2022-05-06Terrible store, they charged a repackaging fee of 18 dollars for an item that didnt fit well.Never going there again, rude and terrible customer service.Now see the reply… more and more low reviews coming in…The glasses were clean and put back into the box.According to Eric the customer is always wrong.These are the types of businesses that fail within a few years due to less and less people ordering from them.And Eric you should really try not to be the lazy one here not the consumer ;)

2019-05-16Eric and his staff at the gear attic are very professional and also extremely friendly. They do great work and can find you basically any part needed. They sponsor our cycling team and it’s a joy to have them on our side. I really recommend stopping here if you need maintenance or are looking to pick up a bike at a smoking good deal.

2020-08-26Great shop! Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I needed a new pair of cycling shoes, but they didn’t have my size in stock. They ordered my size and the shoes arrived less than 48 hours later. Staff also helped to attach my cleats to the shoes and swap pedals on my bike. It’s those little things that really make a bike shop stand out from the others. Would highly recommend!

2021-04-01Buyers Beware due to bad return policy: Do not purchase from here; they deal in surplus stuff which means rejected stuff. If they send you an incorrect size, you pay for return shipping and lose over 20% in your refund. Dont say I did not warn you.

2020-08-27AWFUL!!! Buyer beware - DO NOT SHOP with these clowns!!! I purchased a Pioneer Cycle Computer and FINALLY received it - 19 DAYS LATER - THIS IS A FACT AND IS INDISPUTABLE!! The owner/staff was rude, uncouth, threatening, and unwilling to help at all. I had to resort to contacting my bank. Do yourself a favor and avoid a headache - shop elsewhere!!! Dealing with this seller was just a complete waste of my time and money! Its no wonder small shops like this are going out of business!
