This was the most pleasant Subway experience Ive ever had!! Very friendly, patient (I had young kids ordering) and an enjoyable time. Mary was the best and made the midway point of a very long road trip worth the stretch!!Awesome service. I came last week after work for an event that was going to be held there to decide what movie we would be watching. I ordered the meatball marinara meal with chips and a drink. The person who served me was very patient and had a pleasant attitude. Thanks again!!
Me and my sister decided to grab a sandwich while black Friday shopping yesterday and we were blown away by the OUTSTANDING service we received by Tyree I believe his name was. That young man was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and all around a pleasure. We both walked out after receiving our food happy and my sister immediately said now that is what you call customer service!. Great Job!
Best Subway hands down! And thats mainly due to Chris, who works nights. He is absolutely fantastic! He is very kind and very attentive to every detail when you order. He takes his time making sure the subs are layered neatly and you can 100% taste the difference because of it. This man needs a raise!
I walked in about 30 minutes before closing and they had started breaking down the salad bar and I ordered the sub the sub was sloppily made and the lettuce was like brownish so she was like digging around for the last little remnants I guess but the salad part of the sub ended up making me sick to my stomach they were not friendly at all I dont think I will be returning
I asked for extra onions and olives. I got extra onions, but the manager quickly noticed and told the girl not to put more than 6 black olives slices. I explained that I had asked for extra olives and I was then informed that 6 olive slices is the maximum amount allowed on a sandwich and typically they only put 3. I worked in the food industry for almost 6 years. I understand Cost of Goods is a huge part of the business model but this is ridiculous. Youre informing your customers that theyre not valued enough to put a few extra olives? Come on now. I know what the most expensive items are in a restaurant and olives arent it. You can do better than this.
I was a little bummed they werent opened already. I guess Im used to subways providing breakfast. When Im running late in the AM, I can usually run in and grab my chicks(kids) a quick sandwich for school lunch. However, this location doesnt serve breakfast, so there was at least 3 cars sitting outside waiting for them to open at 10. Once they opened the young lady told me that they didnt have a big crowd in the AM for breakfast, so the owner stopped breakfast.
I frequent this Subway bc its in my neighborhood. Service and selection at this location used to be very hit or miss. Ive noticed the past several weeks a few new faces at the store and a few old ones gone. The service is great now every time I go in. The selection is full... Theyre not always out of tomatoes at night, or other vegetables. Theyre not constantly out of veggie patties and chicken. Very pleased with this location now.
Went there at 5pm and they were out of chili which is a featured item on signage. There was only one person working at what would normally be a busy time for any restaurant that was any good. They only had a few loaves of bread for subs preped. Maybe they could get customer if they gave a good impression. Took a while to get the first group of people through that were together then she had to go make chili for the group of four that were in front of me. After a total of 15 minutes waiting I decided it just wasnt worth waiting for. I walked out.The manager should have more staff so they can be preped for dinner. I dont blame the employee. Its the manager that isnt doing their job.This review is specific to the location on Central Ave in Summerville in Augusta GA. I generally get great food and service from Subway as a whole.
Went to the one on Washington Road to get 12 foot longs sandwiches for lunch for a group. The lady at that store told me needed to give 24hour notice for anything over 5 ft long sandwiches. Guess they didnt want the business so I googled Subway to find the nearest one. Called the store and asked if I could place order over the phone and the young lady never once hesitated when I order 6 foot long ham and cheese and 6 foot long Turkey and cheese. When I arrived within 10 minutes of the phone call the 2 young ladies were working away getting the sandwiches done. These 2 went out of there way to get my order together and done as quickly as possible.
Excellent service from the time I went in, welcoming greeting personnel was well trained and ready to serve..
They messed up both orders, one missing cookie, one missing drink and one cookie was OLD. when I called I got lip service. the sandwiches were fine.
Ordered online. My order wasnt ready because the people working were too lazy to check on the notifications so had to wait 20 minutes for them to make it. Avoid this place if you can.

The service was very rushed through by the girl taking my order even though they werent busy while I was there as if she didnt want to be bothered. The lettuce was brown and the bread was hard on the edges. No thanks to that location again

Great place for sub sandwiches. Restaurant is always clean and smells like a garden of fresh vegetables. Would absolutely refer Subway to friends, family, and many others.
May 15, 2019 @ 5:35pm Waited in Line 15-18 minutes. There was 1 employee making sandwiches for a line of 8-9 people. Left there went to Firehouse and was in and out in 3 minutes. I’ll be back but it will not be anytime soon.
Very unsanitary. Staff is not friendly. Subs are thrown together. The meats dont look fresh at all. And my six inch subs are never six inches
I go to Subway on Central Avenue I go there because even though its a slower-paced or the ladies here treat you very well they take the time to listen to how you want your sandwich done that smile they left they even joke with you if youre a regular and the food is awesome I thank you for everything that you do and I hope that the people up above know that they got a good crowd there that works well and Im very well trained you all deserve to have a little bit more money in your paycheck because your side is becoming very popular and I hope its because Im telling them just how great you all are go to Central Avenue subway absolutely wonderful

Closed 30 minutes earlier than the posted time. Didnt know the employees could just decide when to lick up on a whim. I guess no one knows the value of integrity anymore, but in this instance its gonna costthem every dime Id ever spend in this or any one of these dogmeat slinging hash-houses. Done with Subway.
Service was great! This is the only Subway in Augusta so far that I know sells vegetarian patties. (I hope to find more )

Subway I love my tuna salad is my number one thing that I enjoy getting from them when I want some good salad I go right to them and the cookies is off the chain as well love love love

2021-08-05Her name is Coya she is the worst server I have ever had in my life. She literally did not ask if I was ready to order she just turned around and stared at me. She then proceeded to make someone else’s sub in the process of making mine. She then came back and wrapped up my order when I was not done. Did not apologize. She clearly hates her job and appeared to be unhappy with the staff. This type of disrespect is unacceptable. I had to leave my food.

2022-04-20Busy place with quick in and out. Employees are welcoming too. Tables are clean. They have a real dirty, greasy vent in ceiling right over bread storage. Only gross thing I saw.

2021-11-27Im typically not one for writing reviews; however, Ryan & David deserve some recognition. We come to Subway, expecting mediocre customer service at best. But todays customer service was the BesT weve had in a VerY long time. These two were so polite, have contagious smiles, & were easy to talk to even when I changed my mind a cpl of times. Ryan was very informative & guided me to a new favorite sub. They had all of the cookies made & the sweet tea was really good. When leaving, even my 9yr old son said Man, they are really nice. I liked how the guy (David) said [Whats up little man] to me. We hope to see these two there every time we come. Ty

2021-12-21They are always out of different toppings. This store is clearly under bad management who cant keep it stocked. Id seek new management if I were the owner. If management is the owner you deserve to loose business.

2020-12-12I always tell myself I’m going to give this location the benefit of the doubt but it never fails. They always disappoint. I’ve worked in the food industry so I know some days can be better then others but when you’re dealing with the public you have to have a better attitude. Every time I go to this location the people are so rude and are always rushing me, even though I’m the only one in line. It’s frustrating because if the sign says you close at 9 and I walk in at 7 there should be no reason that I have slim to none choices of toppings. I’ve been back to this place 3 times. I will never go back. I rather drive 15 more minutes to the Subway off of Peach Orchard.

2020-02-02The ladies in this store on Central today was fantastic . She fix the best sandwich ever Sunday at abt 12 :30am. We had a great conversations. I did not get her name but she made my day feel better. I will gladly go to this spot from now on for my sandwich and I will get her name next time. It very clean and welcoming sandwich shop.
