The Hand & Upper Extremity Center of Georgia in other cities:
I have been treated by Dr. Klugman and am currently in recovery from long-standing cubital tunnel syndrome. My surgery was a little over two months ago and was fortunately kept simple with a release and no nerve transposition. The care and expertise of the physicians and staff of this practice is phenomenal. I have recovered full range of motion and the majority of sensation in my hand and am back to doing my normal outdoor work with no problems. I highly recommend this practice.
I broke my wrist snowboarding out of state - after a visit to the ER and many recommendations, I called and was able to have an initial appointment within the week. Everyone on the staff was extremely friendly and attentive - I was very worried this injury would impact my normal, very active lifestyle. They scheduled me weekly so they could X-ray the break to ensure it grew back properly and replaced the cast. The OT team is right next door so you get a complete rehab plan. 8 weeks later, my wrist has almost complete ROM back (still doing exercises to get to 100%) and it’s almost as if the injury never occurred. I’ll be recommending Dr. Lourie and the entire team to anyone I know with an injury!!
We were a patient after a trauma that ended in a compound fracture and surgery for my then 2 year old and Dr. P was amazing. Calmed me down and did an excellent job putting Humpty Dumpty back together. We had to return due to a broken wrist on my youngest (4 years old) and Dr. Klugman was also wonderful. Casts and broken bones are not fun, but I highly recommend the practice. I did have long wait times for both first appointments because they fit me in same-day. But, just come prepared to wait patiently and youll be fine!
The staff is always wonderful….they are very knowledgeable and customer/patient welcoming. If the staff wasn’t great enough, Dr. Klugman is superb. He explained my diagnosis, we talked about the options and he and I agreed on a plan of action. I recommend Dr. Klugman to ALL of my friends and family members in need of his speciality.
Where the almighty dollar takes a front seat over patient care.Reply to owner: If you were truly interested in wanting to know more regarding my initial comment--then call me directly because you have my contact information. Otherwise dont tell me about the excellent patient service you strive to provide because thats simply not true.
My son seen Dr.Templeton this morning . She was amazing ! I forgot the young lady that cast my sons arm but she was amazing as well . Wasn’t a long wait time .Dr.Templeton came right in xrays were quick and the whole process was great ! My son was at ease the entire appt !
The place is not organize manner if you get there and hour before scheduled and have to be in waiting room an hour later after your appointment that is not organized manner the front desk clerks are rude especially the little thin guy thats working along in front desk with all the womens. My patient runs deep when i have other things thats goes on in my life. My sons appointment was this morning 07/07/2021 at 1045 i arrive at 9:40 and wasnt seen till 11:30. Before i was seen i went to front desk asking the clerk how long will my son be seating before hes seen they all said after 2 patient hes next so i sit waiting after 4 patient he still wasnt call so i went back up there the lady jump up and said maam its two dr and hes here to see another dr even so if hes the 3rd to be seen why was there five others called before him. im done with this office i pray my son nor myself has to go through this again then i will be traveling to find a better office than this i dislike rude people nobody ask yall to fill out the position yall filled for and you goes to work with stank attitude stay at home or find you a job where u dont deal with people. I dont have those problems cause im a warehouse worker and i dont deal with costumers, clients, or patient.
Dr. Templeton is highly competent, caring, and clear in her communication and explanations. I anticipate needing additional hand surgery as my Dupuytrens contracture condition worsens. I will eagerly seek her help with my needs, and I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone needing help with their hands.
I was an established pt. I had an appt in May 2021. I received treatment, but it did not help. I tried to contact the office to no avail. It took me a week and many hours on hold to finally connect to an office person whom I shall not name. I was refused to be seen prior to my scheduled August appt. This unnamed person who I believe is an unlicensed medical person recommended me take a medication that is contraindicated in my paticular case and could very well caused immediate irreparable harm. Upon informing him of that, he recommended a topical treatment, all without consulting with my treating physician. When I insisted on speaking with the MD or getting an appt, I was transferred to an unlicensed medical staff person. I begged for an appt sooner as the previous treatment not only failed, but my pain had progressed to an unbearable level. I asked her, what the hell do I need to do to be seen by the doctor. In repsonse to that she said I was cussing her, obviously not familiar to desparate ppl in tremendous pain. I was discharged from the practice without being seen for begging to see the doctor. I was able to be seen by another surgeon not affiliated with their office provider and scheduled for emergent surgery for a ruptured tendon. I do not think this medical office staff is equipped to handle patients in terrible pain who has tried to reach them in an unreasonable period of time. BTW, I am a retired phyisian. I never practiced medicine like this where I was so removed from my patients and their needs and never allowed any of my patients discharged without my knowledge. This practice of medicine is completely unacceptable. Please beware. I do not post this lightly. There is serious problems with this office and their ability to communicate needs to the doctor caring for you.
They kept my son calm and explained everything they were going to do in surgery to remove a bb from his hand they gave sure direct orders on how to deal with stitches and how to care for it dr klugmen and the staff are amazing ❤❤❤ thank you for all the wonderful care. And a side note we found out a co2 bb gun is aquivalent to a 22 gun be safe
I tore my right tricep at the gym in March and had to have immediate surgery, despite the Covid-19 outbreak. It was an unusual procedure, but Dr. Gary Laurie did an amazing job. He is a truly gifted surgeon. I am on the road to recovery and have not had any issues since I was cleared to work out again. Great team at Hand and Upper Extremity Center of Georgia. I highly recommend them to anyone who is having hand/arm issues.
After my initial contact with this business I was less than impressed, but when we went into the office our experience was great. My daughter, who is 5, had a great visit with the doctor. The x-Ray technician was awesome and very nice. She talked my daughter through her x-rays and was very patient with her. She answered all her many questions with a smile. Not once did she show any frustration or annoyance with my over curious, sweet girl. This made one nervous mama relax. I would definitely recommend this group. The office was very clean and welcoming. I am also happy to say that I had 2 people reach out to me after my Inital posting to apologize about my experience when I called to schedule an appointment. The office manager was very apologetic and assured me that they would talk to the lady who scheduled my appointment. I explained that business sometimes have one chance to bring that customer in and unfortunately for Doctor offices sometimes its that first call to make an appointment. I told her despite my reluctance I came in, but Im glad I did because it was a great experience! Hopefully, the lady will receive the training she needs to provide better customer service, or they find her a place in the office that better suits her skills.
From start to finish, I had a great experience. The forms can be downloaded and done in advance. All of the staff is pleasant and helpful. Dr Costas spent time with me. He reviewed my X-Ray’s and explained my injury to me quite well. I also went over to the rehab area to get a splint made. The staff there was excellent as well. The front desk woman made sure to verify my benefits prior to getting my splint made. I highly recommend this office.
I have worked in a medical office for 12 years and was blown away by how professional, efficient, and friendly the staff was to me. Ashley was very accommodating and kind when I called. And, Dr. Lourie treated my incredibly minor problem like it was the most important case if the week.Treatment was appropriate and not aggressive which was great! I feel like I am in great hands, no pun intended.Simply a pleasure to visit this practice!
I was seen by my primary care provider on May 3, 2018, and he referred me to the Hand Center. This was the Thursday prior to my Monday appointment. I was so appreciative for their seeing be so soon. My experience from the time I signed in until I checked out was extraordinary. Check in staff were welcoming and professional, was seen by medical staff at scheduled time, greeted by intake nurse who introduced herself and explained what was to happen, taken to X-Ray and the X-ray technician also introduced herself and very carefully positioned my painful hand for the viewings, shortly after the X-rays I was seem by Dr. Josh Ratner. I am so grateful my primary care provider send me to this practice and especially to Dr. Ratner. After his review of X-rays and examining my hand, he explained clearly what was happening to my thumb and hand and his recommended treatment. I totally trusted his care and was receptive to all recommendations, including the steroid injection, which he administrated very skillfully. The discharge nurse came, introduced herself, reviewed visit to assure I had no unanswered questions, then fitted me for a splint, and took me to check out staff for scheduling of follow up visit. Check out again was done by the most pleasant individual. I simply cannot praise this practice enough, and highly recommend to all who may be in need of their services.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Dr. Klugman treated me and was great. He listened to my concerns, took the time to explain his findings, and gave me unbiased information on my options moving forward. I opted to receive an in-office procedure, and he made it quick and painless.
I had the most Horrible experience at this office. they are not helpful. You make an apt. they never on time. then you call back to talk to them they dont answer, they put you on hold for ever. I have been calling for a week to try to talk to the office but no answer. they put you on hold for ever. they never follow up with you. I went for a consultation I end up with 1000 usd bill.. its insane. dont go there! the staff is rude and if you call them they hang up in your face.
Everyone, from the Receptionist to the Dr, was so friendly. Dr. Costas was very soft spoken, with every hint of compassion. He explained everything thoroughly, and even appeared to feel bad for me when I told him that I had just recently cut off over 17” of my hair due to the pain in my arms and hands when taking daily care of it. So far, so good.
Drove from Covington Ga, easy to find the office. Friendly and efficient staff. We were in and out within 30/40 min. No long wait or anything. The doctor communicated well and answered all my questions. I work in healthcare and I know doctors are busy but he was patient, he knew my sons history prior to coming in the room and he didn’t make me feel like the appointment was rushed. He had to put in a referral for me, I’ll say the place he used contacted me an hour later. I’d give these guys. 10 rating if I could. Thanks a lot me and Mason appreciate it.
My wait was minimal. Everyone was friendly. I did not wait more than 3 min for Dr. Pelovich. He takes time to listen and answer any questions and explains the Next step or procedure. Very kind and compassionate. The treatment was successful. Am continuing to utilize him as my hand physician.
We had a great experience. Scheduling was helpful and worked us in after we were up until 2:00 am at our local ER. The wait was reasonable, the tech friendly and he related well with my teenage son. Dr. Ratner was knowledgeable, a good listener and we are very happy with the experience we had at the Hand and Upper Extremity Center. We appreciated the option for a waterproof cast. Its saved our summer vacation !
As a walked in I was greeted by a person who knows how to welcome a new patient. She was friendly, helpful and completely reassuring! I was then greeted by the most competent and friendly assistant to Dr Klugman. He was knowledgeable and had a wonderfully caring manner! I must say everyone was caring and competent. The X-ray tech possesses the same qualities ! Dr . Klugman not only exudes knowledge and has a wonderful bedside manner but put me at ease knowing I am in the best hands around! I felt like I was the only one who mattered! I am delighted with this team and see why everyone adores Dr. Klugman!
Dr Costas did surgery on my left hand last year to remove a ganglion cyst, and stabilize my thumb. I was incredibly impressed with his knowledge, and his skill as a surgeon is high caliber. He continues to follow my arthritis, and is always ready to review xrays to explain the problem and discuss treatment. I have never had difficulty getting an appointment, and have never had to wait more than a few minutes to be seen. The staff is professional and kind.
This is by far the worst experience I have ever had in a doctors office. My daughter and I both left there crying... We were treated like some low-life ignorant people I honestly felt like we were treated The Way We Were because yes we are on Government Assisted insurance . Dr Klugman was very arrogant and condescending and argumentative. He had no bedside manner or respect for the love of the Game that an athlete has. My daughter loves softball and he pretty much told us softball was out of the picture and never told us for how long. but wanted to do exploratory surgery the day after her accident where she slid into home plate and was stepped on with a metal cleat and ended up dislocating her thumb and needing stitches. She complained of her wrist hurting also and he did X-rays and said that it was fine. After going to another doctor for a second opinion they did an x-ray and her wrist was fractured also which he either overlooked or neglected to tell us on purpose. the fact that he wanted to do surgery proves to me he was only in it to make money because that is not what she needed. Please if you want a dr. With bedside manner whos going to treat you with courtesy and respect do not take your child here. He was the rudest doctor I have ever dealt with. He even went as far as mocking the hospital who reset and stitched her thumb however we were treated with respect and sympathy. If you have government assistance and need to see an orthopedic doctor Next Level Sports Medicine is amazing and we are so glad that we ended up there and got the answers and the treatment that we needed. Come to find out 3 weeks in a cast is all she needed and shell be back on the field. if we had not gotten a second opinion she may have been out for months and had surgery that wasnt needed. I will say dr. Klungmans nurse was amazing and he is the only reason that I gave two stars
The front desk staff went above and beyond to get us in with Dr. Klugman, quickly. Renata went the extra step to help make sure my son’s referral was in place, to make this a smooth transition to being seen at their facility. The back office staff were so friendly and up beat.My 13 year old was nervous, but after being greeted and taken back to meet the doctor, the staff changed his perspective on being at the doctor’s office! Dr. Klugman was professional, thorough and included my 13 year old in his discussion of the healing process. The office was clean and parking was easy.I would highly recommend Dr. Klugman and his staff. Thank you Dr. Klugman and staff!!!!
I miss Doctor Costas. He retired 😥😔He operated on me 7 times. He was the best hand surgeon, hands down. I have severe Rheumatoid Arthritis and I required tough surgeries with long recoveries including tendon reconstruction surgeries due to sudden tendon ruptures and joint replacement surgeries. I miss him. This is Lina 😔
Arrived on time, was greeted immediately, gave receptionist my forms that had been provided on website and pre- filled. She took them. Very cordial front office! (“Blessed me” when i sneezed!) I waited less than ten minutes and was taken to a treatment room by a PA. He was very cordial, asked a few questions about my complaint and advised me that someone would be with me shortly to take x- rays and that the doctor would see me shortly. A few minutes later, an extremely personable X-Ray technician took me to an x-Ray procedure room, took films PA and Lateral and returned me to the examination room. About three to five minutes later Dr. Lourie’s senior resident examined my wrist, asked a number of questions, advised me of a preliminary diagnosis, discussed the likely treatment protocol and advised me that Dr. Lourie would see me shortly. Shortly, Dr. Lourie came in dressed in scrubs having obviously just come from surgery. He went over what history I had previously given from memory (without notes or a chart) and advised me his diagnosis and the likelihood that the problem was anything other than benign. This relieved my immediate concerns tremendously. Dr. Lourie examined the problem area, described what he found, agreed with me that a conservative approach was appropriate, stated that he wanted to take a conservative approach, described that approach, went over exactly what he was going to do and went over the likely results, including the reoccurrence likelihood. After that explanation and my agreement to it he advised that he would be back shortly after the area had been prepped for the procedure. A few minutes later his PA appeared, prepped the area, and left the tools for the procedure. Almost immediately, Dr. Lourie followed with his senior resident and another nurse or PA. Dr. Lourie performed the procedure, describing each step as it was performed. Following his completion of the procedure, Dr. Lourie outlined post procedure wound care and exercise of the affected area. His instructions were clear and precise. At no time did I feel rushed or hurried and the opportunity for questions was always present. Questions I asked were answered immediately and completely. All in all, this was one of the best experiences I have had with a physician. Dr. Lourie was thorough, knowledgeable, reassuring (excellent bedside manner), gentle and went out of his way to explain what was going on. At the same time, he was genuinely concerned and that concern showed through his actions in the way that he treated both me and the problem. It was clear to me that Dr. Lourie was using my examination as a “teaching” moment and I was not the least bit offended. I was glad to see Dr. Lourie taking his role as a “teacher” seriously. Having read his bio, this was one of the main reasons I selected him to examine and treat my problem. At no time did I feel as though I was a “specimen” on examination, instead, Dr. Lourie made me feel like a human being and not a number. I like this doctor and his staff! Kudos to all!
My 6 yr old son broke his thumb. Dr. Peljovich was awesome had gave great advice and decided to hold off on surgery and give his body a chance to fix itself, which made a lot of sense to me. My the time for a follow up my sons thumb had corrected its growth and no surgery was needed. I appreciated his advice and would recommend him to anyone.
My two experiences with Dr. Costas in treating my shoulder have been truly amazing! He is thorough, confident with his diagnosis and in what he does to treat his patients! Without a doubt, Dr. Costas is also one of the most caring medical professionals ever!!! He takes his time to clearly explain your injury (in my case), while allowing ample time to answer all your questions. I highly recommend Dr. Costas to anyone with problems with their hand or upper extremities; he truly knows what he is doing!!! Thank you and your staff for your superb care!
Friendly staff, convenient communication via email, good location. Dr. Lourie analyzed my issue and referred me to the appropriate neurologist to confirm the root cause. I later returned to him to have a cortisone shot and he explained it well and was so kind. Overall great experience.
Ive been told the doctors here are great. I didnt make it past scheduling an appointment on the phone. Mary Anne I believe was her name and was just flat out ride and snobby. If you are going to try and run a great orthopedic center start with the people who answer your phones and make first contact with your customers. I give them a whopping 2 thumbs down for poor initial customer service. I took my business to resurgens where I have never had any issues.
Called twice to try to make a new patient appointment. Waited a total of 14 minutes on hold for next representative to take my call, and both times someone simply raised the receiver and then quickly hung up, disconnecting the call. Poor business practices, to say the least. Moving on to another provider.
As a former patient of Dr. Lourie, I have been attempting to make an appt for a new injury for over a week. All appointments must be booked thru his assistant Ashley. I left numerous voicemails for Ashley including specific times when I was unavailable to avoid phone tag. Of the five messages I left, the two calls were in the windows of time I said NOT to call (ie yesterday btwn 1-2pm - she called at 1:06) Absolutely ridiculous and I will be going elsewhere - I delayed medical attention for more than a week thanks to Ashley being so inaccessible to make a freaking appointment.
Horrible experience with billing. Be careful before you pull out your wallet. I would suggest ask them to send the bill after it has been sent to insurance . Other wise these guys do a bogus check with insurance and then tell you to pay the deductible even though the services may not fall under deductible. Later when the insurance processes the charges as regular service, you are stuck with these crooks as you have already paid the deductible and they would refund you the money saying it is not their policy . Would never visit these guys again
After my work injury and with the prognosis of a left wrist fracture, I was very blessed to meet and come in contact with Ms. Brittiany Jordan, Dr Klugmans’ assistant, who worked hard to make sure that I receive immediate attention for my injury! I didn’t have the splint on correctly and had a lot of swelling in my left hand! But, she fought for me and made me a priority! I had never had a fall or injury but I’m glad it happened on her watch! Thanks again and God bless you, Brittiany!
My physician is Dr. Jeffery Klugman. He has impecable credentials. What sets him apart from other specialists are his communication skills and deep concern for the patients outcome. I had CMC Arthroplasty surgery to repair an arthritic thumb joint. The improvement in my quality of life is incredible. What sets Dr. Klugman apart are his communication skills and deep concern for the patients outcome. He often performs corrective surgery to address another doctors unsatisfactory outcomes. I encourage you to visit Dr. Klugman first. At minimum consult him for a second opinion.
Had a good experience with the doctor 6 years ago. But, because we have been there before the scheduling person refused to let us see another doctor for my daughters broken arm that occurred over the weekend. Not acceptable to wait either over a week or go to another far location to see a doctor that isnt my preference.
Since there are 2 different offices involved, they will try to tell you your only payment is going to be your insurance deductable and it isnt true. You will get another bill for hundreds more from this office. The billing department for this office is poor. Good thing the surgeon has his stuff together.
Horrible office staff. Making appointments is a nightmare. They are so rude and inefficient. I have called 6 or 7 times and am always on hold for 30 minutes or more just to talk to someone. Medical care is OK, but office/appointments/billing is unacceptable. Stay away!!!
These guys would always charge you the money upfront, telling that the services get billed under deductible, without checking with the insurance, even though the service may not fall under deductible . Once you have paid, they would not refund you the money and keep saying that the balance will be adjusted under future office visit, Essentially , a type of white collar thief, and crook.
I have to agree with everyone else that the scheduling is horrible. They promised to call me by 5 and didnt and are now refusing to schedule my appointment until they get all notes from all doctors, stating they require this from all patients. So there is no way to just schedule an appointment without notes (which wont be available for over a week?) The woman was also very rude and made asking questions about the process seem like I was annoying her while she was on the clock.

2021-12-12Nice office. All of the staff is pretty friendly and checkin is easy. I had a cyst in my wrist, the doctor recommended that I get a steroid shot instead of having it removed. I do regret not having it removed but I would still come back here when I do have it removed.Biggest con is parking is $6

2022-01-30So glad I found this place! I cant say enough about Dr. Lourie and his staff! The doctor at a different hand/shoulder/elbow facility offered me less than stellar attention to my issues. He only wanted to push surgery without further exploration. But I quickly called off that surgery and set out looking for Atlantas best, in hopes of getting a second opinion and deeper exploration. Thats when I stumbled upon Dr. Louries glowing reviews. It took a few weeks to get in, but when I did, he did not disappoint! Hes quite an affable physician with an excellent chairside manner, and most importantly, he is extremely thorough! He ordered additional tests to fully grasp whats going on with my elbow and is always diligent in explaining things in a way I can understand it, too. Thanks, Dr. Lourie and Staff. You guys rock!~Carol Scott

2022-06-27They are great with treating you but they need to get better with the appointment scheduling. It don’t matter if you come late early or on time they are going to have you wait minumum 45 minutes AFTER your scheduled appt to even be seen by anyone. I have waited for an hour and a half after my SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. This is really ridiculous I don’t see why they have appointments if no one is seen at there appt time. They really need to do better !

2022-04-07Jeffrey A. Klugman, M.D. is an amazing surgeon and The Hand & Upper Extremity Center of Georgia is best in class for service and patient care. My daughter had a severe injury to two fingers on her right hand. Dr. Klugman was honest and gave her a 50/50 chance of saving her pinkie finger, but he let us know up front that he likes to win so he would do everything in his power to save her finger. He spent the next 6 hours doing exactly that...connecting everything back together under a microscope. I want to personally thank Dr Klugman for his expertise and determination to help my daughter.

2022-03-25Worse place I have ever been too IN MY LIFE!! Staff is so rude. I was hung up on several times. I would never get a call back when promised. The whole experience here has been a nightmare!! I would fax paper work ( 3 times), my doctor would fax paperwork (3 times) and they would say they never got anything. Had to finally find another doctor after 2 months of trying to get JUST an appointment.

2022-04-19Ive been meaning to update this review. Originally I gave this practice 1 star due to the front desk staff attitude issue and literally leaving without seeing the doctor. However, after posting the review below, the practice administrator called me and apologized profusely and asked me to give them another chance. I will say that I went to see Dr. Erika Templeton and cant say enough nice things about her. We went so far as to schedule surgery for my mucous cyst. But during the time I was waiting it actually subsided. And I kept debating if I really needed to flay open my finger or not. On the day of surgery, sitting waiting for her to come and get me, I was seriously considering not doing it when she finally came in to get me. She sat down and we looked at it together, and she said if it were me, I wouldnt do the surgery. And Im so glad I didnt, but if I need it in the future, I will be revisiting Dr. Templeton. She is first rate. Note to practice though, please train your front office staff to be more customer service friendly to your patients.Would give 0 stars if I could, terrible experience all around, didnt wait to actually see the doctor as this practice clearly had no respect for my time whatsoever. First, I had to call two times to make the appointment as I got disconnected the first time. Let me just say they need to hire more people to answer the phone if they are that busy as it took over 30 minutes to get someone on the phone just to make an appointment. Dont remember them being rude but not friendly either and they asked me to complete the paperwork in advance of coming into the office which I did and they couldnt find so wanted me to complete it again. I hate wasting my time, this has happened at other doctors offices as well which really grates on my nerves. Please fix the glitch in your system so this doesnt happen to your patients as nothing is more irritating than doing what is asked of you only to be asked to do it again and have it delay your appointment. Finally, when I asked how long it would be delayed, of course they couldnt really tell me other than to say there were like 5 patients ahead of me. Laughable, overbooked and making me wait because of their incompetence. After 30 minutes of waiting, I told them to cancel my appointment and left. Going to Atlanta Hand Specialist instead, hope to have a better experience.

2021-07-16According to my husband, everything was good and friendly with my daughter’s appointment with Dr. Templeton. However, Liz, the person who made my daughters appointment was nasty and highly unprofessional. She made it seem as if I didnt make an appointment in the morning as opposed to the afternoon, that we would be punished by having a long wait. Lets not get started on the mask wearing. I explained to miss Liz, that my child was special needs and she had texture issues when it came to wearing a mask, and therefore could not. I had to explain it to her a second time when miss Liz asked why I couldnt force my special needs child to wear one? Im not sure if miss Liz had taken a sensitivity class or know how to deal with special needs children and their families, but I suggest she take one. Because her tone was rude and condescending.Overall, my husbands experience was professional with the doctor, but with the receptionist she was highly unprofessional!

2021-07-22Wonderful office staff and experience. We had to wait for almost an hour past our appointment time, however there was a notice in the office that am instance like this may occur with their specialty. Dr. Templeton was the best. Explained the injury in depth. Great bedside manner.

2021-07-26Friendly staff. On time. The Dr P was patient, kind and explained things in a way that I could understand. He answered all my questions. He was to the point and made sound recommendations and follow up plan. I am very happy that I brought my baby here.
