Food was terrible. I went to tell the cashier lady and she informed me that it was authentic food so it wasnt going to be a as flavorful as what I am used to eating. I was never informed this and she called my friend a lier when he said that he had not heard her say that earlier.She was also rude the moment I walked in. She didnt want to answer any questions about her menu. She spoke good English so I know she is not going to get away with using the language barrier as an excuse.
A good size restaurant and clean. However, this is probably the only pros I can say for this place. I have patronized this establishment no more than 4 times in the last 3 years. Each visit, I have been greeted by the lady at the counter with a very blended attitude. She seems very impatient when I asked for items or questions on the menu, however I have observed her attitude with certain customers; she was cheerful and attentive to them. Maybe if I were a regular, she would be nicer to me?? As for the food, not very flavorful. Blend just like the customer service. The value is ok since it is not a high end restaurant and the quality of the food definitely can be better. Now, if you want great food with excellent customer service regardless if you are regular patrons or new customer...go next door to Fancy Q. They are attentive to everyone!!!
Authentic, homemade and not commercial Asian cuisine. I had the Hibachi Scallops w/egg noodles and the wonton soup. VERY filling. I dont recommend their tea at all, but the food is excellent.

We were looking for some decent food in the area and decided to give this place a chance. Ordered a few different dishes and and some soup - all were very good. If ever in the area again we would come back.
Update:came in from out of town, refused to serve me bc I had no mask. Guess I’ll take my money elsewhere.Old review: Great little noodle house, little expensive but delicious. My kids finished all their food with no complaints. I would recommend the fried rice noodle dishes.Only complaint is that the lady that heads the front makes it seem as if you are bothering her to the point of rude, but the food is so good I can over look her sour disposition.

Recently tried Eastern Noodle for the first time. Was very impressed. This is not your run-of-the-mill mass-produced chinese food. The staff is very nice and the food is excellent. The fried dumplings and beef and broccoli were very good. Will return.
Literally the best Asian food I have ever had in my life!I have lived in some of the biggest cities in the country (including Seattle where half the population seems to be Asian) and The Eastern Noodle has the Best Asian food I have ever tasted!Mrs. Ruby is the sweetest woman and such an insanely hard worker, she is extremely accommodating and goes way beyond anything you could even expect to make you feel happy and be sure you enjoy your meal.She is a seriously overworked woman and if sometimes she seems rude it is because she is so exhausted she can barely even stand up... I myself have never experienced this but I read other reviews where some people say they have.The service you get here is superb, she even use to wait after she was closed sometimes for us to pick up our food after we got off work late without any protest.Amazing woman, amazing top quality food made from scratch, just amazing overall.100 stars if I could!
Very good food, fast, customer service is great. The lady at the counter is very sweet and helpful. Dont know what you want ask her to suggest, you wont be disappointed. Large portions reasonably priced.
Surprised to see all the good reviews here. When we were there, all tables waited about 20 minites for the first dish. Then it was another 20 minutes for the other dishes. The waitress/boss acted like everybody owed her sth. Grabbed plates/forks without washing hands after handling cash. Restrooms were filthy and the soap dispenser was broken. Food was too salty. Absolutely the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to.
This is my all time favorite place to eat in Brunswick. Ms. Ruby is so friendly and knows most of her customers by name and what they order. The food is fresh, delicious, and not like any other place in Brunswick. I recommend to all my friends.

Waited 10 minutes for someone to come out of the back to come seat us, and didnt let us sit until we ordered (offered us no menu). Took a long time to get the food, horrible service, tried to give them a tip but gave the money back to us like they were too good for it.

The Singapore style scallops with u dont noodles was to die for. The noodles were fat and worthy of slurping. The sauce was killer. The service was fast, they were very polite and the restaurant was SPOTLESS!
Great authentic food, the owner can come off a bit sharp, but once you get to know her, she is a very nice lady. Health department score was 100.
Food is great and Ruby is awesome. Knows her customers and If I order the wrong thing for my husband she always corrects me. :)

First off I have to say this first and foremost… the reviewer Yanli Law that posted a negative review with one star and instead recommended people go to Fancy Q is actually related to the owners of Fancy Q, don’t believe me research it yourself…It is pathetic that she would slander a small business just to try to get more business for her own family business who already gets it’s fair share of business!Now that is out of the way, here we go with the review…Mrs. Ruby is an amazing woman, very dedicated to her business, her customers, and her family!Her food is authentic made from scratch food, so yeah if you are use to the gross Americanized “Asian” food this may not be the place for you, but if you want amazing authentic Asian food, definitely go here.Yes Mrs. Ruby is a bit abrupt and to the point but that is also authentically Asian, don’t be so devastated over everything… these are the same people complaining over the young “woke” crowd…Her food speaks for itself though, especially the noodle meals.Try her vermicelli!!! Mmm mmm mmm!!!This place is ran by she and her husband… that is all… that is a lot for just two people to do, especially when they are trying to get together call in orders as well!Poor things, some of you had to wait more than a few minutes… you’ll wait in line at some nasty fast food places for 20 minutes and not complain!Support local businesses!!!Support grass roots!!!This is how we keep these places around so everything is not fast food!!!The Eastern Noodle is amazing food!!!

2022-05-02I got the steak and shrimp. Needless to say the steak was so tough. I went up to counter and told the lady. She started getting mad. Saying I was being mean. Then told me not to come back. I also witnessed food sitting out the whole time we were there. Dont waste your money. Not good at all.

2022-05-11Last Friday my daughter and I stood at the counter for ten minutes waiting to be seated, no one ever came out. Today I called to find out if they offer delivery. The woman that answered the phone could not understand my simple question, do you deliver. I asked politely three times. She said I don’t know what you’re even talking about and proceeded to HANG UP ON ME. Never again, we are done with this place.

2021-03-15This place was great, our first time eating here. The lady owner was very friendly and the food was fresh. They are open Monday thru Friday so they can have time to make fresh. Well worth going. Ok I need to update....we went a second time and the chicken tasted like left over, they can do better cause I would rather wait for fresher food

2019-02-13Great Chinese! Ok now that I got that out of the way here are details.Place was empty at lunch, but very clean, and smelled good. Cold inside but that is not a bad thing.We ordered shrimp potstickers soup and beef, pepper, tomato with noodles. Both on point for flavor, presentation and portion size. Prices are reasonable, I got plenty for what I paid for.Worth a try, looks like a mom and pop business so come spend money here and spread some grassroots love.

2022-04-13The Lady was very rude went here few times to eat the last time i went didn’t like the one that i ordered so i didn’t eat it at all , went back here to try something else and she refuse to take my order and told me that if i didn’t like their food don’t order and dont waste it. so iended leaving and will not come back anymoree in this restaurant !! very bad experience i’ve ever had !!

2021-08-04The lady there has always been rude, every single occasion. The place is nice and clean, prices are fair, and tastes okay.Just go to fancy Q right next door. Its way better in every way, especially customer service and the food. Thats why its always busy and Eastern Noodle is always empty.
