I went to Target yesterday for one thing, and I found it at a very reasonable price. I was looking for new basic pillows and bought 6 for $4 each. Perfect for our sons rooms. Penny was a great person to speak with at the register. Very friendly. Thank you for being closed on Easter this year. I appreciate that.
If you’re coming here to buy some Pokémon card products then good luck because the 3rd party vendor “excel” employee notifies all his friends first to buy all the “hard to find products” so they can resell it for a profit, every-time I manage to catch this particular employee, it’s always the same group of people buying out all the good products, they completely disregard the store policy of “two Pokémon or sports card product per customer” they literally have bags full of product and leave all the junk. The excel employee which I won’t mention his name has a attitude if your not part of his click and will call you out if your waiting for him to finish restocking but has no problem if his friends stays. I already brought this to the attention of target management and above, hopefully this gets corrected, there are some of us who collect out of passion for the hobby or for our kids but there are many who take advantage of the scarcity of pokemon products and decide to resell for profit, it’s greedy. This pandemic has brought the worse out of people, I’ve never seen so many scalpers when it comes to sports cards and also ps5/Xbox. And to the EXCEL vendor, I hope you know these guys are only using you, watch how quickly your friendship with them will fade away once you stop notifying them of your specific schedule.
I just left this location and Sidney located near self check out is so Great! He is kind and very helpful. I was having issue with my virtual wallet so I can pay and he showed me step by step. The absolute beat customer service and Smiled the whole time. Thanks Sidney!
I’ve put in several applications here at this store and was denied by all ! Everything is good my work history resume background etc . I just don’t understand during this pandemic everyone “needs help” but yet so picky ! But based on the reviews on indeed majority hated there experience working here so I guess it worked out ! Very hard place to get a job . Considering I’m not sure at all why I keep getting denied . That’s fine I was given a way better opportunity (:
Felt like a small Target. Little kids running wild everywhere.Had a decent movie selection which is why we stopped in but other than a few clearance items from toys, we didnt buy anything that we thought we would. Typically overpriced as most Targets are. Dont have any plans to stop in again.
I love how clean, kind the staff is. Today they went above and beyond for me when I was using the self checkout. They came and helped me put my items in big Target bags.
I am always impressed with the Target in Newnan. It is ALWAYS well stocked and clean and I enjoy the staff as I have ALWAYS been helped with a smile. The cashiers go above and beyond, most recently yesterday, Angel was my cashier and was extremely helpful!! I was struggling to download the Target APP to get my 10% coupon, and she calmed me and said that she could suspend my purchase to help the customer behind me while I was able to continue to SUCCESSFULLY download the app. It was most appreciated!!
There isn’t much to NOT love about Target but I went in Sunday evening on a hunt for an iPad & was hoping they had some in stock. I was greeting by an associate Alexis who was nothing but helpful with any questions I had and went out of her way to search for a certain size & color I was looking for. Great customer service is hard to come by & just wanted to stop in & say that it didn’t go unnoticed!
Tori at the Starbucks is rude every single time I come in there. I asked for a vanillasweet cream cold brew with sweet cream foam on top. She doesn’t add the sweet cream in the cold brew and then when I say that wasn’t what I ordered she tells me I have to ask for it? If I ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew obviously I want it. After that she didn’t even offer me a cup holder as she can see I have 4 drinks and when I asked for one she goes “yup” with an attitude and basically tossed it at me. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this employee. She’s extremely disrespectful and shouldn’t work with people.
Horrible customer service! I sat outside waiting over 20 mins for a drive up order and no one came outside. I used the app, the app even said (sorry for the delay) and I had to finally call the store as I and 6-8 other vehicles were outside waiting on their drive up orders. Some finally drove off after an exceeding wait time. When I called the store they said they suspended drive up due to a thunderstorm. The app signaled someone was coming outside and if I hadn’t have called how would I have known this. They should have had a sign posted, they claim they did but I looked all over as did others and there were no signs posted to where drivers could see (hence why we were all waiting in our vehicles). I saw no signs posted and there should be something on the app to let customers know. So I finally went inside to get my items, waited in the customer service line to pick them up and another lady also comes in behind me and they approached her first although clearly I was actually in line to be waited on. I shop target frequently and have worked for Target in the past, this is in NO WAY how to treat a customer especially the other poor people waiting in the parking lot having no idea this was happening. Target PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE.
My Target cashier, Victoria F. was exceptionally helpful and considerate. She really went above and beyond to assist my family not just as an employee obligated to do her job, but as a caring person committed to helping this busy mom on a mission.
Targets prices are usually higher than Walmarts or other stores, unless theres a good clearance. The check out line was the worst Ive ever seen in Target, even worse than a Walmart store! There were only two registers open, and the self-checkout had a long line as well. The store is clean but the check out experience would make me wait before I go again. One good thing, the employee who opened another register was friendly, apologetic, and definitely began checking people out quickly!
There seems to be a hanger shortage, I want all of my hangers to match exactly but Ive been trying to find hangers in stock for over 2 months now
I have never had a more pleasant shopping experience at Target. Every staff person I encountered was upbeat, friendly and helpful. There is a very different atmosphere of pleasantry that I have never felt before.

I love target they usually have the things that I was looking for in other stores in there store stocked and ready to purchase the employees are always super nice. I love the food court and the convenience of Starbucks. It’s just a great place. Not to mention if I find it on the app and it’s a different price they match it on the spot I LOVE THIS PLACE.

I visited to Target on 12/9. I went to check out at 10am, but I forgot my wallet. The kind worker said that it was no problem. They can save my stuff for 24 hours. I came back the next day at 8am, and nothing had been saved. No, condolence or apology was offered. No solution was offered. The employee said that they must have already been put back. I went around the store to look for some of the items, but I could not find them. I wont be back.
From my experiences with online pick up most of the Target employees are always on point with my orders when I order online in a timely manner. Always greet me with a smile or ask me do I need help when I come to customer service. Target has store members who believe in giving the best customer service to their customers I would definitely recommend all my family members to shop at the Newnan Target especially for their online pick up! I have shopped at this store for years and have had positive experience for the most part. This store has a specific team member that is almost always rude and acts like she would rather visit hell over dealing with customers. I have stepped out of the guest service line before to let others go ahead of me to avoid this team member. I have had yet another poor experience with this team member. This will change how I shop at target moving forward.
This is the most friendly, clean, professional Target I have ever been to. They are so helpful and cheerful always, I visit this store all the time and it consistently exceeds my expectations.

Never had a problem price matching before at any Target. Go there today and they wouldnt price match my item. The item was $85 there and Walmart has the item for $64 even Amazon has the same item for $64. So Target you lost a sale for sure. Will be Christmas shopping elsewhere. Maybe you shouldnt advertise you price match with a guarantee if you really dont.

Sometimes you have to venture away from your comfort zone and try a different location for what you think is an ordinary trip to the storeI was in Newnan meeting a friend for dinner so I decided to go to the Target literally across the road. The location of this store is 25 miles away home but in Atlanta this is not out if the norm and well worth it.The store is neat and pleasant. Very quiet shopping is what I call it really. The one thing they so have here is an abundance of clearance. I dont know if this location gets sent clearance from other stores but it was a joy to keep turning corners and seeing those yellow tags.Your store associates are very helpful as well. I found everything I needed.
I usually enjoy shopping at this Target, but I had a terrible experience today. When I went to check out, there was a very long line for the one open register. I finally get to the check stand and the girl working it, Paige, is incredibly rude. Zero customer service skills. She snapped at me when I asked for a bag and ignored me while complaining to her coworker about the temperature.
Customer service is always great. The bathrooms, however, look as though an untrained toddler came through with a diaper full and smeared feces all over every surface in the bathroom. Not to mention the awful smell of urine making it seem as though Im at a bar at 2 a.m. and no adult can properly use a toilet. Other than that, they always have what I need
We are new to the area and needed essentials while waiting on the moving company to deliver our household things. Stopped by Target, $250 later we were using the self check-out, because there werent any real checkers. On the way out we were stopped by the associate checking receipts, generally this ordeal is a quick once over but this one went through every item, even going as far as rescanning items to make sure they matched. In the time she took harrassing us she could have checked out a half dozen people. Plenty of other places to spend money and dont feel like being a Target.
It was so incredibly easy, especially with two sick 18 month old babies. I needed medicine and didn’t want to have to take them into a store! The man who brought me my stuff, in the rain, was patient, kind and so extremely polite. He wanted to make sure I had everything and even went back into the store to check on something else. I won’t abuse this service, but today with these sick boys, it was a lifesaver!
I was very satisfied with how quickly i got my pool that I ordered on-line the night before. I dont usually opt to pick up my orders at the store. This was a first for me and I must say it went smoothly and they even helped me take it out to my vehicle. Way to go target.
Staff is always very friendly, restrooms are fairly clean, everything is easy to find. Also, whoever rearranged the clearance section in the kids (12months- 5T) section deserves a gigantic raise. It is SO easy to browse and looks SO much better!!!
This Target is really nice! The staff is always willing to help. I can normally find whatever I need, however I wish they carried a couple more varieties of rabbit food. Also, they run out of rabbit food and hay so often that I can’t even depend on them having it when I need it anymore. Please expand this section a little! I wish I didn’t have to go to a whole different store just to get what I need for my bunnies!
Worst Target in Georgia! Usually businesses in Newnan & Peachtree City have better service at there stores than Atlanta BUT not for this Newnan Target store. Dont bother doing a curb side pickup. You will wait the entire 4 hours even if you only have 1 item on your order....ridiculous! And dont bother calling...they will not even answer the phone. Pathetic!
Overall, not a big fan, prices seem to be high and I just dont have much desire to go there. Was there the other day; walked in, looked at Christmas decorations with the girlfriend, and walked out not buying anything. The store is always neat, well maintained, well lit, and inviting. I just dont find any value in shopping at Target.
This location has is always clean and well stocked. They have a great selection of pet products, cosmetics, health food snacks, and household goods. The pharmacy area has a good selection of OTC products, not like a vitamin shop or maybe Walmart, but still something you could use. I highly recommend this location.
The customer service that came with creating my baby registry was amazing. I work at Walmart and we dont even have the scanners for registry. Scanning was half the fun. The girl that was working last night was super awesome. She greeted me and my friend with a smile and had a great attitude. Desti? I cant remember her name but she had blonde hair and had a good sense of humor too. I love getting customer service like this. Creating my registry was super easy. I highly recommend Target for expecting mothers.

WORST TARGET EVER! Worst customer service I have had at any Target. The employees are extremely rude and they let people jump you in line and then get rude if you say something about it. Ended up walking out empty handed. Then when you call to speak to the M.O.D she is too busy playing and laughing. Lets be honest we all know that when yall get complaints nothing is done but at least make us feel like yall are going to do something. I have never been treated like this at any Target location.
The Newnan Target seems to be going down hill. The bathroom is disgusting with broken, leaking sinks. The store overall is dirty, and last time I was there I saw a huge roach. Its sad because it used to be really nice and clean. The employees are still extremely nice and friendly, however.

Newnan Target is pretty much the “Walmart” of the Target stores in terms of customer service with their staff now proving a second time in 2 weeks of being completely useless and incompetent .
Horrible location and horrible customer service. We lost our keys there and they refused to return them to me. We asked several employees and everyone denied seeing them. After searching the store 4 times and waiting almost 3 hours, a employee at Starbucks finally got our keys. The manager at the food court had them the entire time and refused to check. I will never be revisiting this store.
Went to Target today, Black Friday, expecting to save some money. Brought 3 $4 shirts, 2 $6 shirts and a $70 radiator to the cashier. This Target, like all Targets, is usually good about price matching, but not today. Not only did they try to sell us the discounted $6 shirts for $10/ea, they refused to price match a regular prices item. After an (Im assuming) asst. manager came to help, he tried to sell us the shirts for $10 & $7, his reason being that they were in the wrong spot. Ok, Marvin (his actual name), anytime Ive gotten a misplaced item from ANY store, they apologize for the inconvenience and just charge the lower price. Not Marvin. Then, when price matching the radiator for $60, Marvin tells us that they dont price match on Black Friday. Excuse me? No price match on a regularly priced item? For what reason? Its the biggest sales day of the year.. Ok, so why did the cashier call you over to price match? She obviously didnt know about this one day only policy. Also, no where was there any notice given in store about no price matching today. But that doesnt matter. For Marvin, the customer is apparently always wrong. Baffling. So, we cancelled not just the shirts, the heater, but everything. The whole $80 or so sale. What the H, Marvin? Does Target not want $80? Theyd really rather lose a sale and customers on the biggest sales day of the year?
My son wandered away for 2 seconds while I was in the front of the store looking at chalk for my children. I immediately started looking for him in the neighboring aisles and found another customer who saw my son and told me that a Target employee was bringing him to the front of the store. I went to customer service at the front of the store looking for him and the employee refused to tell me where they had taken my son. They never said anything over the intercom or made any attempt to find his parent. I had to ask 4 times before someone finally had me follow them, still not telling me where my son was. They took me to the very back of the store where an employee had my son all alone in the toy aisle. There were no other employees and no customers in that area. This is absolutely inappropriate. Even after all the controversy over bathrooms and gun carry rights, I still continued to shop at Target, but I will never ever bring my children in this store again. It is unbelievably inappropriate to take my son into an empty aisle by himself with no accountability and no witnesses and make no attempt to find the parent and refuse to tell me where he had been taken when I inquired several times. I also asked to speak with the store manager or to be given the phone number for the corporate office, which was also refused several times. When I finally got a number for corporate and called them, I told the person on the phone this whole story, at the end of which he asked but did you find the cell phone? I never complained about a cell phone! My CHILD, a 3 year old, was taken by your employee, no one would tell me where he was, and no one seems to have an issue with this except for me.

This is a great Target. Im so glad its here because the Walmart down the road is awful. The people who work in this Target seem happy to work there. They are nice and helpful. You dont have any incidents in the store or in the parking lot, and youre not dodging cars and cig smoke clouds on your way in or out like at Walmart. The selection here is great except for the home décor/lamp section. Its a good Target though.

The management team is a bunch of kids that lack communication skills. If you can give them what they want, they are pleasant to you. Otherwise, they will walk right past you and avoid eye contact. Very nasty attitude even over the phones.

I have never been in a target stores..so I asked where a product was and 2 sales staff told me they do not carry the product. so I went hunting for the product is found it. it took me longer than it should have taken. I like target, but not this target. They only have self check out lines every single time I am there. Long lines for people to check themselves out because that’s the only option we have AND NEVER HAVE GROCERY BAGS TO PUT OUR CHECKED OUT ITEMS IN!!! It’s ridiculous!

Even tho there were employees available it took me more than 10 minutes to pick my item, the line kept growing and the others who were idle stood idle until someone told them to help the next customer after 10 mins of wait.
They are friendly. Most of the time you can find someone to help .if you cant that usually means their helping someone else.

I came in looking for electronics, located my item, click the butt8n for help as it locked, a person came to stop the button and said someone will be coming to help you shortly waited over 15mins no one showed up.Why would you come to stop the help button if you arent the help??? Way to go target, you need better management.

2022-06-27I called this Target to see if they had a product in stock before I decided to drive there. (I live over an hour away) And I got the opportunity to speak to a woman named Lisa. Not only was she kind and caring, but she represented Target very well. She stayed on the phone with me and looked for the product I was describing to her. After a couple minutes of searching, she found the said product and the rest of the set. (It was a set of 8 separate products) I was excited to hear that the whole set was in stock and that she was kind enough to set it to the side for me knowing that it would take me over an hour to get there. I am SUPER grateful for this experience that I had with Target and their wonderful employee Lisa. Not only did I drive over an hour for the product, but for the excellent customer service as well. Thank you so much!

2022-06-02Love this store. One of my favorite Targets. The staff is always so nice and I always see management walking around making sure everyone is on top of their stuff. Plus its clean and everything is easy to find.

2022-04-24This the worst Target Ive been to as far as customer service goes. One of the managers (white female, glasses, always looks busy) may be better suited as an associate rather than a manager. Her lack of customer service skills reflect in her her team. I would not recommend this location.

2022-01-25The cashiers are nice. But never have enough lanes open. The pharmacy has been kind of going down hill. Seems like everyone has a chip on their shoulder with some customers and others their as nice as they can be. Confused 🤔

2021-09-09This is a great Target overall with awesome customer service, but shout out to Daniel and Timmy for going above and beyond to give me an amazing and intentional customer experience when I experienced an issue with a pickup order! They’re superstars 🤩 Rochelle was also exceptionally nice and warm when I was checking out. This isn’t my closest target, but it’s now my favorite target.
