stay away from this shop, youre better off doing your own nails
Went today, as soon as they opened. It was quiet and uncrowded. Was greeted upon entry, & was asked to sanitize my hands. The salon is spacious, & nicer than most salons on the inside. They have a good bit of masks for sale, but I didn’t catch the price. No TV but there was music playing. I purchased the Dream Deluxe Pedi w/ Gel Polish and a basic mani ($77), an older lady performed the services. She was very thorough, however the paint job was not the best. I’ll probably be having my toes repainted elsewhere tomorrow. Also the massage chair was subpar.
After my usual salon didnt respond when I tried to book i went looking for a new place. I drove 30 mins just for a nail appt so I was leary but it was well worth it. Annie did amazing! She was very friendly & my nails look great. I was very impressed with how thin she made them so they look more natural. I will be going back when I need a fill in.
This place is okay... for my first experience I wasn’t super impressed with the style and decor of the salon. I was happy about the cleanliness. It’s one of the cleaner salons around town. I was disappointed upon arrival I was expecting more after seeing there website and coming to something with run down dingy seats and lacking selection of colors. The technician I had did a wonderful job with my pedicure!
My friend and I went in for a gel manicure (supposed to be 1 hour) we both had appointments at 11 am and I was taken back by Hill? I think his name is. And he did my gel manicure in 30 minutes. Rushed everything about it. My friend was seen by him after me because no one else was available for her appointment. She gets done in 30 minutes. She gets cut, bleeds, he doesn’t say sorry. Then I have to go back the next day to get my thumb nail fixed because it was already chipping. He fixes it fast, I leave, now today is the day after getting it fixed and it’s chipping again. So dissappointed, I just had a baby 2 months ago so it’s hard for me to just leave the house when I want and I can’t go back down there to fix it anytime soon. They need to stop rushing and give quality service so the next person doesn’t experience what I did. 40$ of a waste of money

Completely blown away by Ebony. Full set acrylic with 3D acrylic flower, marbling, and ombré. Reasonably priced and she took her time to make sure the quality was best 🙌🏼

It’s beautiful place. Very,very,very Poor management. The Owner Tommy take extra money out each worker check to accommodate for the salons supplies and bills. Let alone workers already give him a percentage already that supposed to cover that. I should’ve really looked into it when the water was disconnected three different times back to back not to mention while we had clients.Workers DONT have the supplies they need. If you think I’m lying you will see employees borrowing from each other. The family staff also make it a hostile environment when you need something that’s there supposed to provided. This business is misleading. Theft is also an issue I had to deal. Also my nail drill was broken by one of the the family staff and I had to purchase another one. The owner is a very big liar and that is why he can’t keep worker in his shop. Also he don’t require a license which is the biggest red flag. Be careful you guys the tools and implement used are not sanitized properly by every employee as well.
This was my first time going to Stella and I really enjoyed myself. I had a chance to be serviced by Ms Erica and she was so sweet & relatable. I definitely recommend a 10/10! I also love my toes and the color she picked out for me ‼️❤️
Been getting my nails done regularly acrylic/gel for many yrs. Went here to get my nails done for first time while visiting area. This is the worse I ever had my nails done. They started chipping immediately on corners and the shaping and acrylic job was so chunky and not thinned out. Idk how they don’t have more bed reviews.
Great full set and pedi, great and friendly service. I only come here now and I always set my appointments with Ebony, she does a really nice and detailed job!
This was just all around a very bad experience. I took my mom as a treat and to spend time with her. It took forever for them to do her nails. FOREVER. They guy doing them kept stopping to look at his IPad. Then he would stop and argue with one of the ladies that worked there. Then he even got up in the middle of doing her nails to go to the back to argue with her. Just very unprofessional. Her manicure was so bad that literally we complained but he didn’t even apologize. Her hands and fingers were stained red. From the powder he used. She had to be taken somewhere else to get them redone the next day. I felt horrible. I do not recommend this place at all. I got a pedicure and she was sweet I could tell she was new. I didn’t get to soak my feel and enjoy the SPA part of the pedicure at all. The water was way to hot. Nothing was added to the water. It was just water. The poor girl next me had been there a while you could tell. She was almost asleep in the chair. Just while I was there they guy messed her toes up three times. I was in shock. For this to be a new place it was not clean. Ceiling had mold spots. Just not what I thought at all. I will never go back.
Super cool environment!!! Went with my sister and mom and we had the 3 best employees. Lulu, Erica, and Caitlyn were absolutely great!! Super chill professional spot!!!

UPDATE: Not sure if this place is on its third owners in the past year or what. The quality of the mai/pedi has gone down. I dont see any of the old employees, maybe they work different times now Me, my daughter, and friend all received gel nail ( my daughter on 2 occasions) it didnt last a week, the next day polish was chipping away. I have walked in to a few other places in Hinesville and they dont look as clean and smell to chemically, this is probably as good as it gets around here. Also the lady Kim that currently works there can not wax eyebrows good to save her life, go to Pure wax aesthetics and see Laticia!Just had the best mani pedi ever. Lisa was my technician. She took her time, even when the place got busy. Her massage was amazing, my feet and hands look great. Really looking forward to going back. The establishment was clean. They sanitize chairs after each customer. They also have some cute masks for sale.
I had a wonderful volcano pedicure with Erica!! She was so sweet and patient!! Loved the environment!!!
I’ve come here several times. Each time my experience gets worse and worse. I try to have an open mind and give them another chance but every time going there is an issue. Today I made an appointment for a pedicure and gel manicure. Waited 25 minutes. The nail tech cut my cuticle so far that I bled. Never asked my nail shape, made it an issue to change when I told her what I wanted. Filed all my nails crooked. Made it an issue when I asked her to fix them. Now the gel thick and the color is changing.
My sister and I went there and we both had manicures and pedicures done simultaneously. I had a fill in and 2 replacements on a set that was done in my home town which I absolutely loved and ended up going to Hinesville to visit. A little over 3 hours and $250.00 later, we were done. JP asked me if I liked my nails and I told him no. The 2 nails that I needed replaced were curved under while the remainder of my original set were straight. This took extremely long to “fix”. Fast forward 12 days and our nails have completely popped off and my sister has what seems to be an infection from them. I DO NOT recommend as we will not be returning.
I call for appointment it was easy and fast same day appointment. Service was nice I love my nails I was done in 1h.
I had asked the man doing my pedicure to NOT do anything with the big toenail besides trim the toenail and polish. I asked multiple times for him to leave it alone and even squirmed my foot away. He held it tighter and ripped my nail out. It’s so bas I’m going for my 2nd toenail procedure to try and recover my toenail. I will NEVER return and NEVER suggest this place.
It was my first time coming in and I made an appointment with someone Id use before at a different salon but she wasnt here so they had Lisa do my nails she is amazing super nice I told her that my husband and kids didnt rub my back and my arms and stuff for my feet so I wonder if massage my feet extra long I wanted to do my feet extra long she also stood up and did my arms my hands my shoulders and like half my back and my neck amazing very nice here I will definitely be coming back again.
When I arrived they were welcoming. After that it was firm hill. I sat down and my $25 pedicure ended costing $55 and looks HORRIBLE! One of the techs continued to berate her customer for a good hour claiming that she’s been doing nails 13 or 30(her accent was strong) years and she was extremely rude. But back to my nail techs, Jay did ok aside from cutting my skin with the drill a few times. Joan was friendly but my pedicure looks bad, and after paying $100, I was very disappointed. Will not be going back nor will I refer.
My nails were done by the owner and were 5 stars. Absolutely excellent. I also got a pedicure that was 1 star. It was quickly done, my nails were not filed and uneven, the step by step process was not completed as a pedicure generally is. The polish was requested to be gel and was not. The polish was also on my skin and cuticles and chipped on the 2nd day. I would get my finger nails done there again, but would never get a pedicure there again.
I always have the pleasure of experiencing excellent customer service here. Not many places in Hinesville has that. They always let me know my total ahead of time, always courteous on top of quality service for myself husband and children. I recommend this place above everywhere in Hinesville. This will always be my go to place
Lisa is thorough for pedi/mani appointment, she will get your nails in great shape! Very clean & very courteous staff! Visiting but I’LL BE BACK, GREAT EXPERIENCE‼️

I just got back from Stella Nail Lounge!! Jay did an awesome job on my Pedicure and Manicure/Powder Dip Nails. The techs are very nice and pleasant and cares that the finished results are done to your satisfaction.
I had some issues with my previous salon and decided I wasn’t going back. It was time for my nails to be dipped (they were looking bad). I called Stella nails on Saturday evening around 5, I wasn’t expecting to be able to go in the same day since they close at 7. But I was told to come on in. I was immediately greeted and sat down to begin soaking. Tommy gave me the prettiest set of ombré nails I have seen!! Pinterest quality!!!!!! My nails grow really fast, in 8 years of acrylic and 4 years of dip I have not had a set last me longer than 2 weeks that looked decent. Tommy’s still looked good at 3 weeks (you could tell they were grown out but they didn’t look terrible)The next time I called on a Friday around 1:30 to set up an appointment and was giving an apt for 2:30. Nina gave me an amazing pedicure and dipped French nails. They look soooo good almost too good to be dipped!!!! She is a perfectionist and takes pride in her work!Stella nails is clean!! As a nurse that’s the biggest factor in deciding a salon for me! They use sterilized tools every time!!!! Their prices are comparable to other salons. I am so glad I found my new go to salon!!!!!!!
Started coming here a few months ago, my first visit I was a walk in. I came in towards closing hours rather than turning me away like another salon did, Tommy took care of me staying nearly an hour after close to do my nails. I’ve been coming back ever since, he’s always polite and exceeds my expectations when I come to him with a design. The place is always clean the staff is polite as well as entertaining and there is diversity amongst them. They will always have my business as long as I live in the area.
Went in for two gel manicures. Clean job and environment. Professionalism is lacking but I’d go back regardless.
I decided to try Stellas based off of recommendations from co-workers. I had an appointment for a deluxe pedicure. I was greeted promptly and the service itself was great. They took their time and was satisfied. At the time of payment, I noticed the amount due was higher. I questioned the balance and was told that we were given the dream deluxe pedicure instead of the deluxe pedicure which I booked and confirmed twice when I got there. After a few minutes of going back and forth, another staff member stepped in and said theyll correct the pricing. Why did it even take all of that? You all messed up! Instead of initially owning or acknowledging it, you charge the customer without even saying something?? Im a person of principle and it came across as very deceptive. And whats even more insulting is there is literally only ONE difference between the two packages! Its not as if you did a whole extra slew of work. This experience has turned me off from this establishment and needless to say I will not be returning.
Manicurists cut my nail beds until they bled.They attempted to up charge me for the dream deluxe which I did not ask for. I said Deluxe pedicure for $40. I refused to pay for my $17 manicure when I was out at risk for infection due the lady cutting my nail beds until they bled, she continued to put tissue paper on them as they bled for 15 minutes. She was not wearing gloves and this is a health risk. Not to mention I am now at risk for infection in my cuticle area.Completely unsatisfied and will never return or recommend.

Ive been to this establishment a total of 5 times. Ive always had a pretty good experience ( with exception of one time due to the receptionist who had an unfortunate attitude)But today was the best by far! My technician was Tom. Tho he was new to the to the area and the establishment, he did a great job. He took his time ( even tho it was slammed with business while I was there) and was quite pleasant. I also noticed the manager making a big effort to speak to the customers personally as well.
I was kind of annoyed at feeling rushed and when the lady asked me twice if my old polish was gel and I told her twice that no I didnt have gel on my toenails, and then she ground off the polish and top layer of my toenails anyways I was really on edge.My feet felt kind of raw when I left but didnt realize until I got home that I have scratches on my feet; not gentle exfoliation, but inch long paper cut like scratches on my feet. The people were nice enough but I wont be returning when $45 got me a rushed pedicure resulting in hurt feet.
So yesterday my nail salon was closed and decided to try Stella. So glad I did! The lady who did my nails was so nice and took her time. She asked 3 times throughout to make sure I like them. Also the manager mr. Tommy? I think.... he was so nice and funny. Love the atmosphere, love my nails and will be back! (I’m not sure how to add a picture on here lol)
This place is wonderful. Tommy and crew do a great job every time. I havent gone anywhere else since the first time I went to Stella and had my nails done. They are always patient and kind to my talkative ten year old daughter as well. I recommend them to everyone.
I LOVED getting my nails done by Tommy, he was super gentle and didnt nick me at all! At first I wanted gel polish but I was afraid my nails were too weak and fragile so he suggested the dip powder, I wasnt a fan of it before but he made it look so natural! Im definitely going back, Tommy was great and he took the time to make sure to communicate everything. Im glad he told me the gel wouldnt work, he definitely knows what hes doing. Oh and the pedicure was perfect, definitely coming back for another pedi day with the husband.Make sure you book your appointment online, its super easy and well worth it.
Tavia did my pedicure today and she was absolutely amazing! She fixed my in grown toe nails and it didn’t hurt one bit! The store is super clean and the massage chairs are so good. 10/10 would recommend.

Im new to Hinesville so Im nail salon shopping to make one my home and be a regular customer...I had my first time appointment today, place is clean and everyone was wearing masks and covid compliant. Manager managed to accommodate me earlier then my appointment time so I was happy about that, My color gel pedicure came out nice but on the other hand for my color gel manicure did not, the gel on my nails are not as smooth as Im accustomed to, they feel lumpy and rough, not happy about that. At first glance prices seemed to be reasonable, but I feel they overcharged me, i was there over 2 hrs so i just wanted to leave. I paid, gave the girl a tip but I wont be returning.
Today was my second time going back to Stella nails. I moved to Hinesville about 3 weeks ago. I had my nails done by Tommy both times and love them! He convinced me to switch to dip from gel and I really like the look and durability. Tavia has does my pedicures and has my feet so soft and the polish looks amazing! It’s so hard to find good nail techs so I’ll definitely be back!!
Annie P gave me an excellent pedicure experience. It was so relaxing! When you are having your feet done in particular, you don’t just want just anybody doing them! Annie really takes her time, and handles you with care. She is gentle and most of all patient. I highly recommend “the experience” you get with Annie for both nails and a pedicure.
I wish the music was a little louder, but this place is very clean.. Before the pandemic I loved getting pedicures. Im an emt and wear boots all the time,it makes me feel beautiful and amazing to have my feet done. I have been working 70 plus hours a week since the pandemic started, it felt amazing to have this done on mothers day and on my first day off since march. Thank yall so much. Ebony did my nails today she did an amazing job.

Tommy was amazing he was quick and efficient. My shaping was perfect. I got dip powder and sometimes I struggle with people making it too thick but Tommy did my nails perfectly. Everyone here is super down to earth I will definitely be back!
I was extremely happy with how they took the time and explain my options about doing my nails. The staff at salon seem very knowledgeable and caring about people their prices are fair and you get so much more. Everyone seems very professional and very happy at what they do. I can’t wait to go back.
Superb! The atmosphere, the customer service, the complimentary glass of wine... THE best nail salon in Hinesville! Wouldnt go anywhere else. Lisa did my pedicure and was extremely attentive to my every need. The music was great, the air was clean and free of the smell i5f polish, it was spacious and comfortable seating. A bit pricey but with the military you get 10% off but without that honestly Id still pay full price because its worth it!
Unprofessional! Made an appointment (per their suggestion) and I still waited an hour when I returned. Pedicure wasnt worth the money ($45)... for what the tech did, I could have done at home for free in my bathtub.
I booked an appointment online yesterday and when I arrived this morning my Nail Tech was on time, friendly, and professional. Not only was the my deluxe pedicure amazing, but all the the implements had been cleaned, disinfected, and sterilized! Highly recommend this nail salon!
The staff here are all friendly and helpful. The nail tech that did my dip is Nina. She did an excellent job on my nails after I had a very horrible experience at another nail salon. She took her time and I couldnt be happier. They honor the military community as well, which is a plus. You will not be disappointed.
It’s clean and nice but they are very rude, barely speak to you, I didn’t feel welcomed at all!! The owner left his client for like 10 min while he was on a phone call. Not professional AT ALL in my opinion. And the woman who did my pedicure didn’t seem to know what she was doing..I had to walk her through some of the steps. Never coming back to this place, they have to do better..
Fantastic !!! Having probably tried probably every nail salon in this town in our 26 years here , this is the cleanest one you will find , and Nina and Tommy are amazing in doing dip powder. They look smooth and thin. Today I walked in and die to my mistake , I had booked it for tomorrow 😆, but they still go me in and out on time ! Thank you !!!
I just moved here in August and was so sad to leave my nail salon back home and be on the hunt again to find a new one. I magically stumbled upon Stella Nail Lounge and immediately felt comfortable. The staff made me feel like I was there to RELAX. They greeted me with smiles, offered me water, and made sure to talk to me. The nail techs are precise and make sure to take their time when doing your nails. They converse with you, make you laugh, and provide you with a good experience overall. At all times, there is calming and serene music playing. They support our troops by offering a discount to any military personnel or dependa’s. New to this location and I booked an online appointment and came about 5 mins early...I was greeted upon entering and was happy about that the fact they are practicing social distancing! I told them who my appointment was with and was told to pick my color and have a seat, so after 10 mins I was told the person I booked wasnt doin my nails but someone else was(no explanation or anything 🤷♀️) So another 5 mins passed and my new nail tech Kathy called me to her station. I definitely liked the services rendered from Ms Kathy (fill-in and toe polish) she took her time, and was very neat! Would definitely use her again!
I called ahead of time and was seated immediately. I was met by the receptionist and the technician and greeted, both were friendly and highly professional, thr prices are still better than most nail shops around.Will definitely return and spread the word!!!
Unforunately, I forgot the ladys name who did my nails but I came in Sunday and I remember we were talking about her dentist appt that was for Monday. She did a great job on my nails. Normally after a few days they start to pop off but I havent had any issues with my nails. I will be making another appt in a few weeks to get my nails done again and I want to make sure I get her again to do my nails.
I made an appointment, two people were seated before me whose appointment was after mine. Water was cold for my pedicure. Technician tried to help the situation but I will never go back. I wanted a manicure too but after waiting almost a half hour past my appointment, I couldnt. First and last time I will go here.

I have been to most of the nail salons in this town and none come CLOSE to the experience I just had here. The work is exceptional. Its clean. They take their time and get the details just right. This is where I will always go from now on.
I’m so glad this place opened! I’ve tried every salon in Hinesville, RH, and Pooler and I’ve never been 100% satisfied until now. This was my second time there and I walked in on a Wednesday afternoon without an appt and had JP do SNS on my nails. He was amazing! He always asked to make sure I had the shape I wanted, if the color was okay, and paid close attention to detail. He was funny and engaging in conversation and made me feel like I was at a luxury spa. They have a great color selection of dip powders and OPI polishes. The first time I went, some of the other nail techs were not as experienced with SNS, but everyone is SO friendly and welcoming. Everyone is really passionate about making sure you have a great experience at their salon and care about you as a person instead of just as another customer.
I went in there to get my nails done. Showed the guy a picture of what I wanted and he said he didn’t have hearts, so I showed him 2 more pictures he said it would take 3hrs and he didn’t want to spend that much time on my nails. These people obviously didn’t want the business or they are just too lazy. Worst nail salon I’ve ever been to
I booked an appointment a month in advance ( in preparation for a wedding out of town). I got a confirmation email as well as a text an hour before my appointment. I showed up 20 minutes early only to be told that there was a problem with the computer and that I would need to reschedule.This is not only unprofessional, but extremely disappointing. I will never step foot back in that shop and I will be sure to tell everyone about the complete lack of customer service at Stella Nails.
I was not happy with the service.Im here visiting my daughter and I have never had this kind of service from the callus removed to the cuticle not being properly removed. I will not be going back.

I got my nails done here when I was in vacation visiting my sister. They were absolutely wonderful! Very clean, personable, and the nails were AMAZING!! I would highly recommend to anyone if all ages! They are absolutely wonderful.
I got a deluxe pedicure with Tavia today and it was probably the best experience I’ve had in awhile. Staff was pleasant, personable and professional! Highly recommend!!

I have been here several times now and had someone different every time. No matter who it is they take their time and give an amazing pedicure. This is my only kid free time and it is so relaxing and enjoyable. All the staff is super friendly and they always remember me. I will miss this place when we move.

This is a decent salon. Its a little dirty, but they are short staffed so I can sympathize.The only disadvantage they have is that they dont do après gel extensions. I think they would make alot of money of they added this service to their menu
Hands down a great expirence! The salon doesnt smell like a normal salon and its so clean. The employees are kind and really professional. I love that you can book an appointment and if theyre full at the time the dont waste your time waiting around theyll tell you when to return.

I had been out of the beauty scene for about three years and the last place I had been in was in Statesboro. I was looking on Google for a good place to go to, and I had saw Stella having the best review out of all, and it fits perfectly. When I went there, everyone was so welcoming and willing to explain things. I wanted something that wasnt normally done (putting Matte and a design together). They told me about a new process called nail dipping, which was interesting in itself because I was so used to acrylic. They had Wifi, so I was able to get on Discord and talk to a friend for a bit. The workers want to make sure that you have the best experience. I had told one of the workers (TJ, I am not sure) that I had gotten out of a relationship and I was doing stuff for me, and that I had been listening to Lizzos Good as Hell he had a few song up for me to jam to that fit the theme as well, and that made me feel special. Lisa did my pedicure and Tony did my manicure, another guy did my nail designs but I didnt catch his name. Their wall of nail polishes was so organized I was really impressed because when I had typically gone to a nail salon, they were always haphazardly put on a wall or on one of those stands. In addition to that there were MANY colors to choose from. I had come in at around 5:30, and I left about 8 ish, because I didnt know how long of a process nail dipping was, but they stayed open for me and werent complaining or anything. Did I mention, if you are of age, they give you complimentary wine but if you have too much, they are responsible to make sure you dont drive tipsy. Overall I had an amazing experience!!! I will be going back, when you go there, you dont just get a person, you get a team. Stella Nail Lounge deserves its rating. Try it out for yourself.

I got my toes done in Pensacola for a wedding this weekend. My polish got messed up and I came to the nearest nail salon and TaaaDaaa I ended up here!! Tommy helped me out and polished my toes in a timely manner & he did an amazing Job!! This nail salon is very clean & relaxing!!! When I visit GA again I’ll be coming back here!! 💖💖💖
Selected a price for what I thought was pedicure and told her Price I selected was $25.Got to check the price was $40.Double standard for mask. When I came into store they had a sign mask required. Employees and manager did not have mask on or they were down around their chins that did not protect customers. I had a talk with manager as I came in about wearing mask. He told me they were required. Do not go there a rip off and double standards.
Visited this place for the first time and will not be coming back. Set an appointment with tommy at 10:00 am didnt get started until about 10:45. Ask for dip powder manicure and pedicure. Only got the color changed no manicure in sight.They lady who did my feet was good, but my nails looked worse then when I walked in. I ask tommy is this a manicure All tommy said was hes sorry and he forgot the appointment he personally set called for a manicure. Charged me over 80 dollars for this mess.

When is salon first open it was very clean and was well run. Now it is run down no cleaniness standards. Masks are not routinely worn by employees and they are not following any recommendations for prevention of COVID. My nails were fine but I was so uncomfortable I wont be back. The trip to Savannah is worth it to or cleaniness alone.
I got exactly the opposite of what I asked for. I paid for my friends nails as well. Together it was 130 dollars!!!! I wanted a rounded long nails with ombré. And my friend asked for coffin shape ombré nails. First of all I received short pointed cat nails. They are soo short I can’t even ask them to fix it. And they are the most simple nails ever and they charged me over 60 dollars!!! They didn’t tell me any of these prices before hand or that any service was extra. They only told us the price at the end. My friend recieved square nails and not even coffin which is what she asked for and they look like French tip not ombré, which they charged extra for. I come from California and if I want tip top long extravagant nails the most I would pay is 60. This is outrageous and I’m never going here again. They don’t have prices posted anywhere either. I want to cry because of how much I hate them and how much I had to spend

My nail tech was Mariam and I just enjoyed my relaxation day with her and will continue to come back to her each time and it’s hard finding a good nail salon that does it exactly how I want it. It wasn’t too busy (I went at 10AM) and got my nails done for the first time and my normal pedicure. 😇 Thanks Mariam!!!!!

Im very excited to have a new nail salon in Hinesville and this place definitely did not disappoint. The service was great. A nice laid back atmosphere with a very welcoming staff that are super easy to talk to. They use disposable tools and foot tub liners so you dont have to worry about cooties(: I will absolutely be going back soon.

I came in and Tommy greeted me and I had a couple questions and he actually sat down next to me explained everything and took his time with me. Loved the customer service and how he took his time in getting to talk to me and doing my nails. The price is definitely worth it!!
I love this place!! After being here in hinesville for 6 years with having no luck of good salons here. This will hopefully be the only one that continue to make my visits a great one. I love my nails and the environment is so amazing and comfortable. I will be back.

First time getting dip and I absolutely dislike it, after getting them done they started peeling(Wasn’t doing hard core things with my nails) , got them fixed and now they’re peeling again!! Besides my dip powder peeling, the staff was very very nice and place was pretty clean.
Always polite and very welcoming. No matter who does your mani or pedi, it’s always a great experience at Stella Nails. I love this salon.

How AMAZING is this place!?!? Absolutely amazing! JP is very welcoming introducing himself and the staff as I walked in. Tina and JP were both very friendly. I feel like we talked and laughed the entire experience. Lisa does the most amazing pedi and mani and is quite the character herself. I truly needed the laughs and enjoyed the experience. Now if they just had wine, it would be the ultimate experience.
Needed to waste a few hours, it was nice. I had the deluxe pedi and mani. Id have paid for the pedi x2 over.
Let’s just say the pedi was great but the nail job was not nails were not crisp and they were too thin and one broke less then 4 days I contacted them they offered to fix but I just went elsewhere because they need more training as far as nails go I have now found me the best nail tech in Hinesville but not here also I paid a tip wasn’t deserved.

2022-04-21Fair prices. The workers were patient, blunt, but easy to talk to. The acrylic nails were done efficiently. They gave me knowledgeable information about acrylic nails. The only reason its a 4 star for me is because there is a small area where the acrylic wasnt filled in (granted, the nail tech was working fast because of burning).

I’m not from around here and all the places I’ve been too at home I’ve had to clean up the edges when I get home, I definitely don’t have to do that this time. This is the first time I’ve ever asked for a design and gotten exactly what I wanted. If I’m ever in the area I will absolutely stop here again.

She gave me a real massage! And my feet are super soft. 2022-05-17I absolutely hated my nail shape and I explained to the lady multiple time that they are misshaped and horrible. The nail tech that did my nails terribly tried to charge me $50 dollars for the worse set ever. This is poor customer service.

2021-09-19JP did a great job on my dip manicure. I use to get my nails done here often, but then I moved. I could not find another place that takes care of my nails like they do here. So now I make the 2 hour drive here, and I will continue to do so Im the future.
