I had a great time and my waitress Diva was awesome. It was my birthday and my first time ever at a juicy crab and the experience Diva gave me was everything. Her personality and the way she go above and beyond to make sure that your needs are met is everything. If I had to name one thing that will bring me back it will be because of her. If you visit this location please ask for Diva I promise you it will be worth your wild. Thank you Diva and to your co-workers for making my birthday special and singing me happy birthday 🎁🎈.
The food was absolutely delicious. We started with the calamari appetizer. It was piping hot, a huge portion and the batter and calamari were great. I had the 1 pound shrimp and 1 pound sausage. It was oh so good and had more left over than I ate. The only thing I wish was that I had ordered another piece of corn. After soaking in that juice it was absolutely amazing. My friend had the 2 piece fried whiting basket. It was 2 huge pieces of fish. He really enjoyed it. Big Q was our server and took great care of us with a continuous smile on her face. I will definitely be back.

It was expensive but worth every penny. The calamari was SUPER tender & served with a sweet &spicy sauce! The seafood was really fresh and wonderfully cooked. I can recommend the #7 Juicy Combo! We will definitely come back though. I think this place should hand out crab crackers (perhaps not at each table), just the ones with customers that ordered crab. Our waitress was really nice, but we spent a long time waiting for our food.
I was so glad that they were putting a Juicy Crab in Hiram! When I went to have lunch from when I first walked in the door , it was very welcoming. I was seated and my server Q was over immediately to greet me. She was very sweet and attentive and personable. I will definitely be back! Go check out the new location and see Q when you do.

I truly enjoyed my food and the experience! The cheese sticks weren’t the best they had a new recipe. But overall. My drink (fishbowl) was delicious. And the crab legs a shrimp were on point. I would definitely come back. Clean restaurant + great service!
Our waitress, Paola, was very sweet. Crab legs were cooked perfectly, but what a mess to eat! Bag was full of liquid and red seasoning; be ready to wear bib and gloves. Corn was good but drenched in the seasoning. Fried catfish was pretty greasy, tasted ok. Cajun green beans were delicious. Cute atmosphere. No liquor license yet!
Q was our server and she was phenomenal. She was attentive. She suggested drinks and food items that were appeasing to us. Mind you, were really particular and she match our selected items to the best suited meals. It was a pleasure. And we for sure will be back!!!! Also the establishment is clean from the front of the house to the bathroom
My favorite new Juicy Crab!! I was so happy when they opened the Hiram location. The servers are great. Heres what happened: I walked in, no one was at the hostess stand. Five seconds passed, and one of the employees was leaving to go home. He saw me standing there, put down his bag, and seated me. Whoa! I was so impressed with his care for the customer. THEN Paola, our server gave great drink recommendations. She was very friendly. Then food was good, as always.
Horrible, placed a order for 5 pounds of crawfish and paid over the phone since it was over 50.00. They did not take my name for order they did not get a phone number (maybe because I already paid) dunno! Granted when I came to pick it up they didn’t even have 5 pounds of crawfish and said I’m sorry we only had three pounds!!!! How are you going to sell something your almost out of? And when I went to pick it up everyone was just talking in the front. NO GREETING NOTHING JUST CHATTING WITH EACHOTHER! So I got a refund and left NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! AVOID AVOID AVOID! Go to the Kennesaw location yall! The best customer service and they actually have the product they sell you!

Danielle, was our server and she was such a delight! She came to our table with a beautiful smile and great attitude, and she explained the menu to us. The restaurant was clean, the hostesses were nice, and the music from the DJ booth outside was very inviting. I really hope this establishment does really well.
This place was great!! The service was really good. Please be patient and kind as they keep checking in and the food came out in an excellent amount of time for COOKED TO ORDER food!! And the food was HOT, FRESH AND EXCELLENT!!! And the service team was polite, professional and attentive!! We had a large group of people too. Just excellent all around! We will be back!
Ate here after a track meet and everything was downright delishus. Danielle was our server and she was one of the nicest people I’ve met. She provided us with great service and made us feel very comfortable. 10/10 would recommend.

Takeout… with bad attitude from employees, long wait, after order was paid everyone disappear so just keep waiting!!! Very disappointed as this location was closer to home but will be most definitely driving to another location for a wayyy better service and my order is completed as placed. (Summary of visit).
Really enjoyed the service here and the food was amazing! I would recommend the number 10. The bar isn’t open and they are still working out some things. Our waitress destiny was wonderful! She was kind and new how to take care of customers the right way and is the perfect example of a hardworking employee who cares for everyone!
This was our first time at a juicy crab ever. Its a newly opened restaurant. Easily accessible from the main road, tons of parking, and conveniently tucked in a shopping center. Our waitress is Paola and she explained the menu to us and answered our questions. She was very pleasant and soft spoken. Well definitely be back!
My mother and I visited for the first time today and our server Q was amazing and the food was delicious! My mother ordered the fried catfish basket and,wow, the portion was amazing. Four large pieces of fish. I had fried oysters and they were very good. However, we did order the Calamari as an appetizer, which was also a large portion but didnt come out until after the meal.
Food was great and Destiny was fantastic. We were seated immediately and Destiny came to our table immediately. Destiny answered all our question and checked on us regularly. All of the staff were very friendly. We werent sure what to expect knowing this was second day being opened. The onion rings and fish were both crisp and hot. My husband snow crab and shrimp the same. The Juicy Crab was a very good and a great experience . Thank you Destiny

First time here - Kela is a great waitress. She explained everything since it was our first time at The Juicy Crab. The Calamari has to be the best we have ever had and our meal with snow crab was incredible! This is the best food since moving from California last year we have had. We kept waiting and hoping the restaurant would reopen - it doesn’t disappoint.
Our first time trying Juicy Crab in Hiram. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly and welcomed us when tsking us to our table. We were sat immediately and greeted by Destiny. She was friendly and took great care of us. I ordered the Catfish basket with sweet potato fries, and my Dad ordered the Whiting Fish basket with onion rings. We will come again and bring the whole family.
First time here and had an amazing experience. No wait, hot boil bags, and Danielle was amazing. Made sure my baby girl felt celebrated on her kindergarten graduation day! Wild crab is TRASH compared to this place 🤣
This is absolutely my favorite place to get seafood. My husband introduced me to the Smyrna location years ago and I’m so glad they opened one in Hiram! Sky server Danielle was absolutely amazing. 10/10 highly recommend
My experience at the Juicy Crab was amazing. My waiter Kurtis was very friendly and kind and he always checked on us to make sure we had everything that we needed and I appreciate that. He truly demonstrated great customer service. The food was great and I’ll definitely be back.

My husbands birthday dinner was kinda suck a. With a dozen raw oysters and 4 crackers. Beer was hot. And the low country boil was way over seasoned. Not what I ordered. . I think he liked his $100.00 meal with plastic ware. . Not my cup of tea. One step up from captain ds.Definitely going back to the other place across the street . Wild Crab. They have saltiness for your 40$ oysters. I offered to go buy some for the poor souls. Atmosphere no where near the video. Good luck. My experience sucked 😒

Worse seafood Ive even eaten. Cold food.. Bland shrimp and fish..Who wants cold food..Poor and unprofessional service.. The wait for food was too long for it to come out COLD. Tip was automatically 18% for 2 people which is ridiculous. Little food for the overpriced food baskets.. Waiter was horrible with service but didnt seem to care because she knew that she would still automatically get her tip. I had to keep asking her repeatedly for something to drink, utensils, food left off order and each time shed return without it. I wont be back. Hiram, GA Juicy Crab isnt it. Dont waste your time and money..
First time eating here. I walked in was greeted so nice. Didn’t have to wait long to be seated. My host Danielle also greeted me so nice with a smile, that a plus for me. I heard the food is really good, that’s why I came to check it out.
We came tonight for dinner and Dionna was our waitress and she was amazing!! We started with the calamari which was a great choice, the pieces they give you are HUGE! Ending up deciding on the shrimp and snow crab legs and the seasonings were amazing and the heat level was just enough to give a nice kick! Overall had an amazing night at The Juicy Crab, we’ll be back soon!!
It’s new in Dallas and Hiram area they were very quick with seating .. Waitress Ms Shay was excellent and very attentive, we will be back here again for now on.
My family and I ate here Friday night, at the Hiram location, and had a great experience. Our waitress Yoshii was friendly and provided excellent service making our dining experience extremely enjoyable. We didn’t have to wait long to be seated or for our food and everything was delicious as always. We will definitely be returning as Juicy Crab is one of our favorite restaurants and we’re happy to have this location closer to us!
This place was very nice and smelled like cleaning supplies when I walked in. I had a take out order and Sierra took my order. She greeted me with a warm welcome. She was very friendly and helpful when I was asking her questions. Highly recommend this location.
The food is so good! The food is fresh, and so delicious! The staff is so helping, and very patient when deciding what to order on their very large menu! Big Q was the best server I ever had. I have been coming to juicy crab for a while now (its my favorite restaurant). She was very attentive and kind. I highly recommend coming to this location. You will have a blast!

I went in today around 2:00 with my daughters and the host Chula was so nice and friendly… my oldest had asked for a booth and she explained we had to wait for one to be available… I got upset because I saw open booth and she then explained that side was closed.. I apologized and she sat us right away! Because of that I will be coming back and my server Toni was super helpful and friendly with my daughters.

Ordered here for the first time. When I got here’s my order had not been keyed in by the initial person. Kristen was right on it and made sure my food was sent to the kitchen she also gave me updates on the order. She made initially a negative experience a more positive one.

Kela was an awesome server. She was on point. The place was clean and organized. We came on a Sat when you would think it would be busy but it had a calm relaxed atmosphere and if they were busy you couldnt tell.

Okay so I’d heard lots of things about juicy crab and finally decided to give it a try for the first time and the cashier Ausja was super nice and patient. She recommended mixing the Cajun and Garlic Butter seasoning and it was top notch! I’ll definitely come back just for her!

Not the best experience. Our Waitress was not attentive at all. Unfortunately I had other tables seeing me trying to get her attention as she was laughing with co-workers in the back so she came come come check on us (party of 3). Compared to other Juicy Crabs that I attended to this would have to be the first time I experienced my food being dry ( I had the seafood combo with shrimp and black mussels)When I requested butter to dip my shrimp in it, I was told they would have to charge me $2.50.The waitress took a long time to provide us with our one check

Kurtis is a great server and took amazing care of us; bringing food out fast, never letting our drinks go empty and making sure we were satisfied with everything we ordered. Having lived in Douglasville before moving to Hiram I was excited to see a Juicy Crab opening. Today being my birthday I decided to visit them for dinner. Big mistake, I’m very understanding of staff shortages since COVID but the service was way below what I expected. We had a party of 4 and went at 6, thinking it wouldn’t be too busy- We told the person that sat us it was my birthday. She said she would tell out service, I also told our server when she came to take the drink order we also placed the order for the appetizer tWe got the soft drinks right away but had to reminder her twice about our drinks. Then it took over 20 minutes to get the appetizer. We got our order and I got my server attention to place a second drink order. I guess a male manager came over to the tables to ask how everyone was. Once again I had to remind mr server about my drink order. She never came over to see how we was doing during the meal. In the section we was in 5 out of 10 tables were occupied. They didn’t sing happy birthday mind you my server asked and I said yes to sing. This was the worse birthday dinner I’ve ever had out at a restaurant. Next time I’ll buy my own clusters and cook it at home.
Food was really greasy on a Wednesday. I ordered Fried Catfish and Cajun fries i had to dap it down several times with the napkin to get grease off. I got off work and was hungry and couldn’t bare to wait so i ate it, also hate to be the one to go somewhere and complain but it was enough for me to write a review. I was here in April on the weekend and the fried catfish was phenomenal light and fluffy fries were crispy and was hoping for that same reaction that brought me here today but i was disappointed.Also the drinks we ordered were acidic/ strong on lime today, when our first drink went back the bartender had a attitude. Nonetheless first time I’ve complained with this franchise and it happen to be the one in Hiram!
Food was good. Not quite as hot as it could of been. Sat in heat window to long. Need to get out to customers quicker. Calamari to large and chewy. Did not like. Service was great. Destiny did a wonderful job! Thank you Destiny. Well be back!

My daughter wanted to go here for her birthday and try crab legs. (She didnt like them)and they were served in what looked like a garbage bag that you have to dig into to eat. She brought a friend who shared fries with her younger sister. I had chicken strips. My oldest daughter and her bf had fish Chips. We didnt eat much, only ordered 3 meals and 2 sides. We had 2 checks ( me and my youngest girls) and my oldest and her bf. We were both charged a mandatory tip of 15% I beleive it was... for over 5 people. If we were all eating messy runny, bib requiring meals, I can see the extra work for the table but that was far from the case. I wasnt happy about this. The food was nothing to write home about, average. The seafood plates are very high priced. I would never go back here.

OMG!!!! I have been stalking this establishment since I knew we would be getting a Juicy Crab in Hiram. It has been open for a few days. It was very busy but I was told that my wait would be 15 minutes. (I don’t think I waited that long.) I was seated and Kurtis promptly assisted me… I ordered the Fresh Catch steamed rice and an order of eggs!!! So far so good!!! If you come in say hi to Kurtis he’s amazing!!!!!! Great service!!! Great people!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Very hospital... Renelle was very professional showing us immediately how to save on our order. It was great service and atmosphere. Whoever made the r&b mix needs to be a dj. We love it here and will be back!
I couldn’t wait for this location to open because it’s so much closer than all the other locations and it was well worth the wait!! The atmosphere and food were amazing as usual!! Ty greeted me at the front door with great energy and my server was awesome! I can’t wait to come back !
Our server was very knowledgeable about the food and really explained some of the items to us. She was prompt with our drinks. So if you ever out this way ask for Dionna she will make your dining experience enjoyable

My family and I love Juicy Crab, we used to go to the one all the way in Douglasville because we liked the service and not having to wait forever to be seated, when we saw there was a location opening near by we hoped it’d be the same and thankfully it has! Very convenient, good service and great food!
I went to another Juicy Crab in Camp Creek and Covington and it was a different experience. The food seemed to be a bit better. The wait staff were nice enough, but the girl failed to let us know the specials. When I asked about it, her response was I already put your order in. Thats a no no. First thing that should be addressed after greeting is if there are specials. At least when I was a waitress. The food was ok. I had the greenbeans which werent what I was expecting. Again everything I got, I had before at the Camp Creek and Covington location. It wasnt horrible, just not as good as my previous experiences.
Our waitress Toni is delightful. Wonderful service and yummy food. So glad to see this location open in Hiram Ga. Can’t wait til we can come and also enjoy an alcoholic beverage. Love the calamari! Thank you Toni!
We had juicy crab today as the waitress Paola helped us! she got our order straightened up and everything nice and easy, food was good definitely will be coming back here
The mussels I ordered were cooked perfect, however the garlic butter seasoning was so salty, really really salty, that I couldnt eat them. I even gave them to a salt lover and he couldnt eat them. The amount of salt just ruined the mussels. Anyway, the little ears of corn were really good! I will try again, but maybe just get them steamed with butter on the side.
Robin was our server and was very friendly. She definitely made us feel welcomed as we will be returning again. The food was on point! I recommend for sure !!

I went to the Juicy Crab in Hiram for take out. The hostess went over the boxes but didnt open them. I was missing an order of shrimp. I immediately called the store when I got home, the same girl acknowledged the kitchen mess up but said a manager would have to call me back. 2 days later and another phone call the management was still too busy to take a call. After also leaving a message on the website the same day I placed the order their response which came 2 days later was to take a photo of the order with the missing item. A week later the issue still hasnt been resolved.
Kurtis is an amazing and very attentive server. He gives you an awesome experience. Hands down one of the best servers come see him you won’t be let down. Definitely will come back.

First time eating at Juicy Krab in Hiram. First experience was very good. Our waitress Kela was the best. She was very patient and tentative. Anything we needed or asked she did, very on the job. Atmosphere and food was really good.
We’ve been waiting for Juicy Crab Hiram to open. Kurtis is an amazing server!!! We’ll be back (when they get a liquor license). 😂🤣Well…. We got food poisoning and overcharged. Kurtis is still amazing. 🤗
I wouldn’t even give them a star no one here is accountable for orders being mixed up. When I told our waiter about our sauces being wrong, the cook told me it wasn’t when in fact it was. One manager assured that she would discount the meal by 20%. When we got the bill it was more like 5%. We told the waitress again and ended up getting a different manager. He then proceeds to tell us that although our order was wrong, he wouldn’t be able to give us 20% off because the system doesn’t acknowledge it. If that was the case then why would the first manager offer it? The second manager wasn’t apologetic AT ALL. No accountability at all and I’ll never come back. Wild Crab will continue to get my business unless I go to Kennasaw or Smyrna to get Juicy Crab. There are too many seafood places around for them to act like this unprofessional. Take your business elsewhere !!

Food was awesome, they didn’t have their liquor license just yet and we enjoy a beer with our seafood, but that’s ok. Will definitely be back.

Kela was very friendly and the food tasted great. That is where the positive experience stopped. My food came out when everyone else at the table had finished eating. The appetizers came a few minutes after that. Kela walked by our table several times without refilling drinks until we flagged someone else down.

I ordered the steam oysters, clams, and green mussels with the juicy special seasoning. It was so delicious!!! The server we had his name is Kurtis he was very kind and he helped my little brother out with what to eat because he very picky lol. But highly recommend coming here and asking for kurtis.

We sat for 23 minutes after giving the drink order and watched the waitress walk back and forth talking to someone at the bar. Another waitress told her she had an order ready in the back and she went back to talking. A bunch of young people working in there or the lack of working that is! they will not be in business long like that. Good luck to them, I will keep keep my dollar.

My husband and I were there on Friday, February 25, 2022 approx. 7 ish p.m. We were the only ones in the lobby. The hostess told us they were cleaning a table. So we thought wed be seated soon. Within 5 mins the lobby became packed. We noticed they took back a couple. Then very soon after that another couple were taken to a table! Huh? As my husband approached the hostess desk a new hostess came up and my husband told her we were the first ones there and it was empty; however, other couples were being seated before us. She took his name and stated it would be a 20 minute wait!! Terrible service. We left! We wont be returning there. Waiting for the Wild Crab in HIram to open. Hopefully better customer service and atmosphere!
The server we had was great ! The food was great ! The manger is not professional at all ! He needs more training and needs to be replaced. He doesn’t know how to talk to people . This will be my last time coming to this establishment. (All 7 of us)

Terrible experience. Bad customer service. Restaurant is basically empty bc the restaurant is new. We were seated at a table but we wanted a booth, they advised none were available when we were looking at open booths. She then stated that when someone leaves she can clean off a booth for us to sit but we couldn’t sit at the table until the booth was ready. We were not able to order, we had re-wait even though the restaurant was empty. Asked to speak to the manager and she repeated exactly what the hostess said.This is a terrible start for Juicy Crab. No customer service what so ever. Very rude staff and manager. Be mindful you will have to wait or re-wait in an empty restaurant if you’d like a booth. The food was basic, it wasn’t hot, and the sauce was oiled down.The only good thing about this restaurant was our waitress Robin! She was attentive and kind.End result…… don’t come here. Go to Austell or Douglasville. It’s further away but it’s worth it!
I was greeted by Ms. KELA, our waitress. She was so polite and inviting. Awesome personality, However, the food was horrible. The fried calamari was rubbery, the seasoning was extra salty. The crab cluster wasnt fresh, maybe because it was the end of the day. The food tasted like the cook was ready to go home. As far as management, not the best customer service.

I don’t know why, but this place seems better than the other locations. With seafood amongst other things going up in price quality is more important than ever. Try their special mix which is all the sauces combined in one, it’s better than it sounds.

Very pricy for ok food. Service was slow. The music was so loud we were nearly yelling over the noise. Took them forever to turn down the speakers which were directly over our heads. Our check was well over $200 and I feel like we should have had a better experience for that price point

Over priced seafood. Poorly seasoned. Service is horrible, sat here for 20 minutes waiting for a waiter just to ask us what we want to drink while 3 waitresses were just standing there talking to each other. Will never come here again. Juicy Crab is one of my favorite seafood restaurants so when this location opened , I was excited being that it was so close to home. Sad to say I am very disappointed with my experience overall. This location is terrible and I would never return. First off , when we walked in we were not greeted whatsoever. Then when we are seated, we noticed the napkin holder was dirty and splattered with sauce. We ordered 2 lbs of crawfish and received maybe 10 whole crawfish (at the most) and the rest was broken off claws (trash). As I’m eating , I pull out a crawfish leg that had a hair attached to it. I was so disgusted I couldn’t even finish my food. Our waitress was not attentive and was forgetful. I would not recommend coming to this location- drive a few minutes further and go to another location instead !

Service is atrocious! The service is so bad it ruined the whole experience. The food was good but when you have to flag down the hostess and other servers to get your refills, utensils for crab legs etc etc. Not a single smile inside this place, nobody is happy to be here not even the guests.

2022-05-10Monday night and we just wanted to have a good dinner night, we came to the right place, we got seated in 3 minutes, our server Dianna took good care of us! It was amazing! Very knowledgeable of the menu, very good recommendations, very attentive to everything we needed during the whole time, gloves, change of the bucket, more napkins, all AND MORE!I’m a bit picky with my drinks and she even got me one that wasn’t even displayed at the menu, now the food… perfectly cooked, you guys really care about your clients !! Thanks so much Dianna ! We definitely coming back here.If you’re looking to eat some good food and have amazing service, come here and ask for Dianna!

2022-03-28On the fence with this place. Way better then wild crab. Diva was our server. She was pleasant and helpful throughout our visit. Food was very slow this visit, 40 min. Flavor was sort of lack luster. Our food was overcooked and a bit tough. The oven bag was melted and hard to open. More training is needed in the kitchen. Hostess was not a great greeter. I would visit again and hope for a better experience next time.

2022-03-18Our server Destiny was awesome! We started with calamari for an appetizer that was enough to feed about 4 people. I ordered the whiting basket and my husband ordered fried shrimp basket. I got 2 huge pieces of fish. Both dishes were good. I usually don’t prefer pre packaged sauces but they were pretty good too. We will be back.

2022-03-21Me & Hubby came in for a date night tonight and were seated immediately although they were busy. I had no idea they had opened yet but was excited to see they had! We were greeted by our server Dionna , I could tell she was smiling even behind her mask as she greeted us and asked if we had ever been to a juicy crab! We have of course so many times In Douglas Co. She was attentive and answered questions, brought my husband two drinks upon learning how quickly he downs them! She had several tables and seemed to manage well. It was a great experience tonight and I’m pleased we had a great server! We will be back and we will see if the servers here fight over waiting our table like in Douglasville 😊 (we try to tip well when warranted)All joking aside we were treated well by Dionna and everything was good.

2022-03-26We’ve been waiting for this spot to open up since we saw their sign up. Went last week, but it was too packed. Tried to order to go online last night, but they weren’t added to the site yet; so we went in to do so.Apparently, they have a to go area — convenient, but they probably should’ve made it bigger (there are two cashiers & there should probably be three or four). I built my order since you can’t substitute & that’s fine. I got 1/2 lb of shrimp (no head), juicy special, & added eggs.Got home and realized they forgot my corn & potato, which came with the meal, as well as, the red velvet cake I originally asked for.Went back & spoke to the same cashier. She asked for the bag back, so I figured she was going to add my corn & potato to it.In hindsight, I realize that she recharged me for eggs ($5) I already purchased the 1st time around. I asked if the red velvet was good & she said it was dry, but the carrot cake was her favorite. Asked if it was a good portion size since it was $5 & she said it was for one person. I’m thinking it was gonna be a Marietta Diner or Cheesecake Factory size…I was sadly mistaken & would not recommend it.Got home and the food was barely lukewarm. Kind of disappointed, because I had my mouth set for them and this was my birthday dinner. Giving them three stars because they are new, were super busy & they do have a now hiring sign up. It was a lot of hustle & bustle going on.Maybe I’ll try them again & update my review when they’re having a slow day.

2022-03-20The food is awesome, I tried the seafood boil and I have leftovers for lunch. The spice is on point and the atmosphere is on dock. Can’t wait to come again. You have to try the onion rings OMG. My server was Jasmine and she was there on her job tonight. Not a dry cup in the house.
