Super awesome service. I came in at 15 minutes to closing and Yessinia and Marius were very kind and patient with helping get my two packages ready for shipping. Time and care was taken to make sure my items were snug and secure in their boxes for a hopefully safer journey to their destination. Thank you!
My name is Akosua. Ive had a box here for almost 8 yrs and never ever had a bad customer service from them once. They have great excellent customer service and always accommodated to my needs.. What surprises me is the store is not a very large store yet They are able to hold onto your mail for long periods of time if you tell them in advance, in case you are traveling. Sometimes Im out of the country for whole year for work, I come back and all mail is packed neat and nice and given to me. I love this store and Ill never go anywhere else. It has this nice family friendly feel to it. All the staff are absolutely great and know me by name. I loved in an apartment and didnt want my mail mix with all the junk mail in apartment mail box, so a friend adviced I opened a ups store mail box which was also ideal for my small business. This is the Best decision I made is opening a box here and getting that nice street name. The best UPS store ever. 👍🏾
I just left this UPS location as I needed to mail packages. As I entered I was bombarded with a very long line. Customers galore. Much to my dismay—they were working with only ONE register. Kim and Melissa were SUPER friendly in explaining the delay AND were able to work as a team to get us impatient customers in and out.Superior customer service displayed today.P.S.—I hope they are able to get the 2nd register fixed.
The staff at this UPS store are exceptional. We have had mailboxes in other cities but this store has the friendlies employees. Ed#2 always greets me when I come by to check my mail box and asked if he can be of help. Melissa took mail from my mailbox if she sees me coming from the parking lot - amazing services! It brightens my day to stop by this UPS store.
The staff at this location has always gone out of the way to prove to me that customer service is their priority. I was having trouble sending a fax today because of the recipient and Teresa tried to get this time sensitive document faxed. She kept after it until her shift was over and guaranteed try again when she begins her next shift. All of the employees here seem to me to put the customers needs first. I am very happy that I opened a box here and have been extremely satisfied since day one. Thank you all very much for the outstanding service.
Poor customer service here and they dont care about your packages. The manager that worked today Feb 23rd to be exact was very non chalant saying the post office just pick up your stuff and theres nothing else they can do after that. The package was mailed on the 13th going to Savannah. It doesnt even take this long for it to get to another state. I mail things from the post office all the time and its 2 days tops so this is not on the post office. He took no responsibility considering thats where the service originated. Poor excuse for a manager if you ask me and needs to be addressed. Theyre on here with these generic responses to customers with 1 star but are not sincere. I dont need a response what I need is for you to hold yourselves accountable for whats paid for and sent out of your store.
Great store. Great people. I have never had a problem with this store. The public has to be aware that you need to be totally aware of what your needs are. Go in the store with package ready or ask for packaging. These people work hard but unfortunately not all people can be pleased. Also, it helps to go into a store with a good open attitude. I personally observed an individual who was being very rude to someone they were talking to on their cell phone. The rudeness went with them to the store employee. Not pleasant.
Unfortunately I was served by Teresa during my visit to the #1564 store to ship a sample to a client. During my visit, I was informed that the padded mailer could be re-taped and shipped without issue.Teresa proceeded to tape the package but the left side was open/exposed. Upon reviewing the package, I asked if she could put a piece of tape on the exposed part so the package could be transmitted securely.She informed me that it would cost $1.85 for the tape needed to secure the package. I responded that I didnt mind paying for the service but this was obviously an error on her side. The package was exposed on the left side. Water or any other liquid could enter the package and cause damage to the inside contents.I told Teresa that I would pay for the tape but would never use UPS again. As the Managing Director of an International Quality Control & Sourcing firm we do a lot of shipping. Both samples and mass production. And even in my business, customer service is #1.Teresa doesnt feel the same and let me know that some stores charge for any tape at all. And I let her know that there are also other stores that do not charge for a sufficient amount of tape to ship a package. Those are the stores my firm and colleagues will utilize in the future; stores like FedEx.
I usually mail my packages out from this location and the staff is usually very friendly but one of the ladies there was totally awful. Not too sure if it was the type of day she was having, but she treated me like I was incompetent which would allot any customer to be defensive to the attitude given. The older service members are very friendly and helpful, but beware of the young brown hair lady that works there. She has horrible customer service and a narcissistic attitude.
I came in around 5:30pm today. The Staff were assisting customers and were helpful. The Staff who assisted me was very helpful and patient. I’m just surprised how an 8lb box going to NJ would cost $24! This is my second time coming here and I would again...just maybe not to mail out a box.
You talk about excellent customer service with a quick response and awesome team this is where I seem to have found it. I went in to drop off something to be sent out and the process was easy and my questions were quickly answered. I have to say this is actually one of the best shipping experiences I’ve ever had with UPS! Thank u for awesome customers service!
Called UPS headquarters spoke to them about my package. Talk to the main branch in my area the told me to go up to this store to pick up the package I just missed the package eariler in the day.. They would not help any further. I told them i followed the right routes and they said we still cannot help any further. Wouldnt even let me talk to the driver. I was in a hurry didnt have my package number but had my photo ID I was told by HQ I would need that to pick up the package. The people at this store didnt want to help. Came back home took a photo of status of ticket with ticket number was going to show them it says to come there and pick it up so i took a screen shot. Went back up there and they were bitter about this situation because their lack of customer serivce showed. The driver however is a godsend and a blessing THANK YOU DRIVER. THIS STORE THEY HAVE A NOW HIRING SIGN I HOPE THEY CAN TRAIN THEM RIGHT.In response to what you said. I explained the situation to the first person I spoke to and ask if he could do me a favor and talk to the driver. He did not want to he gave me a number to call which I said I already called(he told me thats not the way this works it has to check in there and so on and so forth.. he said i could not get my package here) I was very chill at first until you guys failed to listen and even then I wasnt rude. I explained in depth but he had disbelief and I even asked are you saying I have to go behind the store to talk to the driver. He responds saying you can try. Then I am guessing you stepped in. Asked for information I didnt have on me at the time said you couldnt help..I clearly asked your co-worker can you do me a favor and he still hands me a number I already called.. And yeah you guys seemed a little bitter. Sorry if you feel offended.. I clarified with the driver with what I said about the situation when I came in because I know people like to make stuff up. But that employee did not believe anything I said it seemed like.. I wasnt asking for magic just to be heard.. No ones angry at you or the employee that didnt really want to listen I hope. Not once did I say this specific location had my package... Good listening skills Larry.
Go elsewhere for business. This one has bad costumer service, they always have some attitude including manager. Packages get delayed for days even if tracking number says it has been delivered, sometimes I would get a message from ups that my package was in my mailbox which when I arrived clearly it wasnt, there for I had to make an extra trip. They lost 2 of my packages, I have moved to a much better location because this 3780 Old Norcross Rd location is bad, seems to have lazy, rude employees. I can do with out all that child like nonsense
I dropped off a brand new s9 to ups. The lady gave me the wrong return label. Tmobile never got the phone. They claim it was shipped yet no one including them can confirm the package being dropped off. The lady who took my phone looked suspicious. She probably took my phone sold it . I told the manager. She told me it wasnt possible. So Im being charged for a phone that I dont have. They cant tell me nothing. And the ups store claims they have no cameras even though I saw them there. My advice. Dont drop nothing off here unless you have every single piece of paper. They are thieves and you will be like me. Have no help worried and crying because I cant afford to pay for 2 phones plus a bill. I have made many mistakes but going to this store is on the top 5.Follow up: so the package was not mailed/shipped the young lady did in fact steal the package. Ups has offered zero help despite the misleading concern stated under this comment. The lady looked like she was on drugs. I grew up with a crack head. I know how people on drugs look. Now Monday I am going to take the sheriff up there and file a theftt warrant against her. I have to go find out her information. I spent 3 hours on the phone with tmobile was strong by a dang wasp while doing it just to he told the package was not even sent. So ups yall dont steal? Then what happened to my package? Dont worry I will be contacting Clark howard as well as the BBB FILING A COMPLAINT AS WELL AS BLASTING YALL DAILY ON MY SOCIAL MEDIA AND WHEN SHE IS ARRESTED I WILL RELEASE ALL INFORMATION.
Please please do your self a favor to not go at this location. the people there do not care about your time or the time window that you have to deliver your package. They will sell you any thing that you like without disclosing the carrier. Eg: I wanted to send something international..they told me that it will be delivered in 3-5 business days but they didnt say that it would be through USPS but intact i came tp UPS store under impression that i was in good hand of UPS. We didnt get the package yet n when i contacted this office they backed out and kept saying that look at your receipt. you choose it and that why it went to USPS. please ask a question to yourself...given the reputation of USPS will you ever choose it over UPS. booh store n manager...clearly needs to learn business or atlas the disclosure part . and hear it from consumer agency soon.
Holy cow, the manager here needs to be fired! I needed to mail a small package, I have a UPS account. He was out of the free UPS boxes and made me PAY for a box to send my stuff! How is it my fault that he is out of boxes, it is a UPS STORE isnt it? Very disappointing and I will never go back.
Go to another location or better yet, just ship your package USPS. I went to this location to ship a package; the guy says if thats a phone Im not shipping it until you get a lithium battery label. I call UPS to find out where I can get such label and they tell me the Doraville hub usually has them or a local UPS store. The lady advises me to go to another store; so I go to another store and the rep has a drawer full of labels. Im still given a hard time about the label, even though UPS told me the stores supply the label.
I had a good experience with one of the employee at this store. Her name is Teresa, she was very patient to help me notarize my document and ship it to my destination country.I had to change my address 3 or 4 times for same package, she was patient enough to change my address and help me ship the package.thanks Teresa
Had a weird exp at this location. It was crowded and only 1 staff working. I asked for 1 piece of paper to be print out and first he mentioned it would cost $.15 at the machine and told me it would charge higher from behind the counter. I informed him i dont have cash on me and would the machine accept card payment? He didnt answer that but than asked how many pages do i need print out for i told him just 1 from my flash drive. He said he will just do it for me as in (like when some1 says dont worry about it i will take care of it -free) i was in a way happy thinking he is being kind to just get me 1 single b/w copy, and i was having a similar discussion with customer behind me, but when when he came back with my paper he charged $1 for 1 single b/w page printout. I didnt argue since the line was getting long and i didnt wanted to create a scene for a $ value
Super super terrible customer service here, make couple copies there, really not clear to see the numbers for my Id copies, because I used it for department, I don’t wanna get some troubles, so I ask them make a clear one for-me please . They refused . I paid my money for a clear copy , not blurry . Just like you go some restaurants, the food is non tasty, but you can’t get any customer service for fresh one.
Store was not open on time waited an hour and seven minutes with my three year old daughter. No apology was granted from the staff. The lady Teresa was rude and unapologetic. I asked for the owner Larry and the only thing he did was apol Give he wasnt sincere and he didnt ask to assist me. I was paying $70.00 for a mailbox . These people are rude and inconsiderate of people time. Dont go here!!!
I live in Bahamas, my son EXPRESS shipped a part for my oven through this UPS store, the rep at the store put it down as a car part.And the Cutoms department in my country, is with holding because of the MISTAKE she made when writing descriptions for shipping my part.I need to be reimburse for EXPRESS SHIPPING $138.

2022-05-14Today is Saturday 05/19/22 at 1:30 pm.I left this store today about 30 minutes ago.I assume this place UPS sends shipments to Amazon because I’ve been to this store previously to do this.Well the girl at the counter seemed clueless and she delayed the process after having no clue as to what label to use! I asked to speak with a manager, who said one label is used. Why did it take a manager to solve this very very very simple issue?Amazon usually figures out the labels once the box is shipped to them.The girl at the counter printed the stickers and I asked her how much I owe, and she said nothing.Please put more confident, knowledgeable people at your counter!

2022-06-07I hate Ups with a passion. The online service is so janky. I have to go through a whole s**t show process every time i want to log in to modify my delivery. I can never get in touch with anyone over the phone and when i do it’s someone who barely speaks English. So how can they help me??? Then because the online service is absolute trash I had to pay just to have my package sent to a pickup location over the phone. Like come on we’re in 2022 UPDATE THE SITE. I wish i could choose a different service when ordering online. I have never had a good experience with this service.

2021-06-05Just the best and easiest. They are always super conscious of your time, and more friendly at this location than just about any customer service out there. So often we forget that we are the customers and paying for services and should be treated as such. Larry and his team always exceed that and the prices are so fair. Notary services for two documents was $6. In-out and they can prepare the envelope and ship it for you. I would drive out of my way to come to this location. Every time I come here it seems to be for some off the wall obscure service and they always handle it. It’s not just for dropping off boxes, they do so much more and are knowledgeable about it.

2022-08-11Update: A formal complaint has been filed with the BBB against this location. AMAZON pays this location like all other UPS stores to ship a consumers product back to AMAZON. However, this location has been charging customers $1.00 to PRINT off ONE piece of PAPER which is (the return) label. AMAZON has been alerted and stated they will investigate. Real SAD! These are violations of CONSUMER LAW.HORRIBLE EMPLOYEE. SHE WAS A MANAGER I ASSUME WORKING TODAY 7/20/22. SHE WAS AN OLDER WOMAN. Furthermore, she TRIED TO OVERCHARGE ME FOR COPIES. REAL SAD!Melody and Yessy EMPLOYEES, UPS store. ARE great employees.

2022-07-18Not understanding why there are three employees on staff but the store closes for lunch. Sign on the door reads we are closed for lunch 12:30-1pm, but it’s 1:10 and we are still waiting. Why would everyone take lunch at the same time 🤔

2020-06-24This my local Ups Store, and I come here a few times weekly. I was in Monday to ship some items for work, and Marius helped me.I had to have documents sent for work. Not only did they arrive on time, but my boss gave me a promotion! I had to come here and show some appreciation for Marius. This isn’t the first time he has helped me. Once he helped my pregnant wife with a large item from her car for drop off!Most of the time when I come into the store I see him working hard. I have seen him go that extra mile for multiple customers while I wait in line. It’s extremely busy when I go in usually, and to see him handle a line of customers is nothing short of amazing.I know people only do reviews on the bad stuff that happens, but I had to highlight and recommend coming into the Ups Store to see Marius. He is truly a treasure, and an asset to this location. I have been to different locations with rude staff members, and I don’t plan on going back to those other locations. I hope his team appreciates him, and the hard work he exhibits is truly valued. So long as Marius is there I will continue to take my business specifically to this store!
