Looking at different places for a place to call home. I didnt get the opportunity to tour the entire facility or a unit but from the appearance the location seems nice. I get the pleasure of speaking with some occupants. They spoke highly of the management team and the upkeep of the grounds were great. Pricing on the other hand is some what extreme, but always keep in mind you get what you pay for. The location does offer 2, 3, and 4 bedroom accomodations which could suit me perfectly. My only regret is a privacy factor. I w ok old miss the seclusion of living in a home. 5 acres plus is the ideal spot. Room to roam, is what its about. Apartment living entails really close neighbors, no privacy, and you never know whose in the complex. I have resided that most decent apartment complexes cost about the same as buying a house, if youre looking to live in a premiere neighborhood. You be the judge. Longevity or a short stay, your call.
This is my Second review on this complex, and when I tell you don’t move here. Im really serious...don’t move here! I’ve been here 5 months, and I’m so ready for my lease to be over. This has to be the most ratchet, and unorganized apartment complex I have ever stayed in. They really need better organization. Please do not give these people your hard earned money cause they don’t care. My apartment lawn is filled with cigarettes butts that they just let residents throw on the ground. Just disgusting!!! Beer cans everywhere, broke trash compactor every weekend and a lot of loitering. I never had to deal with a apt complex like this...DONT DO IT!! They have a 2.9 star rating for a reason
I moved in March of 2013. It was great until the gate was broken from Oct. 2013 to fed. 2014. It was fixed for about a day then broke again. many non residents were coming in hanging out, drug use and now I am seeing prostitution in the complex! I informed the office of the eye witness of two men jumping on the gate to break it and the office has done NOTHING! I put in a maintenance request because of water soaked carpet, they came and said it was from the air conditioner unit. Unfortunately the water was nowhere near the air unit! They claimed t be back to take caree of the mold and 3 weeks later I am still waiting! There have been many issues at the pool and the residents were told via paper on the door that the residents are responsible to make sure the rules of the pool are being followed..........ISNT THAT WHAT THE COURTESY OFFICER IS FOR? This place has gone downhill but the rent goes up. The staff doesnt seem to care about the problems but passes the responsibility over to the residents. Wish I had a job that I could not perform my duties but tell other people to do my job for me.
*Deep breath*....Dont do itUnless this is the only place you can afford (a little much to be an income restricted apartment btw), I wouldnt deal with it. Ive had a bad experience the entire year- no exaggeration. I hate to fuss, and I consider myself a patient person- even when I shouldnt be. The 2nd week we moved in, there was no hot hater for a total period of 3 weeks within 4- 5 weeks of being there. Meaning, we had hot water for maybe 4 days straight at a time. 3 different maintenance men came to fix it and it was never fixed until the 4th guy - new guy- came and fixed it. Cool... Side eye..but at least its finally fixed. The 3rd and 4th guy have quit since then.Next was the mold in my bathroom- caused by the fan/vent broken. reported it- no one ever came. Eventually, a maintenance replaced the shower head (It grew mold), but I never got anyone back for the ventNext my garbage disposal went out which equals a gnat infestation after no one came for 3-4 weeks. Imagine coming home from a long day at work, sitting on the couch, and gnats randomly trying to fly in your eyeballsMy refrigerator and freezer went out and no one answered the emergency maintenance calls or came to my apt for 3 days. All my frozen food melted and a lot of my refrigerated food went bad as well. I literally had to walk in the office (thank goodness they decided to be open that day) to report it for the 4th time. Anissa had no idea- Did you call us or emergency maintenance? Really sis?My sons doorknob to his bedroom is on backwards (the lock is in the hall way, you have to pull the handle up to open it)Oh and who can forget the trash. LORD! There are usually trash bags and furniture parts all over and around the dumpster because the thing is full and nothing else can be put in it. Which leaves you to throw your trash on top of the trash and hope the animal feeding on it doesnt run after you for disturbing it. THEN they tried to charge everyone for putting their trash out. It usually stays like that for about 2-4 days before the 1 or 2 maintenance men that work there get to it (bless their hearts).The manager Claudia is rude and gives a negative 0 to all issues, the other girl in there is rude too, and as a previous rating stated, one employee will say one thing, and the other will say something completely different. Its a pain in the neck for no reason at all. The gate is closed but the key they give you to get through the gate doesnt work, so you just have to drive in though the exit. You cant get into the little gym unless the office is open..The office was only open for 2 days out the week for a month...They never answer the phone nor do they respond to emergency maintenance calls.you all get the pointLast but not least the crazies in the neighborhood. I had to hear someone getting cursed out or fighting every other day to the point that I got used to it. The police officers seemingly became used to it tooLike I said in the beginning of the thesis---factual paper, dont do it--unless you absolutely have to. I have 2 weeks left and I cant wait to get on.Peace and Love
This is a relatively new apartment complex. I remember when it was under construction 2012-2013. I have been apartment searching for a relative that will be moving to the area soon. This past weekend I decided to drive through to check out the complex environment. The gate at the entrance is broken. There was a mattress leaning against the dumpster as you drive in. The fence separating the complex from the cottages next door is broken down in several places. The blinds in some of the windows of the apartments were broken which makes it so unattractive from the outside. There were strange men walking around outside and sitting in the stairwell. There were large groups of kids hanging out in the apartment breezeways and on the stairwells. Not sure about anyone else, but I would appreciate not having a bunch of rowdy kids around my door as Im trying to rest on the weekend. They were also carelessly riding their bicycles in the parking lot.Immediately you can tell that the managers are not taking care of the property. It is also a shame that the residents are not also pitching in to better take care of where they live. Needless to say, after my tour, I drove out of the complex never to come back. After reading the other Google reviews, Im sure I wont regret this decision.
You should be able to give zero stars. Very unprofessional worker by the name of Brenda. I had a move in date of Augusta 19, I moved all the way from 5 hrs away. On the 19th I called to let her know I wasn’t on the way to the complex to sign my lease. (Ga power was on and rental insurance was paid). She tells me that my unit is not ready. I made her aware that she told me otherwise Andy that I had packed all my stuff and was on the road. She really didn’t care. So I had to put all my stuff in storage and live out a hotel until August 23rd. On August 22nd, Brenda calls again trying to pretend that my move in date was the 30th of August as if I was just going to let her bully me again. At this point I’ve had enough. She even said I could “settle” for that date. Very unprofessional and unorganized. I paid all this money to move and etc and still poor service. Never ever.
I visited my daughter and her family, once upon a time this was nice place to live at. Alot improvement is much needed, mold and water leaks that caused a wet carpet to walk on are a big issue. Rent increases every time you renew the lease.
RATINGS ARE SERIOUS MOVE @ YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!! Im fighting a returned deposit due to the complex approved my application on Wednesday 7/12/2017 in which I called to verify what day I would need to come into the office to go over the lease and do the walk through of the apartment. The leasing manager Beverly then informed that the lease will be emailed to me and she will contact me with further information. Needless to say next time I heard from Beverly is when I received an email @ 4:14 the next day stating I will need to contact Georgia Power to turn lights on (on the same day 7/13/2017 in which I received the email!!!) for a unit I had never seen or did a walk through to verify if anything was wrong with the apartment or heck if anyone was still technically living there for all I know. Then they also wanted me to move that Friday without any notice of contacting movers and contacting my employer about being off to move on that date. Clearly on the email sent to me by Concord Café that the leasing manager and I would come together with a mutual date that would be sufficient for both our schedules, which was clearly never done. When informing Beverly that Friday 7/14/2017 will be unacceptable for a move in date she threatened to give my unit to the next person wanting to rent the unit which is crazy if I paid a deposit to hold my apartment I should be able to move on a date thats sufficient for me. Also when I started the application my deposit was $450 in which I paid $250 towards the deposit when starting the application. When Beverly sent the same email about turning lights on it stated I need to come into the office with an $881 check on 7/14/2017 for deposit and prorate rent. When verifying why so much Beverly proceeds to tell me the deposit had doubled without my knowledge. Again I had no one to go over a lease and tell me about prorate amount, although I know the rent will be prorated but Im a visual person and like to see what Im paying for as far as the rent and the unit. The managers at this complex are very unprofessional, when providing important documents required to obtain a unit in the complex they made copies of the documents and left them visible and available to anyone who can see when passing in and out of the office due to the fact the desk sits right by the door then when questioned about the fact the documents were left out in the open Beverly had the nerve to ask did she become busy? WHICH IS VERY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! Working with people personal information myself I could be subject to termination or lawsuit if I left a patients information out and about for anybody to see. At this point Im fighting to obtain my $250 deposit back for an apartment I definitely do NOT want for the simple fact the complex is very unprofessional and if Im going through this now before I move in only God can imagine what I would go through if I do!!! If my funds are not returned to me by Friday 7/21/2017 you will see them displayed on the news because I will be contacting 12 on Your Side and speaking with an attorney about the horrible services this complex provide to their future tenants. Take heed people this complex doesnt have barely a 2 star rating for no reason!!!!!
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I’ve been dealing with this company since January 2019and I’ve had 3 move in dates.1. They tried to rush my move in date when I said I didn’t wanna move til around March.2. I got approved in January I paid my holding fee (250.00) which was told tht it would hold the apartment until I’m ready to move in March, didn’t happen tht way, June was very pushy and kept trying to get me to move in on her time.3. In February I paid the security deposit of 325.00 to move in March 1, so the last week of February I goes to the apartment complex to finalize things and see how everything is going for my move in and they say that the girl who is transferring from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom haven’t finalized her paper work to move so I couldn’t move March 1, they gave me a new date to move in March 8, that didn’t work out so Monday March 11 I went to the leasing office and they said I could move in March 15,2019 so on March 14 I go to pay my prorated rent and they say I couldn’t move til Tuesday March 19 and this point I’m 38 hot and jus rather not deal with company.4. I transferred to their sister company Westwood club in evvans bc they had immediate move in for Saturday 3-16-195. I gets the key to the apartment at Westwood club and they sends me an email saying I got denied for making too much money before taxes 🤷🏾♀️. They locked the apartment door and I couldn’t get my things out of the apartment until the next morning, I had to get the police involved jus to get my things out of the apartment, the leasing agents would not answer the phone and they emailed me bck almost 3 hours later. THIS PLACE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AMDNI WOULDNT RECCOMEND THISNPLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!!
This place is awful! The landlord Claudia does not give a damn about anyone here. Her and her staff is rude!. The maintenance men steal from you. You pay all this money for rent to get an apartment with broken stuff. All they do is paint over everything. My front door has been broken twice and all they did was rig it.. the first time they told my bf to fix it himself. My whole bedroom door has fallen off because instead of putting a new door up they just painted over it.
Too high for the garbage. Molded apartments constant broken gate drug infested unmanaged children and rude staff. Pouring water that comes out the vents. Creepy old men. The pool area is surrounded by children cursing and kissing. Park very unsafe. Not to mention they lied to me about my lease. Adv me washer and dryer cable and free internet was already ready in the unit. The internet was open WiFi no internet no cable. I reported a problem with the washer and they told me I wasnt suppose to have it and charged me back from the signing of the lease to the time I reported it. 4 months 75$ due that first of the month. They also do electronic leases which I was smart to go in and get a print out BC the email link wouldnt let me print it at home. Lastly they changed my lease I had the original. Which stated washer and dryer they took me to court and they won. I broke my lease and got the hell out. Best decision Ive ever made. Oh yeah I would get of work at 11 at night and cant get in the gate. I had to park my car at the office and walk all the way to the back of the complex STAY AWAY
I pay way too much in rent for the compactor to stay broke, and the pool hasn’t worked all summer smh. I will not recommend this complex to anyone of my friends in the near future
Lord take the wheel please help us the good has to suffer with the bad out here and etc... praying for new management ASAP nothing gets done out here I work to hard to put up with fights every day and night partys all out side this is crazy. Dealing with mold and animals getting inside fans falling people apartments being broken into this is sad and we are paying are money to stay in trash not a good environment for kids at all... everything that looks good is not good management does not do anything for this area every thing that is in videos is false advertisement.
This is a dishonest apartment complex. They have scammed my fiancé and I out of $190 and refuses to answer our calls. We have had problems with the leasing office since the first day we came to make an inquiry about moving here. The staff is rude and nonunified. One staff member would tell me one thing, and someone else another. PLEASE LISTEN TO THESE TERRIBLE REVIEWS OTHER PEOPLE HAVE PUT WITH MINE, I didnt listen and now Ive lost $190. WONT RECOMMEND TO MY WORST ENEMY.
Hey I stopped by the place today (09/28/17) around 10-11am and the lady that worked at the front little desk seems like she had a attitude problem . She told me my application would get denied because I also go to school.. I didnt know getting a education could stop me from receiving a roof over my head. I also asked her if she could write down the prices with the floor plans she gave me . She told me no an also told me that she couldnt write them down but she can tell me how much the place was . Smh
Too many kids running around without supervision. Doing things like pulling the Fire Alarms for the whole building, too many gunshots in the complex even in broad daylight! The complex manager is a woman and she acts like she is scared to do anything to help the good people, her only response is CALL THE POLICE for every complaint about other bad residents!!!

The absolute worst apartment place. The apartments are nice, but the staff is terrible, Ms. Beverly is the only exception. Instead please try Walton Oaks. It is wonderful, the staff is great, and the property is new, I would recommend it.
The apartment complex doesnt take into account that people with older kids and those with young kids dont mix. Im awaken every night because neighbor above me kid screams and runs all night long. Maintenance never comes and fix nothing when a request is made. Ive only lived there y months and I hate it.
They have a problem with keeping the trash clean . always piled up , I use to love it here just dont know anymore . then they have slick attitudes. Im the wrong person to get an attitude with .
They dont like to fix anything. Moved in and still nothing is fixed. Dishwasher broke when I moved in, no light in master bedroom and no light in another room. Been almost 3 months and nothings is fixed.
1 star is too good...Kendra was unprofessional in many ways..I used to work for a rental management company and all contact is written in potential residents folder..including what the office personnel thinks of person...she treated me like I was stupid and ignorant..words cannot express what needs to be said...needless to say I was rejected because i fell short of $124 monthly income...their loss as I pay my rent on time or before its due...I keep to myself...check out my thoughts on this place tomorrow on facebook #woodlakeclubapartments

I used to live here but I moved, the reason for 4 stars is because theirs almost never a parking space.
I have a friend who lives here. Neighborhood is quiet and clean and kid friendly as well.
Well-built, large apartments on a beautiful piece of property, close to shopping, AU, and restaurants.
Only went to the subdivision clubhouse, but seemed like a very nice community.
Very Kid friendly, nice pool and play area for kids.

2022-06-08I think it’s sad that the rent is so expensive , claiming that we are paying for quality and amenities that I’ve been yet to use . I was told I wouldn’t be able to use the gym until the gate was fixed , however I see an updated promotion from 6 days ago , that the jaspers are promoting their lovely gym in this neighborhood I have yet been able to use . Also I’ve seen people in the pool on different occasions , which we were told we would be notified when the pool is open . I’ve reached out via our “app” and also i have reached out by email and haven’t received a contact back . So is the pool open or not ? My kids are great kids and I thought that I was bringing them somewhere they’d be able to enjoy their summer . This absolutely sucks . Their afraid to go outside because of other children saying mean things to them . This does not feel like home and I definitely would not renew .

2022-06-20I have lived in several apartments over the past 6 years as this has by far been the worst experience with an apartment complex to date. The management, after changing twice in the past 2 years, is absolutely horrendous, as you are never able to get in contact with the office for any issue, large or small. We were given conflicting information on move-out procedures by inexperienced staff, and now management has the nerve to charge us $100 to clean even though we cleaned the apartment as well as $1100 to replace the carpet for a flea issue that we had already alerted pest control about multiple times, and had flea-bombed the place OURSELVES on 3 SEPARATE OCCASIONS just in this year. Despite paying a pet fee every month and doing everything to the best of our ability to help our poor cat, we are being met with entire carpet replacement charges. We are now stuck with about $2300 of charges including a full months rent after moving out. To top it off, the trash situation is a joke and the dumpster is always overflowing. I’ve seen what they are quoting new residents and it is astronomical at best for what you get. Do yourself a favor and never lease at “Creekside at Augusta West,” or “The Jasper” or whatever they decide to call themselves in the future to rebrand themselves after the terrible reputation forces another change in management. Oh and by the way don’t bother to call the office to resolve your issue as you will be met with “just email the property manager.”

2022-01-19This ppl are horrible they discriminate against ppl who are trying to get an apartment with assistance.. They will laugh in your face and lie to they corporate office to make it seem like the tenant was being disrespectful. They don’t want nothing but a pay check they are not willing to help no one in need but it’s ok they don’t realize that everything they did to this person had been recorded and documented and now the lawyers have contacted. I hope and pray they find new employees to work there soon. Cause this is very very unprofessional place. I watched the video so many times it broke my hurt for them to just laugh in someone face who is in need just horrible.They don’t deserve any stars

2021-09-09First off this place has lost a lot of tenants since the new changes have been made. The trash compactor stays full and never works the pool has been broken all summer and they keep consistently talking about they waiting on the part to get in they don’t come around and fix stuff at all everything that’s broken they want fix they’ll chump it off they have apartments with air conditioning unit in windows but they expect they rent to be paid on time news 12 is on the way because they have a major health issue going on out here with this water puddle in front of this building where I come and visit family and friends but it’s been like that for over 6 months this is not a place for you to come and stay I wouldn’t recommend this place to no one glad my sister lease is up and she’s moving

2021-06-27There so much negative then positive. 1- Air conditioning is terrible. So hot in bedrooms, got to have 2 fans running to be able to sleep. 2- Pool is filthy. 3- Gate to get in and out dont work. 4- Weights do not work. 5- Can only use gym room when someone is there during the weekdays because its locked the rest of the time. 6-Exercise equipment is not labeled so you know what the buttons are for. 7- Trash pickup is not everyday. 8- Area around buildings has trash everywhere. 9- Damage is in the cabinets like its rotten. 10- Fans do not work in all rooms. 11- Blinds are either broken or barely open.Good-- 1 People in office are nice. 2- Drinks and snacks are good thing in office.

2019-12-23Recently moved in and so far so good. I would agree that the trash on the front end definitely needs to attended to. However, tenants also need to make sure to clean up their trash. It wouldnt be trash if people would clean up after themselves. There is a need for another trash compactor for sure. My first night I did hear some people talking loud, that lasted for all of 10-15 minutes and they moved right along. My apartment has been renovated and looks great and I love the location!!

2017-10-02I would NOT recommend this apartment complex to anyone. STAFF is very unprofessional and unorganized. Everything seemed nice until we actually moved in, a lot of things in the apartment were broke, we called maintenance to fix it, they came maybe 2 weeks later, sometimes even a month later. My air condition was leaking, the moment I realized I immediately called maintenance, it took them 3 weeks to come and clean up the water, by then the leak had gotten worse, my carpet was covered in water and began to develop a smell. It’s took me maybe 4 times to call the front office before the water got cleaned up. My toilet broke TWICE, the first time no one ever came to fix it, so my husband had to fix it. Pay attention to every little detail they tell you. They are very unorganized in the front office, one staff member will tell you one thing, and another staff member will tell you something totally different. This was one of the worst experiences I had ever had. The front gate is ALWAYS broke, had break-ins occur, children constantly pulled the fire alarm. It was an overall terrible experience.

2018-12-27This is the most I have paid for rent and yet I feel like I live in the projects. I have never seen so much furniture thrown downstairs and it literally sits for weeks. Nasty diapers outside of peoples door for days. Trash compactor may work, but there is always a mountain of garbage so I take mine else where. The neighbors in the last building party like they own it, so I definitely would not move in there (2 bedrooms). Not to mention they do not have any lighting on the back of the last building. Its unsafe and its very unkept. They need to do better. I would never recommend this complex to anyone yet alone their dog. If they dont allow you to see it before paying the deposit or signing, DO NOT MOVE IN PERIOD.

2020-05-24People often drive through the parking lot of the complex at all times of day and night blaring loud music with the bass turned all the way up, vibrating the walls of your home. Very disturbing and annoying, and often makes it hard to get to sleep at night. The apartment complex does not seem to care about the loud noise come from residents and guests.
