A great place for friends and family, alike. My two sons (both over 21) went there to spend some time together in a fun setting. You dont have to be a great, or even good golfer. You just have to want to have a great time.
We had reservations Sunday night! Time flies and since I’m not good at golfing the drinks made things more fun! Also I wore heels and it was still manageable!
Adam (manager) and Veronica (our bay associate) are great. First time visitors and we have been VERY well taken care of. Super fun place and very friendly staff. We have visitors in from out of town and out of the country and this was such a great choice for an afternoon out!

Des was my waitress and she was amazing! I suggest sitting in her bay. Today was my first time at top golf and I had too great of a time. She informed me and gave me great suggestions on drinks. She also supported me when I realized that I’m horrible at golf haha. Thank you Des for the great first experience!!! Any server that I have after you has a high bar to meet!!
It genuinely makes me sad to make this review because my husband and I frequent this location often and he adores golf. However, our experience yesterday afternoon/evening was extremely disappointing.My husband I arrived at 5:10, put our name in and were told that the wait was only going to be 15 to 30 minutes and if we wanted to grab a drink while we waited that would be fine. We did so, and hung out at the bar for an hour and periodically checked back after our wait time had passed - but were understanding how things can get busy. However, we left the bar and sat at one of the couches at the entrance until 7:15 when, after we approached a manager, we were seated. Thats a two hour wait when we were told 15-30 minutes with no details on events being had that evening.Our waiter, TK, was wonderful but she honestly was the only positive part of our experience. We ordered more drinks and and food amounting to over $100 bill but we had to wait until our entire gameplay had passed before we got our food. We then proceeded to eat as much as we could and take the rest home after paying so they could turn over the bay.As a couple who rarely has time alone, we have a young child, it was extremely sad that, when we had a whole evening to spend together, most of it was spent waiting or frustrated. It wouldve been different if they had upfront told us that the wait was going to be long and that there were events but that was not the case.Even though we live far from other locations, it genuinely might be worth it at this point. I would suggest doing so.
Ive been wanting to go to Topgolf for a couple years now and finally made it out while on vacation! Our friends had been here prior, but our group had limited experience. We went around 8pm on a Saturday and were told there would be an hour wait, however we only had to wait about 45 minutes, and we did it via the bar (where we easily found a table). The drinks at the bar took a while but they ended up giving us a free drink due to the wait! And they were delicious. Once at the bay, set up was easy and quick. The only issues we had with the actual game were some delay with registering the ball, and whether or not it would get assigned to another player. Luckily we figured out how to move things around fairly quickly. Otherwise with gameplay, I wish there would have been more direction to actually help show you how to golf for the true noobs! Getting it off the ground was a chore 😅 There wasnt much description about each club, how to hold things, etc.The food was pretty good and came out in a reasonable time, and service was great. Our server was new, but her trainer came to check on how we were doing as well numerous times as well (both were wonderful!) Overall I was happy with the experience and will definitely be back!
Really fun time. Kids enjoyed playing too. Good food too! The boneless wings were mostly huge. Good drinks. Great service. Food is reasonably priced for an entertainment center.
I suggest to go for drinks and playing golf. Food was not good at all. I ordered hamburger with fries and lets just say my burger was very bland. I mean who dont add season to hamburger patties. Furthermore, I probably wouldnt be able to take another bite if it wasnt for the secret sauce that came on the side. We also ordered the nachos with steak and ones again the steak was not seasoned. I most definitely will never order food from here again.
I know top golf did this awhile ago, and I understand its for convenience, but hate that they bundled the bay fee with food and drink. Not tipping based on the bay fee included.Service started out good, but quickly declined. Had to ask our server to bus our table. Then had to chase our server down to get our kids refills and ask for a second round of drinks. This is after he passed by our table several times ignoring us while he was on his phone.Worked in restaurants and retail for several years, but when its not busy, like today, you should be ON TOP of your tables regardless.
I went upstairs to the bar with 5 of my friends. We’re here for a conference and all had the same name tags from the conference. We were told you had to go upstairs to get a drink. Each of them ordered a drink and paid for it and got served. I was the last one and was abruptly told that I could not be served upstairs, I had to go to the bar downstairs because I was with the conference.There is no bar downstairs. I went back down and asked the conference staff that were there. They said no one was serving any drinks down there. There was one drink that one person had seen, but not seen where it came from.I went back upstairs and was recognized by the same bar staff. I explained that 5 of my friends had literally just been served as I watched and then I was told no. I said that I could find no bar downstairs. I was told that I specifically was denied because differ staff had just arrived (not sure there were a few staff up there). Either way, it was clear that I was upset and just wanted to order a drink, and instead of choosing to satisfy the customer, I was simply again told that the only way to get a drink was to wade into the sea of people downstairs and attempt to find someone with whom I could place an order for a drink. It was right on the border of rude, without technically being rude.Either way, poor poor service and when a restaurant chooses to reject multiple times a clearly upset customer (all my friends had drinks and I had none).Also for walking upstairs from my lane (twice) and waiting for all my friends to order drinks in front of me, to then be denied, was much more of a punitive action than anything else.Only my second time at a Topgolf, but hoping it’ll be my last.
Absolutely terrible experience. We were here two hours and were served a total of 4 times. Each time we had to flag our server down and then we were still told to wait for her to come back to us 5-10minutes later. Along with the terrible service, we were also watched by at least three staff members for the last 30min of of our game play because we did not know we were not able to hit directly off the mat. We apologized and immediately stopped. That is when we started being watched at all times. Then when it came to close our tab, our waitress told us they were not able to split the check, as we have done many times before. We had to figure out or checks for ourselves as when we tried to correct it three times, it was still wrong. Waitress was Ana and i’m not sure who the manager was, but she was no help and we were met with more rudeness. This was Saturday night from 9:45-11:45pm.
Great place to have a birthday party for the 10 and above even if you know nothing about golf.
This was my first time experiencing golfing, and I really enjoyed myself. The setting was beautiful, peaceful, and fun. I will most definitely come back!
It was blasé! Frankly, the food was not palatable. My family also thought the food was bland; and the temperature of the food was warm to cool. Mixologists were inexperienced. The golfing experience was great. Overall, I did enjoy family-time here.
Fun guaranteed, i took off a star as the scoring machine sometimes gives points to the previous player or some other random player and i guess they should care little more for their equipments, devices. Hard to book, but can have very good time once in.
I’d left my keys to my son’s house at my house 50 miles away. I had my four year old granddaughter with me. I checked for open gaming place nearby through Siri, she gave me Top Golf, Alpharetta! I said let’s give it a try! I was hesitant because I didn’t think there’d be any kids there. We had to wait about 35-40 minutes. The receptionist behind the counter was very friendly. She talked to my granddaughter and brought out golf clubs just for her (kid size!) The security guard struck up a conversation with my granddaughter also. Said she was so sweet and charming. He even purchased a golf bag drink holder for her that lit up! Boy was she exited!” When our name was called, go to our spot, well, let me tell you, I haven’t had this much Fun in years!” It was an awesome experience for both of us! Everyone was friendly! Definitely going back! Oh! And she loved waving the club over the auto ball dispenser. Thought that was so cool!
So fun! It was our first time going to Topgolf and our server was super accommodating. The food was good, playlist was amazing, and service was spectacular!
I like to go once in a while. This time we had to go at a specific time to work around wedding party plans so I made a reservation. For Topgolf to charge $25 for a reservation fee and not get a credit towards game play is wrong. I generally dont have to pay to make a reservation at a golf course. If I do, I get credit. If I no show in violation of the courses policy I get charged and that is fair.
Worst bar experience in Alpharetta. At the bar near the entrance. A bartender has one jobAnd that is to watch their bar, If you can’t serve a customerThen acknowledge the fact that you know they are waitingFor something. Everyone behind the bar should be working as a team to ensure this. After 10 minutes I hadTo yell for one. Note that 2 had walked past me while I was sitting there and did nothing bother to make eye contact. Sad! This is your opportunity for improvement. The golfing side is great!

The service was really bad from the moment we walked in. This is the first time that I have had such a bad experience here. The entire staff was rude. The wait was very long after being told it would be only 15 min. An hour later we get a text stating our bay was ready - Bay 220. We walk to bay 220 and it had dirty plates and glasses still on the tables. I’m not sure I will go back anytime soon.
We went as a group of 12 members and made reservations to make sure that we get spot. Were charged premium price for booking in advance but when we reached there discovered that walk-in are charged less per hour per bay. Although the place was not much occupied we ended up paying huge amount for reservation in advance. Suggesting people to check out the walk-in price and if required cancel the reservation and make a walk-in instead. Complicated rates and customer unfriendly.

In a post Covid world according to research outdoors and fresh air circulation is best! They have their COVID-19 policy on their website and clear wipeable partitions between each bay. They only allow 6 per bay at a time. Make reservations. Its easier becasue they practice social distancing when you arrive which could leave you standing outside .if you are looking for a family outing or just a place to hangout with friends this is a dope relaxing place to just connect. The food is yummy and their customer service takes really good care of you! From hummus and flat breads to clubhouse burgers its top notch! If youre visiting the city of Alphretta take a stop here for some quick or long Family fun. Also ,Pricing is According to time increments . For instance What you pay before noon on Sunday is only 27 for one hour then they increase by $10 at noon to37 probably every couple of hours after that! Happy hits!
Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Top Golf facility. We called ahead and asked for a wait time, we were told “ just drive on over there is no wait and we can get you a bay AS SOON AS YOU GET HERE “ we arrive 5 minutes after calling and are told the wait is 25-45 mins!!!!!! We decided to wait and DIDNT GET A MESSAGE ABOUT A BAY UNTIL AN HOUR HAS PAST ,once we go in they proceed to tell us that our bay is getting cleaned and will be ready in the next 10 minutes. We waited another full HOUR just to receive a message STATING THAT OUR BAY WILL BE READY SHORTLY. If you are that backed up do not lie to potential customers, be honest and say that a bay will not be open for another 2 HOURS so that we do not waste an entire Wednesday evening and can go somewhere else.
Extremely well maintained and clean premises. The facility is extremely social distanced and the bay is clean and regularly cleaned. The staff are courteous and the food is tasty as usual. Had a great time with friend and family. There are 8 people allowed at a time at this location. Would definitely recommend this place.

This top golf is amazing!We did 2 hours there which was perfect for our party.The food was great, all of our wives had mimosas and Benedicts and had really positive things to say about them.There was a piece of plastic baked into our doughnut, which wasnt their fault as they dont make them there. The server and leader who we spoke with were great and helpful, they removed the charge for the doughnuts, which they didnt have to do as we ate them all for the most part, but it was still nice.The service was great. Super clean, tons of fun. This place was the best!
We had our office Holiday party at TopGolf! So fun!! and the food was good, too! We will definitely go again soon!
Seeing in the New Year at Topgolf! My husband and I brought my three boys, my mother-in-Law and one of my son’s friends. Lots of teeing, eating, drinks (virgin of course) and laughter. It’s outdoors but here in the south, it’s 66 degrees on Dec 31st. The atmosphere is great, our waitress is sweet and the food is good!
Made reservations online which is the best way to guarantee a bay for your group. It can get really busy here so try to make your reservations at least a week ahead of the day your schedule to go. Once it gets close to your reserved time they will send out a text message to get an updated response if you are ready to be seated or push back your time.We played for an hour for $37 and added an extra 30 minutes for $24. Your able to choose other times on the screen if you want to play longer than an hour.Make sure you bring your membership card every time you come because you will be charged $5 if you need another one.They have some really good wings I ordered the Trio Wing with BBQ and Asian Sesame. They were so delicious and cooked just right!Due to COVID their is a max of 6 people per bay. They also have clear wall protectors to help with social distancing. After each group is done they sanitize the tables, clubs, etc.

A lot of hype surrounding this place. And after visiting, it does seem to be apart of the good ole boys more youthful circuit. Ive never been during their more busy nights, in which Im told people really turn out in droves, and it can turn into a real party. However, I can attest that the food is pretty good, and the staff is excellent and helpful. Theyll even teach you how to swing! (They had to teach me every time).

The facility is really nice and clean. We had a fun time! Staff was nice and friendly and went that extra mile to ensure satisfaction. Food was just okay. Nothing spectacular typical bar food. However, the fun experience and staff makes up for that. Well definitely be back.
I have been going to this Top Golf for years. It’s great time with friends and family. Don’t be worried if you haven’t ever played golf. There are a variety of games that make it fun for all skill levels. A fun driving range, good food, and a variety of beverages make it a great place.
Definitely entertaining. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Clubs, balls and machine worked great unfortunately it gets expensive pretty quick even for an hour.

During a staycation in Alpharetta, we opted to stop at TopGolf. We arrived around 10:30 and the Saturday location was already hopping. Tip: If you are budgeting, plan on going before noon or during an off-peak time to pay less for your reserved time. Tip2: Reserve. We arrived with a reservation and only had to wait around 15 minutes for our area to be ready. Not an issue - we had seating in the bar area and spent that time watching everything around us - which be aware could add up fast with a fun group or party. You pay for an area and then extra if you wish to extend your time or extra games. We extended for one half hour. Loved the service and explanations - we were made to feel comfortable and welcomed. You have one staffer who sets you up and explains process, another waitstaff who you will see during your game time, and of course several helpful employees around the center who were quick to help and answer questions despite the busy day and crowd. We ended up getting wings (amazing and good!) and a drink each during our game. We were there for earlier time, had food and beverage, and extended one extra half hour for a game. Our bill for 2 was over $75 which for what we had was decent. I mention for those who come budgeting with a family, or someone needing a frugal trip- be aware things can add up quickly. I loved seeing the families, groups of friends, parties, etc. - this is a great place to be. We will come back and now that we understand process would probably come more to play on off-peak, before a mealtime, and bring a group for more competitive times. We enjoyed trying it out and loved spending a different type of day date. I loved this much more than hitting a GA golf course in summer. I had drinks, great fans to keep me cool, and comfortable couches and tables to relax. It was perfect to be competitive and relaxed all at the same time.
My friend made a reservation for 615 pm. Yesterday was my friend time ever coming. The greeters had an awesome hospitality. Told us where to go, and once I got to my spot waiting on the rest of the group. A manager rudely ask me what we want to eat. I’ve explain that I was waiting no other people and it’s my first time, and he rush me after Ive explain the situation. He rudely told me I needed to hurry us. People is coming in, When the place was running slow. He rudely go on his phone ignore me when I was ready while he were on the phone. Lucky I had an awesome server and other then that I had a great time.
Had a really good time playing some golf.But but, the experience of ordering food and waiting for the food was terrible.Ordered some fries, and some appetizers which took more than an hour just for the employee to come and say that they are still working on my order. There were tables that were served who ordered after us. It made no sense that they took more than an hour to just fry some fries.
Was told to get a drink at the bar because the wait for golf would be 2hrs bartender then proceeded to refuse to serve us because she “couldn’t because we weren’t golfing” and “because she was the only bartender” but for the next 15 minutes was on her phone and made no drinks guess she’s allergic to money. It was my birthday and will never be coming back.

Absolutely delicious!! I always get the eggs Benedict when I can! Great service...most of the time. There are a few people here that dont understand customer service but over all a great experience and delicious food plus a great selection of drinks
A great idea for family/small group fun! An interactive driving range with comfortable seating areas and group-friendly atmosphere. And the food is delicious! Try the coconut mojito and shrimp nachos for a light dinner. Or grab a delicious burger and beer.
We had our first outing to Topgolf yesterday morning with our daughter and her family. Some of us have never golfed before and that didnt matter one bit. We had a wonderful time and some good laughs! Even our 5 and 8 year old grandsons loved it. We will definitely go again.The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They did everything they could to make sure we had a good experience there.
First time at a top golf. We had a good time. They had some technical issues with the system that prevented us from adding player and the meter would not work when adding time so they finally just let us play for free from r an extra hour or so. Service was good, got wrong beer delivered to us once, and the food was good. Above average bar food but portions were a little small in some cases. I’d go back. It was relaxing and fun, just like they advertise.
Very well kept place and a lot of fun. The staff is mostly friendly and conscientious, but some seem quite bored and uninterested in the customers.
Personally, I dont care for golf, at all. This place is set up for entertainment, and has drinks flowing, food pumping (which was decent) but it got boring pretty fast. When I first got there I tried out the golfing but only a few others with me were doing it and after a couple times it wore out its welcome... It was hitting a ball into targets. Meh, not too exciting for me. I am sure there are people who will lo e this sort of thing, but it was not my cup of tea.

Good driving range with a bay for up to 6 people costing $45/hr after 5pm. Service in the restaurant is a bit slow and items are expensive for the portion size. Strawberry jalapeno Margarita was good and the Kahlua caramel coffee drink (hot) was OK (doughnut holes being the highlight). Pool and table football are free while you wait for a bay - it took 40 min for us on a Saturday afternoon

Miro and his team were amazing and treated us great. We went here for a Holiday party / team outing with our Escape game team. Everybody was super friendly and we even got the Security guard to take a swing with us after challenging him to hit it farther than us!Tobias took care of our pod and did an amazing job. Super friendly and constantly around to check on us. Everyone in our group had a blast and quite a few of us had never been to Top Golf before.Highly recommend and will definitely be back.Thanks Miro and Tobias.

First time at Top Golf was a great experience. Honestly didnt have high expectations for the food being served at an entertainment venue but was pleasantly surprised! We enjoyed the pretzel bites, burger, pizza, and hummus. The manager stopped by to check on us and he was very friendly- even gave him kudos for the food! Also our host/server was very pleasant- you could tell her enjoyed his job. Excellent experience. Will be back again!
First time ever visiting and it happened during COVID-19 and the social distancing the the plastic barriers and having reservations was all the better so I went and participated until it started to have more people started coming to there bays I decided to leave only because I didn’t want to be in fear or in contact with anyone that could have been asymptotic and any of there laughter and yells if they chose to remove their masks ( and that was done in your bay with whom your with, you wear your mask upon entry once your seated at your bay you can remove your mask) I chose to keep mine own at all times even though the group I was with all tested negative for covid which we take at work once a week ( this was a planned employee gathering great team I am apart of 🍽 oh lol the game did cheat me out of a great score and then our game was totally screwed up from there so we just let it be overall had a great first time visit and will go again one day

Amazing facility at at a good price if you split the bill amongst each player. There is a fantastic restaurant with live music and bar. While you wait for your golfing session to begin, you can enjoy the latest in NBA action as well as separate games such as billiards, shuffleboarding, and Xbox Kinect Sports. It is a great time for the whole family as you dont have to be good at golf to have a great time.
On Sunday my office and I went to Topgolf Alpharetta for one of our office members bridal shower. The topgolf team went above and beyond. BEST customer service I have experienced in a VERY long time. Mark & KJ were there every single time we needed something, absolutely no wait at all. They even cheered on the bride and brought out a cool sign for her to take pictures with. They cleaned up the message including confetti! We were so pleased and definitely will be back in the future. Thanks for an awesome time!

As a vendor and a customer, I love the staff here at Top Golf! If your having an event here, be sure to book an AV tech, DJ, or planner to run the equipment or operations as this is typically not included and you don’t want be stuck doing it yourself. That’s where we come in at Fonix Entertainment. Great place to take the whole family and friends!

Fun family experience!
We had a blast! If you have your own set of clubs, I recommend bringing them. They have clubs there if you don’t, I would have rather had mine. But all the different games made it fun!
This is a dig on corporate, since there is no where else to review. I ordered a gift card on 12/1. Nowhere was I told it would take so long, but ended up finding out TOO LATE for Christmas that they would ship in 15 business days. Now that it’s been 18 business days, I’m trying to find an update, so I can make a decision to get a refund. The only info they’ll give me is “there is a delay”. No estimated delivery, no reason for delay….
Fun place. Simple set up. There is a wait time that averages about 30-40 minutes. We played for an hour. That was the perfect amount of time for 2 people. Everything was great except the waiting. Its also near Main Event, an ice skating venue and Pappadeauxs restaurant. Great location.
Even though you dont know how to play golf, you will have fun trying here. Great food and drinks. Great place for a group event.
Very cool place and fun. Food is good. And whether you can golf or not you can still have fun. Highly recommend.
If you have not tried Topgolf give it a try. This is great for anywhere from beginners to Pros. We had dinner here as well while we played. Between the food and play we spent around $150 for two people. We played for 2 12 hours. The food alone is a good 4 stars but the game play is what gives the place a 5.
Great staff, LZ was really supportive. Drink service was a little slow but friendly. Facility is in good shape overall.
Epic fail. Alpharetta Topgolf have staff shortages, today Wednesday 12/29/2021 @ 2:30pm they had a 6 hour wait!! Only 1 of their 3 levels is open. Nothing posted on their website or social media. They are NOT accepting walk ins. Call before you go. Yes COVID Times but Top golf PLEASE inform your customers. We have been loyal customers fr years.
The service was excellent the food was extremely good and we had a blast. Not a lot more you can ask for. This was my first time going and I was thoroughly impressed. I am not one to eat bar food but let me tell you I tried quite a few things on the menu and was pleased with everything. Im usually not a five-star reviewer when it comes to food and service but they certainly deserve it.
Don’t trust their app or anything service related. This place is understaffed and their mobile app is garbage. It will always tell you “up to a 15 minute wait” but once you drive there, it’s “up to two hours wait”. Never again.
This place is amazing, very comfortable seating, friendly atmosphere, and the food was pretty good. The golf clubs they provide are very nice, and plenty of sizes to choose from. They also have a replay feature so whenever you swing, you can see where the ball went on a screen next to the seating area. All in all a very good experience and i will definitly be going back.
Nice concept. But if youre a beginner or dont play golf often I dont suggest this place. Its gonna be a waste of money because they want your ball in the air in order to hit a target. Obviously the camera for the ball isnt low enough for a beginner. Waitress can be more attentive. But the Asian sesame wings were good and the lemon pepper can definitely be better.
I set up a corporate event for our Dept. We had 2 bays for 2 hours. Justin was our server and he was uhhhmazing. He really went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He was always close by in case we needed anything and he had a great personality. We will definitely be back! Thank you Justin!

What I liked: well designed and very nice place to spend some time with family or friends, food and beverages are served to your table, check the prices as they change according to day/night time plus you will have to add additional $5 member card fee for first visit but it can be used for the all family
My first time here...this is an awesome experience! Everything is 5 star, with one exception...the service, (what there was of it), sucked.One of the best long Islands Ive had in my life. The food was excellent. The atmosphere is FUN. This would be a great place for a group or a couple. The whole concept is terrific.
Unfortunately there isn’t a Topgolf within 300 miles of where I live but we have had the opportunity to go to a couple locations while traveling. This location is nice and my family had a good time. We will certainly be back when we are back in the area and hope they open a location in Charleston SC.
I hosted an event at Top Golf and worked with several great people to make it happen. I would like to spotlight an outstanding server who worked the party room. He is a SUPER server, a person who’s great at their job and has the ability to positively Influence the environment and motivate others around them. He was hardworking, smart, funny, caring, attentive to details and a joy to work with. This is a great place to fellowship with family and friends. TopGolf was very accommodating and their staff was outstanding. The pulled pork and chicken was finger licking good. The coleslaw and potato salad was on point! I see many good servers and some are great but this location has a SUPER server. One of his team members referred to him as the GOAT. If your family like to party like mine does this is a great option.
Very fun hitting the golf balls at the various target areas. The technology that tracks your balls and gives you the stats (e.g. how far you hit) and keeps track of your score is great. Thumbs-up from me.
I came here for the first time for my 32nd birthday. I wanted to do something different & fun with my family. We definitely enjoyed ourselves! The wait wasn’t long & we were able to get our bays right beside each other. The customer service was also excellent! I would definitely recommend this location. I also loved the grilled chicken sandwich with sliced avocados. I will be back.
We had a large group, used two lanes and had lots of fun over the course of two hours.

Excellent Layout and Seating. My Family from out of town loved it. The Bays are Climate controlled so you can play Golf all year round no matter the weather. Besides Golf,they also got pool tables etc
Not the place to go if you plan to have more than one drink every two hours. They will literally cut you off. We had 9 drinks between 5 people over 90 minutes, and the manager refused to serve the person who had drank the least out of our group because he was “slurring his words”. We were watching football and may have been a little loud during celebrations, but if the noise was the issue then they should have said that. We will not be back, sadly.
Very cool concept that is great for small groups. The food and drinks are reasonable prices too, no more than what youd pay at a restaurant or bar. Fun times even for beginners.
I had fun today, but Ill never come back. Here are my two reasons.1. I paid $5 each for my guests to have their name on a scoreboard? How is this not included in my both rental? Bowling venues dont pull this.2. The cost of both my booth rental and food were on one check with a tip listed. I have never paid a tip to a company for a rental. If I ordered no food, would a tip have been listed? I feel like I paid double. I asked the waitress and she confirmed it. If she was lying, then thats even worse.I felt scammed walking out your building. It was a terrible experience. The only reason I didnt flag a manager is because someone in my party enjoyed themselves and I didnt want to ruin it for them like it was for me.You may have made more off me in this visit, but you guaranteed I wont make other visits. Hope that was worth it.

Such a fun time! our server valerie was so sweet and friendly, she had great drink and food recs and made sure my uncle’s 50th birthday party was an absolute blast! i would definitely recommend asking for her if you’re booking an event
The food actually looked like the menu pictures! I never find this in restaurants!!! Kolton was a fabulous server, even though we could see he was pulled in many directions. Great first experience!
So its very upscale arcade atmosphere. And the only game is a golf range. So Tuesdays are half golf till 5pm which is nice. Food is expensive and not quality. I do not like the dessert here it seem microwaved. But you dont go for the food you go for golf. 9 am to 12pm is $25 an hour for a bay and 12 to 5pm $35 and anything after $45. On tuesday they also have another special $15 unlimited per person. Again i would not plan to dinner or lunch here. We usually drink golf and do appetizers. I would recommend the beer cheese fries or tater totes. Thwy have the best tater totes.
Love this place. It gets expensive when your having fun but it’s definitely worth it.
Came here on a work outing. We had a fantastic time! Our server, Emma, was incredible! Very friendly and attentive!
Lots of fun for all. We were all inexperienced and many struggle to hit the ball well or consistently, but that is golf. There were some glitches with the computer tracking our shots and count of balls hit - its gotta be pretty complicated and sensitive so you cant expect perfect tracking or point assignment. However, the staff did their best to rectify any technical issues and provide added time.
Great servers and a unique experience to golfing... Great for date nights or getting together with friends and family.

Great service! All you need for golf from basic up to elite private sweats with trainers on staff. Super fun place for large outings and upscale food and beverages.
Pretty cool place! A great family fun night event. Just wish they had a designated area for people to smoke..... People are allowed to smoke in front of the building and as you walk out you are hit by a wall of smoke which is pretty disgusting!

Awesome location for spending some good time for group of people and playing golf .... no matters you know or not how to play it’s just a fun.You just need at least one membership card no need everybody has to take that . Everyone must try this once.

Its like a really souped up driving range with all kinds of different games. My group had a lot of fun and theyre already talking about going back. Expect $40/hour during prime time.For food, I had the most greasy chicken tenders I have ever come across. I think Ill either eat beforehand or wait til after we leave next time.Some advice: If you are coming here for the first time on a Saturday night, just go ahead and buy your membership online. Then youll have the QR code for them to scan and be on your way. Theres also complementary valet parking.
Top quality food at Top Golf! They have really elevated Bar food above and beyond. Great drinks and hard working wait staff. The games are also fun and dont disappoint at all.
Went here for the first time today and I can’t wait to come back. Let me start by saying that I’m terrible at golf and I still had a great time. We had the flatbread pepperoni pizza and it was really tasty. I’ve heard people say that this place is pricey but I didn’t find that to be true. $35-45 per hour in a group setting isn’t very much. I actually smacked one of the balls 218yds which was the furthest I had ever done it. I can’t wait to come back to this place. They have these injectable donut balls that looked delicious.
Spent the weekend in Alpharetta and decided to visit Topgolf with my 8 year old. He absolutely loved it!!! Nice family fun environment! Wish the food was a little better but overall we had an awesome time!
All I could do to give a “1”; waitress very rude, kept trying to rush us out of the bay even though we spent $320! What!!!!! Unbelievably rude service - totally unexpected!!
We booked 2 bays and their charges are almost double than charges for getting 2 bays in walk-in. This is simply exploiting the people due to monopoly.
We had a good time here. We had 5 in our group up to 6 people are allowed per tee box. It is expensive, but a good time even if youre not a golfer. My wife hasnt held a golf club in her life till today and she still really enjoyed herself. My mother was also in our group and she isnt a golfer either and at 64 years old she had a good time as well. 4 star rating based on the $5 per person membership requirement to track your score. We just used my name with all players playing under my $5 charge. That is a bit ridiculous considering the high prices already.
Thought the service was slow for 7pm and also the ball hardly tracks correctly. I hit the back fence middle several times and it scored as a zero.

Golf was fun and the steak tacos were great. So great that they attracted yellow jackets or there was a nest in the area.Got stung by one and our day ended early.Our attendant Connor was awesome and brought us some cooking gel for the bee sting.
We had a blast! As someone who has never golfed, it was a nice introduction to swinging a club. The food was pretty good, too.

Reserving a bay online is very misleading it states reserve by the hour that’s a lie to reserve a bay only means your “ guaranteed “ a bay it do’s not mean you have it by the hour I hated my experience there today I may add , so we arrived and find out yes we do have a bay but now if your new you have to get a 10 dollar membership ( wether you plan on returning or not ) then you get charged a game 30 minutes we chose about 27 dollars so we at 52 dollars and didn’t touch a club yet then at 15 minutes literally 3 workers came by asking us will we continue I mean I know this place make money so why be so hard pressed ? Let us enjoy our full time ! Even if it’s just 30 minutes it’s as if they was vultures counting down our minutes to expire I will not return now if you a golf enthusiast maybe it’s the place for you if not try bowling

Just hosted a 500 event, floor manager and server were both great.Staff friendly, building clean, food consant flowing and great tasting! Will be hosting another event soon.Also follows social distancing guidelines for those wondering
Youre lucky if the system here registers 50% of your shots. It registered ZERO shots from my children, despite them hitting into targets numerous times.I wont be coming back to this location, the location in Atlanta has zero problems registering shots.
I decided to go to topgolf at the Alpharetta location today. I brought with me… my sister and two of her children. We have never been to topgolf and had no idea how to even get started or what the heck we were doing. I will say … we played for 2 1/2 hours and had a fabulous time. I would like to thank the staff… Harry, for helping us get started and showing us the ropes!! He was so kind! Also, our server.. Valerie was so attentive and kind. These two really made our experience even more enjoyable ! I highly recommend topgolf .. Alpharetta! ( food was great as well! )
Topgolf is so fun. It was the best because there were so many things to do in so little time. There was a game room downstairs and 3 levels where you can hit the golf balls. Definitely 5/5
Super fun place to go on a date or practice your swing, the games available make the experience enjoyable for anyone. Service was excellent and the pricing is fair, half price Tuesday is an especially good deal.
Decent visit. I wish it was better for the amount of money me and my friends paid! Wait was 30 minutes then we had to wait longer for food. Experience was fun but little to long as far as time. 7/10 recommend.

Hopefully find a better experience place to have fun and entertain. Sad, since I love golf and it is such a fun time once there.
My first visit here was on Labor Day, our reservation was for 8:15 pm. I really like the reservation system and we were assigned a bay as soon as we arrived.So once we got to our bay we weren’t greeted by a waiter or anyone to explain the games, ask if we were ready to order etc. Which I found odd because our side was fairly empty. My husband and I figured things out on our own. After almost 30 minutes, my husband FOUND a waitress who told us that our waitress should’ve assisted us by now. Long story short she almost ruined our entire experience here. She wasn’t helpful, friendly, or attentive. I shouldn’t have to find the waitress to order food, ask about membership cards, etc.We did enjoy the nachos & burger combo. The cook was nice when she delivered it to our bay. I felt safe here as they do take proper safety precautions. Will try the Atlanta location instead and hope for better customer service.
I was in the area, and had some time to burn, so I decided to stop and hit some balls. Being late Saturday afternoon, I figured I would have to wait. This was not the case. I presented my card, and was promptly offered a spot on the third floor. The staff were very accommodating including my server, Thomas. This place really is top-notch! I will most certainly be back again!
Top Golf is fun but our scoring seemed really messed up. People getting points when they shouldnt, people not getting points when they should. Service was decent but not outstanding. Billing with multiple people was confusing. Pretzel Bites are the BOMB.

This place is really fun to go with friends. Me and some friends went here and we had a good time. The wait staff is nice and the food is good. My only complaint is that the nachos while good are on the smaller side portion wise.
We went last night it was pretty empty but 45 minute wait if you didn’t have reservations we had reservations they no longer have VIP it used to be $200 you got your VIP bay and appetizers bucket of water and first two drinks and larger golf space now it’s very different it’s like we went to a driving range not really music playing the vibe was terrible the workers looked as though they got asked to work at the dollar store for $2 per hour we were asked online if we were coming for something special I took my husband for his birthday the waitress or attendant never welcomed us or mentioned something for his birthday we were ready to drop $600+ like we normally do we left before our 2 hour reservation was up we spent $200 which 2 hour reservation is $98 if you have never been there a few drinks and appetizers brings your bill to $202 to be exact and it was probably the worst visit we have had with Top Golf the environment wasn’t good the cleanliness of the furniture wasn’t good I’m not going to mention the price because I know the cost of this franchise usually it’s well worth the experience this was not so tonight we are celebrating again my husband’s birthday we will be going elsewhere we have 9 people coming with us so Top Gold Alpharetta definitely a no! I think ALL Top Golfs no longer have VIP and they don’t offer near what hey used to so not worth the $$$ for the experience
We had a wonderful waiter! Wished I remembered his name, very pleasant employees and AMAZING DRINKS! Had a fun time and loved their music they have playing in the background. I would recommend this place for a date night or even a friends night.

My family and I love to go to Top Golf. Top Golf is a fun place to go as a family, or a group of friends or a date night. There are several different games to play and the food is really good. Don’t miss the injectable doughnut holes, they are our favorite!

It isnt what it used to be! Equipment was run down..what a shame! They were so busy yet they forced us to make a catering reservation for a bunch of friends wanting to get 2 bays. Made us pre pay( even for $200 worth of food ) ...they were very unaccommodating. Figured when we got there it was going to be amazing but they didnt explain anything to any of us about when could start golfing, how it worked etc right away because they were so worried about securing another credit card.Check your CC day after too because they overcharged mine.Grossly disappointed.
Came here for my birthday, everybody was so pleasant and helpful. We had to wait 20-30 mins to golf so we went upstairs to the patio area. Golfing was fun and the service was great through and through. The food was pretty decent too.
Awesome time here, the staff and customer service were great. Shawaana the manager(I hope I got the name right, sorry if I didnt) was amazing and so nice. The new staff trainee was so friendly and helpful too. Great time with the family cant wait to go back!
PROS: This place is very cool, lots of fun. Good staff and great venue for a birthday get together.CONS: The place was FULL of people. They have a policy in which only 6 people are allowed per bay BUT every bay was occupied. I would have given this 5 stars if it wasnt for how packed this place was- I felt unsafe.My recommendation is to not make every bay available, it should be one bay available and the one next to it unavailable so the environment feels safer.
Great time, good staff and food. Its fun to hit the balls even a newbie can enjoy it! I like how the screen shows where the ball went, how many mph, feet driven etc. Would go again!

My family and I came in for an fun time and had to wait for a table which is understandable but when we went to the bar we were ignored and then a white lady approached and got served before us and we even paid for her food to show that we werent offended by her it was the server Ansley..Tobias and our original waitress really turned things around and the manager called us with a free visit thanks 😊🙏
Burger was really, really good. Other bar type foods typical. Wish they would have explained the technology from the start but we figured it out. Over all not a cheap experience but worth it. We had a good time!

Had a good time here. Was not too crowded. Walked-in and got a.bay in 25 minutes. Food service was fast. Quantities were a bit small. Buffalo wings were good. The margarita flatbread was ok, not great. Playing the games was the most fun.
Fun place to practice on or seek to establish your golf stroke. Drinks, food and golf. All good. Its not cheap, but once in a while you gotta have some fun.

It was a great experience. Staff was very nice and visited tables often, and they had almost every club someone could want to shoot. Scoring is off sometimes but not too big of an issue.
My sever Savannah was amazing. She went above and beyond with how she treated us like family. The food was served perfectly and quick on getting we needed. We will definitely be back and ask for her next time we come in.

First visit and everything was great. Diana took great care of us as our bay host and Miranda came in behind her at shift change and checked in with us while we finished our last 15 minutes.

Great atmosphere, beautiful scenery, the service was good ,but the food is a little pricey. Overall I will rate Topgolf a 3.5 to a 4 I would recommend this diamond in a ruff to all my family and friends.
Excited to try this place out. Drove an hour. I knew they would be busy on a Tuesday so when they said 1.5 to 2 hour wait I was fine with that. She assured me I could text back how long it would take me when they texted. When my bay was ready I texted back be there in 15. It immediately said back on the waitlist. I checked in and she said it would only push me back 15 minutes. An hour later they told me they forgot to take me off hold but if I could wait another 20 minutes I would have a bay. You screwed up but want me to wait another 20. I was afraid that 20 would turn into another hour so I just gave up. Left with 3 very disappointed boys.
I never write reviews because they are not worth my time but my waitress I believe her name was Kyra was unbelievably rude. She just seemed disgusted and bothered when ever I asked for something. She went and gossiped with coworkers which made service even longer. I am never coming back again because of her attitude and she deserves to be fired. BIGGEST RBF!! More Friendly Workers Please!!! Other than that the food was great but just thought I would let you all know about my experience. Thank you!!
Our very first visit. Bathroom was VERY NASTY! Upset that we had to pay a membership fee for a 9 year old and that you dont get pauses to order food. We also lost minutes because the game was up before our time was up.VERY happy to have gluten free options and left-handed clubs for my little one and myself. Thank you for that.

Honestly, I’ve been to Topgolf before and it is great! Such a fun time and great food, ambiance, music, etc... but I’v never been for my birthday until recently and let me tell you. Best. Experience. Ever. I went to the Alpharetta location in Georgia and our host, Justin, was absolutely phenomenal. From the moment I walked in his energy was so positive and fun and he made sure my group and I were WELL taken care of. He and a few other staff members continuously checked up on us throughout our time and made sure we had everything we needed. Such a great experience and I HIGHLY recommend if you are planning to have your birthday there! They throw in cute little surprises for you that really make you feel special.
Went as guest to a party, was fun and employees were nice and helpful. Food and drinks were good. Suggest you look at the menu before hand, because its light and mostly finger food, which is perfect for what youre there for, but not when youre starving.

2022-03-06My daughter arranged a birthday outing and lunch. The staff did a great job ! Our hostess Dianna kept us on tract and answered all our questions. Kept checking on our needs and was ready with our drink and food orders. We had a great time here. The appetizer and food quality was great. Like this location.

2022-03-29Its a nice blend of gaming and partying🏌️♂️🍻🎶. You can select modes of game you want to play on the screen while enjoying your food, drinks and music. The food is really nice, I tried the veggie burger and it was perfect 👌🏼The process to check in is pretty smooth as well once you book an appointment online atleast a couple of days prior. You will get message notifications too with your time and bay details, you can reply to let them know about your arrival or if you are going to be late which is really cool. Prices vary based on time and day and can be found online. An extra $5 if you are a first time visitor.Maximum of 6 people in a bay. Plenty of free parking space.The couches could get some timely cleaning though and also if there is an option to select the level you want, would be great.Hope this is helpful ✌🏼

2022-04-02Always have fun here. Angry birds game was kinda fun, but if it was in VR it wouldve been awesome. We switched back to a normal game. I had fun hitting balls as far as I could, but it doesnt score as well if you dont get it in the holes. My kid loved it anytime it went in a hole, and itll usually roll in and he thought it was great. Yeah. Id come back for sure.

2022-05-10Top-tier service. The management was very accommodating to my party. My cousin and their small children took a while to get there but management was understanding and allowed us a 15 minute grace period. We had a blast while playing. We ordered food and some how our ticket disappeared. They apologized and gave us an extra complimentary 30 minutes of play for our wait. I had an excellent time. Thanks to you the server and manager who took care of us.

2022-03-06Good time with the family. Arrived about 12:30 on Saturday, not too busy. Left around 2:30, place was packed. Nate took good care of us. Food was decent, like bar food. Drinks were good. Place is pricey, but the family enjoyed themselves and that’s what counts💯🙌🏻

2022-05-04So a friend took me to this place for my birthday. I had said that I wanted to go golfing..because I actually do golf. To my surprise, we pull up to the front entrance of Top Golf and I was like..what in tarnation is this?😂 As we entered the building, I immediately felt the excitement from a the people bustling around. Looked directly in front of me and wow! How cool! A driving range from the future! What a great idea! After a short wait, our table was ready and the beautiful young waitress took our drink orders. Another waitress came over to help us get started on the computer kiosk through which we selected how long wed like to play. We used a debit card to get things going. As it got darker outside, the driving range yards score pods lit up into neon colors! Cool! Needless to say, I was knocking those golf balls right into the score pods. FYI, they had golf clubs there for patrons to use. Next time, maybe, Ill bring my own ..just because. lolAnyway, next, the waitress took our food order. The food came out..(tacos and cheese dip)..and it was GOOD! The cooks did their thing! After that, I continued to dominate the game against my friend..lol and we decided to add more time to our game because it was just that fun. Actually, this is a great place to hang with a group of friends. The tables on the driving range seat about 6-7 comfortably. Some people choose to just eat I the downstairs dining room..and some choose to hang out and eat in the pool table room downstairs. Oh, and the bathrooms are nice. Just saying. Be prepared to spend a little money at this place, but I feel the good time had was well worth the money. I had a blast, and I cant wait to go back. Enjoy!

2022-01-10First off, I want to thank Chelsea and Kyle. Chelsea Collins was a event coordinator and she made the process for setting up the event very simple and quick. I originally had book a birthday event and had to cancel last minute due to some medical issues with my friends and that’s where Kyle came along. He made the refund process just as simple as booking the event. I just want to say I appreciate these two.With that being said, we had to do a walk-in for 1/8/22 at around 3:30. I had told the girl at the front desk that we would like two bays side by side. Of course it was on a Saturday and it wasn’t possible, but we got two bays 107 and 109 which was basically side by side. The wait time for those two bays was approximately 20 minutes which is pretty fast.Our host was great but the appetizer and drinks took a while for them to come out.Now I don’t know if they need to upgrade their equipment or not but half of my balls didnt register, and I feel that it needs to be updated.overall I’ll give 5/5 and have to revisit this location for an updated review
