Very knowledgeable and VERY Nice! I got my car back and it was perfect AND detailed, my Subaru looked beter than it ever has. They halped with Enterprise and insurance. Awesome Company!
Would have given a 5 star rating if the paint on the front bumper cover matched the rest of the car. I was told by their staff when I enquired about the mismatch paint job that plastic surfaces react to paint differently than metal surfaces. They are correct. Whereas a top quality body shop would have been able to adjust the paint pigment through testing and been able to match to the original color rather than simply mixing the paint strictly by the code. I just hope that when I eventually sell/trade the vehicle that it isnt noticed. Otherwise, they did good work.
Jessica and Mike at Total Recovery are good, honest people, which is not easy to find today. Not only does their crew do excellent work, but they treat their customers right. I couldnt be happier with the restoration job they did on my car and it was reasonably priced.
Love these folks. Theyve taken great care of mom on a couple of occasions and stopped what they were doing to address her concern. First rate across the board.
Very nice, I was surprised at first but I love that its not a big conglomerate shop, its more like a family and casual. The guy joked around with me and made me feel comfortable but they were professional.
I had a dent on right rear body panel on my black 2016 F150, they have a paintless dent repair man that did an amazing job, cant even notice dent, Ive had work like this on another truck with 100% success, the owners of this shop are very nice to deal with...definitely will reccomend..thank you , Pat Keenan, Blairsville. 👍👍

2021-05-05Super fast and quality work. Dropped the truck off on Monday morning and picked it up early afternoon on Tuesday. The truck looked great inside and out. Very pleased with the work of Total Recovery. The office crew was very welcoming each time I went in from the day of the estimate to when I picked it up.

2021-04-20So I had a window cable replaced about a week ago. They brought a rental car to me didnt even have to get it. Told me I could drop the rental there as well. Just beyond customer convenience and the work was top notch. So now a couple weeks later Im at the vet next door to get the dogs nuts clipped and I guess he didnt want that to happen. So when we went to check him in he stepped on the lock and locked the doors. Locking us out. I swear he had a smirk on his face. I walked next door and into the office of total recovery and told them what happened. Within 10 minutes they had the vehicle unlocked. You always hear people say. You cant get better service than so and so. And it is said so much we dont even pay it any attention. Well I am here to tell you. When I say they went above and beyond customer service. They really did. Employees like that I hope they have all the success they want because they truly deserve it. Thank you guys so much. You have my business and my referrals for life!

2019-12-17I must say I was very pleased with the work this place did on my truck. They handled everything with the insurance and rental truck. The repair was done and it looked brand new. They even washed the outside, wheels and all, and cleaned the interior. I was totally amazed and everything was done at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this place to anybody needing repairs. Kudos to Jessica, Jamie, Mike, Katie and all the other guys in the shop. Thanks for the great service.

2018-12-19I just have to say that this is the second time I have dealt with Total Recovery. The first experience was none other than exceptional. They gave the HONEST estimate. I should have written the review then. Now here I am again. This time it is the ladies Jessica and Jamie that deserve the best review possible! I was amazed at how professional and knowledgeable they are. I had trouble with my insurance claim. Not only did they handle that issue Jessica got my insurance to pay more money out on the repair. The professionalism from the time I walked in until the time I picked the vehicle up was excellent and certainly better service than I expected from a body shop. I appreciated all they did for me to ensure a exceptional repair at a reasonable price. Thank you for the exceptional service once again! In the event ( I hope not) I ever need you again....no doubt Ill be back! I recommend Total Recovery to all my friends and family!

2020-02-09These folks were great to work with and very understanding to my inconvenient needs. They came highly recommended by my favorite mechanic in the Blairsville/Young Harris area and worked with me very patiently to get my car fixed even when I was 3 days late getting my car dropped off to them which required them to work around their calendar to accommodate me when they are booked out a month in advance and are very full with many other customers they have to accommodate as well. They’re a preferred vendor for State Farm auto, and I can see why. Jessica, the owner, is a very kind and caring lady who does a wonderful job representing Blairsville and the kind of local economy we are proud of in the auto mechanic industry, and strong women in business!
