I absolutely love this community! Close proximity to everything which is perfect, sparkling clean, best friendly, awesome amenities, great dog park, and awesome staff. They also have fun events all the time for residents and even bring food trucks every once in a while. You can’t get any better!
Giving this place 2 stars because the apartments were new when I moved in but that was the only graceful thing about living here. They’re very nosy & prejudice in the office. And they’re always sending emails about these wild rules. You’re not allowed to have decor on your patio. They don’t have anywhere for kids to play. They have a lot of dogs and it reeks of urine when it rains or is extremely humid. And ah! Beware of the inspections! Random inspections to see if you’re breaking one of their many rules. They make it clear this is their property & you’re just renting. Not welcoming what so ever.
They Ellison is a beautiful place to call home. I love the community and all the amenities that are included and if it is ever a problem which is hardly ever the staff is there to jump right in and help you they keep you updated on any changes through email or text. trust me you would love to call the Ellison home I have never lived anywhere, where the staff is so great excellent customer service 😋
We just moved in on September 8th, but so far we love our Ellison community! Anna and Lauren have went above and beyond to accommodate us and make our move effortless! All of our interactions with staff have been professional, helpful, and courteous.
Since moving here I have really enjoyed it! The amount of amenities and the staff are great! They make sure to respond in a timely manner or help in anyway possible. They have been very accommodating since day one and I’m glad I chose The Ellison as my home!
I love living here! They go above and beyond to make it feel like home and if you need help with anything they are on it right away! It’s like living in a resort 24/7! Love that I get to call The Ellison home!
The Ellison has been a wonderful experience. Friendly and professional staff , any maintenance problems are resolved quickly, the grounds are kept up well. We have owned a home for years. This has been a great experience.
Absolutely love living here!!!!!!! I was eying this place since they started building it. The staff is so kindhearted, beautiful, and more than eager to help!!! Everything is kept cleaned and satanized. It has an amazing location, 5 min away from all basic shopping needs, and maybe 10 min away from them mall and KSU. You are close to a fire, and police station, Kennestone Hospital, and Sunday morning farmers markets.
I’ve been a resident at the Ellison for a few months. I moved here for work from Philly and let me just say this…MEGAN SOURIS IS A GODDESS!My turn around time to find an apartment was super tight and I had no time to fly out to physically look at places which gave me so much anxiety.I knew as soon as I saw the website I had found my new home but Megan’s exemplary service sealed the deal! I was ready to sign the lease before our FaceTime tour was even over! LOLI was able to call and schedule a virtual tour for that very day and applied for the exact unit she showed me the moment we hung up.From the beginning Megan was/still is ridiculously friendly/accommodating..so is the entire leasing team!My application was approved so quickly and the move in process was a breeze…Megan made sure I was constantly in the know and answered all my questions. The easiest move I’ve ever experienced. The complex looks EXACTLY like the website/what I saw on the FaceTime tour. I love the fact that this complex is brand new and I am the first person to live in my unit. The quality of the units are top tier! Absolutely gorgeous and gives a very house like vibe.Neighborhood is great and close to everything! Super markets, restaurants, shopping centers and malls .Travel into Atlanta is pretty easy. There’s no assigned parking but there’s lots of spots so that’s never an issue. The grounds/amenities are kept up nicely, maintenance requests are handled quickly. All of my neighbors I’ve met so far are so nice. I love it here!

My boyfriend Kevin M. has been a part of this project and building it. This place is so beautiful inside and out Im so grateful to have been there to see the progress made from the ground up! These guys have worked very hard and have done a great job every time I meet him for lunch at work I look at how beautiful it is and the lighting and everything is just perfect! Best apt plans Ive seen!
Love living here! Its quiet, peaceful & a great location for shopping and dining. Staff is very helpful and the amenities are excellent. For the price, you wont anything even close to compare.
Be aware that you have literal sirens in the room of your apartment for smoke detection anywhere on the property even if there is not an actual fire. They go off for any sort of smoking done by residents vape or smoke. Residents don’t care that this is a none smoking facility. Be prepared to be disturbed in the middle of the night or day with extremely loud sirens.
Way too strict. Too many rules. They have “inspections” where they come in while you’re away to see if you’re breaking any of their many rules. I pay way too much to have my privacy invaded. Had to install cameras inside my apartment to see what they’re up to. I don’t care about luxury as much as I want to be left alone.
My wife and I have lived here since May and we love it. It’s a quite safe community and all of the staff is very nice. All of the amenities are great.
Love this community and everyone who works here is a delight to deal with! The grounds are always kept exceptionally clean and the community makes sure to take care of issues immediately! Love living here!
Anna Rainwater went far beyond expectations! She helped us find the exact apartment space we wanted and answered all our questions! She was patient, kind and always quick to respond, we honestly couldn’t have asked for more!

Megan helped my fiance and I finalize the apartment of our choosing, she also went above and beyond by getting approval on pushing out our move-in date.Ever since weve started the process with Kody several weeks ago, everyones professionalism has exceeded my expectations. Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended.Update: The Ellison is where Resort conveniences meets all the Comforts of Home Life. We were excited to move into the new luxury style apartments offered by the Ellison but didnt know how much more we would receiving for our money. The security and cleanliness of the property adds to the allure of the apartments. Spacious floor plans, tall ceilings and door frames along with stainless steal appliances captivate and pleases visually. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly with all of our questions. We are grateful to call the Ellison home.

2022-05-27Been here just over a year now. Very happy. All concerns receive prompt attention. Facilities are very nice and staff is very helpful. Some reviews have noted the “strict enforcement” of the leasing agreement….that is EXACTLY what I LOVE about the Ellison. They expect their tenants to abide by the lease agreements that the tenants sign! As with any community living, some tenants fail to abide by their agreements (even with reminders), but I fully appreciate the attention management places on enforcement to keep the Ellison a pleasant place for all residents to live.

2021-08-19I refer to my new home as The Resort! The staff members are amazing. The activities and special extras they do for the residents are unexpexted and delightful. I feel pampered every day! The apartments are gorgeous, with upgrades galore. The amenities are plentiful - saltwater pool, water fountain and poolside lounge with fireplace, grilling patio,, fitness room, yoga, office suites, business ctr, bike storage, pet spa and exercise area, car wash... I could go on and on! This was a huge life change for me from living in a 4 bedroom house to apartment living. The Ellison team made is so easy and comfortable. Absolutely love living here!

2021-09-02My husband and I love living here! It is a safe community with a lot of great amenities. The coffee machine is one of my favorites! The maintenance staff if also extremely kind and attentive. out HVAC closet was making a weird noise and they were in our apartment investigating within the half hour. We have lived here for about 4 months and are very pleased with the experience.

2021-09-15The Ellison is a great community! The staff are all friendly and speak if they see you around. The apartments are very spacious and has a lot of closet space. If you have any maintenance issues, they get to you quickly! If you work from home there is an office where you can do so. The pool area is open year-round, and let’s not forget they plan community events every month. Target is not far at all 😉 along with many other shopping stores. My guest always gives compliments to the community. My number 1 priority was moving as close as possible to my child’s father and the process was done within 2 days. My daughter loves the community. I wish there were a community park for all kids or a field area to let their energy out; other than that, I would recommend The Ellison to everyone looking for apartments in Kennesaw.

2021-09-01I’ve lived at The Ellison for about 4 months now and I love it. The staff is very welcoming and nice. I love the monthly food trucks and activities and not to mention how nice the amenities are. If anyone is looking for a stylish apartment with a staff that will go above and beyond, this is the place to stay.

2021-09-03We have had nothing short of a phenomenal experience living at The Ellison in Kennesaw, GaIt is a beautiful complex with an outstanding team of lovely individuals who attend to all needs and answer any questions you may have! The scenery and amenities are wonderful and truly make the stay a resort style vacation everyday. The community is kind and very peaceful! 10/10 would recommend!!

2021-09-01I have lived at The Ellison since the middle of March and love it. Management is great and so are the amenities. Beautiful pool, great fitness center, and theres nothing better than starting your day off with a cafe mocha at the coffee bar.

2021-09-02Apartments are brand new. Amenities are great with a well equipped gym and office space for tenants. Beautiful pool area to lounge. Pet friendly with a pet spa and dog park. My only recommendation would be that the electric chargers for EVs should be free. It’s also located in an area with easy access to lots of restaurants and stores so you can’t beat that.

2021-09-15I moved to ATL from Philly and they literally were the easiest part of my entire transition. My application process was quick and painless I was approved in less than 24hrs! The staff are super positive and pleasant to do business with and just be around in general. They communicate everything, keep the grounds wonderfully clean, and overall I have no complaints. I love living here ❤️❤️***Update**Im 6 months into my lease here and its still love like at first sight. The staff is amazing and friendly, attentive and responsive. I truly dont think any other place can compare. Im already planning to renew my lease.
