Great service and they responded to my request to brush off parts of the car that were extra dirty before going into the wash.The wash itself is slow and runs well. Compared to Swifty in Winder that races the car through. I like that this one is slower and takes its time. Its a few dollars more, but I could definitely tell the difference.Cleaning and vacuum stations are well stocked and clean.My only complaint is where to clean the floor mats. I wish there was a dry option instead of hanging them on a wall and spraying them.
We decided to have our car washed today. Never used this car wash before and never will again. We drove across the street to the grocery store, and the back of our car was still dirty. There were two guys using brushes, but apparently was pretending to brush off the dirt. Never again.
The wash was okay about what you would expect from an automatic car wash. They appear to be a little understaffed at the moment.
This place is trash. You pay to get a good clean and your car still comes out dirty and you tell a crew member and they do nothing to help. Don’t waste your time coming here
Their price is just right. Great wash and ceramic coating. They supply all the cleaners to detail your vehicle and there vacuum system and suction is out of this world. I gave my Ford Flex a $400 detailing for $20.

The best car wash around! Such an amazing experience every time I stop by. The membership program is such a great deal. The employees are always helpful and I love the free towels and cleaners available to use.
Bought the $20 car wash and half of my truck was not washed. Went to the guy and he planned on cleaning everything by hand and I said no just give me a refund he was like we do not do that here
Place does a great job, good pricing. My only complaint is when busy the attendants need to add a little more distance between different size vehicles. Owner should do a dry run with two F150 quad cab trucks, and full size sedan, then watch them go through. Near the end they will tap each others bumper when the sedan is between the trucks.
Not the best car wash, but okay. I had a lot of bugs on the van after returning from TX and thought a quick wash would help. I bought the to tier package and the bugs were still there when I finished the wash. 😔
Very nice place. Staff are friendly and not pushy. Love the complimentary window cleaner and all purpose spray. Vacuums work well. Only issue I found was the their best war wash didn’t get my car all the way clean. Had to use some elbow grease to get what was left off. But I would definitely go back.The free car was incentive was a great idea.And the $10 promotion.I would sign up if they did dually trucks. I’m definitely going to call and ask once they have a number posted.
Sarah gave me absolutely outstanding customer service. I couldnt be more pleased. The rainbow colored lights are lots of fun for my 5-year-old daughter and she begs to go everyday. The vacuums are powerful. The microfiber cloths that they provide are clean and they provide all of the cleaning sprays that you will need.
Great place to clean your car. I recomend it is clean and all works fine. I also like that that the water when your car is in the car wash doesnt smell bad like in other car washes.

The car wash completely ripped off the back windshield wiper and spoiler off the car. They refused to do anything saying that the car was over five years old and did not know the condition of the spoiler prior to the wash. IT WAS attached!!!!! Nothing wrong until it went through your wash! $250 had to be paid to replace it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!
My name is chris I purchased a membership 3 cars 1 work truck back in October when the carwash opened up in bethlehem. I know Im known as a person who has a membership Im also a person born different born part brain dead with a condition called hydrocephalus recently I feel like I have been causing an issue while Im there with my work truck. Im sorry if Ive been causing an issue. Everyone at the carwash is friendly.
I really like this place. It was my first time there. They had a nice young man at the entrance who helped me decide what carwash to pick. I chose the $20 carwash and it did a good job but I noticed later that one of my wheels did not get clean. So, I took it back and they cleaned the wheel and gave me a free carwash. Now, thats good customer service! I am going back to take my old 1989 Chevy Silverado truck for a bath. I definitely recommend this place.
My daughter took her RAV4 through the car wash last night. It pulled the hard cover off her back tire and the lady behind her told her. The attendant was able to recover it. It was scratched and damaged. We’ve been to several similar washes in Athens (Bulldog Car Wash). We have never had an issue. They will take no responsibility for the damage. Poor business practices.
Have been here a few times since they opened. The facility is very nice with really nice equipment but for the unlimited monthly pass, you can only go thru once a day. This may not seem like a big deal to most people, but I work on a cattle farm and sometimes need to go thru at least twice to get all the mud and poop off.The vacuums and chemicals provided are a great idea. But my car doesnt get fully cleaned after a wash.Ill be going back to Swifty Car Wash in Winder as I can go thru as many times as I want in a day, its cheaper and does a better job!
W4 Express Car Wash was good. It is in a convenient location. An attendant helped us get the wash we wanted. All mechanical devices functioned well. We washed and vacuumed the car. It looks great.
I absolutely love this w4 in Bethlehem. I just moved from winder and found this car wash. Their employees are absolutely wonderful Whitney and Josh were very professional and while loading me into the tunnel with happy smiles on their faces too. Next time I stop by I will be getting that membership!
Went with my girlfriend their 195mph air pulled off her tire cover and scratched it up so bad. They couldnt even replace it due to their policy. So they offered us free car washes, but why go back if it could happen again. I do not recommend this place to anyone if u want your vehicle to be the way it was before it went it to the carwash.

Hey, nice place, but if you pay $25 for a car wash, if a bunch of the devices in the car wash dont work, they should either tell you so you can decide if you still want a car wash, or give you a discount in lieu of what doesnt work!!!
I didn’t give them a 5 star because the employee that brushes your vehicle before entering the car wash was using the brush to sweep the floor. This is the worst thing they can do because by sweeping the floor, it picks up dirt, rocks, and scratches your vehicle. My vehicle had more scratches where the girl brushed. Other than that, the car wash was clean, and it had the things I needed to wash my car. They had a decent vacuum, glass cleaner, multi-surface cleaner, and towels.
Joined when they first opened been a great place to clean my vehicle just hope they stay up on the maintenance of the wash bay and change out equipment regularly to keep it doing a good washing instead of like all the others do after the new opening of the location wears off 🤞
It was a great place. They got my car clean and it made it really shiny. When it rinse the soap off it got it all off and it even dried it well. Ill be back
Nice friendly place. Joined the monthly member thing and they gave me the the wash under what I pay for today. Maybe it was an off day and the guy wasnt paying attention. This is the only issue Ive had in 7 washes. Convenient and fast!!
I have a monthly subscription to this car wash but Everytime I go there something is always broke and the employees never do their job the same way twice so you never know what to expect this place needs some repairs training and obviously some management cause it apparently has none

I get a clean car every time. Having people there at the pay station continually is annoying. Its not rocket science to run the machine.

2022-06-11Since the new enhancements during Memorial Day week. I washed my car once when they opened back up. It rained on my car twice after that. My car was still clean and shiny no water spots!! I was impressed whatever new stuff they use now. Of course I have the top of the line unlimited car wash club package though!! Kudos!!!

2022-05-01Great car wash. My tires never truly get cleaned, but I get the $20 wash anyway. I may do some tire prep next time I go. Its always difficult to find the cleaning cloths to wipe the inside of the car down. It seems like theres not enough or they just dont restock. The employees are very friendly and helpful.

2022-05-03I have to update my review because I keep seeing same problem.The Tire shine on the passenger seat side keep messing my brand new white Mersedes SUV. First time it was so bad that I had to ask management to turn it off and run my car through the second wash with the function of Tire shine turned off. Still had to clean up with a rug afterwards. Today it happened again. Manager helped me to clean it up with the rug.But I noticed that my plastic cover above the tire has been scratched. I understand that its a mechanical issue but it has to be fixed.I will give this place one more try. I loved the convince of this Wash so much at first. A bit sad and disappointed 😞Most staff is good: location, vacuums, rugs, sprays. Everything is stocked well.

2022-06-24I didnt find that the new wash did any better than the previous. The old monthly ultimate wash is now considered second and they increased the price.Updated to reflect comment from owner: Ive called three times and have waited on hold exceptionally longer than I have time for. My account was charged $35 for the Savannah location even though Ive only ever signed up through Bethlehem? When I finally got through to a representative, she said that if you sign up online, Savannah is the location selected and the system is completely different from Bethlehem. So now I have to wait for them to email Savannah and have them process my refund. Also, maybe customize your responses to other dissatisfied customers and not copy, paste to show youre actually concerned...New development: Whoever I spoke with previously disregarded my request, but now theyre getting on top of it. Hopefully.

2022-06-22Awful customer service. I Payed for a monthly subscription and the employee placed the Tidal Wave Spa barcode on the window of my vehicle. One week later, I drive up to the kiosk and the reader didnt read my barcode on my vehicles windshield. The woman standing at the kiosk , that later identified herself as the manager was unhelpful and rude and refused to fix whatever issue was preventing me from using the car wash with my paid up to date monthly subscription.Once I left without using the car wash that I prepaid for with my subscription. I called the corporate office to see if they could figure out what the problem was. The corporate office said that my account was in good standing and paid up to date.

2022-04-04I am outraged after reviewing my bank statement this company has been charging me biweekly for their monthly membership. I do not recommend, I am canceling first thing Monday morning. And added to my frustration when I talked to tidel wave customer service they we not concerned, did not care or an apology. When I asked to talk to the owner of the company, the customer service rep said she was the highest level of the company I could speak. to the owners do not talk to customers….what a company….. that’s not how you run a business.
