This was a great experience! We had a party of 7 and our waitresses was on it. Food was fresh and hot. Tasha and Melissa made sure the food was brought in order. We got our drinks, appetizers and then our meals. Every bit of it was tasty and as I said earlier hot. Melissa made sure we had all our condiments. Tasha made sure our checks were right.
Me and my 13 year old son had an awesome experience! We had a server named Shy who was on point the entire time. The food was fresh and the wait was not long at all! The plus was that we happened to come in on first Friday which is dollar Margarita day (Yes!) We will be back soon!
Chicken tenders were a bit salty and I didnt care for the boom boom sauce, but the $5 margarita was BOMB and the fried catfish was on point!!
Came in as soon as they opened .. the food was 3.5 out of 5 this time around (surprisingly, It’s usually a 5). My mom spoke with the manager (Cece) and she was VERY kind and professional. Ms.Cece took good care of us. Also, Myeshia was so sweet and a great server! Will definitely be coming back!!
Our very first time and we loved it! Santana the host was very friendly. India the server did a GREAT JOB! One star missing is because the overall cleanliness can be improved, especially on the walls. Food was great, drinks were awesome. We will be back for sure.
I have been here plenty of times and this was the worst food, great waitress Zandra. I order sausage, shrimp and snow crabs. All seemed to be undercooked. I requested my usual medium with juicy crab seasoning. This had to be mild, not a lack of heat and you could not tastes AT ALL. Zandra was nice enough to give me more seasoning. I was definitely disappointed in the food.
Service was exceptional! Drinks were great and food was excellent. My server Amonte was fast and friendly and the manager Cece was very professional checked up on us to make sure we were satisfied. The busser Queen was even friendly and greeted us as she walked by. Will definitely be back to enjoy another meal here and see the staff again!
My family and I came to Juicy Crab for lunch and the service was phenomenal. From the time we walked in to being seated. Amante was our server and he went above and beyond for us- never missed a beat. His personality was great!

This was my 1st time getting anything from here. All the staff were super nice! I dont know a lot about seafood, except that I love it, and the staff were very sweet in helpinge to decide on what I want. Will definitely go back for the food AND the amazing staff!
Day shift a little to preoccupied with each and events rather than satisfy the customer. However staff is familiar with the menu. Not busy at all in the day! Probably wont go back to this location. I love Juicy Crab as a whole.
Jennifer at the bar was fantastic! She can make a hell of a Dusse drink and her smile is warm and friendly!Update: Returned again this weekend and received fabulous service by Z at the bar! The manager CeCe made sure to check on me periodically as well. Love this location and the beautiful, kind ladies that work here!
I was not impressed. I didnt like the juicy special sauce and the eggs were extremely over cooked almost like rubber bouncing balls. An altercation happen on Mothers Day because some people skipped out on the bill. I will try the McDonough location next time to see if the food tastes better.
I order from here all the time and it’s good sometimes. It’s just not consistent. When I order the extra hot juicy seasoning it should be at least be seasoned. Instead it just juice and butter. Too much money spent for it to not be on point
The people were friendly. I was just concerned that all the employees were wearing their masks only half way or none at all esp the waiters. The floor manager didnt have one on at all especially around the food close to the kitchen. The food was superb... But after me and my girls left... We all had diarrhea or stomach pains... And we didnt eat anything after we left that afternoon.. This location could be better managed. We had a hard time getting our waitresss attention and when we stopped another employee just for handtowels they just told us our waitress would do it... And they werent busy 🤷🏾♀️...Once again I think its just this location becaise my friends dont have any of these issues at the other locations... It could just be an off day 🤷🏾♀️But it is corona time! Masks were my biggest issue dining in!
The service has been perfect, spot on the food was delivered quickly and hot as you would expect, with perfect seasoning. My grandkids and I have truly enjoyed it All, the servers, the food and the management have All added to the experience and we will be BACK ! THANKS GUYS 😀😀😀😀😀
Waitress mess up my order and they added spice season instead are lemon pepper and garlic season. Plus my extra cluster was in someone else bag that was with me. Over all the food was good.
The girl who does to go orders Amiyah H or something like that was mad rude because SHE overcharged us, and this is the second time this location has overcharged us by an insane amount. Caught an attitude with my elderly mother but toned it down when I stepped in, goofy. Two stars though because the food is still good.
Momo was the best. She the best. If I come on 1st Friday Karaoke night sit in her section. She got u all night long. Don’t play my girl. She’s awesome. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
The server was completely checked out. Didnt even acknowledge us for the first 20 minutes we were there. Wrote our order down and came back twice to re-write it. Our drinks never made it to the table. We finally asked for our order to-go because it was late, and he only brought half the order out and it was wrong. Im hoping this was a reflection of the individual and not the establishment.
Ordered doordash and got seafood with no seasoning no butter. Then met someone up there. The server was slow and the orders kept coming out wrong (the ones that actually came out). They might of been new so we have them a break and had patience. Regardless of that I paid for specific orders and after waiting all that time they still came out wrong. Been coming here for awhile but it’s starting to go down in the service.
Hostess Mezziah was very helpful in seating us. The table that was given to us wasnt to our liking. When we went back to us she apologize and gave us a great table, where we were seated by an awesome waitress.
Ordered to go and arrived to pick up order. Hostess/Cashier said there was no order for me. I left my cell at home so I had to drive 15 min back. Came back and showed them my text confirmation and suddenly my order appeared!! B.S. wasting my time and gas! Turn the music down and maybe you could hear better!!!

This was a amazing experience, I have been to crab boils before but this was amazing the “Juicy Sauce” was tasty make sure that you don’t wear white cause it will splash all over you. This location was busy so make sure to make a reservation. I would recommend coming to this location. Parking can be kinda tight.

Let me tell you how I come here for Kylani more than anything! I came in alone one day and she was extremely patient, attentive, and a complete VIBE! As a retired server it’s so hard to find this these days! I literally have been back 3x since! Not to mention I’ve been trying to catch up with the days Tonya work because her drinks are A1!!! My sons and husband ate there I just went with them, didnt eat because I am alergic to seafood but I ate chicken wings and fries they were delicious. Nice server Azzy.

This is NOT the place to eat OR work! Its disgusting in the back, whole kitchen staff dont care. Leaving food out all day, not using gloves, leaving the kitchen a mess all night. The dishwasher took a piece of fish that was left in the dish pit all night and handed it back to the cook to make later. Theyre handing out expired sauces that they know are expired and wont do anything about it. The managers are weak and they rotate every month. They only care about the people in the back not their front of house staff; days late on checks, making us pay for mistakes, and pulling rules out their behind every other week. They havent been properly taking taxes out either. Were always running out of stuff like cups and silverware, making us look bad, but youll see the owners walking around in Alexander Wang and Saint Laurent and Balenciagas. Like, if you can buy all that for yourself why cant you put that money into making this restaurant a better establishment? What a JOKE.
My husband and I visited here a couple of days ago and the food was very good! We were hesitant at first because of the bad reviews but decided to go see for ourselves. It was a little after 8pm (Tuesday) when we arrived. Not many people in there and the staff was very attentive, fast, and friendly. We were impressed! Will definitely visit here again and recommend to family and friends!
Horrible customer service Ive been here before when it was exceptional was seated at a booth then was moved to the bar because somebody was already sitting there I had to move to somewhere else horrible customer service I will not be sitting in again I will always get my food to take out! Very unorganized and unattentive to what peoples needs are.
The sauce was way too spicy when I requested mild! Come on now but on another note Mezziah was very pretty and helpful
This is one of the newest Juicy Crab locations in the Atlanta Metro area. The food was good but despite being was mad that there was so little sauce with the order and when i mentioned it, I was forced to pay $2.00 for extra sauce. There were 3 people who ran out on the check which could have been easily done while staff sang Happy Birthday triumphantly to not 4, not 5, but 6 different tables!!! Not the best of the chains locations............
I liked my food. I got the shrimp and crab legs combo and added sausage. I also had steamed mussels with their special seasoning, they were really good. My cousin didnt like that there was only like 1 potato and 1 corn on the cob per bag but it didnt bother me. 🤷🏽♀️ I had plenty shrimp but my crab legs were slightly overcooked. Still good though.
Long wait but it was worth it. Seafood was delicious! I was full after eating my whole boil bag. My sis and dad couldnt even finish theirs lol. They gave many options for you to fix it how you wanted, including spice level. Being a person who cant eat spicy food, that was a bonus for me! Would def return!
I ordered takeout inside the restaurant and my meal ended up being 13.50. I gave the girl $20 and she gave me $6 back. I walked outside and realized that she owed me 50 cents. I went back inside to tell her and she says oh we dont have 50 cents. I said to her so yall dont have the means to give customers back the correct change? She immediately walked off and was looking for someone to give her 50 cents so she could give it to me. A lady who was originally behind the bar came to the takeout register and popped open a second register and handed me my change, and walked away. I didnt get a sorry about that or anything. Both ladies appeared to be bothered that I wanted the change that was owed to me. Soon afterwards my order was ready. I walked back inside and the original girl who was behind the register proceeded to hand me my bag, but when I reached she sat it on the counter. Its so disappointing how bothered she was. 2 years ago I gave this location 5 stars. Today, I had to knock 3 off. I am proof that this location will shortchange you (or try to)and see nothing wrong with it. Dont go thru this. Go to the Juicy Crab in Fayetteville, GA.

Since the Krab Hut opened at this location, i have heard good things. Everytime I drive the parking outside is always packed! I definitely had this on my list to try. My nephew surprised me by treating me here. The food was delicious. The service was fast and our server Divine was excellent! She provided great sevice, offered suggestions and a taste test of the seafood gumbo when were debating how it would taste. Later found out this was her first day! The menu on one side has all the fried seafood and the other side is sll the seafood that is broiled. The prices are reasonable. I ended up getting the Broil shrimp with the Krab Huts seasoning, and the gumbo. My nephew got the calamari and fries and seafood gumbo as well. I would definitely visit again
I came Here last week on a Monday Afternoon it was pretty packed. I never been there but my waitress Mezziah was patient, friendly, and attentive. I plan on coming here a lot more especially if someone like her working ❤️

Where to start...ok was there this Saturday September 1st. Our Server was Monique....beyond par excellent. The manager was a BEAUTIFUL lady named Chantivia.. Girl I see you!!! the music was PUMPING. They have a DJ. A deejay. OKAY! !!. Lets get to the food we ordered a sample platter. OMG!!! The catfish on it tender, flaky delicious, the FRIED OYSTERS? crunchy on the outside melt-in-your-mouth tender on the inside. The SCALLOPS oh my goodness, (thats all I can say) the SHRIMPS again fried perfectly the whole platter to perfection. And the Clam Chowder perfect. No I didnt eat all that food alone😃... The interior was absolutely clean and spotless the bathrooms someone has paid particularly close attention to making sure they were clean fresh-smelling and had what you need in there, nothing was missing. The servers All of them was so helpful and attentive. The drinks oh!! the Drinks. I had I believe its called The Krab Hut punch. They have a large selection of them.. Yes baby yes!! Jonesboro. The Krab Hut has ARRIVED AND WE can all be very proud of having an establishment the size of it in our community. And it is huge inside they can accommodate parties, they can accommodate a conference, they can accommodate and after the game celebration. Birthday parties, Bridal showers. ..okay? The staff is just wonderful they make you feel like they were waiting for you . On the negative side????. I got nothing.!!! Keep up the good work. I am so proud of having a seafood restaurant with enough space to sit down for the large crowds, family gatherings, large groups, after church on Sunday meetings, getting with the girls and hanging out on Saturday night meetings, with a mature crowd with a DJ???? hello!! With staff that are knowledgeable about what they are serving. And absolutely fresh delicious tasting Seafood food. Sk about the drink specials. ( thanks Monique) I told you the servers know..In an upbeat atmosphere designed specifically for you to have an experience of dining in, a relaxed atmosphere , that will have you dancing in your seat and tapping your feet. Yes they have ample parking. And yes its free.And you can call and order ahead to pick it up.BUT WHY WOULD YOU? Go in, sit down, meet up with your friends. I had such a great experience. Ms. Country is the most pleasant server that Ive ever run across. Her attention to detail and customer service is second to none. I will be sure to tell everyone that I know and dont know to be sure to come out and experience what I did. The food was incredible and so was the music and tv entertainment. 5 stars in my book.
Ive been there twice. Both times were Finger Licking Good!!! They are always very friendly and it has always been clean in there when I went. Its definitely worth trying and worth the money in my opinion. Especially for the seafood.
Tasha was our server and she was amazing. She made sure to be prompt and relatable. Tasha assured our food came out on time. When we were missing our fries she made sure to follow-up! Tashas service is A+. Make sure to ask for Tasha. The food was great. The calamari was no fresh and not chewy. We enjoyed our seafood.
Trey was our server and he did great. They song their birthday song and he sung to my daughter and that man can blow make sure you ask for him... He is so nice and sweet as he takes care of his customers.
To get drinks it took 30 minutes. To get food it took an hour. I come here for crawfish, and guess what? They ran out. You heard that correct. Juicy crab didn’t have crawfish.A few people were walking out yelling at how unsatisfied they were with their service and even told me “ I wouldn’t go in there. The service is horrible.” I shouldve listen. I would like a manager to contact me and make this right.
I ordered the delicious grilled / raw oysters, calamari, fried catfish and writings all in which we enjoyed! I highly recommend the grilled oysters 🔥 my favorite! I would definitely be visiting Juicy Crab 🦀 again 😋.
This was my first time there with my son. We went there on a Saturday afternoon. When we got there after we had been waiting about 15 minutes the bartender waved a couple that just walked in past us to be seated. It was very disrespectful. After about 2 mins we were seated. The menu was vague and the waitress didnt make any effort to explain anything to me so I had to just order and see. We got the king crab and lobster tail with shrimp and the juicy crab sauce mild. All of it was really good. The service was relatively quick. Overall I would go back.

Ok! ….. Where to start? Let me just say this place owes me absolutely nothing NOTHING! From walking in the door the GM Melissa made me feel like a VIP. I came to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday and we did just that. Our waitress/bartender Jennifer OMG she took such great care of us from great drinks to appetizers food selection and just the extra attention I am forever grateful. Y’all they even let my party use a Bluetooth speaker so we can control the music on the side of the restaurant where we were. Thank you all so much we really enjoyed ourselves.
Ordered takeout for one pound of green shell mussels and the veggies were included, this was only one mini corn & 2 small red potatoes, literally smaller than clementines. I chose the spicy juicy special sauce which was actually really delicious. When I picked up my food I asked the girl who cashed me out, was butter & garlic sauce was included and she told me no. When I began eating my food I noticed the sauce was a butter garlic based sauce, which is frustrating because I purchased butter garlic sauce when I did not need any and to add insult to injury she forgot to put my sauce in bag. Lastly, as I was eating my food I noticed that I had a shrimp shell in one of my half shells, which was kinda confusing since I did not have any shrimp; instantly indicating that they do not separate their food correctly. Additionally, I had a bar code sticker in another half shell which tells me that they do not properly cleanse food before it is prepared. Appetite was instantly ruined at that point. Not one more of my dimes will be spent here, EVER.

They should have been closed yesterday, they were out of so many menu items. I ordered an appetizer and had to wait until the server brought my actual entree to the table to find out, they didnt have it. Very poor customer service and I should have known based on the location (Tara Blvd)

Looks like Friday and Saturday it will be a long wait. I had scallops but they were over cooked. Never got a refill on my tea even after I asked. The boil corn and potatoes were awesome. But we only had a plastic fork. Nothing to handle the shells with. Calamari was over cooked as well. Did I mention Im still waiting on my refill. She gave us the check before we got a refill.
It’s been a while since I’ve been here and am now back. I am waiting on my takeout order so l have not had a chance to review the food. However, l am inside and the vibe is nice and relaxing. It is clean and the staff is very friendly.

Today I visited juicy crab on tara blvd and i am really impressed my waiter shay was on it when i tell you with customer service bringing drinks taking orders cleaning table from appetizers for entree im talking down to the TEE and she has a personality that would brighten a room i came on a lunch date by myself to try and relax have a drink and eat some good food and my time here she made it phenomenal
Bad experience, doubt that people will see this post. Food was excessively late, wrong and incomplete. Managers are apologetic, but if you send mussels out to an eleven year old and his order was wrong but you still wish to charge the order because it was more expensive you lack the customer service sensitivity to understand the true circumstances. They added someones bill to ours that had paid cash, charged a liquor tax (no alcohol on the bill) EXHAUSTED......
The Manager Tony took care of us. He was very attentive and the food was great. I will definitely be back.

Food was awesome!! Would have given 5 star but they only give military discount on some of their foods not on any combo meals. My daughter is in the Army and was told 10 percent off if she had ordered any meal that wasnt a combo meal. Juicy Crab you should be ashamed of yourself. My daughter served 14 years and counting along with others in the military to help protect United States of America and this is how you thank them. Shame on you!!! It should be on any and all foods regardless if its a combo meal or not.To add insult to injury cheesecake was supposed to be with the combo meal but they ran out. 🤦♀️😖
Food was luke warm, little sauce. Potatoes inside were cold. French fries were served cold. I was very disappointed, everyone deserves a second chance but Im sure if Ill go back. Maybe because 2 days earlier we went to the Juicy Crab in McDonough and everything was excellent from the waitress to the food

The service here was simply fabulous my waitress was very kind and very attentive to our needs and brought our food to us in a very timely manner. This is my second time eating at this restaurant its been a sheer Joy. Kalani thanks bunches.
We’ve been sitting here for close to an hour, haven’t gotten my drink or food, there are plenty of people working, milling about rolling forks in napkins, they are out of garlic….. not sure how that could happen, go to Kroger and get more….Update: manager got involved, made the experience much better, she even went and got more garlic

Went here for a date with my love and it was delicious.. better than juicy crab in my opinion. Prices are cheaper, quality of food is great, the ambiance is hood friendly fun. The bartenders and staff are fun upbeat funny and love to dance! They play great music and my drinks were super strong and not too pricey. I love The Krab Hut and will always have date nights there! Older and younger crowd in there enjoying ourselves like family.
I would give it 5 stars but we went when it was too busy o believe it was too much for some of the waitresses..Food was really good decently prices and we bought adult drinks really good becareful they are strong (perfect). Over all really good would recommend it to anyone who likes seafood..

I really do like this restaurant theres only one complaint. The crab cakes are too small for the price that you pay. The size of the cakes could make one big or two medium size cakes.
This was my first time at The Krab Hut and the experience was great. The doors opened promptly at 12pm. The parking lot is wheel chair accessible as well as the entrance.The atmosphere was friendly and there was a specific area for take out orders. I am not a sea food fan but my meal was great (Lobster tail in medium spiced cajun sauce); my roommate loved her meal (combo of snow crab legs and shrimp in medium spiced Cajun sauce) both meals came with 2 potatoes 1 corn on the cob. Altogether it was a great experience and the meals affordable.There are ATMs in the car park.
Not a fan of the loud music and the b-word in songs from the DJ especially with children as patrons but enjoy the food and servers and the manager is very nice

As close as possible to get with seafood compared to Florida. Its very crowded and the music is too loud, you have to raise your voice to talk to the person in front of you.
The vibe here was immaculate I will be returning the food was a 10/10 and Mezziah was such a great host.

It was my dads first time eating Juicy Crab. He absolutely Loved it. The staff was amazing. I loved Katie’s customer service. She was very pleasant, understanding and patient. P.S shout out to the manager. I had a bad toothache tonight and she moved us to a different section that didnt have a air vent. Lol thank you

The only thing that was great was QUEEN! excellent service. However food took forever and it was salty. I sent it back twice. They also forgot my whole lobstertail and when Queen got the manager Melissa asked if I ate it already like I am a child. Also another waitress named country or county kept walking by my table cursing and talking about her own customers (very unprofessional)
My son decided that he wanted Juicy Crab for dinner lol. Our server was Shay and she was more then amazing. Very pleasant, attentive and she took care of both of us. Even though I had an issue with one of my food items, she immediately reassured me and offered me a new entree. I presented a problem and she gave me a solution. I love it! Whenever I come back to the Juicy Crab on Tara Blvd, I will personally request Shay!

Queen was a very great server and great is an understatement!! She provided exceptional service even with the top being included in the check already. That was never a time that we were not attended to. I highly recommend this location with Queen as your server!!!!

The bartender was great her name is Tanya however the the air conditioner was not working and on account from the servers as well as other staff had not worked for a week. I spoke to two managers then the general manager whose name was Kassenni, she seemed very unconcerned and even spoke to the fact that well her and her staff had to be there and work in those type conditions as though that made it better for the patrons that they had to endure the same thing that we do as a customer. She made mention to the fact that it was corporate and she could only make complaints to the office it doesnt mean that they will write the check to ensure that the repairs were made timely this is my third time at that establishment
They have a sign stating to check your food when you check your food and see that it is incorrect they try to hassle you to correct the issue. Please just go somewhere else. Horrible customer service.

This was a quick stop while I was on the road. I stopped for a few things... restroom and food. The restroom was clean, but had a crazy moisture problem. The floor was incredibly slippery. I left there and went to place my order. It was a simple order of chicken nuggets and a Jr. Frosty. It took a second to prepare though. I absolutely love her. Tonya at the bar is great as well! You will definitely be happy with you drinks! She’s going to work those bottles for sure! I was very disappointed at the taste and quality. My husband and I ordered our food with garlic , lemon pepper, and Cajun seasoning. Our food came soaked in oil with little to no flavor. Wasnt a good experience with the food. Our server country was great. Food was not good. Probably will not come back.

This is the coleslaw that came with my meal - and yes, that is a condiment cup. The service wasnt great - I dont know if they were under staffed or if our waitress was inexperienced, but our order was mixed up as in my fish was on the plate with my friends fries and vice versa. In addition, our server handed things to us over the railing of our seat, which was by the way BEHIND our booth. We had to ask for a refill on our drinks (we only received one) and it was handed to us again over the railing from behind our seats in to go cups that we didnt ask for. I ordered red snapper but the fish that we were served didnt have the traditional pink coloring that is usually associated with red snapper...interesting right. Even the manager agreed that it wasnt red snapper. When she addressed this with the chef he even said that the fish must have gotten mixed up because again, that was not red snapper. When we tried to address this with the server, she became defensive and dismissive insisting that she brought out what we ordered (hence why the manager was involved). Lastly, I have to say that the manager was quite easygoing and accommodating- - for that I am appreciative. I ALWAYS want to support local businesses especially if they are black owned...not sure if Ill be back...

I was a uber driver for them. They are very good even though they are having problems with drivers and customers stealing food. I glad they are getting that problems fix. Other then that their food I wonderful. I have ate from them before I came a driver.

My first time ordering and I decided to do a call in. Unaware of the pricing limit, after placing my order, the hostess Fiona, was highly unprofessional from placing my order to stating “make sure I tip her”. I specialize and train companies staff in customer service and I will definitely be using this experience as a lesson for my clients for what not to do.Overall my order was wrong, upon arrival she was sitting down on her phone and I was assisted by someone else.And yes I know the owner will respond with a “deepest apologies response”, hope you all actually rectify the issue (as I’m seeing is a common thread among the previous reviews).

The prices are okay. The crabs are delicious my son purchased some for my daughter Mimi and I and we loved it. It was seasoned to the T. The place is always crowded the wait time could be better. Thus I still enjoyed my food do Id go back there.
Mezziah and Jayden both gave me great customer service and seemed to be highly motivated which reflect the standards juicy crab set for the employees that are hired.
I truly do not recommend this Juicy Crab. Why? Because I had to wait literally an hour & 1/2 for my food and I was sitting at the bar! The bartender was amazing and make very good drinks. But the cook was extremely slow I will never return!

2021-12-25It was good but the crabs were small and not worth the 23 dollars for the combination for 2 crabs that come on the platter, I ordered fries and they were cold, and they were supposed to bring more,they took forever to bring them so I canceled them but the manager did take them off off my bill after I let the waitress know she said to take it off. So I was happy with the services,it was really busy and they only had a couple of waitresses, and its a shame that they are running 2 or 3 workers to death like this, so they get worn out. But ours never got frustrated with us..she did good.. we tipped her well..😃😁..

2022-03-31I came there on a Monday Afternoon thinking that it was going to be slow but nooo it was pretty packed. I never been there but my waitress Tasha was patient, friendly, and attentive. The bartender made amazing drinks and made sure our drinks were to our liking.We felt like kings and queens in there because we were able to get whatever we wanted (of course with a price but thats fair)Margaritas, tequila shots, Corona beer for beverages.Calamari for appetizers.I got the lobster 🦞 boil with snow crab, shrimp, sausage, potatoes, added dungeoness 🦀 crabs.My friend got the mussels shrimp crawfish and added snow crab...We couldnt eat it all but I really enjoyed the lobster.Thanks for a wonderful experience!

2021-12-30Katie Person was absolutely amazing at assisting me and my friend when we came into the restaurant to grab a Togo order. She filled the shoes of the bartender in a great way. She provided EXCELLENT customer service with a smile, up sold me and my friend on a alcoholic beverage, made sure we had the appropriate identification to order the alcohol. And she also assisted in taking our Togo order while the manager assisted other customers. I give Katie five starts for her enthusiasm, love for her job and her welcoming smile and customer service. I’ll definitely visit this location again just to be waited on by Katie and her warming customer service .

2022-04-28Had a great time at The Juicy Crab. Our server Momo was very attentive and friendly. The margaritas were good and priced very reasonable ($5). The food came out very fast, which was great because we were hungry. The crabs, shrimp, mussels, and fries were all seasoned to perfection. The location was easy to find as we were visiting the area. If we ever go back, The Juicy Crab will definitely be a must stop location!

2022-01-28There arent enough words to express my experience here. From the beginning to the end everything was perfect. My server was busy with another table when I was sat so the manager took my drink order and came back with it and a bucket in seconds just so I wouldnt be there waiting. By the time she came back she made sure my server came directly to me while she put in his order from the other table he was with before me. Now thats TEAMWORK!! When I let the server know it was my birthday the entire staff came to sing me happy birthday with a piece of cake before I left. Loved everything about this spot. They have definitely gained a loyal customer. Keep up the great work Cece and her staff! Yall rock!!

The staff was so nice and friendly then I met the manager CC when she came to check on me and my husband and I can see why everyone is so great because her personality was so bubbly and polite. The energy was more than words can express. Every staff member in there deserves two thumbs up.
