The Home Depot in other cities:
This Victory Drive location is hands down the best Home Depot in the area.I am a roofing contractor, Kenny Roofing, so I need to get in and out fast. When I seen that the line was very long I was disappointed, I was about to reschedule an appointment, but low and behold I was out of there in less than 5 minutes. GREAT JOB 👍
A Home Depot is a Home Depot as far as products go but this one is awesome. Star is super helpful if you can find any as they are very busy helping people. This is quite possibly the busiest Home Depot I have ever set foot in which is where I left 1 star off the review. There is SOOO much traffic at this store that it’s challenging to get in and out at times. They open at 6 am on weekdays and if you can go that early you should. Less traffic and unfettered access to the store!
We visited the location off of E. Victory in Savannah. I ordered 2 umbrellas for a curbside pick up. The process was easy. Niecy brought them to us quickly and she was friendly and courteous. I followed the curbside instructions in my email and it was a smooth process!
The crews of Home Depot Victory Dr., Savannah, Ga, are really fantastic!! I was really hesitate to start my project renovating our bathrooms but starting with Robert and his awesome team at tiles dept,, vanity etc dept, and customer service are really helpful with all my doubtful and anxiety. They awesome knowledge, friendly, and kindness was ease the process so much. Thank you all, now I get addicted to fix all kind of stuff in my house ;))
Sterling in the garden section was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Not only did he discuss all the different soil options in great detail to me but he helped me pick the best one based on my specific needs and then he helped me load it up and take it to my car. I can’t tell you how much that meant to me because I had my 2 year old with me and I was worried how I was going to get it done. I shop at this Home Depot very often and usually have a hard time finding a knowledgeable employee but today I was blown away by his professionalism and knowledge! He deserves a promotion or raise 😃
We love Home Depot, especially the evening shift employees.. They see us all the time and it’s usually right before they are closing to (9pm closing, we get there usually about 830-ish) sorry Home Depot employees.. We are quick when we do go in there and are always spending money with them. They are nice friendly and very helpful when we need it. Awesome night crew (E Victory Dr. Savannah Georgia)..The day shift employees, they aren’t so bad, but they don’t know us. Usually busier during the day and not as friendly. We were in there during the day yesterday and didn’t have anyone greet us, ask if we needed any help nothing except from our cashier and that’s about it. Day time employees made us feel like we were doing something wrong when we weren’t. I had a couple of the day employees follow me for whatever reason they deemed fit. It was very uncomfortable and unnerving. So I definitely will NOT be going to Home Depot during the day anymore!!I’ll definitely wait til the night time employees are there and if it’s a must I will go at our normal time of about 830-ish
Buyer beware - we purchased a refrigerator last Black Friday to take advantage of the deal, when it didnt arrive on time we gave them another week. They kept telling us it had been delivered when it had not. They informed us that they have GPS on their truck and could see that they had delivered to the correct address. Another week later someone knocked on our door, the refrigerator had been delivered to their house (over a block away) while they were out of town. We called to let them know they delivered to the wrong address and we would need them to deliver to our house. They said No Can Do, but you can RENT A TRUCK FROM US AND GET IT YOURSELF! Really?? When we finally, carefully, got it home and unboxed, big surprise, it was dented at the top and drawers were broken. The top of the fridge never went near the ground when we moved it. Of course, they said we should have inspected at time of delivery... I cant make this stuff up. Now, less that one year later. It quit working completely. We spent $1,200, saved $150 - to go through all of that, and now it doesnt even work. I guess well go to Lowes now.
Well I got there at closing time but that shouldnt have been the problem. The problem was when I looked at my receipt on checkout the plywood that I bought was supposed to be almost $15 less than what they charged me per board! Anyway now I have to go back and have the price adjusted which is just a pain in the butt. Aside from that I dont have a whole lot of problems with Home Depot for the most part. As for this trip they need to price the wood and the appropriate bins to go with the price on the tag. Im sure this isnt comment that they really want out in the public but thats the one I have for today. Just be sure to check that the price on the tag is the same price as your Lumber before you leave the store so you dont have to make a return trip.
I ordered some items online for delivery and after waiting all day for them to be delivered, I called the store to ask about the order and was informed that the items were out of stock. Almost $1,000 of critical project material that I then had to find elsewhere because no one let me know they couldnt fulfill my order. The only reason this isnt a 1 star review is because the lady I talked to on the phone was friendly and genuinely helpful.
My husband served in Desert Shield/Desert Storm. He was told that Home Depot on Victory Drive in Savannah no longer honors his VA identification card as evidence of being a veteran to receive the VA discount on purchases. Never had a problem until today and the manager stated the same. What exactly does Home Depot recognize? I think we just became always Lowe’s customers.
Very close to downtown Savannah. They stock basically everything a home owner or contractor would be looking for (Im a contractor that buys and fixes homes here in Savannah). Only downfall is trying to get out of the parking lot. Its busy, lots of speed bumps and only one light to get out of the shopping center. The light is also short which is strange, I thought things were slower down south. 🤔
I visited your Victory Dr. Store today in Savannah Ga. Due the up-surge in covid-19 and the need to wear mask I went on line and found that this store had Tommy Copper mask. I went to the paint depart where mask where located and did not find them. I asked a young lady working in that department and she told me that she could show me where the are but the discovered that they had been moved, she said that the store was not to busy and that she would help me locate them. After walking through out the store and also asking other workers at the store determined they no longer had the mask, I thanked her for her effort and left the store as I was leaving she called to me sir I found the mask and have them at the check out. I went back into the store and got the mask and thanked here for her percentance and told her she was ausome. Thank you for making customer service such a large part of your service
This is for Customer Service at Check Out Home Depot #170 I agree with the white lady from 3 weeks ago - Lazy employees and Rude to whites noeye contact , no hello today, but this has been going for sometime now. This was happening at Sams Club in Savannah for a long time, but they cleaned it up and its a Great place to shop now.
This store is brutal for customer service. Whatever you do, dont call them. They hang up on you, or put you on hold which then hangs up. Ive called 10 times and never actually gotten through to someone helpful. Every 4-5 times you get a human who transfers you (which goes on hold, then hangs up after a short bit).I still have an issue which hasnt been resolved but now I have to go into the store to get it solved. Would try to buy from either Lowes or another nearby Home Depot if you ever expect needing help (we had an issue with appliances).
If I could give zero stars I would. I have been waiting over a month to get a refund from where I was charged twice at this store. I placed an online order on 9.30.20 where I paid in fully for the product. When I sent my employee went to pick up the order they were told that the product has yet to be paid for and we were forced to pay yet again $560. Even after this store admits that the second funds were taken in error I am still to this day waiting for a refund. No one know what is going on and I have been getting the run around for this past month. This should never have happened and I have gotten little to no communication.
Go somewhere else... cluttered store, lazy employees, absolutely no customer service, the only good employees we frazzled and overwhelmed. Check out was a nightmare, some of our wood didnt have barcodes and the employees in the pro services check out said they couldnt look up the code, lazy, and we had to go back to the stack only to find that none of the stack had codes. Employees were clueless on item look up and not helpful when we had to go for help. Quick check out employees were clowning had more interest in chatting than helping. Last straw was when my husband asked about his military discount. They dont honor retired military or anyone without an active ID on hand. Even if you have gone through the DMV for a seal on your license for verification... like Lowes or any other local lumber/hardware store.
Last night 1/21/21 I went into Home Depot to pick up some items to improve the quality of life in my 86 year old fathers rented apartment. I was assisted by 3 different staff and 2 customers. But the individual that stood out, listened to my woes and offered exemplary customer service was Mr. Angus. I want to acknowledge to store and corporate leadership that Mr. Angus should be commended for his patience and knowledge of the different products that the store sells and when he was uncertain did not hesitate to involve one of his peers. Additionally, he provided me with information about Veteran and Community services that would be helpful to my family. I entered your store feeling the weight of the world on my shoulders dealing with my fathers medical concerns and left feeling inspired. Thank you Mr. Angus and Home Depot for making him a member of your team.
The company this store uses to delivery appliances, Final Mile, is the most unprofessional organization ever dealt with. After a month of trying to get delivery of dishwasher I ordered at HD I’m at a loss of how to deal with them. Multiple reschedules and cancels and inflexible on when I’m actually in town to delivery. Leave messages and you call back and wait 20 minutes to talk to person. They hide behind their call center and deliver awe full service. I will not Oder from Home Depot again if they use this service.
This location is always PACKED and parking can be a bit of a nightmare depending on which side of the parking lot you’re coming from. I love the garden department, it’s big and always pretty quiet. The painting department usually has a super long line that I can’t see myself standing in.
Home Depot on Victory Dr. is a great store when it comes to having very helpful employees, being clean and organized, and they always have what I need. So my 2 star rating is not for those things. My 2 star rating is for the fact that although they do require masks in their store, they make no effort to enforce it. This has shown to be the case in the last few times Ive been there. And I dont mean just 1 or 2 customers. Its a very busy store, but for someone who has lost a family member to Covid, I find their inattention to this matter inexcusable. They even have employees placed at the door entrances allowing people to walk in maskless, which was the customer walking ahead of me today. Every business has had enough time to handle this matter better by now. No more excuses.
Well I have to start by saying my wife and I went to Home Depot to buy a new door handle and lock for my in-laws. So we found what we wanted and needed to get the lock keyed to the old keys. So here comes Jack he only works the weekends and he the man to get the job done So while we were sitting there and he was doing the keying tried to blow the dust off of the key lock 3 times through his mask and each time after he tried to blow it off and it did not work he then would wipe it all and look to see if anyone saw him on the 3rd try I said to him you are not going to blow that off through that mask at that time Jack my wife and I just lost it we all started laughing so hard that we started to cry and I know that half the store had to hear us laughing it had to be one of my best shopping experiences in Home Depot. People like Jack is what makes shopping fun again and I am grateful that my wife and I met him thank you.
Ellen from Lawn and Garden told me she doesn’t know the combination to the Mikwaukee tool shelf on aisle 10 and she was trying to escort someone to the front and had gotten pulled into helping someone else on this aisle. Understandable. We all know HD customer service is pretty non existent. We go for convenience. The one star comes from the throwing hands up in the air, condescending to call someone which she never did, and really rude way she spoke to me as if I know her scope of influence and access at HD. I hated that I was spending almost $500 on Milwaukee tools and would have gone elsewhere but I had a pressing job and well- convenience. Go with Lowes. I live much closer to this HD but the service actually exists Lowes on Abercorn Extension. And Ellen- keep you word. And if we are a bother- maybe think about a career change. Im in the building business but I wont go back. Convenient or not.
I am changing my rating to five stars because I got awesome costumer service from a young African American man; I rented the $19 truck and he was helpful and kind. It gives me hope for this location, usually employees are not that friendly but this young guy proved today that things are changing for the better!
Great variety of products. Reasonable prices. Easy check out.***** UPDATE *****If you know exactly what you need, you can order and pay on their website. The staff will pull your order and have it waiting for you at the customer service desk. This is a real time saver. This is a great service. I use this when I need to get a project completed. Otherwise I love going to the Homedepot simply to walk the aisles to checkout all of the cool things that they have.
Low lighting dirty shelves not very friendly staff had to ask three different people to help me find one particular item not a very good experience the one on Abercorn and in Pooler are much friendlier and quicker to help you than this one this place would definitely be my last choice to buy something for my home
Leatrise, Nancy, Logan, and David provides exception and OUTSTANDING customer service for a large amount of online orders we had placed. They handled all of our orders very quickly, worked together wonderfully to make sure everything for each order was properly fulfilled, and assisted with loading everything into the truck. These 4 deserved to be recognized.
Dont even think about using online ordering with in store pickup. My wife bought me a drill online and we opted for store pickup. We drove 15 minutes across town. I get to the store and went inside. I immediately start looking for the online pickup counter. Would you believe Home Depot combined RETURNS and online order pickup IN THE SAME LINE!!!!! I stood there for 20 minutes waiting to be seen. I literally could have went to the aisle, picked up the drill, paid for it, and left the store in half the time it took for me to pick up my online order. Who the hell thought this was a good idea!!!! If I buy something online at Target, I dont even have to leave my car. I can drive up, tell them Im at the pickup place, and they BRING ME my online order. Now that is how you do online ordering. FIX IT
I am always impressed with how clean the store is, no matter how busy or what time of day. The staff is always helpful and they keep shelves well stocked. They offer options to buy stuff online and pick it up later, special order items ship to the store for free, and if you dont want to make the trip they have delivery options as well
This is the absolute worst Home Depot Ever!!!! Ordered a $2000.00 Maytag Washer and Dryer. When the delivery guys came they forgot to install the legs on the dryer. I didnt realize until the very first small load. I started smelling something heating up. I walked in the utility room the floor was hot and the dryer was hot yo the touch. I stoped it immediately for fear it was catching on fire. I called Home Depot they sent noone nor followed up. After spending 3 days calling all day long. George and Chelsey worthless managers. Im being told no one can come check the fire hazard dryer they sent me. Till a week from now. I have a fire hazzard that i paid $2000 dollars for and I cant do laundry! Dont buy anything from them!!!! Horrible customer service and cowards for Managers! George and Chelsey Thanks Home Depot on Victory Drive, Savannah, Georgia your worthless!!!
Ive been shopping at this Home Depot since it was built because the location is amazing. The customer service representatives always ask me if I need help or directions whenever I meet their eyes and I can find everything I need here. They also have convenient delivery on bulky items like appliances and such.
Everyone knows about Home Depot and the products they offer. So theres no need to talk about that or even their low prices. So Ill talk about the staff. The staff at the Home Depot on Victory Drive located in Savannah Georgia are the best! they are always friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable about everything from flowers to fire sprinklers! If you would like to have an awesome customer service experience I highly recommend visiting this store.
They need to hire employees that are knowledgeable in the department that they are assigned. Also, it is very hard to find someone to help you. If you need to return something, it is a fairly easy task. The only problem is most of the time there is only one employee trying to help all the customers. If you are a veteran you can also get a10% discount with proper identification. The store is clean.
Almost all of my supply needs are handled at the Victory store. I know almost all the long-term associates by first name. Our favorite activity is the Saturday childrens workshops. They have terrific activities perfect for hand/eye coordination exercises. The kids learn how to use basic hand tools and spend time with their parents. Friendly young associates who know the kids by name help manage the the workshop.
Home Depot is such a great store - it has all just about everything you need for all of your home projects. Once you enter this store it is the first step towards finishing all those tasks you have been procrastinating for months. The prices are great, the employees are helpful and knowledgeable, and the place is huge. I once went in for a leaf lower and left the store 5 hours later. You can count on the Home Depot- just dont hurt yourself !
The customer service folks were awesome. Helped me with order information took me to verify the items had arrived, notice some items not in order took me to isle where items. Once they saw items where in stock called to get them moved to my order. Awesome customer service!
Great store. I get almost everything I need for flipping furniture here multiple times a week. Only complaint is how many of the same vagabonds stalk you through the parking lot everything time you get in our out of your car. They need a cop patrolling that shopping plaza. Some of them are aggressive as hell and tweaked out of their minds. Wish there was a shelter nearby to help them.
Came to visit my parents and to my surprise they stilll did not have the refrigerator they ordered installed. Its been 15 days now since they placed the order. Home depot keeps giving them excuses why they havent delivered, from a truck breaking down , to it not being in stock and them having to reorder. Makes no sense...
I have mixed emotions about this review. The employees are mostly super helpful, unless they are walking around on their cellphones. This place costs me lots of money because my wife really likes to do expensive projects and home remodels. One other issue is that they do not carry the fragrant cedar so I have to drive WAYYYY out to the darn Lowes :( Please visit this place as it is a good store and while there, ask them why they dont carry fragrant cedar.
Its a Home Depot... If youve been to one, youve been to them all. Great selection, helpful staff. Prices are more than fair, in my opinion at least. This location has probably the worst parking lot on the planet (which is why they lost 1 star). If you are a DIY type this is your kind of place.
I would like a few more signs or price tags in the aisles since I can generally find the type of thing Im looking for but not always the exact item. The staff are always very helpful but sometimes tough to find. Im not a huge fan of the self checkouts. I feel like theyre laid out kind of weird, like I have to constantly walk around to scan stuff.
Great service! Forget that here! I guess because theres a pandemic they will use the excuse of no customer service. I will never step foot into another home depot in my life. Even if I have to travel all the way out to abercorn to lowes I will. The customer service at this one has gone downhill and I do not see it returning. They need new management and then they need to train the management on how to serve the customers especially the ones who spend tens of thousands of dollars a year
If you are caucasian expect racism, associates avoiding you, unable or act unable to operate key cutting machines. Never have I felt driven to write a negative review but I have never been treated so poorly. Called store manager and was treated just as rudely on the phone. I am a general contractor so Lowes will get my business from now on, such a shame, reckon Ill be dumping my home depot stock as well. Enter at your own risk
Worst experience I have ever had at anywhere!! Waste of time and money! After three different employees told me they had the product and even had me pay for it and drive around they did not have it. I was even told by an employee that they found the product and was going to load the wrong thing on my truck after it took them 30 minutes to find someone to drive the forklift and an hour to find the product, that really wasnt the product. Whats worse is that this not the first time this has occurred to me, just witth a different product. Then they rejected my review because I suggested no one go there, guess thats a good way to make yourself look good. Its sad that such a large company has to use such tactics, just shows how bad they really are!
I love this store it seems cheaper than there competition out there and the quality of tools and lumber is always good the staff is very friendly and helpful with any questions you may have and also offer advice if ur planning a project I will definitely shop home Depot again 😁
Have an complaint to make about the employees of the store on Victory Drive in Savannah, Georgia, on 4/1/19. I am 69 years old and required assistance in loading 28 bags of soil and mulch onto carts. This was no problem. When it came time to get assistance loading the soils onto the back of my friends truck (he is 72) the cashier called around and could not get anybody to help, telling me that nobody wants to do it. I pressed him to find somebody, as it was their job to do the loading. Finally, 15 or 20 minutes later a young woman employee named Donna came up and loaded all but 6 bags onto the truck. At that point 2 male employees came and tried to wave her away, telling her that she didnt need to do all that work. She shooed them away and finished.Employees not wanting to do their jobs? Next time and every time after that Lowes and Ace will get my business. And thank you Donna.
The young man providing service yesterday in the lumber department at Home Depot, Victory Drive, Savannah, was a credit to himself and Home Depot. Noting my walking stick, he adopted me. He secured a lumber cart; he recommended and helped me find the lumber I needed and assisted me through check out. Then he loaded the lumber and 4 50 lbs bags of cement mix on to my trailer. Now thats what I call customer care and service. Thank youRobert Baugniet
A pretty nice Home Depot. I cant say much about the stock or anything, as Im sure you know what a Home Depot tends to carry. It seems a little messy, though, and the organization is really odd compared to other Home Depots Ive been too. But the staff is nice enough and I like the location.
To the home depot employee who felt the need to call the police when i left my very happy dog in my running, window cracked, air conditioning on vehicle, on an 80 degree day while i spent 12 minutes bopping in and out of your packed store, please consider that not every intial reaction you have is a smart one.
Best Home Depot in Savannah Hands Down even on a bad day. The employees there are great. Theyre on point with the skill level pertaining their job title. Is clearly higher than the requirements that are to be made for employment opportunities there. Even their layout of Isles is so much easier to find what you need even if hands and someone has naughty asked you.
Ordered a new front door on Nov 13, 2019. It was suppose to come in within 3 weeks. Yea, just in time for the holidays. It is now Jan 21, 2020 & still no door. Everytome i call or go in to check on the status, i am told it is scheduled to come in that Thursday. I will never order a product thru them again. I know HD has no control over the manufacturer but if this company is their go to, I cant go to.
Not as welcoming as it was in the past. This store must suffer from a higher than normal percentage of people stealing. I mention this because, the in-store security is annoyingly obvious as they fervently follow you. I am all for the reduction of theft but, use the cameras and revert back to when the self check registers had an area to unload your cart. Allowing people to keep items in cart and hand scan is a recipe for losses.an area by adding back an area to unload your cart, thus not
Always good! But today was alot different! I went in to try to get a cart for my husband to Ride in! Sure there was one! I ask the the lady working right there if it was working, she didnt know, try an see! As the worker continue talk to another employee. So I said it wasnt workingthe employee told me to unplug it! I began looking on were to unplug! I couldnt see it!then the employee said it was in the back!! So I got off to see where the plug was! There it was! Then I unplugged it!! Mean while the to employee are still talking about what ever but NEVER got off her butt to help a lady 72 with health issue tring to help her husband 100% disabled to get some supplies!
After asking an employee to get a mower off the rack so I could try to push it, my fiance and I were told that doing so made the mowers easy to steal. Then the employee said mowers were too hard to put back, but he could get a ladder so I could look at it. Both of us explained that I needed to know if I could push the mower before we bought it (I have health issues). The employee then saw a smaller mower on the ground and said that it was close enough for me to know, even though it wasnt as large as the mower we were looking to purchase. He insisted that we agree with him and, in the end, we left. Awful customer service and very poor attitude by this particular employee.
Avoid this one at all costs. The parking lot is always a zoo. If you’re thinking Curbisde pickup is still happening you’d be wrong despite it being “offered”. Followed the text prompts to pick up the order and waited for 30 min with no word. No one outside as before. I left and had the items refunded.
Update: This morning one pipe under our kitchen sink just fell off. Water in the cabinet everywhere!!! Let me be specific: not only we spent $$$ for Home Depot to do the whole kitchen, they charge us over $1400 just to connect the pipes under the sink, and here I am cleaning all the water on Friday morning! (I’m referring to Home Depot on Victory Drive 31404; I don’t know what kind of subpar contractor this particular Home Depot is using, but woe is me.)——————————After paying $$$ for Home Depot to do our kitchen cabinets (Thomasville), countertop, hooking up all the appliances that we bought from Home Depot too. We also paid $1400 for so-called rough work. Today I opened my brand new cabinets, and discovered the installer left an electrical line there for no particular reason. We’ve never required anything stupid and dangerous like this!!!
I asked an associate for help in cutting a 4x8 sheet of material down to multiple equal-sized pieces. The associate conveyed the limitations of the saw (12 or greater lengths). Because of this, I still have a lot of cutting to do before I can begin my project. I wish your store offered more options. I may need a skilsaw for this particular project, but I dont need a skilsaw in general.
Four trips! the guy in plumbing dept. was very patient each time, even delayed his lunch to make sure I had a fully understood how to complete my project awesome you deserve ten stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ sorry I dont know your name great service its hard to find that any more.
I tried to return a brand-new, never-used hedge trimmer with a defective battery (GIFT). Without proof of purchase, I had to first take it to the tool rental dept. so they could try to fix it. They wanted $18.95 to diagnose it, and then IF it was under warranty I would be reimbursed. They would not tell me whether the thing was under warranty before they got paid.So basically youre expected to GAMBLE $19 to see if the defective product that they sold and that youve never used can be repaired, instead of just HANDING YOU A DAMN BATTERY.HD just lost a customer for life. ZERO STARS.
The vehicle traffic going by the front of the store is atrocious, but that isnt the stores fault.I visited the store to get water softener salt. There were no signs pointing to its location. Also, when I did locate it, I had find another way to get to it because there was machinery blocking the aisle.
A cashier , young lady told me to go read a fing newspaper (she used the actual curse word) when I asked her why everybody had masks on. wont be back to this location. I hope they dont encourage all their cashiers to talk like thatedit: actually her name is on the receipt, Dorseia -she was very unprofessional downright rude
Never order appliances from this store! They messed up my order and after multiple times to have the mistake corrected and hours on the phone the delivery company said they will not deliver them. They sub out their delivery so they can just refuse to deliver to you and not follow Homedepots policy. Hopefully Homedepot will fire this company but until then order from Lowes.
Went in to get something specific could not find it I looked for 3o min as I did not want to bother anyone but when I askedfor help from 3 people every one told me to look in different places and finally a customer helped me customer service was not at its best today.i
After about 20 minutes I got some clearance items scanned for prices went to the register and one of the products that actually had a label was on clearance for 12 bucks it was not the last one but it rang up as 35... I nodded for one of the associates to come over and gestured with my hand when she was done with her customer. She nodded for another associate that was doing nothing but standing around looking for help the associate acted like she didnt want to move then walked over to another associate and said something before coming to help me I explained and she was more than obvious not wanting to help did not offer to walk to the product she told me to just go take a picture of it and come back... so I just left its just piss poor customer service like that is why you dont want to go to corporate places like this.
My only complaint about Home Depot is that the layout of stores differs from place to place, which slows me down, but I use Home Depot everywhere, Colorado, Michigan, Georgia, whomever I might visit, I know I can find quality products, good prices, in every possible configuration, when my friends have a project that I can help with.
Parking was a joke.....The store was ok.....but employees that were assigned departments......KNEW NOTHING.........they tried getting me someone 2 help me.....3......times....with no luck......Now.....trying to get out of the parking.....WAS A BLOOMING JOKE.....27 MIN later.......just 2 get back on Victory........all in all........it was ok.......IF UR NOT IN HURRY......

2022-03-05Runs the warehouse Distribution ILLEGALLY. Wont take Doctors Notes/Doctors Excuses which is highly ILLEGAL. The communication is horrible. Theyll tell their workers that they can clock in at 5:50 and then move it to 5:57, which give workers points for clocking in early. Its a dark skinned black lady named Michelle, she has some type of colorist issue with lighter skinned Black people and shes one of the leads. She never liked me from day one, because feelings are facts these days. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. You have to wait on others in order to actually get to work in OP. Nobody wants to do their jobs on the receiving end, but yet their picks and downtown matters to them when they dont know how to effectively communicate. They required vaccines, just to turn around and not require them. They required workers to wear the orange vests now. I had emergency dental work, and they refused to take the doctors note. If you want to be treated INHUMANE, this is the place for you.

2022-05-30So if the store closes at why cant we get help or service at 7:45pm. The associate here told me we are about to close so we cant help you because you came inside the store too late. I guess I have to understand the store hour rules. Thanks again Home Depot.

2022-06-22Little to no customer service. Walked in to buy a washer and dryer set today and walked out with nothing but aggravation. Literally 4 staff members shrugged me off and two of them laughed at me saying “this ain’t my section” and continued their conversation literally leaning on the units I was there to buy today. I stood there for almost another 30 minutes and price matched EVERY combo Home Depot had to offer. Found that Lowes had a HUGE sale on the exact same units. Purchased the combo, two stands, new connectors (because I saved plenty to cover), and a few other items from Lowes instead. Didn’t know how much better it was across town until today, but rest assured that I’ll be making the extra 40 minute drive from now on.

2022-04-18Terrible customer service in the garden area by two female employees that I hope did not work primarily in that area. My son and I (excitedly) entered the garden area looking to browse the pond equipment for our upcoming build. After attempting to get the attention of two female employees (who couldnt be bothered to stop their private converstion), we were told that Home Depot did not carry pond stuff and that they never did. Online told me different so I asked the employee who was at the register in that area where to find it, and she very quickly directed me and my son to where we needed to go. Bravo to the lady at the register, and a negative review (from someone who NEVER does this) to hopefully correct the attitudes of the two other female employees. Although I did not get their names, I am assured that they are already on someones list.

2022-05-31Had a kitchen design appointment with Laura on a Saturday, we get there and we are told we dont have the right measurements for our kitchen remodel and that we cant do butcher block countertops through them (eventhough they sell butcherblock). So we have to go through someone else to get the countertops installed. So she sets up an appointment with us the following Tuesday so we can give her the correct measurements and talk about the cabinets. We show up and she isnt there, her coworkers think she left for the day already and theyre called her on the intercom. We wait 10 minutes after our appointment start time and she still hasnt showed up. Her coworker went to look for her in the back and she finally walks out with a fresh coffee cup in her hand.We sit down with her at her desk and give her all the measurements that were requested and then, after sitting there another 7 minutes talking to her telling her we want to use the prefab cabinets they have on their shelves but then she says that their store doesnt have anyone to install any cabinets we get (prefab or custom). We asked if she had any recommendations for sub contractors and she said the subcontractors that they work with dont do a good job. At that point we just had the vibe that she didnt want to be talking to us and we were quite the burden to her. Obviously there was no point in continuing the consult so we ended up leaving feeling like our time was wasted and fairly angry. It seemed as if she was against the contractors home depot uses. Why didnt she tell us that at our first appointment? Just bummed the customer service was lacking.

2022-03-28I never leave reviews, but this one got to me. Ordered a refrigerator online. Simple and easy ordering, but delivery was really bad. First delivery was on time, but the refrigerator was damaged so we sent it back to be told that it would be another 8 days before they could get us a replacement. Okay, no big deal. Then the day the replacement was to be delivered, we get a call saying it would be another week postponement. At that point I was ticked off and canceled the order all together and got one from Lowes. Very disappointed to say the least.

2022-03-19My wife & I shop @ thos home depot often & we like it. The staff is friendly, sometimes they are under staffed & thats only because no one wants to work. Other then that its a good store to shop @.

2022-04-19Victory location, #1 in employees overall knowledge in all departments not limited to sections, sometimes it feels as if theyre just waiting to find someone to help, 90% of visits are pleasant!Parking/Entrance: could use a remodel.Tool rental department has several tools in good working condition; convenient when not wanting to perchance something for one use.Find a pro to get any job done by going through theyre registered contractors/renovators and handyman services so you know the job will get done right. I have not used this service personally however my husband and I own our own renovations business however we are a pro member which saves money and time on all our projects in addition to great rewards every year.I prefer using their online app find the materials and save them to a job which provides many options available for pickup delivery and allows us to keep the price quoted for up to 10 days. the information appears to be pretty much accurate in relation to items in stock, quantity, and aisle number! When showing not in stock call to verify or simply ask if they know where to find the item and when it will be back in stock.📌Online ordering for specialized materials and large orders can be difficult at times as Home Depot specializes in store shopping their online services continuously grow to meet their in-store standards.😁 Clean, organized, helpful experience!!Newly designed checkout Lanes for a safe and healthy check out.

2022-06-26Ms. Aubrey helped us to purchase a matching stove and refrigerator. She was quick to find the available inventory and called to inform that she was able to get a sooner then expected delivery and installation date.
