My twin sister and I celebrated our 50th birthday party at the Summer House and it was amazing!I wanted to make a grand entrance and Hanna made it Happen! She waited for my sister and I to arrive and escorted us to a side door outside that led us a elevator. We then made our grand entrance from the top floor down the stairs. Our guests were so excited and everything was just as I imagined.We had minor issues with the sound system downstairs but Hanna had everything up and running in no time!!!If your looking for a place to celebrate a small occasion with less than 100 guests (less is better) try the Summer House.I gave it a 4 because it’s a big house but the space is limited and the glitches with the downstairs sound system.
Everything was outstanding with the venue. The staff was exceptional and very helpful through the entire event. Without them the party would not have been a success. I will definitely rent this venue again and recommend it to all my friends.

2022-07-19I held a 40th birthday party here and it was beyond what I could imagine it to be! Courtney and Liz made my party come together seamlessly! The venue was perfect and everyone absolutely loved it! If you’re looking for a venue that’s not traditional and doesn’t require much decorating, the Summer House is the place for you!

2022-05-04My fiancé and I held our engagement party here and it was gorgeous! Everyone kept raving about how cool the venue space was. Even prior to the event, our friends from out of town remarked how cool the building looked while driving by and were absolutely thrilled when they arrived and saw that was their destination.Additional benefits include: being able to hold an event indoor/outdoors. We got to enjoy the beautiful weather that April has to offer as well as go downstairs to cool off. Plenty of table space, opportunities for refrigeration, clean bathrooms, and a multitude of seating options.We also have to give a major shout out to Courtney who was a huge help to us — we were a little late on party set up and she was a major help from start to finish. She made the party stress free and an absolute dream. I would 100% recommend this venue to everyone and we hope to book the space again in the future!

2021-10-17I have been working with Gerilyn and Jessica for a while to find the right place for me to purchase. When I say they go above and beyond to accommodate the client is a understatement! Three words I could use to describe them would be professionalism, patience, and thoroughness. I always feel welcome to ask any/every question I may have being a first time home buyer. 2021-08-02I cant tell you how much we love Summer House Realty. Ive never seen such a versatile group of individuals. Their extensive knowledge is evident, even after just a brief conversation. It was huge surprise that they have agents that are experts in land and rural properties which was a huge bonus.

2021-07-11I have a listing and scheduled a showing. Jon cancelled after Id left my house for almost 2 hrs and didnt even bother to show my house. The next potential buyer said he would not respond to her calls and she had to spend a week trying to find the appropriate contact. She was going through Zillow. I am not happy with Summer House. Just because it isnt your listing doesnt mean you dont try to sell a home.
