The lady with the red hair at the Pizza Hut inside Target puts so much care into making the pizzas. It was delicious and she was very nice. This was our second time getting a pizza from her. Also, all of the staff at this Target were so friendly and very nice and helpful to me and my 4 year old.
Target is always a great experience. The store is extremely clean, organized, well stocked, and the team members are very polite and helpful.
Anne Marie is the most amazing employee here. An angel in disguise to say the least. I was moved by her kindness and empathy. It’s unique to have someone so caring & compassionate in big box stores. If you see this Anne Marie- thank you for your thoughtful & encouraging words. I’m in my car crying like a baby but in the best way! I’ll be back for sure. This is a very well run Target. Their drive up employees are some of the best and friendliest out of any Targets we have been to.One annoyance at this Target is the harassment you get from the AT&T sales reps that set up shop in the Electronics department. They are there 24/7 with no end in sight. It’s annoying having them solicit every time you are shopping there.
Restrooms are absolutely filthy and deli manager needs to check in on his team to ensure proper customer service. Not at all what I would have expected from Target. Shop elsewhere if you can.
I use the drive up option at least once a week and every time I have my correct order and am back on the road heading back to my house within minutes.
Target is always our first stop for shopping, whether it is groceries, health and beauty items or toys and clothes. We can usually find everything we need in one place, which is ideal. Target is always clean and never crowded.
One of my items ordered was cancelled as store inventory didnt match online pickup availability. Also would have liked to receive a register receipt. I do know theres an e-receipt, but I need a printed receipt

In these stressful and unsure times, I literally had the best shopping experience I can remember in years. Did it help that I was able to get toilet paper? Of course it did, but that isnt the good part. I would have moved on to another store, this was just the closest to start the search (total Kroger shopper here) From the guy sterilizing the carts, to the people stocking shelves, to the manager walking by, to the gal at the register (time 11:45am) I havent seen so many smiles, heard so many friendly greetings or been asked if I found everything so many times. THANK YOU, so much for your calm pleasant smiles, politeness and professionalism thru all this. So hard to find these days, that I completed my entire list here today knowing I would spend a few extra dollars. Worth it.
Customer service is amazing! My cashier was Siarrah. She was super helpful, kind, and extremely patient with my very active 4 year old lol.. I secretly wished i could put her in my pocket! I was honestly having a bad day, but her sweet spirit made me feel a bit better. Also this Target is very clean and organized. Overall, I had a great experience.
Always have a good experience at this location. People are very friendly. Wanted to take time to recognize your associate Bryan. He did not assist me but I could hear him interacting with customers in the other line. Very positive and happy person. Definitely goes above and beyond. I hope he is a leader at this store. Shopping at target is part of my routine for most days. Honestly, I come here at least once a week. The store is always super clean and organized. There’s also quite a few dairy-free ice cream options to choose from here.

This is my favorite Target and I would have given it five stars except for the motorized carts. I am disabled and have noticed and confirmed with others a problem with the angle of the seats in all the carts. The seats all lean up and forward and cause back and leg pain. If the seats were adjusted down in the back everyone could ride comfortably. Sometimes I avoid the store simply because of the extreme discomfort driving the cart. This is really a great store, always clean and a very helpful staff. If they would adjust the seats it would be perfect!

This is to the Starbucks employee named Fiona. I LOVE YOU! She is very nice and hard working when she had about 10 people she made sure they had a great drink and did it in a great amount of time considering it was only her working the Starbucks.
I’ve always loved shopping at Target. The silliest of all reasons, I love their smooth-strolling, clean red carts. Of course the 5% standard discount I get on my total (at least brings down the tax we pay).

This is my go-to place to shop for things. Household essentials, quick clothes run, toiletries, etc. The lines are consistently short and the self-checkout is usually open. The market is nice but I still try to support Kroger for foodstuffs.
The best Target! All staffs are very friendly and willing to help customers! The environment is nice and clean. Self-checkout avoids long line. Shopping here is always relaxing and fun!
Large, clean store with a great selection. I live in between two targets and prefer this one to the Alpharetta tagret.Update: I used the order pickup service with target for the first time today and it was excellent! My order was ready within minutes! Very quick service and everything was perfect! Such a nice experience much better than other order pickup services I’ve used.
Nice super Target that is a lot less crowded than its competitor the big wally world store. It also feels cleaner that the W store. The only downside is that its most times more expensive than it. But sure beats all the darn crows so for convenience you cant beat it.

It was so convenient. Given the limited quantity available in the store, I wanted to reserve the item in advance. I recommend improving signage within the store as to where to pickup items rather than assuming its at customer service (which is not always the case).
This shop is deserved for 4 stars. The shop is so attractive and friendly staff. I recently bought a cream in Walgreens and I had to return it and later I’ve been to Target and found that the rate is almost 30% less than that. I thought I should stop using the Walgreens. Thanks Target for saving my money. I love it.

The customer service team leader was outstanding. Im usually greeted with respect when I attend the Target Milton, but Bryan (i believe thats his name) went beyond the call of duty. He helped me find some binders my wife wanted. I dont have to tell you the dangers of sending a husband solo on a Target run!
There was a guy working around the customer service area that came with his scanner and helped people waiting in the line to pick up an order so they didnt have to wait to get to the front of the line....he was a real customer service pro....smiling, accommodating, efficient. Great experience. :)

I purchased a shirt and a pair of boots to wear out to dinner with my husband. I just got off work and this Target is right around the corner from my job. When i picked out what I was looking for, I asked a young lady at the sales rack near the fitting room if it was okay to use the fitting room to change after I purchased my items and she said that would be fine. I also asked the young man at the self check out registers the same thing just to verify and he said that would be fine. I got to the fitting room and was greeted by a young lady telling me to go ahead an use any fitting room which I told her I am going to change into what I bought, is that okay. I then showed her my receipt and proceeded to go into the first fitting room by the counter. I was having issues taking the tags off the boots so I stuck my head out of the fitting room, where there was another woman standing there, and asked if I could use her scissors to cut the tags off which she handed me and then I gave them right back. Now as I am leaving out the dressing room I have the hanger and boot box in my hand, which I put into the trash can and that is when I noticed another older lady standing at the counter. I spoke and left with my bag and receipt in hand. I went to the front of the store to use the rest room and when I left out of the restroom I gentleman walked up to me with the box and hanger in hand and said Did you throw this away? I said yes I did and that is when he said Well are you going to pay for it? It was at that very moment I felt insulted. I told him I already paid for it and showed him my receipt. I also told him I was no thief. He told me the older lady in the fitting area called him back there and that is when I asked him, Why didnt she just ask me when I was back there? He didnt have an answer, when I called and spoke with the manager in the fitting area, she couldnt give me an answer. All she tried to do is justify her coworkers actions. I told her with the energy she put into digging into the trash, calling the manager and having me embarrassed in front of other customers, she could have asked to see my receipt which I would have gladly shown her. I spent 70.54 in that store and I left, confused, embarrassed and angry. I work very hard and when someone questions my integrity without asking a simple question, that upsets me. I will never shop at this Target again. I dont appreciate how I was treated and the lack of respect when questioned about it was absurd.

I’ve had the same salads for the last couple of months. i’ve realized they’re putting less chicken in them each time. they also reuse old lettuce for a whole week. i always check the bottom of the salads and they’re brown. they put the brown ones at the front to sell them before they make more. very unfortunate.
My experience with Drive up service is very poor...Said, the delay is due to high demand...And i am the only person waiting for my stuff, there are no other cars.

I picked up my daughter birthday cake from Target and not even 20min after leaving the store I found that my cake had melted (buttercream cake) and the second layer of my cake had slide off the bottom part. I contacted the bakery department and the lady in the Bakery made it seem as if it was my fault and acted as if she didn’t want to help me. I then requested to speak to a manager and I was transferred to Jim who told me I could come back in and we could see what they could do for me. Once I arrived at the store I was told theu couldn’t fix the cake and they had never seen anything like that before. I was told I couldn’t get a refund but they could offer a new cake but not the original one My daughter wanted. My daughter needed to have something for her birthday party that was two hours away. Unfortunately after all that it was the worst cake I had ever had, no body at my party wanted to eat it and I had to throw the cake away. I will not be going bake to target bakery it was a waist of money and time!
Clean Store, good selection. Make sure you use your CartWheel app, sometimes 25% off. Only problem is that sometimes they dont have enough cashiers. Starbucks coffee is right there too.
Lines are always fairly long. Carts were left outside during snow storm and they were all wet and filled with snow. Lots of out of stocks in the meat dept. No customer service. Never greeted or spoken to by a sales associate on our entire visit, although we passed several. Its target with no flare. 1 star better than a Wal-Mart.
The bakery staff is unprofessional. I simply needed cupcakes and cookies and was given the run around. The decorator is unavailable and the staff is not responsive. 1 day before my child birthday I am left with finding a new baker
Great selection of stuff. Very huge, Friendly staff. However, even during peak times, I see that only few lanes are open. Self-checkout on one end of the store isnt operational most of the time.

Purchased some really cute Hearth & Home juice glasses with little raised Xs around the rim. Upon inspection at home, the label read Do Not Microwave and Hand Wash - NOT ACCEPTABLE. Made me fear there was lead content. Maybe Joanna Gaines should be notified of this flaw. And if its not lead, who wants to hand wash juice glasses anyway.
I love the way the store looks and feels - I love the merchandise and the prices. I love my Redcard and all the rewards that come with it.
Good shopping atmosphere. The Starbucks in it is an added advantage, since I love coffee shops. Also theres a pizza hut restaurant where you can sit and eat.
The management staff at this store is extremely polite and helpful - returns/exchanges, checking out, teacher discount, finding items, and answering questions, etc. This is a great place to shop!
I came to the location at exactly closing time 10pm but the manager let me buy the battery that I need for my school project. Which are the AAAA battery that took me 3 different stores and location to find.

The lines are constantly long with few and very slow cashiers. They need self checkout lanes and express lanes that are not constantly closed.
You dont let your workers unionize, you starve them for hours, and you dont respect the workers that have been with you for years.

2021-07-15This Super Target was clean, and had basically anything you could possibly need. From make up, to food, to bathing suits, sports equipment, craning products, home decor, and more. School supplies were fully stocked. Tons of clothes for almost every size. Large clothing sections. Frozen and fresh foods, meat department, deli, and bakery. Tons of options. Lots of cash registers. Great service. Ample parking. Great location.

2022-01-31One of the best things about Target is that its super clean and very well maintained. Staff is super friendly and always welcome you with a smile. I have never encounter any issues with purchase or returns. You can price match with walmart, amazon and other stores. Open a target red card and get 5% discount on all your purchases.

2022-05-26Terrible customer service at self checkout on behalf of a team member with the name “Mashid”. I was purchasing some alcohol and she came over for an “ID check” however she demanded that I put the information in myself. After I told her that she was not doing her job - she simply walked away and did not seem bothered at all by my concern. This lady does NOT need to be working here, especially with the lack of customer service that she displays!

2022-02-06The store is clean. Like most stores these days with all of their automation it’s virtually impossible to find anyone to help you if you have a question about anything.There’s a TikTok that has gone viral with claims of misleading advertising. I had a similar experience during holiday shopping. They stocked an end cap with items that matched the description of the shelving tag with a huge sign at the top advertising the price. At the register, the item scanned for $10 higher. I thought I had made a mistake and went back to check the signage & the shelf sticker. No mistake. They both showed that the item was $10 cheaper than it rang up for. I took a picture and went to customer ‘no’ service for a price adjustment. After some review, the manager announced, “oh, it’s a different sku #”. Raise your hand if as a rule, you check & match the sku # of every item you are purchasing ever! It was bait & switch!So for all of the comments stating how nice they are, have a problem and see if you share that sentiment. They will nicely bait you out of your money. Watch vigilantly.

2021-11-30Very well organized as well as a fun store to look through. There are always lots of pokemon cards which are all well protected nearby staff and busy areas. i love going here and hope to come again soon.

2021-11-14I had the rudest employee at the register I will never come back to this Target again. Her name is Helen and she needs training on how to better speak to customers. She accused me of lying when I told her one of my items rang up incorrectly and refused to listen or call any manager to help. I will not come back to this location and would rather drive further away to a different Target than ever have to encounter her again.
