I am commenting on the the Targer Online purchase. So, I purchased an item for 18+ dollars. The order was a pick. However, I was charged 18 dollars plus an additional $17 that I had no idea I was charged until I looked in my bank statement. I went back to Target to customer service and they could not help me and did not know why I would have been charged twice. They gave me a customer service number to call. I called and here is what they explained that for security reason and without informing the customer is why the charged $17. To my surprice, I could not believe it cost me $.35. They informed me that the $17 will come off anywhere from 5 to 7 days. Dont order online from Target. Ive never experienced this with any online shopping company and I do alot of it. I will never shop with Target online again. They could have taken my last $17 for all they know and took my money They took the money out it immediate and now I have to wait days before I get MY MONEY BACK. HORRIBLE !!!!!
Target is a great place to shop. The employees are always friendly and helpful. The aisles are uncluttered and the store is very organized. Only thing wrong is there needs to be another one on the north side of Columbus.
This must be the only store in this region that actually has a mens toiletry section and its great
The service is on and off. One day a nice worker helps you.. next a rude one! For those who are the “rude” workers, Take pride in your work! And one tip. The aisles are easy to navigate and easy to find. But us crafters need a crafting aisle! Like slime ingredients and sewing items, and stuff like that! It is extremely annoying to go aisle to aisle looking for crafting ingredients!
I love this Target. I shop here a lot and the employees are awesome. I just wanted to give a shout out to Ms. Sarah in the Home department. She’s always helpful with finding products and giving advice on decor. I wish there was one of her in every department because she’s awesome at what she does.
Great deals but this one has no Starbucks or family restroom. Had to leave my 6 year old daughter outside alone while I took my 4 year old boy to the restroom.
This is a nice location and it has a Starbucks. They also offer the option for ordering online and picking up in the store which is very convenient. I really like their beauty department and cosmetics.
The online shopping was great especially with all the back to school specials they currently have. I was able to get most all of the boys school supplies ordered online and delivered to my car. It was a very nice experience. I didnt have to take the boys shopping. We looked online and ordered what they wanted and needed.
Nice envoirment, wish things werent as expensive other than that, Great service!
Just had the best cashier and customer service experience at the Target in Columbus, GA. I had made a mistake in my gift card purchases, and the cashier and manager were so kind and patient with me after what I am sure was a very long day during the Christmas season. I love this store. It is always clean, well stocked, well manned, and the employees are always helpful.
I enjoy shopping at target. The sore is well lit . Merchandise is well organized & stocked. Target is the only store I have found that sell a large variety of sheba brand cat food. It is because of this I usually buy everything else on my list there now. It it clean & handicap accessible. It also nice to have coffee while you shop. A satisfied customer, thank you!

We found everything we needed and the store was tidy and clean. We love the staff there and are happy to go pick up items there. We arent happy about the new remodel/reorganization of the Target brand, its confusing and harder to navigate. We also miss the Target Cafe and popcorn. But the staff is incredible.
I usually don’t come on reviews websites to leave bad reviews but I thought this place actually deserves it. Target is a great place to shop none the less great deals & great team members but the management staff are the most unprofessional set of so called “Team Leads” I have ever met in my years of working in customer service (almost 6). These team leads need to be exposed for all of the dirty acts they do to their team members. Not to mention I can name at least 5 managers who see no wrong in sleeping with their team members and will write anyone up who disagrees with their actions or try to speak up. These managers will lie, make up stories, cut hours, and will attempt to intimidate you. But let’s not forget target is suppose to be a family/friendly team which it’s far from that. Behind the scenes this manager plot and target team members for whatever personal reason they feel. I was a victim and there are many more employees just like me who won’t say anything (understandably they could loose their job in the process.) I’ve reported manager but not action was taken and this is why I’m choosing speak out. This place manager really deserves 0 stars and I will NEVER recommend anyone work here.
I can usually find what I need in this store, except a sales associate. Toy aisles are typically pretty neat, housewares always has a great selection of fresh stuff.
I just love how many options they have in the store. Im always thrilled to go shopping here.
Great products. Great prices. My 1st time ever visiting a Target, but definitely wont be the last. I was rushed this morning. I had ordered some poducts online and picked them up at front desk. In and out in 2-3 minutes. Glanced around and definitely will go visit the store soon.
Came in Saturday morning to pick up some items, saw the Starbucks was open and decided to grab some. Looks like they are very short handed, I only saw on person working while I was in line. She did a excellent job handling orders and making drinks by her self. I have to say I was impressed by her work, but I was irritated by the wait, you would think that they would have more then one person working. Either way, other then the wait it was a great experience.

I usually love Target! But at this Target most of the employees are rude and do not want to do their job. Lazy employees. The Starbucks inside this location, the baristas do not know how to make lattes! No correct measurements and no skim milk!
If you are hesitating about target drive up at this location let this review serve as an honest answer that they are efficient in getting all items and are very friendly. The system is seamless. For someone who’s toddler just hates target...this is a gamechanger! Will use this service often! You should too!
Target has always been my favorite place locally to get in and get out. Tonight, it got even better. The new wallet app is just amazing. Pulls everything together nicely. I like the fact that security is always prominent and available and the cashiers are always so nice.
I went in Saturday morning with some of my friends, I had a great experience, even though there was only one person working. But today was completely different, today my order was all wrong and it took forever. It seems like the only person who knows what they are doing was off today. I will give this Starbucks one more try but if its bad again I done here.
Extremely slow service and rude guest service representatives. I do not recommend this Target location to anyone! They all must have been sitting around on their phones instead of working. My order wasn’t that big or hard to pick and it still wasn’t done in 45 minutes. I’ve never experienced such horrible service at a Target!
This is for Starbucks only, not Target. I ordered an ice coffee light ice. It was full of ice. When I questioned it she told me that because I am not getting milk that they had to put extra ice in my ice coffee or else my cup would only be filled up halfway. I have never had a Starbucks telli me that before. I said, I dont want my coffee watered down. I got a refund and didnt see how that saved them money. I went across the street to a real Starbucks.
Great Target, the staff are nice and the products of course are good, but the building itself is just, old. Like, you can tell that this place could use a renovation and some sprucing up. No tiles are falling off of the ceiling or anything, but the atmosphere just isnt what you expect from a Target. Hopefully itll get better.
Shopping experience is always great, my experience at the Starbucks however wasnt the best. Staff was incredibly rude, very short with everyone and took 32 minutes to complete an order (2 drinks). it got to the point where guests in front of us were canceling orders and there still didnt seem to be any sense of urgency. I dont think Ill be grabbing a coffee here again, not unless I have an abundance of time to waste.

Target always carries what I need and then some. The stores are well lit, usually a good amount of cashiers, the staff on the floor is always helpful. Through the years, Target has sold better quality brands and clothing style has improved for all members of the family. Look forward to the current renovations being done at my current Target.
I didn’t know it was possible for Targets to be bad!! Today I found out it’s possible. The employees were not the most friendly, not rude, but didn’t seem to want to interact with any customers. They were also out of all of the popular sizes of all the popular clothing, nothing in stock and nothing in the back. They had lots of options of things most people did not want though! Today my Target Run was disappointing :(
I dont normally leave reviews, but I had to this time, I came into see what kind of deals I could get, when I got done I grabbed a coffee at the Starbucks. The service at the Starbucks was amazing and far more welcoming then most Starbucks, Vanessa just made it a awesome experience after grabbing some great deals.
Sometimes, I’m super basic and I love my Tar-jay. They are NEVER out of what I need. Lots of brands that aren’t offered at places. Straight & clean shelves. This is the stuff that matters to me. If y’all ain’t using the Cartwheel app, you’re missing out. Side note to Target: please don’t turn into wallyworld with your checkout system!! Sometimes when I go in, there’s 1-2 aisles open or all 5-6 of the self checkout lanes are open. I hate self checkout, there’s always a problem that requires an employee anyways. :(
My kids and I were waiting to speak to the tech guy to look at and possibly buy what we were excited about getting for their father. He was speaking with two other men looking at phones at the counter.As we waited, a woman walked up and he asked how he could help her.... Are you kidding me??? I said out loud that we were next.... They both walked off and the kids and I walked away and talked to a manager that just said, Im sorry.We left and didnt buy a thing.... I gave two stars because its not fair to the other workers who do help others.
I LOVE my Columbus Target. I’ve never once had a negative experience. I always get great and prompt service, prices are great, and the team goes above and beyond to make my shopping/order experience great.

Target is my go to store whenever I need household products. The store is always well stocked and neat. Employees are always pleasant and professional. Target has the best cartwheel offers.
This was my first time trying out Targets order pickup system after trying similar services at other stores with mixed results. Target in Columbus GA was well organized and retrieved my order in no time flat . I will definitely do this again
Seems every time I come into this store, even on weekends that Starbucks is a one man show with one employee trying to manage it all. They also are constantly out of everything to make. Might as well go to the one across the street. Cashiers have been dwindling too... what’s up with that Target? I love shopping here but having to wait in a long line for coffee and also to check out all the time is annoying, and no I don’t want to check myself out. Service here is decreasing.
The people in the online order pickup dont know what they are doing. We ordered presents for a wedding and did the pick up in store. The plates we ordered were opened. We needed a gift receipt since it was a present. Was told we couldnt get a gift receipt until we got the receipt email. Waited around for a bit to get the email. Went back in with the email and was told by another employee that we needed something else that the email wasnt enough. This one said to come back in a day or so to get the receipt. Um no.
Everything is overpriced, theres never an employee in a department to help, and theyre not very welcoming (along with other customers, but I know that isnt the companys fault). Every time I come here, the employees stare me down like theyre suspicious of me or Im doing something wrong- which Im suspecting is because I dont shop here while dressed up when other customers do. Today (April 24, 2019 at around 8pm), I went through the self checkout and there were two employees standing there- a male and a female. They greeted every other customer except for me and they kept watching me... I felt like someone was watching me and I turn around and make eye contact with both of them. I know that at self checkout, youre supposed to make sure everything gets rung up, but they were only watching me. I quickly scanned everything and left. What is it with all the snobby stores in this city watching people who are just dressed comfortably?
They have a great selection of items. They really have stepped it up with their Home department. Great for filler items or if you need to do some heavy shopping. Their food selection could be bigger with more choices. However its Targret and that is their appeal to be different than Walmart. All in all I was please with the selection the store offered.
We love targets selection of vintage games, toys for kids, kids clothing, etc. The men and womens personal care aisles have been expanded and improved, the only thing we wish we would see is a larger menswear selection.
The store is so much better since the update. Even through the changes the staff hung in and everyone seems so much happier to be at work. Its much nicer to shop there now that its clean, and doesnt smell like a carnival.
This continues to happen, items are listed as being present yet no in stock. Also, you have to love the message that no “team” members are available. Columbus Target needs improvement of management.

India at the self check out at 330pm on Saturday December 19 2020 in Columbus, GA location watched my basket while I went to the restroom and was so polite and sweet. So considerate!
This is an OK store, the employees arent rude, but at the same time arent overly friendly, the prices are on the high side for popular brands, but if you buy Targets Up&Up brand its pretty reasonable. So overall its an OK store to visit for about anything you need, at a medium, but not low price.
This Target location is incredibly clean and well stocked. I was shopping for household items this trip and found everything I was looking for. Checkout was easy. I will definitely be back.
Great selection of kids clothes. the store was neat and clean. I had trouble finding a department but, the store associates were really happy to help. One associate also helped me download the target app and helped me save more!
The store doesnt flow. the diaper, wipes, and the poor selection of baby food is on one end of the store and all the other stuff is on the other side. so not convenient. the whole store needs to be arranged better. all stores need to be the same. the coupon policy is weak. its feels as of target purposely makes it hard for you to save money.
I stopped in with my son to grab a delicious gingerbread latte and a hot chocolate for my son. Staff was polite and friendly. The coffee was very good, it was relaxing having my coffee while I shopped.

Ive been trying to call customer service and nothing. I tried calling other departments and nothing as well. I am calling for a basic service question that will require a yes or no only. Why I dont go to the store? Because I live 21.2 miles away and yes this is my nearest store. I have multiple target gift cards from my wedding but I have a question towards their usage. Its super frustrating that no one is available to answer at the customer service department

I was looking at some exercise equipment in the area store and they had several employees come by w/o saying a word. Eventually, a store detective appeared. Made me very uncomfortable. Never thought I would be harassed at Target. I understand that they are cutting down on loss through theft, but that was ridiculous. I was dressed in business casual too. Maybe they need to find some work to do, rather than make customers feel like common criminals. I called the manager and he said that they would never do that; 5 employees and a guard come down the same aisle...ha!

Did the self-checkout the cashier That was supposed to be posted over there to help was not very helpful got a potted plant off the shelf that had a big red sign that said 20% off register did not take the 20% off so I asked about it told her there was a big sign with a bunch of them and instead of having someone go check or said sign she just went with the price the register showed when I know at Tiger Town Target they are a lot more helpful and would go verify the sign and honor the signs price even if someones forgotten to take it down so definitely Ill make a point to go to Tiger Town.
THEY NEED ZERO STARS!!! The store is DISGUSTING!!!! THEY NEED TO SHUT THIS STORE IN COLUMBUS DOWN ASAP!!!!! They need a deeeeeeepppp cleaning going on because the store is plain out filthy and dirty!!!! On top of that, a couple of their employees follow customers around and dont ask if the customers need any help. They just continue to follow customers around, staring at them at a distance!!! Who wants to shop somewhere like that. Every customer should not be treated like they are a thief. Thats the main problem in this store is that everyone is treated like a thief. Makes noone want to shop at your store down here. What your store needs to do is worry more about somebody picking up a broom or mop to clean up more than anything. Is your store not clean in Columbus, Ga because your employees are more worried about walking around staring at customers than they are cleaning up?? Fix that!!! Everybody is not a thief or trying to be a thief. Ridiculous. Then your store has spider webs, dust, nasty/dirt filled carpet, dirty food court, and your employees dont even look like they take care of theirselves good enough to be trying to scope out others!!!! With their greasy hair, dirty shoes, tattoo sleeves, unclean clothes, and not even dress presentable enough to be so disgusting to your customers. Your employees dont look the part. Thought when a person was hired they need to look clean and presentable because THEY REPRESNT YOUR COMPANY/YOUR FRANCHISE!!!! CORPORATION NEEDS TO SHUT IT DOWN!!!! Other Target stores outside the area are nice, clean, and HAVE EMPLOYEES THAT LOOK CLEAN/AND LOOK PRESENTABLE FOR WORK!!!! Columbus target seeking employees dont!!! Whole experience is so uncomfortable!!! Fix it or close the whole store down. Have your employees at this store looking the part before they stare down customers like theyre better!!!!

I like Target, its also a good place to go shopping but I just go there for little items like snacks, etc.
I’m usually a fan of target stores but I always dread when I have to go to this location. Parking is a nightmare and cars are always speeding by. The floor plan of the store isn’t the greatest and certain items are in hard to find places. Employees aren’t the friendliest and it seems like you are constantly in their way no matter where you are in the store.
Cashier great . Spent 1 1/2 hours shopping. Register would not accept my check. So I had to leave merchandise behind. Target lost $255. sale.
My husband was working late and we were out of toilet paper. I had a sick screaming 1 year old with a double ear infection and a 5 year old. It was raining and I didn’t want to have to get them out! It was super convenient and sooooooo helpful!
Went to target around 1pm today and overheard a older gentleman that worked in the mobile area telling a younger female that also worked there that she was stupid because she was a female. Appalled at the behavior of that man and hope it doesn’t go unnoticed. He should lose his job for bullying immediately!
Not a super target but ok . Revisited today after a long months of not going. Was pleasantly surprised this time. Selection was much more stocked than usual and found what I needed. Wish it was a super target but will try again soon.

Older/slightly dated Target (circa 1999), but a consistent powerhouse on Bradley Park. Conveniently located next to a Michaels, PetSmart, and Fresh Market, right off the exit. Better use the left lane when exiting from eastbound J.R. Allen.
Target has changed a LOT this past year. The staff is not friendly or helpful anymore & the prices are too high for most items.
Only complaint is the workers will watch you circle around the same aisles and not offer help. But extremely clean, well organized and most of the stuff is steadily in stock

The Columbus, Ga. Target can learn a thing or two from the stores in Opelika and Newnan. Employees dont have their priorities straight and treat customers like criminals. A little hypocritical when employees steal all the Fast and Furious movie money from every movie 1-6 smh.
Very disappointing Target. Have visited every time I am in Columbus Ga. and it is always a very disorganized dirty store. Hopefully next visit will be up to most other Target standards.

Seems to be going downhill. Starting to get dirty and some staff seems to not be customer oriented.
Target is very organized and the employees are very helpful!

2022-05-12Target used to be wonderful. It was one of my favorites in fact. But the past few years it has crumbled into a huge mess of rude employees that stand around gossiping about others, walking into you with their noses buried in their phones and act like you were at fault and messy shelves etc. The clothing and merchandise has gone down hill. Not only in appearance but also quality. Prices have been hit or miss but always higher than other stores.

2022-06-21MOTHERS be aware that this Target as well as others host a group of men scouting our children! There was not a police officer at the front and I witnessed 2 mothers today complain to the manager of a man following them around while shopping with their multiple children.I heard about this happening in multiple Target stores, however took it with a grain of salt, until TODAY. If you choose to spend your money there, moms, keep your children by your side!

2022-04-23Here we go. My wife and her friend go try on undergarments. Their sign posted says Leave on your underwear while trying on our undergarments, which they did. The lady at dressing room calls them out infront of the people in line, snatches the items from them. Puts them in a paper bag and throws them away. Saying WE DO NOT DO THAT HERE. WHAT A PROUD MOMENT AT TARGET TODAY!!... future shopping will be done at a different place. Thank you for embarrassing my wife and her friend. Manager Sheri says she will look into this. We will see.

2022-06-26The customer service is horrible! It seems like they just hire anyone these days!! The associate that checked me out was young, unprofessional and extremely rude! I’m glad that I was more mature than her and didn’t respond to her the way that she deserved!

2021-12-20Target has a great selection of products! This was my first experience using the drive-up option and online ordering with Target. I decided to use it to avoid the crowd and long lines (also to stay focused on my list and not get distracted), this was the best decision! The information online was very up-to-date with whats available in the store so I knew exactly what I could pick up and what had to be delivered. The estimated wait time was very accurate and once I arrived, an associate was out within a few short minutes with my order.

2021-12-24The store is not organized. the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting and NEVER HAVE SOAP. the associates help you when they feel like it. overall not thrilled when shopping here. the only reason to shop here is the brands they offer that walmart doesn’t.

2019-10-22Thank you Target, for your marvelous app. This app tells me if something is in stock, and even shows on the store map where the item can be found in the store. The mens clothes are similar in fit and quality to what The Gap used to offer (when the Gap sold high quality items) and one can shop for professional mens attire while pushing a cart with two kids. I also like that I can order from my phone, and pick up in the store. Or, if I like something that but its not in my size, I can order from the app while in the store and it is typically delivered within the week. The checkout lines are prompt, and the self check outs run well and have competent employees available to assist if something doesnt scan properly. The store is clean, bright, and offers a reasonably pleasant shopping experience.
