I have been renting an apartment for 8 months at The Links. I am very happy with the security of this gated complex. The entire complex is quiet, beautifully manicured, and well cared for. Every time we’ve had an issue in the apartment requiring maintenance, the staff was very quick to meet the service need or provide replacements. The amenities are wonderful. The pool area feels like a tropical oasis and the exercise room is clean & has all necessary equipment to stay in shape. I highly recommend The Links apartments to anyone looking for a place to call home. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We have just moved in not too long ago and so far, loving the complex already. They have the best welcoming staff, if you ever want to tour and lease here, ask for Mommy D! She will definitely take good care of you.

Great staff! Brittney was amazing and helped me with my move out. Maintenance team was spot on with completing work orders. My two suggestions is putting grass in the dog park (fake grass will even spruce up the place). Also spray out there more frequently, the mosquitos can be bad. Also just make sure a notification is sent when 3rd party companies come to work in the apartment. There was a few times my door was left unlocked or wide open with folks working on my stuff when I came home.Otherwise, great place, safe area, and nice apartment.

Before you rent here you better review Georgias lease law. And be careful of what youre signing. Especially if youre a veteran or an active military service. Plus they never returned my deposit.

Update: New management has taken over, and this place has drastically declined. I do not recommend anyone live here. Pay an extra $40 a month and go enjoy the MUCH nicer amenities and units at Five Points.We have lived here over a year, and everything Melissa below says about the new management is spot on. To be blunt, the new manager is terrible. She did away with all the military friendly policies that really established a strong military community at the Links.Additionally they do not enforce the pet fee policies so all of our neighbors keep pets without paying the fee or abiding by the lease rules. There is constantly poop everywhere. Management does nothing.The gates are in a constant state of disrepair, so they spend over half the time open making them useless.Something is weird with the electrical wiring in our unit so the light bulbs burn out at least monthly. Initially we asked maintenence to replace them but it took so long we just started doing it ourselves.The dog park is atrocious. It has poop everywhere and the obstacles are falling apart.They dont spray for bugs nearly enough so the entire complex swarms with mosquitos from April to October. You cant walk to your car without getting bit. We also have roaches all over our apartment.The car wash station is pathetic. Literally a bucket and a hose. Compare this to the covered vacuum and pressure wash bays that Five Points offers.The location is inconvenient. 10 minutes farther from base and not next to the grocery stores like the other complexes.The gym equipment is falling apart.

A bit on the expensive side but with caring Employees that are sure to help where they can! The apartments are beautiful! I wish that they offered more amenities for the price or rent however its a safe and quiet community!

Very nice and quiet. Beautiful grounds and great views! Perfect for families or living alone. Feel very safe and comfortable here. Love the dog park and the atmosphere is amazing! Definitely recommend it!!

I used to love living at the Links and have lived there for two years, until the new, noisy, confrontational, threatening neighbor moved in upstairs. Firstly, they have hardwood floors on the second floor which is terrible. This girl is loud with everything she does. I can hear every move this girl makes . I can hear her talking on phone. I can hear her music. I tried to talk to her about being more considerate. Remember, i lived under a woman for two years here and never had a problem. Now the new girl is purposefully stomping on the floor, dropping things, playing music and tormenting me. She also lets her dog poop on the patio and she even swept it off and it fell down to my patio. She left trash outside for two weeks and other neighbors complained. Ive called the police as well because of noise after quiet hours. She has been in clear violation of the lease several times and nothing is being done by management to stop her behavior or handle this situation. Also, I clearly have everything documented by video and pictures. I feel threatened, harassed and not a peace in my own place. I also feel like management is not protecting my rights as a tenant. They offered me an option to move into another apartment but I feel like I should not have to move since Ive been here two years. This girl harasses me in the parking lot and tells me she doesnt appreciate me, she said she would make it worse for me and told me she was always disrespectful. I am a professor at Valdosta State University. Im a successful woman, well known in the community, This girl just graduated college and is too immature to live at this complex. I am giving it this rating because of the noise, the handling of the situation by management and managements lack of screening of residents.

Staff was very friendly and always acted fast when there was a maintenance issue. This apartment complex is located in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. Never experienced any issues living here.

Beautifully arranged condo living. Single to multiple person living. Well cared for grounds. Security gates for added comfort and safety.
