Rick was very helpful in helping me select just what I needed. Got the frames on time as promised and packed very well. My wife and I just had an African painting framed, I wasnt sure how it will come out but looking around the gallery and see their work I knew we were at the right place. I ordered an assembled frame (Larson-Juhl) from The Gallery for a considerable discount compared to my local stores. The frame arrived within a week of the order being placed. I was a little worried about shipping but the packaging was very sturdy and the frame was in pristine condition. I recommend this service and will use it again if the opportunity arises.
We recently purchased 24 of the 7556 moulding in an 18 x 24 inch frame to use for annual awards for a big conference. 2020-08-11So, I live in Texas and reached out to Rick whom I had spoken with about doing some custom frames for me. Needless to say, He knocked it out of the park. Not only was he substantually better priced compared to my local framer. He also ordered the molding, built the frame and shipped it to me in a weeks time. Compared to the month and a half I was facing from my local shop. All of my business will be going to him from this day forward. 10 stars Sir!!

2020-02-23Rick did an amazing job with our custom frame order! He communicated well via email and phone to understand exactly what we were looking for. He was able to match frames that we had made 4 years earlier for our wedding so that we could expand our photo wall at home to include photos of our baby daughter now. The frames were built and shipped very quickly (less than a week) and arrived in perfect condition. He had packaged them well, including the glass, and they arrived in perfect condition. The glass was completely clean and didnt need any cleaning - I put our photos in the frames and had them up on the wall the next day. We ended up getting the non-glare glass and it was worth it. We have a very bright room, but even with full sunshine, we can still see the photos great. Thanks for great communication and a quality product Rick!

2018-06-12We ordered a signature frame for our wedding at it was beyond our expecations. The frame is beautiful and installing our picture was so simple. But more than anything the customer service was beyond amazing. We needed the frame relatively quickly and Rick responded to our emails literally within minutes. He was so helpful and patient. 2018-08-23I could not be more pleased with the experience of working with Rick & The Gallery! I sent a large watercolor from a few states away for a custom framing job. Rick was communicative, extremely quick to reply to questions, and very helpful. He gave us exactly the frame and molding we asked for at LESS THAN HALF of price quotes I received from three other framers. When our art was shipped back (it is a large piece, almost 30x30) it was packed expertly with padding, foam, and a sturdy cardboard interior to ensure it would arrive safely. When most places might cut corners and charge extra, Rick and the Gallery offer attention to detail, quality work, and an excellent price. You will be happy to work with them!

2020-10-28Very professional, Excellent work and quality. I Needed a very large canvas stretched and framed last minute. I was hoping for 2-3 days and they were able to have it done in less than 24hrs!!! And it was done at a fair price. They also made and excellent frame choice that I am very happy with. Quality was top notch, turnaround time was great, communications were terrific, and pricing was much more attractive than local frame shops. 2016-03-17I just received the framed signature mat that I purchased from The Gallery at Brookwood online last week. Im beyond thrilled about how it came out. Its an excellent keepsake for my sons upcoming First Communion. The frame is excellent quality, the mat and personalization are perfect, the practice mat is a fabulous addition.
