The service was spot on! I went with family to update our Old S and join the New T!Tracy-Ann was professional, polite, and most importantly technically savvy.The building felt as if there was no heat on in the place, with below 40 degrees F. BrrrSee you next time for more assistance
Im only giving this rating because of the manager Lyric, i came a previous time and the manager who assisted me(i think her name was sheila) when i walked in was very rude and snappy and honestly didnt do anything.The store was busy so I understand bouncing around but while everyone was busy she was on her phone. I left and planned to go to another location but came back another day and thats when i was introduced to lyric. He even spoke a little Spanish to my mother to help is until their bilingual rep was available.Lyric saved my experience other then that this store is typically busy so try to come when yu have time but the store is pretty efficient and have a good stock of phones when my family comes in.
I ordered a phone Wednesday and it was delivered on Thursday which was great because I really needed my phone. I come Friday to pick up my phone they’re closed. Well I need this phone for work I spent half the day trying to figure out a way to get another phone and I couldn’t do anything because they had the phone sent to the store. I have a plane to catch today Saturday, April 4 at 12 o’clock. I am currently sitting outside the T-Mobile building because they decide they wanna open up 25 minutes later than they normally are supposed to. I am literally watching the The workers walking around like zombies while there are six cars out here waiting for service.
Made appointment for phone repair online through T-Mobile. T-Mobile app and website and the front of the store all say they open at 10 am. When they finally showed up at 10:30 they were incredibly rude and insisted they do not open until 11. If I had not had stellar service from T-Mobile before now I would be switching carriers over this.
I when to this store and first thing I saw is a sales person called lashaba fighting with a customer because customer was asking something, she was so rude with the customer.Then same person ask me to sign in , after many time I ask her about how long more I have to wait and she said you at the next , new people arrive and she attended them , I asked her what about my turn and she said I called you and you didn’t answer the phone , she a liar i was on front of her and she never called me .On the end a really professional person attended me her name is Laida I think , I saw her attending customers be she take her time and is very professional, if you go to this place ask for her , you will be more that happy with her .
The talk back/ accessibility function somehow magically appeared on my phone and I COULD NOT get it to stop talking or unlock. I walked up to the a technician and he knew what to do and assured me I hadnt broken the phone. With a few taps and patience he fixed the issue, told me how it happened, and showed me how to fix it myself should it happen again. All of this was completed in 15 minutes. I couldnt be happier with the service I received.
Not a great experience it’s like they don’t want to work . I purchased a iPhone 13 max here and it did not go well . Also the employees weren’t inform about promotions. I don’t know who runs this T-Mobile but it’s just so sad to see how the employees don’t care . Terrible
I just left this store, i bought 3 phones, i spend a lot. But thats not the problem, the problem is the attitude of a representative, Brittany is her name, she is unprofessional, loud, and very very rude. I needed to charged my phone and i grabbed a charger from the displays, she slashed it from my hand and said i couldnt do that i get it, but it was an emergency, but her attitude was very unprofessional, and rude, NEVER COMING BACK THO HER STORE. I was even going to pay her for using the charger, but her attitude was so bad
I went in to fix a software issue, only to be turned away without any help. Once the sales person saw that she couldn’t get me to buy a new phone, she blamed google and said I’d just have to wait. She refused me repair service even though I had a ticket and was instructed by asurion to take the phone to them.
I had the best experience Essence and Kayci were so helpful when I brought my phone in to be checked. Sprint had made an appointment for me that morning with the T-mobile location on hwy 138 that was the worst experience. The young lady that talked to me when I walked in the store was so unprofessional all she kept saying was I needed to upgrade my phone and that they or the location on mount Zion would not do anything but she was so wrong. Kayci and Essence where so sweet and helpful.But when I went back on Friday 2-12-21 to the mount Zion T-mobile to pick up my phone Alex and Kiya they went beyond to help me get my phone and flip flop my numbers back to the correct phones. Alex was so amazing after having to deal with sprint customer service to flip flop my numbers he had to woosa but he was so amazing and Kiya she was awesome she got my phones working correctly.I recommend them highly thank you so much for going beyond to help me.
This store is a hit and miss it all depends on who you dealing with. I cant specify who to deal with all I can say is, feel the vibe and if you not feeling it come back another day or headed over to the Fayetteville store which in my opinion isnt any better in customer service quality
Lyric was so nice in helping me out after a employee (Young lady) of theirs was rude and seemed like she had a problem helping me out, just waiting for something to download. Lyric took care of me and the other staff was also very pleasant and nice. Great service except for that girl
I came into TMobile because I lost my IPAD. Kalup was the associate that assisted me in replacing and setting up my new Ipad. Kalup was very professional and personable. He made sure that all of my questions and concerns were addressed and answered before I departed the store. Kalup went above and beyond my expectations, thank you Kalup.
Horrible customer service. Came in to get help with my phone and have sat in here for over an hour without getting any further than a rep asking for my name and telling me to sit and wait for my name to be called while they talked and joke amongst themselves, played on their phones, and went to lunch.
This location only has one register for the representatives to use. Leading to unnecessarily long wait times. Having to have customers sit around in the store for an hour so they can “ring something up” or “complete paperwork” is horrifying at all times but especially during a pandemic.Their corporate location needs to resolve this issue immediately.
The service was horrible the music was loud I thought I was in a disco text somewhere the young lady that waited on me had no sense of humor and she had offered no professional advice as far as the line when I mentioned a BOGO she said oh yeah we do have that but she wanted me to pay for full price for two phones instead of offering me a BOGO at all then when she went to go get the phone she said she had them and then in the back she says all those are demos I cant sell those after spending 2 hours in the store setting up the account with seven lines T-Mobile used to have real good service but the store on Mount Zion was very very bad I wouldnt recommend that store to anyone
DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!! DO EVERTHING ONLINE!!! THEY WILL NICKLE AND DIME YOU TO DEATH, MAKING YOU THINK THAT ITS A GOOD PACKAGE DEAL. TAKING YOUR TRADE IN PHONE, AND TELLING YOU YOU CANT HAVE IT BACK BECAUSE THEYVE ALREADY GONE TOO FAR IN THE PROCESS. THIS HAPPEND AFTER I REALIZED I WAS GETTING RIPPED OFF. I WILL NEVER GO TO A SPRINT STORE AGAIN, AND AFTER I GET OUT OF THE TERRIBLE CONTRACT, I WILL GO WITH ANOTHER PROVIDER.
This place is horrible with customer service. Came into the store to upgrade my phone. The young lady that was suppose to help me looked at my phone saw it was cracked and told me I would have to pay the whole phone off to upgrade. I knew that was B.S. because I was told by Sprint it would just be a damage fee. I went right to the sprint on MT. Zion and got my upgrade. Why she couldnt do that.
I went to this location to purchase the 11 pro iPhone, no monthly payments, I just wanted to buy it. Ive been a customer since 2003, account in excellent standing. I was NOT, let me repeat NOT satisfied with the sales associate, after about 15 minutes of trying to sell me accessories, a new line of service, ipad with monthly service, and auto pay.When she couldnt sell any of the above alone with the phone, which I was going to buy ($1000.00 plus), she said she needed to talk with her manager. She came back and told me they only had the 500 gigabyte version, I DIDNT NEED that phone. I will order on line the phone I want or at another location if service is worth it.WHY are stores like this one still operating. Give the customer what they come in to purchase or you will give their business to a competitor.Sprint you will LOSE customers due to managers doing business like I experienced at this location.UPDATE: Recently had to go in store at this location again. What a difference a year and different professional personnel makes. I was Extremely satisfied with the safe COVID-19 protocols in place and with the the service I received needing to purchase a new phone.The two young guys that helped me gave fantastic customer service. No hassle, no forced pressure to buy what I didnt need, they just provided the needed information to help me get exactly what I wanted. Great job guys 😊👍🏼👍🏼
The customer service is good but I went to get a Sim card for my iPhone I bought online and was told there were none in stock. This is a corporate location and I dont understand how you dont have any in stock, no matter how high the volume is at this location. If that is the case they should order enough so they would never run out.
This store is useless! The Manager was not able to assist me with the help that I needed. I was told that I needed to go to a Corporate store to take care of my business and this guy did not know anything!! He needs training! If he can not help and answer questions then who? Completely Useless!! Do Not Come to this location! Music was playing too loud in store!
I really wish I could give this place some lessons on customer service instead of stars...we walked in at 3pm and we are still here at 340 and remind you this is a device we paid for on the internet and just came to pick up...PICK UP AND WERR STILL waiting..they say it was because it was a laptop and it was bought online therefore needing more attention...WHATEVER heres the deal it was so many employees there just huddled up I didnt know who was doing what or better yet doing nothing. Service is a huge factor because thats what Ive been in for 15 yrs and the standards are just different..these guys made me cancel my order online..go to Best Buy only to discover they didnt have the promotion so I headed over to the Camp Creek Marketplace where I was immediately greeted...everyone is helping someone and not huddled having personal conversations and its a little more professional here...heres my advice Southlake more training is definitely needed or levels and standards you hold your employees to. I WOULD NEVER RETURN THERE even though its the closest..Id rather go out my way to a store that values their customers and communicate effectively to ensure that the customer isnt sitting and wondering what the hell going on...sad to sat Camp Creek got me out in 15 so Southlake the excuses you provided was obviously fabricated...
I was interested in new Sprint service, so I came into this store 3 hours before having to go to work. I figured that was plenty of time to purchase a phone and still make it to work. Once I arrived there were 2 people in front of me, and two sales members working with them. One of them put my name on a waiting list, and returned to her desk. The other was preoccupied with another customer sharing personal stories of her life. I was starting to get upset after 30 minutes. Finally, once I got the assistance of the sales person she made me very much aware that I could not receive the online price even though I was told I could, and made a reservation online to be at this location to complete my transaction. Once we settled that then she made me aware of another problem. It was just one thing after another and before I knew it I had an hour left before I had to go to work, so I left. I went home and ordered online with no hassle or headache. I wont be going back to this location ever. They are so very ungrateful and the service is horrible.
The wait is for ever the staff is cool. They need more chairs for the waiting areas. Sometimes the music is too loud to hear the rep helping you. You cant get a cash refund in the store unless customers have paid cash for something because they dont keep cash in the store.....
Have had multiple poor experiences, some good ones. Literally came in the store yesterday, because they called me to get my phone. I get there and apparently no one knows anything about it. And its one thing to have a queue wait system, its another to visibly have people fake working while people are waiting.
I sat there for two hours waiting while trying to take work calls that I could not hear because the music was so loud in the store and then I noticed that people were being called that had came in after me! I got up and said something and I was told that I must have signed in wrong! I am not a child or a idiot! Do not treat me as if I were! Then I was told that I needed to get on the phone to customer care to resolve my problem! I have been with sprint for 17 years!! What a crock!!
The wait is ridiculous, our problem has not been solved the price isnt what we were told its stop higher and we have to go back and we dont live close to the Sprint store, also we just got our phones November 15th and we have gotten threats from Sprint to have our phones disconnected if we didnt pay, it was supposed to of been auto pay inefficient the store did not do!!!! So far Not a good experience
If you need your phone fixed or having technical problems , they have the know how to get you straight. But the customer service female manager is terrible , very unprofessional and always wrong in her information. If you need to return your device or have a dispute call sprint direct, you come out much better than dealing with her.
I like this location. Sometimes the wait is long but they are good about helping you once you do get to see them. When you come in sign up on the iPad in front to put your name on the list to be seen. Sometimes it is so busy no one greets you and if you don’t know to sign up on the iPad you will get upset. The employees are nice and some are funny. One of the better sprint locations I have been to.
Im thankful for Arterias professionalism at this store. I wasted too much time at the Camp Creek store, half the morning. She checked my phone then the plan I was on and in 20 minutes I was back up and running. Experience, professionalism and the desire to seek a solution was the key.
This place is horrible. They have the slowest service ever. But what makes it worse is that they have several employees standing around doing nothing but talking to each other. I went there to make a simple purchase. I got there around 9:30am, 30 minutes after they opened and ended up waiting over 1.5 hours just to be helped. And they couldnt even help me. I was purchasing a phone for someone else who has a sprint account, but they tell me AFTER I swipe my card that I couldnt make the purchase since I dont have an account. Yet, when I got home and checked my account, they withdrew a large amount of money from my account. So when I called the store about this issue, the girl who answered said Oh sorry I cant do anything, call your bank. Like really? It took about 5 days to get my money back. These people have no idea what theyre doing. Hated their service.
The wait times are abysmal, and customer service needs improvement. I went to up for new service and ordered new phones on the day they were available. I was initially hesitant of the wait time for their arrival, but they assured me it usually took about a week. One of the phones didnt come in until 2 weeks later, and the other still pending, so I got a refund for it. I had to wait until the other phone arrives in order to get my money back for it. I was in the area and came in the third time (over a month after I ordered the phones) to check on the second phone--had to wait over 1 hour only to find out it was still MIA. Apparently, they could refund an item pre-arrival, but the reps didnt know how to do it. The one guy that knew how to just said a few words to his coworker and clocked out. Now, a week later, I still havent heard anything from them. The one guy I spoke with today tried to look up my information but was not able to pull me or my transaction up in the system..? I called back and was put on hold for over 1 hour until my phone got disconnected. On a side note, I went ahead and ordered a phone online (over 2weeks after placing the orders at this store) via the mfgs website and will be receiving it in 1 week. Way to go, Sprint.
They will have you waiting all day and then say they have to order the part. When you come back they said they ordered the wrong part and to come back later. What is the point of this store?! They can help you only if you want to buy the newest devices. SWITCH FROM SPRINT!
4 year sprint loyal customer couldnt get my phone fixed they were sending me to apple for what ? When i pay for insurance every month , had to fix my phone by myself cause they coulnt not even they apple savy employess smh . Wait time is horrible spend nearly two hours waiting .
Sitting here for 45 min there is 4 employees but only two can work at the same time and they are the slowest people on earth! No regards for customers lives or wasting their entire morning! All but one here needs to be fired! Their is one guy working non stop even though he slow hes doing his part not the same can be said for the other 3 who disappear in the back for 20 min at a time!
I switched to sprint 2 months ago and I have regretted every minute of it. I was with Verizon and was promised a better price. That was a lie. I pay more now for worse service. I have called sprint numerous times with and I get the run around. I hate sprint. The worse part is...they dont care. I will be going back to Verizon. I have never seen such stupidity and inconsistency from a company. Lesson learned
They need to make another corporate location in this area. It is absolutely ridiculous that people must come to this location if a corporate store is needed. Most of the employees lack customer service as well as education on the actual products. A total and complete waste of my Saturday.
IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE NO STARS I WOULD!!!!!!!This is the absolute worse place to go for great customer service. i have never seen such an unmotivated staff who does not want to assist anyone. They are lazy, rude, and unhelpful. I have now called the corporate office to report such ungodly behavior that I have had to endure . With that being said i have now decided to cancel my services with sprint. and I will be canceling my family lines as well. AT&T is 10x better in customer and quality!! I RECOMMEND THAT NO ONE GOES TO THIS STORE FOR HELP!!
Came in and asked about wait times, and the girl didnt respond. Made an appointment and came back. Its past that time and when asked we are told anyone who came in before our appointment gets to go and we have to wait. So whats the point of appointments. When we left we let them know so they could take us of the list and the assistant manager was muttering if it will let you and didnt acknowledge that we were there. Ive been with sprint since Iwas 18 and ice never bad service this bad.
I have been to this store 4 times in the past 4 months because my phone is not maintaining a satellite connection. Each time I have been, not only were the associates inattentive, they also were unable to solve my issue, and were all inconsistent as far as what my options were. The staff here does not care about your phone issues, they are poorly knowledgeable about sprint services, options for repair, and they lack the services or phones necessary to help resolve your issue. I hate sprint and am going to switch providers. Worst, absolute worst, retail experiences I have ever had. I would give 0 stars if that were an option.
Matt was helpful and prompt. But overall the experience wa as inconvenient. I requested to head into a store to end a prolonged online chat repair instruction. Once I arrived at the store, I was told that Sprint was out of SIM cards, and on back order. What?? He suggested that I go across the street to Best Buy to spend $10 for the kit that would have been no cost with sprint. And left with 2 additional SIM cards that I cannot use for my phone.
I came to this store to repair my phone because it was not charging and the date and time was not updating. I left my phone with the repair center for hours just to come back to the repair tech to tell me that they didnt even LOOK at my phone because they ASSUMED that my phone had water damage. The only solution that the tech repair gave me was to either 1) Pay to Upgrade or 2) pay for a replacement. After buying another charger, which worked, t I decided to take my phone elsewhere to get a second opinion. Low and behold my phone had just run out of internal memory which prevented my phone from conducting the software update which ANOTHER SPRINT STORE was able to correct WITHOUT ME SPENDING A DIME!!!!!!!!! Although the customer service was over the top (meaning kinda phony and extra), I just wish that they wouldnt always just try to sell instead actually thinking about whats good for the customer. Shame on you Morrow Sprint Store smh
Long wait times. What really bothers me is to see employees standing around talking to each other while you wait. If they have assigned jobs, then they need to be cross trained to get the line down then fall back to assigned position. When I walk into AT&T, they act totally different like it is an affront to them if you cant be helped right away.
I am giving a rating of 5 stars so you can see my review. I have been with Sprint for well over 10yrs. I need to warn you before you purchase or begin services with SPRINT. The Mt Zion location is horrible. The customer service is even worse and the Manager David needs some training on managing people and managing situations. I went in to upgrade to a Galaxy Note 8 the day before my birthday. I was in the waiting room for 2 hours before my name was called. Once called, they told me it would take 3 hours to transfer all my data from the old phone to the new phone. I was shocked, you mean this entire process is going to take me 5 hours with the technology we have these days? I told them there was no way that I could wait another 3 hours for the transfer process and asked to speak to a supervisor. Arrogant, unprofessional David comes over and began talking to me about what he was and cant do. But listen to this, he never asked me what was wrong, or how he could help or anything. He immediately became rude before even hearing my concern. At that point I told them to transfer all my stuff back to my old phone and give me my CASH back that I just gave them to purchase the phone. It took them another 2 hours to give me my money back. I came home and called customer service. The associate told me a totally different story than the person in the store. The very next day I walked into a different carrier and transferred all 4 lines out. I was in the store for over an hour, but I was treated with so much respect and courtesy that it didnt matter. I purchased the Galaxy Note 8 and it took approx 15 minutes to transfer everything over. DO NOT DO business with Sprint!!! T**** They treat thier new customers much better than the loyal ones****
I have been with Sprint for well over 10 years, I have 3 lines. I cant believe the horrible service I recieved at the Mt Zion location. I went in to get an upgrade today. There was absolutely no customers waiting when I arrived. After waiting for over an hour and a half to be called, the horror began. After 45 more minutes of signatures and set ups, I was told they could not transfer my datat from my old phone to the new phone, this is from a Galaxy Note 5 to a Galaxy Note 8. Then I was told it would take another 3 hours to have my items transferred over. I told them i did not want the upgrade because I did not have another 3 hours to wait in the store. I then asked to speak to the supervisor, his name is David. David was useless, instead of de-escalating the situation, he made it worse. Lets put it this way. The way I was treated in the store by David, I would rather pay the $275 cancellation fee per line (i currently have 3) than ever deal with Sprint again. ***** Beware new customers, they are horrible*****
Buyers stay away from Sprint . We are now about to go back to Verizon . We switched over to Sprint on the 21st and are expected to pay a bill on the 14th . That 8 days of service that I did not have . Those 8 days I was using Verizon . Called on Monday to a supervisor on a 1800 number . She gave us a confirmation number , stating that our phone bill would not be due until the 21st . Today is the 19th and the main line is cut off . We called the mt Zion Corp store which is what another store told us to do . And this VERY RUDE lady was on the phone being loud and not wanting to help us with the situation . And even hung up on my fiance . I WILL NOT KEEP THIS SERVICE ! I WILL NOT BE TREATED BY WHAT THEY CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thanks but no thanks you can have that plan .
Called to ask about availability of a part, got told word for word We have almost nothing in stock heard the same thing from the sprint store right down the road.. who then referred me to them.. Basically I just got put on hold to die while hes going to look for it 20 minutes on hold later I hung up and called back. Guess who answers.. same guy.. transfers me to parts.. On hold again 6 mins and no one.. Shambles Sprint stores in Georgia.. get it tf together.. This is your A++ grade market here and your failing bad, Boost Mobile could run circles around you here.
The representative (Michael P.) that assisted me was impolite and VERY unhelpful. He performed the same repair method on my phone that the sprint representative did over the phone which did not work, thats why they sent me to this location. I called sprint (1800) and had them to send me to another location where the staff were professional and eager to assist and stated that the first thing Michael should have done was check my SIM card. The new location did so and my phone has been working just fine since. I will not be returning to this location.
I had a great experience at this location. I had just upgraded my phone to the Samusung Note 9, and kept getting a Sprint I D has stopped error message. I tried to call Sprint Tech support and got the worst customer service ever since Ive been with Sprint since 2012. Anyway, I made an appointment online to get the phone fixed, I was seen right away after check in. The young lady Asteria was so helpful in trying to fix the error that I didnt mind waiting. I still didnt get the phone fixed because I had to reset it from home with the old phone. Asteria gave step by step simple instructions to allow me to complete the process myself. Thanks a grateful customer
I went to go exchange my charger that I bought they tell me Sprint product has a year Warranty I bought it Nov 15 n its lik I cant exchange it. N they dont have any they dont carry that anymore so give me what yall carry.. Also went to get a iPhone watch took fire a with the details I walked out.. Its the worse customer service in the world.. They need to close the store the hell down they Neva have anything.. Also my wife went to get her fone looked at y pay insurance of u cant fix it..
They will lie to you and tell you whatever they can to get you to start service. They charged me activation fees that were supposed to be waived and instead of refunding my money the manager David lied about adding a credit to my first months bill. He also agreed to price match a phone that was on sale online to get me to start service in the store. I followed up with him 5 times and he still has not followed through with anything he said....hes done nothing but make excuses and empty promises. Hes being reported and were switching carriers after only 2 weeks of service.
My girlfriend dropped her phone two stories ok cool got insurance. Bring phone here to get loaner phone, no loaner phones ok fine. They have to send the phone to apple but its gone take 10 days df ill just take it to apple apple says they cant fix it sprint has to fix. So my fone never gets fixed but still charged for phone bill. I CANT USE THE PHONE
Took my girlfriends Samsung Galaxy 2 to be repaired (broken charger port) on a Sunday at 2pm and was told it was take 2 hours for repair. Dropped it off and received a call from the store rep 20 minutes before closing time that day 5:40pm that the phone was ready to be picked up. Came in the following day just to be told it could NOT be repaired and that they would have to order a new one and its on back order. The old phone condition was in worst shape than we brought it in as. No loaner phone or anything. Very poor and unsatisfying first experience at this store.

2022-02-10This place has really awesome service. You are greeted and acknowledged. I came here because I was tired of paying a higher bill with Verizon. Honestly its 2022, a phone bill should not cost you what you would pay for a vehicle. The service is good, I was able to get all new devices and Im very satisfied. Sasha was my Sales and Support Associate at this location, and she is awesome at what she does. Every concern I had about services with was patient and very helpful. It also helps that she is very happy and loves what she does!

2022-03-22Chris and the rest of the staff at this T-Mobile store were so nice and helpful. We came in to fix a problem that my father was having with his phone. And Chris was so helpful and patient with him. He did not try to push him to buy a new phone. Instead he made suggestions so that buying a new phone was the last resort. I really appreciated how patient he was. And the service was so quick! I went there prepared to wait for at least 30 minutes or more just to get waited on. I will definitely return to this store with any issues I may have in the future.

2022-07-25Needed a repair and visited the store on a Saturday. I was told that it would take an hour or so and to return back. When I arrived a technician came from the back letting me know my phone could not be repaired due to an inventory issue. After speaking with the insurance company the Supervisor mentioned the technician made the mistake which has made me lose sells within my business because I use my phone to operate the company. It is now day three and the Supervisor from Assurance has advised me to drive to another location further from my home due to this locations ERROR! The fact that this young man as well as another woman was only concerned about me getting an upgrade instead of resolving my issue accordingly has really left me feeling as if i was never a priority to begin with. Im considering if I should go to another cell phone service provider seeing that Ive been a customer for over 25 years. I would never recommend this location to anyone. And please save the scripted response/ reply from management. Ive already escalated this issue to your higher ups.

2022-05-17The staff was very nice and the store has lots of parking. Im having 2nd thoughts about T-Mobile as a carrier because their policy regarding defective phones is awful. The phone I have REVVL 5G randomly deletes contacts and they dont know why. I wanted to trade for another model or a new phone of the same kind. All they would offer is a refurbished model of what I had and I would have to drive back to the store to exchange it.

2021-07-03Got here at 10:15 sign in there are 2 people being served and 1 person waiting. Got called at 11:13 and rep was Tracy-Ann. I have a sprint card in my old and want to change it to my new ipad and was told by Sprint to come here. First thing rep says I don’t think we can help you. T-Moble might not have the sim card for your ipad. Rep said there was nothing she could do . I was here by SPRINT!!!! The rep in the picture with pink on could have helped us because the one that helped her had to ask her all of the questions anyway. DON’T PATRONIZE THIS STORE. What’s up Sprint WHATS UP T-MOBLE? You still taking my money.

2022-08-12Discouraging to endure online chat and setup an in-store pickup on T-Mobile website under the on us promotion, but get to the store and their process is different to the tune of $63 in fees, in-store service admin cost and activation. So I went home and completed the purchase online at no cost. Then I go online to activate the device once I receive it and my account doesnt acknowledge the device. I go back to the online chat and again, theyre encouraging that I go in store for faster service. I declined, and made clear I will send the device back if they did not activate it. They have account info, phone and card number verification but claimed the info wasnt enough but eventually activated the device. Now, I can connect everything EXCEPT my Metro by T-MOBILE cell phone to the WiFi 😡 the chat is experiencing longer than usual wait time so now what??? Back to the store????😡which store??? TMobile or Metro???😡over it!! Spent 30 minutes going to Metro who couldnt explain why my phone wont connect to the WiFi and theyre ALL owned by T-Mobile 😡🤦🏼♀️

2021-08-02I am a sprint customer and had dropped my phone. Needed a new screen and was told this was the only store I could go to. I had to drive over an hour to get there so I was already not happy. I arrived at the store around 2 pm. I was greeted and was told they would call me up shortly. 10 min later they had my phone and said it would be about an hour. I am a business owner and really needed my phone, and instead of being upset about the wait, I was more intrigued by the employees. Every person that came in was greeted very friendly. The employees remembered my name and kept me in the loop every step of the way. The hour then turned in to another hour. Which was brought to my attention. I knew they were busy and they were helping so many people. It was actually ready in 30 min.! These employees were fantastic, friendly, and super helpful. I would not hesitate to hire any one of these employees for my own business! Keep up the good work guys!

2021-08-10I am absolutely pleased with the service and the quality of the store. For some reason my phone just wanted to blank out due to hardware issues there were no physical or water damage to the phone and the technician was nice enough to confirm that. Not only did they order me a replacement that was at the store the next day no later than 2 PM but they were very nice and kind. Sauwanna Was an excellent associate that was very honest and personable. The associate essence that help me update and set up my new phone once it came in was also a sweetheart and very helpful as well. Kudos to management for keeping up the morale throughout this establishment it really means a lot and its definitely displaying in the effectiveness of all the employees on staff !
