Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at a repair shop. The customer service was 1st class. My cars alignment was done quickly and professionally by educated professionals. This company is in the business to take care of you as a customer and not just take money out of your wallet like most shops. I will be back for all my future service needs.
Went to pick up my car after having body work done and the air conditioner wasnt working...they gave me a loaner until they can see why its not working. Theyre very friendly and helpful. And the estimated cost of my body work was higher than it actually turned out to be. Waiting for information on my air-conditioning.
UPDATE. The owner saw this review and personally contacted my friend. He did everything in his power to fix the damage and make things right. The truck now looks great. I am upping my rating because the owner went above and beyond to fix the issue and insured the work was excellent.They completely destroyed the paint on the cab of a good friends truck. He took his f-250 in for a simple cab light installation. When they put the template on for drilling the holes they did not use a paint cutter before drilling the holes. When they removed the template it pulled off the Clearwater and the pain. They refused to admit they were at fault. They even went as far as blaming the customer saying he should have never brought them the truck. He also found cigarette ashes in his cup holder and smelled smoke. He doesnt smoke and never has.
The team at Styles is amazing. As a woman they have never tried to take advantage of me - only to educate me and make sure I leave with a smile on my face. Thanks Wes (Audio), Jason and Chris (NAPA). Now I have to add John and Corey (Collison) - thanks for that are Deer that hit my Jeep! Ugh... But God!!! Give Styles a try - youll be glad you did!
We called Styles on a Friday to check a possible cooling leak. Quick diagnosis following an involved replacement of the water pump and timing belt. Jason kept us informed and as promised the car was done the following Monday. Thank you for honest, professional service and fair pricing. We recommend Styles for auto repair and will be back!
We were driving from MI to FL when my SUV started shaking when I would turn the wheel left. It got worse and worse as we continued to drive. So we got off at the next exit and found Styles Auto car. I was traveling with my 2 yr son and mother. When we got in there, they were very busy but they said they would work us in as fast as they could. They loaned us a jeep so we could go and get some lunch and take my son to a park. They were very polite, courtesy, nice and very helpful! They helped determine the issue and got us back on the road. They also called two days later to check in and see how we were doing and how the car was. I would recommend them to everyone! Wonderful place! Thank you!
Been there several times to fix multiple cars. Every time it was another disappointment. Never called for quotes always had to try to talk to some one. Had a tire in my bmw replace told them to put the spare back in the truck for me with I left open with the metal tire rod in the middle visable and they threw it in the trunk and bent the rode and just tossed the hardware in. Just felt really disrespected.
I was extremely impressed by Styles & Jason, the technician. He was polite, professional and patient while listening to my attempts at describing the problems with my car. I expected my car to be kept all day or even several days. Instead, in only a couple of hours, Jason called that my car was fixed and ready to be picked up. My car was perfect and the charges were less than expected and affordable on my fixed income. The whole experience was a blessing for my car, me and my budget.
The process was seamless. Jason was friendly and courteous. After dropping the car off for diagnostics, he called me in a timely manner and discussed everything needed, cost and estimated time of completion. Pick up was also seamless. The receipt had detaled information on work performed and parts used. During checkout, we asked about and was given a military discount. The receipt even had a line thanking me for my service. This is the 2nd terrible experience I have had with them. Both times I had collision damage from an accident. Both times I was told to drive the car till they ordered the parts. I waited till they contacted me and said the parts were in. Both times I was told it would be a 10 day repair and both times it took 30 days. Both times they managed to find $500+/- extra repairs that were not covered by the insurance and I had to pay that out of pocket. Keep in mind this was the exact same car both times. I had to be the person to call them for updates and push to have a estimated date of completion. They never call when they say they will and they always have some excuse why the work is not completed. Even when I went to pick the car up they seem to busy to even get the invoice completed. Two men kept passing the buck around as to who even had the invoice while the receptionist finally stopped them and said “stop since both of you are here together can you please get the invoice this lady would like to pay”. Customer service is the least important thing to this company they just want the insurance payment and your deductible. I won’t be returning for a 3rd time I assure you. If I ever need a collision center again I will drive any amount of distance required to avoid them. If you want terrible service, to be without your car forever, and pay money out of your pocket, their your shop, if not run as hard as you can away from them.
I have had a few dealings with Styles over the past few years, they are always friendly, professional and have shown great quality along with pride in the work they do. I had a remote start installed on this visit and it was completed quickly and at comparable cost to other shops but again I chose them for the quality and pride they put into their services from detailing ,aftermarket add ons to collision work.
The folks at Styles completed a spray in bed liner in my new pickup truck. Everyone we spoke to was very tactful and helpful. Billy from the car audio and accessories side did everything he said he would with my bed liner install. I even ended up purchasing some car audio equipment while I was there.Jeremy
They messed up more than repaired. Even repairing what they messed up was done with artificial materials. I would not recommend them, especially women. Then, I did prayed about it and Im leaving it in Gods hands. Ipray that God continuously blessed this business and the workers so everyone can be satisfied and pleased with their services.
The universal joints on my driveshaft went out, and we became aware of it at a neighboring business, when I checked underneath to see why it was vibrating while pulling or accelerating.Styles Automotive provided immediate and professional services, and got us safely back onto the road.I’d recommend them to anyone!
The staff here is amazing! Our family is going through a tough time and everyone was so wonderful. Not only were they flexible in scheduling our service but they went above and beyond to ensure we had our vehicle ready when we needed it. I cannot express how absolutely wonderful everyone was!
We have used Styles several times over the past few months and each time they are honest and fair with their pricing and the work that needs to be done. Ive never been oversold and Ive never had anything I went in for come back to be unfinished. I switched to Styles from Christian Brothers in Acworth because the service there is ALWAYS incomplete - but we have been over the moon about the care we receive at Styles. We love them!
My truck has been there for a month today!!! No word from anyone. Hopefully the quality is better than the service!!Update*****. After getting upset and ranting, the owner and GM did everything in their power to correct the situation, and make me a happy customer. Truck looks awesome, and I’m very happy!It’s also understood most of my issues where not in their control due to COVID. Great body work!!
These guys are awesome!! They installed a dash cam in my car, and I couldn’t be more happy!! They hid the wires well, and they were very clean. Super impressed!!! I will be going back to them in the future for any other car related needs.The wait wasn’t bad as they also have nice refreshments and old school arcade game table. The bathrooms were also very nice!! Again, super impressed!And the atmosphere is very professional and friendly.

Quality Customer Service. My vehicle had been in a minor accident with some decent damage and I had concerns about whether the frame was damaged and if in his professional opinion he thought it was safe to drive until repairs could be accessed fully. Technician test drive the vehicle, checked for possible frame damage, checked for leaks and possible crumple points that might have been impacted in the frame. All this amidst poor weather. Wait times may be longer here for body and mechanical fixed to be dealt with but the service in on point.Thank you Styles Team.
Had my alternator die on the way to work and my battery died while on the lot at Styles. Kevin was a huge help in expediting a replacement for my vehicle and getting it back to me within a few hours. Got a really good price too for it being such a short notice emergency.

They are by far the best prices of all the places I checked.Brandon went above and beyond in taking care of my car. Because of their fantastic prices I was able to also get a new battery & get my oil changed. And some cleaning treatments my car needed.Customer for life!!
My baby sister took her new 2020 Chevy complaining it was floating after you get up over 60 ! 269.00 later she got a front in alignment. The guy said he drove it and texted ted breaks then wanted the key because he didn’t drive it ! She was charged $100.00 for a test drive ! And rotate the front only tires $269.00 ! You are shutting me right! Guy said it could be the computer in the car making it float ? Really ! Never going back ! Ladies be ware!!
The customer service here is impeccable. The issues that happened with my vehicle were addressed and handled, and then a new issue appeared afterwards. The owner went above and beyond to make the situation right, even to an extent of lending his parts truck if necessary. Auto repair places can really take a page from this establishments book to better themselves; this is what people look for in customer service. I highly recommend Styles for any of your auto repair needs. You wont regret it.
I visited Styles for the first time today, and I was thrilled with the service. I waited while diagnostics were run and repairs made for my older model Honda. All of the suggested repairs were explained to me in detail and the staff was professional and courteous. The waiting area had everything I needed to work while I waited including wifi, free coffee, soft drinks, snacks and other amenities. I will definitely use Styles for future automotive needs.
I highly recommend Style’s for both collision/body work and servicing your vehicles. A very friendly staff, Wayne is incredible/knowledgeable when it comes to servicing your vehicles. Just recently had to have the rear end of my F150 repaired due to an accident and my truck looked brand new when they finished with it. Outstanding work Styles!
I have had Wayne perform major, (Complete front end work) and minor ( simple oil changes) mechanical work. All the work has been done well and completed in a reasonable time frame. I would highly recommend him and his crew of mechanics.I have also had Michael paint the front end of my van. The paint match was perfect and the finish looked just like the factory!All the folks at Styles have been very friendly, and have treated me so well! I could not imagine going anywhere else for my automotive needs.
These guys do a wonderful job. I had some body work done which looks like brand new. They even made sure we got the correct year tailgate. Ive also had them put the bedliner in which looks nice. Then we got burned by a dealership that didnt properly fix the ac. They fixed it for a much more reasonable price and we knew the job would be done right. Really appreciate these guys.
My wife and I have used Styles for more than a decade now. We have eight children, five of whom are now driving age, and have had numerous opportunities to use Styles as the kids learn how to drive (or, in several cases, having been the victims of inattentive drivers). Every time we go to file a claim, the insurance company tries to pressure us to use one of their preferred repair shops, warning that if we dont, they they will not be able to provide a lifetime warranty.But a warranty is only as good at the company behind it, and in all of the years that weve used Styles, on the one or two occasions weve had to come back, they take care of the fix right away, and do it with a smile. No arguing, no fussing, no this was not our fault.Most recently, my 21-year old daughter was in an accident and the insurer wanted to total out the car, not because of the car was undriveable, or incapable of being repaired, but because of the age and mileage on the car (it is a 2008 Honda Civic with 200k+ miles but in otherwise great shape).Knowing my daughter could not afford to replace the car for what the insurer would offer, Styles worked with the insurer to get the repairs approved, in part by giving us a discount on their own rates because we were long-time customers.THAT is the kind of honest, dependable, hometown service you get with Styles Collision. So if you have any auto body (or mechanical) repair needs, trust Frankie, Michael, and the boys (and girl) of Styles. Me and my family do!September 2018 UPDATEA couple of years ago Styles let me be a guinea pig for a new headlight clear coat they were thinking about going to. It didnt work out well so they reconditioned my headlights using their preferred clear coat, but over the last few months I noticed the headlights were getting dull. When I talked to Frankie about it I pointed out that I didnt have a receipt that I could find, but with me being a long-time customer, not only did he resurface the headlights, he had his body guy pull out and completely recondition the headlight assembly at no charge! Now THAT is the kind of customer service you can expect at Styles, and why my family will not go anywhere else!
The most awesome in Bartow hands down. After stopping at a few car audio places to change my dvd player to one with a touchscreen, I was dismissively given excuses as to why I shouldnt or what I should get (Custom Auto). Yet, when I made it to Styles I knew off hand that I came to the right place. Wes is awesome and didnt contest what I was wanting, rather, he pieced together everything needed to accomplish what I wanted; an on-screen dvd player that mirrors to the back monitor too. He identified the appropriate materials to make it happen and flawlessly made it happen.Look, honestly, skip everybody and go see Wes at Styles on 113. The place and people are friendly and welcoming, and very knowledgeable and skilled. I wish more businesses put the integrity found here into their businesses. I will definitely be a lifetime customer now.
I have had work done at styles before, but this is the first time I’m doing a review. All the work they have done has always been good but this time they went above and beyond...I wanted to add a remote start system to my truck, knowing that this could be a complicated install I wanted to take it somewhere I trusted. So I got in contact with Wes, their installer, and he guided me to the right system for my truck and needs. Installation was done in a day, however we ran into a couple of hiccups and I had to take my truck back the next day. Wes was in contact with me the whole time and he never gave up trying to figure out what was wrong. After another day he was able to find and fix the problem completely and now I have an awesome remote start. The instillation was very clean, everything was put back correctly and all the wiring was tied and secured for a factory look. Many other places would have just taken it out and gave up on figuring out the problem, but he didn’t and I really appreciate that! I will be going there for all my work. It’s good to know that we have a hometown shop that I can trust!!
I have taken many repairs to Styles and have never been disappointed. They are always fair and timely. In fact, I have taken TWO cars to them that were repairable, but in both cases, someone from Styles made the suggestion that I not repair them but sell the car and start over. Keep in mind, they dont sell cars there, they repair them. They stood to make over $5K from these two repairs alone and $0 if I sold it and bought another. I trust these guys with everything I have. In fact, I wish some students would go work for them and learn about integrity and customer service before venturing off in the work force. We could all learn a thing or two from the folks at Styles.
My wife Sierra Ogden had an accident in our 2015 Crosstrek. We requested that the car be towed to Styles. Before the vehicle arrived I had a chance to visit the facility. Clean, organized and a professional staff helped make me feel that my car was in a place where it would be taken care of as if it were their own. My car arrived the next day in which Mr. Mac called to inform me that it was ready for inspection and that he notified the adjuster. Wow, who does that. Styles does, that’s who! The following day we were notified that our car was totaled and my wife was distraught from The Whole ordeal of the accident and losing her car. We had just purchased $1000 new tires on that vehicle and hadn’t even made the first payment towards them and now found that the insurance company is only giving us $34 of added value for all four. My son has the same year Crosstrek as my wife’s car and his was due new tires so we asked styles if it would be ok if we could change them out between the two vehicles, they had no problem with this and would let us perform the task onsite. Mac even asked his mechanics if we could borrow a hydraulic jack to make the process faster and safer for us. Alex, a mechanic there, took it upon himself to go the extra mile, and took that extra step to change the tires between the two vehicles for us! Alex and his crew took the vehicles into the bay and up on the lifts and changed the tires out in less than 10 minutes and matched the TPS sensors (something I had not considered). Thank you Mac and Alex and to the rest of your crew for helping us through this difficult process, you all have earned our business for many years to come!
Frankie Johnson and his staff are not happy until youre completely satisfied. Ive had my car there twice for separate collisions repairs and each time the work was excellent, and finished when promised. Recently, Nathan and Michael figured out a way to repair the collision damage AND also repair damage I did to the other side of the car staying within the budget the insurance company allowed for the accident. Great creative thinking on their part. They even finished the repairs on a tight schedule so I could leave the state when I planned. The best part is they keep you completely informed, and treat you like family. I send my friends to Styles. John Sivacek
Best shop in town!!!!! They take great care of their customers and always go above and beyond to make sure everything in done right the first time. This is the only shop I let touch my vehicles. They specialize in auto body repair, car audio, accessories, and vehicle repair and maintenance. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Had 2 cars repaired here. 1 for collision damage, 1 for mechanical/alignment.The collision repair was done ok. Paint and suspension were fixed fine, but had to go back a few times for trim pieces not installed and loose rear seats they did not tighten up all the way. Last part was the paint polishing compound they got all over my roof. I did not notice it until a couple months later, but now it will not come off. I am taking it to another shop to have buffed out as their detail guy seemed to have rushed the process.The mechanical repair was to one of my trucks. They replace an inner tie rod (and got an alignment), all seemed well. I was backing out of a parking space a few days later and that same tie rod snapped in two. I called up, got it towed back to Styles, and they replaced it free of charge and covered the tow bill. Again, all seemed well once more. A day later, I am driving back home and feel my front wheel wobbling very bad. I pull over to discover they had not tightened the lug nuts properly and my wheel was just about to fall off. I screwed them back on and called up to notify them. Their customer service was excellent and they offered to repair the wheel if it was damaged and replace any stud that may have been too, but that could have been a disaster for an inexperienced driver who may not have known what to look for or to pull over right away.I give them 3/5 as regardless of their excellent customer service, I had to go back multiple times to have jobs done correctly. I do not feel comfortable with them working on my cars in the future as I could have easily have been involved in an accident if my lug nuts would have backed all the way off and my wheel were to have come off.If you use them, proceed with caution and double check the repairs yourself. If youre not familiar with automotive repairs, take some one with you who is so they can look it over before taking it down the road.
I had an appointment at 8 AM. I called at 10 AM for an update. The Tech was to call me back. I called again at 10:30 AM to tell them that I was coming to pick up my car. I was connected to the Tech. He told me that I needed 4 new tires and new brake pads and rotors. It is possible that I need new brake pads and rotors but not 4 new tires. I just had the tires rotated on Saturday by a shop that I have used for years. If something had been wrong with the tires, they would have told me at that time. I decided it is my best interest to make the long trip back to a repair shop that I trust.
Styles Collision, Has very friendly knowledgeable people. Everything I wanted to have done on my truck, not only did they take care of my needs but they did it at an affordable price! Michael Mader and styles are the best! We have done everything at styles from accessories and bedliners to heavy mechanical and collision work. Michael has always told me what he thought was the best route to go on the collision side and with his expieience and knowledge he always gives me my options and follows a pattern of being trust worthy and honest. Mechanicaly I never go anywhere other than Wayne and his Napa crew! They always provide me with a timely and honest repair taking the initiative and making sure my vehicles are in tip top shape. Highly recommend any of the services they offer!

2022-05-17Chris in the service shop does great. They beat a very well known Toyota dealer shop by almost 5000.00 dollars on labor for my land cruiser. They have done 2 jobs for me. I would recommend to get a quote from them after getting a quote from a pricey dealership. Give them the quote and ask if they will beat it to earn your business. Fair price, good honest work.

2022-06-14It was pretty easy to get my car in for brakes. I knew I needed rear brakes and assumed front as well. I didnt need front brakes and they didnt try to sell them to me. My check engine light was on so I decided to have them do a thorough diagnostic. They gave me estimates for work that I suspected I was in need of and nothing extra. Nobody likes to spend money on car repairs, most arent cheap. However, I felt like the price was fair. Great communication as well.
