I already put a review in on the website, but the service I received the other day was amazing I had to put it on google. Next is yelp, maybe even yahoo. I came in the other day with my brother car to get a tire checked out because I saw a nail in my tire. I spoke to Kevin at the counter. (Please thank him for me, I’m out of town). Kevin came out to my vehicle and took the time to spray tire with some soap. Come to my surprise it wasn’t even leaking. He really eased my nerves and while he was out there he also showed me how to pop the hood and check my fluids. This interaction only took about 10 minutes but he kept smiling and any question I had, he had a confident answer. I will bring my vehicles back to tires plus. I had a bad experience before with old managers but the service is doing a lot better. If you ever need any work done on your vehicle please go see Kevin. He’s awesome. Easily the best service I’ve received ever at this location.
I’ve been coming to this location and the one on Atlanta road for about five years now and they take great care of both of my vehicles! Very knowledgeable and friendly and if they can’t handle the issues they will recommend you to someone nearby as well. Usually I just come for oil changes, air filter issues windshield wipers and tire issues. Oil changes with an appointment are usually an hour and 30 minutes and they have The best prices in Marietta!
I had work done on my Honda Element, new struts and other front end work. I had to replace my front tires as the old ones had uneven wear. I buy 2 front tires and get my Honda alignment done. It drives ok but feels a bit off and I attribute it to the frontend rebuild. Driving one rainy day I feel like the car alignment is off do I go back to Tries Plus to check the alignment. The say” its ok”. After about 20k on the tires the inside edges are gone.... No tread left. I have to get another set for the front. When the did the alignment on the new tires I get to see how the old alignment was done....... front tires towed out causing the tire wear out. What does Tries Plus do? Nothing but full boat price. The tires were worn due to the bad alignment. I will never go to Tires Plus again.
Came to this location recently because I was having some issues with my tires. I wasn’t having the best day to begin with so when I heard that I had to get new tires, I was upset. Marlon, the store manager, was very patient and calm with me. He made me feel as though my business and concerns were important. I highly recommend this location.

I left Butler Tires and Wheels up the road and came here after I felt highly offended and talked down on because of the type of tires I chose to put on MY Mercedes. I was able to get two new tires and I was in and out without all of the extra opinions. I cant remember the guys name who helped me but he was extremely nice! Now Im in the process of scheduling my brake appointment.
Took my truck in for full service and inspection to make sure it was good for winter. Hour later truck was ready. And the only thing it needed was oil changed and air low in tires. They could have sold me filters and wipers and other misc services, but instead only took care of my trucks needs. Very Honest company which is so rare nowadays. Been going here 2 years never a bad experience! Great customer service! Very flexible guys! I usually only go to the dealer but these guys are just as gd if not better at the things they do! And definitely better priced and will compete with pricing also! Great business!
Tires Plus customer service was great!!! The physical condition of the store is deplorable. I couldnt use the restroom because I was afraid of the germs. The lobby had dead bugs on the floor, the white tile floor was unswep & fithy. This is not a clean lobby at ALL.
I know that car work can be unpredictable, but I walked in at 12:30 and told I’d be out the door in about 45 minutes. It’s 45 minutes later and they haven’t even started my oil change. This is the second time I’ve come to this location and had to just wait indefinitely. It’s so unfortunate because the location is convenient but I will not be back.
I called ahead of time and I talked to a guy name bronnen. I wanted to come at 4 but he insisted on coming in earlier because he could get me out in 30 minutes. If you aren’t sure of the time frame do not quote customers a time that you cannot fulfill. He told me it would take 30 mins for a oil change and tire rotation. I had to wait for 90 minutes. Then the technician forgot to put my wheel lock back in my car so now I have to come back up to the shop for that. Thanks for the HORRIBLE service !
Fairly disappointed. They nailed an alignment on my girlfriends car, but failed to even come close with mine. Might I mention theyre both the exact same model car. My car came out with an alignment worse than it went in. For whatever reason the alignment tech decided to put a ton of toe-out in the right front wheel. Thankfully thats an easy fix for me, but I shouldnt be having to do my own alignment work when Ive paid for it. Still searching to find a Tires Plus that can do an alignment correctly.
This place has a charger for almost every device! It was a great place! Quick and Great service! We had our oil change done in 30 minutes! Thanks Tires Plus!
So my tire kept going flat... Ive been to several shops with no luck. I even paid for a new valve stem which didnt help. I was referred here to see the manager Jason. Within 20 minutes, they found the fish hook in my tire and were able to remove it and plug the hole. Great Experience! Will return next time I need work done. Thanks Guys!!
Went to have my daughters tire replaced and was told that that particular tire had been discontinued. I was offered a more expensive tire and a less expensive tire as a replacement because the parent companys (Bridgestone/Firestone) newer version wasnt in store. Fine. I went for the less expensive tire based on the type of driving being done in the vehicle. Then I was told that the wheel was cracked. The staff ordered one after telling me that theyd looked for one everywhere and that it may be at the store TOMORROW AFTERNOON. Unsat.😕 I called around town and found one for much less than I was told it would cost. I picked it up myself and brought it back to this store location. The staff person proceeded to tell me that it cost him $35 to cancel the order and that he could only order from certain dealers. Not my problem.😕The whole deal ended up costing me much less than I was originally quoted even after the staff offered to reduce the price of the wheel that theyd ordered because I did the leg work and the research. Thanks again Tires Plus.😏
Ive been here twice and had excellent experiences both times. The staff were professional and courteous and got me in and out quickly. On my first visit they diagnosed my Honda Fit and discovered one of the ignition coils i had just put in had gone bad. I decided to put the coil in myself, but they did not charge me for the diagnosis. They were the third shop i tried that day. Pep Boys and Advance could not figure out why my Fit was misfiring, but Tires plus figured it out in 10 minutes and i have had no problems since replacing the coil. I wwold highly recommend this location to my family and friends to take care of their automotive needs.
Im here now and all I needed them to do was check the air pressure in my tires becayse my sensor came on. It took them 45 minutes to pull in to a bay AFTER a customer who came after me was serviced 1st. Its now in the bay with the tire off. As of now No one has given me any information as to what happened. Customer service is everything. Especially when you are dealing with my personal vehicle.
Easy access to make a appointment. Finished the service ahead of time.quoted. Cons... very high priced. Almost doubled the other 2 quotes plus charged for the diagnostic test. No charge at the 2 other shops. The last visit I felt rhey were taking advantage of me and I have used this company.dozens of times and for 10 plus years. I.will discontinue my relationship with them and start using a company that I feel is honest and that cares.
I had an appt earlier this week and the customer service was lackluster. I have been a patron of this location for a couple of years and a Tiresplus supporter for a least 8 years. Jason was super rude ; I had to force him to explain my invoice--this was a first. Its customary for the rep to go over the invoice with you prior to signing the document. The whole experience was eerie, I could not bother to sit in the store while my car was been serviced, so I left. Needless to say, I will not frequent this location again. And if Tiresplus keeps this up, they will be a distance memory. FYI: I completed an online survey and I opted to leave my number for someone to call me regarding my experience---still waiting on that call--maybe Jason is the supervisor. I wont hold my breath.
Much better than the Thornton Road location. If you need Tires, Brakes or alignment and are on Thornton Road, drive the extra few miles and come here. Even with extra travel time you will be out before you would have been at the Thornton road location. At least these people value the customers time a little bit more.
The guys here really are nice and go out of there way to talk to you about the issue, plus are willing to learn. I brought my Merc Sprinter 3500 Roadtrek CS with a dead starter battery and working with them got it switched out in no time. My 96 van even fit inside! Thanks Guys! Ill be back.
Hi, I am a tow truck driver and I help people out. Well as you know I drop off to many repair shops because that is my duty. Today 1-30-17 @ 8am I so happen to stumble upon a citizen in distress and I pulled over to help him. Turns out that guy had a oil change done by this specific location by the east west connector. They changed his oil on 1-28-17 and the client then drove home thinking that all was well and at ease. Well he let the car rest for the whole day on 1-29-17 and here it is 1-30-17 and he is on his way to work and he notices that his car has started smoking while driving. He pulls over to check out his vehicle and he notices a puddle of oil under it where he stopped as well as the path he took to get to that stopping point. As anyone would be he was pissed. He then called them panicking about the situation because he is in rush hour traffic and has to get to work, one of the employees working there picked up the phone and he explained to them that his vehicle was serviced there that Saturday and they messed up his vehicle. The manager then jumped the gun and said that he would take care of them. He then stated to them that if his vehicle was messed up due to there mishaps. He would not be happy and the manager then said that he will take care of it but after that he needed to find somewhere else to service the vehicle. I find that this was very unprofessional and disrespectful to my customer at the time and I think that there should be some sort of corrective action or retraining done to the whole staff of that place. I then towed another customer and asked them if they had ever gotten service from that place and they also said that their vehicle was also mishandled by the same store. So therefore this is a pattern and no one is catching or fixing this. So I am here to speak up for the people who dont have a voice. People if you do go to this store be cautious and make sure you double check there work.
I had an oil change scheduled...this location was prompt, professional and COVID compliant....The staff is also friendly and did not try to oversell me on other maintenance. As a woman trust is important....
Went to get a normal oil change and was told my oil is over filled and since I didnt get my last oil change There I had to take it back to where I got it done because oil being over filled will cause engine problems and they dont want to be held accountable for any of those problems.Ive been going to this place for over 2yrs getting oil changes minor fixes and the staff seems to change often, not the same since the last time I was there back in May. I miss that first staff 2yrs ago, well I Drove to the other place they checked and showed me my oil stick and did it once again to confirm my oil was not over filled. Plus my oil light just had flashed on then off two days ago. At this point I wont return there for anything because they should have double checked my oil and not take the oil stick out once and say its over filled. I didnt want to believe the story of I places like this take advantage when they see a woman walking in. Well I roll the dice again.
Very bad. Had to get 2 sets of brake with in a month 1/2 . had no brakes this morning. I do not drive my car that much. I got a ticket for hitting a car. Cause of no brakes that tire plus put on .came back to tire plus. To check my brakes they were worn out. When I came in to have them do all my brakes a month ago. How can brakes go bad in a month. I do believe they did not change the front pads. I am calling corp office .
Disappointed with service, I had 4 new tires installed and they looked as if the technician drug the tires through dirt first before installing then he was such in a rush to get me out of there. He didnt care to reset the tire sensor on my vehicle.
This place is really, really awful!! I took my car here when it had absolutely no brake problems, but I did have my brakes replaced by them. Immediately after having my brakes replaced by them, my brakes started squeaking pretty loudly. So I then took my car back there. They said they put on bad set of brakes and would replace them for free. So they supposedly did this, but after they replaced my brakes a second time they were horrifically loud. I again took it back to them, but this time they said they would do nothing for me. My brakes are so crazy loud now that everywhere I go people makes comments about them. Its extremely embarrassing, but I just cannot afford to have someone else service my brakes.Unless you want the loudest brakes in the world, I would stay away from Tires Plus.
Customer service was great! I went in for what I needed and was out in a timely manner without any discrepancies. I will be going back for my tire needs.

Customer service is terrible!!! Went there this morning with a flat tire on my 20 inch rims. Ask the employee at the front desk can someone put my spare tire on (that happen to be a full size Factory Lexus Tire and rim) employee said sorry I can put the spare on because it will mess up your transmission. I looked at the employee like... Are you kidding me!!! . Why do cars come with spare tires then? . The worst part is he didnt even offer me any other service. I highly doubt that a spare tire will mess up my transmission if Im just driving 5 miles to get my tire fixed. So I end up ruining my rim. Take it from me, stay away from this place!!
Dont go to this location! Ive taken two cars here and some parts of my car were damaged and not put completely back together.
When another Tires Plus blew up the engine in our car, they sent it to this location to perform the repairs. Thus began a month of misleading and in some cases directly lying as to the type of work being performed on the car. In speaking to the local manager working for this location, he was condescending. The car was eventually returned to us filled with pollen and faulty repairs which ultimately had to be sent to an Acura dealership to fixed correctly. The Acura dealership informed us that in the process of making their repairs, they broke several other items. Will never, ever go to a Tires Plus again.
Left my car here for a tire repair. I had a nail on my tire. After 2 hours they call and tell me my tire was non repairable. Took it down the street to another tire shop and they fixed it in 10 minutes.
Prices fair. Guy at desk kept me informed and professional. Best of all the Prices was what they said it was no bait and switch.
Love this place!They are honest, trustworthy, and they do help you out as best as they can. Im now a regular costumer for any work I have to have done on my car.
Ive been taking both my cars to tires plus for years and the service is great and lets not forget the technicians just the best.
I spoke with three individuals and they were very friendly and professional. I made an appointment and they proceed me right on time. I was addressed by name when I came through the door. I was in and out in about 30 minutes.
Horrible experience they took three hours to replace two of my tires. They placed the new pair on the front and two weeks later I hydroplaned down 85 in the rain.
Had a schedule told ma a hour a half to put on 4 tires and alignment done in time right to the min.Good friendly people will use them again.

Worst tires plus in Atalanta. Went in to have 4 tires installed. Came back to pick up my Truck rear bumper now has a whole in it.

Horrible service you want to waste your Day sitting around for a tire to get a patch and then they come back and say they cannot fix it when its a simple fix in all of this will only cost two hours of your day very disappointed very unprofessional

Long wait to be helped then I was told it would take 2hr to check my breaks on my car. I complained it actually took 1hr then I was told i need Rear brakes and rotors $560.00 WHAT. and it would be additional 2 hr. Thats 3-4 hrs never mind the employee suggested I take rideshare home Im not paying for that. It took 20 min to get my car back. It took me 2 hours for someone to tell me I need to break up already knew that total waste of time I will not go back.

2022-05-15Had a flat tire on the interstate and spare was already busted. Had to get towed to Tires Plus(because Im boycotting Pep Boys after being a 15 year customer) and got there 15 minutes before they closed. Bought (3) new tires, two for front and third to replace spare. Manager assured me my vehicle would be ready before 10am the next morning and sure enough it was. Pretty decent price.

2022-05-28This place is the most unprofessional establishment. I arrived at 7am, their front door was unsecured and their burglar alarm was sounding, with no one in sight. Than they took 5 hours to do a single tire alignment. When I arrived to pick up my car it still was not ready. Marcus the manager is unprofessional and has poor customer service.

2021-12-02Quickly replaced my tire when I had a nail in the edge. Gave me a good deal. Fast paced. Helped others quickly while I was there also. Good friendly attitudes. Been going here 10 years. Its hit or miss sometimes. But they had it together today.

2021-12-02I had a tire that seemed to have a slow leak. It was very concerning to me seeing I have to drive on interstate to get to work. I stopped by my neighborhood tires Plus to be treated like a queen. Sometimes as women we get taken advantage of when it comes to car repairs. The young man Sebastian was amazing. He informed me of all the things that possibly may have to do as well as the a different cost. His customer service was outstanding and knowledge was very helpful. Im a manager at a restaurant so I know how customer service affects the experience your customers have as well as return business. Make sure you keep him and make his job a happy place, you have an extremely amazing employee!!

2021-12-18I got an oil change here today. I called yesterday and made an appointment. I was told that the wait time would be 2 hours for walk in but just 30 minutes for an appointment. When I dropped off my car they asked if I was staying or dropping off. I told them that my family would be walking the plaza to waste time. They said theyd see us in an hour. I asked, an hour? And he said, oh no itll be done in 30 minutes! So we left. We came back a little over an hour later and the car was still on the lift! I asked about it and was told (by someone different) that it would be another 15-20 minutes. I questioned it and he said its usually a 2 hour wait window. If Id been alone I wouldnt have cared but my husband & I had our 8 year old and 3 month old with us because we were told it would only take 30 minutes. Expect to wait when you go here. Service was friendly but sloooow.

2021-11-14Do not come in this location on Sundays, it took them 1 hour to chance one tire on my car, the guys in the shop were just slowly walking around, and checking their phones continously. Other places replace tires in less than 15 minutes. Too bad i had not many choices on a Sunday.

2020-01-29At 61 years old I have owned about 3 dozen different cars and have had service performed on all of them at various shops in locations all over the United States and Asia. When I moved to Austell 6 months ago I discovered Tires Plus was 1 mile from my house. I had a flat tire one evening and went to Tires Plus the next day to have it repaired. In my entire life I have never been as impressed as I was with the professionals at Tires Plus. From the time I walked up to the service desk upon arrival until I left with my vehicles tire repaired and remounted I was absolutely astounded at the professionalism of this store. The service manager treated me with the utmost courtesy and respect. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. I could see through a huge plate glass window and watch the technician work on my car. He was clearly well trained and worked efficiently. Was flabbergasted when the work was completed and the service manager told me there was NO CHARGE for flat tire repair. Once again, in my lifetime I have never experienced such great service from a car repair shop. I am now a customer for life. I highly recommend Tires Plus for any car repair needs anyone would ever have. P.S Have subsequently visited this location two more times for other services and was equally impressed both times. These guys are GREAT!

2021-11-15Waiting for the heavy-set gentleman with dreads to get anything done is like watching paint dry. Plus, I had to fix my center caps before I left, or they probably would have fallen off. Some stars given because the guy behind the counter went out to help to speed things along. If not for him, I probably would have had to leave the car overnight and miss my trip in the morning.

2020-03-08Am a loyal Tires Plus customer, and this was the only location that could work me in today, for an alignment , before a Fla. trip, the next day. I was in and out in an hour. My tech, Julian, did an excellent job, very nice and polite young man. Only complaint, no sugar for the strong coffee! I had invested in the lifetime alignment warranty...money well spent. Highly recommend this service.
