Awesome store great staff!!!
Have propane refills. Cheaper than switching out tanks. Associate very friendly and loaded my tank up once filled.
We enjoy Tractor Supply. Ive been to bigger and cleaner stores, but we still enjoy the one we have. It can get cluttered at times...Great source of quality dog and chicken feed. The home decor is also a hit with my wife. I like it when we have a little extra time to shop, rather than just running in for feed.
We come here all the time, and really think they have a great selection of goods. However, it would be very nice if they hired more people for their registers. It feels like we stand in line for a very long time when we try to check out.
Its Clean, its Fresh, they have products that (to me) seems; to be more to choose from. Their focus is the Animal Kingdom. When I need pet supplies this is where I hope to be able to retrieve my supplies from. Nothing more to say except; Amen.🤣P.S. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALSO, NOT JUST OK, BUT FABULOUS.Just me.Just sayin🌺
Absolutely love the store, but one of their workers ethan hunter, is very unprofessional and rude. if anyone goes up there make sure he’s not the one helping you out
So I have to brag for a minute. Tractor Supply will forever have our business..today on the way to Georgia our hub went out on the trailer so we were stuck on the side of the interstate, and of course we took my truck so Tyler needed a few tools he didn’t have. We called Tractor Supply in Brunswick GA to see if they had a kit and they DELIVERED the tools and parts we needed not once but TWICE.. Justin (a store employee) stayed on the phone and communicated where and what we needed to Darrell...Darrell the other awesome store employee even went back to the store and grabbed another tool we needed and came back again (even brought us water). All I have to say is the hospitality we received today was absolutely a blessing! They are awesome! When we asked if they wanted lunch or anything on us their response was No thank you we just take care of our customers! #ThankYouTractorSupply #KindessGoesAlongWay #TheresStillGoodPeople
It’s definitely worth checking Tractor Supply for farm sized quantities. The cost saving can be substantial. It’s a trip to get to this store but it is well worth the extra effort. Staff is genuinely friendly and eager to help.
Dont get me wrong I like the store but when I finally looked through the store an brought my stuff to the register they had one cashier up front and the line was long an she was mainly backed up cause she was constantly checking her cell phone. Really!! Shes on company time not hers. I think customers should come first after all without them the business wouldnt thrive long..
Tractor Supply has a good variety of supplies but, they need Sales associates that are knowledgeable in the products that they sell. Also, if theres more than a couple of people in line, its just good business for another person to open another register and ring up people. We dont need management just standing around when people are waiting to get out of the store.
The store itself is great convenience when you need something off the shelf. However if you need a refill on propane, the service is simply horrible. About every 3 months I go there for refills. Usually I go in between 2 & 3pm, not a real busy time of day. The first couple times I successfully overlooked the 25 minuet wait at the gate. This Tuesday after seeing cashier who called over intercom for assistance at propane, after 14 minutes I called the store from outside (didnt want to miss the attendant) they called for assistance again while on the phone with me and apologized for my wait. About 17 minutes later its looking a little gloomy like its going to rain. A representative walks up top the gate and said, we cannot fill your propane tanks cause it looks like stormy weather will start any minuet.I didnt expect immediate service on either visit. 25 to 30 minuets is clearly unacceptable.
Ive been a Tractor Supply customer for five years. Todays experience was perfect, as always. Our dogs have grown up on the house brand 4Health dog food, an excellent value. All manner of feed and supplies for domestic pets and livestock, and one stop shopping for yard , country land and farm. Top notch, helpful staff and great hours seven days a week.
Store was out of dog food brand that my dog likes. Nothing new , it has gotten better but this problem has existed for well over two years. Not enough shelve space for those bands that sell. I have brought this to the attention of management though their online survey many times. They have chose to do nothing.
I wouldnt keep buying here if it wasnt my only choice. I really hope my review helps them understand a little bit about their Select Series Pro Do rabbit food and how to better their products. Some people buy this food for their cute little house pet rabbit. Which is a good choice. Ive been feeding this brand for four years. But some people have entire herds of rabbits for various purposes. Rabbits are very fragile and when they get sick you dont know until theyre dead. So I keep buying this bag of food from here and every time I get it home, it is slammed full of mold. Im not sure if you know how mold works but even when you throw out all of the chunks of mold, its still in there on the perfect looking food. And when you have over 70 pedigreed rabbits die within a month because of this mold, it really brings people out of business. Theyre not pigs, you cant just feed them anything and theyll be OK. Another thing, all of the bags should have dates on them, I dont understand why yours do not. Or how they do not since they all come from the same manufacturer. 🤦🤦🤦 I also dont understand how every single bag has mold. Are they being stored outside in the rain? The bags arent waterproof. I just dont get it. When I get them home I immediately dump them into separate buckets for separate mixes. 🤷🤷
Clean store and bathrooms.Employees real helpful. Do need some lighting outside in the gated part.
Every time I go into this store they are never helpful or knowledgeable about their own products. They do not know where to find them and even when I have pointed them in the right direction on the phone, they looks right over the product I am asking about. I put in a rain check a product back in January and they still do not have the product in! This store is unclean and understaffed like many Tractor Supplys I have been too. Something needs to be fixed ASAP! I will never go back to this store location!

The sales associates very aloof. Not interested in customers or helping or at least getting someone to help. I was going to go online, but want to help local economies, but it saddens me that twice now I have gone and had to ask for help only to receive absolutely no assistance.
Its always apleasure ,I buy all my dog food there etc.When I walk in I always ask a cashier to page someone to help me in the Dog Food dept.When I get back there I get prompt att.Also someone always loads my items in the car for me.I am 67 yrs old,and I always get help.I. I was shopping and this young man working there helped me find the stuff I needed and he was very helpful and sweet as I was walking to check out a woman yelled Ive already closed the registers and locked the doors the guy that helped me told her I was in there she made me leave with out my stuff and it was for my wounded horse that needed the stuff and the bad part is it was the manager that did this so I hope she gets fired it was Wednesday 7-27-16 I nor my family will be back at this store!!
I love tractor supply, its on my way home, the people are always friendly, and their prices are equal to walmarts which is way across town from my work, sometimes im too tired, and dont WANT to drive that far for my animals food so when I discovered tractor supply met walmarts prices it became my new favorite
Purchased items online and had them set to pick up, was able to get in and received my items and back out quickly. Friendly customer service as well. We will be back!
Tractor supply was great once we figure out that ups was bring our order to the store instead of tractor supply delivery truck, but once we had talked to this young girl who work there, she knew where my merchandise was and help me by loading it into my truck which I was glad for because I wasnt able too.

This concerns the Jesup, Ga. store. I have been buying Diamond large breed puppy lamb and rice dog food in the 20# bag for two months at the Jesup store. I went in today for that and other dog food and all they had in the puppy food was 50# bags (tooooo much for one puppy). The worker said they quit carrying the 20# size so I put $50.00 worth of merchandise back on the shelf and left. This is the second time in recent months that Tractor Supply has quit carrying dog food that I use. Are they turning into Walmart? I will look elsewhere for my supplies.

This tractor store in Brunswick Georgia is the most uncaring store. No one ever has a smile or may I help you, ever. Every time I go in to buy chicken feed or whatever I never can find anyone to help me and if I do they do not know what Im looking for or they dont have time. I have never been in your store and received good customer care.

2022-07-04We visited Tractor Supply to purchase a Utility Trailer. We were looking at the 5.5 x 10 Carry-On. They had 2 in the parking lot. It was busy for 9:15 am on a Sunday, but we were greeted as soon as we walked in the door and we drove off with our new trailer within 30 minutes.The store is very well kept. The shelves were well stocked. The aisles were easily identified. Every employee on the floor was friendly and they all said good morning. We dont usually get up this way too often and our local Southern Hardware usually has everything we need. Tractor Supply will definitely be our backup for when SH is closed or doesnt have what we need.

2022-06-03I will never order online with Tractor Supply again. I ordered 2 Kayaks and the next morning I received lab work that forced me to try to cancel the order. They have a 59 minute cancellation window (ridiculous) so after sending 2 messages to customer service the VERY next morning they started the return policy but kept the $186.00 delivery fee for shipping it to the store. This was Memorial Day weekend so it didnt actually ship till after the holiday. they said they use a third party shipping company and could not refund the delivery fee for shipping to the store One star because the two reps I spoke with tried to help me.
