Always loved Taco Mac but today not so much , waited a long time to be seated then approached by employe who offered no apology for waiting so long. I know times are hard to find good people but a little training in customer service wouldn’t go amiss. After waiting for our meal fish and chips it was disgusting so salty full of grease and orange coating inside. I really don’t complain as it just not worth it but I don’t want anyone else to be disappointed it was after all my early Mother’s Day brunch.The only bright spot was our server Maddie so thank you.
I had a very bad experience last night at this location. I am not sure will I be ordering here again. I called last night at 10:00 p.m. to place a to-go order. I was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. I arrived at 10:20 p.m. Upon entering, I saw a lot of people waiting in the to-go area. I was immediately asked to pay for the order and told my order would be ready shortly. My order was not ready until 11:45 p.m. I only ordered a wrap and fries! Nothing else. I was told that the kitchen staff was limited and “sorry for the wait.” My food was cold by the time I ate it which doesn’t make sense if i waited for almost 2 hours! This is unacceptable! When I called at 10:00 p.m., I should have been told over the phone that there was a wait so I could decide if I wanted to still place an order. It’s ridiculous that the staff was so quick to take my money as soon as I got in the door but I had to wait two hours to even get my food! After working 12 hours previously, this is frustrating. I was asked before leaving if I wanted a drink like that would make up the time I spent there waiting on my food! Lost a customer! Good riddance!
Slacking lately. Grilled chicken I received with salad was fried to be reheated so it added a hefty layer of grease between salad and protein. First time occurrence with an entree ordered previously but what really bothered me was a couple weeks later when I inquired how a drink was made (count pours, measured) the response was ‘how I feel’, which I thought was totally inappropriate and explained why his cocktails are consistently bad. I used to get really good service and food….miss the old caring staff. Not worth it anymore!
This location is ok. The bartender wasn’t very friendly nor did he want to make conversation when we tried to. Ok buddy it’s your tips you are missing out on. Our food which was two orders of wings and fries took FOREVER to get to us. But they were good and the chocolate cake was phenomenal. However people pay for a good experience not necessarily good food.
Our server Brenna was AMAZING! She was so friendly and has such a good personality! We felt like she was one of our friends! She made sure we got everything we needed and made sure my friend with a dairy allergy was taken care of. She went above and beyond for us and we will be back because our service was just so great! Thank you!
Taco Mac Kennesaw is like your child growing up. Started out all cute and fun, became a great place, then went through its weird phase. Finally it seems to be finding itself again.The beer is still cold with lots of delicious variety.The food seems like its still trying to come back from its weird phase. Chicken wings are still delicious, but the menu feels like its trying to be more than it really should be.Will definitely be back.
Taco Mac is a great sports bar to hang out with your team, watch games, or just have a few drinks. They do have a huge selection of beer on tap, and great tasting food choices. Their wings are really good.
You know what you expect when you go to Taco Mac. The food is consistent. This location was very slow. It was a Friday night and moderately busy. The waitress was very friendly, the wings were good...but it was all very slow to come out.
What a cool place. They make you feel right at home. Ive had the burger and fries a couple of times. It was consistently good. The bar staff was very friendly and always smiling.
My friend and I went last night. Our server was Andre and he was GREAT, one of the best servers Ive ever had. He made the night fun, checked in appropriately, gave good drink recommendations, fast at any requests. 10/10 recommend asking for Andre as your server.
I always have a great time at this Taco Mac, but today I was nervous. You see today I wanted to bring my 5 month old puppy, I was starving and I want him to get used to the hustle and bustle. From the hostess to the servers everyone was amazing so sweet. Our server was Sydney, she was not only attentive and friendly, she made me and Meeko feel welcome and at ease. Taco Mac not only do you have great food, a good selection of beer, your employees are awesome too. Thank you Sydney, it might not have seemed like much to you but it meant the world to me. 10 out of 10 stars. I hope you see this!
Taco Maco, Kennesaw ~ never fails! Savannah was our waitress and she was everything we need it on a wonderful Friday evening. Extremely attentive, and so on point, kept the drinks coming. Gave us enough of everything napkins, sauces, water, our drinks, our food! I really could not have asked for better service I loved it after a horrendous long work week, this is exactly how I want to start my weekend. Date night with my hubby! Thank you so much Savannah your service was extraordinary and we will return for you❤️ Thank you!
Great selection of food, good servers, tasty food (low rating not because of the location). Unfortunately, the corporate nutritional information, while available, was totally worthless because it is impossible to browse thru it via phone or tablet. The server was kind enough to help research the food carb content which was my personal need.The Corporate peeps should make the complete nutritional information available via the mobile website underneath every food item. So simple to fix and it will have a wide impact with their health conscious customers.
I wish they would add a little more sauce to their traditional wings. One thing I miss about being up North is never having to ask for your wings to be extra wet...they dont cheat you on your sauces up North. Also the philly steak eggrolls are great, but they only give you 2 for $7.00. Thats a bit ridiculous.Food is still very good. Everything tasted wonderful and the service was great 👍🏻.
Usually never write bad reviews for food service bc they’re almost always overwhelmed with tons of people but the fact that this place couldn’t even get most of our orders right is crazy. Our friend ordered a Coke to drink and instead they gave him cherry coke BOTH times lol, they brought us the wrong food the first time, cheese dip taste like it was store bought, and lastly they ain’t even give me croutons on my Cesar salad. at first I wasn’t bothered bc I thought that maybe I just didn’t specify that I wanted croutons but when I went to check what their Cesar salad contains it stated it came with them. told the server, she said she’d go check then proceeded to ignore our table the whole time until it came time for the check. 😐 my boy at least get my Cesar salad right 💔
I ordered the buffalo chicken egg rolls and the Peachtree Burger with sweet potato fries through Uber Eats and it was amazing!!!! I wanted to try something new and was having late night cravings and lucky this restaurant stays open until 1am!! It was really great! This was my first time trying Taco Mac and for it to be good even when ordering through Uber Eats late at night says a lot!! I can’t wait to dine in and eat at this location. This restaurant has easily become apart of my top 5 list of restaurants that are great in this area!
I have been going to this location for years. (Masters Degree, Brewniversity). I enjoy the food and the beer. But they must be under new management in the last year. It has gone downhill. I have been disappointed, but it is usually little things. But last night was the worst, and I think Im done. Ordered thru Doordash All The Way Nachos and Voodoo wings. The last 2 out of three times Ive ordered, they had forgotten the extra bleu cheese. Thats almost $1.00 each. But last night, they didnt send the chips! I tried to call and let the phone ring almost three minutes and no one answered. Now we have gone from lack of quality control to no professionalism. What business cares so little for their customers that they allow that to happen. I spent $44 dollars on nachos and wings. No more. I guess the customer comes last at this location.

Took forever to get appetizer and even longer to get food. Many tables came in after us and received their food quicker. Food quality was not consistent with other Taco Macs. Will not be back for awhile. Very disappointing.
After paying just under $100 for food for myself, my teen, and husband, I have to say this is a far cry from the Taco Mac I used to love. Sitting here currently with a rock in my belly after trying to give what I ordered a chance. The cheese dip was so cold and even after microwaving it it was unusable. The chips that came with the queso were old and stale. The salmon, while we didnt expect it to be red lobster rated awesome it was not tasty at all and that was the one with the cajun seasoning. The fish and chips were a soggy mess, fries left out of the order. We literally tossed everything in the trash and called it a night. What a waste of money. How far Taco Mac has fallen from my time spent there years ago. I hope that those who eat inside the establishment have much better luck than anyone ordering online for delivery.
Who ever was on wings as 12:20 am on April 14th 2022 was going hard. The best wings I have ever had. I wish I had taken a picture so I could replace my wedding photos with pictures of these wings. But here is a picture of me with tiny glasses
Boring food, and inattentive service. The fish and chips are the worst I have had in a long time. The fillets are thin and the batter too thick. The tartar sauce has hot chili oil added so it is too hot to eat and overpowers fish. Just give me regular tartar sauce! The wings used to be big and meaty; these were small and just like every other wing joint. The Philly cheesesteak lacked sufficient meat and there was no au jus for dipping. French fries where not crisp and had been under a heat lamp prior to serving. Our server did not listen to our order and had to make multiple trips to kitchen to make it right. All in all, this was a waste of money. The food is lackluster and presented in a manner that makes the entire experience uneventful.
Bar keep Tara was very welcoming . I like her best. Unlike the other guy, she went with the flow an allowed us to order at our pace by just checking in. Wish it were just her or more like her,would given a five star.
First time there and the Server Ryan was Very Knowledgeable of the Menu. He told us about over 100 different beer taps. He helped me with my order was polite and friendly. Made sure we were taken care of. All three of us ordered something different and all the food was Amazing. Should have taken a before picture but it Smelt amazing and the Beer was Cold!I chose four different flavors of wings.We will be back!
Lots of TVs with an array of sports displayed. Was there to watch Hawks game - Taco Mac prioritized over the other games. Great service and consistent food. Ill be back.
Ordered a cuban sandwhich took 25 minutes to come out and it was cold as ice. BRead was super warm but the meat and cheese were so cold took a bite, spit it out asked if i could get it cooked 20 minutes later i said forget it. Paid for my appetizer and left. 👎
Staffing was very unprofessional. Worker who wears the man bun with shaved head and accent profiled me in front of other customers asking ‘em to confirm my pickup orders while never even asking the other customers or double checking like he did me. I found this very disrespectful being that I was the only other black customer picking up at the moment it made me feel very uncomfortable. Will be calling up there tomorrow to speak with whomever is in charge. shame.
Had roasted wings lemon pepper wet with spicy sauce. The wings were roasted perfectly. SHOUT OUT TO THE CHEF!!
Surprisingly tasty for a local chain restaurant. They were able to accommodate a party of 20, and our server Kevin was fantastic.
Beer seems to always be flat. Food is good but I used to go for the wide selection of beers. I gave up trying to drink beer there and stick with the food.
Dine in open. Masks not required or requested. Seating is somewhat every other booth/6ft. Food was good. Prices were average. Service was average. Husbands order was wrong & no offer to correct it was made.
Its Taco Mac!!! theres not much more I can say here, but this place rules when it comes to beer and wings. Its got average arcade for some quick fun for the kiddies. The crowd is younger as it college town. You have to be quick with this place and good on timing as itll get pack QUICK. With all this said i say if you live close and are feeling some GOOD wings, COME HERE.

Food was exceptional and very good service from our waitress.I recommend the steak quesadillas.
Over all good restaurant, avoid the rice. Mine was under cooked and had a plastic taste and texture.
The service was slow but they have good drinks specials. They have a Mexican influences menu with bar favorites. They have a huge dining area with tons of tvs.
Our food was really good, although we waited close to 45 minutes for it. We were told the restaurant was short staffed, which we understand in the world of Covid now. But, there were maybe half of the tables full...so maybe not a staffing issue? We love Taco Mac and usually stop on our way through to North GA and will continue to do so. Hopefully the staffing issues will be rectified our next time through.
Cool place, friendly staff, well plated , delicious food. I took one star for seating us in a BrIgHtLy lite, warm window booth, then making us wait, like forever for our beverages, and finally...making us wait for the check. I mean wait like I was getting up going to ask the hostess for it kind of wait

Hostas was unfriendly with a bad attitude but, Sofia , our server and the management team along with the food were great!
The service was sad as well as the food. Waited 30 minutes for our appetizers. Our server Rachel forgot items we asked for we had to go to the bar to ask for a glass for our drink the food was terrible and so was the service. Left the food after just 2 bites. We asked for the tab payed the server did not even ask if something was wrong with the food since it was all still on the plates. Will not be returning.
Haven’t been here since I graduated KSU. I enjoyed my burger and fries. Wife got the steak tacos and we had a pitcher and a speciality beer. Pretty good. Our waitress was nice but she kept forgetting my ketchup lol. We had a good time.
Great little restaurant/bar. Service? Not so much. I get that places are struggling right now but our waitress was not attentive at all- to the point that we ordered from the website for carryout to order food. And for most of the time we were here, there were maybe 5 other tables with folks at them. She was either completely MIA or never bothered to acknowledge us. Continued to see many other waitresses servicing their tables but not ours. I would advise not coming to this location.
Hey hey dont worry about the prices in here because they high. ON a real note, one of the best all American restaurants we have in kennesaw. Get the boneless wings!
The lovely Miss Bailey was pleasant and efficient. Our food came out swiftly and was hot. The Spicy black bean burger could use some SPICE and the kids tenders are HUGE but he loved them.
Our server, Mary, was super sweet and helpful! No matter how weird the request, she happily complied. Very inviting atmosphere, great staff, will definitely be back!EDIT: We are never disappointed by this locations staff and food. Everything was excellent, including our servers suggestions and special orders, and he was very patient with our rambunctious table!

Love Taco Mac been a regular for 30yrs now. Always cold beer and best selection of craft and the wings especially the roasted wings tossed in slow burn ( scorpion pepper).
Since the ownership of Taco Mac changed a few years ago, they made many changes I do not like.- They discontinued my favorite salad, the Cobb salad.- They discontinued my favorite sandwich, the grilled chicken and avocado sandwich.- They discontinued the intermittent surveys, which allowed for customer feedback. I guess they don’t want to know what their customers think anymore. Let’s hope they read this review.- They’re tight on giving enough dipping sauce for a wing order. If you ask for more, there’s an up-charge for it. Sorry, but two ounces isn’t enough for 10 wings! Pitiful. I’ll buy wings elsewhere from now on.- If I order fries, I say, “instead of ketchup, bring honey mustard” to dip them in. They charge me for that. Maybe they should give me a discount for not using ketchup. It’s pretty ridiculous.- They now seem to prevent access to certain websites when using their WiFi. So, to get around that, the customer has to turn WiFi off. 🙄
Food was good, staff was friendly but definitely understaffed. Took a good 10 minutes from sitting down till our drink order was taken. But door came quick and service was good.
Simply called to see if there was a wait and the lady said “first come first serve.” I said I understand but is it packed right now? And she said “I work in the back” Then I asked if there was anyone up front that could let us know how long the wait is. She replied “can’t disclose that over the phone.” What restaurant won’t tell you if there is a wait or not?? Laziest worker on the planet.

Always love going to Taco Mac! Great selection of beer, delicious hot wings, and great service. Only down side to this visit was finding out they changed their pretzel and got rid of the delicious beer cheese! 🥺 Other than that its a great place to hang out and eat awesome food!
Used to be a great location but recently has been just terrible. Past 2 times have waited over 15 minutes for a server to show up and not even apologize or explain why they hadn’t come by. Also waited over 45min to an hour for 2 grilled chicken plates. Both times has been when the restaurant was empty so being busy is not an excuse. Service has just been horrible. This la at visit the table next to us got a sandwich and the bread was beyond moldy. Not a clean place at all (health score of like an 82). Will not be going back.
THIS is what a sports bar and grill should be like!! Everyone could view multiple TVs so great, functional layout. Great food! Fantastic variety of beers at reasonable prices!
Food not that great. Not very clean inside and flies in the window where we sat. Wings and fries hard and cold. Tasted old. Service was good. Had the same experience in December when i eat there. Food quality, and cleanliness way down. Been going there for years. Sad to say i will probably not be returning there. Used to be one of my favorite places to eat!!!!
I dont often write reviews about restaurants, but the experience I had tonight at Taco Mac was exceptional! My boyfriend and I were in the mood for wings and picked this place over Hooters. Were glad we did. Our waitress Claire went above and beyond in her service and attention. She was both friendly and knowledgeable. And she made us feel like we were the only ones in the restaurants. She is the definition of 5 Star Service and wed be happy to have her as a waitress forever. Might I had that the food was also great. We had wings, tots, fries, spinach dip and mozzarella sticks. Everything was delicious. This visit was our first but certainly wont be our last!!!
Mmmm not sure what’s going on in there, but the food is trash. Ive eaten at Taco Mac plenty of times; even worked there as a kid, but this Taco Mac in particular is just terrible. I couldn’t even keep the food enough to take a pic, I wanted it out of my face. I ordered the new philly egg rolls w a fish and chips & a side of mac. First of all, the eggrolls were burnt to a crisp, dry af, & when i say cut so carelessly they were in squares, triangles & every other elementary school shape. The fish was oiled up to the point that the batter fell off, & i think the fish was well overdue to being thrown out. Cole slaw was literally spoiled. Smelled so bad. Luckily I had no issue getting it refunded so I’d say the employees is what’s keeping this location up. Def not the food :/
Usually love Taco Mac. Today not so much. Took 10 minutes to be greeted. Ordered spinach dip and wings. Dip took 25 minutes and it was disgusting. Burned and dry. Tried to send it back, but couldn’t get out server over to us so just ended up eating it bc we were starving. Wings took even longer. No napkins or utensils were brought so we sat there yet again. Finally got some cheap bendy plastic ware. Apparently that’s all they had. Drinks sat empty. Just a huge disappointment.
Slow service even when is not busy. Food has good a presentation and taste, but it is expensive for the amount you get, so no value. Tacos are small, the cheese sauce is half of the portion and twice the price. There many better places to go and more affordable.
Great tacos and the specialty burger with the fried egg was a savory feast. One of my favorites in this area.
Appetizers... Boneless wings, and spinach dip! Yummmmm!!! Wonderful service and food! The wings were so flavorful and tender. We ordered 20 wings and got to choose 4 flavors. The spinach dip was my favorite!
Today I ordered Taco Maco through DD. Boy what a mistake that was. Half my order was missing, and the other half of my order was burnt and not edible. The burger tasted like charcoal. Wasted $40 on this terrible meal.

The first time i went there it was very good , so i went back that same week . But on a friday and it was not so good i ordered the same thing . and it was different . So i would say if you go , dont go on a weekend if you want good food . the peoplel that works there are very nice and tenative to your needs . Good Drinks also
Food was good. Order was accurate. Server was friendly and trying hard but also had large group that was dominating her time. They had also ran out of To-Go cups. I will probably give them another try next time Im out that way.

Watched everyone work very hard to give everyone a great experience. Even short staffed I watched them do everything they could. I sat next to a large group with about 5 adults and 6 kids come in and order tons of food for all and alcohol for the adults. They kept complaining that everything was to slow and they needed to hurry to the kids baseball game 30 minutes after they got there. The staff still got them everything as fast as they could. If you have a time crunch dont bring a huge group to eat there and expect a short staff to serve you instantly. Thank you to all of the Taco Mac staff who worked so hard to still give everyone a great lunch.
Went for lunch, so the store had just opened. The floors were absolutely disgusting, so greasy it was a slip hazard. The table was sticky. The service was good, the wings were good, not great. Celery was dirty. The burgers came out literally cold, and missing the fries which came out 15 minutes later.
This place has so many TVs! If youre looking to watch the game, this the place to go. Our food was delicious and so was the beer. The food came out quickly and service was great. Once football starts up, I will be coming to watch the games!
Some days its good, a lot of days its below average. I almost never get fresh fries here. Theyre hard like theyve been sitting under a warmer for 5 hours. They also keep leaving the pickle spear off my order like they think I dont notice. I want my dang pickle please! Decent service though, no complaints there.
Experience was great and food was good. Wouldve given more but I got a chicken tortilla bowl Togo, and instead, it felt like they just dumped some soup in an 8ounce cup. If youre gonna charge $6 plus for what I would assume is soup, you better be putting at least three cups full. Feels like Im just paying for the design on what honestly looks like a party size dipping sauce container. SMH. Put sizes on the menu in ounces then I could atleast weigh if its worth spending.
Good food, but almost impossible to park. The place was half empty,but it still took folks from our group 15 minutes to find a parking spot.Also, food service was very slow, 30min from placing the order. The waiter had a good sense of humor though, and speculated that the cook was delayed because of the parking problem.

My family and I love taco mac we typically visit the Woodstock location and always have a wonderful experience. We have recently visited this location 2 times before today and service was not that great. however they were busy so we were more than understanding. Todays visit however has convinced us not to visit this location anymore. We were sat and looking at menu for about 5 min and after we had decided our order we wondered where our waiter was. Looking around there was plenty of staff standing and talking so we set a timer for 15 min. No one said a word to us despite multiple team members walking by. We informed the hostess of the issue who simpley said sorry about that and then carried on her conversation. Needless to say we left very disappointed in the service.
The queso was not melted enough. The chicken tender and fries were not very large portions and the waitress only seemed to show up at her convenience instead of checking on how we were doing, throwing salt packets on the table when we asked for salt. It used to be much better.
Bad food and bad service! At 830 the place was not crowded at all. My burger was over cooked and did not have everything on it as described. After seating we received waters right away. It took 25 mins to get our beers. Went to the restroom and the floor near the restroom was very dirty and slick. I almost fell three times.I love taco Mac but will not be returning to this location.
The food and drinks were great. Ordered a wrap with an old fashioned. I also ordered some wings to go and they looked amazing when they came out. Great place, have been going here for many years now and I am never disappointed.
De-lish-us! It was a Saturday night, and they were not seating at max capacity, so we were expecting a long wait. But they seated us quickly, and we didnt have to wait long for our food. Service was excellent, and it was a fun environment.
Service is very rude. The food was okay. The wings that they call roasted are a little too roasted because they came out black when I placed a to-go order one time.
“Your order will be ready in 20 mins.” [35 mins later]“Okay, it’ll be about 10 more minutes.” Really?

If youre going on a weekday, this place is fine, but avoid weekends or big game nights. We did curbside pickup on a Friday. The order took over an hour to be completed, several items were missing and one of the entrees was wrong. The host was very nice and kept us updated, but the kitchen had some issues.
Server was nice but had too many tables to handle so service was not good. The manager took over for the server and was nice. Food was subpar & lukewarm. Nice outside seating area. Hopefully it was just a bad day for them.

Got our food wrong, then took 20 minutes to get new good. By this time, we needed to leave. They brought the new food, forgot half my order and it was cold anyways by the time we got it to go...another 5 minutes later... Told the waiter we were in a hurry because we were late getting our kids....then he took about 10 minutes to come back for our bill. They didnt comp anything or offer much of anything. I didnt get to eat my food. Waiting for it to reheat now at home. Never going back. Other tables next to us had the same problem. Just go somewhere else, not worth it.
Five stars across the board!! Upon entrance the two host were friendly with great customer service as I asked for a seat on the patio for a party of one. I was sat immediately at a perfect corner table on the patio. The view was great, the weather amazing and my server was perfect! She knew the menu very well, took great care of all her patio tables and requested great appetizers for me to start with. I had the nachos trio with queso, guac & salsa. So yummy! I had the Brunch on Monday cocktail which was great! Had the lemon pepper wings as my entrée which was also delicious! I had a plus one join me on the patio and he also enjoyed his time. Josie was our server and she was the best!! We will definitely be back! Great service, good food and well made cocktails!! Clean bathrooms and good decor!! Dine in on 4/7/21.
Went at lunchtime. Ordered the cranberry and pecan salad with grilled shrimp. The salad was delicious. (Didnt love the sweet tea though). Server was great and the manager even checked in on us.
Taco Mac is a good sports bar/restaurant. The wings are good with lots of flavors to choose from. Our table had a wide variety of entrees like wings, burgers, tacos, and soup. The service is good- the servers seen spread out in their attention, but everyone was friendly. Awesome football spot!
This would be a 5 star review. Me and my boyfriend live within a .5 mile radius of the restaurant so we come here pretty often, even have the brewniversity. We love the service its ALWAYS FANTASTIC and the food too. But today we visited and had SO MANY ISSUES with our take out order.For starters instead of sweet potato fries for a side we got a box with just lettuce and sour cream, The wings had little to no sause on them and didnt get my blue cheese dipping sause (paid for the 8oz extra side of sause too never got that as well) The bacon mac and cheese had no bacon or crumbles, it was just plain mac and cheese and the fries we did get were soggy and seem like they had been sitting out for a while or were under cooked. We love this establishment but this visit kinda put a bad taste in out mouths, if you know what I mean.
The staff was friendly, the food was not. Pickle chips were undercooked soggy and swimming in a pool of grease, the burgers were unseasoned bland tasteless mush, tots were unsalted and cold, mac and cheese was dry as could be. I ate about 3 bites of my food and had to stop.All my homies hate TacoMac~Someone really smart
We found our new Taco Mac spot. We used to go to the Prado/Sandy Spring location after experiencing Dunwoody and Cumberland locations being incredibly bad but after a little while Prado went down on our rank as well.Kennesaw Taco Mac has the best service so far out of all the locations I’ve been to. Even during a busy Friday night while the Braves were playing, we had a 20 min wait. We got our table, but nobody came to us for 15 min. It was very disturbing because we were sitting there without any drinks or even a person to ask what we want.However, one server who happened to passed by and had a different section at the other end of the restaurant, saw that we were looking around and took our order. Then the manager came and apologized for the miscommunication between hostess and waitress and offered us to help with the bill.Food is always good in every location, but we go for the roasted wings most of the times, but if service sucks, I can make it at home without any issues.I’m glad we got this situation fixed and I appreciate the team being so efficient and tentative to handle issues in a friendly and respectful manner. Two thumbs up for Taco Mac Kennesaw. We will definitely return.
Waited over 45 min for a 2 entree to-go order. Was told it would only take 15-20min. When I saw a table of 6 (who sat down after I placed my order) get their food, I asked for my money back. The so-calledmanager did not apologize or act like she even cared. I will never waste my time here again.
We ate here last night and both the service & food were excellent. Since we were staying across the parking lot at the Embassy Suites, we decided to order carry out. When we arrived to pick up the order, there was no one at the carry out station. We saw an employee and told her we were there for a carry out order. She asked the name and walked away. About 7 minutes later she returned with the food, gave me the total, swiped my card and gave me the food. Not once did she speak or even say thank you. I checked my order and it was wrong. She took the food and walked away, saying nothing. About 5 minutes later a young man returned with my order, and needless to say it was STILL WRONG. I could deal with the mistake, but it is the horrible service that that led me to leave this 2 star review. DO BETTER PEOPLE. IT COSTS NOTHING TO SPEAK TO YOUR CUSTOMERS AND SAY THANK YOU.
Food was good. Voodoo Wings taste great! Take out personnel was distracted (on phone), didnt take time to ensure order was complete. Came back for missed items and she had an attitude because she had to get them. First time Ive received mediocre service at this location.

We order Taco Mac to go very regularly. Today the order got messed up and the general manager Bo made not one, but two special trips out to my personal house and made the order correct. We were very satisfied with this outstanding customer service! We will be ordering again soon.
They have great wings the only downside is that the restaurant is so loud that you can’t even hear the person in front of your talk. They need to turn the TVs down a bit. The Togo food is good but always cold. Asian sweet heat is the best wing sauce

The server we had was very rude, didnt fill up our glasses and had to ask other waiters to do it instead. Had to ask multiple times for stuff and the server wouldnt even come talk to our table over others he was serving too. Was the worst experience ever had at a taco mac. The Woodstock one is way better then the Kennesaw one.

Great Wings! So Many Beers On Tap!
Two weeks ago, I ordered a 30piece wing!! All of them were burnt!! I did not have time to come back because my family was starving. I’m here now because I genuinely enjoy Taco Mac and the farm raised chicken. I ordered another 30 piece and one box had 12 wings and the other had 15 wings! I am so disappointed.
This is my first time at Taco Mac Kennesaw. I been to Taco Mac in other locations. Server was very friendly, got seated soon. Ordered drinks, shrimp and wings. The food was good but had a to wait a bit (compared to other locations) to get the food and drinks. I also felt that shrimp is frozen, just the way I got the taste, everything else was good. Maybe will try again after few days.
The grilled chicken salad was delicious and all the orders at the table loomed equally delicious. I would recommend this for a casual date night or lunch date.
Great beer selection. I had some boneless wings, which were great. Not wild about the quesadilla I had, but it fine. Service was very good.

Taco Mac has decent, but typical bar food. Their beer selection is top shelf, possibly the best rotating selection in Atlanta. Being near KSU is a plus and provides a good mixture of working professionals and students.In the past, I have had some really bad experiences with service. So bad, that I would try to convince people to go to one of the other spots nearby. I am pleased to say that it seems they have turned the corner on service.I went to a work event and was pleasantly surprised at the very attentive, high-level of service our large party received. BRENNA was our server and handled our party like a seasoned pro. The food came out correct and on-time, the drink orders were correct, and her personality was fantastic.I need to go back a few more times before Im a true believer that the restaurant, as a whole has improved. If you go, ask for BRENNA and let me know if youve had a similar experience. It just goes to show that places can change, so dont give up because of a bad experience.
The food is good, but if you order for delivery make sure to order extra, because they will forget most of it and something will be wrong with what you do get.

Great wings. They claim never frozen and I guess that makes the difference because they are crisp outside but moist inside. Good service. Beers are a little pricey.
Dont order to-go! The last few times we have ordered pick up the service has gotten progressively worse. I have picked up several orders with forgotten items. Most recently, we waited a full 35 minutes longer after the estimated pick up time, and then they still forgot an item. When we checked the bag and asked them for it (a bag of chips to go with nachos) it took another 10 minutes for them to bring it out. Its unfortunate because I love their food, so well wait until we can dine inside to go back.

Food is great! Especially the roasted wings... took at least a good 20 minutes for the food to come out. This past Thursday night, the waiter sat my wife and I down at a table but when I requested a booth instead, the waiter sat us down at a booth that WASNT cleaned. There were used paper towels under the table, and you could tell the table hadnt been wiped down....not cool Taco Mac! But again .... the food was slammin!
Was not able to get table inside to watch game even though we call ahead. While sitting outside other people started playing bean bag game & almost hit my husband. We could not hear the game but we watched through the window. Speaker was to low. Food was not good. 6 different orders & nobody liked their food!
Terrible service and cold wings our waiter never brought our French fries out with our wings until were done. The establishment was also no busy or at half capacity. I had a great experience the first time and was looking forward to the good food again. I was very disappointed since we also had a large party.
This Taco Mac is really clean and the waiters are professional and courteous and brings your food right out. Its not as packed as some either actually it seems like the neighborhood locals goes to this location. I will be back & you should visit too if youre in the area.
Zach and Pieper were great at the bar. I only had drinks, but staff were on top of things. Spoke with Casey the manager. This location is open until 2am, which is astonishing to me. Every staff member I saw was in motion the whole time I was there; I appreciated their hard work. COVID precautions taken, so feel safe to come out. Ive been coming here for years and have never been disappointed.
We live near the Taco Mac and order fairly regularly (via Door Dash due to the pandemic), but the last few times have been extremely lackluster. They have forgotten items off of our receipt often and when we ordered on Super Bowl Sunday 2021, though I understand the restaurant was very busy, they left off half of our order despite charging us. I ordered the quesadilla which is meant to come with guacamole, salsa, and sour cream. I received the quesadilla ONLY. My bf ordered wings and selected celery and carrots, receiving ONLY the wings. We ordered pretzel bites as an appetizer, which we never received. I do not mind waiting extra time when the restaurant is obviously busy, but at least give me my full order especially when I pay for it all. I am so displeased with this particular Taco Mac.
I visited this location today 5/22/21. My bf and I, had to wait and wait and wait just for extra condiments and silverware. Now our food is cold. No apologies nothing. But other color raced, customers were waites with nooo problems..we are just sitting here watching. PSA tooo black ppllll.....dont i repeat....dont come here..this restaurant is not for uss...sad..
I have yet to find a Taco Mac where most of the food is good. If you’re only getting wings or a burger then you’ll be alright, anything else on the menu and you’re rolling the dice.
I love this restaurant / sports bar! Friendly staff. Tasty food with good options. I love the catfish tacos - they are actually pretty amazing - if you are even somewhat a fan of catfish - you should love these!There are many beverage options and beer choices. The bar staff is very knowledgeable. Lots of good sized, clear TVs with all the games. The atmosphere is great especially when they are excited about a game!! 5 stars!!
Maybe it was a bad day but, the attitudes of the reception personnel left something to be desired. SMILE and act like you appreciate us being there. I usually highly recommend Taco Mac. 1st time at this location.

My waitress was really nice. Im an indecisive individual, especially at places Ive never been. Asked my server what her favorite things in the menu were and she was sooo helpful!! We sat outside and the food was amazing. Great atmosphere and great workers. Ill be eating there more often

Wings were way smaller than they used to be. But b the key lime pie was great. The waitress, Soleill , was beautiful, and she was a great server as well
They can’t hardly ever get our order right. Missing stuff in to go orders, 1-2 things wrong when we dine in. Whatever...don’t really like the food all that much, but keep coming back because it’s easy and beer. Tonight had to wait over an hour for food and no real apology. Gonna be a while before going back if ever.

Absolutely disgusting, I would rate it a zero . Order food and it was absolutely disgusting it was soo greesy it was like the food was sitting in soup. I got a quesadilla and it tasted old . I honestly puked right after trying it. Would never try this place ever again.
Great food! Waiter was very polite but ended up paying very little attention to our table. Parking is extremely limited, so I wouldnt recommend it for a big group. Ordered two of the same cocktails and got wildly different ratios of alcohol to flavor.

Order Uber at 8:00 and after 3 drivers waiting and 1 hour and 20 minutes later, the food was ready. It gets to me by 9:45. All they could say was sorry. Like taco Mac but will not order or come to this one again

Best restaurant in Kennesaw. You’re not going to find better wings anywhere else. I thought B-Dubs was the best but this place is way better than B-Dubs. I got their boneless wings and they so good. I also got the queso which was amazing as they give you soft shelled tortillas with it as well. You gotta stop here.
Average lunch. Asked for fried egg on my burger, was told there isnt a way to charge for it on the register and the new menu wont be out for another couple months and it would then be available.Dining room was very cold, outside temp today was 74 deg. Probably should have asked for outside seating instead, our bad. Almost nobody in the dining room at 11:15 which is another mystery as to why service was slow. Taco Mac is usually great, not so much with the Kennesaw/Chastain location.
I used to love this place. The service was fine but the food , mediocre at best. The wings seemed to miniaturized. I got 3 different style tacos and the most flavorful one was a regular taco.....boring. the beer was hot, so we continued our boys night at another spot down the street where the beer is always below 29 degrees......cant get much tastier than that.
I was looking for a place to have a few beers and company after bring isolated for a while. I recently moved back to the area and Taco Mac on Chastain really came through.The bartender Courtney was really fantastic, made me feel at home and provided a top notch quality experience. She also has great taste in beer and is a great guide to their vast selection. 10/10 experience.
The food was average and served cold. The server was pleasant. I have been to other Taco Macs that were much better. I wont be going back to this one.
The service was horrible. I ordered the new apple salad with fried chicken and balsamic dressing. It came with grilled chicken and had the apple fugi dressing on it already but was served balsamic dressing in a cup.. It was ridiculous how our server did not listen to us or offer refills on our drinks...then we couldnt find him when it came time to pay. He gave us the ticket and said have a good day, we didnt know where to pay..he wasnt interested in taking our money and we had to go to the bar and pay. I wont go back there. It seems that restaurants would be on their toes and give good service being that businesses are struggling....
Tonight was the worst experience I’ve had at this Taco Mac. Across the board it was terrible and so disappointing because we had friends from out of town.We got to our table at 8:35 and it was close to 9:45 before we were served food and most of it was warm at best. To make matters worse - things were missed and one person who ordered chili was not served until after everyone had eaten. She never got a spoon for the chili despite asking twice. The entire table was out of drinks - so this was a complete failure in food and service.When I talked with the manager she apologized and then proceeded with a series of excuses and told us the meal was free except for the alcohol. When she returned with the check it had multiple food items still on the check. When I challenged the check again she huffed off and never returned - sent the server back with the final check.Terrible, awful experience...
I had a great time. The staff is always friendly. When I arrived, I was able to get a seat immediately. The waitress was attentive and friendly. I ordered tacos and wings. The wait time was decent. I didn’t have to wait too long for my food, as I was entertained by the variety of sporting events being played. The food was delicious.

I gave it a shot multiple times. It was good for a while but the past few times have been horrible!! Last time it took over an hour and a half to get our food. Then they completely missed half of the table’s order. The waitress wasn’t going to do anything for us until we spoke to a manager who gave us 50% off our meals. I thought I’d give it another shot thinking maybe they just had a bad night. This time I placed a pick up order. When I got to the restaurant, I realized I left my purse so my husband said he could give them it over the phone. I was told that it was a libility by server and manager. They said to drive back home and get it so I did. When I finally got my food, it was nasty and cold. The wings had barely any sauce, the chips were stale, the chip bag wasn’t closed and I had to reheat everything like it was leftovers. When I say I will never be back, I mean I WILL NEVER BE BACK!!
This location is consistently the best of the franchise. Staff always helpful and friendly. Orders are served promptly and hot. On this visit I hade the chicken fajita tacos. They were fresh, veggies cooked to perfection, and tortillas soft and warm. Server and I had a miscommunication regarding chicken or steak and went out of the way to replace them. Theres a reason I eat at this location other than its proximity to my home and that is consistency.
Placed a Togo order... Waited 40 minutes for the chicken tacos and they were missing two of the three items (I got chicken but no white onions or cilantro). The staff seemed very indifferent to the long wait we endures in the small darkly lit to go room. Overall, I wont order to go ever again. Ive always had good service when dining in
Great place to hand out and watch a game. It’s family friendly. Be sure to bring tons of quarters or dollar bills for the small arcade. It’s big enough to keep kids busy for 10-15 minutes at a time. The menu has a good variety of choices from salads to burgers. They are known for their wings. The wings are usually good and meaty. Only one time have they been skinny. The kids menu is pretty good.The beer selection is great and it rotates per week/season.

Tried to order take out. The online app tells you there is a problem AFTER you have picked your items and you are trying to check out.When you call the automated message tells to you to go to the app. When you wait to talk to a person they tell you they turned off the app because they are too busy for your buinsess. 😳🤔 I’d have waited and been understanding but I’ll take my business elsewhere when I’m told that.
Pick up here was a mess. Not clear based on the existing parking spots where to go. The guy running the pick up was the only employee properly wearing a mask and was nice/helpful (some werent wearing masks at all). It was too loud to try to resolve where my food was, apparently the ticketing was attached to the wrong order on several orders. The food was okay but based on the experience Im not sure I would go back after the Covid-19 pandemic is over.

I love Taco Mac. This place has the best selection of beer around. Food is good, but there isnt a huge selection. Pretty basic spread of burgers, tacos, and wings. Service is usually good, even on a busy night and I have only had one rude server in years of going here. If youre looking for a place to go watch a game and have a beer with some good food, Taco Mac is the place to be.
Was seated quickly in a nice clean booth. Our server (Alexis, I believe) immediately greeted us. She was very knowledgeable about the beer/cider choices and took our orders as soon as we were ready. I had a 20-piece oven roasted wings, half medium, half honey chipotle. The food arrived pretty quickly, given how busy they were. The wings were cooked perfectly and sauced very well and really tasty.Alexis spent a little time with us between checking on her tables and was a delight to interact with. She made sure our needs were met without hovering or being a nuisance and was genuinely fun to talk to. I hope next time were there, shell be helping us out! :D

It is a very popular place, 35 minutes to receive a To Go order. First time there, we ordered six street tacos, all were very small, and cold except the cat fish taco for $20. We live 10 minutes away. A customer said to order the wings next time. So next day we ordered fried, classic, bone in dry rub wings. Again very small and bone dry. My Husband surmised that they were cooked about 6 hrs earlier and refried per order, thus the flavor is all gone...completely out.
Great dinner at the Taco Mac in Kennesaw tonight. Our waitress, Amber, was incredible! Super attentive and responsive. She is extremely knowledgeable and has been super friendly. The food was great and came out fast! Shout out to an amazing crew and delicious food. Will definitely be coming back!

Home of my least favorite oxymoron: Cold Hot Wings. This location is closest to home and has better bar service than the Woodstock location, but the kitchen is consistently poor. The wings often come out immediately after ordered, and they’re cold. The only logical conclusion is that they aren’t cooked to order. Also, as a member of their “Brewniversity” reward program, whoever is responsible for managing the beer app and keeping available credits up to date at this location is doing a terrible job and needs to be replaced.

But Tmac just knocked it out!!!Not only did they make a special order for me, the girls working up front were nice and friendly. And the best part, my order was right and one of the best tasting meals my wife and I have had in a few weeks. This location is great and has always had hot good tasting food and awesome service
When I am in the area I always stop here because they have a great beer selection. The food is pretty good. I was a little disappointed the menu changed and was not able to get my favorite item from before. They have a large drink selection, lots of TV and a large area for seating. Good for a good drink and late night food. Stopped here pretty late and was able to get dinner.

This place has one of the best beer lists going. Great place to try new things and they even have a card to help track things. Awesome place for an NFL Sunday with a TV in every direction. Good diverse menu with wings, Mexican, burgers and more. A little hard to get to coming from I-75, but big place where I’ve never had a wait.
This place is better as a bar rather than food. Ordered a salad and it barely had the ingredients mentioned in the menu ( avocado, egg, tomatoes) and the chicken tasted nasty, like not fully cooked. The salad was mainly iceberg. For $9.99 for that salad, go to another place.Service was good. There is a good selection of beers. Is a good place to come and drink beer and watch sports. Not for food.

I chose this place for my office lunch order yesterday and felt bad it was so disappointing. The grilled chicken on my salad was old, burnt and cold. I really thought they were pieces of fried wonton that had fallen in by mistake. The wings were supposed to be plain but they were super spicy and cold. One person paid extra for sweet potatoe fries and barely got any. Not everyone got their salad dressing or dipping sauce and they didnt include any silverware. We will order and pick up from the Woodstock location from now on.
Curbside pickup area was kinda dirty. No one acknowledged me on entry or for the first few minutes of sitting in the waiting area despite waitresses chatting at the station adjacent. Food wasnt too quality of other Taco Macs Ive been to either. Overall disappointed.
Its definitely a popular place. This was our first time at Taco Mac Kennesaw. The sever was friendly enough. It took about 20 min for our appetizer of Guacamole and Chips to arrive. I love avocados so I enjoyed it but it took over 20 minutes for our main lunch entrees ( Wedge Salad for me and Steak Quesadillas for my fiancee) to come. The food was good but the long wait over shadowed everything else. Maybe we will try it again one day just not on a Sunday.
Very busy and loud. The food was pretty decent. We ordered the Bacon Chicken Ranch Tater Tots and those were excellent! I ordered the grilled chicken nachos, they were excellent. My hubby ordered Parmesan Garlic wings, he said they were just ok.
Were here almost once a week. The food here is consistent and great. Service is hit or miss depending who your server is. Great menu and beer lineup for those of you that have never been. Nice outdoor patio if youre looking for that option.

Haley was an amazing server! One of the best Ive had anywhere. She always made sure our drinks were full and she knew the menu extremely well. She is also very knowledgeable about the beer menu and the liquor options. Haley is amazing! Ask for her next time you go there. You wont be disappointed.

I have been one of Taco Macs sharpest critics since the change over in management. But they have fixed everything! The wings are now back to being the biggest and best around instead of those small, puny ones from before. The cup of chili is back to its regular size. The service was fantastic! The place was clean. The food came out hot! Even the sound was great. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you Taco Mac!
I love the food at taco Mac, and service used to be great! We have been here 15 minutes and did not get recognized after being seated for 7 or 8 minutes. Now we are 15 minutes and order has been placed, no drinks still. With a competitor recently closing across the street this place has acquired all their customers and service has been severely degraded since. Hire more wait staff, or coach them on how to speed up service. This is huge in this industry.

2022-06-12I’m so sad having to give a poor review to this location. We ordered to-go and the staff was amazing and so friendly. The manager even stopped by to check and make sure everyone was taken care of. We got wings, fries, and tater tots as that’s our favorite! For some reason, today it was just not their day. The wings are pretty cold (not a huge deal), but they just tasted old. The tater tots were super over cooked to the point of not being able to eat. It’s just the outer crust with no potato. We’ve been here multiple times, and we always are treated with the most incredible service. The food is just not good quality.

2022-01-02So I ordered a single order of original honey chipotle wings and I asked for them to be cooked 30 minutes and my server said, “sure no problem!” I also told her it was ok for her to bring out the food for the other ppl at the table. I sat and waited well over the 30 mins but I didn’t mind because I wanted them done right. When they finally came to the table not only were they under cooked they were warm, not hot at all. We are headed to Ohio and have a long drive ahead of us so I just canceled the wings and ordered chicken tenders to go instead. And I also left a $10 tip on a $36 order. This is what was in my bag to go!!! Ridiculous I will never eat at that location again. And we live in GA!! The tenders were warm as well and old as if laying in grease and over cooked! This is the first time since first visiting a Taco Mac that I’ve been this disappointed. I don’t need anything free, I just want it done right!!

2021-08-10Been to a different Taco Mac before. The chain in general isn’t bad - decent wings (14 sauces, 3 dry rub options), typical beer menu, lots of TV’s, classic new age but budget friendly sports bar. This location also has outdoor seating.At this particular location, my experience was below my expectations. My girlfriend and I ordered an appetizer, a salad each, and then our entree. All the food came out at once, which was annoying since I wanted to eat the app and salad before my wings got cold. What made matters worse was that the wings weren’t even warm when they brought them out. It seemed like they had been cooked a while ago and had been sitting out waiting to get sauced for the next order. I asked for extra crispy and ironically it felt like I got extra soggy. We were only a few bites in when the waitress came back and asked if we were ready for dessert. She had eyes, so I think she saw that we clearly were not. Then she asked if she could drop the check off now because she had to do something else. I would have liked to sit and order another beer as I enjoyed my wings which should have just been arriving, but alas I was not enjoying my cold soggy wings and at that point I was just ready to finish and get out of there.Bottom line: less than satisfactory service both in the kitchen and by our waitress.Also - salad was cheap on bacon bits

2022-06-10This was our first time trying this good chain thats new to us while traveling in Georgia.Good food, good atmosphere, a little costly compared to similar places but only 5-10 extra.Definitely worth trying if youve never been.I had tenders in medium buffalo. The medium is a little on the warm side as far as spicy.

2021-11-14The food is okay, but I wish the staff would pay more attention to the orders. My boyfriend and I each ordered a 6-pc wing and sides. I asked for all flats and he asked for all drums. They gave us both all flats. For my sides, I ordered tater tots. They came extremely crispy and I did not ask for crispy. There was literally no tater. Just crispiness. I squeezed pretty much all of them to see if there were any with potato left in them, but no. Just crispy crumbs.

2021-07-21I’m extremely disappointed. I ordered $20 worth of food. They were missing a sauce that comes with the pretzels, my quesadilla was dry and looked old, the cheese dip was chunky, and the nachos looked glued together with cheese. I wish I could get my money back or taco Mac to reach out to me to fix the situation. I will not be ordering from doordash anymore from here. There’s always something wrong or something missing.

2022-06-12Fantastic location. Every time Ive gone to this location the staff hit it out of the park and my most recent trip was no exception. My waitress helped come up with a cocktail for me when they were out of my original decision and she assistance really helped get me something great I had never tried before. She is not the first waiter/waitress Ive had at this location that has gone above and beyond and I am confident in saying that anyone can have a great time at this location!
