Kinda looks random at night since most shops around it are closed. The ice cream surprisingly was great and prepared and rolled in front of you. Many options to add to base flavor such as chocolate syrup or caramel and up to three toppings. Menu looks complicated but was patiently explained to us.
This was such a fun experience. The owner and staff were very friendly. The frozen yogurt and ice cream were delicious. I love that you can get unlimited toppings for free. Definitely family friendly place. Will be coming back real soon.
I have switched to a vegan diet and the employees were helpful. I went back yesterday and Joseph (I am horrible with names) remembered that I ordered the vegan ice cream. He thoroughly cleaned the machine off so there wouldnt be any cross contact. The ice cream was great and the customer service was even better!!!
This place was amazing.🤩 The staff was so nice and helpful as soon as we walked into the door. They have many options to choose from and a easy to read menu. I definitely will be coming back
One of my favorite places to come…BUT customer service is inconsistent. They choose their own times to close outside of what is posted online and on their door.My first issue is that their door posts closing time of 10pm I make it at 9:30 and am told I will not be served because they are closing early. This happens too often and upsetting because we travel 20min for this treat.Second the owner often will deny you of flavors and toppings with poor excuses (the cookie doesn’t blend well with Vegan ice cream) but if you come another day he will give you that flavor and combo. I guess what you order is dependent on his mood.This is one of my daughters favorite places to come but unfortunately we will have to hold on this treat due to the inconsistencies in customer service.
Customer service was fantastic. Watching the process of creating the rolled ice cream is amazing and of course the taste was delicious. Reasonably priced as well.
Great staff, location & hours. Open till 11pm Friday & Saturday so it makes a nice late night adventure. The only downfall is the icecream rolls are a tad hard which is understandable, but knocks it out from being my go-to sweet treat place. Will be back to try the donut roll though!!
Sweet Charlies is an amazing ice cream place. The quality is so much better than other stores which you pay more for. I would definitely recommend sweet Charlies. The owners are cool and personable. Go try sweet Charlies today. I would recommend the namaste on the waffle with honey, strawberry, and whip cream. It is simply amazing
I love this place. For $7, it’s a steal. Great vegan base, the owner is SO kind, and great toppings. I love all the flavors. My only complaint is the late-night staff tends to be very in a rush to get out and doesn’t put in as much detail to making your order and aren’t as pleasant when you walk in. Other than that though, Sweet Charlie’s is so good.
This place is great! Id rather come here than marble slab! The ice cream is delicious, and watching them make the rolls is super fun. My favorite is the rise and shine! Taste just like having a bowl of cinnamon toast crunch!
Nice experience to see the young kids working so hard and enjoying their craft. Even though you get unlimited toppings, its but so much that you can put on top of the ice cream. Since I ate there, I repeatedly had them replenish my toppings. Therefore, I made sure that I got my 7.00 dollars worth!😁Love the concept, but I definitely think that $14.00 is quite a bit much for myself and a child.

I am in love with this place, i been here first time just to try and see the unique way they make the ice cream, they put the cream on a freezing pan and spread it and then let it freeze on the pan to form an ice cream sheet and then they roll it into ice cream rolls. When I tasted it, I was wondered with the delicious taste. We all have been eating Ice creams that were frozen in the containers for days, months & years all our life but “THIS IS AN ICE CREAM MADE FRESH ON DEMAND” . This fresh taste makes me eat it again and again. I have 3 reasons (excuses) to eat it all the time.1) the unique way of rolling the ice cream2) the fresh taste of freezing the cream in front of us on demand.3) the price, $7 even is not expensive at all because it is worth it, everything is included in the price- ice cream & toppings & even the tax is included. I like it when I don’t have to look for that tax change.
Our experience began SO pleasantly!! A polite, knowledgeable young woman took care of us.While she was preparing our treats, a RUDE young Indian man comes through the door, tells us we cannot SIT and WAIT for our treats to be ready- had to stand- because we don’t have masks on (myself, 2 young children- NO ‘MASKS REQUIRED’ SIGNS!!)THEN he proceeded to scold the young girl working ever so diligently BY HERSELF, mind you, for ‘mixing flavors’. Ice cream is good, but not good enough for us to come back. As awful as the world is these days, you can leave your bad mood at home bro.

This was my first experience and I must say it was a great experience really great atmosphere he owner Nick is a really cool dude and the staff a group of young men working for a great cause. I had the apple pie and I definitely was not expecting for it be so good you could taste the apples even with it being rolled ice cream. I have a new ice cream spot in McDonough
This is the cutest place to go on a Saturday afternoon. There are several ice cream making stations but they definitely could use more as they get VERY busy. The area to stand and watch gets congested as more orders are placed. Overall, great experience.
The customer service was a little off. They close at 10 we made it at 9:30 . Felt like my party was being rushed to order when we have never ate here. The man in charge lied and said they had a caramel shortage so he could not write my friend name which was three letters 🧐.(Ik he lied because you could look at the other workers and tell.) They required mask but did not have any for customer. Overall the ice cream was amazing and tasty . I would go back just need better customer service.

Very impressed with this place overall. There was a long line at 8:30 p.m. on a Thursday night with it being 38 degrees outside, but the line moved relatively quickly. While we waited, I believe it was the owners son, came around to give my daughter a toasted marshmallow to snack on. All of the employees were friendly and personable, and the ice cream was delicious. We all chose the ice cream base, but you can also choose yogurt, or vegan base. My husband got the Off Duty, which is coffee ice cream with doughnut pieces, my son got mint Oreo, my daughter got strawberry, and I got the Namaste, which is strawberries, and cheesecake pieces. They call your name when its your turn in line, and spread the ingredients out on the cooling plate. They mix, press, and roll the ice cream in front of you, then ask if youd like to add caramel or chocolate syrup. My daughters pic of her ice cream with chocolate syrup is below. They did my sons name as well. I saw another employee draw a heart for a customer. After that you go down the line for toppings. I saw several people with toasted marshmallows, doughnut pieces, and whipped cream. They have several options. The employee who was working the toppings station came out from behind the counter to give my daughter a small basket of animal crackers. Again, above and beyond service. I hope the enthusiasm from the patrons and employees stays for this place. We need more businesses like this in McDonough.

I had been wanting to see what this whole rolled icecream craze was about and Im glad I finally did! The product itself was pretty tasty, but not to the point that I would HAVE to have it. Sadly, I am not sold.🥴It would be a nice treat for the kids though...perfect portion size and flavors/toppings they would love....I saw someone get 2 toasted marshmallows-using the blowtorch- which was a unique touch. Oh! Theres an option to have to the ice cream on a donut! I love donuts, so maybe the next time I go, Ill try the icecream on a donut! 😄I give it a 3/5 stars but check it out for yourself!

Really nice experience! The lady that took care of us was very personable and helpful. The ice cream was delicious. I suggest declining the chocolate syrup in it bc it is over powering and takes away from the delicious ice cream. My only issue was the card machine. Its been 7 days and the 18.99 is STILL pending on my account even after we paid cash bx the system was not properly processing cards at the time. Ill definitely bring the family back so we can try more flavors, Ill just be sure we have cash!
Its cold outside yet this icecream was worth the trip. Totally enjoyed the personalized service. The Icecream was DELICIOUS!!! Not too sweet and super fresh. Definitely unique fun experience!!!

Nice,but a bit way overpriced for the poor service. No napkins available for customers, had to ask. The service here was mediocre at best. I actually went to Marble Slab to complete my night of goodies. No more of my money will you receive. I dont know what color credit is but my money is like everyone elses.

It smells bad, like rancid food, and there isn’t any other way to say it but the vibe is definitely off. It’s not a welcome feeling. The female employee was nice and good at making the rolls. The male employees, not so much. The ice cream being good is the only reason I gave any stars.
My husband and I just ordered from here today and we’re glad we tried this place out. We ordered through Postmates, in search of a nice dessert for after dinner and it didn’t disappoint. It was tasty, well packaged, and hadn’t even started melting yet. We’ll definitely be getting ice cream from here more often

OMG! My first visit and I wanted to try EVERY ice cream combination! The owner(I believe) was so kind to walk me through the ordering process and which ice cream combination would be best for me. I was even allowed to video the making of my ice cream. My daughter had wonder-filled on a hot dog bun which was a fresh doughnut!😍 my baby girl had death by chocolate with 3 free toppings😭😍I wasnt too riske so I opted to get buttered pecan bruile. The young lady heated up the bruile and began to work on my ice cream. As she worked, I was thinking how, as a little girl, I would be happy with a scoop of ice cream and now my daughters introduced me to rolled ice cream. Once she finished, i asked for whip cream and admired my rolled up ice cream. It was unique and enjoyed EVERY bit of it! The bruile waa a different-Smokey taste , but it was good. Next time I will try the death by chocolate on a bun.😍

This establishment was okay ! Definitely not the best Ice cream place. They don’t have many options to choose from. Their machines were going out on them as they were “ rolling “ ice cream. Putting the rolling in quotations because there was nothing rolled about it . Pretty much had ice cream blocks in my cup . Strawberry toppings were frozen , so I knew they weren’t fresh . I See that they have good reviews.. seems like this was one of their bad days. Sucks That It was a day I went to visit !!! *** rolling eyes **

Wasnt feeling it this time the energy was way off. The guy shorted me on my ice cream because my friend had his made by the other girl working and mines looked like it was kids size smh. It will be a long time before i ever go back. 11/12/20 the ice cream still tasted great but did not like your male employee vibe or energy the female employee working this day did a wonderful job tho.
Went for the first time today for my kids but they looked so good I got one for me. I will be back tomorrow for the donut one. I got one bite of mine and the wife stole the rest after a taste(banana and nutella). Customer service was above and beyond.
Ive had rolled ice cream before elsewhere, but the way they make you part of the process makes it become more personalized. I ordered the death by chocolate. It was very good and the choice of toppings were great. Overall a very good experience and Ill definitely be stopping there again.
The owner or manager greeted us. He was so nice. My children and I were able to get our ice cream rolls made to our specifications. Each desert is made to order. It was a nice experience, however, they need another worker for the busy rush.
The rolled vanilla frozen yogurt is so good. They recommended honey and almonds which was an excellent topping. Yum!!!
I really like the ice cream here. Everything in here is pretty much $7. And you get a fairly decent portion for your money. They have new flavors every week. If you come here often enough, they will remember you and your order if you get the same thing every time like I do.I always order Butter Pecan. It is filling, not too sweet, and you can add all the mix-ins that you like. I would recommend asking for extra brown sugar butter base because the ice cream does not have a taste unless you add in a generous supply. They pour a cream and sugar base onto the freezer top so you control the sweetness and flavor of your order. (They are pretty much just like Marble Slab or Cold Stone Creamery in terms of picking what you want and mixing items in.)Service is pretty fast even with a long line. The longest Ive ever waited is about 15 minutes. They also have vegan ice cream which Ive also tried. The vegan ice cream has a pretty similar consistency to the regular ice cream but tastes slightly different. I can tell the difference because I prefer the dairy version but if you want a tasty vegan option this is a great choice! I enjoy coming in here for a quick sweet treat and would recommend if you have small children. You can order one regular size cup and have more than enough ice cream splitting it between the kids. I always visit here and would definitely recommend it if you want a more cost beneficial dessert option or just something different from Marble Slab, Brusters, etc.
We took my family up for ice cream. When we arrived there was two families in front of us. The first one had 2 people standing in line eating their ice cream. The second family were wearing no masks at all. Nobody said one word to either of those families. As my family waited for our order to be done, seeing the other families eating and maskless, I decided to take a bite of my ice cream. They then told me to put my mask back on, I wasnt allowed to do that. So why were the rules selectively implemented? Safe to say due to this we wont be spending anymore money at your establishment. It felt like a joke. Either enforce your rules all the time or just get rid of them.

Great Ice cream. If youve never been here, they pour milk, along with what you want in it onto a very cold metal plate. They smooth it out very thin, then cut it in 5-6 pieces. They then roll the pieces up and put them in a cup. Very neat way to eat ice cream. The gentleman that owns the shop is also pretty great, always smiling and friendly.

This is such a creative idea for dessert! My daughter loves it. Whenever we stop by the manager is on site and always visits the table to ensure that were enjoying ourselves. Recently we tried the donut version which was delicious! I was happy to see that theyre using donuts from Holey Donuts, another local business.

I even waited beyond their opening time, the owner eventually came and just watched us sitting in our car in front of their shop. Didnt invite anyone in even after we waited. However, their ice cream is the best Ive ever heard.
Love the atmosphere and ice cream experience! The Customer Service was great and everyone is full of smiles! There was a wait but it was well worth it as I sat back and marveled at how they chop, dice and roll the ice cream. To top it off, the ice cream was delicious!!

And she was not lying, when I taste it, Oh my God; it was the best ice cream I ever had. And they made it right in front of you while you standing there; all kinds of favors. I had a butter pecan with hot fudge sauce, and they made it right before me while 😷 standing there.Thats was so cool. No ice cream out of no bucket, home made by hand 👋👋 their hands. And u get 3 delicious topping, I top my off with blueberry, banana; and hot fudge chocolate. They make baskin Robin look like amorser! I think they only have too locations, not sure, my daughter said buckhead and McDonalds! If u out and about and you😂 have a taste for some good tasting real delicious ice cream that dont melt as soon as you get it, my daughter and I drove all the way from McDonalds to😎 down town Atlanta and their ice cream was still like they make it when I brought it. This is THE place to go for ice cream and a phenomenal experience. On my daughters 4th birthday, we were traveling to Atlanta and we stopped in (a Sunday night), they gave her a free ice cream, with Happy Birthday Madelyn written in, a candle to blow out, and the entire store sang to her. I will never NOT stop here when were in Atlanta. Exceptionally kind and attentive staff, delicious, unique ice cream -- Gingerbread Man was amazing! -- and just an overall awesome experience! Dont miss it!
Employees are very nice and friendly. However, you can no longer get unlimited toppings. I think only a choice of 3 toppings for $7 ice cream is a bit pricey...If this is going to be the case, they need to change the “go crazy, it’s free” topping sign (which they’ve had since they opened). Seems a bit hypocritical to claim one thing on a sign then be told something else.

I can not Express enough how great this place is. The owner is humble and so kind. The team that he had working when we went there was top notch and with those personalities they will certainly do amazing things in their lives. So in a nutshell the service I give five stars (if I could give more I would). The ice cream is absolutely 5 stars. I cant wait to go back and try more flavors.

My mom and I went here and LOVED it!! The concept was really different and the product was so fresh and delicious. It wasnt overly expensive and we enjoyed watching them make the ice cream. We will definitely be returning.
Firstly, the owner who seems a bit too young to actually own the store was very rude to me while I was ordering and talking to me like I was slow. The ice cream was good, but it’s a bit hard and I saw the manager touching things with his bare hands. Next, this place is ran like a sweat shop. They were also told to get up or hurry up when they would go slow or take a quick stop to catch some breath. I think he realized I then heard because he asked a worker if they were okay after. Last, the ice cream was pricy. $7 for a tiny cup with only one flavor. It was good but I will not be coming back to this establishment.
Normally a pleasant experience and that is why we visit several times while visiting our daughter. Not tonight! Rude employees and unsanitary workers, not wearing gloves, will cause us to rethink our drive for our next ice cream treat.
A fun experience and great ice cream! The line was LONG and they almost do not have enough seating inside, but most of their employees were in good spirits despite having to use so much effort to make ice cream non-stop. I dont know how they do it!
Simply divine!!! This was some of the very best ice cream i have ever had 😍😍 I even got to blow out a candle for my birthday. I love that they have dairy free ice cream for my daughter. One suggestion buy the Smash Mellow marshmellows and youll never have to worry if your marshmallows have dairy or gluten in them 😍
I went there last night with my family after a very long day of traveling and due to scheduling complications we couldn’t get there until 10:40 PM. We really wanted ice cream and we had seen on Google that their hours of operation were from 12-11 PM. We thought that getting there 20 minutes before their closing time, they would’ve been able to serve us. However, when I opened the door- and I couldn’t even cross the threshold- they stopped me in my tracks and said that they were closed despite the fact that I saw them serving ice cream to a couple of customers that were already there. Before leaving, I asked them why they said they were closed 20 minutes before the posted closing time and their excuse was that they needed those 20 minutes to start cleaning up. There were plenty of employees there, that could’ve attended us, which could’ve gotten us out of there in 10 minutes. Overall, my experience was very very poor and I didn’t even get ice cream. I do not recommend this place because of such horrible customer service.
This place is HORRIBLE they messed up the order and the little kid was taking order. so they messed my order. i ordered one smores and a plain one. so we ask that it wasnt the right one. the indian lady tried to scam us. we will not eat what we dont want. and plus she said try its good im like no lady im not. it isnt fair. she and her little kid messed up the order. the little needs to speak up because i couldnt hear him. so plase DO NOT COME HERE
This place is simply amazing. Management is super kind. My children love it and they go out of there way too make your lil ones special day that much more special! Hands down best ice cream spot this side of town....
Novel idea. Rolled ice cream, yogurt or vegan option. Pretty tasty buta bit pricey at $7 per cup for ice cream ...though that includes unlimited add in/add on ingredients like cookie crumbles, pretzels etc.. Also, neat to watch but be prepared....if many people enter the store around the same timeframe, the line and the wait for ice cream will be long. The rolled Ice cream process though intriguing, takes about 5 To 7 minutes per person. Capacity is 3 to 4 persons served simultaneously. So be prepared if there are more than 7 or 8 customers on line.

Went to Sweet Charlies yesterday only to see a lady scolding a younger employee. The older lady told the younger lady that the she was supposed to call if she couldnt make it. The younger lady said that she did call, and when the older lady didnt answer, she sent her a text. The older lady said well we were busy. The younger lady then stated thats why I text you. Tge older lady then stated thats whats wrong with you Americans, always texting. Dont text me, you call me. The older lady was yelling, and did this in front of employees. Guess I wont be going here anymore.
Took my daughter there this evening. We enjoyed. Good customer service. They even have vegan options and dont charge for the first 3 toppings. Theyre open until 11pm.

It was a nice place. First time going, everyone was friendly but as I was eating my ice cream I find 2 strings of blonde hair in my ice cream. I called, they told me that the manager was going to give me a call back, he did but how he handle the situation was unprofessional. He makes a comment saying I don’t understand how hair was in your ice cream and everyone has on hair nets. That doesn’t mean anything, it may could have fell off her clothes, you never know but I won’t be going back there.

I have never been to an ice cream parlor that offers a variety of dairy options. I believe that they offer 3 or more options. I believe (whole milk, 2% and vegan). Im a lil lactose intolerant 😏, so I greatly appreciate options. The ice cream was great and the service was memorable! The staff is very professional, courteous, patient and friendly. This was my very first visit. They walked me thru the options and made great recommendations based on my preferences. The experience is unique. It is very difficult to find an establishment where the product and service(s) are both great! I will most definitely be back. I strongly recommend Sweet Charlies in McDonough, Ga.
I brought my twin 12 year old daughters in the first time. They were a little busy but the wait wasnt bad. Khamia, Bryce and Emily were smiling, engaging with the customers and just overall pleasant employees. The ice cream was delicious. We will definitely be back!

Sweet Charlie’s is by far one of my favorite place to have ice cream at! Took my mom and my kids out to it and we loved it!The CEO come up to us and started to chatt.He’s very friendly young man.My family and I will make that our new favorite place!! I would highly recommend this place

I went to Sweet Charlie’s about a week ago and the customer service I received was very unprofessional and unacceptable. The staff was very rude and I was told that I couldn’t exchange my cup size from A small to a regular size cup after I paid ,even though the ice cream wasn’t made yet. I have spent good money coming to this ice cream shop, and have never been told such a thing. This was my last time coming here because I don’t pay my services to unprofessional workers.Thank you

I highly recommend visiting Sweet Charlies of McDonough. Their ice is made right if front of your eyes with the choice of three different bases. Thats one of the things that attracted me to visit the place. Theyve a vegan base for people like me, who are lactose. I love the innovative way of eating ice cream being made fresh and rolled right off the pans. Also, who doesnt love free toppings. Go visit Nick, he will take good care of you as will their staff. Friendly environment for friends and family.
Little over priced... But would be a cool experience of you were allowed to eat it there. You can only have it made to go.. Which I do understand with everything going on. Wouldve been nice to know before ordering. Instead we had to sit in the car.
Really neat experience and the ice cream is delicious. Definitely pricey at $7 a cup but I would pay it over and over. FYI you can choose whatever mix ins you want, you dont have to stick to the menu.

First time we went the line was so long we left. Second time wasnt as bad but its well worth the wait no matter how long the line. Staff is super friendly and the show off them making the Ive cream was really cool. And of course the Ive cream was amazing. Going to try the donut cone next time.
Not only is the ice cream DELICIOUS but the owners and staff make you feel at home. I love to watch my frozen treat being made in front of me and often specialized with my name written in toppings. If you have not tried Sweet Charlies McDonough it is a MUST!!
This is the kind of establishment that Henry County desperately needs. The customer service here is great all of the the employees are very helpful. Decor is more modern and bright which I appreciate. And most importantly the product is delicious they offer a variety of frozen options. This place is a must try.
Sweet Charlies is a cool place with good ice cream, but their flavors are limited and $21 for 3 cups of ice cream is expensive! The staff is friendly and helpful, but I wouldnt drive 30 min. for it again.

Went around 9:30pm so missed the crowd. The rolling of the ice cream can be time consuming, so expect a short wait. Had the tall Charlie. It was delicious. You can get as many topping as you want on top. Staff was very friendly.

Employees are very rude to customers. We showed up 15 min before close. Yes I hate doing that but kids wanted it and that was as soon as we could get there. They tried to closed the door on us stating they were closing early. Then when we said no they let us in very reluctant. They served us then told us we had to go. We understood getting us in and out it was the manner and attitude we did not appreciate.
I really like the ice cream. Not as sweet as some places a chewier texture because of the way its made. Staff was very friendly. Overall great experience.
Ive had rolled ice cream a few different places, but this was hands down the best Ive had. The people were extremely fun and friendly and the ice cream was so fresh and delcious. 10/10 would recommend.

Great concept. This was my first time here. I was a little disappointed in the presentation of my ice cream. As soon as I was handed my ice cream my topping fell off and the employee ignored what happened and went on to help the next customer. I was also disappointed that they did not have a child size ice cream.

The perfect rolled ice cream... sometimes the line is hectic, but the small experience is worth the bite. the cup starts at $7 with unlimited toppings.
Poor Hygiene!!!! Manager handled money and credit cards, did NOT wash hands or put on gloves before touching the Oreos he put in my bowl. I pointed this out to him and he apologized but did not offer to replace my order. Thankfully the employee who made my order replaced the cookie. The manager continued handling food and money without washing hands or wearing gloves. Other customers also complained while I was there and the employees told me this is not an unusual event.

I literally have been here 3 minutes and I watched 2 employees touch their hair with gloves. One touch their sleeve. And an employee come out of the restroom with gloves on touching on his pants coming out and then place his hands on on the counter and his booty on the counter.NONE OF THESE EMPLOYEES CHANGED GLOVES.
Employees were friendly but not too helpful. We were 1st time customers that didnt quite understand how to order. The icecream is good but not worth the price.

2022-05-033 stars because the ice cream is great, the stress seems nice, but the scoopers used sit in water from all flavored ice cream AND the freeze tops to make the ice cream are not thoroughly cleaned off.There was chocolate residue from a previous order that wasnt removed when the person made mine. They should have either CLEANED/scraped the machine off first and/or moved to one that was already cleaned off.Also, no machine should be left with residue from another rolled ice cream customer.

2022-04-25So so, it was good but it was very expensive for what we got. You pay first and then choose your ice cream and toppings but most of the toppings were out so I didnt even get what I paid for. Also if they are out of things for the day, they will not go to the back and get more, she literally told me to come back tomorrow.

2019-06-03My 11 year old daughter found this place online after watching ice cream rolling on YouTube. I am grateful to her for begging me to take her, it was heaven in a cup. I love the family friendly environment and the “hibachi feel” of watching your ice cream being prepared. I had the So Cal in yogurt and it was the best yogurt I’ve ever tasted. The employees were friendly and pleasant, overall it’s an amazing establishment and I’m happy I have a new ice cream shop to take my family to.

2019-05-19Ice cream was excellent and the gentleman that was working the register when we ordered, who I assume was the owner, was very polite and extremely helpful. It was an overall nice experience. The store was clean and aesthetically pleasing, the only issue I had was the music that was playing loudly enough to hear pretty well contained curse words and I had three small children with me. I know that the workers are young and the business may want to be on the cooler side but I would prefer my children not hear that type of language while trying to enjoy some family time. Would love to return but unless the music was more family friendly, I just dont know.

2019-04-29I went to Louisiana for vacation and tried rolled ice cream for the first time so when i got back to Georgia I wanted to try it again so i looked for places that made it here. I found Sweet Charlies, a true treasure! The employees were so amazingly friendly, asking if it was my first tome and did I need anything explained to me. Once I had my selections they made my ice cream with flair, even writing my name on it with the carmel! Once seated and eatong my treat, the manager came and checked on me and asked did i need any more toppings. Made for a wonderful experience and a must try for anyone especially if you have not had rolled ice cream. P.S. they have three choices for the base: rich ice cream, yogurt, or vegan. Love that they have alternative for those you may be lactose intolerant or vegan.

2020-02-14Fabulous experience! The staff were so pleasant and animated. They explained things as they were doing them, ingredients they were using, etc. It was cool to watch them roll the ice cream. Plus unlimited toppings was awesome. Great quality and fun outing.

2018-03-17Unique ice cream experience. They start with the liquid ice cream base, then mix in your ingredients on cold table till its mixed and frozen at the same time. Great tasting ice cream, friendly staff and good prices. Definitely worth a try.

2019-05-05Tried Sweet Charlies today after church, they were just opening up. They were very nice explaining the process to us. Our little girls loved watching theirs be made, especially when their names were drizzled in the chocolate. Kiss and Tell (mint oreo) was amazing! Very clean also.
