My friend and I had arrived early for a conference so we needed to find lunch close by. When we walked in, a very friendly lady took our order. Ive eaten in one of these in a different location so was excited to see that my favorite ham classic sandwich with a side of broccoli salad was on the menu. Its a lot of food for lunch but I enjoyed every bite. We thanked the staff as we left and it was a delight to see the smiles on their faces.
Very satisfied with the ham. Excellent customer service, the store clean and neat. Appreciate the value of the food for my pocket book. Recommend this store to everybody!
We were walking so since this was right next door, it seemed like a good place to stop. We didnt even know they served sandwiches at 930 am. The sandwich were fresh cut ham and turkey. You can taste the difference. Im not sure if it was healthier then other places, but it felt healthy. The staff was great and the sitting area was clean, plus free WiFi.
We had a last minute catering/lunch order for our company today. I called in to place an order for our group without realized we needed a 24 hour period for an order like this, but whoever was there today was able to accommodate us on such short notice. Everything looked good, tasted great, and we definitely will be using HBH as our month end lunch again in the future!
Had a Gift Coupon from the Holidays and selected $26 Worth of Honey Baked Ham and Roasted Turkey pre-packaged slices... Which were tasty... Probably wont return without a Coupon due to being on the pricey end!!!
I had an incredibly bad experience here with the manager. He was rude and unprofessional. He did not want to honor an ad from HBHs Facebook and Instagram pages for BOGO offer valid at all stores. He became quite belligerent and kept repeating himself, acting as if I lacked in comprehension. He rudely waved a coupon in front of me as if I didnt know what one looks like. When I told him he didnt need to keep repeating himself, that I understood, he said uh yes I do. Im not sure where this man was trained in customer service but he needs to be retrained because even a child knows to behave better in public. Very, very disappointed. Part of me wonders if he was having a mental breakdown. I would understand better if he excused himself for being mentally ill.

Clean store with dining area. Food is fresh and reasonably priced. Great for a quick lunch or carryout. However. I am not a fan of the pulled pork that I had today. But the tavern club is unmatched.

Good quality sandwiches and reasonable price. Got most of my Thanksgiving meal there, a little pricey, but I knew I was paying for convenience as well as food.
The customer service was horrible. I like honey bake ham but will not go back until they hire qualify people because Jacob is not it…. Super rude’
I enjoy the food. However there appears to be a customer service issue at this particular location. Whenever my wife and I patronize this location, the person on duty treats us very poorly. I was totally ignored by the person on duty 1/29/2017 at 10:50am in my effort to enter the premise. My assumption is the business must open at 11:00am because ask I knocked on the door to inquire about operating hours, the person would not acknowledge I was there. When I returned to my vehicle to absorb the idea I was invisible, the person walked to the door, unlocked it, glanced in my direction (parked directly in front of the door) as if Im still not here. Maybe Im not here🤔
Picked up my Christmas ham today the ham was so expensive at 80$. That is so over priced. When I ordered it they said it would be around 65$. They want have to worry about my business again. I will never bye from the again. All I wanted was a ham shouldn’t have to pay for the whole pig.
The staff was great! The store was very busy , but the ham was dry & way overpriced. We were disappointed but determined to eat it because we had spent over $50 for a small ham. If we had known that it was gonna be so dry we wouldnt have made the purchase.
Food was not worth what w paid for it. Restraint was clean but staff was not welcoming. Seemed as if they had somewhere else better to be. Wasnt much help for first time and only time visitors on menu selections or products. The only thing I would recommend is a salad you cant mess that up
Manager on duty very, very unfriendly. Lacks people skills. Acts like he hates his job. Workers were excellent and very nice. Shame they have to work for such a poor store manager. Theyre the reason for 4 stars.

It is a tradition to have a Honey Baked ham each Christmas. This year we looked at 6 hams and were very disappointed at how they looked. Some had a huge glob of fat that spread across almost the entire ham and some had all of the coating off the top.For the price of these hams, one would expect a better quality.
I want to send a huge thank you out to The Honey Baked ham in Columbus,GA and a special thank you to Arianna! She was wonderful and had such great customer service skills and very professional. We never used Honey Baked Ham for gifting before and never knew it was a thing but Arianna called us with such a warm welcome and explained to us the programs, we order gift cards for all our employees and when I tell you they were more than pleased, it brought a huge smile to my face. I have been in Real Estate for over 30+ years and never have I ever felt not only the professional courtesy, but actual holiday cheer from anyone before which I got from that young lady Arianna. She not only valued her job and did it quite well I may add; from the very detailed and pleasant emails and invoice to the phone calls, she showed just how much she truly valued the customers. She had everything ready to go when I got there and I only had to wait a few seconds and was on my way, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will be gifting with Honey Baked Ham next year again, and I encourage everyone else to as well. 5 star WOW factor here! My Turkey bacon ranch sandwich with a side of chicken tortilla soup - was fantastic at lunch! Beautiful dine-in experience, very clean! Have the menu, we will be back☺!!
The employees are always friendly and the sandwiches are amazing. The meats are cut thick and I have never left hungry. They have a reward card for free sandwiches after a few visits
The lady who worked there was extremely rude but the man helped me out and was very nice.
It was terrible... They didnt explain that you could get a meal ... The employees were very distant and cold... They act like it was a problem that we bothered them to buy lunch... The General Manager was just mean... I asked for a receipt he still ignored me... I plan to report them to the district office... That store used to be so Awesome.... Wont go there again.... Then Im mad because I brought a friend there bragging on the place and she was perplexed
Their ham is good, but im not sure its worth the price. Or the long waits in line around holidays. This Thanksgiving they didnt have my online order ready (after i had waited in a long line) so I had to come back (and wait in a long line again).
Im giving them only 2 stars because I went to get lunch and the young lady had gloves on got a towel out a bucket of water and cleaned a canister off and then rubbed her hands dry on her pants with the same gloves and proceeded to make my sandwich. I stopped her and just asked her to changed the gloves please and new bread. Needs to be retrained ASAP!!!

Pricey but delicious. The staff is friendly and efficient. I was the 10th person in line (Thanksgiving Eve) and it only took about 10 minutes for my turn.
To begin w/, I was made to feel very unwelcome as if I was of the wrong ethnicity. Employees were not helpful & NEVER smiled. The croissant was SQUARE & tasted TERRIBLE. VERY UNPLEASNT experience

Went in and ordered 2 classic Hams. Mine with no mustard and American cheese instead of Swiss. His was only supposed to be meat (double meat) and cheese, nothing else. His sandwich came with everything on it. So much mustard and mayo that he could barely eat any of the meat. :(

First time at the store the sandwich I had was incomplete one peace of bacon andNo lettuce or tomatoe on a club sandwich will not go back 9 dollars and some change for bag of chips small drink and a incomplete sandwich call it to girls attention and it was sorry .they wont get any more of my money

Wow. Just got the choose 2 (1/2 sandwich / 1/2 salad). Everything was so delicious, tons of food. Couldnt even finish the salad. Sooooo full.

2021-12-05Havent been here in years and I was craving a sandwich. Got the honey baked sandwich and jalapeno chips. Sandwich was underwhelming, ham was good but I asked for no pickles and they were still there. The chips were kettle and spicy, pretty good! Got two sandwiches and two bags of chips, it was $17.

2021-11-23I went into this store today after making a online order, to save time and avoid long lines. After standing in line for an hour I noticed a man walk in, went right up to the counter , pulled out his phone to show his reservation and was quickly given his order. The line was wrapped around the store, the local police were directing the traffic. Granted it’s close the holiday so it was expected. However I did not expect for privilege to be blatantly used right before my eyes. There was no organization at all and I’m so disappointed I had to write this review. I will never use the service again if this is what I have to deal with

2021-10-01A give this store a high rating for consistency, value, cleanliness, and service. Although staffing is complex for most restaurants, this store consistently adequately staffed and the order completed with accuracy. The quality of food is consistently above most similar chain restaurants. The swiss-is-it remains my favorite sandwich.

2021-08-21Food was good, but service was very lackluster. It was talking to drones with 0 personality. The customers that left seemed disgruntled by the service as well. The service also couldn’t say thank you or you’re welcome to anything just stayed silent with no care in the world.
