I received great customer service when I came to inquire about a unit. I was escorted to see a 10×10 unit to store belongings as I will be leaving out of the country soon. The property manager was very thorough, she was very patient with me because I had a lot of questions. She was also very polite and even humorous. I was impressed also by how clean everything was...the office and the storage. I didnt even know that place existed. I was referred by a friend. I definitely would recommend this storage facility to others. Keta Cody
Melissa the Property manager has been an Excellent Example of professionalism, and Great customer service. She deserves a raise or bonus of some sort. Having said that other employees have created a hostile environment that breeds mistakes motivating us to remove our stuff from the storage there. Our stuff has been there for almost 7 years. Had to travel from 5 states to get it. Been through like four different ownerships. It’s crazy! Again Melissa has been wonderland hopefully she will be valued by this new owner/company and allow her to get the right employees under her. Maybe over her also.
Gate is always left open or stuck. Called several times to report. Recently reported no one on site for 3 days and gate never closed. Manager stated she is unaware of gate then said chain is broke and will have repaired next day. How can you say you unaware of gate but knew chain broke. People sleeping in RV in Empty units. People easy piggy back in. Increased bill from 80 to 100-120 without notifications. Advice letter went out in Oct yet nov and dec was charged price no reminder never received letter. Getting stuff out of unit and putting more in, staff goes to nearby empty unit pretend doing inventory and cleaning then asked if was moving. Questioning lime i was doing something wrong. Once answered she left back to office instead checking rest units. Abusive ex has been trying to get in my unit, informed office several times including having police escort. With gate situation and no staff, feel unsafe to go and worried lock will get busted off to steal my belongings. Quick to lock unit and block entry pass when day late but takes a week to take off lock once paid up to date.
I signed up online and paid in full through 4/30. Their hours of operation said Monday -Friday 9am-5pm. I needed to go in person to get my gate code and show my ID. I went on a Wednesday at 10:30am, NOBODY’S THERE! I call no answer. I leave and come back around 11:30am, NOBODY’S THERE AGAIN! I call customer service, they say “oh they’re closed on Wednesdays” but that’s not what online or what the sign on the door says. I go back Thursday...... take a wild guess.... NOBODY’S THERE AGAIN!! At this point I call customer service for a refund because I have to be out of my home in 10 days and need a storage. She says “all we have to do is give you a temporary gate code and they are not closed on Wednesdays someone should’ve been there, (she’s the 3 person I spoke to, one person had me on hold for 17 minutes and never came back to the phone). I take the gate code and just decided to go AGAIN Friday and somebody was finally there. Told her I came two days in a row and no one was there, she didn’t acknowledge it or apologize, just gave me my code and said have a good day. I will never recommend this place to anyone! RUN!!!
Another company that did nothing to help customers during quarantine. After speaking with other companies I learned storage units go up for auction when the are 3 months behind. Most of them bending rules to help people when the entire country is going to hell in a swinging basket. Yes I was late many times as I juggled Bills I did skip a month and come in the following month and pay the 2 months several times over. I called and asked for a break which turned into a war I was 15 days late, figured I clean out my unit and free myself from a over priced monthly unit. I was told they were going to auction my unit in December. I just wanted to get my stuff pay the bill and move on about my day. Check the fine print people.
I am disappointed already and I signed up yesterday. Their website is EXTREMELY misleading. It said I would have a special online price of $36 a month and my first month was ONLY $1.... WELL for my first month it is $1+$25(admin cost not noted until check-out)+$12(insurance also not noted until check-out)= $38 for first month. What is also not disclosed properly is that you have to pay $12 a month insurance so my monthly rate is NOT $36 my monthly rate is $48 and the insurance is not optional. After 1 year you will have paid an extra $170 dollars of undisclosed fees because their website is that misleading. I would rather just get the proper price quote up front than find added fees only upon getting a unit.
This storage facility is top notch, professional, clean and has a very quick processing que when you come in to sign up. They are thorough and quick but virtuous in the process. They let me look at the units I thought Id need during the visit and helped me choose the best option. I highly recommend them compared to any of the surrounding storage facility locations. Think quality over price because they are a little more expensive but worth it because of the secure spot they have. Hope this helps your decisions!
Bait and switch, called to set up storage for my wife while I was in Korea, I told Tom the size for the price he gave me. The first month rolls around and it is $10 more I called and asked why and they told me my wife wanted somthing bigger but she told me that Tom said that was the one the I wanted then he said the amount of stuff I had would not fit. When I got back 2 months later I moved it all to a smaller unit like I had agreed to in the begining. But he did comp me on the last month and worked with me to make up for it so not sure if it was just a misunderstanding or he was making up for getting caught

This is my first time ever doing this and she made it extremely easy … not to mention that my sick crying baby was very loud but she remained patient until I got him settled. 2022-03-18Easy to locate the unit. Additional security lights facing unit would have been helpful since unloading went until dark. Lights in large units would have been great as it got darker outside. Overall good.

2022-05-17Tina is amazing! She is literally the sweetest Personality and anyone would want her to be their mother (she’s just that sweet) warms my heart and is willing to help anybody. Today she came in on her off day Wednesday 20 Oct 21 at 0800 in the morning to change my storage unit to a larger unit 10x15 right before our movers came.I appreciate you soo much and this company should be extremely grateful to have someone like you over their storage units. You are a true blessing and we need more humans like you. May you have a great year and many more years to come.

2022-03-25I want to rental a unit for a month and if changed my mind a did not need a rental unit at all the next day. I never walked or drove on the property nor do if even remember the unit in was supposed to have. I asked for a refund and was told they so not give refunds.Remind you I never stepped foot on the property.......

2022-02-14I have had equipment stolen from this facility twice totaling about $1,000. Once they broke in through the top of a trailer and no cameras had coverage of that area. The last time which I just found out about as we were clearing the unit, the thieves put a new lock on after stealing $600 worth of ladders. No idea when it happened as I havent used the facility in months. If youre reading this and you have stuff stored there I would recommend going by and checking on your stuff. If you are debating using the facility, check with the Grovetown police department before renting there. I think they may influence your decision with the information you recieve.

2021-06-15When I called the number the sells person as well as the sells person when I went in person both offer the full price and waited to see if I was going to pay that first before telling me the specials. Then I call and ask the manager if I could get the 10x20 for $100 a month for 3 months then she said she had to ask corporate and if anyone around within three miles had that price then they could match it. The 10x 20 only had a 30% off which was going to cost me $111 a month. So then I said what about the 5x10s because the last person I talked to said they where 50% which would have come out to $100 for two which would have been the same as one 10x20 and the manager did not think of that. Then half way during the payment process I asked for clarification and then she said it was only 30% off and asked if I still wanted to get it. Then I ask what did the other units cost. Then she finally found out that the 10x 10 was 50% off and that was the best deal to get two of those and it would have come out to $99 dollars a month and more space the the 10x 20. So if I would have walked in and not asked any question or double check what they where doing I would have got taken advantage of . Just be knowledgeable in what you are offering and give the customer the best possible deal with out them having to ask their way into it.
