The short lady I believe she’s a manager called me next to ring me up, I got up to the front and she said to give her a minute.. after her walking back and forth through behind the register messing with other items she looks at me and then says just a minute I’m going to the back. At this point I’m annoyed there’s a long line and she has me standing there while she’s running around. If she was busy she shouldn’t have called me up. I left my items at the register and left the store. Horrible experience.
I love TJ Maxx. Although, I will never sign up for the TJ Maxx card lol. Perfect place to shop for high end products and low end prices. I find everything I need and want from this TJ Maxx. Beware, during holiday times it can get pretty packed. Still love it though!!!!
Dont go here if youre looking for mens clothes. They have two long racks of mens shirts that are super disorganized. Youll find mostly graphic t-shirts and dress shirts that look ten years old. Theres also no men section for shoes.

Mrs Pam was absolutely amazing, she went all out of her way to attend to my daughter needs with the purchase of her first set of luggage.
They were so nice and helped get a gift card at the jewlery counter so I wouldnt have to wait at the regular check out. Spotless store all employees using safety measures.
Store always has broken or damaged items on the shelves, long checkout lines, and hardly any new items. Prices are sometimes good but most the time its cheaper to go elsewhere.
Prices are a bit more on the expensive side. But if you can catch things on sell you will.get more with put of your money. Wish they had a payday for everything in the store..but you will not be disappointed.they have a a little of everything in there. They try to keep the lines moving as fast as they can..sometimes theres only one or two registers open. Just a little hard to find help from time to time.

Worst managed store in the Columbus and surrounding area. Lines front the registers all the way to back of the building. I stopped an associate for check out in jewelry and she refused to check me out she said she had something she had to do up front that she was sorry. Shop elsewhere. Avoid this location!

Lots to choose from, something for everyone. The only complaint is the air conditioning. It is always too warm in the store. I hate to try on clothes because I break into a sweat due to lack of AC. Also standing in line to check out gets very warm.

Great selection of shopping items but the checkout staff were subpar. When I paid with my T JMaxx credit card and asked how to know about my rewards Im accumulating from purchases, the clerk said I dont know and called someone else over. She said You can check the App. I said I dont have the App on my phone and she just walked away. That was it. No more help. I paid and outside tried to find the App to check my rewards but couldnt get the right one or ever find out how to obtain my rewards which I know I have. Will have to get on the website when I have time and figure it out myself. No help from them! Rude!

Was looking for a 5qt pot at Target and a lady told me that I can get the same item at T.J. Maxx for around half the price. By God, she was right!! Im now a T.J. Maxx shopper for life! Quality items for a great price!!

Very little stock & no cashiers. Was about 20 people in line, only 3 cashiers. Managers just walking around not helping.
I was in Columbus with a friend and she said lets stop at The J Maxx. Personally I never liked this type of store because they usually tend to be junky. Assumptions will make a donkey of you because this store kicked off a major shopping spree for me that weekend.First department I went to was handbags. I was looking good for a Michael Kors bag but got distracted when I found a leather backpack/purse. And it was the right price. Moving along I perused the bath and body section. Found this marvelous charcoal detox body wash. It has been my best friend.I had to use the rest room so I headed in that direction. They were located right next to some home clearance. Cha Ching!!!! I scooped up drinking glasses for $4.50, chrome shower hooks, a T Fal frying pan for $10, and a shower liner. I was super super happy at this point because my list for necessities had been knocked down.Love the store and will visit my own very soon. Would recommend this location gladly. Dirt cheap and quality high end items. What can you lose?

Go often, sometimes a hit sometimes a miss. Different locations carry different merchandise. The TJ in Hover, AL is great, so is the location in Tiger Town

2017-12-30One of the nicest Maxx stores, with nice selection and organization, plus relatively shorter lines than other Maxx locations. Many good finds other than clothes, too, including perfume/cologne and furniture. This is what Maxx can look like when stuck in an already-nice shopping area.

I was able to get my son some more clothes for this upcoming school year and even though the store was packed they got us in out in a timely manner. 2021-06-03Smaller than the average store lines pile up quickly. Dont have much in shoes of you have a foot larger than an 8. Like maybe 3 shoes in the store were in my size range. But very nice and friendly staff.
