Target in other cities:
Would recommend if youre in the area. If you factor in the size of this target its actually one of the best. Has a top notch pharmacy and thats what makes it so good. Everything is very clean and organized so if you know targets you will your way around. The grocery store is lacking but thats typical for Target. Great ice cream selection! The Starbucks inside is always packed. This shopping center really is the hub of little five points. Parking is terrible. Youre always find a spot but its always crowded here.
BEWARE!!! Online quoted prices are different than in-store pricing. Target if forcing the customer to order online for cheaper prices. This makes no sense if it it can be picked up in an hour. Im sure employees have better things to do than retrieving an online order that will be picked up by the customer in an hour. This is for customers like me that want the in-store experience!
Upon arriving to the line, the barista informed us 10 minutes after that they were closing down. From my understanding, they are open until 9:00pm today. The baristas need to do better with communication and give a reason as to why they are closing other than giving attitude like they don’t care. That’s bad for business seems as though they are in a establishment that thrives to meet their customers satisfaction.
In an effort to re-structure and remodel the Edgewood store Target has slow down on replenishing its stock on a lot of items. I was barely able to find the most simple things and those that I did find were haphazardly rearrange in other sections not clearly marked. For example a maternity bra that I ended up finding on the very last row of a display. Why would you expect a pregnant/postpartum woman to get on her hands and knees to get a bra on a display that low? I was not satisfied at all
Tired of being hit up for money by beggars. This beggar had on nicer clothes than I did. Followed my daughter and I to my car. No security. This one was in the exit way. I guess it was too hot for him to sweat in his nice clothes! Brand new Jordans with no marks and when I wouldn’t give him $, he directed his attention to others. No security in sight.
This truly is the worst target in Atlanta. I often times have to go inside to find cancelled items on my pick up orders they claim are out of stock. They send me order ready notifications then cancel as I’m on my way or already there. As of late, I just visit the Buckhead target who do an amazing job at fulfilling orders and rareky cancel or throw random items in my order.
I just want to take the time to give credit where credit is due. The way the management and staff is handling this holiday rush is on point. Most important after you find everything you want you dont have to stand in line forever. They are monitoring the lines making sure everyone is in and out. Even the person like me that only needed one thing. I really appreciated that.
Store staff were unhelpful and rude. When I asked for assistance I was told I could either place my order only and wait 2 hours or come back tomorrow. All I wanted was air pods, the employee told me that he couldnt be bothered to go to the electronic section and unlock the case. When I asked for a manager I was told the manager would be there tomorrow so when i came back to get my head phones I could complain then. Finally another associate when and got them for me.
The store was well organized and the cashier was friendly and courteous. I did have a few questions for the associate in womens apparel. The associate did not really look up from what she was doing and showed no interest in assisting or answering my question. Other than that, my experience was pleasant.
I came in here after finally being able to buy a PlayStation from target online and it took 1 hour and half while the manager was running a background check for all the customers who were also picking up. The power which the manager attempts to enforce is on a whole different level. Based on other posts this is a common issue at this location
Your customer service is horrible. I purchased a item that was missing from my order and I have been waiting days for a solution. Meanwhile I had to purchase the same item for $10 more than the first item I brought!!!! If I dont hear back soon I am going to contact corporate and also post how horrible the service is on social media.
I order for drive up a Toy for my daughter that is in high demand and the only place that had it was this store. It says it was ready for pick up so i was about to get to the store when i got a Message sayin that I.... Iiii cancelled the order.... when i talked with customer service they say it was out of stock.... how did they scan an item, said that it was ready to pick-up, charge it to my card, and then email me that I cancelled it..... ?????? So disappointed and frustrated 😠
I was going to call to report a missing item, but Ive called every department and been hung up on, transferred and dropped, or just never got to talk to someone. The store is like any target but the customer service is not good. I have called 15 times and been dropped every single time.
Ive never seen a Target bathroom as bad as this bathroom. The actual stalls were too gross to share. The odor was unbelievable. The manager must not care about their guests. They clearly dont hold their team members accountable to Targets Es of Excellence. When I told the cashier, she just said okay and kinda looked around and then went on to the next guest. This was approximately 8pm on a Tuesday.
Unfortunately this location has not figured how to do curbside pickup or in-store pick up well. Have had several poor experiences, rivaled only by their neighbors at Lowes, hah. It is a shame because the location, store selection, and cleanliness is otherwise great. If you are trying to save time, avoid COVID exposure, go to another Target.
I gave up. Store closes at 10. It was 9:40. About 10 customers are coming up to the registers to check out. I watch as 5 human cashiers shut down their registers, making all of the customers get in one long awful line waiting for self-checkout. 2 or 3 the self-checkout machines were broken. The cashiers could have each worked 10 more minutes and there would have been no line.Keep in mind, three different cashiers closed as I walked up to them. After waiting 10 minutes in this unnecessary nightmare line, I just abandoned all the stuff I was going to buy and left the store. The selection in this store isnt that special. I went to the Walmart off Howell Mill, and bought the same stuff for a few bucks cheaper and had a faster checkout experience with better customer service. But thank goodness the Target managers are saving payroll hours by making sure everyones register is closed and turned in promptly, so the cashiers can all be clocked out by store close!
If i could leave zero stars i would. The store director has always been an horrible person. She does not care about her employees. She speaks rudely to them. She disrespected them on the walkies. She don’t have any compassion for any workers personal issues. She only cares about herself & making her store look good while mistreating the people that make her look good. She even follows her employees which is a form as HARASSMENT! She does not follow the core values of Target & does not represent the brand well at all. She needs to be replace.
They screwed up my online order/pick up order again. They didn’t give me items I order online. But I was charged. I called and spoke to Sunday night manager. She refused to refund me items I didn’t receive. When I asked her name, she hang up phone.THE WORST STORE.Can’t trust them.
We were proceeding to the self checkout where others* were scanning their items with no assistance. When we walked up to scan our items a watcher stood directly behind us. I guess we looked like we were going to steal from this high end establishment. Warning: Will send watchers to self checkout if youre a POC.
Had a great experience here. I have shopped here many times. However my experience with security made me leave a review. I was thirsty and in need of water. We asked where was water so we could purchase. Instead of telling us where it was he stopped and proceeded to get some from the people at Starbucks and brought it back. It definitely wasn’t something he had to do. It was a small gesture that meant a lot. It’s nice to know there are kind people who are not too busy to help. Thanks Cale
I purchased a ps5 console on your website. My order was ready for pickup at the store. 10 minutes later it was canceled at 9:30 am..I contacted customer service, and was told the order was sold to someone else. This is very unethical for your employees to be stealing from a paid customer. The item was already paid for.. I’ve been waiting to get a ps5 for over a year now. No matter how high in demand a product is, it is unethical to take it from a paying customer. Management has done nothing to help.. I wish to get this further investigated at your store in Edgewood Atlanta, Georgia. They canceled and took the package at 9:30 am at the pick up desk on December 2nd. Please help me get my package as this is shady and unethical business to do to your customer.Order #9274365307201
So I come to target to get mouse def by the doux and they don’t have any. So I ask the target employee near by, Samuel, if he can use he scanner to check to see if any are in inventory. He tells me to go to customer service. I had to pause to myself like what the what.... I need to go find out from another employee. Customer service is fleeting that is why I love Amazon. #customerservice #customer #customersatisfaction #customerexperience #unhappycustomers #customerfeedback #unhappycustomer #service #feedback
Ive been frequenting this Target for over 4 years now. Location is always clean and organized. If I need help, no matter who I ask, they make sure I find what I am looking for. They have an organized system with their lines to make sure people get in and out quick despite the pandemic slowing people down. Love this location!
I was at target today nov. 28th 2021 and my dog made a little mess. They yelled at me and put me out their store. they treated me with little respect. I was treat like a thief. I would not recommend this store as a respectable one. And not to forget I’m in a wheelchair
My son bought a used controller from this store. When they told us in the Electronics department that it was a brand new controller. The controller is cracked, dirty, and used. I am thoroughly disgusted with this Target and how they are doing business. I was in this store just over an over ago and no one, I mean NO ONE is answering the phone. Im currently still on the phone waiting for someone to answer.
Jacquez is the best. He had a 6ft high load of boxes to stock I was looking for handheld steamers. The shelf was empty.Instead of telling me that there out, he remember that two were in the back. He went and got it. I appreciate him going BEYOND EXPECTATIONS!g the shelves with
I’m surprised by all of the 5 star reviews. This is by far the WORST target I have been to. I lived across the street and would go here all the time and it was consistently a poorly run store. I was there a short while ago, a Wednesday at 2 PM, and the checkout line was at least a 20 minute wait. They have a serious staffing issue if this is happening during the afternoon of a Wednesday. They also handled COVID horribly IMO. Mask requirements were never enforced for shoppers and employees alike. STAY AWAY
Tried to call ahead and see if they had an item in stock that I needed. The app was of no help and after calling other Target stores that said that this particular store had the item that I needed I decided to call them HOWEVER despite multiple attempts NO ONE ever picked up the phone in customer service/returns. When I brought it to their attention they said that the ringer was on “mute” which doesn’t make any sense. Then when I had to leave and come back, prior to coming back I called ahead, thinking that they had fixed the phone “mute” problem but instead they still continued to NOT answer. I had to drive back to the store and this time their excuse was that they only have one phone line and if someone is on it, the phone will just ring and ring. This also doesn’t make sense, because IF it is true that they only have one line, if it’s being used by someone then it would sound busy to whom ever else was calling. Bunch of lazy workers is what they have. The absolute worst Target I’ve been to and I’ve been to Target headquarters in Minneapolis.
Shout out to Harvey in Edgewood! He exhibited several examples of excellent customer service in a matter of minutes. To begin, there was a woman without receipts and multiple returns and the associate originally working with her got frustrated and left. Harvey stepped in and calmly assisted. Secondly, I was in line next to a man that was actively coughing and allowing his mask to continually fall from his nose/mouth. Every time I took a step further away he got closer. Harvey, while working with another customer, made sure to alert the customer of his actions and requested he kept his mask up. I truly appreciated him taking action as I was almost at my wits end. Lastly, I purchased a movie that I picked up today. Harvey made a personal connection with me as he had seen it before and indicated it was his mom’s favorite. Thank you Harvey! You made today’s experience a great one for all the customers you assisted today.
Targets customer service is the bomb. Also the store is always clean and well lit. Cynaca went above and beyond to help me with an order that was cancelled. She even checked again and found it in stock and went to electronics to cover the item and we were well on our way. And she gave us a discount for our inconvenience.
Store is easy to navigate through, find what I need and get out fast....well, at least the last hour they are open (otherwise its a mad house). Staff is friendly and willing to help if I have questions. Prices are great, never feel like Im overpaying for something if I need to stop and grab something in a hurry and I see a Target nearby
Store was basically wiped out of all Christmas decorations, etc. Just needed candy for stocking stuffers but the majority of what was available was for Valentines day. Not the place to go for last minute Christmas items. As busy as the store was, the staff did a really good job directing customers to checkout lines and keep things moving.
I love Target however, my recent experiences haven’t been great. For starters, the Starbucks inventory has been terrible for the last month ( no flavor, danishes, matcha, milk, tea flavors. Etc. In addition, the long lines and no assistance from associates working. I felt like I was at Walmart. Hopefully they will improve .
TERRIBLE SERVICE! The manager Allie was extremely rude and also had zero respect for her employees. You would think someone who was a manager had more compassion for people and wouldnt just openly disrespect them in a place of business. Either her attitude needs to be fixed asap or corporate should fire her. Never returning to this target location, the manager made the atmosphere horrible.
Just left Target on Caroline St. I was amazed! Most registers were open. Great staff that was helpful with a smile and great attitude. Very nice associate directing customers to available checkouts getting everyone checked out fast even when you think the line is long. Walmart and Kroger need to copy their example.
Just tried to do a return and the customer service agent Christal seemed to be distracted every time I tried to explain what I was trying to do. She continued to talk to other associates around her instead of handling the return for which I was trying to do. I kept asking her if she was busy since she kept talking to other associates and after not hearing what I was explaining the third time I decided to go to another Target. I’m sure this doesn’t affect a company as large as Target but it really takes time out of my day and disheartens me from spending my money at Target especially this one in the future. Hopefully this will serve as a cautionary tale for others to be prepared that Target customer service is degrading and to be ready not to receive the customer service we were once used to.
I love everything about this Target with the exception of the restrooms. I can always find what I need and the staff is always pleasant and very helpful. I rarely wait long in a checkout line. The store is always fairly clean and organized (even in the busy seasons), but the bathrooms need a major overhaul.
I don’t think they had more than 3-4 employees at the checkout area at one given time, and that’s pushing it. 3 people needed assistance at the self checkout area and no one came for a good 10 minutes... I have never been to a target that had such horrible customer service. You’d think for a Saturday afternoon more employees would be scheduled to help, but this location clearly doesn’t get that concept. Lines were wrapped around clothing racks and no one was able to keep their distance because the lines just kept growing and no one knew where to go.
Such a bad experience !First time doing store pick up .. and they were not helpful at all nor do they care .. all they say is they are still figuring things out . Said I came to early and the only thing I can do is return it and wait 7 days for a refund .. or repurchase it with new money .Could have atleast seen that I’m 7 months pregnant and overwhelmed and could have tried to help me or made me feel like they wanted to . Nobody was outside or in line waiting on an order to be picked up but me who is here early can’t get my one item . Meanwhile the money was already taken out of my account .I literally spoke to the store manager and she wasn’t even giving me her full attention she was talking on the walkie talkie to get more carts from outside instead of dealing with the issue at hand .Bad customer service and I don’t even want the rug anymore . Will not be coming back here !
Target always has good quality merchandise. If you cant find it in the store you might find it on the website. Holiday shopping has been a great place to find fun items and their holiday food selections are usually stocked with variety and tasty treats. Do enjoy the dollar (now $$) section right inside the front door. There is a large variety of things available at most Target stores. Clean and well lighted stores.Had the credit card for one billing cycle then cancelled... didnt appreciate the treatment from the credit department. They should look at how they deal with people. I wont have that account ever again. This is my first ever negative comment on any store or service Ive experienced!
I go here at least three times a week (it’s my local location) and let’s get real with it who doesn’t love target but I wanna shout out to really respectful helpful and well spoken gentleman named Lamar he helped me yesterday with something really small but the attention that he gave and the way he presented himself made customer service wonderful you should give him a raise respect the fact that he is working extremely hard and he is extremely well spoken he knows what he’s doing!
Impeccable customer service! I needed someeclectic socks to complement my dress and shoes! Of course, Target came through for me! The young lady who walked me to the hosiery section was personable and possesses immense professionalism! The store was neat coupled with having awesome cashiers!! You all rock! Thanks again!
I pulled up to the drive up place and a lady from the store came out. i was like great i dont have to call in but she said you will have to come in. i was like what was the point of order online and come get it. so i drove to the front of the store and then another lady came out and was getting the orders, thank the lord someone was nice. but in the end it backed up traffic but noone got wet.
Store is hit or miss. Some days it is well stocked, others it is missing items forcing you to go somewhere else. Most staff are very friendly, there are a few that seem annoyed by questions.Sunday the store was low on stock, items were on the floor in clothing section, and there were no available carts in store. Going midweek seems to be the best time to go for decent service and selection.
Great customer service. Found what I needed and then some. Checkout was a little slow even on self checkout. Parking was a little hectic but, Ive read there is a lower level parking deck that I will look for. Nevertheless, does not deter from my excellent experience. Well stocked, nice grocery selection for not being a Super Target :)
I was catfished shopping here! I really did my research to find the store that had everything I needed. I ordered a 20 pc silverware set, a set of dinner plates, a set of bowls, pickles and bread and butter pickles. They came out with 2 bowls, a SALAD plate and bread and butter pickles. They canceled over half my order and gone bring out a few things that cost about 10 dollars. I had to go back in (dressed in my nighties as I wasnt planning on getting out) and get a refund. The level of unprofessionalism here is amazing. Thats it for me, Im new to Atlanta and I will NEVER shop in Atlanta again, enough is enough...Ill shop in Buckhead and/or Alpharetta because Im sick of the blatant disregard to customers. They just dont care. Despite the website saying that all the items were available there is no earthly way Id cancel over half someones order and not notify them personally before I said things were ready for pickup. But instead they bring out plates knocking together in 1 bag (unwrapped) along with a big heavy glass jar of pickles. Its insanity. Ill make sure I spread the word about Atlanta. I dont care if youre mad about my response or not, this is just ridiculous. I mean if you dont like your job quit!Placed a new order in Roswell...less than 1 hour after I placed it. They say things are there and they actually are and they didnt catfish my order. Perfection. Peace out Edgewwood *rolls eyes*
I love target more than the next person but it seems like every time I shop in there the carts always seem to have something wrong with them it’s either a busted wheel or they are broken all together, and the lines at check out there is alway a big wait if you have too many things for the self check out. If you need something search for the employees and the unloading carts they use always seems to block the aisles. Prices are good and things go on sale a lot.
Terrible customer service. If I could give a zero rating I would. I placed a order online at 3 pm, The website stated my order would be available in 2 hours. I arrived at the store with my 1 year old at 6:30pm and I was informed my order was not ready. I left went shopping elsewhere and returned at 7:30pm. I was told by the nonchalant customer service manager my items remained unfulfilled. I proceeded to the toy shelves and picked the items off the shelves on my own. I returned to the service desk and I was told by the manager Target implemented new rules for the online order pick service. The manager started the orders were no longer completed one by one. The manager stated the orders were filled all at once and I should call Corporate to complain. I called online customer service from the store. I spoke with a very professional young lady who was unaware of the new pick process as well. I left the store at 8:15pm.I finally received a email at 9:44pm informing me my items were ready. The manager at this store could have intervened and rectified the situation, however she refused to help.Needless to say I will never set foot in this Target again.
This might just be my favorite place. Target is clean, well-organized, and always well-stocked. When I don’t have time to run inside (or the baby is asleep in the car), I use the drive-up service; Target manages the drive-up/in-store pickup better than any of the competition.
I LOVE TARGET!!! I usually can get almost everything I need there. The stores are clean and bright with clean bathrooms. The sales associates are always helpful and nice. Customer service is open until the store closes unlike Walmart CS where they close at 9 pm. Prices are good and then with my Redcard, they are even better! And then theres the ap with all the coupons. Have I mentioned that I love Target yet?!
Because I like helping businesses improve products and services. Apparently I have no money just product ingenuity and creative in a personality that requires payment from the federal sections as well it prevents me from moving forward with any more surveysThe airport refuses to sell me a basket So now i have nothing to carry anything with my lifes a wreck as soon as im off the plane we complain
Weve been shopping this Target location for about 4 years now. It seems like the customer service at the registers has greatly improved as of late. They usually greet us and seem in good spirits. It makes one actually feel better about frequently spending money at a store, when one is treated well there. Unfortunately, there isnt helpful staff on the sales floor here so, if you cant find something, you have to either track someone down or just skip it.Its rare for us to see lines at the self check out registers here so, we enjoy using them when we dont buy a ton of stuff. Overall, this Target is just fine for now. Well have to see if it becomes too crowded and ridiculous, once the new apartment complex across the street is full of tenants.
My experience within the main store was typically pleasant. However, while I was sitting in the Starbucks, I ended up sitting between two disparate small groups of employees. Im guessing they were on break or otherwise off shift (at least I hope they were) but they were still wearing Target/Starbucks shirts. However, their conversation and vocabulary did NOT fit the decorum I have come to expect from Target. The Edgewood Target may want to remind their employees to watch how they speak whenever guests may hear them. Keep the vulgarity in the break room, please. In addition to that, there was an offensively nasty toilet in the bathroom which desperately needed to be taken care of. Unfortunately, the bathrooms at this store are usually not great so I wasnt too surprised to find what I did.
Exchanged a curtain rod that we purchased due to it being the wrong size. The customer service representative who helped us gave us a receipt and informed us that we were to use it as credit at check-out. When we tried to do this at the self check-out and it wouldn’t work, the manager who came to assist us was extremely rude. Evidently the charge had been refunded to my credit card, however, when we explained to her that that was not what the employee told us, she insisted that that’s not what he told us and implied that the whole misunderstanding was our fault. I’ve shopped at target for my entire adult life and have never been treated so rude by an employee, much less a manager. I will not be shopping at target again.
Stores being worst and worst. Last time I came the whole freezer section was down. This time they only had one thing on my shopping list, thankfully Kroger is across the parking lot. Not sure if its just this Store or target altogether but after two years Im taking my business elsewhere.
I walked in to do a simple return, the service I received at the desk was okay. The girl working there wasnt the nicest but I didnt think to much of it. On my way out I decided that i needed some Starbucks, I went over for the cloud drink only to discover that it was discontinued 😭😭😭. However its Starbucks so you have so many different choices. The best part of my entire trip was DEWAYNE!!!! He was funny, friendly and just amazing over all!!! He is someone i will be looking for Everytime I come to this location. 10 🌟🌟 for him and his customer service!!
Normally, at target Ive never had any bad experience. At this target, I asked for assistance to someone from the technology department. Just to find an unwilling employee that refused to assist me, and other costumer. I ended up leaving and buying some earbuds at another store nearby store.
Friendly staff. Clean Store. But THIS Target has waaaaaaaay to much product. Each section is packed with product that is not selling. From the womens section, shoes, toys, toddler clothing and beauty. It was ok when I first started shopping today but as I made my way around the store it just became to be too much. I couldnt really enjoy my shopping experience because Im having to search through and look at so much. This store definitely needs to do some markdowns to rid the clutter. Still ♥️ Target!
I was looking for something in particular and the associate on the floor assisted me with purchasing a toy. She knew exactly what item I was seeking and took me to it. Also, I had items to try-on and the Fitting Room associate displayed awesome Customer Service. Overall, I had a great experience at this store!
Went to pick up a Xbox I ordered online they sent me a email saying pickup is ready in when I got their some guy brown skin blond or brown hair told me it was sold to someone else ..he was very very Rude so please don’t order anything from this target 9-22-21 @1:00pm ..worst target in ATLANTA
Worst Target or phone experience ever! I ordered an iPhone online, but when I went to pick it up they didnt have it. Initially one clerk told me they had it; 45 minutes later another clerk admitted they didnt have it. They talked about finding me one at another store but never tried. Then they refused to give me a rain check. After nearly 2 hours I left with no phone, and a really bad opinion of Target.
I love, love, love, Target. I go to target every week. And depend on how my money is looking every two weeks.(I get paid every two weeks) I have shoes, dress, shirts, hair care products, I by food from target, I love target. I never fill like, what did i just buy ?when I leave target, my money is always well spent. Amen
Some friendly & helpful folks, some not-so-much. The thing about this store is that it is always very busy, yet they never seem to have enough registers open. They seem to have no problem with customers waiting 40 minutes in a checkout line while employees stand around or obviously try to look busy. If one goes at the right time, it’s not a bad place to shop.
The employees are friendly and helpful. Sadly many seem to think their chin presents a danger of Covid 19. Many only covered mouth but not nose. Even tho mandatory mask signs posted people walked in without masks and no employee intervened. Please teach employees proper wearing of masks so we can stop wearing masks.
Unorganized and low on supplies. Worst part is the wait at the cashiers. They either need to hire more cashiers or instruct the current employees how to be more efficient since there is no sense of urgency. Customers are cutting lines trying to find the fastest route and the cashiers are least unpleasant. Ive tried multiple times to make them smile and they act like the world just ended.
Where do I start? First up this is my Target. With my mostly meaning closest to my house. Its kind of funny because there arent that many other Targets in the area, so this one is the go to for many surrounding neighborhoods and area. Equaling = pretty big and packed. Its located in the Edgewood Plaza and is one of the main business tenants in the area. The store itself looks pretty standard and wouldnt be out of a place in a suburban neighborhood. The location has a pretty big parking lot and there plenty of space throughout the plaza, but peak hours can be tricky with traffic and it can be hard to maneuver through. This Target is pretty large and has everything you come to expect. Groceries, electronics, wellness, clothes, toys, and essentials in between. This location also recently remodeled its customer service center (which by the way looks amazing) and it includes a pharmacy and a Starbucks in the cafe. The customer service and staff has always been pretty great! Throughout our frequent visits weve gotten to know plenty of the staff and theyre always very friendly and helpful. You may sometimes come across employees who cant answer your questions or are unsure about something, but they usually pretty quickly find out and are eager to help. The store is always very clean and organized as well. They continually update and restock so theres always something new to check out or updated items coming periodically. The aisles and categories can sometimes be confusing but everything is grouped together pretty well so after a few trips youll be an expert in no time! Also there is no problem using coupons here or price matching! Definitely a plus. The only gripes I have is they can sometimes be out of stock of certain items, and usually wont know when theyll be back in. The Starbucks closes at 9, a while earlier before the store. And some staff are more engaged or interested in helping than others.Overall, this is absolutely my favorite Target in Atlanta and definitely my most visited being super close by. Its definitely a staple for most of us in the area and an absolute must for all around shopping.
In general, this Target is well-stocked and has helpful (though not always friendly) staff. The parking lot is awful, a fact I would get around by parking in the underground deck before the rash of carjackings in the deck a couple of years ago.Still, Target is one of my favorite stores, and this location is my go-to.
I Love this location! I come here often with my kids. The workers here are always helpful, its always neat, and I always have to make a right on entry of the store to get the kids some snacks for shopping. Theres also this cool guy who wears a different hair color and design everyday. My children love seeing his hair. I think hes a cart pusher but you can never tell because hes always dressed up very trendy. As Im writing this my wife says, lets stop at Target. hahaha So cool
AMBIANCE OF STORE IS NICE AND SOOTHING, FAIRLY QUITE. LIGHTING IS DIFFRENT DEPENDING UPON SECTION. BUGGIES ARE THE BEST I HAVE SEEN & I SAW ATTENDANT WIPING ONE DOWN MY 2nd DAY HERE. FRUITS/VEGETABLES AND MEATS IS COZY, THE SECTION SEEMS BRAND NEW AND SEEM TO BE WELL THOUGHT OUT. MOST IMPORTANT, THEY HAVE A IMPRESSIVE SECTION FOR MEN GROOMING(QUALITY CHOOSE OF CLIPPERS).
Would have given 5 stars but the parking is horrible in this area. Takes about 10 minutes just to find a parking spot. So Id youre on a time limit save yourself the hassle and either come early or stip somewhere else. Other than that the staff are always nice and helpful. The store is normally well kept. And there is not normally a long wait to check out.
This is the worst Target! Terrible customer service every time I go in there. They treat you like you are an inconvenience when you are actually a paying customer. I am shocked they are still open. Ive had one too many bad experiences to continue going there. If you need a Target, go to North Druid.
This Target hooked me up!I was in Atlanta on business, and, in need of a couple things, I stopped randomly into this store - and what a surprise! Not only did they have the phone accessory Id been looking for, but some food I wanted, too, even some rare, organic stuff that Id never expected to find in Target of all places. When all was said and done, Id finished my grocery shopping for the trip, in addition to getting other goodies I hadnt planned on. To top it off, the cashier who checked me out was especially courteous and friendly. In the end, I left with something of a glow.If my enthusiasm sounds a bit misplaced, know that I take nothing for granted, such that my being so thoroughly provided for was a joy. Much thanks to everyone at this Target. Keep up the good work :D
I am regularly disappointed with this Target. I prefer and recommend the Target on LaVista or the one in Buckhead at Sidney Marcus and Piedmont. One of the biggest reasons I refuse to shop at Walmart is the perpetually terrible customer service, but this Target certainly matches it. I have had to dispute prices on at least 75% of my visits and I have shopped at this location at least 10 times. At least one item will ring up incorrectly, and I have to go to the customer service counter. And customer service is NOT apologetic or even friendly, and they are certainly not efficient. I dont appreciate shopping somewhere I have to consistently babysit my receipt before I leave the store.Additionally, there have been a number of times I stopped at the Starbucks inside to get coffee on my way out but left after a few minutes waiting when no one came to the counter. There are few registers open at the busiest times of day and consequently long lines. And the friendliness of the cashiers is hit or miss. But when it misses, its by a long shot.
Filthy, disorganized and unprofessional....just about sums up my collective experience at this Target; a true shame to the brand. I avoid it at all costs and can count on both hands how many times I have shopped there out of a 10 year span. They appear to need a serious overhaul of staff and/or retraining for customer service - during two recent visits I heard personal staff to staff inappropriate conversations and dealt with less than enthusiastic demeanors. I would rather shop at Wal-Mart which speaks volume.
I absolutely love shopping at Target, however this store has to be at the bottom of my list! The fitting room is basically a hangout spot for the employees. I was just in the store today and spent about an hour shopping for clothes and trying them on in the fitting room. I listened to their conversations about: gaining weight once they start working there at the store, a fellow employee named Reginald who has not been fired yet (but will be fired soon) because he showed up at 11 oclock the other night, whos working what shift tomorrow and singing thats just my baby daddy.... how EMBARASSING for you Target! My first job as a 16 year old was for Target and I worked for Target until I was 19 years old. My team leads would never have allowed me to act this way! Needless to say, I still spent $200 in your store!!!
My wife and I both senior citizens from SC were profiled at this store. Security is arrogant. We were stopped asked for receipt. Other customers proceeded without interruption. Since we normally shop Target in SC we had never encountered this level of disrespect and suspicionDrs. Bobby and Shirley Crosby
Believe it or not, despite the 2 stars I rated this location, it is actually my favorite location in Atlanta (even before the one in Atlantic Station). That has nothing to do with the chatty floor reps who are always talking to each other but never around when you need them. It also has nothing to do with the recent string of violent robberies in the parking lot! I love it because the buyers for this store are on point with the trends. I always find what Im looking for at this location and much more. I frequently shop the clothing and shoe clearance section here for myself and my daughter and I can also get Black hair care products that some other locations dont have in stock. I just hope they can get their security and customer service in line soon!
Smaller store and parking can be a problem. Stock is not well managed and you may have to hunt to find the correct size if it is even there. Customer Service staff may be helpful or give you a bit of attitude. Convenient, but several times I had to go to other Targets to get what I was shopping for.
Had to be one of the rudest and most unfriendly targets I have ever visited. Not very well organized shelves. Plus the soda fountian (at the snack counter) and espresso machine (in the Starbucks) both were not working. Really the only friendly employee we found was our cashier Lateshia.
Hands down the worst store for service. Indifferent employees, often gossiping or complaining about management. Pack some snacks if you ever want to checkout here because it takes FOREVER. I was so happy when they opened this Target near my house - BOY WAS I WRONG. I no longer shop here unless absolutely necessary. And, it still lives up to the lousy rating Im giving it.
I live 55 minutes away from this Target and this is literally the best Target EVER. We have been searching everywhere for these family Christmas pajamas for a Christmas card picture and every where has been sold out of the Dad ones. We called this store and they first told us they couldnt find the size we needed. Then about 10 minutes later they CALLED US BACK and said they found a pair and would hold it for us. So we drove down to get them. We really appreciated this great customer service because my husband and I just got married and our daughter calls us Mama Bear and Papa Bear which is on the pajamas along with hers saying little bear.Thank you Target!
This is a pretty decent target. Its huge and has a nice selection. Only gripe is that find a parking space during peak hours can be a bit insane, but luckily theres a lower level garage. Its located in a marketplace with a few other big name stores and a handful of restaurants so it makes a great place for a quick shopping trip.
Electronics department is a mess. The guy at register ignored the line to help someone that approached from the back. When we started to walk away, we reminded him there was a line, and he said, “oh, I didn’t know,” as if we were all queued up just to watch him work. Then when asked for a game that was listed on the website as “in stock,” I was told to come back tomorrow when other people were working.I heard him say something similar to a woman trying to buy a Fire Stick. Funny enough, she was standing in front of me in the line he didn’t know existed. With Best Buy and Game Stop in the same complex, I recommend buying your electronics from those stores instead.
Not impressed. Have been multiple times in the past month. Always seem to be out of stuff and I have ran into multiple issues of stuff being mislabeled. Also prices are higher as I have had to get a price match for something cheaper on their own website. There are many better Target locations in Atlanta.
I dont visit the locations so much, because there are so far and in between in which I work and live. But I remembered how I had a bad spending habit with this company:)...But its a diamond in disguise with new and innovative products that I desperately in need of. Thanks a bunch.
Came in looking for an item that was specifically specifically showing as in stock on the website. There were three different options, all showing in stock. I drove here from another store specifically to purchase any of the three and lo and behold, all versions of the item are totally out of stock. management has no solution to offer me other than an apology that their website didnt update. Terrible way to do business.
5 Star Service for Mana at the Edgewood Location!! I was so disappointed that I couldnt find the Xmas gift I was looking for (website said they had it In store, but all the salesmen were saying that they DIDNT have it at all, and that the website must have been incorrect.)Mana was the ONLY person that took her TIME to actually FIND the item in their back stock room. EXCELLENT customer service. The other guys in the toy department could care less. I believe she was a manager and I hope that Ive spelled her name correctly! :) lol K.U.D.O.S
I ordered some food at the Food Ave. I mispronounced marinara and Debra didnt like that or maybe she was having a bad day (not my fault or problem) because she caught an attitude. She became cold and rude with her actions throughout the whole purchase. She asked me if that was all I said I wanted the combo. I paid and she went to fix my sandwich. While waiting, I saw the chips at the end of the counter and decided to get one. Her facial expression could kill me if it could have. After she handed me my sandwich, I said thank you. Silence as she walks away. Terrible 3x customer service.
After my experience tonight at this Target, the company has lost me forever as a customer. I purchased an electric shaver there last month. It suddenly stopped working. I no longer had the receipt or the box but paid with a credit card and figured they could trace back the purchase that way.A woman by the name of Tamieka who claimed to be the manager, told me I had to have the receipt or the box, then insinuated that I was trying to run a scam because how could she be certain I bought it there. Said I was stuck with the defective product Target Corp. sold me and that was my tough luck. I asked to see a manager and she hissed, I am the manager. I run this store. Then, as if that wasnt enough, when I told her it was a dumb policy when other stores can track purchases via credit cards, she quipped, Were not other stores. So I had to go to Wal Mart to get what I needed and file a dispute form with AmEx.The irony is, I was willing to upgrade to a more expensive model of what I had purchased and pay the difference. But Tamieka felt it was more important to lose me as a customer.Permanently.
First and FOREMOST, I don’t have a reason to steal. So to be followed around in this store LAST NIGHT by one of the 🤣 SEASONAL 🤣 employees really pissed me off & it forced me to stop my shopping and walk OUT. He’s lucky I didn’t curse his Bummy-looking ass out about it! I refuse to pay my hard earned money in a store that I’ve been shopping at for over 10 years. This 😂SEASONAL EMPLOYEE 🤣 was walking around me THREE TIMES making it look so OBVIOUS that he was to catch me in the act. If I have to see a 🤣SEASONAL EMPLOYEE 😂 that many times, then it’s best that I do my shopping elsewhere,& just because I had my drawstring bag on my back does not mean I was there to shoplift. I’m very sure bag or no bag on my back, I would’ve received the same treatment. It got very heavy in there causing me to feel intense anxiety. So I left,& will never shop there again.
If you come here looking for a specific item, chances are itll either be out of stock, or youll find it, but they cant ring it up because its not in the system. They also dont seem to know how to keep their shopping carts out of the rain or from blocking the main walkway out of the store.

2022-01-04Every Target staffer I encountered was amazingly professional and courteous. I had questions concerning items my wife desired to purchase. They were answered by the associates, flawlessly. One thing in particular I would like to highlight. My wife and I noticed the check out lines in he front were very long. Obviously, this was the day before Christmas Eve and the store was packed. I asked the associate in electronics could we check out there. He granted our request without resistance. The associate even commented on a few items in our buggy which really impressed my wife. Thanks Target.

2022-06-21Talk about service! - I had a couple store members make sure that I was okay when I was looking for something and when I came close to the checkout, they went out of their way to turn on the light and the register to help me check out.The best part was the manager- when one of the signs about the gift cards didnt ring up proper in the checkout, instead of going back and forth, she asked me to check out and meet her at the next counter, where she rang up a gift card and handed it to me.That is exceptional service - will definitely be shopping here more.

2021-12-14I ordered for pickup a specific Barbie Doll set for my Granddaughter. This was the closest store with it in stock. After driving about 45 miles, going through the line, the young lady brought a totally different item. She stated it may be a substitute item as they were probably out of what I ordered. As I was about to leave I decided to check if I could find the item I ordered. The website showed 6 in stock when I submitted the order. I found the toy section and within 30 seconds found the exact item. In fairness there was a display slightly covering one edge. I purchased the item and went on my way. The reason I ordered it was so I wouldn’t have to shop during Christmas rush. The store itself is clean and very large. The young lady at customer pickup was very nice and very apologetic. They need to do a much better job getting the correct items off the shelf.

2022-07-06I absolutely love Target. The store is always neat, clean and well stocked. I also like their loyalty discount program and how easy it is to access customer service when needed. Finally, I enjoy how fast I get checked out.

2022-06-06I like that the store has a lot to offer but their online pickup and drive up sucks. I have never had issues with any other target but this one consistently cancels my orders due to technical difficulties even after sending me a notification that my order is ready for pickup. Customer service lines are always long here as well. Also, their online stock numbers are never up to date at this location like they are at others. Dont expect the usual target experience here.

2022-04-21As a current employee I have to give it to this target and this is my honest review. Ever since I started working the team leaders has always been there for me. Just like any retail jobs some days are gonna be busier than others and it is gonna seem very stressful at times but people there will help you once they have finished what they need to do or the mangers will send someone over to help and sometimes even help themselves when the store isnt crazy busy. Most of the employees there are so nice and youll always have someone to talk to. If you work floor definitely get a lot of walking and bending over to get clothes or help customers. Honestly I loved working there because of the people and the environment. You are trained in different areas so you get the feel for every part of the job.

2022-05-25Placed an order for in-store pickup. I contacted the store about 15 times via phone and no one answered in the guest services/pick-up department. The only department that answered was optical who are not directly associated with Target. The young lady told me that someone is there because she just walked past them, so the nerve of them not to answer the phone. Can you all please hire employees who want to do their job?! Additionally, HR didn’t answer the phone. This place is an example of poor customer service! I definitely won’t be shopping here in the future.

2022-04-26Cancels half your order while you are on your way to pick it up! Terrible. This store accepts your online order. Tells you your order is ready for pickup and indicates all items fulfilled. At the time you are heading over is when they realize that half your items were not picked and are not in stock and then tell you when you are at the store expecting all your order and only getting half of it. What a terrible way to build customer confidence.

2022-03-04Left checkout with my purchase less than three feet from the exit door and was asked to render a receipt for my item that could not fit in a bag. However, another couple walked right by me with two oversized items in their buggy not bagged and they were allowed to keep walking. Please practice this ridiculous policy fairly and with fidelity. Customers should not be embarrassed and accused of stealing after spending almost $200.
