Great service! Great food! The wings were cooked perfectly. Prosecco on tap!Why is the restaurant manager and employees not wearing mask during a pandemic? Is it stupidity or political? Roswell customers with intelligence may choose not to support such ignorance. Or maybe Taco Mac doesn’t care.
I love Taco Mac ... and I have for years. I also realize that there is a workforce issue, especially in the hospitality industry. But the service has started to slip at this location. Cant get service - tables are left dirty. And this last visit - it took 20 minutes to find someone who could bring my check at the end of the meal. Its getting harder to convince myself to go.
Ive frequented this location for 8+ years and have never had a poor experience. On Friday 11/19, I placed a hefty pick-up order. I arrived at the time designated on the website, and had to wait an additional 30 minutes for my food, only after notifying the manager was I given my food. I understand being busy and understaffed, but the customer service and sympathy was incredibly lacking. The food was cold, and barely edible. Correspondingly, I received broccoli that was covered in dirt and unwashed.Super sad to have had this experience at a restaurant I visit multiple times a month.
Was absolutely blown away by how terrible service was this past Monday.. we ordered drinks to enjoy for the Hawks playoff game and waited 20 minutes for the first round.. when we put in an order for another round it took 30 minutes.. our server would come over constantly.. “oh you didn’t get your drink yet?” Yeah bud no duh.. you forgot to put a ticket in.. tons of servers were standing around while you only have one bartender able to make drinks for an entire restaurant. The blonde bartender was the only person in the restaurant doing her job (you could tell she was upset because she had NO HELP).. our server Duke was constantly forgetting we had ordered drinks, was scattered, and spent 20 minutes at the computer trying to get all his orders organized.. no manager in sight at the restaurant to help their staff. Ownership.. learn how to manage your staff it was a circus in there.. puts a TERRIBLE image on the Taco Mac brand.Waiter knew service was terrible and offered no apology, explanation, or compensation. Never going back to this location and I know a lot of customers felt the same.
Today I ordered from Tacoma at 5:25pm. I was sitting outside of the resturant when I placed my order. I walked in at the request receipt time 5:43. The host said that she was waiting for my food. I was so hungry that I ate outside before I left. Every last piece of food I order, when I say ALL ,I MEAN ALL my food was COLD. Over the last couple of times I order for this place I have not been satisfied and the host was calling me the wrong . And when I was trying to correct, she showed me the my name like. I dont know how to say my name. IM OVER THIS PLACE. TIP ALWAYS CHECK YOUR FOOD EVEN IF ITS CHECKING TO MAKE ITS HOT. if the people made me comfortable I would waiting and asked them to resolved. But you never know what people will do to your food. It now 6:09 pm. Just think that experience for me.
Went to eat this past Monday with my daughter and wife. We asked for a high chair for my 16 month old daughter. They had a high chair but the clips were broken we asked for another. The host told us that that was the only one they had. This was Monday at 5pm and there was literally 10 people there and none of them had kids. So basically they only had one high chair for a family restaurant. Needless to say, we wont be going back.
Client service has taken a dive over the last decade or so but this is not so at Taco Mac Crabapple (W. Crossville). We ordered via third party and the person picked up and delivered the incorrect order. When we called Taco Mac, the GM (Mr. Michael) immediately apologized for the mix-up, remade our order so it would be hot and fresh, and personally delivered our order on his way home. The food was great and the service, even greater. Thats how you get repeat customers. This man truly exemplifies spirit of excellence. I definitely said his name in my grace over my delicious hot food! Thank you again, Michael!
Taco Mac at Crabapple is either fabulous or greatly misses the mark. It is not consistent. Sometimes the wedge of lettuce salad is incredible and a good size, other times it is very skimpy and not worth the $6 price. Some months ago I ordered a hamburger with swiss cheese and mushrooms. I looked for the mushrooms and there were none. I asked the manager where were the mushrooms? He pointed out a mushroom that was nearly imperceptible. I kiddingly told him I would need a telescope to see that mushroom. I sent it back and asked to have the mushrooms added, as per the description on the menu. I have never ordered that hamburger at Taco Mac again. Another time I ordered a hamburger on the rare side and the manager told me they do a very standard hamburger. He said they do not fix the hamburger the way customer wants it. He was smiling, almost laughing and acted like that was okay. I took it off the bill as I had eaten only one or two bites. It was tasteless. We have not been back since.
The service was good. The restaurant is clean and dining experience was good. We were seating quickly and able to place orders almost immediately as I came after the lunch rush hour. Ordered the spinach artichoke appetite and it was not fresh. Ordered steak tacos and they were not fresh. Ordered 20 Buffalo wings, the waiter brought out 10, and they were not fresh. After informing him he brought out additional 10 wings and these were fresh and hot. Was disappointed in the food quality, but the service was good.
Taco Mac used to be a great local option. Good place for a Beer and burger. Now they are just average. My last visit was a to go order. The wait was longer than 20 more than expected. There was several of us waiting, and no paid any attentions to us. Im not sure where the manager was... No a bad place but we will not be rushing to go back.
This truly was an all around terrible experience. We called in our order and the young man who took our order kept pausing to talk to his friends rather than listening to the order we were trying to place. He asked us three times if we were okay with a 45 minute wait time, as if he did not even want us to order, and we said yes each time. Once he finally took the order we waited and showed up around the 30 minute mark in case the order was done early, and we did not mind waiting. We ordered two quesadillas with crispy french fries, chips, salsa, and queso, so it was not a difficult order to begin with. However, every part of the order ended up being messed up, bad, or forgotten. The order ended up taking about an hour and a half to come out to us, but even then we would have been fine with the wait time if the food was good. The food itself...was a disaster. The quesadillas were colds as a rock, as if they had been sitting out for the last hour that we had been sitting there. The fries were also frozen, and they were not crispy in the least or seasoned, they were somewhat soggy and very cold. To top it off, they forgot our chips and salsa and the queso, so a third of the order they completely forgot to give us. When we told them this the young man rolled his eyes and said he would get his manager, and another young man walked up and asked what we needed and so again we stated how we were just trying to get the rest of our order. Finally we did get the rest of our order and were able to go home to eat our cold food, we placed the order at 7:00 PM and did not get home until almost 10:00 PM, and we only live about 10 minutes from this location. It is deeply unfortunate to see quality and service going so downhill and for there to be not so much as an apology, perhaps customer service no longer matters.
I hardly ever write reviews, but I had to for this experience. This past weekend we ordered two orders of wings and a side of fries to go. The wings were only drums (we did not request that), and they were beyond overcooked. Not only were they not good, but one of the two wings sauces we ordered were wrong. Then the side of fries tasted as though they were two days old and then reheated in the microwave. They were crusty and disgusting. An occasional mistake does not stop me from returning to a restaurant, but that food was so bad it had no business being boxed up. Theres no way they didnt know that food was not up to standard. We will not be returning.
Curious experience today. We have been living with Covid for nearly a year. Super Bowl was happening regardless of Covid. So one wonders why the management of this Taco Mac used such poor planning in preparation for the overwhelming need of takeout orders. As much as waiting over an hour for our order that was to be ready at 6 pm, our frustrations abound for this restaurant’s lack of respect for their employees and customers. If this wasn’t a super spreader event not sure what is. Several employees are running around mad to help/ inform. No social distancing, extremely crowded, hardly an establishment that respects the severity of this pandemic. The employees I engaged with were understanding, respectful, apologetic, kind & gracious. More I think than this management deserves. Clearly these folks are grateful for loyal customers and want us to leave with good impressions of themselves and their employer. One has to ask... does management respect them... doubtful. Sincerely hope everyone working here along with customers remain safe in the weeks to come.
Nothing like getting undercooked food. How does a frozen chicken finger still show up pink on the inside? I keep trying to believe that the food will get better but it just keeps getting worse. Don’t even bother ordering from here they will just throw your food sloppily in a box and call it good enough.....
Ive only eaten here a few times and each time has been awful, the time that you have to wait for your food is ridiculous, it doesnt matter if theyre busy or slow the wait is extremely long, also theyre fries at this location sucks! They taste like theyve been sitting out for hours! Never eating at this location again, other taco macs are way better
Typically a pretty good restaurant, dont go during busy hours because quality of the food is much worse. The wings are 10x better during the off hours than rush hours. Also, wet lemon pepper is one of the most misleading sauce Ive ever tasted, more like sweet with a small hint of lemon, absolutely would not get.
We have tried throughout the pandemic to support local restaurants, but it never fails that every time we order from this location, we have major issues. We arrived for curbside pickup and the food wasnt ready because they were waiting on the pie, which they said would take 5 minutes max and they would then bring our order to the car. After waiting for another 15 minutes, my wife finally went in to get the order because this isnt the first time they have forgotten us waiting for curbside. Our order was just sitting there ready for us getting cold. We take the cold food home to see that the catfish has no cole slaw side and the fries hasve absolutely zero seasoning of any kind, we got the completely wrong side on one order of wings, and neither of the wings orders came with carrots or celery. So of 3 meals, every single one has issues. We dont typically complain, but we wont order from this location again.
I came in with my family tonight (6 of us total!), and we were so well taken care of!!Our server was awesome!! He mentioned the beers of the month, was knowledgeable of the menu, and almost talked us into dessert! The food was amazing! It did take a little bit for the food to come out, but the manager, Ken stopped by twice to ensure we were all good! Our servers name was Sam and he was amazing! Ask for him when you come in! He was so attentive and we watched him help out all the other servers, too!
We had a great experience here for lunch today! Olivia was was a killer server. We had an issue where our food didnt come out right and less than 2 minutes later our correct food came out. I have never had a fix for my food so fast at any restaurant. Would come back would recommend would bring my friends here. OLIVIA ROCKS!!!! If she is here ask to be seated with her she will take care of you. Food was also very very fresh as well.
Honestly the food was terrible. Got the chicken tenga nachos. 2 others in our party got boneless wings and were super happy. However, my gf had hyped this place up to me for months and I was severely disappointed. Granted she usually goes to the one at woodstock. I may try that one, and hopefully the results will be better.
We sat down and waited about 15 minutes for the server. Drinks sitting for 20 minutes. Asked for a shot of crown apple and then after 20 minutes brought a shot that was regular crown and they only said they just found out after 20 minutes or the ticket being put in? Not even that busy so I don’t understand what is going on here? Need to step it up.
Absolutely horrendous experience with a to-go order. Supposed to be ready at 6:29pm, arrive at 6:29... not ready. Wait for an additional 30 minutes at the place... still nothing. Finally at 7:15 decided to just cancel and leave. An additional 15 minutes just to cancel and leave empty handed. An absolute joke - no excuse. Don’t take online orders if you can’t handle the volume. Some were finally getting their food and sending it back because it was cold. Will not be returning.
The service here is HORRIBLE, the female manager is also very RUDE. We have come here twice and had two different servers and encountered the female manger both time. In both visits we had our servers check on us a total of 8 times. But the food is wonderful, get your food to go and enjoy your day instead of having their miserable servers bring your mood down instantly.
Had lunch here the other day and ordered some wings. Didn’t like the lemon pepper seasoning but when I asked to swap them, I received the best service and they went above and beyond to make sure I enjoyed my food. Everyone has their own taste buds and unfortunately, mine didn’t agree with the lemon pepper. Hats off to the bartender for making sure I had a great lunch. I will definitely be back.
I dined here the other day and had the lovely Kristen T. as my server. She was the best! Very nice, prompt, and professional. This was my first taco Mac experience, and because of her, I will surely be back! The food was great, and the beer selection was better. Thanks a lot Kristen!
The restaurant was clean, well organized and the staff seemed on it. We sat at the bar and the bartenders were doing a great job keeping up with everyones drinks/food. I saw the manager out and present multiple times, which as a former bartender/server, I think is key to having a successful store and happy team. Our food was hot and tasty. Will visit again..
Done with this Taco Mac. 6th time in a row ordering extra crispy wings and coming home with a soggy wet mess. No more chances...enough is enough. Our fry side consisted of about 10 pieces. Cant understand why the Taco Mac clear across town on the east side of Roswell can prepare crispy wings that stay crispy on a much longer trip. Roswell Crabapple Taco Mac doesnt even try.
The food and experience continues to decline. I just ordered from door dash and there was missing food and the food that was delivered was terrible. The burger was over cooked. I ordered medium rare and got something past well done. The fries were cold and soggy. This is not a one time experience with Taco Mac. This is a multi year decline and I am done. Too many other options that care about the quality of their food.
This place has improved so much. We had a very nice host &waitress (black young female with name that started with A I think), and a GREAT experience. Management also checked up on us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Food and service was the best it has ever been since I’ve lived here. Will come back.Update: just went back, had same black waitress with red hair named like margarita or something. It was THE BEST SERVICE AND FOOD EVER!! THANKS!!
My coworker and I were here after work and a lady came in super intoxicated. We mentioned it to the staff being servers ourselves, and the manager refused to serve her or let her drive concerned about his customers and I have the utmost respect for a real concern about customers consuming alcohol. Its nice to see him not just kick them out but concerned about them getting home safely at that speaks volumes in itself.Aside from that we come here after work all the time and the staff is freaking awesome, funny, relatable, fast service and If i could give this place 10 stars i would.
Fun atmosphere, great beer selection, good food. My family and I love going to taco Mac, especially on Thursdays, when they give out free beer glasses with featured beers. Their food is good and atmosphere is fun and relaxed. We had a great server at this location and it was a nice experience. Parking is close and convenient, restaurant was clean.
The food and beer is always great! My food and drinks came out on time and were perfect. I sat with Brittany L tonight. She was amazing and very sweet! She was also very helpful with drink and food choices. Very Friendly! The manager Laura came by my table several times tonight. To make sure everything was okay. I felt that she really cared about my experience! The rest of the staff was very friendly as well! I will definitely come back!
Overall, good atmosphere and good food. Wouldve given it 5 stars but our waitress was incredibly rude. She slammed the food down at our table, scoffed/sighed when we asked to sample beers, and made snide/rude comments at us especially when getting the bill.We could understand if she was having a bad day but it was completely upsetting to have that energy directed towards us. We complained to the manager and he was nice and apologetic. We made it clear its not indicative of the establishment and well be coming back but preferably to a different server.
My experience at this Taco Mac was great! My waitress Olivia was very up to date with all of the beers that they had on tap and was able to provide me with excellent service. The food was awesome and any time that I needed assistance she was right there to help me out. Will definitely come back to ask for Olivia and enjoy more wings and cold beer !!
My family and I ate at Taco Mac this evening and had a great experience! Katie was an excellent host. She was welcoming and kind, and we were seated very quickly! Carlose was a very efficient server and we were well taken care of the entire meal. The food was yummy too! We are happy this restaurant is close to our house and are very satisfied!
I’ve gone to this Taco Mac for the past year and the food and service are always great.I was there this weekend and saw two extremely intoxicated women stumble out of the car and into the building with a beer and a wine glass in hands. Clear as day, they were wasted. The manager came over and told them nicely that they were welcome to get food, but could not be served any alcohol. Ken was the manager that night and had to cut them off another three times because they kept going up to the bar asking for beer. Good to know my local bar doesn’t let sloppy drunk people get more drunk and makes sure they have a ride. Thanks for keeping our road safe!
Excellent beer selection: more than 100 on tap and more than 100 in cans and bottles. The also have a decent collection of whiskey and other spirits. Theres is lots of space with a bar area with high top tables, a dining room and a patio thats actually enclosed. There are almost as many TVs as brews and all are tuned to various sporting events, local, national and even international. The menu includes chicken wings and standard bar fare with a Mexican bent. Prices are medium; many of the drafts run $6 to $7, and the entrees around $10. The wait staff are mostly friendly, though young and inexperienced. But, hey, its a bet bar. Sometimes the manager comes around, though not as often as I like, because I always want to discuss beer.
The Mrs. and I had an exquisite experience here the other night. I was very pleased by our server, Olivia, and will definitely be returning due to her awesome service and the delectable honey chipotle chicken wings. We were treated better than my own family treats me. Thanks Olivia!
Our group of 3 had an app, wings, and beer in the bar area on National Wing Day! It was busy but seated right away at a high top (away from kids, it is a family restaurant). Lisa was our server. She did great and was fun which made our dining experience entertaining lolWings and fries were fantastic!!
This had been my favorite local restaurant for YEARS. The food and service were always good. However, over the past 6 months, or since the new ownership has really taken over, the quality of the food has suffered, the beer selection isnt great (hey, how about a decent lager in a bottle -- no, not Bud Light), and the floor managers rarely visit the table, rather they circulate the dining floor trying to avoid eye contact. The queso is now lumpy and gritty and it tastes like the wing sauce has had a (sweeter?) recipe change. So while big sports nights are always crowded... regular weekday evenings at this place are DEAD, because the locals are so turned off. Taco Mac! Why hast thou forsaken me?!
I held off from making a review for this place, but after two instances of cold food, and a more recent run in with an awful waiter something needs to be said. This place is going down hill at a rapid pace. My wings have never come out remotely warm in my past few visits and none of the cups are clean. They all have a weird smell, beer or non-alcoholic, when drinking. Plus a more recent note, my group was seated and had a waiter who decided to show up with a bad attitude. It started with him taking our orders from a seat next to us, and then getting an order wrong on one of our wings orders. He brought out some sweet and sour sauce coated wings instead of the medium sauce that had been originally ordered. We thought the flavor would be fine but after one bite it was too different from a regular medium sauce that we asked for it to be sent back. The waiter should some attitude saying that the wings were just under sauced. We requested to have a new order sent out since the order was completely wrong. He took the bad wings back to the kitchen, tossed them in the right sauce (with a wing that had already been bitten in them) and returned them to us expecting that to be okay to have wings coated in some weird concoction. We then sought help from the manager since the waiter seemed to be mad at us for him getting our order wrong. The manager took the order off the bill, but the kid came back and took our checks after another waiter had brought them to us. The wing order mess up wasnt the deal, a waiter should not be showing attitude to a customer no matter how upset the customer may be. Theres no excuse for that at all. I hope, like other reviews have said, that corporate management will take over and get this place back up to standard. This location used to be good, but as of late, the food, service, and overall quality of the restaurant have been absolutely atrocious.
We have been a customer for years but seems to be going downhill. The top shelf margarita tasted like cheap mix with a hint of cheap tequila. Not worth $12. They ran out of flavors in the soda machine. Ran out of Sweetwater 420. Charged $.65 extra for each min-cup of salad dressing (for wings, etc) but did not mention it when we ordered. Medium burger was well done. They had to split our order into two tickets since they have a max of 6 per ticket? We had 7 people total so one of us got their food early and rest of us late. Didnt understand that.
The food is always good. In my most recent visit, the salad and buffalo chicken sandwich were awesome - but my wings were a bit over-fried (dry but still tasty.) Taco Mac beers are great, but the cocktails are too sweet in my opinion, so I usually just get something simple instead.
I love tacomac, the wings are typically good, burgers are fire, salads are good, i know its not a fine dining restaurant, but the chicken that gets added to the salad is straight garbage.. Tighten up and just pay the extra for some fresh chicken on the salad geeze. And theres like about 4ozs of meat in there... uggh.. why?.. and put it on a bigger plate! Get it together ✌
Taco Mac is a simple place with excellent beer choices. Wings, burgers and tacos are the main menu items. Its a large building with plenty of booths and kids generally get seated in a separate area too. They have a large bar to sit at too. Sports are always on the TVs. Service is friendly and unhurried. Easy to park close by too.
Worst place I have ever been to. Horrible service, cold food. There was only like 10 people in the whole place. We couldnt get waited on at a table so we went to the bar. There was only 1 other person sitting at the bar and we waited at least 10-15 minutes to get waited on and the bartender made my drink horribly. I ordered an absolute and cranberry and he put like 3 or 4 ice cubes in it. Then it took him another 10-15 minutes to take our order. We ordered our food and I ordered another drink, asking him to fill the cup with ice first. He brings me another drink with 5 ice cubes in it. An eternity later we get our food and it is cold. Im not one to waste or return my food so we eat and I ask for one more drink again asking the bartender to please fill it with ice. Didnt happen. So I drink my drink and ask for the bill. That took him another 10-15 minutes. This was crazy. I have never had service this horrible from anywhere. After all is said and done, I get my bill and my 3 drinks cost over 30 dollars! Seriously?? Ive paid less for the same drink at Mortons of Chicago! This is the worst dining experience I have ever had. Ive never put in reviews or comments to these things but this place is absolutely horrible. I travel for work so I eat out constantly. I have never been to a restaurant and had this kind of experience.
Was driving through Georgia on business- thought Id check out Taco Mac. Immediately understood why the company is so raved about. My server, Kaitlyn, was so attentive and helpful in suggesting appetizers and even let me sample beers before I settled on a beer of the month (try Nirvana by Ommegang!!!!). The extra crispy lemon pepper wings were out of this world!! Everything was perfect- thank you Kaitlyn for the awesome first experience!
Service was great despite just opening kitchen staff had food out quickly we ordered chicken tinga nacho for the first time although the dish was fine the chips were a little stale. We ordered the chicken avocado sandwich which looked great however presentation is weird. Due to its presentation you have to reorganize it to be able to fold the hoogie at all. Other then that great fast service and we will be back again
Our server Sam, was the most attentive server! He not only offered impeccable service to my Hubby and me, he was working his tail off for everyone around us! We called the manager over to make sure he got a pat on the back! The food was hot, delicious and correct!! Thank you Sam, for delivering the best service we could hope for!
We had a great experience here for dinner the other day! Olivia was was our server. She was very prompt, courteous, and engaging. She made us feel welcome. I Would come back. I would recommend. I would bring my friends here. OLIVIA IS THE BEST!!!! If she is here ask to be seated with her she will take care of you.
Me and my wife celebrated our 15th anniversary, and I must say this was one of our greatest restaurant experiences. Our server Marjory was so polite, kept checking on us and made us laugh through out the entire time. Words cannot describe how blessed we were. We came to the restaurant arguing and left out full with a great smile on our face! Thank you for the wonderful service!
Awesome bar service courtesy of Angela! One of the best reasons that this location rocks is due to the superb service of the bartender Angela. She seems to have the timing of your next bet down to a science. Get knowledge of the various beers is impeccable in recommending what hit should drink next. Without her, this taco mac location lacks the expertise that she provides. Still, its one of the best locations in the Atlanta based chain locations.
Abdullah was our waiter tonight and what a great guy (and waiter) he is! Took care of our food orders promptly and made sure we had everything we needed. PLUS, he entertained our 13 year old son and my husband and me with some great card tricks. We really enjoyed our meal and evening with him.
Great sports bar atmosphere. Big, open, and airy, but you can still have great conversation with the person you are with!! Lots of tvs to watch games and staff will change the channel if you want to watch something in particular. Love the boneless chicken wings...lots of flavors to choose from. Very attentive waitstaff!!
We always have a good time here. This was rivalry football Saturday. So pretty busy. We had some issues getting beer! They wouldnt wait on us, then the keg was being changed, then they were out. Not usual. Then we found extra items on our bill but they fixed it immediately.
If I could give zero stars I would. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at a Taco Mac. My husband, 2 small children and I went this afternoon at 2:30. It took about 5 minute for us to be seated even though there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. After sitting there quite a while the manager came to take our orders. After 20 minutes or so our appetizer arrived room temperature. Then our waiter Terrance came back and took our orders. Again it took about 25-30 minutes to receive room temperature food. When he finally brought our food he didnt bother to bring silverware or clear the app plates. So after eating once again we waited 20 minutes after asking for the check to get it. Then another 20 minutes for him to bring our receipt. Seriously I hope this guy was high or something because otherwise hes horribly incompetent at serving food. We will drive the extra 10 minutes to the Woodstock location from now on.
My least favorite location. i was told 15 minutes to pickup a salad and 6 wings and it has turned into over AN HOUR of waiting and being told how the kitchen “is a mess”. i understand there are days when places are short but this is ridiculous. have never had a good experience at this location but this was the closest one to me so i said let’s give it a chance and this is the last chance i will be going to this location. to top off waiting for over an hour when i got my food it was ice cold.
Where to begin?? I came here on July 4th at about 2:15 p.m. at about 2:25 I ordered 29 wings for an appetizer. At 3:00 I went to the hostess stand and asked for a manager since 39 minutes had gone by and I had not seen my appetizer or my waitress! Within about 2 minutes a manager came with my wings and apologized and said they were on her. She drops the wings no app plates and drinks empty. At about 3:20, yes 20 minutes later my waitress comes to see if Im ready to order! I kid you not, it was her 1st time back in about 50 minutes! I know it sounds like Im exaggerating but Im not. I looked at her and said Ive never seen something like this happen. Ive been in the restaurant business for 25 years and thought this could not be. Now, she wasnt busy being 4th of July we were literally one of about 5 tables in the whole place. And Im pretty sure the name tag on the manager said g.m. (general manager) we walked out without ordering, I let the waitress know how bad she was, which I do feel a little bad about but I really felt like I was in the twilight zone! SHAME ON YOU TACO MAC is about the only way I can sum this up. Please get it together so nobody else has to experience what my family did that day!!!
Frequently visit Taco Mac Crabapple. Especially love bartender/waiter/manager Michael. He is always friendly, smiling and very professional! He makes sure that drinks are always full, table is always clean and food arrives on time and correctly. I have never come to the restaurant and not seen Mike working his tail off. This Taco Mac is always clean and the hostesses always greet you with a smile. This is hands down my favorite location and it is due to the staff - especially Michael!
Once again, not as ordered. I had given up eating here, as had such disappointing experiences w food and service in the past. Wings are never done right. Never. They even told me how to order them so they’ll be crispy...”extra crispy, 22 minute” wings. Decided to give them another try tonight. Ordered take out wings. When I went to pick them up, got ignored by 5 staff members, one even asked me to move, while waiting at the “take out sign” for someone to help me. Finally got my order, went home, and of course, not crispy. At all. Well, I made another meal at home for dinner, threw them out, and wasted my money here once again. Never. Ever. Again.update: I was contacted by management, who wanted my information to make things right, offered me a gift certificate, etc. I contacted, gave them all the info on the visit, and my personal info, and NEVER HEARD BACK. Again, another shining example of how they dont care about the customer here at all...
We wanted something different for dinner so we stopped here. Walked in, we were seated right away and our server, Hailey, immediately greeted us. While taking our drink orders Hailey asked if we were Brewniversity members. I told her no and she quickly showed us how to sign-up and the advantages so we both joined via the app. After Queso and drinks we ordered the Monterrey Chicken Salad and a Chicken Wrap. Good drinks, great food and a wonderful atmosphere. Thanks Hailey!
Had the Hollywood sandwich in a wrap: delicious when dipped in honey mustard! My server Kristen was a great help in picking out a beer. THEY HAVE SO MANY CHOICES!!! Jonathan is a great addition to their new management team. Glad to see this place is turning around! Will definitely be back.
Usually good but bad experience during their half price wings deal. Poor service. Warm fries. Just not good experience. Another time...maybe. Should have stayed with our favorite Roswell place....Houcks grille. Great deals...live music...patio seating away from traffic and out of sun. Great value for whole family with experienced servers and managers that know you and care about you to provide great experience. Best place in Roswell.
In most other environments this restaurant would have folded. Roswell needs sports bars so I guess this place fills a need, but there is nothing good about this place. The beer selection looks vast until you order one and they tell you they don’t have it. And then you order your second choice and they don’t have it either (this is common to all Taco Macs). Once you find a beer you can live with it takes 12-15 minutes to receive it. This is after waiting 10 minutes for your server to approach. The food is of Applebee’s quality. On one hand I feel like the owners of this restaurant should be ashamed, but on the other they’re probably laughing all the way to the bank. People keep going and people keep getting deplorable service and average food, but then they come back next week anyway.
I visited this location this week and my server was Marjory. From the time me and my family sat down she was very attentive and on top of things. She gave great suggestions and made my son smile which is very difficult for most. Her personality was very bright and I’ll make sure to look for her the next time I’m visiting this location!
We used to love coming here. My husband has over 500 beers on the brewniveristy so it’s safe to say we have been to a lot of taco Macs. The last few times we have come to this one, the food and atmosphere have been terrible. Food was cold, dried out, and way over cooked. Our table was wobbly and sticky. Our shoes stuck to the floor so badly I don’t think the restaurant floor has ever been mopped. I was afraid for my son to touch anything. This is super disappointing. We will not be back to this location.
Extremely inconsistent in how the food is prepared, especially the fish tacos. If you don’t believe me, then just ask the people that work there. They recently switched to the non-authentic ‘wet’ coleslaw on the fish tacos. Sometimes you get good size portions with everything that comes on the plate & sometimes you don’t.
SERVICE - Service - service is consistently slooooooooooooow ~ borderline terrible. This is not an indication of the table staff ~~> its the kitchen. The dining room is about 40-50% occupancy and theres plenty of table staff but the speed with which the food comes out of the kitchen is remarkably slow. The food quality is good. Honestly, Ive rarely seen anything like it from a franchise this size.
Nice place to get a hot wing. My favorite are the mango habanero if you like some sweet heat like me. Their lemon pepper aren’t too bad either, but I’ve been told their regular buffalo sauce could be better on the flavor side of things. If you’re craving a wing like I do from time to time, I’d go here.
Used to be our favorite go to restaurant for wings, burgers, and salads, especially during a game. Not any more. I truly think this is one of the worst places in Roswell. A couple of years ago this restaurant was bought out and it has changed so much since then. The menu, the quality of the food, the taste of the food, absolutely everything.Super sad that we wont be going back. Tonight was the last straw! Ordered Lemon Pepper wings and they literally were plain wings with lemon pepper powder sprinkled all over them. They were beyond awful. My husbands hot wings were not much better and the fries he ordered, were completely covered in hot sauce. You really would have thought he ordered them like that.I have never seen an amazing place go from 5* to 0!! If there was a 0 rating, I would have chosen it. This is a great location that needs another restaurant here.
The place needs better lighting. You can’t even see menu. We went for lunch and no one was at the door to greet. We went to bar and nobody there either! After 19 minutes I finally found a server to get a bartender and when he waited on us he had a MAJOR ATTITUDE!I do not plan on going back. We used to go all the time but we are done being treated like this.
Food was just OK, service was horrible. We arrived on a Falcons game day so expected there to be some delay but it was awful. When we arrived, the place was less maybe 1/3 full. It took our waitress 5 minutes before she took our drink order, 15 minutes before she took the food order. By then it was starting to fill up with football fans. When we finally got our food 45 minutes after arriving, the fries were luke warm at best and the tortillas for the queso were cold and the queso itself was luke warm.
Not the greatest service. People would come by and ask if we needed anything, only to forget and never bring it. I had to ask almost 4 times just to get my water refilled. The food was fine but nothing spectacular, especially considering the price. I wouldnt recommend it.
Taco Mac is Atlantas best for wings, hands down. Their beer selection is also incredible. So at Taco Mac, I have beer and wings, and they never disappoint. Taco Mac is also below-average everywhere on service speed and attentiveness, but this one was a bit better. The nicest-looking and best-designed of all the locations.
Ben is the greatest server in the history of full-service dining! Im sure he would have been a superstar in the car hop days, too! He is very knowledgeable, professional, and polite. Ben is a character, too! Such a sharp wit! I especially love how he sports his Jumangi tattoo with such style! Next time we visit Taco Mac, well be sure to request Bens section! If only there was something he could do about the always-dry grilled chicken...
We ordered roasted wings to go. They must of lost our order as it was 30 minutes later than stated. Then, the wings were burnt completely. When we called the manager Anthony, he argued with us before agreeing to a refund. We eat these all the time and know what they look like. We offered to bring them back and he said it didnt matter. I will be writing corporate as well. This is coming from a person who owned a restaurant and a husband and wife team who worked in the restaurant business for 15 years each.
I wish there was a 0 star option. WORST SERVICE EVER! Not only did the waiter never check on us, but we had to wait 20 minutes after we finished eating to get the check. And all of this happened at 11pm so there were only four other tables! Here is the worst part, he got so mad about me complaining to him about his service, HE THREW THE CHECK BOOK AT ME! No joke he got the check book and threw it at me! I got the manager and told him and he did not even care at all! I will NEVER eat at this location again. What a dissapointment due to me always liking the food and how fast the food comes out. It is just the service that ruins it! This worker and manager need to be fired!
Beer selection is second to none. Food selection is invariably bar food but has been immensely improved over the years. Dont waste your time with the cheese dip, or any dip for that matter, but the burgers, chicken tenders and wings are solidly above average. Get a side of ranch every time.
Very disappointed. Its nice inside, but this is not the first service was terrible. The surrounding tables were filled and their orders were taken and delivered before mine was even visited. The restuarant was a little over half full of customers. Again, not the first time this has happened at this location. Ontop of that, when my order was finally delivered after well past an hour, the food was cold. Not to mention, it took over 30min to see the manager. Its a shame because the food was usually delicious. Needless to say my family and I have given up on going to this location.
One of my favorite sports bars to go to for a drink and some football, especially when Michael is bartending. He is extremely friendly, attentive, and not to mention easy on the eyes. But more importantly he is hard working and you can tell he cares about his job and making sure customers are happy!
5/4/19- 815pmThe hostess asked us if we wanted a hightop table, we said that we would prefer a booth (4 adults). She rolled her eyes and had a smirky look on her face, as if we inconvenienced her. She took us to a regular table. We sat down and saw 3 clean booths in another area (the restaurant was not busy). We decided to leave since the service upon entering was horrible. We will not return to this location. Employee needs to be taught how to properly greet and accommodate customers
Tried to give this place several chances but it is always a terrible experience. Tables were sticky when I complained about it the waitress obviously didnt want to hear it. Our food was mediocre at best and took forever to be served, wings and onion rings. Come on.Floor is greasy and unfriendliness around every corner. I wont be back and Ive noticed the last few times based on business others have decided the same.
Im sure this is a great place, I love Taco Mac, but everybody should know that 12 AM close or 1 AM close doesnt mean you can get food until then. 12 and 1 is when they want you out. For here within 15 min of close to find the kitchen closed. I guess most people are just drinking at that time of night and not ordering food. All I know is my dinner is now relegated to Waffle House or Steak N Shake. Meh. Maybe Wendys is still open. I just really wanted some of the best wings in the business so now Im grumpy. Im a stickler. If you advertise til midnight or whenever you should be served up to that time. If you want to get out by your close time then change your advertised hours to the MINUTE that you close your kitchen. After kitchen closes, you are officially closed. Grrrrrr.
I use to love Taco Mac but not anymore. The last few times has been horrible. Tonight will the last time I come here. The wings were dry and hard. They were so small they were basically the size of my finger. The sweet potatoe fries were burnt too. I dont know what happened to their menu but the definitely not the same.
They carded my friend when a group of us were there to celebrate my best friends 26th birthday and moving into a new place, and decided my friend didnt look like his ID. he didnt know his new zip code so they decided he was underage. When I asked if any of the rest of us could order drinks we were told no, apparently they had decided that a group of 23 to 27 year olds were underage because one of us didnt look like his ID. They didnt even card the rest of us and told us we would not be paying for our food and told us to leave. If I could so fewer than one stars I would. Literally the worst experience of my life at a restaurant, really didnt need this rudeness after a day of crying over having to move out of the house my son was raised in before he passed, god rest his soul.I will never be back to this taco Mac, and if you plan to drink here, youll be lucky if they decide to let you stay to eat.
T-Mac always has plenty of beer options for even the most discerning hops and non-hops lovers, alike. More importantly, the management actually cares enough to want you to be able to see your game on a nearby TV.The wings n burgers are great. However, I just tried the salmon with the Black Korean sauce for the 1st time.#NowImABeliever.
Ive been a loyal taco Mac customer for 10+ years. Ive never had any problems with other taco macs Ive been to but this one is always bad. Service is bad severs just dissappear for 15 minutes at a time. Food always takes 40 minutes to come out. If they have the beer you want then its a miracle. Im done coming to this taco Mac. Ill drive the extra 10 minutes to a better one.
20 minutes to be seated in a half empty resturant. The server was never around we always had to wave her over when we did see her. The appetizers were brought out luke warm and the chips were over salted and over cooked for me. The food took an hr and a half from our arrival to be brought to us we ordered it with the appetizers. We had it boxed up and left because we were tired of being there. I usually enjoy Taco Mac they have the best wins but this location is a horrible one bringing down the whole franchise. When my girlfriend ate the burger it took so long to prepare the patty and bub were burnt while the sautéed mushrooms were raw.
A shout out to the staff and customers last night who helped sing Happy Birthday to my parents. I few even got to share in our cupcakes at the end of the meal! Kudos to Michelle for taking care of our table of 16 people on a busy Thursday night - and for keeping the cold brews flowing! See you next week!
I would just skip this location. The service and food has degraded. You go there to pick up an order 30 mins later and its still not done. You wait for 15 more mins and the food is still not done. There are about 30-40 massless people in there too with no social distancing. Not worth it anymore.
The worst! The manager argued with us! We didn’t get our food. My son didn’t get his food. My father didn’t get his food (a simple wedge) until everyone at the table had all eaten their food (which wasn’t as ordered). This place was awesome years ago. Now, it’s is terrible. I will never be back to eat. I understand a mistake and I understand that observer did his best but the management and the general operation of this Taco Mac is laughable.
Angela is the best bartendress in ALL of Atlanta’s Taco Mac locations...bar none! She is always friendly, courteous and extremely knowledgable about all of the current beer selections. Her attitude and demeanor exude customer service! She is attentive to her customer’s needs and desires and is quick to recommend a new beer variety based on your specific tastes. She is the Ultimate Beer Goddess of Roswell and no one will ever replace her!
I have been here a couple times in the past few months and it was not the best service. I always sit at the bar and havent been really satisfied. But today I came in on a Friday afternoon and Dustin the bartender took great care of me and I am a bartender as well so I am very tough on service. But he exceeded expectations.
This used to be my go-to place but I honestly dont get what type of bar theyre trying to become. One that doesnt have a good rep thats for sure. Im not a fan of their wings anymore.....(particularly this location) Only because every time weve gotten them busy or not they come out cold. They also have the worst customer service ive ever experienced at any Tmac. Not only do the little cards NOT draw attention to any of the employees but I usually end up talking to a manager by the end of the night anyway. Go to a different location.
Cheese dip Carne potion was so small it was ridiculous. I’ve ordered it 25+ times so I know how it should be!!We were going to order a separate side of Queso on our dime, but the waitress took 22 minutes to come back and check on us!Ordered philly, no peppers and mushrooms... guess what... both!I even double checked, and had to waitress repeat my order back to me!Know wonder this place has only 2 stars!!!!!
Food is usually good, not great. Service is more miss than hit. Beer is cold, but frequently menu selections are unavailable. Dont be in a hurry and be prepared to settle for something other than your first choice. But besides all that....you can eat hot food and drink cold beer and watch sports, so not all bad.
Austin was amazing at fixing the issue I had with getting the wrong order through Doordash. He personally delivered the correct order to me and immediately addressed the issue when I called to make him aware of what happened through Doordash. I have had poor customer service at this specific location in the past but because of his service tonight, I will be going back with my son again soon. Thank you Austin!!
Waited at least 5 minutes at the host stand in the nearly empty resteraunt. One server passed us multiple times and even gave us a good long look, but no one ever seated us. So we (two hostesses who work right down the road) had to grab our own menues from the stand and seat ourselves. The bartender then said across the bar to us that someone would be with us in a minute. It was more like 5, again. We ordered apps, and then had to flag our waitress down to order entrees long after our apps were gone. We waited about 40 minutes for two burgers, and then again, couldn’t get ahold of our waitress for boxes or to pay. In fact, even though we were the closest table to the dish pit/kitchen she walked out of, she walked RIGHT past us and visited every other table behind us, even ones that weren’t her’s, and then tried to walk by us to go back to the kitchen. We had to stop her again, and then wait way too long for a check and a box. I assume this is because they were bitter that we sat ourselves, which would be understandable if we had walked right in and sat but we waited for five minutes and no one came, and working at two resteraunts myself, hosting at one and serving at another, I know well you don’t leave a customer standing at the host stand for five minutes, whether you’re the host or not! One of the many servers who clearly saw us could have sat us. In fact, one of the servers sat a party of four men right after us, and even though it was just me and my one friend, they were able to finish their meal long before us. Never been to a resteraunt more deserving of a zero star rating.
I placed a take out order of chicken tenders & fries at 11:20 at night. The staff member said It would be 20 minutes which is pretty long for fried tenders and french fries, once 11:40 rolled around I went up to the door which was locked. I had to wait for customers to come out; so I could go in. I went to the bar and my food wasnt ready. The bar tender went to check on it and said it will be a few more minutes. It was 12am closing time that my food finally came out. 40 minutes after I ordered it. I know they intentionally delayed it being cooked in hopes I would sit at the bar, order a drink yatta yatta, but my time is valueable.
Came in pretty early for dinner and got seated in the patio area. Would not give us a booth no matter what we did, which was weird because there were like seven booths open and it was early. So we kept coats on until they turned off a fan. My salad was good but I was sick the next AM......
One of the worst service expriences Ive ever had. Our server thought one of my friends didnt look like his ID, so instead of asking him to remove has hat, or swipe his hair out of his face, the guy took the lazy option and passed it off to his utterly incompetent manager. Manager comes over and instead of doing any number of logical things she asks my friend to name off his zipcode. Which first off is something I have never once seen anyone do to verify an ID, and frankly its ridiculous. He didnt know, as he had just moved across town, then the manager told us they wouldnt be able to serve us. One star the food and drinks looked far overpriced anyway. Along with rude management and staff.
Worst service I have ever had. Our waiter took forever to actually greet us and it all went downhill from there. He was rude from the start and didnt even give us his name (if he had I would include it). Sat down next to us to take our order and then didnt read it back to make sure it was correct just kinda stood up and walked off. Our food was delivered by the hostess not the waiter and low and behold my order was wrong. Put up the stupid red card to try to get his attention that we needed assistance and he made eye contact with me multiple times and walked past us before finally coming over. I told him I got the wrong flavor of wings and politely asked him for the thing I actually had ordered and he promptly told me I was wrong and they just probably werent tossed in the amount of sauce I liked. I told him I had taken a bite before asking just to make sure and they were sweet and I had ordered mild. After grabbing the plate from me he came back with the same wings just tossed in some mild sauce. I could tell because the single bite I had taken from the one wing was still there. I wasnt going to complain again but my friends I was with asked to speak to the manager. He came over and was polite and offered to fix my order but at that point the last thing I wanted to do was chance having someone spit in my food. After the ever so rude waiter came back over he raised his voice at my friends and asked if there was something that he couldve helped us with. The rest of the experience was awkward and unpleasant. Waiter had his friend deliver our checks and then when we placed payment in them he sulked over from the corner and snatched them out of our hands. He just looked and me and said sorry while rolling his eyes. Needless to say he got about a 4 dollar tip from our entire table which was generous if you ask me. I have never been afraid of a waiter before but tonight I was. I work in food service as well and understand that sometimes you have a bad day or a customer is just annoying you but if I would have EVER acted like that I would have gotten fired on the spot. Will not be returning to this location ever which is inconvenient because we typically eat here quite often.
Same experience... Wait..... And wait....... And wait... Saturday night, stopped by with my son because he wanted wings. Ordered at 7:15, 10 wings, a chicken Caesar salad, and a side of onion rings. 8:15, still no food, so we get up to leave and our waiter FINALLY explains that they are just waiting on the chicken for my salad. TMac owner, I know youll read this and tell me to contact you so you can make things better or right. Theres no need to contact you, because weve been coming to this restaurant, off and on, for over 10 years. If things were going to be made right, that would (and should) have occurred a long time ago. The problems are simple - orders not done right and it takes forever. Heres the fix. 1. Fire your kitchen staff. Theyre either terribly overworked, cant read an order, or simply dont care. Hire some that can take care of those 3 things, but only after you do #2 - Expand your kitchen. Simple ratio - your seating area is far too big for your kitchen to keep up, especially on a weekend night when youre slammed. God help the table of 18 that sat down 45 minutes after we arrived - they probably STILL havent eaten their food. Regardless, nothing will change. Why should it? You still keep pushing out mediocre food, still not as ordered, and still takes forever - and youre still always packed with a wait. Why should you change, especially when an idiot such as myself - who should know better - gives you just ONE MORE last chance, thinking things might be better this time.....?
I had the most spectacular experience at this TacoMac this evening. Owen was my server and he was spectacular. He was incredibly kind and accommodating and even comforted me when I started spontaneously crying during entrées. He even gave me his personal phone number and I promised him that he could have half custody of my first born and that he could be the Godfather to my second born. Owen is a saint and I can’t wait to see where he goes in life. Godspeed good man.
This place is either hit or miss. Sometimes the food is great and sometimes it seems high school kid prepared the meal and it is not so good. The beer is usually good. The Kona brewery selections like Wailea Wheat or Big Wave Golden or Longboard are pretty decent and keep me returning here.
Absolutely appalled by their to-go service...a guy next to me waited 15 minutes for his order, only to find it had been cooling on a shelf the whole time...and I deliver food, and was there 25 UNPAID minutes past the quoted time, and there was no sense of urgency to meet the time THEY quoted...keep showing your take out customers that they are low priority, and you wont have any
Sign suggested ne management so I would hate to see the old. We got there around 1pm on a Sunday and sat down immediately but was 15 minutes later that we saw our beverages. Not sure if it was our waitress or the systems they have there but everyghing was so inefficient. Upon asking for the check it took over 10 minutes to get it and pay it.
Service and food were just ok. When we arrived we were sat in a dirty booth, it still had app plates from the previous guests. I flagged down the hostess and was telling her about this but before I could finish she took the plates and walked away. So I had to go to the host stand and ask for a wet towel to wipe the table down, she again didnt let me finish andwalked away while I was still talking.then she came to the table with a dry paper towel to wipe the table down?? ? ? ? Okay, so I ask for a wet towel and she has the nerve to tell me that I told her the table was wet. No maam I told the the table was dirty and I needed a wet towel to clean it. Try to listen to your guests!!

2022-02-02Michael and team are awesome! They helped cater my daughter’s 3rd birthday party. She’s a big fan of Taco Mac so it only made sense. Thank you all for making her birthday extra special!

2022-01-16Waitress was nice, and good at her job. Fried pickles and pretzel bites werent bad. However, the food quality was poor overall. Wings were pathetic, rubbery, had still sporadically had feathers on them. Fries where cold and not fresh. The wing sauces were underwhelming. The store and what you could see of the kitchen was grimey. Ill never be back and suggest you save the trip until they announce they have found better food vendors supplying them with higher quality items.

2022-05-11Not a happy experience this time.I stopped in for lunch at this location which I had never been to before and for the first time ever I had an unhappy Taco Mac experience. I feel it was mostly due to the waiter.Things started out okay with a friendly server. I told him that I am a regular at other locations and he seemed pleased. Things went downhill from there though.First, I asked for iced tea with some mango flavoring and was told that wasnt possible to do. Every other location has been able to add the flavoring syrup so why not this one? I ordered a burger but was not asked how I would like it done and I also ordered tater tots done extra crispy. My additional request before the food arrived was for 2 side cups of blue cheese dressing and some extra napkins because I am a messy burger eater. The server looked entirely put out by that request. He walked away and returned with ONE extra napkin. When my burger and tots arrived it was obvious that they were not only NOT extra crispy, they were white in color and barely cooked. Had the server taken the time to ask how my meal was or if I needed a drink refill or anything, I would have requested a new order of tater tots. I had to ask again for extra napkins and he brought ONE more and then didnt return until I waved him down to ask for a takeout box and my check. It only takes one experience like this for me to decide that I wont be back. I will go to other Taco Mac locations of course but will be bypassing this Roswell location.

2022-02-06My friends & I just left 5 mins ago. We came in to celebrate my birthday & sat at a table for 20 mins without even being greeted. The bartender even made eye contact with my friend & started like she was gonna come to our table, then stopped & turned around & walked away. About 6 servers were standing around socializing with each other. We saw them see us when we came in. At about 10 mins after we sat down, another table was sat & got immediate service. At 20 mins after we got there, 3 other tables around us were sat, & all of us were looking around wondering where our servers were, & none of us had even been greeted yet. Finally a server came to one of the tables & ignored the rest of the tables & walked away. At that point, my boyfriend lost it, & we left. Also, the host was oddly slamming the menus down hard on all the tables like he had an attitude, & all the booths were dirty & had dishes all over them. They were not busy either. If they had been busy, we wouldve understood more. Thanks for ruining my birthday. We will never be back to this TacoMac. I dont know whats up with yall, because every other TacoMac weve been to has been amazing.

2022-02-16I went into this establishment with some friends to have a drink. I’m from out of state, so the bartender told me she had to show the manager my ID. I didn’t think much of it; the manager then comes out and tells me she can’t accept my ID because it “looks fake.” I’m 23. All of my friends with me were above drinking age, and one of them even works there! Denying me service because my ID “looks fake” in her opinion is ridiculous. If they want to be that strict they should get a scanner instead of leaving it up to the discretion of an ignorant manager who’s clearly never seen an Alabama ID.

2018-07-04My company hosted a little going away party at this Taxo Mac and they did a great job waiting on our party, bring drinks and food. They consistently went around making sure everyone had a drink if they wanted. We ordered a few appetizers which were good but standard bar type food. The queso dip was on point! I wish Taco Mac had a sign on the Mall marquee because it was a bit tricky to find for some.

2021-11-30If I could leave no stars I would. Service is always slow and not informed when it comes to their menu and beer. They typically only have 1 bar tender so expect very long wait times for your beer. And when you ask about the beer you ordered they quip back that the bartender is busy with a fullbar. My table had their beers for close to 10 minutes and then I was reprimanded that they are busy and I can wait. I have been to this location multiple times since theyre the only bar open past 10 but no more. Dont go here. Dont support this restaurant until they fix their staffing issues. I would have asked for a manager during my visit but they are no where to be found.
