Once again TSC is out of a very common product. Nothing obscure. Both Triple Crown products Ive had it! In 10 years you havent solved this problem. How many times have I heard your poor help apoligize and say theres a truck coming Thursday? Im no longer bothering. Am driving farther knowing Cherokee Feed will have what I need. Just like my friends.
Use this place consistently for dog food and dog treats. prices and quality are much better than any supermarket. Have to say the one downside is if you have a hardware project or something you need to repair youre better off going to one of the big box stores. Either dont carry it at all or their product/size selections are so small. If you need to get your gas tank filled this is a great place to use. Prices are super low and theyre very quick to get it done for you.
I now drive another 10 miles to go to the Tractor Supply in Cumming instead of this one. The manager at the Woodstock/Canton location is less than awesome. They wouldn’t honor the sale price of an item 36 hours after I bought it. It was $50 but that’s a lot to me. What was worse is that the manager wouldn’t even come out to y’all to me face to face. He/she sent their youngest employee instead. I even had a buggy full of about $200 worth of stuff and decided to put everything back because of how rude they were about it. I love Tractor Supply and will still shop at the other locations but I won’t give this one my business anymore. Really sucks. This is probably not a big deal to anyone else but I stand by good customer service and this place doesn’t have it at the top. The rest of the employees are cool.
The staff here are always super helpful. Always ask if you cant find somthing. They all but once found what I needed and that one time they found the product in stock at another location.
I am an animal breeder. Ordered bags of rabbit feed for my animals online. When I arrived at the store for pickup, was only given half my order, though the employee said they had the full quantity in stock but it would sell them out. There was no mention of limiting quantities when ordering online. This should have been made clear online before we made the drive all the way to their location to pick up. Will consider using another supplier if one can be located.
Friendly staff and well stocked store. The isles are tight and it can be hard to navigate with a cart. Prices are great, our dogs have loved 4health dog food year after year. The parking lot is huge and never an issue. They are dog friendly so heads up lol.
The manager (Marvin, I believe is his name but not 100% sure) and entire staff were so professional, helpful and kind on one of the first days of the pandemic when it was absolutely packed. They clearly were all working so hard yet still managed to be patient with a tractor supply novice like me. Absolutely recommend this location due to the wonderful staff.

I’m very impressed by the outstanding customer service I got when I call and spoke to Ally about dog creates. She was very patient and made sure I had all the Information I needed on what my new dog needs. She’s has a wonderful personality that will take her in the right direction.
I called this past Thursday to get Propane..It was a few mins after 5, I talked to Amber who went above and beyond...she asked Curt if he would mind staying 30 mins late from his shift (he was the only one certified) Not only did she go above and beyond, they both greeted me at the pump with a smile and willingness to help. He even took the time to train her so that she will be certified in the near future....great team work with the intent to provide excellent customer service.... CW wanted 5.29 a unit for LP vs 3.29 at Uhaul and 2.49 at TSC.....so not only was TSC the most affordable, their staff was the most willing to help and the friendliest.....Glad to see we still have small town service ! will continue to support this business
Seriously? This store closes at 6pm every day of the week. Why on earth would you limit your sales to those people that can get to your store before 6pm? What about customers that have jobs and work until 5:30 or 6pm? I can find another source for my needs from a business that understands I work during the day and need to shop after work.
I have been hoping to see them improve but after several years of the same thing it is obviously not. My latest visit was probably my last. I will start by saying that st the time we arrived there were not many vehicles in the parking lot. My son and I went to purchase chicken feed and as happens very often no shopping carts or flat carts were inside the store. So off outside we went in search of one. After obtaining one, we ventured inside only to discover several employees chatting with each other in the rear of the store. To make matters worse, we saw a least 5 customers having to carry large bags of feed out by hand because of the absence of carts which means they were out for a while. One of these customers was an elderly gentleman who walked directly past the employee social gathering. We offered him our car but he declined (which I was kind of glad since we were buying 150lbs) While I was loading the bags of feed, another employee was pushing a large forklift cart with horse feed and stopped it directly in front of the end of the isle where I was about to exit with my loaded cart. It would have been difficult to navigate to the other end of the isle due to some merchandise sitting in the way. As I paused there expecting them to move theirs out of the way for a moment I received a blank stare until I said Hi can you move up just a bit so we can squeeze by? They complied but not after a look of annoyance. Finally, upon reaching the check out area, once again, true to form, no matter how many people seem to be waiting in line only one register was open. I have only seen two on a couple of times... Sorry for the long rant but I have had enough. I had not shopped at Tractor Supply on a while because of some of the above issues and did yesterday only because where I have been getting my feed and other supplies lately was closed.(Due to me not watching the clock that day)From here on I am going to be shopping at Cloud Supply in Canton. Not only are you supporting local business, but you get great service and friendly people who actually seem to be glad you are there. You tell them what you need and not only do they get it for you but also load it in your vehicle...oh and their prices are several dollars cheaper per bag.
It is a hit and miss store most of the time. Sometimes they have exactly what you need and other times its out of stock. The cutesy home decor items are usually cheap get what you pay for sort of stuff. I see some things that look interesting but then decide otherwise upon closer inspection. Their farm and hardware items are usually pretty decent. Overall not a bad store just not a great one either.
I always love coming here! Although its tough to maneuver the isles.The decor is awesome and the baby chicks are so sweet! The lady up front was friendly! And the man behind the chicken cage was more than helpful! He knew everything about our chicks
Their in-house products are great and always reasonably priced. Sometimes its a bit disorganized and hard to find what youre looking for, or its price! They do have lots of good bargins in the clearance area. The staff are friendly and try to help when they can.
Good selection of (large bag) bird & squirrel food with good mix varieties. At the same time, consumers need to check bags for rips/tears/leaks, which can occur during storage/stocking. Caution: Online (cheaper) brands might not be available in-store (e.g., suet $0.69 vs. $0.99 ea.). Would also be nice if flat carts were available--in addition to traditional buggies--to make it easier to purchase more items per visit.
A little bit of everything here. Im from the Midwest and on the weekends, Id venture through Blains Farm and Fleet, Fleet Farm or Rural King. This store reminds me of all three but on a smaller scale. Great place for most farming needs. Not a huge selection. (At least not in store) Great prices $ in Dog and Cat Food & supplies! Also, great last minute place to pick up your Western Wear for kids to grand dads! Decent selection of boots and clothes. A local sent me there to check out their Local Board in the back of the store near restrooms. A lot of people on there from Local Services to Lost Pets. I love the hometown feel I get there. If you do find what youre looking for here, youre going to get a good deal.
I go here probably 3 times a week, and they are usually pretty helpful here. The bolts selection is nice and the prices are by the pound. The pipe/hose selection is also excellent. Very convient.
Good selection and nice employees. Kind of hard to see from the main road. Its behind goodwill and McDonalds off hickory flat highway. The reason for only 4 stars is because some of the employees lack the knowledge to help sometimes. Ive gotten alot of I dont know answers.
Love this store. Manager there Stayed open for me one night after we had a baby chick hatch very late in the evening. The manager was super helpful and the young men that work in there, A Mr. Culpepper, i believe was his name, and a young man by the name of Dylan Wray, Are always most helpful and help Load those heavy bags of feed in my car. This is always my go to store for Christmas presents for my daughters as well.
I have been going here for years to get dog food because the 4 health is what our senior dog does well on. For 2 years, their inventory has been a complete disaster. Go in to get food, none on the shelf. Ask to look up in the system and it shows 76 cans, but the cannot find them. Yesterday, they told us to order online and get food in 3 days. Online platform will not allow an order shipped to the store because computer inventory shows sufficient stock. Now we CANNOT even get the food no matter what we do. Asked them to zero out inventory so the distribution center would ship more, and they would not do it. I love this store and hope they turn it around because it is doomed to fail if it keeps operating this way. Sad to say, but theyre losing my business
Not quite as stocked or well provisioned as a tractor Supply store should be. Bless their heart for trying though! Service is okay sometimes youre short-staffed and sometimes they are not always stocked on specific items which I have found to be annoying particularly when I only live 5 miles away
Tractor Supply is always great! My wife and I love walking through there getting ideas for everything. We bought some fantastic fruit trees the other day, and they’re already taking off like crazy in our yard.
I like going to Tractor Supply. Always a friendly staff and good selection. I try and go there before the home depots, lowes or northern tools for items I need.I dont have equine needs, but I know they carry that as well.

Ah the smell of deer corn at TSC, feels like home. Love the folks here, like family, helpful and friendly service every time. Bought myself a trailer this time, seems like good quality and a great price. They have everything here for life out here.
Always a good experience and carries whole grain dog food for a awesome price, and better deals than your local supermarkets. Cant beat it, getting 40 pounds for the same price youd buy a 15 pound bag for anywhere else
Tractor supply is among the best places to go if you are in a rural area for hardware stuff. They offer one of the best selection of hardware that even Home Depot, Lowes and Ace hardware do not offer. So if you are looking for something off beat check them out.Additionally, if you live far away from the place check out their online website before going as they list most of what they have online.
Price tags are mislabeled, some things have no price tag at all. Most of the staff is very friendly and go out of their way but every once in awhile you get somebody thats not in a good mood, they forget about customer service but the good employees override any bad experience for their friendliness and theyre helpfulness it makes you keep coming back
Was looking for a lawn sweeper that was in stock somewhere. Tried Tractor Supply on East Cherokee and they had two on the floor in stock. They were nice enough to assist me with taking it to the truck and helped me slide it in the back. The box is large and quite heavy. I thought of ordering one from Amazon but I try to keep Brick and Mortar stores alive as much as I can. The plus of this is a 100 percent perfect box. No dents or tears. I can just imagine what it would have looked like after Amazon tried to drag it down the walkway and up two steps. TSC also has many other competitive products and lots of their feed for deer etc are less expensive than Walmart..... when Walmart has it!
So the new manager, Mike, sends out a $10 off coupon to preferred customers, only to get $10 off you have to speak with him personally. He was talking with the same customer for 20 min and there were other people in line ahead of me as well. Who has that much time to waste? I spent $4,000+ in this store last year. I am really getting sick of the crappy customer service with this store. When will you people get a freaking clue about customer service? Quit wasting customers time.
For a date during the pandemic, this is where my wife and I get everything in-between. Got run get this or that....tractor supply has everything you need. Friendly service with a smile. Very helpful staff. A++++

Had tried to refill my propane tank at Ace Hardware and was told that the tank was too old to fill. I decided to go to Tractor Supply. The guy there laughed whem he saw the tank and showed me the certification date of 2018. He said it happens all the time. That they dont know how to read them. He filled my tank and it was even less expensive there! I will be going back.
The only place Ive seen selling a snatch block in person. If you dont know what that is its time you learned about mechanical advantages...theyre fudgin cool
The employees are always helpful and friendly, however I usually go there for horse feed and they are often out of many of items. Loved the Petvet clinic for our pup though!
Apparently, a slight mist that is not much more than fog will prevent these snowflakes from filling a propane tank. Would certainly hate for someone to get a bit moist in the name of customer service.
Little chicks! No touching allowed when I wanted to chose one to purchase. :( So I left empty handed. I wanted to get a feel for my first backyard chicks not point and go. But the supplies were very affordable.
My go to place for horse feed and horse supplies. You can order online and have it ready for pick up. A huge time saver. All the employees are very nice and helpful.

Love this local supply business. They are a combination of hardware store and animal feed store. Hardware, tools, plumbing supplies, paint, plumbing supplies, propane tanks, towing trailers and sheds for sale too. I love to walk around and browse.
For welding equipment, the selection is better than Home Depot / Lowes. Same with shackles, chain, and other recovery gear. Their fasteners are much cheaper than Home Depot- especially washers. Its sold by the pound and works out to be a bargain in comparison. Also, they do welding bottle exchanges. Pretty handy for nights and weekends when Smith is closed.
I dont have to visit often but when I do they have what I need and the price is right. Customer service has always been outstanding. Absolutely recommend this store for whatever you are needing.
My wife loves this place. Shes gotten some of her favorite rain boots from here. Next spring, Im certain well come home with half a dozen baby chicks.
This used to be our favorite Tractor Supply, but recently everytime we go to Gerry supplies for our critters they are out of some of the food we need. When I look for help employees seem to be hiding and hard to find.

This store has chicks and ducks right now. Great smiling helping people. Sometimes they dont ask what you are looking for but thats ok it can be worked on.
Got a great deal on pants and flannel shirts! Didnt get asked if we needed help after looking for something for a while, but the cashier was very friendly.
Good place to find repair parts for my power washer. They had my tire and new pull handle. Now its like new.
It seems that the organization and in stock levels at this location vary throughout the year. On my most recent visit the middle of the store was cluttered and filled with misalanious clearance. The two items that I was looking for were out of stock - no sales help and one cashier with a line of 4 - 5 customers.
Walked entire store for 10-20 minutes never found a representative for assistance. Approached gentleman cashier after spending above time and was told should be a person pointed to right side of store in the aisle. Found no representative the customer service counter empty, at this point I walked out this experience is beyond what I expected and upon getting outside front door hear call for assistance to open cage. Poor customer service and extremely disappointing.
Worst customer service Ive ever experienced! It being my first time to this place, I felt like they didnt ever care about my service. If anyone goes here, BLAKE is one of the worst associates due to his bad attitude and the store managers are good for nothing as well. It hard for me to even give this place a 1 star!
Went to buy kerosene heater. Had plenty in stock. Young man who was cashier offered us a 2 year warranty said it was free. After we left saw where he charged us for it.

Tractor supply is kind of like a country version of Ace Hardware. Its geared toward the kinds of things someone might need on a farm plus all kinds of other things that you cant find anywhere else.
First time in. Staff was helpful and nice! Slightly longer wait at register than expected however that was due to the customer in front of me. Cashier was friendly!

2021-10-30I have received good customer service at this location, my local TS. THANK YOU to the many helpful and friendly employees who have assisted me.Today I brought a failed product to exchange, the first item in the many years I have shopped at TS. It was a simple inexpensive spray bottle holder made by tough 1. I have purchased many Tough 1 products for our horse, like blankets, ice wraps, various metal holders from this location over the years and they have all held up superbly.This bottle holder, $4.99, rusted and failed at a joint within a month of purchase. The break dropped the fly spray bottle($16.99 also from TS)from the stall door which cracked and leaked its contents in the barn aisle. I placed the failed and broken items in a bag to return the next time I made it to TS. I purchased another fly spray from Dover, which we pass often.Today I brought the defective bottle holder to exchange for a new one, I didn’t quibble about the loss of the fly spray.I was told by the manger on duty tonight Oct 29th at about 5pm that it was outside the 30day return policy. I was shocked. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars here, I wasn’t asking for a return I was asking for an exchange of a failed product. I strongly believe Tough 1 would want their bottle holder to last more than a month, every other product of theirs has been excellent.I decided to leave, not to purchase the items I had for check out. At this time I have chosen to discontinue shopping with TS. This was a low ticket item @ $4.99 that had an obvious defect in production, accompanied by the original receipt. Product failure happens from time to time, it was my hope that TS would stand behind their product in a reasonable manner. What if this had been a product failure on a big ticket item?

2021-06-29Great selection of products for all your farm needs. The staff is super friendly and ready to help. At the time of my visit there was always a staff member ready to answer any questions and proactive with all the customers in the store. A big selection of known brands as well of private labels. I was surprised by the clothing and boots section.

2022-04-20I came here for nail trim and bath for my dog. I paid up front for the bath, but when I went back there, no towels. I walked back up front to tell them and waited 15 minutes for someone to tell me to meet them back there. It was filthy. I asked first if it was clean and they told me yes....piles of dog hair in the floor, floor was wet, balls of hair in the sink. Great price, but nasty. I asked for a refund.

2021-10-04Had to deduct a star for the time I lost a year of my life when a rat jumped off the shelf about a foot from my face. I just dont look closely on the lower shelves anymore 🤣Otherwise, for the hundreds of times Ive been there its a great place, good prices, selection, and mostly great employees...

2020-10-02This store makes it easy to get everything I need for multiple animals and tools in one stop. On my last trip Amber and Mallory went above and beyond to help me when I forgot that I had a coupon until after I had already paid. They were patient and kind when helping me fix my bill and taking all the feed and tools to my car. This kind of above and beyond customer service will keep me coming back even though it is a bit of a drive.
