Update 3/29/2022:I’ve owned this new Genesis GV80 for less than three weeks now and needless to say the service department leaves much to be desired on customer service. The first visit three days into owning the car, I brought to their attention that my rear driver side reverse light was out and was told verbatim “someone needs to pay for it, sales or warranty” by the service advisor who then told me to go inside and get with Sales to see how it should be handled. The GM was onsite at the time and took care of the concern right away. The second visit was today (3/29/2022) because my driver side seatbelt is not working properly. It does not recoil every time and often has slack in the feed which is not legally safe to drive with (see picture). I showed the service manager the fully pulled out seatbelt upon my arrival that would not go back in and his only response was “you have to make an appointment” and sent me inside to the cashier to make an appointment. The first appointment is 3 days out with me driving the vehicle in myself or 17 days out if I use concierge service. Then the cashier reiterated that it’s likely the part to fix may need to be ordered which would be another delay. The service manager after having spoken to me went right back to standing around conversing with his crew whom were standing around the desk doing much of nothing. Won’t be visiting this dealership again and will take my business elsewhere to a service center that actually cares about customer service.Original review:This Hyundai dealership has a superb Sales and Finance team that do not apply too much pressure during a sale and make the experience rather enjoyable. Very fair when it comes to trade-in values and sale pricing on new vehicles. One star removed for a one-off concern with the Service department, which was quickly resolved and should be a non-issue moving forward. Will personally do business here again and would recommend them to others.Note: My experience pertains to Genesis of Lithia Springs, which is one in the same with the Hyundai dealership.
Well I left my coupon at home so I had to go home to get it. After telling Jasmine ??? that, she said it was ok for me to go home and retrieve it. I did that and the service to my vehicle still did not take long. The rep, Joshua, made me feel at home. My vehicle is driving much much better since it was serviced. The workers did an excellent job!!! The service reps are very friendly, they all came to me asking if I had already been helped. Good team work!!
Mrs Williams is always ready and willing to render her services as soon as I pull up! I really appreciate that! Other locations your siting and waiting in your car just to be acknowledged! She is always friendly pleasant with a great attitude and spirit. She is a great asset to the customer service experience here ! DONT LET HER LEAVE!
I purchased my 2017 Hyundai in 2017 brand new with only 8 miles on it. My car is not even 5 years yet and it’s starting to fade and peel away. This is very unacceptable. I tried contacting Hyundai dealership and was told my warranty is expired. Meanwhile I am still paying on this vehicle. They have gotta do something about it. I m not happy at all.
This is one of the best service dealerships in Georgia, that being said they are usually booked for service weeks in advance! But fortunately you can get serviced a little earlier if you get there in the early early mornings Monday through Friday. Quick service, awesome workers (especially the cute one with the glasses in service department) I highly recommend!
I have been dealing with Thornton Road Hyundai for 3 years. I have never dealt with a company that has upset and frustrated me more. There is NO/poor communication within the company and with their customers. I would recommend you avoid dealing with them. My last experience is typical. I scheduled an oil change/tire rotation/detailing. The soonest I could get in was about 6-7 weeks. Took it in and told them the services I was there for. They said it was done and I asked if they detailed it. (I had it listed as scheduled service, it was listed on my multiple reminders and I told her when I checked in). She looked at me as if I were speaking Russian. Off she went to “speak with someone “. Came back and said they would wash outside and vacuum driver’s side. I asked that they also vacuum rear area. (I do not consider this detailing but was willing to settle for it). Then the dealership manager came to speak with me. We have had extensive dealings in the past. Said he would take care of things. Woman came out at 11 and said it would be 30 min. At 11:30 dealership manager came out and said it would be 45 minutes. By then I was done. He said he misunderstood what I wanted for “detailing” and was doing an extensive cleaning. I explained I wanted it washed and cleaned inside. They brought it out to me. It was wet, but still very dirty and nothing done inside. Bottom line dealership manager said to get it detailed anywhere I chose and he would reimburse me the cost. I appreciate the resolution but not the aggravation and frustration I dealt with on a simple service appointment.
A salesman approached me he was very very nice. I asked about the Hyundais and Hondas and he was able to answer all my questions. Theyre a lot is kind of small yet they do have a few nice vehicles out there for you to view. If you want a certain car they will find it and have it shipped to the location. The gentleman was very informational, neatly dressed and friendly
My car has been at the service lot for 6 weeks now waiting on a transmission to be installed. My car has a 10 year 100,000 mile warranty. No one has made an effort to contact me on the progress of the fix until 6 weeks later to tell me they are sorry they forgot about my car being on the lot. I do not recommend this place and if I could give it zero Star I would. 6 weeks of walking to work and Ubers. Do not ever expect to get meh customer service here. Its not happening. Give us our car back.
Saw online price of a new car, but upon visiting this dealership was advised that the online price did not include an up charge for the chip shortage we are apparently facing in supplying new cars. I was very frustrated to learn that the up charge was 6900 and this put the car I was interested in out of my budget. I was ready to leave however my sales guy (Don Styles) asked me what he could do to earn my business. I told him that I couldn’t afford payments over 450. I was reluctant but he brought several other employees to advise me and I eventually was assured they thought they could make it work and they needed to run my credit. After a few back and forth negotiations, Don advised me that his mgr Ryan Dixon was going to make this happen. I had my trade appraised as well. I did tell my salesman that I needed new brakes on my car. I left the dealership on a Friday with an appointment to come back to sign paperwork. That Monday I was to come back after work to sign the final paperwork but on my way to work my brakes made noise and I was uncomfortable driving it from work to the dealership to finalize my purchase. They allowed me to tow the car to the dealership saying it was not a problem. When I got to the dealership I waited over two hours to meet with the finance manager to sign the paperwork. When I finally met with him it took no longer than 10 minutes to tell me there’s was confusion that the car we spoke about could not be purchased for the 450 monthly payment as originally promised and they also tried to sell me a lesser cost car than agreed upon. When I stood my ground and was a stern that I wasn’t paying anymore than 450 as agreed upon Brody (the finance manager) called me disrespectful. I have paperwork with the vin number of the car that was promised along with my signature of the agreed upon monthly payment. Thornton Road dealership still has my car and are dragging their feet having this towed back to me. I would have never towed it to them in the first place, if they hadn’t assure me earlier that everything was fine. This is a dealership that is dishonest in their representation of and online price and is a dealership that does not stand by there word!!! Please don’t try to buy a car here.
One of the most unprofessional places to go to for car trouble. No ones available to pick up the phone half of the time, with no voicemail option. Also circled back and forth between the Service Department, the receptionist, etc. and have continued to be passed around to the wrong staff person to talk to. Dealt with an incompetent employee to schedule an appointment for my towed vehicle (which I thoroughly explained). Not only was the appointment time incorrectly scheduled, but was then told the next day that towed vehicles have a 2 month waiting period. Tried to get in touch with a manager to talk about these issues and see how we can work together to do better, but I couldnt even reach them after being tossed around between 3-4 people in the wrong departments. I would not waste your time here.
I have been coming to Thornton Road Hyundai since 2013. I have never had as many issues getting my car service as I have experience since Jenkins have taken over the dealership. But after speaking with Ms. Williams I had a change of heart about the service department. Although things were not great Ms. Williams made sure that I was comfortable and compensated for my troubles. I realize we are all human and sometimes we are not perfect but they strive to do what is right.
I took my car in for service Monday, January 17, 2022. Today is January 25, 2022. I’ve not received any information on car diagnostics despite calling multiple times and being left on hold for 20 minutes or more each time. I just called again, and the person who answered the call in the service department hung up on me after I said, “Hi. I’m trying to get information on my car. I’ve called several times.” Clearly, it’s time to go to the dealership. At one time this dealership was an outstanding establishment with a top notch service department. I’ve purchased two cars from them but never again.
HORRIBLE SERVICE. I called in for an oil change (mind you it is February) I’ve been told my earliest date for an available appointment is JUNE. Not 1 month, not 2 months not 3 months not 4 months but over 5 months wait for AN OIL CHANGE. Choose any other location- one in another state may be able to service you better than this store. Ridiculous.
At this point, Im completely frustrated with this dealership. My car has been gone for over 3 weeks now. No consistent updates and put on hold every time I called with no callback, until I called corporate. With my only means of transportation being at their dealership, no one has helped with getting a loaner. Someone was supposed to call me back to reserve a rental through the dealership, and Im still waiting on that call days later. Im over it
They start out talking good. But when they found out we had already been financed by a credit union oh how things changed they went on the car when wanted use to get a used car with 16 thousand plus miles for 35,000. Why not a new car. Only if I finance with them. Then I ask are you going to give me the 1.9 rate that I have now. Only if I put down 5k. I said not and bye.
I called to make an appointment after seeing a listing online of a vehicle I wanted to test drive and probably buy. I called, asked about this ONE SPECIFIC vehicle. The online sales female I spoke to made the appointment for two days later, and even called me the evening before to confirm it. Well, I show up at the appointment time. I was handed off to a VERY nervous gentleman who I told I was there to see that ONE CAR. He got up to speak to the manager, came back, and informed me that not only had they sold that car quite awhile ago, they didnt have ANY CARS OF THAT MAKE AND MODEL AT ALL. So, I drove more than an hour (I live over 50 miles away) for a confirmed appointment to see ONE CAR, which they havent had for months. THIS IS A BAIT AND SWITCH DEALERSHIP. I strongly do not recommend this place.
The Service Center has problems communicating so if youre waiting on a repair you will need to physically come to the shop to get a status on your car. Dont waste your time being bounced around the call tree, I have called while standing in front of the staff to see how they respond to inquires of repair status; they do not prioritize these types of calls. The office staff is overwhelmed with the amount of repairs and are not aware of much of anything outside of gathering information and accepting cars for repairs. The front office appears unorganized so getting an accurate status on your repair will be difficult. Inquires into the repair details are met with hostility and confusion due to their lack of organization. The service center does not have loaner vehicles. These guys had my car for ~165 days. I hope I never have to use this service center again. I will never purchase a Hyundai again.
Was hesitant on completing a review. However , this has been the worst experience while dealing with a car dealership. Towed my car to Hyundai the last week of November. Car wasn’t able to get a diagnostic appt until January 11th. On that date , it was pushed to the next day January 12th. Results came back that engine would need to be replaced. I got a call from the customer relations manager stating paperwork would be sent over to attempt to get the engine replaced. I have gotten the run around every time that I call to this location to get an update on paperwork . Today I was on the phone for 30 minutes to no avail. Multiple ppl answered the phone only to be placed on hold and transferred multiple times. Was told that Joy was no longer employed there a few weeks ago and had a new sales advisor only to call today and be told that she’s back and is my advisor. It’s frustrating to say the least. Just paid my 3rd car note , with no car. No loaner vehicle. Nothing. A better system should be in place for situations like this. A complete disappointment.
I went here on August 17, 2021 for a recall and that was fixed but I had another problem. I was told that my part would be in within 3-4 business days and I swiped my card for $1723 to fix my other problem (a turbocharger). I never received a proactive update originally from anyone at this company. Ive had to call every single time to get updates. It is March 2022 and I still dont have my part or a recent update of when it will arrive. I was told by Josh the service manager he would personally update me the first time. He never called me. I emailed the manager and the owner in November.They never replied to my email when I said hey I really dont trust the way this is working please let me know what to do to transfer my part. The jokes on them because I actually want to trade this car in but I will never buy anything else from them again if this is how they treat you for a $1700 part (which Im starting to think I was over charged for).I have tried their chat feature where they say someone will get back to you. They always close it out and even when I ask for a copy they dont send anything. I have even said I will end this chat when I receive a copy of this conversation and it always ends with operator has closed the chat. Ive taken screenshots every time.I did at some point received updates from Trisha but thats not happened since December 1.Yesterday I reached out via phone but was put on hold and never helped. Then I got on chat to request a refund since I gave them money for the part I was never updated on or received. I was told I would be replied to by end of day (which was 9pm EST) Nothing. No reply.I emailed owner and general manager again. I did finally receive information from them and was able to process a refund.I am aware EVERYTHING is slower/delayed but having no updates at all unless asked for is not acceptable.I do my best to only leave negative reviews when they are warranted (feel free to check my review history) but I would give the service and customer service zero stars at this point if I could but I cant go so I give them a one with how many times Ive been blatantly lied to. I did go back and add in a star since they did eventually contact me back after my second email.I figured it will be easy to get my bank to refund this even though its been 7 months since not even the owner or the sales manager reply to me. I dont have the part or an update on it. $1700 isnt a cup of coffee. I only spent that much because I was told the part would be on within 4 business days originally.Be mindful of this when youre deciding to spend money on a car from them...in case anything ever gets messed up and needs to be serviced or fixed.
This may be a bit long but it’s worth the read.Up until the last few months I have enjoyed Hyundai. However, getting my car serviced has been a nightmare. My AC went out in February and I took the earliest appointment which was April 14. I was running 30 minutes late and let the dealer know, they told me if I’m more than 15 minutes late they have to reschedule, Ofcourse I went anyways. When I got there I spent over 30 minutes sitting in a line of cars to enter the service bay. It has now been 5 days (and counting) since i dropped my car off for a 1 hour A/C diagnostic and have not received an update despite numerous calls to get ahold of someone. After waiting they take my number and say they will call back but fail to do so. obviously being a few minutes late wasn’t going to change what they were doing as 5 days later it seems my car hasn’t been touched. I can’t imagine how upset I would be if I owned a $70,000 Genesis and received Hyundai’s poor standard of service.Other than service, Hyundai in general still an unreliable brand. My A/C went out well before 100,000 miles, my fiancés 5 year old car has paint peeling (a common Hyundai issue they refuse to fix) and my best friends car had his motor blow at 113,000 miles and is still sitting in a service bay after 4 months.
I wish I could leave zero stars. This is by far the WORST experience I have ever had with customer service in 45 years. My cars transmission went out April 23rd and it is under a Hyundai warranty which means I must use a dealer. Initially I towed the car to the dealer and was told they couldnt look at it without an appointment... the first available appointment was May 17th. I scheduled the appointment and was told there was a possibility it could be sooner. I got a call on May 15th which seemed promising that my car was being looked at and they would let me know more that week. I called on the 17th and left a message. I left 3 additional messages that week with no response. The following week I finally got my service advisor Ms. Williams after asking to speak to the manager and she claimed I was next in line (this was one week after my appointment) and hurried me off the call. A few days went by and I continued to call; sit on hold and leave messages. The service manager, John, finally answered my call to explain that my car did in fact need a transmission on May 31st. I asked how long it would take to get it replaced and he explained two more weeks because he had to get the warranty company to inspect/approve and then order the part and then replace. One week later a different service advisor called to explain my car needed a new transmission and the service tech needed permission to replace it... WTH is going on here??? All in all Ive left 10 messages with no returned calls. I have only been able to get someone to answer a call live 2 times out of 12. When I do get someone live I dont get answers. They have had my car for almost 2 months and I am still not sure when I will get it back. I should also mention that I left a message for the General Manager and did not get a returned call and the operator laughed at me when I broke down in frustration because no one would call me back. The phrase I keep hearing from the operators is no problem... well, let me be clear this has been nothing but problems... a nightmare in fact. I am hoping to get my car back soon. In the meantime, I would avoid using this dealer if possible.
Horrible experience trying to schedule service appointment for two issues that are most likely connected to the 4 recalls on my vehicle. I was on hold for total of 3 calls and 24 minutes, which was answered by various people who put me back on hold. When I finally got someone, who didn’t know my car’s issues that I had already told 3 other people, she said she didn’t have an appointment available until the end of July!!!!!! I called another dealership, talked with one person who immediately scheduled me to come in this Friday. I’m DONE with this dealership.
Was there walking around with fiance.. Was ready to purchase a car.One person said hello, very nice young lady. She was with customer so she couldnt help us which was totally understandable. . Several other sales people walking around with no one. Not one of them came to see if they could help us. Guess we were not fitting inI loved my exoerience at Kia in Columbus Ohio. Terrible service department! Incompetent and inconsiderate. We have 3 Hyundai vehicles- 2 Genesis and one Sonata. Requested a simple brake inspection on my GV80 that they claim they completed but didn’t (my brakes continue to squeak but they were interested in determining root cause). In another instance, my husband is waiting on a part that no one can seem to get an update on, for weeks. Not qualified to work on Genesis and won’t take our Sonata.
I wish I could give this dealership negative stars. The customer service is beyond horrible. Mediocre at best. I dropped my car off in January due to a failed engine. It took one month just to get the diagnostic! Hyundai told us they would replace the engine, but that we could not get a rental until the engine was received. Hyundai finally received all of the parts for the engine and told us that a rental would be available March 18th at 10am. It is March 24th, and still no rental. No updates either. I also checked online to see if another rental location had any cars available and of course they did! I think Hyundai is trying to replace my engine without having to pay for the rental. This is absolutely ridiculous. Ive been without transportation for 4 months now, no thanks to Hyundai. Whenever I call, I ask for a specific person, get transferred to different people and then get disconnected! Even in-person the customer service is trash. I will NEVER buy another Hyundai again!
Unfortunately, I have to drive to Smyrna to get actual service. Some of the people here are genuinely kind but overwhelmed. However, I had a terrible experience at the scheduling/service window inside. Go elsewhere. Ed Voyles in Smyrna and Rick Case of Duluth are just as busy, but have excellent customer service!
The worst Hyundai service center in the Atlanta area. I don’t have the energy to type out my experience since December (it’s now April and my car has finally been fixed). Just know that I live 10 miles from this location and 20 miles from the next Hyundai dealership and I will gladly inconvenience myself by traveling in extra traffic. I will never come here again. Not even to take advantage of the free oil change that was given to me as an apology for the horrible service. I’d rather pay somewhere else.
My car been here since July 2021. No updates no emails. They dont call you back. Its ridiculous. The absolute worse experience I had with a dealership pertaining to a recall. Yall get my car back and they lied to corporate about when I brought my car in. Moral of story dont bring g your vehicle here. And if Ms. Williams is your service provider. I pray for you. But guess what God got me.
I went to Thornton Road Hyundai today to help my friend buy a car. I was very impressed with Paul Gilyard and Joel Iwanskis knowledge of their product and service. They went above and beyond to help my friend and get her the vehicle she wanted within her budget. Both Paul Gilyard and Joel Iwanski have not just sold one car today but potentially way more because I plan on spreading the word about what a wonderful experience we had...I will definitely keep them in mind for my next vehicle purchase!
Fraud alert these people lie, do not trust Josh Singleton especially, I have been mistreated & lied to for the last 4 months. I will be filing a complaint with BBB. No one should go thru the lies that I have been thru. Wish I could leave negative stars for these people. Car not available after test drive, credit run, contract signed, trade in completed, only can’t delivery til next day because car need to go through inspection & prep. 4 months later after being promised will make it right and another car on order find out they just lie & dragging me along for nothing. STAY AWAY, all Liars from sales, managers to the owner, STAY AWAY.
I’m so upset even writing this, worst service department! I took my car months ago to get it fixed. First said knocking sensor, got that fixed. Went back because the engine light came back on, had to replace the knocking sensor again because it wasn’t reading properly according to them. Got that fixed for the second time. Went back in for the 3rd time because of the same problem(keep in mind this back to back within a month) they said now that it was the engine. They were going to send paperwork to get approved to Hyundai. My car was there 3 months, no one could give me a rental, everytime I called they said they would call me back. Had to go to the dealership about 3 times to go see exactly what was going on because I kept leaving messages without a call back. Never was able to speak to a supervisor or manager every time I went because they were off that day. I mean is like they never go to work cause I went multiple times. Finally went to speak to a manager they said Hyundai denied the paperwork for the engine because of my miles, they knew my mileage in advance why have my car for 3 months they should had inform me that in advance. They always say they are short staff but honestly that is just an excuse. Please go to another place but here!
The salesman did not act interesting in help me with a purchase.(pre approved by my Credit Union) He lied and said vehicle was sold that I wanted. I left there and went down the street and was sold a vehicle that evening and drove it home. We bought two vehicles in last two years there. This left a very bad taste in my mouth for them. No more business for them from my family.
Thornton Rd Hyundai Dealership made buying a new car a very positive experience. Paul Gilyard and Joel Iwanski are both extremely professional, friendly, and very laid back. The price that I accepted for my 2022 Kona SEL was very fair and reasonable. There was no pressure and as a single women, I felt very comfortable. I am extremely happy with my purchase, recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new car, and will definitely be back in the future when it is time to buy again.
I called about a model Id seen on their website that was listed as on sale for $24K. By the time Id talked to a sales manager to arrive at the OTD price, the car became $31K (paperwork also listed the original MSRP, not the sales price. The manager just glazed over that point when I brought it up).The Jenkins Package killed the deal for me. At close to $6K, it was putting this vehicle above what I was comfortable paying. I indicated that I understood what it was, but I didnt want it. They used a lot of fear-mongering to upsell this warranty which I also didnt appreciate.On their website in fine print, it indicates the Jenkins package is $2,863. So why was I quoted just under $6K?Their most significant selling point on the Jenkins is that most other dealers mark up their prices to account for this type of service. Its not true in my experience. I called another dealership with lower doc fees (Thornton Road is at the HIGHEST end of the spectrum) and no Jenkins fee equivalent. The OTD price on an even nicer model was still lower than what Thornton quoted me over the phone.

In 2020, when the car had 65,000 miles, the car had a problem with oil consumption, we arrived at the thornton road dealer. This dealership recommended that we come in every 1000 miles for an oil check level 5 times. Our oil was being consumed about a 1/4 gallon every 1000 miles and they refused to help. They said to come back in half a year. We started in May 2021, we started the consumption oil test again and finished in August, and all this time when we came to measure the oil, we had lost a lot more oil for every 1000 miles and after that we waited 4 months for an answer, but no one gave us one. They did not answer and we decided to call the thornton rd dealership to find out the status they told us we need to pass the last check up. In November, we brought the car, left it at the dealership, the car stood there for almost 3 weeks. They told us the test was ready and there was no problem, they found the car in good condition, they seemed to have added only 0.3 qt. This is a hoax, they wrote a wrong number in response, they wrote less. They falsification of documents just to not fix the car with their warranty. Highly wouldn’t recommend coni to this dealership if you expect to use your warranty anytime in the future.
Manager Nakeisha Bailey, super unprofessional and unorganized. Left me 2 voicemails in reference to a job. I call back to the ext. that she left. However, she didn’t even remember who I was or that she even called me. I had to repeat my name like 4x. After being on the phone for 3min. of her thinking I was a customer, I refreshed her memory (didn’t think I’d have to do that if you called me twice and left voicemails & me repeatedly saying my name) I just got frustrated and hung up. I’d never work under anyone so incompetent. No wonder they have high turnover.
My car was in need of an oil change and new rear break pads. I’m not happy to be out during this pandemic but since I am required to work, I need a working vehicle. This is my 3rd visit to this Hyundai. Unfortunately every visit is same. Lack luster customer service (Ms. Williams always seems stressed), and super long service times.I’ve never understood businesses that request you make an appointment then proceed to take your time for granted. I showed up for my appointment at 9:45 am, and was asked if I’d wait for my vehicle. Since I was only having two services performed I said I’d wait. I’ve been told by my service agent that they can’t provide shuttle service. So I waited, and waited and waited. During the wait time my service agent checked in on me once, assuring me that they were almost done with my vehicle. An hour and a half after that I decided to head to her desk and ask her for an update. I can see my suspended car missing the back tires.My agent sees me waiting outside the garage and she says something to the service tech that supposed to be working on my car, yet he’s working on another vehicle. She comes and tells me that it shouldn’t be much longer. Frustrated but friendly I mentioned that I’d been waiting for over 3 hours. She points to the service tech that is actively on another vehicle with someone who looks like an insurance agent. So I approached him and asked when my car would be ready, as I see he’s working on a car that came in after mine( it wasn’t in the garage when I pulled in), and I again mentioned the elapsed time. He turns to me and says it could be another 30-40 mins because he’s working on multiple cars.I completely understand that we as a country are in an unprecedented time and everyone should be working with patience and understanding; however you need to clearly communicate that although I have an appointment slot, there is a high chance that my services will be delayed. Do not have customers show up at a designated time, only to have them waiting for service from a tech that’s working on multiple cars simultaneously. That’s both irresponsible and dangerous. That leaves room for errors in my opinion.I finally got my check out paperwork at 1:32 pm. I requested that the service manager and/or the general manager contact me, as they were both unavailable at the time (a sales meeting behind closed doors).This particular dealership will no longer get anymore of my valuable time or money. Come here to shop or get service at your own risk!!!
The absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! They Dont ever have anyone who can come to the phone to answer questions. You can leave a message but you will NOT receive a phone call back. I drove 2 hours to this location because no one can get on the phone. No surprise!!!! No one knows anything!!!! 🤦🏼♀️ Its mind-blowing that NO ONE at this location knows what is going on!!!!
Entire staff was very accommodating throughout entire buying process. At no point was I ever pressured or rushed. They did not have the vehicle I initially came in looking for but allowed me to find something better. The overall experience has me considering becoming a long term Genesis owner. Goodbye German cars. LOL Oh and how can I forget, finance department was able to lower my monthly considerably with a in store rebate! Nothing like lower lease payments
Based on other reviews and my call to the service department yesterday, 01/13/2022, my expectation is very low for anything to be resolved. But you, dear consumer, deserve to know that if you purchase your vehicle from this dealership on Thornton Rd., you will be a customer with no service.No need to tell the story because nothing will happen!!!
I have just purchased my 3 vehicle from Thornton Road Hyundai. I had a terrible experience with my 2nd vehicle purchased there, and swore I wouldnt go back. I received a call asking if I wanted to sell my 2019 Santa Fe XL I thought why not go see what they can offer me. There had been a whole new change in staff from when I purchased my previous vehicle there. WOW, what a difference it was. My salesman was AMAZING, he took the time to listen to what I wanted, didnt pressure me, and he was very knowledgeable about their inventory. The entire atmosphere was relaxing and not stressful. Every one of the staff that I encountered was so polite, friendly and happy. I am glad that I took the time to give Thornton Road Hyundai another shot at my business, it was worth it to me and I would most definitely recommend this dealership. Took 3 hours for an oil change. I stayed in the lobby and was never notified, that it would take such a long time. I also requested diagnostics on my brakes - this wasnt completed and I was told to make another appointment.I understand and can appreciate that the location was understaffed however I was not forewarned.
Terrible experience, the staff are constantly ringing the car sirens to locate vehicles, the inside is dirty with ripped drywall and missing paint, and the sales associate was far too aggressive. We wanted to look at a few options and before we even looked at a car she had us filling out paperwork to approve a credit check. This is after we told her we did not want to buy that same day. Afterwards she asked us 2 questions about the car styles we liked and left for 10 minutes to go talk to other staff members. At one point we saw her leave the building. No one checked on us or told us what was happening so we just walked right out without even looking at a car.
I took my car in to the service department last Friday 11/12/21 because the engine had been making a ticking noise. I have always gotten my routine maintenance done. When I took my car in for its regular maintenance recently I mentioned my car having a ticking noise. They did an oil change and an engine flush and the sound was still happening. They told me it’s probably the engine and told me to take it to the dealership because it should still be under warranty. So I took it to Thornton rd Hyundai last Friday and explained all of this to them. I was told that I had to leave my car with them and they had to submit everything to see if it will be covered under the cars warranty. I was told they could not give me a rental car until this happened. I have tried reaching out to them Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday for some kind of update on my vehicle. I’m placed on hold for prolonged amounts of time and nobody ever comes to the phone. I’ve left a message for a return call and nobody calls. I’ve sent multiple messages to the number I was given specifically for asking questions and not gotten a response. Had to go to the ER Thursday and find someone else to take me because of course I have no vehicle. As I write this review on Friday the 19th I’m CURRENTLY on hold. It’s been 40 minutes and nobody has picked up to help me from the service department. The lack of customer service has me infuriated and I highly suggest you take your vehicle elsewhere because they truly do not care.
I needed my car serviced and I did not have an appointment. Ms. Williams was very nice and upfront by stating that it would take awhile because there were 3 cars ahead of mine. I advised that I was ok with it because I needed the service and was willing to wait. I did not want to reschedule for Tuesday because I already had plans.She and the service team are wo6nderful. My car is running with great efficiency. I am pleased and will be back in 6 to 8 months.
I am so happy to he a customer of Thornton Road Hyundai! Customer service is unmatched, service is swift, impeccable and precise. The facility is roomy (although more electronic outlets could be available) and everyone is friendly and asks about your health. I travel to this location instead of the one closer to me just because of the experience!
1/12/12 service was terrible. I pulled up and wasn’t greeted until 20 minutes later while having a newborn in the car with me. Raushanah or Carla (however you spell her name) finally came to me and asked me what services I need I only needed one new back tire but asked for their opinion if I needed it patched or a new one. I asked her how long the wait was she told me an hour!!!!! One turned into two hours, still no one has approached me about the opinion of my tire my car was just sitting there. I got there at 11:30 am and didn’t leave the dealership until 6:30 pm all while having a newborn baby …which is ridiculous!!! Ohhhh and they suggested I get 4 new tires and Raushanah or Carla (whatever her name was) said oh here’s this brochure you can get approved for all your tires just apply and you only pay $40 today. So I applied because I was low on money, applying was a whole process!!! My fiancé and I told her we got approved for $590 what’s next , she was acting so clueless and didn’t know what to say. Come to find out they charge you $90 fee for the program and a down payment!!!!! She didn’t once say anything about those two extra prices. We ended up having an invoice for over $700 dollars close to $800 just for tires. In customer service you need to be straight up with people and let them know all the prices!!! No where on that paper or the application did it say anything about extra fees that day. I will never again step foot in that dealership!!! This is actually the second time I was let down, never again. Go somewhere else, I’m warning you all.
I’m exhausted. My Hyundai has been in the service department for over a month and there are no updates on my car even being diagnosed let alone repaired. It’s expensive to pay out of pocket for a rental car, plus my car payment/ insurance and no one seems to care. CURRENTLY on hold and it’s been 15 minutes and counting. I’m going to lose my car if this continues and corporate is telling me to “wait”. I will never use this service department again. Just throw the whole Hyundai away smh
Had to purchase a wheel (rim and tire) for a 2021 Tucson after my wife hit something and bent the rim blowing the tire. When called to come in and get it put on the parts dept. had the information as it being ordered that day and not delivered! If it wasnt for John in the service dept. I would have been there all day. John had to go into the system and show parts that the wheel was there, track it down and finally get it balanced and installed for me. So my 4 out of 5 stars is more for John than the dealership itself. It would have been 5/5 but the parts dept. screwed that up. Thanks again John.
I wouldn’t use this dealership. If it was the very LAST dealership on the planet. They took my car in for an oil change. Botched the oil change. Kept my car 2 months. Did a terrible repair. Then when I got a new oil change the new Hyundai dealership recognized the rigged work they did. Then they refused blame. Left me with a $4k bill. While there they admitted a service tech destroyed a new genesis engine and had to replace it. Go here at your own risk. But this dealership should be ashamed to even try and work on anyone’s vehicle.Also as noted below. Now you want us to reach out. It was both you and your service managers response was good luck your on your own. So I’m good. No need to now want to talk about the situation. Let this review be a lesson for others. For those who want a kind caring and competent service department. Rick Case Hyundai Amazing people amazing service. But avoid this place like the Black Plague. I would like to thank Leonard the manager of the service department for getting me taken care of on Saturday with my issue involving my car. Thanks to all the staff that helped get the ball rolling in repairing my vehicle and the ones who replaced my engine. I appreciate it.
Very disappointed with the service department. I had my hyundai santa fe 2017 towed in at this lication & I was told 2 weeks for my car to be done. I have called twice its been 3 weeks. I was told today it could be way longer because cars ahead of me were there for 2 months. Why would you misquote in the first place if I had know I would have not given my car there.I strongly recommend not to go this dealership service department.Nobody is answering me right when i call. Nobody is telling me how long is gonna be.ill add to my experience here after the above mentioned wait. as per the response i got i called the dealership to talk to the person who reached out to me. but apparently they were not even in state. i got the next best person who apologized and promised to give a call back to tell me what is the hold up with my car. i never got a call back.finally few days ago I went ahead and towed out my car from that location. and just to find my car from their parking lot they took an hour. and they claimed that they could look into my car for me in few more days. I am not falling for that again. i towed it out because i waited far too long already.I didnt understand the part where I was reached out by someone from the dealership and they were not even here to come to the phone.if only there was some kind of negative marking or stars i could give to this locations service.
Hesitant to go bc of bad reviews on site but they had the car we wanted. Ask for Niejah Carr & she will make it worth your time. The car we wanted was on the lot but had just been traded in so we had to leave it to be cleaned & for a safety inspection. She gave us a rental for free and promised our car would be ready the next day by 7pm. We had our car back home the next day before the 5 oclock traffic even hit. She followed up on our phone calls (a problem many others had complained about from this dealership) Niejah did what she said she would do and kept me updated too. Love it...thats all I wanted.
I wish I could give this dealership negative stars. Their service department is absolute trash! We’ve been trying to have our car fixed since August and it’s still not fixed. We purchased a Genesis and this dealership is the closest in the area to complete work that is under the new car warranty. They’ve had our car for months nowand have given wrong diagnosis after wrong diagnosis after wrong diagnosis. If they don’t know what they’re doing - they should simply say so! They’ve lied about parts being ordered, they’ve given several completion dates for the work and have missed every single one of them. Now they completely ignore our calls as well as the calls from corporate customer care. They’ve refused to transfer the car to another dealership for service. It’s been an overwhelming waste of time and complete frustration. The general manager is a joke and sends calls to voicemail and never returns the calls, as well as lying to your face on the occasions where we’ve actually tracked them down in person. I’d suggest you avoid this dealership at all cost. It’s not worth the headache. We’ve had the car since August and haven’t driven it for more that two consecutive weeks. Beyond frustrating! AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP! It also goes by Jenkins Hyundai - their sales people are also dishonest and will try to hustle you if you’re not paying attention. I’d never buy a car from them and I’ll certainly never use their service department again!

This was my first time visiting this car dealership even though it is much closer to where I live. I must admit that I was very impressed. I had a scheduled appointment, but they told me they were a little backed up,and it would be a while. I appreciated their honesty. Then, a woman came over and started taking all the necessary information to get my vehicle established. Any and all questions were answered to my satisfactionI want to give Jovonda a 5 star 🌟 thank you for her knowledge and time for answering all of my questionsShe is quite an asset to this car dealership, and because of her I will continue to have my car serviced here.
I normally visit this location to service my car and usually it’s a good experience. However, on my last visit, the little shark fin on the back of my car was knocked off. When asked about it, the service advisor said they would charge me over $300 to fix just that one little piece! Unacceptable. The manager is never available to take calls. Even when calling at 9am, I’m still unable to reach anyone in service.
If I could rate this dealership zero stars I would. I purchased a car from them at the end of October. During my purchase I had to be beg the sale associate for the car fax report which was the first red flag he constantly ignored me. Secondly I drove the car for a week and began hearing a noise. I tried contacting the sales person for two weeks straight via calls and email. No response. I even called the dealership and left messages that were never returned. I talked to a lady at the front desk after several unreturned messages she said and I quote You cant make anyone call u back she was rude and very unprofessional. I made it my business to go up to the dealership the next day. I arrived and provide a video of the noise I was hearing.The sales person took my car to service I informed him I had to go to work later that afternoon. I arrived at 9am by 12:30pm my car had not been touched. I missed work. I began calling the sales person on his personal phone no answer. Another associate had to call him from her personal phone for him to answer and he tells me service is bagged up and it will be a while. They are unsure of the noise Im hearing. I had to speak to a manager after that call. The manager finally informed me what the noise was that I was hearing and scheduled me an appointment for the following week to have it repaired. I arrive a week later for 1 pm appointment. No one is inaware of the appointment or what I need done until one of the managers I had talk to previously (the week before) shows up and tells them what to do. I go to the lobby and wait until 3pm. I ask the service desk what is the status of my car. My car has gone untouched again. What is the purpose of a appointment if my car is going to sit for 2 hours? They are unorganized, and inconsiderate of peoples time, and they dont give 2 cents about you or your business and their actions speak very clearly. I wouldnt even trust them to put air in my tire.
Had scheduled service including oil change, tire rotation, etc. Service was completed within 90 minutes. My glove compartment door had been stuck open for a while, and I realized when I was leaving that it had been fixed. For the first time in years I left with the feeling that someone went the extra mile. I had avoided going back for a few years after dissatisfaction with incomplete repairs, resulting in my going to my local mechanic who discovered and fixed additional problems that had been overlooked. It seems current owner/service manager have a great service team in place. Keep it up!!
Maybe if I say it here, I will be left alone for good. The customer service there is horrible. I have not been back, and I never will. Never. Yet James Kirkland called today trying to get my car, and I have been telling them since before last year to remove me from any lists. My car is paid off, and I have a new engine (they were no help) from a recall, so NO NO NO, you can’t get my car. Maybe if you all treated customers better, it would help. I plan to get another Hyundai, but I am again never returning there.Please stop calling me.Don’t call me.Could you not text me?Stop texting me.Don’t leave a message.I dont know how else to say it.Stop.
Customer service. You could have a funeral in the dealership and no one would bother to ask you if youre needing help. Sad when customer care is less important than the obvious internal power struggles going on out here. Then, the one helpful CSR quits and walks off the job. Message to employers. People want to work but not be treated like theyre incapable of thinking.
Horrible Service Dept. If you want to buy a car here be prepared to have it serviced at another dealership. The sales people are great but the service dept. is the worst Ive ever dealt with. I cant get an appt for an oil change or tire rotation for 3 weeks at the earliest and if you go to their website you cant get a service appt until the end of Jan. Ridiculous. When I DO have an appt it takes hours to change the oil or do anything else. They held my car hostage right after I bought it for an engine recall they couldnt get parts for. They cant fix the current recall on my car for no known reason and no one addresses any issues. Nothing but problems with service since I bought the car which is only 3 yrs old. Buy a car in Kennesaw (Ive heard their service dept is better) or endure the service nightmare.2nd appt to get recall fixed. No parts 1st time. Got there early and after 45 minutes they pulled the car around but no one came to tell me it was finished. After 90 minutes I went to find out what was going on and the service advisor told me it wasnt done. She disappeared so I asked to speak to the Service Manager whos never available and was told the car was done and being brought around. They wanted me to wait another 20 minutes for the paperwork which I didnt do. I left. 90 minutes for a 10 minute repair is absurd. I had an appt but was told by the service advisor that appts are with the advisors, not actually the repair to be done. Ive called the service manager but again never available. Get your service done anywhere else or buy a different car if you expect to get service done on it. Worst Service dept in GA
I have been sitting here getting service, I had a 9am appointment and here it is 11:10 the service person told me my car was second in line but I have seen people come in after me and have already left, this is unacceptable, I used to come here years ago with my first Genesis I remember why I stopped after this I will be sure to tell people do not come here, horrible experience I will never come back
The absolute worst service experience I have ever had. I brought my car in for a full point inspection letting the staff know I had to drive to Boston the following day and needed to ensure vehicular safety. I also requested they look at both charging ports because even when illuminated they would not charge a phone. A week later, after I had driven the 1,100 miles, my power steering felt out of control and my two rear wheels were giving me and my partner a great deal of concern. We took the vehicle to a service shop in Boston only for them to tell us that ALL FOUR tires were extremely unsafe and it was a miracle we did not have a blowout and major crash on the trip up to Massachusetts. As I suspected, they also said the power steering was extremely unsafe and the car required a wheel alignment. Oh, and my partner was able to fix the charging port fuse no problem... Thornton Road Hyundai promised me quality and I unknowingly ended up on a very extensive, unsafe, and hazardous road trip. They absolutely put me in harms way. They are not detailed, thorough, or responsible. I am deeply disappointed and would recommend you stay FAR AWAY from their service center. Their commitment to comprehensive care is fraudulent and they should be shut down. Thank God we were safe but if anything had happened this would be a major lawsuit. I called to leave this complaint directly with the manager. The woman that answered assured someone would call me right back. Well its no surprise I never got that call 4 months later... Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to care for your Hyundai. These folks are absolute con artists. ZERO stars.
My experience with this dealership was beyond amazing. I initially went there just to accompany my friend to get her oil changed. We went inside and Adrian((who was amazing by the way)) one of the salesmen came up talking to us and convinced us he could get us a new car. Long story short we both left in brand new 2019 Hyundai Elantras. Im super excited with my brand new car!! I would definitely recommend them! They have wonderful customer service and Im so glad I went there!!
Just be sure to do your due diligence, shop around and get the total price that they are charging you BEFORE you head to the dealership. Make sure to ask how much their required markup and dealer add-ons are. I hope buyers remember those car dealerships who added markups after this crisis is over. There are some out there that do not.
Be sure to bring a pillow, cause you’ll be sleep waiting forever for the service department. Took me 3 hrs just for an alignment. The mechanics do more walking and wandering around, rather than getting vehicles in and out. If you have all day to wait it shouldn’t be a problem. If not go to a different dealership.
My salesperson, Mr. Paul Gilyard was very personable, straightforward, and a no nonsense kind of a person that wanted to see me get the car I came for without wasting a whole lot of time. I was also pleased with the finance person-Mike that was extremely efficient and hands-on. Overall, it was a great experience to say the least, and I would definitely refer others to the dealership!
My car has been in their service department since October 8th. It’s now December 30th with absolutely no ETA of when my vehicle will be ready. I’m frustrated as I’m paying out of pocket for a rental car since they don’t give loaner vehicles apparently. I constantly call for updates and they tell me there is no update- what kind of update is that??
Had a great experience here. Michael Abernathy and his team were super kind, friendly, and respectable. They made the entire experience of buying a new car very easy and quick. They gave me a great price for the 2021 Sonata.They made sure our customer experience was great and even followed up with us the same day to schedule an appointment for my car. Michael showed me all the new features and made sure I knew how to use the super cool tech in my car. Definitely would do business here again. 10/10 would recommend.
Made an appointment for an oil change and a simple fuse recall, when I arrived they said it would take 2.5-3 hours. Seemed like way too long for what I needed done, but nothing I could do about it.3 hours later they hadn’t even started working on my car. Then a rude employee, who clearly didn’t care about me or my time, explained that appointment was only to meet with the rep at the desk and that my appointment was just to get in line at the shop. Why the hell would I schedule an appointment, just to get in line at the shop!? Also, there was 1 car in front of my in the line when I got there.Overall a terrible experience and I don’t think I’ll be going back.
Great sales team with a large selection of vehicles. The process was quick and painless. I also didnt feel like they were hiding anything or trying to pull something over my head. The sales team also periodically checks in to make sure youre enjoying the vehicle which is a nice touch.The service department could use some improvement. It doesnt seem like that have a good handle on the workload of vehicles. It also doesnt help that they wont contact you to reschedule an appointment if they have an influx of customers and cant get to your vehicle. Since this is the only Hyundai on this side of town, you may be forced to deal with it!
My experience with Hyundai Lithia Springs and Ms Williams (Service Manager) these past few years has been a breath of fresh air compared to several years ago when I stopped having the previous team service my Genesis even though I lived 5 minutes away. I highly recommend you give her team an opportunity to service all your Hyundai automotive needs. A First Class Team

The service advisors were courteous and respectful and friendly my only complaint is that they seem stretched thin they had more to do than they had time to do it so we customers were made to wait an extremely long time even though we had appointments we were told that the appointment time just meant what time we got in line to start our wait time
CAUTION!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Purchased my GV80 in April spent over $63K. Had a oil change in July, vehicle returned with a damaged fender. Returned the car for the repair and was told the part was ordered. Only to find out it was never ordered. The car sat in the svc department over 10 days before anyone looked at it. I went to the dealership to complain to the GM Brooke. He promised me he would fix the issue, order the part and this is where things get worst. When the car was brought back to me two weeks later I did a walk around before I took the keys back and noticed a severely cracked windshield and no one said a word to me. At this point I am reaching out to corporate for help. This dealership is totally incompetent of taking care of your care. DO NOT BUY HERE YOU DONT WANT THEIR SERVICE.
Id give zero stars to this company if I could. They just will not stop calling my phone... and Ive never done business with them. Never lived in Lithia Springs or nearby. Spoke to them in person about stopping calling me for follow ups about inquiries that never happened. Did it stop. Hell no.
As a customer of 11 years,I have witnessed customer services continue go down the drain. Simple oil change takes hours. Female attendants are as rude as they want. I miss the good old days when management cared.. But good thing is customers have options, we dont have to put up with rudeness and nonsense. We can spend our money for the same service where we are valued.
I brought my car to the Thornton Rd. dealership to be repaired. Which is one of the worst mistakes I ever made in my life. There Service Department is a mess !!!! Unorganized, unreliable and the Service Manager, General Manager will lie to your face and on the phone. My car sat in the dealership for 2 weeks without being looked at. This dealership has no integrity , character or leadership. This is the worst Hyundai dealership in the Atlanta Metro area. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR OR BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP !!! You will be disappointed. I wish I could give them zero stars.
Had appointment at one arrived was told could take up to 4 hours for an oil change. I get the short staff issues. I do. But the attitude from Shawn in not tolerated where Im from. And almost hit my car when sped by in another. Took car behind mine and said they had appointment. Well my reply was I did also. He got really rude. I will never step foot on these grounds again. Nasty attitudes do not cut it with me. If I ever hear of anyone going here to buy a car I will recommend Kennesaw Hyundai. Because if he would have it my car I would be seeing them in court.
My experience was very pleasant, my salesperson Tonia Marigny was knowledgeable about the products in stock, what she didnt know she knew where to get the answers. The Finance manager was very accommodating knowing of my time constraints. This was my second purchase at Thornton Hyundai and I would recommend them to my family and friends.
Disappointing is an understatement. On Sat. Nov. 13, 2021 to schedule a full diagnostic inspection of a used Genesis we just bought. I explained that were were buying a used Genesis and we wanted to have it inspected so we would know b4 purchasing if there were any issues we should be aware of. I was told by a Tayon (sp) that she could not give me a price for that service. What??? I said well I would need to know the cost. She said I would receive a call the day before my appointment (Nov. 16, 2021 11 am-see photo). I was sent a confirmation of the appointment and it said a Ms. Aisha Owen (sp) was the service advisor that would call me. The day b4 my appointment (Nov. 15, 2021) I am expecting a call, but of course did not receive a call, so I CALLED on Nov. 15 at about 4 pm. And asked to speak to Ms. Owen-I was told she no longer worked there. I explained the situation and was transferred to a very nice Ms. Deshay (sp) who tried her best to be helpful-she also did not know what the cost for the service would be and she transferred me to the service dept. Not sure of the gentlemans name, but he was very very non-helpful after I explained the dilemma, that 1) I had an appointment the next day but have no price expectation and 2) I was told I would receive a call in advance. His response is well you can come at 11 am but we dont know when we will look at the vehicle...WHAT??? again I am in disbelief as to the response. I ask for a manager or owner, he states they are all in a corporate meeting and not available. We hung up and I decided to call back, I was speaking to Ms. Deshay again, told her the dilemma and she put me on hold, came back and assured me my appointment is as stated and the price for the diagnostic inspection would be $135. My husband takes the car for the 11 am appt. and he is told at the service dept. the price is $185! My husband called to tell me that and I spoke to a Ms. Williams who said she was a manager-we discussed over and over this entire scenario. She said the cost is $185 because of the time. She did not honor what I was told, she did not apologize for the error, she tried several times to explain the difference in price. I explained that may be true, however, not what I WAS TOLD! She checked in service and came back with the same answer $185, so my husband left. We checked at least 4 other Hyundai dealers and no one was above $150??!! I find this dealership to be very inept, very unprofessional, do not stand by their word and very very nasty, unpleasant and disagreeable. From the moment I pulled my car into the workshop to the moment I left, I was treated with courtesy and kindness. No less than 5 employees came to check on me while I waited for my car to be serviced! I was offered water by one of the young men! I truly enjoyed my visit. Mr. Shawn Sloan listened to my questions, responded professionally and courteously! I will certainly return for another service.
Appointment was easy to set up and the email reminders were nice! Upon arrival every single staff member was friendly, courteous and very professional. Raushanah Williams was especially fantastic - made sure that I got my complimentary maintenance and that they checked on the recall on my Elantra. Staff was great about checking in while I waited and keeping me updated on the progress. Really impressed with Thornton Rd Hyudai and will come back for maintencance even though there are other dealerships closer to where I live.
Almost bought a car here. Glad I didnt. My husband has been trying to get a tire changed for about a month now. They changed one tire and have yet to change the other one! Always an excuse! If this is what the service is like, there is no way I would buy a new car here!
If I could give zero stars I would! I have called, left messages, texting the sale person Treil who helped with my purchase on 9/16/2021. I literally have been given the run around regarding my situation. When I told the receptionist how my call was answered by Naykesha a manager!!! Naykesha placed my call on hold assuming she was looking into my situation only to get the call rerouted to the receptionist again! I let the receptionist know my frustration on how I received calls about trading my vehicle and now almost 30 days later can’t get no body to call me. She laughed and stated that they receive so many calls a day. How is that funny and acceptable?!?!? They literally will treat you like royalty when purchasing a vehicle and when assistance is needed afterwards no one is willing to help. Another message was left with name and number today 10/11/2021 for a sales manager to callback. Still waiting!
I called to schedule regular maintenance on my vehicle and they transferred me literally 8 times before hanging up on me. No one had a clue on how much it cost to get a oil change, tune up and brakes. They don’t operate on the same system and need proper cross training if they are going to answer the phone. I asked to speak to the manager three times and they refused to get me to a manager. After 20 minutes of telephone tag they finally got me to the parts manager to answer my question. They didn’t seem sorry or to care about my experience at all. Horrible customer experience overall. I never want to buy another Hyundai if this is what I get from the Hyundai dealerships.
Although I didnt purchase a car I had the pleasure of being assisted by one of the most kindest and certeous sales persons one could ever expect at a dealership! His name was Brian Bailey! From the outset he was completely informative about everything one could ever think of concerning purchasing a vehicle! He was completely honest and forthright about everything it was like a class: Purchasing a car 101! Giving 5 stars because of the accommodations and compassion provided to my family. We scheduled a last minute appointment after evacuating from New Orleans to ATL due to Hurricane Ida. The service team quickly made space for us in their schedule to get our vehicle serviced in time to make the drive back to NOLA. My only hiccup was the lack of status updates on our vehicle considering it was expected to take 2 days to service but actually came out to be 6 (including the weekend; Thursday-Wednesday). Our calls were frequently disconnected and not returned when we would call for an update. But this did not bother us too much because we were evacuees and had nothing but time to wait LOL. Joya led our service appointment and she was very kind and got the job done.
This was my first care purchase since 2004. My visit to Thornton Road Hyundai, I was greeted my Manny who was professional. He was very knowledgeable about the Santa Fe. I was very disappointed with my service. I had to buy a passenger side mirror for my 2020 Elantra. When I initially purchased it the Assistant Manager in parts said it would be there in 2 days. I came back in about 3-4 days the part was not there. I was told that they had to order it from Texas it would be there in 3-5 days. I called and every time I called i was on hold for 20 minutes or over thats if they even came back to the call. So i drove to the dealership while I was on hold which was about 30 minutes. Asked for the manager while Im still on hold the man informed me that he was the Manager. I explained my problem and informed him i was still on hold and have had bad customer service from his department. Inquired about my part that had plenty of time to arrive by now. He then tells me there is no tracking number and he has no idea where or when my part will be there. I then go ask someone the process for filing a complaint. The man who helped me was very nice and made me feel better he found out my part was lost and had another one sent and overnighted. Which the parts Manager should have done.Im giving a bad review to reflect the parts department not the company as a whole.
One of the best car dealerships out there. Very professional! As we all know, buying a car can be quite the experience- full of anxiety and it takes forever but its also super fun and exciting! This dealership takes it to the next level, they fed me lunch, brought me water and snacks and most importantly truly worked with me to get my dream car into my budget. And special shout out to Patrick! He was the best, kept it real and didnt put on the pressure in that typical car salesmanship way. Truly an amazing experience!
I went in for an oil change. I was introduced to Michael J. to test drive a newer model vehicle. Michael was excellent he took his time to go over the specs as I was hesitant because I was happy with my current vehicle. Michael took the time to offer me some very good incentives and I left with a new car. The whole team is excellent. I normally went to get my oil changed and regular maintenance now I am sold and will do more business in the future if the need arises. Michael J. Thank you for a painless enjoyable experience.
Not happy with my last service experience. I came in for regular maintenance and clearly they did not put air in my tires! I don’t even know if they rotated them, but a day later my tire pressure light came on and all my tires were low. I had to then go to Discount Tires to get air in all my tires.
If you are into pushy sales people this is your place. I’ve been getting called every hour on the hour for a couple days. Now, I’m not even shopping here! It’s a shame because I love my Hyundai and I was thinking about trading my Jeep in. Not, now. Thank you for ruining this experience for a potential new customer.
This dealership is the absolute worst!!! my car has been in the shop for almost 3 weeks now & they told me that it would only take about 2 weeks for them to look at it but yet here it is going on 3 weeks & NOBODY HAS CALLED ME TO INFORM ANYTHING GOING ON WITH MY CAR. i have called NUMEROUS OF TIMES & can NEVER get in touch with nobody regarding what is going on with my vehicle! i asked for a rental until it gets fixed bc I have been out of work DUE TO NO CAR. Apparently they don’t do rentals. Also asked to trade my car in for a different one bc I PUT $2500 DOWN ON THAT CAR & they want me to put another $2000 down for a different one which is absolutely INSANE!!!! I suggest NOBODY come to this dealership FOR ANY SERVICE BC YOU WILL NOT BE SATISFIED!!!!
Tricia and her team always do an amazing job. I had an appointment for later in the day, but they squeezed me in and had my oil change done within 30 minutes. They are always willing to answer any questions and are always friendly. They take pride in their work because I could truly feel a difference after my oil change in how my car drove. If you need a place for service then they are your people!
Tricia was amazingly great with her customer service! Wonderful with communication, letting me know what’s going on with my car. And she was also very patient with figuring out my car’s problem before I came back to the dealership and got it(2days later). Once I picked up my car, it drove smoothly and both of my lights that had been on for weeks, went off. My engine also sounded awful upon bringing it to you guys and now it’s so smooth sounding with no noise at all. Beyond thankful and pleased that she served me! Excellent worker in the service department!! Her patience and making sure the customers are satisfied is what really stands out!
I scheduled my service through my Hyundai app who has was extremely convenient. When I arrived I was greeted quickly. One of the things I appreciated most was how the service advisor took pictures of my car to ensure for his benefit and mine that my car would be returned the same way I left it. Upon picking up my car I was given details about my service and and potential further services. Not only was my car in great shape it received a courtesy car wash. I will definitely be back!!
My daughter and I were traveling from Alabama to Atlanta for freshman orientation. On the way there, one tire kept losing pressure, even after we filled it back up with air. I called Thornton Road Hyundai and the service department told me to come straight there. As it turns out, I had a large piece of glass in that tire. Within 1 hour of arriving, my tire was fixed, the bill was very reasonable and we were back on the road for our trip. Thank you Thornton Road Hyundai for taking the time to help us!
Has to be by far the worst Hyundai dealership in Georgia. You make an appointment that takes weeks to get only to be told they don’t have the parts to do the job of a factory recall. The worst ever, I would never buy a car or service a car at this disappointment of a dealership.
I will not ever step foot into this dealership again. I bought a car from here 6 years ago and had a great experience. My opinion on the entire operation has now changed. Due to legal reasons I cannot post what has happened but I received the WORST service from service manager Raushanah Smith Williams, service advisor Aisha Bowen-John, service tech Yuri St. Bernard and used car dealer Matt Helley.
Where do I start? This review is based on the service department not the sales because everyone from sales is always so friendly to me. I took my 2015 Hyundai Sonata in for the second time to try and figure out what was going on with my transmission. I was told before hand that I would need to leave my car there with them for a couple of days in order to properly diagnosis the issue. I had an appointment on Saturday so I took off work and dropped the car off the Friday afternoon before. No one gave me a time frame of how long it would take but told me they would begin looking at it that day. Well a couple of days turned into 5 when I realized that my car had been just sitting there the entire time and hadn’t even been touched, not even for the oil change that I also needed. I couldn’t get anyone to give me an accurate update when I would call, just that everyone would call me back...they never did. So of course I picked my car up and took it somewhere else where they wouldn’t just say what they think I would want to hear. Not only did they have me out of my car for 5 days, they also didn’t have the courtesy to put me in a loaner so I can get back and forth to work. If you are too busy to do the things I need done say that from the beginning. This dealership is not the only one in Georgia I could’ve taken it somewhere else from the start. Get it together Thornton Rd Hyundai! Not everyone is working from home and actually need their car to support their livelihood. I will not be back or recommend you all to anyone.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the Service Dept at Thornton Rd Hyundai. My 2013 Azera has been a wonderful car. It has developed some electrical issues (key fob and push button start no longer work, buttons on steering wheel sometimes dont function properly, cruise control will turn off randomly after being engaged, etc.)I made an appointment the previous week and dropped my car off at the scheduled time. I was told it can take time to diagnose electrical issues, but the Service Advisor said he would have a Technician on it that day.I called back the next afternoon for an update. I was never transferred to anyone who could help. I asked for the Service Manager and was informed she was unable to take my call. I left a message for both the Service Advisor and the Manager. Neither call was ever returned.The next day, I called again for an update. I finally reached the Service Advisor. He literally told me over and over, I dont know what to tell you. I just dont know what to tell you. He then said he would check and call me back. He called my husband, and let him know that he was going to make sure that the team start on my car then. WHAT? I had been without my car for three days, and they had not even looked at it!!!I called and left another message for the Service Manager. I was told she was on another call. I stressed that I needed my call returned. The person taking the call said she would make sure my urgency was included in the message. That call, again, was never returned.I just called again. The Service Advisor was not in today. I asked for the Manager. My call was transferred repeatedly, and I was asked to leave a message. I refused, and said I wanted to speak to the manager. She finally answered the phone and still had nothing to tell me. She said she would check into it and call me back. I asked if she would actually call me back this time, and she told me she never had a message to call me.At this point I have NO confidence in the Service Departments competency to either diagnose or fix my issues.It is ridiculous to have appointment times and leave customers without their vehicles for days or weeks at a time. That would be like me making a doctors appointment, waiting in the lobby all day, being sent home, and told to return the next day. And the next day. And the next. Whats the purpose of an appointment?!Its a shame, too. I have enjoyed my Azera. The reason I was having the work done was to pass my car on to my niece. In the couple of months I was going to buy a 2021 Genesis G80. Ill now be taking my business elsewhere.
I had a great experience purchasing my very first car from this dealership! From the moment I stepped on the lot I was greeted with a friendly face and treated very well. Manuel was the name of my dealer and he was very professional and very friendly and took great care of me during this process. Josh was the manager and he was very helpful and did everything in his power to get me a great car with a great deal. Kyle was our finance manager and he was excellent in helping me get the best deal with the car in my name.I had excellent service throughout the whole process! THANK YOU!!
This was my third time purchasing a vehicle in my lifetime, and the Hyundai experience was truly no haggle/hassle. This is also my first time negotiating a vehicle outside of Honda and Toyota family. The difference is significant in that I often times have to fight over not only the price of the car but the price of the financing. That didnt happen with Hyundai, and I am much appreciative of it. I am thoroughly pleased with my purchase (Tucson) and experience.
DO NOT go here for service on your vehicle! I am working with a friend to get her car repaired/returned, and it has been sitting on their service lot for 7 WEEKS and counting as I type this review! She bought her car there and has done EVERY recommended service, when recommended there since she bought her car there. Her car is still under warranty. She took it there for a routine service on a Saturday, and returned with it on Monday morning, barely 36 hours later, with a knocking noise. Now, 7 weeks later, they have done nothing on her car, they have refused to give her a loaner, and they have not addressed considerations necessary to authorize payment of a rental car for her. A couple of phone calls have occurred since we began making noise about this 5 weeks after dropping her car off.....but to date, no repaired car, no loaner, no rental car. Actions speak louder than words, and were getting few words, and NO action.
I dropped my car off for a scheduled service appointment 2 weeks ago. Was told when dropping it off that it would be a few days before they could look at it; it’s the holidays they said. Why wasn’t I told this when I called to make my appointment? I could have dropped it off when they actually had availability. Who knows... I decided to let it go, said “Happy Holidays,” and went on my way. The service manager, Mike Swain, said he’d personally make sure to take care of me. I’m a new mom to a newborn and the last thing I need is the stress of an unreliable vehicle, I told him. He assured me I was in good hands. It has now been 2 full weeks since dropping it off, and I have heard nothing about the status of my car. All I needed was for the check engine light to be checked and potentially a fix to repair whatever was causing it. My husband and I have called the dealership multiple times, have called Mike’s direct line, have asked to speak to a manager and no one can tell us the status of my car. In fact, they tell us they cannot even find me or my car in their system. What the heck....?! After multiple failed attempts for help, my husband is heading to the dealership to ask them to give us our car back in person right now as I type this. What a nightmare!! We had actually been considering buying a new Hyundai SUV depending on what kind of work my car needed, but this has been an abysmal experience. We will be taking my vehicle and our business to Ed Voyles Hyundai and potentially buying a new car from them instead. Get your act together, Thornton Road. You’re an embarrassment.

DeAngelo was absolutely wonderful from the and was very informative a d answered all our questions. Michael was absolutely wonderful when we went to sign, explained everything. From the time I got out of my car my sales guy Manual Moses was the most courteous and positive ball of energy. I informed him my Birthday was in a couple of days and I wanted something special. He made it his mission to get exactly what I wanted and we worked the price to an amazing deal with the finance manager Kyle . My experience was exceptional. I now am the proud owner of a 2021 Hyundai Tucson and this is the Happiest Birthday for me!!
They refuse to honor the 100,000 mile powertrain warranty, that covers the engine, transmission, and power axle, and theyre aware of that the engines in these vehicles (Hyundai Sonata) are known for having defects, which is why they advertise this warranty. SO DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THORNTON ROAD HYUNDAI... THEY TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF UNINFORMED COLORED CONSUMERS, AND THEY THOUGHT I WAS ONE OF THEM. And if it wasnt for Google youd be no stars from me...
My experience at Thornton Road Hyundai was amazing! Everyone there was very friendly and knowledgeable. I came in for service and I was met at the door right away with a smiling face. She listened to me and told me what I needed to know about my car. They made sure I stayed informed on the progress of my service and I was in and out in a timely manner. Sooner than I expected! Thornton Road Hyundai Service department exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be back with my other car!

Service technician told me wait time would be 3 hours; however, I was out of there in about 1.5 hours (did not make an appointment). Went in for a diagnostic and technician told me exactly what was going on, what parts needed to be replaced and the fees associated. Did not get service done that day; however, he was able to explain everything and was very knowledgable and helpful. Pleasant experience and safety guidelines regarding masks and social distancing were followed.
I came in to see about trading my car in but wasn’t sure what I wanted. I met DeAngelo Hargrove who was extra helpful and not high pressured at all. He listened to my needs as well as financial limit. We found the perfect suv for me. However I didn’t want to make the decision right then. DeAngelo did not pressure me and told me to call back when I wanted to pursue.(I’ve had very pushy salespeople in the past that would have kept pressuring it he did not) He truly cares for his customers. I went back the next day and the manager worked with us to get it to a reasonable price for me. The financial manager was also very helpful. I don’t think I’ll ever get another car, but I’d definitely return

I have owned a Hyundai since 2011. However, I havent ever received such quality service. This dealership gave me the best service ever! Everyone involved in the purchase of my car showed professionalism, kindness, and they were all quite informed about the process. I would definitely recommend them for either service or the purchase of a new car.
My car has a knock sensor code causing it to fail emissions. I had it towed here in May. Was told that due to a backlog of cars it could be 1-2 months. After multiple calls and visits, i finally filled a complaint with Hyundai corporate in August, and magically 2 days later they found my issue. After picking up my car to have it emissions tested again, it failed because Thornton Road Hyundai never replaced the knock sensor that I had my car towed there for. 4 months.
My check engine light came on and I was freaking out! Ms.Williams helped me out and assured me that I would be okay and I could relax. She really took the time to explain the process of servicing my car, any costs associated, and estimated time. She communicated with me every step of the way and I really appreciated it.I would recommend this specific Hyundai if you choose to service or purchase a vehicle.
Note....This was previously a 5-star review. But no more. I had always had good experiences with the service dept. here in the past. HOWEVER, that has changed. In April 2021, when I had basic service done on my 2017 Tucson, which I bought here, I was told to consider having the transmission service done next visit, along with some other things my car would be due for. I planned to do that. BUT when the time came for my oil change there was a long wait to get an appointment for everything I needed to have done. I could not wait for the oil change, so I went to an auto service center that I trust and had that done (in July). I am now nearing the mileage for my next oil change. I called to set up an appointment, thinking it may be a couple of weeks out maybe. I planned to leave my car there all day to have everything done that was due. I was told it would be MID JANUARY before they could get me in just for an oil change!! This is October! And you can forget speaking to a service advisor on the phone. Ive tried many times and left messages, but no phone calls are ever returned. I always promise to give a good review when contacted by Hyundai, but no more. What good is a service department if you cant even get your vehicle in there??? My car has been paid off since the first year I bought it. Im ready to trade it in for a Ford or Chevy. My husband has no trouble getting his Ford truck into their service department with a days notice.

From test driving to any questions I may have before purchasing a car. They are knowledgeable and customer friendly ready to serve. Greet you when you get out your car. I went in after inquiring about a Nissan Rogue. The car was in stock (at another dealership). We purchased the car and were told to wait 5-7 business days to get in in from out of state. Called 10/days later and was told they would call me back in 5 minutes. No response. Called two days later and was placed on hold for 30 minutes with several people answering the phone then placing me back of hold. In particular, I experienced the best service you could possibly ask for from Todd in service, Mandela in sales & Kyle in finance. This team of people worked effortlessly together, which suggests a good work culture.Todd from service went above & beyond to negotiate with my extended warranty company about replacing my engine on my previous car. He was in CONSTANT communication with me throughout the process. Unfortunately CNA National is a scam of a company so we were unsuccessful in getting a new engine. However, his work ethic & the many attempts he made to rectify the situation with CNA is greatly appreciated.Mandela from sales worked tremendously hard to ensure I got exactly what I wanted in a vehicle. Prior to actually purchasing a car, he also helped me with the warranty on my old car. He was such a great sales person that he even got my mother into a brand new car the same day. He was honest & not misleading. It never felt like we were being pressured to purchase a car. He worked with the budget I gave him & got me the best deal possible on a 2021 Hyundai Sonata. My service advisor Tricia Rogers was excellent she made sure that the parts department had all the parts needed to service my vehicle before hand, instead of waiting until they got to my vehicle. She was very prompt, honest and gave me updates on my vehicle every time she passed me in the waiting area and ask if I was doing ok and offered refreshments during my wait. She got me in and out knowing I had to be at work for a certain time. Thank you Tricia I wasn’t late for work thanks to you.
Although the line for service was long and I did not have an appointment, my service advisor was awesome and the line moved fast. She suggested about a 1.5 hr wait and it was a bit less than that. I looked at a few cars, grabbed a sandwich, and answered a couple emails and the car was finished. Ive been going to this Hyundai for about two years to service my car. Ive had my engine replaced. When my gear shifter jammed Trisha helped me get my car together. Most recently, I actually bought a car with this same dealership. Ankit was my sales guy. My credit was... uhhhh not the best but I had a decent down payment and he got me riding. Just when I was about to give up he called me again and said lets see what we can work out. My hopes werent high but with the great sales management team they got me the car of my dreams. It was way better than I expected and I am so thankful. I have nothing but good things to say about Thornton Road Hyundai. They go above and beyond to make sure their customers experience is nothing short of phenomenal. Thanks yall!

Mrs. Williams is my girl, I love dealing with her when I get my oil change or if I’m needing anything else. Her customer service is on point and has been since I’ve been coming there. Everyone else is very nice and the tech who did my oil change, fixed my fuel door and my rear brakes and rotors was very helpful and he knows what he’s doing. I for got his name, but I don’t forget faces. All and all I would recommend this place for any of your car needs. Keep up the good work guys.
My daughters car was towed to this dealership July 1st 2021 . The red check engine light came on and theres a recall on some of the Hyundai Sonata engines. 26 days later a diagnostic test was done. Now they cant find the car September 2nd 2021 . Its an absolute awful feeling to make car payments and have no car to drive for over two months.
Been to this dealership before this time. Called this time to see if they had a part and parts kept putting me on hold until I would hang up. He did this several times. So I called back to speak to management and they also put me on hold. Then transferred me to parts again where I was put on hold again forever again. Unless you are buying a car they dont care. This was on 7-27-21. Not even management. Ill go somewhere else next time.
Tricia was always very nice and so was everyone else when I talked to them and never seemed annoyed or anything whenever I would request updates. The only reason I didnt rate 5 stars is because I do wish communication wouldve been better in regards to me having to reach out about the status of my car. Which is fine!!! But for things like, when the engine touched down or when i even got approved, i had to reach out to find out but other than that customer service and service in general was PHENOMENAL!! They even fixed another issue id been having with my break lights which i really appreciate and a number of other things. Thank you Hyundai on thornton!!!

2022-06-23This was my first time receiving car service from this location. I purchased my Hyundai a year ago and normally would go to the Hyundai dealership near my job off of Cobb Parkway in Smyrna GA because it was closest to my job. After my last experience at that location that I didnt want to go back, so I decided to come to this Thornton road location since it is closer to my house. I must say everything was awesome! Ari begin my great customer service journey by taking her time with me, and making sure that I got what I actually needed and not just what they could do. Mrs. Williams was incredible and made me feel comfortable even with my lack of knowledge. Mandela was exceptional with his patience and kindness and even letting me know some other option in regards to trade ins I had. I am so thankful that each person I encountered were very kind and genuine. Customer service like this is very hard to find these days especially from multiple people you encounter. I will definitely be making this my main service center. If I was ready to trade in my car this would have been the day it happened. But since I have to be wise with my choices, lol, I will return again when ready. Thank you all for a pleasant day at the dealership. Even while waiting I was comfortable because I was able to complete my work on my laptop, and their waiting area is very relaxing. They even have snacks AND water!

2022-03-17I have been bringing my car there for service since I purchased it in 2016. I felt I built a great rapport with everyone there till recently.My car broke down on the interstate and was towed to the dealership on a late Saturday night. Monday I received a call from Marie who was the service advisor asking about the condition of the car. She said they will pull it in and do a diagnostic. Well it never happened and I’m coming up on 3 weeks without my car and still have no idea as to what’s wrong.All I’m hearing is how short staffed and behind they are. This is my only transportation and this is the only dealership that seem to have a problem loaning out cars or renting cars out to people.I missed a week of work and currently have been spending money on car rentals to get to work and I feel that I should be reimbursed for the car rentals. This is hurting me financially.By the way, I failed to mention that the shop foreman said I needed an engine but how can that be factual when it was never diagnosed?I am very disappointed with the lack of urgency, lies and and concern.

2021-12-11BEWARE!!!! WHEN YOU BUY YOUR VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP BECAUSE AFTER YOU BROUGHT THEY WILL DENY YOUR WARRANTY CLAIM.Let start mine today services, experiences Dec 10/21. Im myself Certified Tech for KIA, but the reason to visit this dealership is for ECU Fuel system software update (Recall). Why would you need this ECU update? To claim warranty, such as Failing Engine or Transmission or Transaxle on your vehicle. If you are not updating your vehicle they have the right to deny your cost of repair and your warranty.Anyways, after having been appointed at 8:00 am they told waiting hour would be 2hrs, But actually, the Software update is almost taking 5-30 min, it also depends on what kind of update is available for your vehicle. but I said its fine. later I was checking out at 1:30 Pm after my key was lost drama etc and even I have an appointment they took so long thats a 0/5 service.Now, Lets talk about why you should avoid this Thornton Rd dealership. Now my vehicle has under 60k miles, So Im eligible for it fading paint for the internal body, this warranty only eligible if your parts are not damaged. Now pretty sure most people understand the difference between (CHIP, CRACK OR DAMAGE) I showed my vehicle internal parts which were Power Window Main Switch Assembly and Air vent cover trim only driver side to a service manager, He approved vent trim and Later he deny Power Window Main Switch Assembly because service manager said it has damage, which not damage which is chipping from the top and paint was fading from the side. If the part is damaged the switch should not work or should have a crack present. I didnt have any of them but after an argument, SeviceManager said to the service advisor to try it and check if it was eligible for the warranty. Me and service adviser walk to parts to check the eligible warranty for parts, and the System showed I was approved for replacement but the services adviser didnt even try to show Power Window Main Switch Assembly to parts for eligible because he start the argument again that it broke, and told me I have to pay for it.(Im sorry, not sure about the name of the service advisor so I identify him, old tall white dude)

2022-01-28My experience with the service center has been a nightmare. I first brought my vehicle in to have an oil leak fixed. After 4 days with no updates, its finally ready. I was told something broke during the repair but that they fixed it. Okay, fine, but before I make it home, I start to hear knocking inside the engine. I bring it back. Several more days go buy, and every time I call for an update, well call you back, but they never call. Now Im told my whole engine needs to be replaced, but there is a recall for this issue. Big coincidence if you ask me but okay. However now I have been without a car for 3 weeks, nobody can tell me any time frame and one day Im told a rental will be provided but of course nobody ever calls me back. I am so frustrated! The service center here is terrible with communication.

2022-06-30I want to take the time out and thank Ms. Williams in service and Chris in parts. I had an incident happen with a car wash where they broke the handle off my car. The patience, professionalism and understanding that was shown to me from them both. I truly appreciated it. Keep up the great work and trust I know who to request WHENEVER I bring my vehicle in.

2022-02-22The car buying experience was fine but when it comes to the Service department, terrible. I had an appointment but still sat in the waiting area for THREE hours only to find out they hadn’t even touched my car. Not one person came to give me an update in that three hours. I was only there to begin with because one of my tires went flat, more than likely because someone at this dealership mounted the tire incorrectly before I bought the car, which they wouldn’t compensate me for.All in all, I was at this dealership for 4.5 hours to have a tire changed.
