I purchase my vehicle in July 2020 and always bring it back for maintenance since I have the extended package. Today Dana Park was my service advisor. She was busy on this Saturday morning but made me feel like the only customer there. I was not rushed even with the couple questions I had. She was friendly and helpful. I got a text when my car was ready which is so convenient. When I picked up she was just as friendly as she was In the morning! She came around the counter to explain the inspection they completed to me, and with construction I was unsure where my car would be parked- but no worries dana walked me right to it! She was fantastic and a breeze. See ya next time!
I had an awesome experience with Angel Buying my latest car. He was very helpful and understanding and calm in explaining everything to me. Though this is my fourth car at Taylor Hyundai. I can comfortably say that Angel has become my friend because he is very friendly as well as courteous. Ask for him when you visit Taylor Hyundai.

Brought my 2022 Santa Fe Blue hybrid in for its first oil change and tire rotation. It was very easy to schedule an appointment online. Check in with the advisor was quick. I went nearby to get lunch and was called when the service was done. Nice and easy with no issues. Very happy with the service department.
I would like to give a 5-star review for your sales rep Angel Mendez. We visited last weekend and test drove a 2022 Hyundai Sante Fe, and came back this weekend to buy. Angel was kind, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable about the products he sells. We did not ever feel pressured to do anything quickly, and he still checked in with us after visiting to see if he could be of any assistance. The process from start to finish was so smooth and we have already recommended Angel to friends. Thank you Angel and Taylor Hyundai for a great experience!
Thanks to the great sales team of Kim and Angel we are the proud owners of a new sonata hybrid. Buying a new car can be very stressful since no one has any new cars on their lots and you cant see what youre buying. Luckily Angel had a sonata and he showed us his personal car this kind of service is what set them way above any other lot we had been to. Kim took excellent care of us by keeping us updated on when the car was coming in and there was no stress when it came to the paperwork. These two really took the stress out of buying a car.
My salesman was informative, and the finance department was also. I was assisted with my concerns and after the purchase my salesman has been available to help me. This is my third Hyundai Elantra (I purchased one when they first came out and another one three years later while living in Atlanta). I must give a shout-out to my Salesman Ernest Eldridge/Augusta, Ga., hes a professional and knowledgeable about the Hyundai cars.
They sold my stolen vehicle Even though the title was not signed by me and it was out of state title This dealership And theyre personal Were very disrespectful And did not work with law enforcement. They said it was not their responsibility even though the vehicle and question is still listed as stolen and they sold it to another dealership meaning that whoever has the car Well end up getting arrested If the vehicles Vin is ran.
I wanted to share the GREAT CUSTOMER service skills that Danielle Sleg has when it comes to taking care of her customers. She has a genuinely caring heart and she LOVES her job!!!!!!! I came into the dealership with a major issue with my car and although I had to take it back to the place I purchased it, it WASNT because she was not passionate and caring about my situation. I TRULY believe that she did EVERYTHING in her power to help me. I want to say that she is an asset that every business needs when it comes to customers!!!!! My July-August 2022 experience at Taylor Hyundai was amazing!!!! Starting with Chad Bain selling me a 2023 Palisade, love the vehicle & my husband & I love Chad Bain. Can’t wait to take him to dinner. Danielle Slick was truly outstanding, that’s a lady that makes things happen!!! Danielle had me taken care of like I was the queen. It should not take 3 hours for an oil change to be performed when some other places can do it in as little as 15 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous wait time. They also dont even wash your vehicle for you because of Covid despite the fact they sold me courtesy washes when I purchased the vehicle in July. Pretty deceptive.
I love the folks at Taylor Hyundai. Great service every time! This is my fifth Hyundai from Taylor having worked with Jerry & Ben before. Lucero Lu did a terrific job - she let me know the car I wanted was in...then worked with me to get the process knocked out fast. Love my new(est) Hyundai and hope to keep shopping at this stellar dealership!
To whom it may concern,I cannot express in words how displeased I am with the service at this location. My car has been in the shop for 8 days now. It took them three days and me leaving work during the middle of the day to make a trip to the managers office to even get the diagnostic on my vehicle because no one would answer the phone. Since then, I have gotten two text updates both of which offered little to no information. When I try to call for more information, I get forwarded to voicemail, again. Now that they have finally received in the parts, I get another text message, not a phone call, a text message, saying they have ordered the wrong part and it will be a few more days. While I appreciate the service managers initial offer to help pay for a portion of the five day of the rental, it has not made up for the poor service. I need my car back and no other shop can service it.0/10 do not recommend, do not refer to a friend because you will be left angry and disappointed at having purchased a Hyundai Genesis.
This place has the worst service department the worst. While traveling from out of town on vacation, my car began to lose power. Taylor was the closest dealership. I turned my car in on Monday calling back for a follow-up. No one is answering the phone, so I left a message, and did not receive a call back until Wednesday afternoon asking again the reason the car was there. Once again I explain and ask when would I be receiving a follow-up call the lady said Thursday. Thursday, came. I received No call back I continue to call from Thursday - FridayNo One is answering straight to a voice mail this is kelly leave a messageOkay on Saturday I decided to take a trip down to the Taylor. The lady behind the service desk informed me that my car was never seen by tech and the earliest it would be seen is Monday.Keep in mind my car has been sitting at this location since MondayIm due to leave back out this upcoming Tuesday, which I explained nothing could be doneAt the end of the day, I had to take my car back after waiting for it to be located( thanks to the car porter that help to get my car ) and drive it back to Va not knowing the reason behind the problem.. prayed the whole time I made it home safely Not to mention I received a call this morning Aug 19 from Taylor saying my car needs an oil change. The communication is so terrible Ive been back in Va since Monday....so which vehicle are yall working on ...Not to mention I also called the supervisor over the service department that Saturday for some assistance guess where his number goes back to yep..kellys voice mail...smh...My vehicle sitting at this place for a week if had received proper communication I could have arranged for a better means of transportation back home or extended my vacation time. The entire experience was very unprofessional 👎 I wont ever deal with this service department again. Get yall ish together
Called to inquire about purchasing a new vehicle. Salesman said “it’s been sold” and then immediately hung up. Not to mention they have the largest markup in the area. These dealers don’t realize that people will remember this once supply and demand return to normal levels and we are back to the days dealers are begging for sales…
I took my 85 year father-in-law to Taylor Hyundai, where he wanted to upgrade from his 2004 Tuscon to a 2021. We described what we were looking for and the Taylor representative immediately directed us to what we wanted. The whole experience was short, hassle free, and every function of the vehicle was discussed in great detail. There was never any pressure selling for extended warranties and the warranties that were given to him were excellent. Ive purchase three Hyundais prior to my father-in-laws purchase and will probably return.
My wife called ahead to confirm the fuse replacement (recall repair) would only be a few minutes. In reality it took 2hrs including 25 minutes where they searched for the key that was misplaced by service. I really hate going here and cannot wait until the other North Augusta dealership opens up.
On 10/17/2020 & 10/23/2020, my husband and I went to Taylor Hyundai because my husband was needing a new car and I wanted to test drive a new car to get an idea for a family car. On that Saturday, my husband went to test drive a 2020 Sonata and I test drove the 2021 Palisade. Long story short, Ernest, Angel, and Doug worked with my husband and let me tell you... they are FANTASTIC at what they do because they are so convincing!! On the 17th, my husband wasnt too sure and needed to get some things straight at home, but yesterday, we worked with Angel and he convinced the hubby to sign on that new car he now loves driving! BIG THANKS to you three!I cant WAIT to come back to GA and get my new car with you guys! ❤❤❤

This is THE BEST dealership I have ever been to. I have always bought used cars from dealerships never new. This was my first time buying new and I got a great out the door price. I came in knowing I would owe money on my trade which I wrote a check for but the service and help I received from Ernest and Doug was top notch. Im changing my review to this place because after four times in the shop they still havent fixed the issue the service manager refuses to give me a call back when I leave messages... Thanks basically just played part roulette with my car trying to figure out whats wrong with it despite having three technicians under my car on four different occasions. I went to the dealership because another car place couldnt figure out what was wrong with it so I thought the dealership specializing in Hyundais might be able to help me boy was I wrong they only cost me thousands of dollars and my car still makes the same sound and doesnt run right.
If you would have asked me 4 days ago how I felt about Taylor Hyundai service department, I would have told you how amazing I thought they were and that they were my go to for my car. Now, my opinion has completely changed. I went in for a basic oil change and tire rotation. They ran a report on my car, and said the only issue was that my battery was at 45%. Cool. I booked an appointment for the upcoming Saturday, and I thought I was good to go from there since there were not any other issues expressed to me. I go to pick up my car and I dont get but a couple miles up the road and my car cuts off. Transmission light comes on, it is riding super rough, and some other issues. We call the service department, and they tell us to bring it back. After giving us the run around for about a day, they finally give us a call and say they arent fixing it because they didnt cause any problems to the vehicle. Although, when the car was dropped off it was running absolutely fine, and now it barely runs. What ticked me off the most is that the service department manager did not call once to discuss the issue until the very end to tell us they weren’t fixing anything. He was either hiding behind his middle man or he didnt feel like a problem such as this was important enough to get involved with at the beginning. I get they are under-staffed and probably super stressed, but take some dang ownership when you need too. Especially when it comes to a customer that has been loyal to your business for the last 6 years.
From start to finish it was a great experience working with everyone at Taylor Hyundai. The sales staff is impressively knowledgeable about the vehicles, the technology and the warranties. We worked with Angel and Kimberly to find the best car for us and when I was torn between 2, they went the distance and were very understanding and accommodating in working with me to help me decide. Doug was very nice also to assist me through the payment process. I highly recommend.

Angel was the reason we bought our car today. We jad gone to another dealership to purchase a car however their rude and unprofessional staff never greeted us nor spoke to see what we wanted. We got there at 7:20 p.m they were suppose to close at 8 however they were already closed and locking the gate. So we met Angel and he was the best I have ever met. Very informative, patient and came out to see if we needed any help. We had no intention on spending what we did, however with his professionalism and treating us with respect and listening to what WE wanted. We knew this was where we needed to buy and we did.If your in the market GO SEE ANGEL you wont regret it.
The sales consultant, Ernest Eldridge *****, was exemplary and should be commended. It was a wonderful experience. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and had me in and out within 2 hours. The Finance person was also outstanding. He zipped through his portion in record time also. This is the 3rd Hyundai that Ive had and its amazing. Not to sound repetitive, but all vehicle purchases should emulate this experience.
Salesperson Doug was very patient and took the time to explain all the aspects of the Kona. I was unsure if I wold be able to handle all the new technology on the vehicle, but Doug had a great amount of patience, even when I came back the second time with a few questions. He was not pushy as some sales people are but showed a true interest in my concern of the car. I have driven it several days now and just love it. Thank you Doug for being so pleasant and patient.

A Knowledgeable Salesperson Makes all of the DifferenceKimberly Varner was our salesperson and she was outstanding. She had both cars that I was interested in lined up and ready at the time of our appointment. She told us all about the two models and knew everything about them. She answered all of our questions and discussed or demonstrated all of the relevant features. After the sale, she took the time to go over all of the setup items with me (lots of tech on the car) to customize it to my liking. She answered questions after the sale and checked in with me to ensure everything was going well.The new paperless paperwork process was quick and easy. They presented warranty options but were not overly aggressive in trying to sell me unwanted options. They also did not assume that I wanted the premium extended warranty and try to sneak it by me like other dealers in my past.Although I had had some issues with Hyundai warranties in the past, I did end up getting plenty of use our of a past car. It was enough to overcome my reluctance of buying another Hyundai and I am very pleased so far with this new one. The technology is amazing for the price compared with other brands.
This was my second purchase at Taylor Hyundai, I had Angel as a salesman both times! He was amazing both times! Never pushy or trying to persuade me in any way! At this point in time, I wouldn’t recommend having services completed at Taylor Hyundai. I initially took my car in to get the regular maintenance done and take a look at brakes, along with getting some parts replaced that have broke or wore out. The Platinum warranty coverage would t replace any of the parts, which is disappointing but not the part Im concerned with. It really started going downhill once my car was finally done. I had to leave the car all weekend. When I went to pick up on Monday, I went ahead and ordered parts before leaving. I get home and next day try to leave. Car won’t start. It would only click. I called the dealership to let them know what happened and I felt they were being really nonchalant about it even though I literally picked it up yesterday. Come to find out battery was dead. Never had an issue with the battery and only had a few years. Crazy thing is that tech marked that the battery was good in the paperwork. Even have it marked on the sticker the placed in the car. Ended up having to get car jumped and buy a brand new battery. In addition, now the car pulls hard to the right. Never had issues with alignment as I always got it checked at previous Hyundai dealership when it was time for maintenance. Fast forward a day and I drop car off to get parts installed the next day as I got a call the parts were in. Before dropping off, I closed everything, clear car out of personal belongings and turned off the radio; something I always do when I take car to dealership. I pick it up today and the radio is on and blasting. This is concerning because just the days before I had ti replace a dead battery out the blue which makes me think tech was playing radio and/or left something on which drained the battery the first time and it happened again. If I knew this would have happened I would have never ordered the parts from there and would have driven out of town to the next dealer over. I’ve never had my vehicle serviced anywhere other than dealership since I purchased it but I’m honestly afraid at this point to bring it back because of the concerns and issues, so now I’m searching for a shop to do my alignment since the dealerships out of town are booked out 1-2 months.
Please go shop at Taylor Hyundai and when you do ask for Angel! He is truly what is name says, he was patient, kind, funny, but also attentive! He help me understand the value of trading in my vehicle and answered all questions I had about finances! I called 20 minutes before he got off just asking to test drive with no intent to purchase and he knew this but he stayed anyway! I had an AWESOME experience and got myself a sweet 30th birthday present in the process!Thanks again Angel!!!
I knew I had to go to Taylor Hyundai because of the incredible customer service I’ve been hearing about. Angel Mendez was fantastic to work with and I was able to get the best deal on my new car. He worked with me on what kind of car I would love and also stay within my budget. It could have been an exhausting experience, but Angel made it fun and enjoyable. I definitely left happy!

Doug was great. He contacted me after I visited the website about a new 2022 Genesis G70. He wasnt pushy when I arrived and looked over several vehicles. As I wasnt certain on the G70 or the GV70 (both great vehicles) I took each on a test drive and enjoyed them both. I decided on the G70 and the rest of the process was easy and fairly quick. I cant say enough good things about my car, service department is a different story. I recently scheduled an appointment for warranty work on my 2016 Sonata. I dropped my car off at the scheduled time. After two days of calling attempting to get a status, I was told they were unaware they had my car and would fix it as soon as possible (none of my voicemails were returned). When I picked up my car, I noticed my power seat was broken. I mentioned it to my service writer and he said theyd have to take a look. I received a call the next day saying it would be $1750 to fix because something was lodged under my seat that broke it. After a week of back and forth poor communication, I decided to pick up my car because a few interactions made me skeptical of the whole situation. I brought my car home and within 5 minutes fixed my seat (I am a 26 year old female who knows nothing about cars). Turns out it was simply a cable that was unplugged. I have always trusted and recommended this dealership and would hate to think that a mechanic would flat out lie, however that seems to be what happened. I am more disappointed than angry that I can no longer trust my local Hyundai dealership.
This dealership is completely unprofessional. Worst experience I have ever encountered. So, my car had a recall on the engine. The customer service rep briefly explain to me that my car would have the diagnosis test done by the end of the week and I would be in a rental by then. When the end of the week was here I had to call to check on the ETA of my vehicle . No one and I mean no one could gave me direct answers on the process of my vehicle. I then call the corporate office and was told that they would escalate my concerns and someone would reach out in 7-10 business days. I explain to her that I didn’t have that type of time. This was my only means of transportation and I was missing work. That’s when all hell broke loose. I later call the office back again and someone said it would take two weeks for me to get my car back. However she showed no compassion for her customers. I will no longer do business with them.
Ernest was very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. He made us feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. We felt that he went above and beyond to make sure that we had a positive car buying experience. I would highly recommend Ernest and Taylor Hyundai to anyone seeking a new or used vehicle.
My experience here was fantastic. Ernest Eldridge is fantastic. He was quick to respond when I first submitted my request to my buying program. He answered all of my questions without being overbearing. They didnt not have the interior/exterior color combo I wanted so I told him Id pass and he respected that. Once I decided I could compromise on color, I brought my business to him. He was through in his review over the car before I purchased. He set up all the car features for me before I left. He had to order one accessory for me but had it ordered and delivered swiftly. Just a great experience.
Superior Dealership!! My wife and I have been in the market for a new vehicle for a while, and have shopped quite a few dealerships looking for just the right vehicle and the right terms. Wanted a 2022 Hyundai Tucson Limited in a specific color combination. Being a brand new model there are very few around. The dealership found one near Atlanta, and we quickly agreed on a price. When we got to the dealership I asked if they were interested in our 2016, low mileage Tucson. They beat the written offer I had for the car and we quickly closed the deal. Ended up financing the minimum amount required to qualify for an additional $ 500 rebate. The loan can be paid off at anytime with no prepayment penalty.Kimberly was our primary sales person but Earnest stepped in to sync our phones and go over some key information about the vehicle. He was also availably on Kimberlys day off to help over the phone with a question about a specific feature.The biggest and most pleasant surprise was how fast all the paperwork was completed. The business manager basically got everything ready for our electronic signing while we were still working with the sales staff. We were in and out of his office in about 10 minutes. With 3 year maintenance included there was nothing to up sell.Over the last 35 years we have purchased at least 15 new cars. This is the 3rd car we have bought at Taylor Hyundai and by far the best buying experience we have ever had.

Hyundai service department is on point! They are very courteous and efficient. I have had my Santa Fe for 7 years and the engine went out(loud knocking noise) and they are putting a brand new engine in it and set me up with a rental car at enterprise. I was told that the engine has a lifetime warranty and they will honor it! Being that my car is paid for now (still in good condition) I am very happy that I can continue to drive it! The next week we convinced our daughter to buy a NEW Hyundai Kona from them as you just can’t beat their service and warranties. I will tell everyone.
I drove from about 4 hours away to look at a car at a dealership down the street who hadn’t removed their listing from an online site. I got there when they first opened and was told it had been sold. Disappointed, I got on my phone and by some miracle found the exact same car right down the street with less miles and $1k cheaper. I called and let them know I would be there right away. I was greeted by Ernest with the keys to my new car to take a test drive. The car hadn’t even hit the lot yet and was pulled out of detailing so I could see it. I was offered a fair price for trade in on my truck and the deal was done within about 30 minutes. They did do a full detail so overall time was about 2 hours but I had a great experience with Ernest at Taylor Hyundai!

I was looking for a particular used car. Angel introduced himself and showed us the car. He was very knowledgeable on the car and other cars and answered all of our questions. When we decided to purchase the car it was an easy and quick process. It took much less time than I had anticipated.
I needed a car ASAP. On Saturday, we told Lu I needed a car yesterday. On Monday morning, she had found the exact car I wanted and Friday I was driving the car off the lot! Lu made the process so easy. I was located in a totally different state and it didn’t feel like it. Her communication skills are excellent and she is so nice! Even though we communicated through calls/text, she made me feel like a priority. If you are in the market for a Hyundai, ask for Lu! Tell her Asia sent you!
We took our Hyundai Santa Fe in for service on Monday morning. When we arrived, the service advisor was less than friendly. When we had not heard from anybody by Tuesday night, we tried to call them, but kept getting a voicemail so we went down to the dealership. They still had not diagnosed the problem and told us they were still working on it. At the end of today (Wednesday), they once again hadnt called to give us an update, so we tried calling them. Once again, we havent been able to talk to anybody and keep getting a voicemail. This is awful and quite unacceptable customer service. If you are thinking about getting your Hyundai serviced, I would not take it to Taylor Hyundai.

I had a very good experience at Taylor Hyundai this time. I initially brought my vehicle in because of the check engine light came on earlier that morning, I took it to AutoZone to have it checked and the reading came back my thermostat needed to be replaced. I brought it in to the service department and Ashton the advisor check my vehicle and to have a diagnostics test. I had to leave my vehicle overnight which was a slight inconvenience but not much. Ashton offer to give me a loaner vehicle but I told him it wasnt necessary since they would be finished sometime that next morning. Later that afternoon Ashton call me to notify me it wasnt fact my thermostat and to give me an estimated cost. After speaking with him concerning my warranty on my vehicle since my vehicle is only 6 years old and that part is supposed to last for at least 10 years, Ashton did further research and found out that I had a warranty that will cover the cost of the repair. I received my car the next day around 4 p.m. the next morning I had to return my vehicle because there was still a slight issue. Ashton was very helpful and helping me get this matter resolved quickly. I was very grateful did Ashton took his its time look up the information which save me a lot of money since Im fortunately I am not employed at the moment. I always seem to have a good experience at Taylor Hyundai from the purchasing of my vehicle to the servicing of my vehicle. I recommend Taylor Hyundai to anyone that is looking for a good affordable dependable vehicle with exceptional staff

Dropped my car off for clockspring, steering gear column fix, 4 new tires and an alignment. Usually I would not come here for this but the clockspring was under warranty. I dropped my car off and was told I would have it back in a couple of days. Week goes by and I hear nothing from them, they wouldn’t return my calls and I couldn’t get anyone to give me an update on my car so I had to go up there to figure out what was going on. I was met with weird looks as to why I was in their place of business, they made me feel like I was in the wrong for trying to get an update on the status of my vehicle. 3 more days go by and I get a call telling me my car is ready but it wasn’t as they forgot to put on 2 of the tires so I got to wait another 3 days. I finally get my car returned and could not believe the condition it was returned in. Grease all over my wheels and the inside as well. You think after all that hassle they could have at least cleaned up their mess. Long story short, worst experience I have had with a dealership service department. Will not be returning there and sure as hell won’t be buying a Hyundai ever again if this is the type of customer service that comes with it. It is sad that a company as successful as Hyundai holds themselves to such a low standard. Hope that helps anyone looking for an honest review. Thanks.
Easiest experience I ever had with buying a car. Angel was an extraordinary salesmen. He made the process so easy and made me feel comfortable while buying my brand new Sonata. It’s my first year as a Snowbird in Augusta Georgia and my tire started having a slow leak. I took it to Taylor Hyundai and they found a large bolt in it & fixed it but then the balance of my tires was way off. I called when I got home – which was pretty far away & Robert sent someone right out to my house to make sure that I was safe to drive. Chris, the young man who came out, ultimately balanced my tires the next day .I felt they went above and beyond the call of duty, and I felt incredibly safe in their hands. Thanks!
I called to get a replacement part that is dealer only and was quoted almost three times higher and they could not get the part for a week. When I asked to speak with a supervisor I was told no and hung up on. I was able to get the part from another dealership in Columbia, SC next day at three times less the price. I called back to speak with parts manager he advised his team would never do that but admitted the price difference and I would have been paying their freight charge which I am not at the other dealership. I would rather drive for better service.It was never about price matching. It was about being honest with someone and not lying straight out to someone.

Im not mad, just dissapointed. 2/5 starsI scheduled my first service for my Hyundai Veloster N with 3,777 miles on it (first time 3,750 mile maintenance). I booked a 2:30pm appointment on a Friday off work through the app. The recommended maintenance was an oil and oil filter change with an inspection of the impeller shaft. I arrived a little lost to the service center, stood at the counter for 7 mins ignored (I get it they were busy and short staffed). The staff recommended a tire rotation included in my maintenance warranty and I requested air in the tires and adjustments made to my passenger windshield wiper fluid nozzle (it sprayed a jet to the top right instead of a mist) and finally left the car with them and waited patiently in the service center waiting room. 3.5 hours later my simple oil change was complete.After 3.5hrs, I was given my keys. This is were things fell apart. I can understand a long wait and being understaffed. But not explaining the work performed and not performed on the vehicle is aggravating. The impeller shaft inspection was not completed and my spray nozzle was not adjusted.The paper work stated the sprayer was not functioning. This was not what I stated when I arrived. I asked for it to be adjusted. The nozzle was noted on the paper work as operating fine. The personnel at the desk stated they were unable to perform the work without it being in the main shop. Okay fine. Thats fine I guess. It was a last minute request to adjust it. I get it....The impeller shaft was not inspected. I booked through the app and scheduled the appointment which stated to inspect the shaft. Taylor Hyundai booked my car for the express shop (not much of an express shop when it took 3.5 hours). I had to schedule a followup appointment two weeks later for the inspection.Once I sorted out what work had and had not been performed on my vehicle, I went to inspect it.During the tire rotations my rims were damaged. Tool marks have scratched up the rims. I raised the concern to the shop and I was told the manager would review the tapes. I requested there be a note added to my cars maintenance history or logs stating Hyundai damaged my rims during the visit... the staff was not interested in stepping outside to view or document the damage. I doubt there was a log entered. This is very dissapointing to me. I have babied that vehicle since I bought it, I turned it over to the Hyundai dealer for basic maintenance and thats when it gets damaged.Per the Owners Manual, An authorized HYUNDAI dealer meets HYUNDAIS high service quality standards and receives technical support from HYUNDAI in order to provide you with a high level of service satisfaction.I didnt feel that high level of satisfaction, quality standards, or get the idea they reached out for technical support when it came to my vehicle care.Previous review was 5 stars... buying the vehicle was enjoyable and easy. Sales team did great... servicing my vehicle was another story. I had to delete the previous review as I ran out of characters for typing.
I am not one to leave reviews but I felt I had to here. I was in the market for a new lease but had a very difficult situation. After being jerked around by other auto dealerships I paid a visit to Taylor Hyundai. They listened to my needs and were very straight forward with me. I felt they were trying to help me and not trying to cheat me. That is something at a car dealership. My salesman, Ernest, was great! Upon my first visit they made me an offer and when I left, they were not pushy - Ernest just told me that we are here if you change your mind. I visited a few other places and realized that my best offer (and most honest one) was at Taylor. So, I went back that day to close the deal. These people are great and I will be a long time and loyal customer. Thanks Taylor Hyundai!!!
I first spoke with Taylor Hyundai early this summer when I was doing preliminary research on a new vehicle. I was connected with Doug and my first impression was that he was very friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy at all. This first impression was further enhanced by the fact that in the following 3 months he never bugged me ONCE because I told him I was not currently in the market and I would reach out again once I was ready. This is NOT the experience I have had with other dealerships. Once most dealerships have your info they will flood your inbox with messages, flood your phone with calls and literally hound you until you tell them to get lost or buy a car from them. Fast forward to last weekend. My wifes car had finally given up the ghost so we found ourselves at Taylor with a 10 am appointment with Doug. When we showed up he was waiting for us and was extremely friendly but instead of trying to sell us right off the bat he just listened to what we had to say. We knew exactly what we wanted, he helped us find it on the lot and test drive it. Once we completed two test drives and settled on the vehicle we wanted I had him run preliminary numbers and then I told him exactly what I wanted to pay, how I wanted them to structure the deal, etc. He conferred with the finance manager, and they came back and told me that I had a deal. There was none of the typical back and forth over a couple of points, fighting for every penny of margin. They gave me exactly what I wanted and made the process so easy. All in all we were in and out in about 2 hours and that included 2 test drives. I have purchased 8 new vehicles over the past decade and this was by far the smoothest experience I have ever had. Thank you Taylor Hyundai and thank you Doug, we will absolutely be back! I forget the Finance Managers name but he was awesome as well!
This is the worst car dealership to purchase a vehicle from and to have your vehicle serviced at. They are full of deceit and bad customer service . I would not send my worst enemy to this place. No matter how bad you want a car, please consider going somewhere else because the stress it will cause you in the long haul will not be worth it.
We went to the dealership to purchase a new Elantra Sport because we needed a reliable vehicle that we didnt have to put money into every payday and our 2006 Elantra has 259K mi on it and is still running strong despite needing some new parts. Robert met us at the door and we were able to take the car for a test drive and loved it. He helped us get the best deal possible for our purchase, and never once tried to push us into something we didnt want. His attitude during the whole encounter was great. Having worked in food service in the past, customer service is a must in my book, and he went beyond what was expected. I highly recommend him or anyone at Taylor Hyundai for your new car needs!

I purchased this beauty and the gentleman helping me answered all of my questions. I visited 3 times and each time Brandon came out and answered all of my questions. When we were signing final paper the gentleman helping us shared all the extra warranties we could get and gave us the cost with and without them. I felt like we were treated well and I was informed with all the great features my car had. Honestly, with the warranty offered and the service received I am a fan for life. Had a wonderful experience buying my first car. Daryen and his team were great, didn’t pressure me and gave me a good deal for exactly what I wanted. They made a big process much easier and I’m very happy with how things went overall. They also threw in some oil changes and free car washes for life so that’s nice :p I would certainly recommend them to anyone buying a car.

There was absolutely no attempt to sell me more than I wanted. Jerry Valentine of Taylor Hyundai took care of the transaction, the price he quoted was very fair. I felt it was such a good deal that I immediately accepted. No time wasted with haggling. That is major, when you do not waste time trying to get a fair price. Now I did my research on many sites to make sure the price was fair, for the car. It definitely was. Even though the dealership was a good 2 1/2 hour drive, they brought the car to my home and I signed the paperwork. That was also the painless. This is the first time I have recommended a car dealership and it’s representative (sales person). This is the way car buying should be, no stress, great price. I have bought many new cars since my first one in 1961. Most of my experiences equated with going to the dentist for a root canal. My experience with Ernest and Doug turned out to be the most pleasant experience of my car-buying life. Both Ernest and Doug listened to what my requirements were, made recommendations, and never pushed me to buy a higher trim level than I needed. They were patient, answered all my questions, were interested in me as a potential buyer, and most important they were honest in all their dealings before and after the sale. The gentleman that helped us was nice, but I felt he wasn’t being completely honest. He did a terrible job at keeping in touch with me (I have yet to hear from him). A good car buying experience consist of good customer service, having integrity, and communicating- keeping the customer informed. I recently purchased a 2017 Certified Genesis G80. Angel was one of the reasons I chose to do business with Taylor. I live about an hour from Augusta and Angel did everything I asked, to setting up an appointment for my wife and to drive the car to being on “my side” when it came time to negotiate the value of my old Genesis and value the car we purchased. Angel does business like a person who has been doing this for 40 years ,and he is not yet 40! Bottom line, the sale was easy, and after the sale Angel and his staff took the time to pair our phones and walk us us through all the new technical nuances of the car. I am extremely happy with the whole Taylor experience and gladly give the five stars they deserve!

2021 Purchase - Thank you Ernest. You were on the look out for me in this crazy, twisted economy that we are in. He pulled in, saw a vehicle similiar to what I had told him I wanted and he emailed me immediately. That night, I traded in my 2019 Santa Fe for the 2021 Palisade. I love this vehicle and expect it to be as great as the Santa Fe was for me. Ill continue going back to Ernest and Doug as long as I believe in the Hyundai product! Thanks again guys!Service - Ive only had oil changes and tire rotations. But, they are slow. They are ridiculously slow. I set my appointment for the first thing in the morning on purpose. They are all so very nice, but they might want to speed things up. If you cant keep an 8:00 oil change ONLY to a small amount of time...I start to wonder what the heck is going on. An hour is just too long for such. My opinion.The SaleI would leave five stars...but Im not a perfect score person. So that should tell you how much I appreciate dealing with Ernest at the Hyundai dealership. He was attentive and was NOT PUSHY!! That matters...a lot!! Ive had my 2019 Santa Fe only five days, but so far, so good. It rides very smooth and the radio sounds great. No complaints on DAY FIVE. And Ernest, again I thank you for your great attitude and non-salesy salesmanship! Yall go see Ernest and tell him the mean HR lady sent you!
I’ve had my sonata sport t since 2016, Hyundai has always taken care of me. Last week my turbo had an issue, it was serviced, and that didn’t resolve the issue on the test drives, they then figured out it was another issue, and the parts to repair it are back ordered until October 8. I want to thank the Taylor Hyundai for putting me in a loaner vehicle while all this happens. You have locked me in as a customer for life.I really can’t tell you how much it means to me as a disabled veteran to have a company show compassion and caring during these very difficult times lately.Again thank you all so much.
Brought my car in for a recall notice. The email indicated a 1 hour wait but was told on arrival it would be about 2 hours so I opted to use their free shuttle service back to my home. My service rep, Ashton, was knowledgeable, efficient, and to the point. The other folks in the service area were disinterested and most of the time only customers were wearing masks, but, overall, not a bad experience.
The people at Taylor Hyundai were all amazing to work with. I had called beforehand to tell them I was interested in a vehicle and before I even got there the car was clean, full of gas, and all of the papers were ready to go! Also, I love my car and am looking forward to servicing it with them in the future. This was the first car I have ever bought, so I did a lot of research, and Taylor Hyundai gave me the best deal I could find! I couldn’t ask for a better car buying experience!! I just brought my new Hyundai Santa fa. The experience was great my sales lady Lucero made my experience the best. She made me feel like I was her only priority while I was there.Did not feel rushed or force to buy something I didn’t want or could not afford. Great service department, they are always friendly and quick to help. Appointments are very easy to schedule and service is performed quickly. Hyundai always provides great service, but this location is exceptional. If I ever decide to buy a new Veloster it will probably be from here.
I have always received great service and enjoyed a positive experience from Taylor Hyundai, most recently from Sheri, who did an excellent job arranging a new set of tires and a full service visit on my behalf. I am very happy to continue shopping for automobiles here and will highly recommend them for all service and maintenance.
Shopping for a new car is not one of my favorite things to do. I must say that Kimberly made the experience this time enjoyable. She took time to work with us to come to a cost for the car. After the sale she has spent hours checking us out on all the bells and whistles of the Palisade. We need all the help we can get. She is very knowledgeable about the workings of the auto and can present that knowledge in a way we can understand. Good Job!! Hope to have many good miles on the road with our new car. Brandon was absolutely amazing!!!! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was inquiring about. There wasn’t a question that I asked that he wasn’t able to provide feedback on. He was extremely professional and had a good sense of humor. Definitely ask for him if you are interested in purchasing a vehicle. He deserves a promotion in my opinion.
Car buying is one my least favorite things to have to deal with. I spent 3 days in 2014 looking for a car at various dealers before I ultimately settled just to get it over with. This dealer is NOTHING like that.The salesmen here are extremely friendly and helpful. They are not at all pushy or aggressive. I walked in and told them what I wanted my payments to be and they literally bent over backwards to make it happen. This place truly makes you feel in charge. I cannot recommend them enough.I actually ended up buying two brand new cars today because they were so professional and gave a deal that got me out of a negative equity car I had.You cant go wrong with Taylor.
I had a fantastic experience with Kimberly Varner at Taylor Hyundai in Augusta Georgia. They sold me a lovely car that suited my purpose. there was no pressure or uncomfortable tension during the transaction. She was knowledgeable about her product. I have purchased two Hyundai previously This is my third. I would recommendTaylor Hyundai and Kim Varner to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle. I will definitely return to buy my future vehicles. it is a given that I will recommend them to all of my friends.
I just traded in both our vehicles with Taylor Hyundai. We were helped by Earnest. I am VERY defensive with car dealerships and was ready to walk out if anything didnt seem right. Everything was perfect. I cannot imagine how the process could have gone any better. It was perfect, and we are so happy with the vehicles and how we were treated at the dealership. I will be telling everyone about my experience with them, and Earnest specifically.

He listened to our needs, was very kind, showed us the cars we chose to look at, and was very knowledgeable in the operation of the cars. He never pressured us and we appreciated that. 2022-05-17Got a new car yesterday !!!! Definitely not planned and due to unforeseen circumstances with the car I previously had. Angel immediately came to assist when he saw me searching the lot. Gave me my space to look around and no once was pushy. He allowed me to test drive the vehicle and was truly knowledgeable on all the bells and whistles of the vehicle . Kinda impressive. I was literally in and out within 2.5 hrs. He was even so kind as to be my personal photographer lol. Great experience!!Finance department was able to beat my pre approval offer which is rare (I had USAA).

He was not pushy, which was greatly appreciated.I drove 2 hours to Taylor Hyundai from where I live because they are an honest dealership with hard working staff, unlike my experiences at the Hyundai dealerships closer to me.I certainly recommend Taylor Hyundai and would purchase from this dealership again!
