If I can write 0 out of 5 I will do 0. Its awful that they put time of closing is 1:00 am but it close at 10 pm Every time and all the lights are on the menu light is on and it said its open but when you try to order or go on the drive-through they always said its close.
Literally the WORST Taco bell/KFC Ive ever been to! Out of literally everything on the KFC menu, out of things on the TB menu, the food they did have came out ice cold. The drink machine had no carbonation, asking for sauces from the workers resulted in eye rolls and sucking of the teeth. The dining room was ice cold as well. DO NOT EAT HERE unless you hate yourself and your family.
This Taco Bell has been the worst location I have ever been to. To begin I ordered a taco pack with 12 tacos and only received 8. I don’t know how that happened. Sadly ,this is not the first time they mess up my order. Every time I tried to call and make them aware of what happened they never answer the phone. I don’t know if there is new management but in the past 4 months I would not recommend this location.
They always mess up my order. EVERYTIME. Today the manager was rude and the food was so sloppy, my crunch wrap was falling out of the shell, as if the meat was never even in the shell. Last time they forgot the kids tenders for my kids TENDER MEAL! Time before that they left out a burrito. Coming back to fix it doesn’t do me any good when I have children that are hungry. Half the time the dining room is closed and we’re talking PRE-covid So that isn’t even an excuse. Poor management doesn’t help them keep good employees and it shows in the service and quality.
Place is open until 1am and drive thru said they were out of ground beef !! So I ordered two bean burritos and a Mexican pizza (without beef) The photo shows the poor excuse of Mexican pizza with beans between two tortillas and sprinkle of cheese on top. Never again !!!
Got here at midnight after placing a pickup order & driving about 8 miles and they evidently close at midnight now, not at 1am as posted online and on the Taco Bell website there are multiple people inside so they don’t appear understaffed. Was able to cancel my order through the app but still waiting for the charge to go back on my card. If you are gonna change your hours maybe update it online and now I’m wandering if this means they will be closing at midnight or 1am instead of 2am on Thursday and Friday.
This specific location has a lot of problems. One of the main problems is that they are severely understaffed. It’s not uncommon for there to only be one employee in there at a time, but mostly there’s two. They are severely under supplied and are out of half the things I order. The second problem I have are the hours. This location always says they’re open until 1:00am and they never are. I ordered some food through DoorDash earlier because it was one of the few places that were open. They had the driver go to the Taco Bell and I ended up having a refund issued to me because it was closed
Very disappointed in todays service. Ordered the 2 piece meal, a chicken quesaredo, and mini chicken quesadilla. At the window for 7 to 8 minutes before I got all my food. No sauce, butter, or honey despite my request. Biscuit was hard as a rock and should have been thrown away awhile ago...Update: they disappointed once again. Ordered a chicken grande enchilada and was given a beef enchilada that was by no means grande. Need to stop going there, and/or complain to corporate. Getting ridiculous.
Ok so I have never had an awful experience with taco bell until now. So for one they close the dining area early dont know why and there is no warning to guests which is a problem because their line is always long in the drive thru. So problem number two I ordered a T8 with JUST MEAT AND CHEESE not that hard right? Well whenever I get this I order a Pepsi dont give them a size and they always put it as a large. So I get to the window tonight 1-24-18 and am very patient. The girl there takes my card to the machine and the guy gives me my food no big deal. Well she gives me my card but where is my drink? I had to remind her that I ordered a drink, and she gives me a small Pepsi. So there is a big line behind me and I dont want to hold it up so I leave. Well I get home and open my taco well this is what I find. This is not just meat and cheese. I am very disappointed.
Staff seemed nice but they were out of 6in tortillas, potatoes, mtn dew, and chicken tenders. My order was short of two burritos and hot sauce. No napkins either. One of the staff stated theyd been short of supplies for about two months due to delivery truck issues. I wouldnt make much of an effort to return in the near future.
Said they only had enough chicken for 2 tacos really they had enough for one and split it between the 2. This is probably the 8th time Ive come threw there n there out of chicken, no mild sauce either, they could only take cash no credit which I could understand happening if it hadnt happened multiple times before. Normally I wouldnt leave a bad review I just wouldnt say anything but its always something with this taco bell owe and there wasnt any sour cream on my taco Supreme but other than that it was a great experience LOL.
A fast food place with only two employees, all doors locked but one, so dining room is open. I not getting my order taken up front, so I walk to the drive thru window, truck to big to order regularly. And Im told that he would have gotten to me eventually, but he had to take care of drive thru first, and I cannot take your order here at the window. Well guess this taco bell wont get my money.
I have been sitting in this drive thru for 18 minutes and havent even ordered yet. They have taken 5 orders in this time. Im next!!! Welcome to taco bell Ill be with you when I get a minute is what they just said. Still sitting here. Recommending a new management staff.Update: It is still awful. Need a full new staff
This taco bell needs some love.. you can tell they are incredibly short staffed. The drive thru was SLAMMED bc they would make each order before taking the next cars order. When you pull around they would tell you to drive around to the other side of the building and park and theyd bring it out. When they brought mine out they gave it to the car in front of me and then they gave it back to him and said they got KFC not taco bell then he brought it to me. I order ahead on the app to help speed things up, but it didnt seem to make much of a difference this time! Ill probably stick to the taco bell off Marietta hwy next time. Also, they are NOT offering inside dining at this time.
Trying to order and was talking to 2-3 different people at one time. Had to repeat the order 3 times. Didnt have anything unfrozen to make what we ordered. Was told they were out of large drinks and when I walked back in to get the popcorn nuggets that wasnt in the bag. Another dine-in customer (that arrived after I did and went in due to the oversized line in drive-thru) had a large drink in his had that after I was told they dont have anymore
My family stopped in here to grab dinner after a busy day. We went through the drive-thru and ordered the only special request was no lettuce on my daughters soft tacos. Before leaving the facility we checked our order and nothing was correct. After bringing the errors to their attention management was apologetic and happy to fix the issue and even gave a free drink and extra cookies to make up for the trouble. However upon returning home we realized the chicken famous bowl that my husband had ordered had zero Chicken on it. Seriously? Had the management not been willing to try to fix the problem initially I would have given them one star the food was not hot and overcooked but at least the staff was polite.
Dont go here. They were not accepting credit cards???? which is illegal because it is a form of payment. Plus they had no beef??? Lazy staff just not wanting to do their job because of the time. No point in staying open late if your staff members refuse to do their job. And you want more than $7.25 an hour. Please
Horrible customer service. Don’t come here at night, they close at midnight instead of 1 am as posted online. You’ll sit at the drive thru for 15 minutes before someone speaks and half of the time they are out of anything and everything. They don’t appear to be understaffed, there’s 3 cars there every time. Would give zero stars if possible.
This taco bell is also a KFC. It is typical and what you would expect from both fast food establishments. The reason I give it 3 stars is the dining room was closed forever, even for pickup. Often the place is swamped and your orders are not correct. The employees are friendly but seem overwelmed. My wife likes KFC or I would go somewhere else.
This location is always super slow for me, but they do usually get the order right. I decided to give them another try last night and and I ended up waiting 10 minutes in line to even order at the drive thru even though there were only 2 cars in front of me. They didnt have 3 of the items I ordered. They were out of mild sauce. Im always super disappointed in how the food is made at this location. This is the worst Taco Bell location around here in my opinion.
Will always come to this Taco Bell! The man working the drive thru window tonight at midnight made my night & made me cry happy tears. He knows what customer service is all about. He needs a promotion & a big raise! I appreciate his kindness. We had placed a huge order & the food was amazing & was done so quickly. My work place will loyally order food only from this location!
They have a horrid track record on getting orders right. We get drive through from here about once a month and they mess up the order a good 50%. When they do it isnt just an item missing, usually it is 3 or 4 items missing. Several times all of a family members food items are completely missing. It is a ten minute drive from the house, so usually isnt worth the aggravation and hassle to get it resolved.
Prompt and courteous service and adhering to covid-19 guidelines made me smile. The tacos were crunchy and not broken up and a soft shell tacos refresh and adequately appointed with the right amount of sour cream, lettuce and tomatoes! They satisfied my guilty pleasure and were open late. Thank you for your friendly ,fast and quality service. Ill see yall soon!
There is something seriously wrong with our KFC Taco Bell Every couple of weeks we go back to try to place an order and every time we go they have a reason why they cant accommodate us. Tonight we had three different orders to place. We started to go in to place our to go orders and there was an employee sitting in a truck that yelled at us and told me us we couldnt go in. I asked why because the door was propped open. He said we dont let anyone in to order after 4:00 p.m. He said you have to go through the drive-thru. I pulled up to the sign and told them I had three orders. The guy who is the manager inside said no we only do two orders per vehicle. I said theres no one else here, so just do two vehicles then. He refused. So we worked it out that we would try to somehow condense the orders to two. When we started placing our first order, we ordered chicken and he stopped us and said that he didnt have any chicken because none came on the truck. He was so rude and so mean that we left and went to Wendys again. Seriously, the management needs fired or the store just needs closed. We have not had a successful order since before covid and even then the service was bad.
This location doesn’t even deserve one star. i get that right now it’s not as easy as it used to be but what my family and i went through today was obnoxious. we placed an order online and then it said the order was ready so we repeatedly called with no answer. we waited twenty minutes for our food and once we gotit it was cold and the shells were all broken and soggy. then part of our order wasn’t even correct we got something in place of what we ordered. also not to mention the fountain drinks didn’t have syrup. if you have a job it should be done right.
This Taco Bell has some of the RUDEST people Ive ever come into contact with at any Taco Bell ever. I almost never, EVER leave reviews...but when someone is overtly rude, and like that kind of rude where you know they just dont care or their personality is flawed, like theyre just mean out of spite...if you can go to ANY other Taco Bell, even if its farther...go there. Trust me, theyll just mess your order up AND do it rudely🙄
Clean and quick & of course the usual taco bell menu. They have the value menu with a pretty good selection as well as they have some combo choices as well which includes a drink. Overall for a taco bell as good as could be expected the only one thing I could add for improvment would be for the counter staff to be more friendly otherwise it would be 5 stars thanks
The quality of food here versus other Taco Bell’s is pretty pathetic. I have been completely disappointed the couple times I visited this location. I now drive 5 miles the opposite direction to get decent Taco Bell (this location is 1 mile from my house).At this location, it’s as if they’re making a conscious effort to send out bad product.
The only reason for reduced stars is the wait time.Very long wait times because of limited restaurant choices in the area, so its very busy. This location also has been under-staffed for a while.The quality and heat of the food however have been very good the past few times that Ive been.The people there work very hard to keep up, but they need at least 2 more people on the dinner shifts.I will still go back to the restaurant.
My food was really fresh. The meat was not sloppy, the lettuce was crisp, and the topping seemed to be pretty fresh. We went by the drive thru. The Host was super nice and courteous. Great service from this location and great fast food compared to most other taco bells Ive been to.
Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Theres a lot of properly run businesses in the area. This ones hurting for a manager. The last couple times have been a disappointment. Incorrect orders, manager that could care less etc... Dont say I didnt warn you when you get burned.
I loved Taco Bell when I was a teenager, but I think their quality has suffered greatly. I never know if Im going to end up with an upset stomach after eating. This location is combined with a KFC, and I just happened to look at one of the packets of Honey to see if it actually was honey. This is disgusting the way corporate restaurants manipulate the food and what they serve people to people.
The food was probably the only good thing about this taco bell.. the restrooms were pretty dirty..like in the sense there was waste on seats and not a pleasant smell .There were only like 2 tables wiped down and clean. Unswept floors, just dirty in general. The dining room was empty except for one man and there were at least 5 employees in the back and yet there was only one guy making our order? So of course the wait was quite long . And the staff wasnt even friendly in any way. More than likely never to visit here again.
Noticed all the one-star reviews on here, so I was compelled to write this review about my good experience.Went through the drive-thru around dinner time on a Monday. The folks were nice and got the order quickly. The food was alright. Nothing to rave about, but right on target with the usual Taco Bell expectations. They did forget to include one taco with my meal. When I went back through the drive-thru, they were very apologetic and gave me an additional free taco for the inconvenience.Overall, good experience and a nice staff. Everybody makes mistakes and they definitely remedied it. I will be going back.
I wish I had the option to select a negative star - my husband went through the drive through, placed an order; at the window the lady handed him the wrong item. He politely pointed this out to her. The result? She HOLLERED at him....naturally that made him angry. He demanded to speak to the manager - and unbelievably - she actually threatened to call the authorities if he didnt leave!!! We will NEVER, EVER go there again. If low brow food, angry, insulting service is what you want to pay for.....then by all means, spend your money at this location!!!
This taco bell is interesting. sometime they have fast service sometimes not. Order get put wrong. The need a new manger and someone to train all the people. They guy that was working kept picking up his pants with bare hand and touching the food.... maybe buy him a belt. Idk.
My husband used the kiosk to order, it charged him. He cancelled the order because there wasnt enough money in the bank, he was going to pay the rest in cash. They told him it wouldnt charge our card. It did. We went back and the manager told us it would be returned to our account by Monday. Its Friday and still havent seen the refund.
Ok. People arent very experienced. Food is Great. I have been going there for years and their people aren still dumbfounded. They need a few real people not all high school students. Balance....Someone keeps making the same hiring mistakes? Drive to Canton. They dont send all their food to Mexico I guess. I mean put some meat in those Tacos Manuel.
Employees are exceedingly rude, even for fast food. Every time weve been to this location, they get our order wrong, and then proceed to be rude when confronted with their error. The food is also never hot, and is basically the worst Taco Bell Ive ever had the displeasure of encountering - and thats saying a lot.
This place would be so much better if you actually got more than 2 tomato dices and a few scraggly strands of cheese on a Taco . About the only thing goodTo come from eating Taco Bell is going to the bathroom if you havent been able to go for a while. God help your stomach and your commode after youve eaten this . They charge an arm and a leg just to get a few tomatoes and strands of cheese. The meat is extremely greasy and over seasoned..
Lines are ridiculous, only one narrow lane that causes traffic jam for other cars trying to get out. Employees didnt greet me, mumbled my total so I had to ask them to repeat it, then they didnt give me the sauce I asked for and had to make a trip all the way back, but of course the line wasnt moving at all so I had to actually get out and go inside just to get the sauce they shouldve given me the first time I asked for it. Oh, and then one of the employees called me sweetheart. Clearly managements priorities arent on the customer.
Entirely too long of a wait when we were the only customers inside. Rude staff all just standing around while one guy does the work. Extremely dirty restrooms and dining room. Would never come back. As more customers come in they are just standing around waiting for someone to take the order when there at least 3 employees standing around in the back and it is not busy. They had to yell for someone to come to the front.
The upswing in the location has swung back the other way. We are once again getting wrong or incomplete orders and having to check what we get very carefully to avoid having a family member lose the Taco Bell Lottery. :-( Its sad, because they are the closest fast Mexican by more than 30 minutes, so were sort of stuck with them until Del Taco moves closer.
We have lived near this location for almost 3 years now. We bear the burden of knowing that our order will always be messed up and incur a 2nd drive thru or trip inside instead of driving farther to the next one. Anyone could literally put a Taco bell in across the street from this one and this one would be closed within a week. Tonight, I did the drive thru, my order was messed up and I took it in, and the comment made to the one working the window was, thats like our third time tonight, and both employees laughed. So I laughed with them knowing that this is by far the worst Tbell Ive ever visited.
We stop at the ones in jasper Ga and the canton Ga one on hickory flat hwy at east Cherokee Dr. Jasper location is exceptionally good. The other has a KFC in store which is nice for variety. We stopped at a del taco on Chastain rd Kennesaw when we were down that way as we used to prefer del taco to taco bell. Food choices unappealing..service poor..prices high...dirty chairs etc. Taco bell in Blue Ridge hit or miss...not really worth a stop...
Its a basic taco bell...there are some interesting eccentricities, though.In drive thru, once youve ordered and paid, they typically ask you to leave the drive thru window and go to the designated wait for your food drive thru parking spots.They are very concerned about the time at window clock.after a few experiences like this, I finally asked what was up with making every drive thru customer park. The answer involved some kind of ultimatum that drives the staff to move the cars off the timing pad located at the drive thru window.At least they get your order right.
This here place got all kinds of tacos borreeetos gorditas i reckon they all is quite good tasting. if they could make a french fried tater taco with some ranch i reckon it would take over the fast food industry. mmmhmmm. they got lots of flavors of the dew of the mountains. i cant even think up how they made them taste so good. as for they staff they are a great bunch of people. always nice making the food real fast mhhmmm. that guy complainin about not gettin his stuff fast enough dont even know what he talkin about i reckon. go make ur own taco i reckon.
I thought the taco bells in New York City were expensive, until I visited this location. The #7 combo meal was $2 more than other locations right down the street. To add insult to injury, the girl behind the cash register tried to short change me $1. I think the fact that I paid $20.15 for a $15.14 bill had her completely confused. Not to mention the entire time during my order her and her friend were talking and joking behind the register. To top things off the cheese on my taco was not even melted and the meat was just warm at best. My quesadilla looked like it was slapped together and maybe dropped a time or two in the process. I have been here a few time with similar results, but this will definitely be the last time I visit this location, I would rather drive a little further to the taco bell in Canton which looks about 15 years outdated but still turns out great food.
Every visit to this location is disappointing, but tonights visit was very frustrating. I think it pushed me over the edge, and I will not be gong back. After sitting at the speaker for a few minutes, I finally gave my order then waited in line for an extended amount of time. People behind me were honking.. By the time I finally got the the drive thru window, I saw most of the employees standing around on their cell phones, while talking about their weekend. I have a photo of this. The window worker didnt say a word to me when handing me my bag, and then I had to ask for my debit card back. When I got home, my Fresco tacos were plain tacos. My family is done here.
After many attemps to give this place the benefit of the doubt, they have confirmed one final time there is no doubt that this is the most ignorant fast food restuarant in cherokee county. Yes, the whole county, maybe even state. I would rather eat my sons toe jam than be dissapointed by this place again. Every time I go they mess up my order, not just one little thing, multiple things. Like, not giving us biscuits with our meal, seriously?! Putting tomatoes after asked not to. Ordered sprite, got sweet tea.. Ordered chicken wings got what I think was humming bird wings they were so small. This is just in one visit! Do not go here!
Been going to this location around 15 years when it was not convenient to go elsewhere. Cannot begin to count the times food was left off the order when I got it home. Happened again today, and Ill avoid this place like the plague in the future. Not even does their phone number work correctly.
Service has never been great here, and it takes a lot for me to leave a negative review, but tonight was even worse than usual. Some of the staff are rude/unprofessional, and the wait is always horrendous. They took at least 10 minutes to take our order when no one was in line in front of us and the food took much longer. This thotty stuck his full hand in my fries when we was trying to get some nacho powder on them bc there was none than he handed us the same fries back with the orange stuff and it also took a solid 25 mins the service here has to be some of the worst ever like frfr just go down the street to a different taco bell the employees hate their jobs-Liam
Usually dont have a problem with this location but every time I have a gentleman that drives a silver sedan as my drive drive-thru employee he puts no effort in and tonight he was headed out to his car at 9:20ish when we pulled up he proceeded to look very agitated about the fact we pulled in and threw his hands up in agervation and then took our order angrily, bad attitude all around lately

2022-04-12Horrible! Just Horrible! Ordered 2 nachos Bell Grandes to go, got home to find incomplete orders with just nachos, meat and cheese. NO tomatoes, black olives, sour cream, etc. Plus the meat tasted awful and smelled like dog food. 🤮 I was disappointed because they got $25 out of us for the whole disgusting order. NEVER AGAIN!

2022-06-27If I could give zero stars I would. Website says they’re open until 1 but they actually close at 11 and stop making food at 10:30. Your order is almost always wrong, and they never remember to give you sauce that you ask for. They’ve consistently been this way for every single order over the past 2 years.

Their attitudes must stem from horrible management, but instead of fixing the management issues they just let their anger out on their clients. Because they systematically dont care. Which just begins a circle of anger and abusive behavior.This KFC/ Taco Bell is constantly out of the most basic products (like beef and chicken). My husband waited almost 30 minutes in the drive through after ordering only to get up to the window and them to unapologetically tell him they were out of ground beef. Then at the window, he then ordered steak in which they said it would be $2 more per taco; which is insane. They didnt offer a discount for the inconvenience or even an apology. He just left and went to Macedonia Taco Bell which is so much better (both food and staff). It was their attitude that really upset him.Finally this KFC/ Taco Bell store has the most inconsistent hours. They close early, refuse to update anything online.Honestly its amazing such a disgusting staff and poorly managed operation is still open. The owner needs to fire everyone ESPECIALLY the MANAGERS. Or just bulldoze the pace, the community needs better parking anyways. It would be a better use of the space.

2022-08-13My crunchy taco was good. The service was fast. But my chicken quesadillas had very small amount of chicken in it. As my wife said maybe they forgot to put the chicken.

2022-08-022 stars only because I dont usually have problems with this location.Ordered 2 deluxe cravings boxes, got some chicken tacos instead. All things ordered had almost no meat inside. The tortillas were hard, and just all around a bad experience.

2022-08-19I ordered food on my way home from work. The guy working the window was rude. He looked like he was high. Half my order was missing. I called the store at 11 PM. They are open until 1 AM. No sauces was in the bag.

2022-03-17Tried to come in to drive thru to order, albeit 30-40 minutes before close. Wouldn’t even acknowledge my existence, no “Hi, sorry we’re closed” Closes whenever they feel like it I guess. Not the best customer service. Definitely made eye contact with three different staff members though. Main one was a blonde woman wearing a headset
