WARNING to anyone considering moving in. On a positive note, the Ascent property is well maintained, conveniently located near rt 400 and shopping, and the staff are terrific. But I just discovered Ascent is under new ownership (Cushman & Wakefield). One of our fellow residents was informed two months prior to their lease renewing that they needed to vacate and move into another more expensive Ascent apartment (for addl $1000/mo). I assume C&Ws plan is to renovate all the apartments and bump them all up to $2000/month and more. If youre considering moving into the Ascent, regardless the rental fee they offer you to move in, be prepared to pay $2000+ when your lease comes up.
We moved here from out of state and when we first met with Jessica she showed us a unit that looked great (but someone was already going to be renting) and advised that all the the units were going to have the updates in the kitchen, blinds, etc. When we got here to bring a car load we noticed the unit had multiple issues and had not been cleaned well. There is rust in the freezer & master bath. Issues w/ the windows in both bedrooms (my husband has been trying to scrub it all week) & are having issues w/ the old blinds that are in the unit. The carpet in the stairwell has a stain & it smells very bad (I have very bad allergies). It takes way to long for the people working here to get back to you (my husband has been down to the office twice in 5 days). They are nice when talking to you but nothing has been done since we made our first visit in 2 going on 3 weeks which I think is ridiculous. My husband was also told that we should be able to take care of the window. I had trouble getting pictures to load or else I would have attached them now. I would not recommend to anyone to move here as I feel like they take very little action to help out their residents. If anything actually gets addressed I will be willing to change my review.
Jeff was my leasing agent and he made everything effortless when I moved in! Incredibly friendly, and has some of the best customer service I’ve seen. Is even offering to help me get a large delivery up three flights of stairs bc he knew there’d be no way I’d manage on my own. He goes above and beyond what he is required to do for all the residents here!Overall, the apartment is great. Had a few minor issues that maintenance resolves quickly. So far I love living here and I highly recommend to all!Editing review to go full circle. Im having to move out :( because my job is relocating me to AZ. Again, my experience with the management team has been amazing (Jeff, Jessica, and Vanessa)! They have been incredibly accommodating during my move out process. I wasnt sure when my move out would be for at least over a month, and they were patient and kind. Once I got my move out date, I almost had to change it and they were more than happy to help.I now know how great management can be, and my standards are so high because of this group. Special shout out to Jeff, he has been working with me since day one and he is amazing at what he does. He takes the time to know people by name, what they do, always smiles and says hello.Im very sad to leave this property!
Pathetic apartment community to live. Managers dont know how to talk and respond to people. They are rude. Their online payment system doesnt work at all. Ive to walk a lot to dump the trash. Gym has got faulty equipments. There are not even basic equipments at gym. They keep procrastinating my maintenance request. Overall a very bad experience. Wont recommend this place to anyone. Only person that I can talk to and who listens is Jeff.
Just recently moved out from this apartment complex. I lived there for 5 years, and I have to say it got worse every year. Current Management is a disaster, with the exception of Jeff.He always took care off us in the best manner until the last day.Its great to see that there are still ppl like Jeff out there.Jeff should clearly run this office. However, the customer service we received from the rest of the team, especially the team manager, was the total opposite. We had several incidents: flooding, broken entrance door, mold under the carpet, broken dishwasher etc., however the leasing manger never really cared about our concerns. This place is run down - so do yourself a favor and do not rent there.
Unfortunately, due to lack of apartments available, I was not able to choose this complex as my new home. But I did have the chance to tour it, and Jeff was our leasing agent. He is fantastic. Very friendly, very knowledgeable, and just overall seemed like he was happy to be there. While I cannot comment on the conditions of living there, I can say that I recommend speaking to Jeff if you are interested. The complex also has google fiber, so if you rely heavily on fast internet, this place has tremendous upside.
We have lived here for years and maintenance has been excellent. They usually come within 24 hours and fix things quickly. Victoria has been here that whole time and it is nice to deal with someone with expertise of the buildings and appliances. We have even had to call them a couple of times on the weekends due to unexpected circumstances. I always feel bad about interrupting their weekend, but they are always friendly and kind.
This is the best complex we have ever lived in. We always feel safe here and the neighbors are all polite and respectful. You can easily hear people walking up and down the stairs, but it doesnt bother us too much. The inside of the apartment is really nice and maintenance has been good about fixing things quickly. We have gotten a good bit of ants in the past but requesting pest control a few times has remedied the issue. The closet in the one bedroom is far too small for two people! We would have preferred a smaller bathroom area and larger closet. Im sure its perfect for one person, though. There are plenty of areas to throw away dog waste, which is convenient - however, there is no fenced in area for our dogs to run and play. Its inconvenient to pack up my two large dogs and drive to a dog park, especially by myself. It would be nice if the apartment had a fenced area for dogs, even if it was a small one. We pay extra money per pet every month, so it would be nice if there was a dog area to make the extra payments worth it.The gym is small and the machines are frequently not working or make loud noises when using them. However, if you have a gym membership somewhere else, then this shouldnt be an issue. The clubhouse is really nice and always looks clean. In general, its a safe and decent apartment complex to live in, but probably not the best for you if you do not have kids/do not want to hear kids playing loudly for hours every day, or you have multiple pets.
I moved into The Ascent at Windward over 3 months ago and it has honestly been the best experience I’ve had at an apartment complex. The management team and the maintenance team have always been extremely attentive, prompt and kind! The grounds and amenities are well maintained and the renovated units are very nice! The fully renovated A2 floor plan (which is what I have) included brand new stainless steel appliances, including a gorgeous farmhouse sink, quartz countertops, a garden tub and a fireplace - which is only on the third floor and unit specific. I’ve never experienced any issues with the golf course being behind this complex and to be honest it’s created a wonderful view from my patio. In my opinion, the only thing that could make this even better would be adding a dog park on the property! I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone who asked!
Find! Move! Lease! Live @ AscentI moved here in January of 2017. Many may think that this time frame is not enough time to judge the property adequately. Let me be the first to say that I actually signed my lease the summer of 2016 pending my lease to end with another property. My anxiousness and eagerness to move into my newly renovated huge luxury 3 bedrooms caused the management staff to search for an earlier move- in date. Not only am I impressed by the stellar customer service of the property management, I am more delighted with the location which shuttles my children to one of the top schools in the district. Thus far, I am excited about my neighbors who have shown friendliness from the start. I can easily access everything from this location from the North Point Mall, Hwy 400 which, and as a bonus its close to my job that only takes me 8 mins with lights! This is only to name a few of the many reasons that as a resident I love living at Ascent! - Proud resident of 12104
We moved into a 2 bedroom apartment sept2015. So far management has been very responsive. The building exterior and inside are maintained well. Quiet and family friendly neighborhood. They are renovating all units before giving it to new tenants. We got our entire unit carpet changed to brand new one. All clean and kept well. The gym started after Jan 2016 even though they had promised back in November 2015. Any major issues , the property manager reaches in no time even on weekends. Minor issues we had, got responded within the same day.Very safe area with a small gym :)Remya.
[Edit] I have added more details for my rating. I would not recommend this community due to various reasons.1. Maintenance window takes a very long time. Also, you need to meet the front several times to get it done. Only some are friendly in the front office.2. Pesticides do not work at all. A lot of roaches and ants.3. Online payment system does not work. Every month I have to take money order to pay my rent. Which is a very old method of paying rent!4. To the sad part, I also referred one of my friend to this community(he also doesnt like the community). Front office advertised as a referral bonus, but they have not paid it too.[Note] All the good reviews were old and from previous management!
The manager Jessica is very mean and rude ! She doesn’t know how to talk to people . Since I moved here a year ago I already noticed that Jessica the manager is very very mean and rude. She has a behavior issues ! This makes me uncomfortable going in the office and ask question if I have an issue ! The only guys that are always trying to help and they’re very nice is Jeff and Macey ! But Jessica ....... I don’t even know how to describe how mean she is ! I want the corporate to start paying attention on every comment that people write about her ! It’s not only me ! I pay money for this property to live , the way she treats me I feel like I’m living here for free ! I don’t think anyone anywhere should treat others like that , Especially she is a manager !!!!!
Best apartment home ive ever leased! The leasing office team is so friendly, the community is always clean, I love the garages to store all of my extra items, the proximity to shopping, eating and getting on the highway for a night out in the city, which is about 15-20 min away!
This community has recently been taken over by Pinnacle management company. My recent experience with the assistant property manager is the reason I dreaded the change. Today, I received a voicemail from the asst. manager Charae stating that my rental payment had not been received, on my day off trying to relax. Naturally, this is a shock as I have a receipt and banking statement showing the check has cleared the bank. When I called back Charae seemed like she had an attitude because I said this was their mistake and they needed to get it rectified as we have an excellent rental history and don’t want it marred. After I informed my husband of how I was treated on the phone we decided to go up to leasing office in person. The leasing agent Jeff and Charae was in the back room laughing and Charae came out chewing food. She was very rude and not really concerned with the fact that she can’t verify our rental payment. We tried to give her the receipt so she could make a copy but she didn’t want it. She stated she had the information(check amount ) from the phone call and she didn’t need it. She had everything. My husband asked if she had everything then why did you call us? Charae stated she was calling us as a courtesy because we hadn’t paid. Again, we offered her the receipt-she didn’t want it! It seemed to us she was more interested in getting back to her lunch. When we left we heard Charae apologizing to Jeff, the leasing agent as if we were the problem. Since we have lived here we have never had this type of problem. It seems this new management company has a ways to go before they reach the level of service the previous community owner provided. We have attempted to reach corporate and regional office but that seems like pulling teeth. Hopefully, we will get a response to the voicemail we left. Also, new property management has not addressed broken trash compactor. Trash overflowing littering grounds.(picture to come later) Trash draws bugs and creatures and this is not what residents pay for! Cockroaches are everywhere! No, I can no longer recommend this property!
I have lived here for 8 years. The property is beautifully maintained and the staff is amazing, helpful and friendly. This is absolutely the best place to live in the Alpharetta are. Currently theyre upgrading the apartments with granite countertops, new lights, faucets and stainless steel counter tops! Also the pool is open all year long and always clean! The leasing and maintenance team is the best in town, if not in all of Atlanta!
Ive lived here for almost three years and through 2 management changes. The staff has always responded quickly to any of my concerns. Its very quiet and well maintained community. All buildings have been renovated on the outside and all units are being upgraded one by one as people move out. No complaints from me at all.
The manager here is so rude and always has an attitude so just be ready for that. Her customer service is trash. Everything else like the amenities, the pool, the neighbors, and their maintenance is amazing. But that manager though... just watch out, she’s never polite or easy to talk to.
Asked for a gym key for 3-4 weeks. No gym key. Went to complain and was treated like an idiot. I finally got a gym key from the maintenance guy. Diane was reluctant to give me one. I figure I pay for the amenities so why her reluctance???? It worked first swipe. Excuse was she didnt have machine working. Changed machines, changed software for machine. Worked and continues to work fine so I question her motives. Cannot be reached by phone. You must walk down and wait. Even if they know you have issue they wont follow up. Rent super high. They werent forthcoming that they were doing major renovations and residents would have no clubhouse. No billiards. No gym. It was sold as nice rather then being honest. Weve had construction for almost two months. No amenities. 1200 one bed a month for a pool with a circular saw running in background.Ground maintenance is twice a week so prepare for leaf blowers and giant mowers twice a week.Utilities are a racket. They control utilities and blame Apex billing for errors. Management told me to call them and leave the office after I tried four attempts to discuss utility bill with them. They threatened to call police on me if I did not leave. Alpharetta police. I said are you serious!!!! I want to discuss this and your going to call the police???? Really???? On me your resident? I am single, travel constantly and have a two hundred dollar utility bill. My water doubled and sewage tripled and electric went up 50 dollars went I was gone over half of the month. No AC running for 15 days...... Ive talked to a dozen residents that have contacted an attorney for a lawsuit. Same stories. 400 dollar utility bill horror stories. Management gave them credits but told me they would call police if I didnt leave office. I have contacted the attorney also and provided my last 3 months of utility bills and receipts showing I was on Milwaukee for two weeks not using utilities. They dont care. I paid rent on the 4th by sliding in door, they screwed me and charged me an extra 115 dollars and they know Im an unemployed VET with PTSD and getting treatment. My mother just died and they tell me they are calling cops on me. True story folks. If you choose to be my neighborhood youll wish you didnt. Trust me. Eric Garrett. Captive at AAW.
AUGUST 4, 2015 -- PAY YOUR RENT AND WELL TREAT YOU LIKE YOU DONT. I placed a work order on July 25, 2015 and nothing has been done! Unfortunately and unprofessionally with no regard to the fact that Ive been living here and paying rent for over 6 years including this month and only placing a few work orders, this is ridiculous, frustrating and most importantly, disappointing. Due to the occupancy amount, The Ascent at Windward has decided not to offer a renewal moving forward and thats fine. There has been no consideration nor communication regarding the fact the apartment complex allowed 2 per room plus 1. However, no one from management waited to see if I would decide to transfer into a 3 bdrm apt; send a 60-day notice to move out; or complete a form to say 1-2 members of the household would be moving out. Why am I now being treated as if Im being evicted or no longer a tenant here! No one from management decided to reach out to me to say, no work orders will be completed simply because Im not being offered a renewal next month. If thats the case, I should have received a letter stating The Ascent at Windward would no longer accept my rental payments! If The Ascent at Windward still expects rental payments from me, I still expect maintenance to complete a simple work order!
DO NOT Rent APT 13207 if you cook or have an habit of using exhaust fan in the bathroom. Apartment management is not bad but the guy upstairs will bang on the floor when you use your exhaust fan. The tenant in the apartment right above you will have problem with any thing you do right from turning on the fan in the kitchen, bathroom to using a vacuum cleaner. If you want to stay peaceful stay away from that unit.
Best community in Alpharetta! Ive lived in GA for 10 years, including Midtown, Brookhaven, Lawrenceville and Sandy Springs, this ONE has been the upmost BEST thus far. Like my neighbors, I plan on staying planted here for the next couple of years until I buy a home! Def love my home, thank you ascent for your overall cleanliness and resident events.
Hi,I am resident of 13207 and has been suffering harassment of guy who stays in 13307. Me and wife has been disturbed couple of time especially during summer time the guys makes lots of noise if we switch on fan in our living room and bed room. I complained so many times to courtesy officer and leasing office and again the guy repeating the same noise as summer just started now as we have again started using ceiling fan in hall and bedroom. Please DO NOT TAKE unit 13207 as you would be troubled by the guy lives in 13307 disturbs during night times as he comes and knocks you door unit and ask you to shut down the fan in our house.
Im new to the ATL area and this property has been like a second family to me. Ive met a lot of nice people at the pool bbqing, the resident events, the tennis courts, my neighbors are super cool and I like the convenience of getting in and out of the gated community With the gates functioning properly (Had a bad experience back home in Texas).
This community is very clean and astonishingly quiet. All our service requests got resolved in prompt and efficient way. The staff has been very professional and helpful. Well kept property with amazing customer service. Moreover, not seen any roaches in the flat :-) . I can highly recommend this.
Gym is pathetic. No equipment at all. Just cardio machines. From 2 months they are saying they will add on new equipments, but none has been added yet.Even few old machines are not working. They should stop charging for something which they are not providing.Even for garbage we need to walk all the way to entrance.I wont recommend this place for stay.
Referral Bonus Withheld Without ReasonI lived at the Ascent for 2 years, after which I received a job offer in another state and therefore had to move. I had referred a friend to the Ascent, and was due a referral bonus. However, the Ascent intentionally withheld the money from me and to this day they have refused to give it to me, even though I met all criteria and benchmarks to receive it. I would be very cautious when considering the Ascent. If they go to such extreme lengths to withhold $300, then I could only imagine what will happen when a couple months rent is at stake.
I dont know who to thank first, Jessica, Macey and Jeff have been so wonderful!!! I wish I could give more stars!! From the time I walked in for a tour until I moved in this weekend this has truly been the best experience for me. Id recommend this place to anyone I meet. Words cant express the joy I have from moving into this place. Highly, highly recommended.
This place is not safe !!! There was a theft that happened recently in this apartment and there is absolutely no action being taken by the management. It is supposed to be a ‘gated’ community, but looks like the culprits emptied the house including the big TV and vanished in broad day light !!! The response from the office was even pathetic. They have no interest in taking any action looks like...
I currently reside at a Pinnacle Property. If you want a place to live where there is no follow-up, the General Manager does not hold their word, apartments get condemned, and zero response to both emails and phone calls from the corporate office then this is the place for you.
After 3 months, I am finally past the nightmare of leasing an apartment with Ascent. At move in, the place was filthy but that proved to be only my initial welcome to this property’s poor management. Additional times we had to call maintenance in the first few weeks include:the dryer handle snapped right offthe stove top burner kept popping outthe toilet seat was cracked and unsecureholes and tears in the ceilingdishwasher was leaking and then the person who ‘fixed’ it didn’t properly secure the new one, so my girlfriend opened it and it fell on her. All I had was gratitude that no visiting children discovered this instead.then they ‘fix’ our garbage disposal but manage to mess that up as well by causing a leak that they had to come back and fix. So anytime water went down the drain, a pool of water accumulated under the sink. We had to dry off everything we kept under the sink and refrain from rinsing anything until they fixed it. This meant we had to leave dirty unrinsed dishes and pots in the sink.I continually dismissed these issues with understanding of poor maintenance possibly due to covid. However, the way they handled our major issue – roach infestation – was inexcusable and reflected their company mindset and lack of concern for their tenants.I showed them photos of 11-13 roaches that I’d been quick enough to photograph within the first couple weeks. My girlfriend is immunocompromised due to a heart condition. She had to stop being there because it was a health risk due to the bacteria they spread. I didn’t trust my food or bedding and found it impossible to sleep. I had put in requests for pest control, which solved nothing. Then they assured me that the whole building would be sprayed as well and that it would resolve the problem. It did not. (The staff-member that did our recent move out inspection even saw that roaches remained an issue.)I approached the manager, Jessica and the Regional Manager, Heather as I wanted out of the lease because I couldn’t live in the apartment. They were slow to respond and lacking in empathy and refused to allow me out of the lease. They kept minimizing the issues, skirting blame and turned this into a negotiated ‘concession’ on each of our parts. I felt I already conceded as I’d given up a comfortable, sanitary life due to the unlivable apartment I was paying for and unable to enjoy - they should have let me out of the lease immediately. The mandatory buyout fee they imposed for shortening my lease to 90 days was reduced in the end as their ‘concession’ after months of emails. If you think of renting here, no matter how nice they all seem in ‘sales mode’, go someplace else. I wished I saw the many reviews on all different sites discussing other tenants with similar roach problems before renting here. I’ll be posting some of the photos and videos we have taken so you can avoid making the poor choice I made by renting with Ascent.
ZERO STARS! Do NOT MOVE HERE! The Ghetto of Alpharetta! Trash always over flowing. Now the site is down. New MGMT that NEVER answer office phone. Slow maintenance response. Neighborhood children throwing rocks in lot and cracking car windows. AC units break yearly. This is not a true gated community. The gate allows access for 3 to 4 cars at a time. Mold in unit due to AC failures. Faulty appliances. RUN AWAY fast!
Horrible staff, the maintance of the property is sub par. The open breeze ways are filled with debri and spider webs and other insects all the time. The staff doesnt even acknowledge any complaints and acts like residences are a thorn in their side.Do not move here!!!
RECENT PICTURE OF THE TRASH LYING, AND ITS SMELLING PATHETIC.....My friend who used to live here...posted this review which is not published:I used to live here and it is a nightmare. Increasing prices and sub-par amenities. Mandatory valet garbage for $42 and its getting worse with loads of trash lying in the walkway and on the road. Walking around the property, there are stains of garbage all over the breezeway. Ever since cushman-wakefield has taken over, their main aim is to raise rents by $800-$1000 for existing renters or evict them by effectively removing them from their apartments as the options given to them are thousands of dollars over their current rent. The rent increase was told for 3-5% increase but its a lie. The asset managers and property managers want to rent apartments at much higher rate and collect more bonus to their name. This is so atrocious and unethical standards. The upper management send out emails with 12 month lease pricing and when they upload it on portal, the price changes. I hope they fear someone called GOD...

2022-04-19Pros: Jeff is nice🙂, Area is great, really good schools, nice restaurants and parks nearby.CONS: Maintenance sucks to the point where u should just fix it yourself and they should reimburse u😂, I have put in several requests and they are signed off as completed but nowhere near fixed. I moved here in Sep 2018. The apartments are rotting😫 doesnt matter how cute the model unit they show u looks or the nice appliances when termites are all over destroying the structure and your unit looks nothing like it🤣. Insulation is horrible, mold and damp near windows and flooring. I would only choose this apartment for the surrounding area and the fact that its quiet....other than that its not worth the money they are charging now.

2021-01-05A comfortable residential society with green surroundings and amenities like tennis, swimming and gym. The place is sunny, clean, and noiseless and apartments are spacious with ample storage.

2021-12-16I am current residence of Ascent at Windward since 2 months and It was a wrong decision to move into this apartment. The condition of the apartment is so poor which is not worth of monthly rent of 2000+. The #of maintenance request has been made in first month itself was more than 20. By looking at the number , someone can imagine how poor was the apartment. They will not show you the actual unit but when you move in, you will find these many issues inside the apartment. The response time to fix the maintenance issue is very very poor. I do not know what kind of experience other people have but from my side it is just THE worst experience i have ever had till now in an apartment. I have to give at least ONE start to get my comments to be posted in this forum otherwise it is not worth to have ONE star also.

I drove 25 miles to get there but you were closed! When you are closed why you insist to confirm the appointment with me the day before??? Its good to have discipline!

2021-08-03We moved into the community last year December time frame and I was under Good impression until now. Recently I have received an email from leasing office stating that we are not going to renew your lease due to the apartment renovation. Though, I have made my intentions very clear before finalizing the apartment that I’m looking for a long-term stay in the community. Leasing staff did not mention anything about the apartment renovation. It’s not like that they informed me before hand it’s just two months away that I’m due for my lease renewal(regular time frame) so it turns out to be a shock instead of a surprise. They said you can move into another apartment within the community but there are very limited options and way expensive to what I’m paying currently(Roughly a difference of $1000 or more per month). Our apartment is semi renovated and have all the stainless steel appliances and granite countertopI don’t know what else they’ll do in terms of renovation. The main concern is to move out of the apartment and look for another options. Also, If they have told me this before hand for sure I will look for other options instead of moving into this community. So literally feel cheated in the context.

2021-07-07I have moved in recently and already liking the place. Best part - lot of greenery , loaded and with trees. Beautiful trail for walk and cycling just next to the building. Very well connected and all stores are nearby. Located in the heart of Windward Parkway Business center neighborhood. Apartment has gated access , car- wash , beautiful pool. Part of the Fulton School District where all 3 ( elementary , middle and high ) schools are 9 rated as of 2021.Assistant property manager - Jeff is a great guy !!

2021-08-03We moved into this community last year in December 2020. We mentioned that we are looking for long term lease before finalizing the apartment. And now when is lease is due for renewal in two months all of sudden a email appears stating that we can’t renew your lease bcoz we have to renovate the apartment though our apartment is semi renovated with all the stateless steel appliances. And they increase the rent almost 1000$ per month. And they are not renewing the lease so we are forced to move out of the apartment with a infant and look for other options when there are very limited options available in the market. They increase the rent by 1000$ where the main gates are not working from months and we always find trash outside the compactor and the buildings are not even cleaned. There are spider web everywhere in the common areas. But our main concern is that they wants us to move out of the apartment.

2020-06-13We moved into this apartment over a month ago and so far our experience is better.Jeff was our leasing agent and he made our transition very smooth and seamless, especially during the COVID-19 situation. Also interacted with Jessica couple of times and the experience was great...We do see regular complaints/reviews about fitness facility, pool maintenance & trash facility, and these are acknowledged by management at regular intervals. I hope these complaints will be addressed on timely manner and maintain the overall customer experience at its best.

2020-06-04Do not move in here. Management is terrible. The only person that actually cares for the people that live here is Jeff. He is amazing. As for everyone else, they don’t care, they are rude.Maintenance people are so nice but repairs are always delayed. We pay an expensive rent to live here and the amenities are not even up to date. I do not recommend this place.. specially after the leasing office management changed. The pool chairs are dirty, kids run around everywhere. It’s just not a good place to live. The very old dishwasher machine we had broke .. and they replaced it 2 weeks after a maintenance request with and even OLDER model that is louder than you can imagine and does not clean dishes at all.We actually have to leave the apt every time we run it because it makes the floor even vibrate. It’s truly awful

2021-09-14DO NOT MOVE HERE. Our apartment flooded over the weekend due to HORRIBLE maintenance. We called emergency maintenance & no one showed up so we had to call the FIRE DEPT. Had we not done that everything would’ve been completely ruined. Our apartment hasn’t been touched in four days we have NOT been accommodated in any way shape or form and have been getting the run around. This is an absolute disaster I have NEVER experienced anything like this before. The leasing office doesn’t care AT ALL we have no place to go & I have a newborn baby. At this point I’m pretty sure this apartment is going to mold and other units will get affected because the carpet hasn’t been touched. DO NOT MOVE HERE. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME !
